"As a dental office, you gotTa Make Sure Your Dental Office is serious as hospital and say get that there there there were stay open and we're not going to shut. This too shall pass. Always passes and every century is better than last century and the only reason America's getting kicked so bad on this, it's our first. Rodeo with it. Well. Know I've lectured in all those Asian countries and I remember when SARS was a big deal out there and that was two thousand twelve and this is twenty twenty, eight years they've been thinking about. Coming back and then every time that he bullet would break out in Africa at not one American cared because they said, well, it's not over here. It's an Africa and. Asia seventy, five percent of the population. It's on the other side of the world over there. So this universe time in in a century where that diseases over there made it over here might have had some new twenty, seven thousand international flights. and. So this one was a real bad one, one, hundred, and fifty, thousand dead. It's not gonNA be over for a year but going forward just like the AIDS pandemic. Made US wear gloves get rid of the custody Oreo. Get. Rid. Of the one. Injury to a bottle in the room. So all these things are upping our game and what doesn't us makes us stronger and the next pandemic that comes around who knows it will be ten years one hundred years, thousand years. Another one we'll be back and they will be more ready for it than ever before I think may may take away from that that I love that you just pointed out is when people are digging, you should zag so for you thinking. Of Hey here's your population of your patients when these older patients are calling, you have them come in at a later time I don't think a lot of offices are thinking that way I don't think a lot of dentists are thinking that way I love that you just gave a perspective completely different than what I think a lot of people are looking at and that's what I try to coach a lot of offices on his think differently think of how this problem. Is actually a solution for you in a different way I love that you brought up the point of yes. This is just upping our game guys it's just making us better. This is the new norm it's not going away to just get used to like it might change a little bit but just up your Damon then when people are digging, what how you can bag to be a leading edge office to be somebody WHO's innovating and creating and dull I I really. Struggle, when people say here with the all these Providence, all are falling apart and I guess it is to a point but that's also again perception versus reality you get to create that with your perception and so changed that if it's not an empowering for now. So with that I appreciate you hard I appreciate your what you've done for dentistry I, appreciate the influence you've had on my life I. Appreciate you taking time today the actress to talk to the dental eighteen. I was sitting here like said Fan growing. I didn't know what fan growing was but I love that you are you're easy to talk to. You got a lot of experience a lot of knowledge I. Love It. You bring to the table every single time. So thank you. Thank you for what you've done for my life and also for for dentistry as a profession. We'll same back out you and thank you for coming on my show a couple years ago and everything is doing this read so many people like you to keep it going. So I just have faith in yourself have faith in dentistry. My God. If you don't have faith in yourself, do if you don't have faith in dentistry I, do you're gonna be fine just take a deep breath and Rise to the challenge. Such good word. Howard if people haven't heard about you and hopefully we can give more exposure on the dental. How do people connect with you and and become a part of what you've got going on. Just download the dental APP because what? We were We got a quarter million people. We were five years before facebook and. FACEBOOK is it's a Balkan. It's in like like if you believe in anti flirtation, someone comes on and says pro flirtation, you delete them if you believe in. And you go to cosmetic group, they'll delete you so you. So no one pop your bubble and the thing about dental town is you you can't delete other people's. Unfriendly and you might. Mike composites lasts twice as long as you're amalgams and then twenty people can show you all the published research that indeed amalgams do less longer than composites not right or wrong but we're not going to sit here and let you live in a bubble that. So if you're just following an unfriendly. Like my mom, my my two older sisters or nuns guess what percent of my mom's facebook friends go to this same exact Catholic churches she does. The bulk would may even let a luther it in that group. And you'd have to be churches story and even know the difference. So so the bottom line is I love it, and then the other thing is as social media is just last in first out just rolling today. Dental town, a message board, every all six million posts index. So if you just broken a file, NBA to all yet is b two and you'll pull every thread this show. So it's all index and. It's just a a great treasurer of of six million post that you know. You're going to have to think about in whatever model that you believe. So you believe. Things okay. Believe all these things. But here's a quarter of a million dentists who might think maybe you should also think about this because he's you know you're gonNA run into this someday no matter how deep your bubble is no matter how far you fell down the rabbit hole you're going to run into some realities and so you learn from the elderly learn from the old people don't learn. You know no sense learning everything the hard way. So, good and I made me think of one of my favorite quotes said, success leaves clues. So follow it. You can either choose to just take the in the hard road or you can take the easy road from people. If you're just willing to to research to the core that and go to places that have trusted information I love that you said it brings up controversial topics because I believe that when you can shake someone's Belief system you can take their thoughts and you can completely shake their their destiny I'm in world, but thinks only PPO insurance is the way to do it but then you can shake my belief, change it to help. We see that fee for service or Medicaid or all these different things that maybe I had never thought of that could ultimately change the destiny that I ended up to. So you guys go get on dental town that. Did you have One less thing you know what's better than dental town facebook twitter linked in pinchers Tau combined. Walk Across the street and shape the dentist hand every ten minutes, Altana say who if you could be one other practice? Who would it be in this town? They go all the Jimbo Manny's crush really wins the last time you had dinner with them. I've never even met him. I saw him at a steady dude invite him. You went over to the I invited every physician dentist chiropractor every healthcare anybody in Healthcare Tuckey I invite on my house one, hundred percent of the borders come over one hundred percent of the natural pass only a few of the of the MD's about the dentists and now thirty years later, those were the happier ones the ones that..

