From the inner loop, it appears that folks are getting through, but again, have a backup plan if you're headed in that direction, past university boulevard. Your workaround if you're coming on 95 south is certainly to take the ICC to 29. If you're on 95, you can either take route one south towards universe, green belt road, which becomes university boulevard, or you can go north to the ICC to 29 as well. But again, you still looking at an extended closure of the outer loop of the capitol beltway for the pedestrian that was struck in the 2 o'clock hour. After I 95 near New Hampshire avenue, elsewhere, we're still dealing with a crash on east as highway near grub road, police are responding to that when used caution as you're leaving Silver Spring for Bethesda. No problems on the outer loop of the capitol beltway finally caught in camera the remnants of the crash on the ramp to the dulles toll road. That's just a single disabled vehicle left over on the shoulder. No big deal. If you're in herndon and your power is out, that's because a pickup truck hit the telephone pole on crestview drive in between Sterling road and herndon Parkway that stretch a crest view is closed, dominion hopes to have your power back and the road reopened here in the next hour or two. The crash and police activity in northeast sounds like Massachusetts avenue may be blocked both ways between 8th street and constitution avenue again in northeast. If you're in the district, southbound D.C. two 95, heavy from burrows passing east capital street, northbound slows from the 11th street bridge passing Pennsylvania avenue. We did have the work crew on northbound I two 95 close to the suitland Parkway but the delay is gone, so that work may have cleared. Now we do have delays in Maryland inside the beltway, westbound 50 slows from four ten headed toward four 50 today. It is the right lane blocked with the work. The earlier reconciled the beltway on the southbound Baltimore Washington Parkway after four ten, that looks to have cleared. It was over on the right shoulder. Northbound still has a volume delay after four ten, headed into green belt if you're on 50 outside the beltway closer to Annapolis, eastbound 50 in parole, the earlier wreck should be cleared from the right side the delay has definitely eased. If you're on two 70, that actually looks good now between Frederick and Rockville with your lanes open, the earlier delays on northbound 15 have eased as well so that worked after Rosemont avenue should have cleared Westbound I 70 at 29 in Ellicott City, the crash was moved to the shoulder, the lanes are open, watch for any delays there. While in Gaithersburg it is 28 or darnstown red at muddy branch road, you're under police direction for a crash reportedly involving an overturned vehicle. In Virginia on 95, it was volume delays, southbound out of lorton and across the aka Kwan, then it looks good all the way into Fredericksburg. No problems in the northbound direction and eastbound and westbound 66 are in pretty good shape. We are still slow on two 70, slowest is a little bit right there in urbana, then we're delayed clarksburg, headed through Germantown, and we're getting slow right there at the lane divide to go down the southbound spur onto the outer loop. 70 in Hagerstown, we've got traffic moving once again at the wreck was added exit 60 route 65, exit 29, the right lane will be getting nearby. Sounds like emergency work in Germantown, collars road through south on three 55 before middlebrook road, the right lane taken away. Cherry hill road blocked both ways at FDA boulevard to crash with the vehicle that rolled over. You're going to find in Virginia now, okay, lanes are once again open, 95 in woodbridge. It's pretty slow on 15 and has been all day as folks get a look at the damage caused by the tanker fire over the weekend. But north of Rosemont avenue all lanes remain open on 15 and just stay looking straight ahead and try not to contribute to the rubbernecking. Volume delays in the Baltimore Washington Parkway never found the crash, southbound at one 98, think they went back and serve as minor delays on 95 between 32 and route 100. The in Virginia on three 95 and 95 southbound, slow as you would expect near glee road and from newington to woodbridge, and on 66 westbound some heavy traffic near not least straight. And westbound through centerville. If you're headed on the eastbound outbound side of New York avenue, still dealing with that crash, though it does look like the a few of those vehicles have been pulled away. I'm only seeing one last emergency vehicle with those blue and red lights flashing there over on the right hand side of the roadway. So watch out for them. They're definitely still blocking part of the roadway, though no real delays. Just be ready to move over if you could. If you're headed on the beltway, things are quiet so far. Southbound I 95 and your approach towards one 98 to left lanes still blocked there. Southbound side of I two 70 after muddy branch road, you got one lane blocked, no delays because of that one. Down in Virginia, got a few new accidents in for you, all happened in here. 5 o'clock tends to be when people hit the road. So this is what's happening. Northbound I 95. I got an accident scene on the ramp to route one. And now if you often take that ramp, you know that it basically turns into an access road, that's where the accident scene is before you head up towards the split for route one or towards