"Welcome into clinical hacks. Where real working dentists talk real dentistry? Sit Back Relax. Tighten your Meyer prepares it'd be clinically act critical hacks listeners. Welcome back to another episode of the clinical hacks and it is Zack. Liners and my trustee co host. Kevin Evan Fryer over there with me today. Pay Their Kevin. You are not the interviewee today. You are just co host partner so off the hot seat. Yeah have pressures pressures off so we are recording this on Thanksgiving week. And I'm feeling thankful Kevin. Are you feeling thank were. There always have an era gratitude around the very zen and particularly this week. I'm thankful for a lot of things also you. I'm so faithful to US AC Aw Thank you Kevin where I've equally thankful for all the episodes you've done while I was doing something different so Well this week we are going to have our our gratitude episode in a clinical. Hack Way. So we're GONNA talk about dental products. So that is what we're gonNA talk about things. We are gracious to be able to to purchase and use in our offices and Kevin let's start off with one of both your favorite topics isolation what I immigration product. Are you grateful for in the world. I am most grateful. I almost out of anything in my practice for the OP gate. And I know that might sound ridiculous but I cannot practice without that thing. Once you put that in and have someone's mouth retracted. In that way EH. When it's not able to be used or not comfortable for the patient or I feel like I'm working in a cave that I it just has changed my life? I wish I would have had that thing thirty years ago. Probably started using it six five or six maybe seven years ago. Oh I love that thing. You cannot have me practice without very thankful for the after gate manufacturers. I think you think you are evident. Obviously our listeners that the computer could do a quick Google search on this but for those. They're in the car. Could you give some type of visual description of the gate so that after gate is a like a round retraction device that is slightly expandable that you fit into the patient's mouth and it retract attracts their lips and cheeks in general and gives you a lottery to see in there so sex toy or dental object based on. Well it'd be a great sex toy but definitely good for the devasting. Okay all right very very good very good I am also an op gate user. And that is. It's one of those that I sat on for a long time. 'cause they're a little spendy. I mean not bad. But they're not they're not cheap especially if you picked the wrong size. Yeah what a way to avoid them but you know what that was A. They were a game the teacher for me for anterior composites and Mike Mike Composite. Veneers that I do because I gotta be honest with you as much as I like. The rubber dam mm for post your dentistry I kinda suck at it for the anterior dentistry. If I don't like it as much so Obligate has been a friend as well. My isolation pick that I am thankful for. Is that what I made the commitment to try to go back to the rubber dam. I I never never liked the old green classic Coltie wailed and Rubber Dam that we use in school. It was fine for the window and I was always a rubber dam. Muser for Endo but just didn't use it for the operative Adam negative experience with it in school and I I thought Oh. That's only for dental students who don't have an assistant once. You have an assistant. You don't Oh need that So when I made the to get back into the rubber dam I I saw what Mack Jones was using and posting about and it was cajones. Oh Mack Jones Denniston Carolina and occasionally. He listens to this podcast. Great Yeah it sounds like a nice guy is he's he's a relatively decent guy he uses And now I am a user of what's called the Hetty Ice Oh damn HDD Wi high so damn and it is a light blue rubber dam. And I'd say just the best way to describe it is. It's just got it just slides between the contacts contacts so well when you are you know trying to faucet down into place it it just acts and behaves differently than almost any other. I've tried a half dozen different brands. This stuff's really good. So the five by five medium icy ICE HETTY ICE. Oh Damn has has been a real game changer for good rubber dam. Use for me you can only get it from a couple places Darby dental has it. But like you're not GonNa find that at SAF co Not sure about the big three. Because I don't really use them but it's it's a kind of a hard rubber dam defined. It's a Canadian product so anyway foreign foreign product foreign products but anyway so it works great though I would encourage anyone who is has struggled with the rubber dam or would I'd like to get back into using it to try the ice. Oh Damn so all right Kevin. What is another dental product? You are thankful four and couldn't live without. I'm very thankful for the Vortex Blue Size. Fifteen point four file rotary file. That is a mouthful. It was a mouthful but I love that thing It it has decreased the time of my Endo's exponentially dramatically. We talked about that probably a year ago on the one of the initial clinical hacks episodes or actually I we don't GP's that do endo so right. So in my sequences hand file. If I if I can get a number eight to the apex which happens quite frequently. I switched to the size fifteen vortex blue and get that today packs and then I'm often running with my other rotaries and literally I can get that on most canals not all the time obviously but on your plain old average case that's going to Lang in fifteen seconds where it used to take me multiple minutes ten minutes sometimes sometimes to get to a fifteen hand file and it's just a total game changer. For me let me ask you this. So do you use this file on you. Would you bother using on like a huge canal Powell now okay. So it's only for your. Maybe you're slightly more constricted. Now actually I a will. On Appellate Canal maximizing molar. I will use it Probably the majority of the time Just because it's out okay. 'cause I'm going to be using it on the museum or the buckles cheer though it's out it it's I feel like I'm you know it's skipping steps so if I can get that to the pex very quickly. That's probably always going to go to the APEX PAL Canal. Like that. And I'm offering running with your artery so I will use it on on those delays it before like an orifice opener. Yes sometimes sometimes I will or I should say sometimes the majority of the time I will opin the orifice before I introduced that fifteen file. Okay that's that is my normal sequence this ocare are. That's okay now correctly you don't use the rest of the vortex blue smell you cherry. Pick that one file right okay. So all right I. I am equally thankful for what I think. I've looked up your vortex file. I'm pretty sure you something really similar to that Dense apply makes these file called the path glider and I use the edge endo version of it called the glide path. They really had to hide. How the Hydros yet? But anyway. It's IT'S A it's a small small tip file that is designed for after the orifice opener after you've got a you know at least the number eight file down but yeah once I do that once. That file goes in and gets gets to the APEX which it does brilliant job of the whole appointment. I know I'm not GonNa Ledge. I'M NOT GONNA transport I'M NOT GONNA. It's like nothing bad is going to happen once that happens unless I make some kind of an era now once I get that fifteen to the PEX. We're done yes you I can get a size twenty down there thirty or whatever it needs to be it. It's done. It's just a matter of time I agree with you. Yes I I agree for for any endo for me. It's find the canal. Check get to the bottom check. Get that file down. I'm okay from now and then we're just it's paint by numbers because your file system so if I'm with you I'm a fan. I think we use. I pretty sure that we're using in those in exact same capacity. So what is another product. The Kevin Friar is thankful for this time of year I am thankful Info for my DSL. Our camera my digital camera a com. What brand number? It's a canon rebel digital rebel correct. it's probably two or three years old. You know three or four years old so I don't know the exact model but we can put that in the show notes. I'm not good at remembering that sort of stuff but anyway what I'm thankful for is that we're taking photos on all our new patients and that has has allowed us to do a whole lot more Ortho because people can see their teeth and a lot more cosmetic stuff because people can see it right in front of them so that's the number one benefit but since we started doing that two or three years ago the side benefit is that as time has gone on if something happens I have. I have their initial condition documented for all time Yup and and so if something changes I can go back while Mrs Smith We took these photographs in two thousand sixteen You're you know you can see now that this tooth is cracked or this fillings cracked in it. You need a crown now. You didn't then whatever the situation is and there's been a lot of hidden benefits to having all those photos so I I can't practice without that. How many of these cameras do you have? I only have one. And that's a problem. We do have a second camera And I gotTA confess that One of my New Year's resolutions for two thousand eighteen was to get that camera repaired. Because it's got a little bit of a problem. Tom and guess what it is sitting in that closet over there so I haven't got a repaired I would We definitely need to do that. I'd like to have to Most of the time. And you know we're we're doing fine with one but having to would be awesome so so do to show these two patients. Do you put them on. Your Computer Monitor You put them on a tablet IPAD or do you put them on what our colleague League and good friend Matt Standards Likes to call the big ASS monitor. Yeah we have a Bam system you have the Bam system in order to the ZAM system out there. This is a big ASS monitor. That is right in front of the patient's face and I. I like doing that for a number of reasons. I bought the biggest monitors I've thought I could but I probably COULDA gone bigger bigger. Yup But What I do like to do is stand in front of the Monitor? And just point things out with my high-tech finger index finger. Yes Think everyone has one of those most people have one of those share. But I like to stand in front of the patient and point things out In that manner it's it's the most is comfortable for me. Sure he could do it on a tablet or computer monitor but having those big ass monitors right in front of the patients. They are right across from the five feet. Away is powerful so I am also a big believer in photography but am not a good enough camera person into use the DSL are but what I do have Is I have one of the the Lester Dine Point. Shoot cameras every single room. We've all six OPS. We have a good set of mouth mirrors in every room and every room has attended Samsung tablet. And and that card goes right to the tablet. It seem I'll use Toshiba's flash air cards..