fort belvoir. So what you're going to see is that once you're on that access road, you're going to have crash activity on both the far left and the far right shoulder. As of now, I'm accounting several emergency vehicles, but they're not blocking your actual through lanes. Stay down towards the center of the roadway anyways, just in case folks are walking around those vehicles. Also, on I 95 northbound right as you make way past lorton, you've got the far right and the far left shoulder also blocked. Looks like the accident scene involving a single vehicle must have bounced off of one side of the roadway. It ended up on the other side. So be cautious, again, no lanes are blocked, but it may cause a distraction. Remember to stay hyper alert for the lanes that are around you. In other words, stay in your lane. Let's start out onto 70 southbound volume passing 85, then it slows out of urbana headed past one O 9. Once you head to one 21, everything looks good still to the lane divide, no matter what loop of about what you're getting on, outer loop of the beltway in Maryland, delays before New Hampshire avenue headed past 29 Cole's full road, the inner loop is starting to slow now from two ten headed on to the Woodrow Wilson bridge and still no problems yet along the beltway in Virginia. In Virginia, however, on 95, north bund has a delay passing 6 ten garrisonville road. The work is southbound after 6 ten in the right lane. Northbound 95 also heavy Dale City into woodbridge, and through lorton starting a slow passing the fairfax county Parkway as well, northbound three 95, the delay is getting on to the inbound 14th street bridge. Keep an eye out for a report of a wreck just as you're getting on to the case bridge. We may have some crash activity. The George Washington Parkway north and southbound no reported delays. Eastbound 66 is now slow after the Prince William Parkway had a past two 34 business and northbound 28 crawling out of an S, has had it all the way toward new Braddock road. South kings highway south of old route one, a report of a wreck. You'll also find in the district, the delays, southbound D.C. two 95 from eastern passing east capital street inbound suitland Parkway slows to the light at Stanton road and approaching the light at first Sterling. Also in Virginia, northbound route one or Patrick street in your camera street callers report the work in the right lane, route 9, near golden springs Courtney, Hamilton, you're under police direction for the wreck at one point westbound traffic is being diverted under Clark's gap road. Well, we definitely have a lot of problems left over from the rush hour. Let's start out on the top side of the beltway outer loop in Maryland, delays coming from New Hampshire avenue. Past 29 Cole's ville road, there's a broken down vehicle there in the left lane. We're still seeing some volume on the southbound Baltimore Washington Parkway approaching and passing one 97. The earlier issues they are headed into greenbelt seem to have eased, however it was southbound near four 50, where we did have a report of a crash and northbound after kennel worth avenue. There was also a single lane getting by the crash. We're seeing a delay on southbound D.C. two 95 coming from eastern avenue headed toward benning road to keep an eye out for anything there. If you're trying to get into the third street tunnel, it looks a lot better there than north bed in the third street tunnel. The oversized tractor trailer has been cleared from the left lane, so that must be the reason why most of the delays have eased. You still have the work along the left side near sea street and D street plus that D street exit is blocked by police. But again, that part's not really causing much of a backup anymore. In Virginia, northbound 95, the ramp from Dale City, the off ramp had been blocked for a crash with a tow truck on the scene, southbound fairfax county Parkway before Whitmer's creek drive, the crash was along the left side, also southbound 95 near two 34 in dumfries while the crash is clear. There was still some delays in the area, and Georgetown pike is still an issue today between old dominion drive and difficult run. That again, just a little bit more volume. Two 70 same thing. Got some brake lights now as you approach 80 in urbana. It remains heavy down toward one O 9, but at a clarksburg, you're fine, headed down into Bethesda so far so good. We're quiet between the bellway's own 95 little heavy south Baltimore Washington park, where you roll down toward one 75. 50s is good to go between northeast and the bay bridge. We're a little bit heavier in the district. D.C. two 95 going south, headed to east capital street. And again, a little bit of a delay going inbound on the 11th street bridge toward M street. That's also caused a little delay north on itune 95 exiting to go inbound on the 11th. In Virginia, so far quiet both loops between Alexandria and McLean, 95 headed northbound. There was a little delay coming through Stafford. There was a wreck up near mile post one 41 over on the left shoulder. Now we're slowing Dale City into woodbridge. No other troubles headed into Springfield. You look good from the beltway up to the 14th street bridge. Careful down in woodbridge on the intersection of one 23 at old bridge road earlier college road through and said, the traffic signals are dark, police are here, but they weren't actively directing traffic, so just be careful rolling through the interchange.