"We're back. Tom Lastly left. You're repeating a lot of talking points from two thousand and eleven and twelve like to stop doing that. Now would very much not actually so so we know arrive at the controlled demolition theories. Oh hang onto your in foil gentlemen because this is fucking crazy shit the demolition theory nuts contended did that the aircraft impacts and the resulting fucking infernos were not somehow sufficient to bring down the buildings that the buildings would not have collapsed completely and at the buildings would have fallen more slowly would have accelerated at less than nine also they would have fallen not quite so down initially around the down. That'll get you yes right. Well exact cause like under normal circumstances houses they have to get at least a few steps out of the Ledge before they even looked down and they had to call ability you know nine eleven truth is like to take things slowly slowly. I you have to woo the building and you have to court the building for good amount of time. Then it's GonNa go down its own pace guys. It's on pace all right so oh several proponents of this theory pendant article and it was published in the Open Chemical Physics Journal in his claim that third might and Nanno third Mike composites in the dust and ruined ruined buildings. This was evidence of explosives problematically for this theory. The actual demolitions experts contend that the amount of explosives that that would have been needed to weaken steel would have laughed rather more than trace composites because and I actually check the math on this one. These were really big building. They also know chain of possession for the steel that they tested steel beams no isolation of the beams that were being tested from say say. I don't know a settling cutting torches. Basically no one knows what's sample they tested or how that sample is obtained and the sample had very little their remind on it anyway. Even though a lot would have been needed in the author's answer was and I am dead serious here that maybe it was something actually called Super Super Termite. Not Exist boss does the guy says they have regular. Thir- might and also Super Thir- might what a regular regular super for like the thing in September but just the regular now termites. Mike Tyson talks about his past problem with the origin also like actual demolition experts working the smoldering ruins of nine eleven at no oh point did any of them notice any of these signs of thermo which this seems like something that the demolition guys may have pointed out right now proponents of the theory are also at a loss is to explain how demolition experts could have placed the quantities of explosives needed on the structural supports the fuck and building without anyone ever yeah. I gotTa tell you frank your hang in there. Baby poster looks awful lumpy. Can you get with with the other big thing is that they also never explain why you would add this step right. Leave all you're going to get out of. It is faster than sit. There going guys look if this takes thirteen seconds to collapse much shit. I know there were some other claims that molten steel was found in the rubble and the molten steel. Oh was evidence of explosive so this is the whole like jet fuel doesn't melt steel beams thing and I mean that's true or what it's worth except that it's not worth anything because because there's no fucking evidence of any of this molten steel the images cited as being evidence of molten steel these include images of what was supposedly molten right next construction equipment working around the glowing smoking ruins and I mean those images are admittedly impressive but fire that is on or near or among metal is not actually evidence of liquid metal the construction equipment working the scene would not have been able to work in an among molten steel without being severely early damaged by it basically like things were crazy and hot and smokey and all red and stuff but that's not the same thing as molten metal title is it one hundred percent integrity until it completely melts. That's why for thousands of years we've been heating it up and pounding on it and nothing happens. It doesn't melt steel. Beams was the real rollout for sword nerds. They really came through the building melted then Jesse Ventura got involved because remember from God Jesse Ventura tried to demonstrate that the buildings were totally totally done in by Thurmond and so demonstrate this he hired a company called New Mexico Tech to demonstrate how Nanno third might could totally fucking slice through steel beam. It's it's a great demonstration for sure but it's mostly demonstration of how that actually doesn't work in the demonstration. There was like a shit ton of flame but in the end it was all sound and fury very cutting through nothing steel beam was unharmed sound and fury cutting through nothing sounds like Jesse's gubernatorial career too so I was gonna say the the intellect but for what it's worth the National Institute of Standards and Technology did however conclude that if you take a massive goddamn airplane a plane full of jet fuel and slam that Fucker at hundreds of miles an hour into the side of a building that's really bad for the building and it will totally and completely collapsed no fucking problem. The media unfortunately reported in the days after the attacks at the fires melted the steel causing the collapse of scientists never claimed this the actual claims made by structural engineers was it the fires and the impact weakened the steel beams that the beams wants severely weakened collapsed the the building doesn't have to completely liquefy before it might all burns up to fifteen hundred Fahrenheit and steel loses half its strength eh eleven hundred it doesn't have to be a puddle of steel for this. No the building needs to lower itself into the VAT of lava while it gives you the thumbs up. I've go to all right so we gotta move on from conspiracy. Not Some fucking really wild shift to say about the Pentagon so one claim is that flight seventy eighty seven didn't actually crash into the Pentagon at all that didn't even happen for these guys instead. These guys contend that it was a cruise missile and that flight seventy seventy seven. I don't even know Kidman missile then. I guess maybe it's still circling endlessly above. Lax let's we're sitting on the tarmac and you do that for a long time. This bonkers fucking claim is predicated on the fucking Nutso idea that the whole in the Pentagon gone is smaller than the airplane that hit it and this is a quote how does a plane one hundred twenty five feet wide and one hundred and fifty five feet long fit into a hole which is only sixty feet across and my bed into his transformer makes chums. It's like I actually that's a matter how long it is. That's just general good thing. I'm trying to get into plane in there. They they just like power slide it into the side of the Pentagon took my favorite answer to this stupid fucking question comes from perdue professor of civil civil engineering and he argues that quote a crashing jet doesn't punch a cartoon like outline of itself until on and flight seventy seven hit the Pentagon one wing hit the ground and the other were sheared off by the Pentagon's load bearing columns when there's also like airplane bits it's in Bob's just like all over the fucking place which you probably wouldn't have if they're just been a missile because up until this actual day most of the missiles were made of relatively few you airplanes tire credit airplane parts to Amiss aw sea so get souped it up like a modern art exhibit of random airplane parts in the Pentagon about it now as for flight ninety three conspiracy theorists contend passengers didn't actually revolt against the hijackers causing the plane crash before hitting its target instead. They claimed that the plane was actually shut down by a fighter jet now. This claim is based on the assertion that the engine of the plane was found miles away from the main body the wreckage now. This is a result to be more consistent with a mid air explosion than a crash. I have no idea if that's actually true but you don't need to know because it's not how it works. The engine was scattered three hundred yards from the main crush site and also as we establish before norad had virtually no time to get jets into the air to intercept flight ninety three even if they had wanted to behead an hour and twenty one minutes it's between the first tower getting hit and when they shot down flight ninety three just like people were were snapped chatting it. They had like followers on late night. They had plenty talk except it's on its way to San Francisco turns around and Ohio the Trans Partners off but yeah you're right. He had plenty of time not to find one hundred percent. Show by GONNA kick kick you in the next time. I'm confused it with facts. We kickin you. Guys are both getting kicked so other nutters note that the debris was found by local residents eight miles away from the crash site right so totally a mid air explosion and yeah okay. Maybe accept that what they've found eight miles away was mostly paper and like bits of charred insulation so basically that's stuff the wind would just carry during and after a major jet crash and subsequent massive fireball bunny of fucking wind to go around also the eight mile figure. That's driving driving eight miles in a straight line. It was one Mile Cisco and also I lived in Pennsylvania. I can see how that installation was motivated to get the fuck walkout skeptics all around but you haven't answered my real theory about how we know. We shot that plane down the fake hero story. Sorry we made up is tragically America. Let's roll Australia. Maybe Americans would have gotten up. Keep your seatbelt suit is on Roller Rascal scooter and a little bit of pretzels left all right so Internet video sham loose change that claim that flight ninety three actually landed safely in Ohio and then a substitute was in Pennsylvania sure in what this claims seizes on an Aronie report confusing flight ninety three with a Delta flight one nine eight nine and even nine eleven troopers they have sought to distance themselves from this claim noting that will that's just fucking stupid and not GonNa take them seriously so let's just agree not to talk about that. One don't WanNa talk about it interesting. Wresting the one doesn't WanNa talk about also some theories about the hijackers themselves these mostly stemmed from inaccurate initial reporting warning in the immediate chaos and confusion of the attacks a BBC report published. Some of the names of people believed to be hijackers and to be frank they just got some of that shit wrong and so since a few of the people they initially claimed his hijackers were in fact still alive. The truth nuts have seized on this bad reporting as evidence that the hijackers were like moon landing level fake right at example all of this confusion was cleared. I pretty readily afterwards by the BBC dubious the FBI and the New York Times kill him they noted that part of the problem was the simple confusion that arose from Arabic names that are common and just coincidentally similar..

"A dental laboratory in twenty four teen. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife savvy that I that right and savvy perfect Mike seriously. I am so honored. You Email me back and said you come on the show. I literally yelled thank you so much for coming on the show today. It's a pleasure. Our so restorative dentistry. Gosh darn. Graduated in eighty seven and hot new thing was the PFM, and we did mostly Malcolm's composites. And I when I tell you this. I don't know if you're old enough to believe this or not, but our operative dentistry instructor made a sign of ethical pledge that amalgams and gold were superior. These new fabled composites were unproven garbage. And he told us we left if you are an ethical Dutta, she'll stay away from these new composite plastic things and stick with the goal, and and my all seven of my restorations or golden lays and all lanes. I don't have a composite. So man things have changed in our careers haven't. They sure have and for the better, I think. So is gold you're out there in Los Angeles. And Hollywood Bill I've always weren't is gold. This anybody like gold restorations or that just. Dying ours. I think it's both because there's a group of people out there that are seeking longest lasting restorations than they find people like me, they can do gold's rations. In Los Angeles. Where you would think that everything is focused on the aesthetics of those max Leary into your teeth looking absolutely beautiful. And that be one shade. You'd be surprised how many of those very same patients will say okay to gold on on second molar are inlay on a first molar. So I think it has its place in dentistry, and unfortunately, it's pretty much lost its traction in dental schools at this time, very very few schools are teaching the kind of gold work United routinely when we were in dental school. Well, one of the things I go to sun dental town is that when anybody publishes a study that says poster composites last six or seven years in Magas last thirty or thirty eight years every single Dennis owner says while not Mike composites, maybe maybe everyone else's composites last six or seven years, but mine last as long as a mouth of gold. Do you? Think the average Emo de composite is last thing as long as the average MODEM album R ammo de golden layer on lay. Well, it's not what I think is what the what the literature shows us. And that simply not the case the amalgams ju- outlast, the those routine average restorations, but I think deport of your your members, and is is well taken that if they're done exquisitely. Well, I think composite restorations have very long durability and very long lifetime. But during really well means doing things like placing rubber dam means using high magnification, it means making sure that you're carrying lights are calibrated tin and properly carrying the composite the means layering techniques that means understand the clues in polishing Kloesel surface. Really? Well, I means a lot of things, and I think that. That may not be the case in the average composite. I think that the average amount of money other hand boy, it's a. It's a very user friendly material, you know, you can place it under water, even it still works. And I I have seen very average operators play some albums that last many many many years, but have a lot of trouble with composites. But after they get some education and composites they can usually play some quite well, but I think the proviso is and on the manufacturer say this and all the studies that look at composite longevity are looking out the last as long as how for example are looking at the ideal placement of these restorations. So I think that's the important for for people to realize so podcasters tend to be young about a quarter of audience is still in dental school. It seems like almost all the rest of them are under thirty. In fact, please league comment and watches YouTube leave a comment tell me how old you are what country live in or Email me. Howard dental town dot com. Tom. But what advice would you give to a youngster them? There's a big throttled dental town this weekend..
