And the flash flood warning for King George County in the northern neck, that will expire at 845 this evening. Heavy storms that were across portions of northern Frederick and Carroll counties of Maryland. Those are now moving up into Pennsylvania. And we're going to be quiet for the next several hours. We'll watch off to the west though and see if another line of storms develops later and into the overnight hours. The good news, risk for severe weather is low now if non -existent. We'll have to watch out for the possibility of some heavy rain later tonight and the possibility of some flash flooding. And I'll be back in just a couple minutes with your complete forecast. Unfortunately, as you ride in Virginia this morning, we had some sun glare that was causing a bit of a slowdown east on 66 manassas riding into centerville, and the fairfax county Parkway to 50. It's a wreck long-standing in woodbridge, causing early big delays coming to China north on dumfries, headed toward one 23 just before exit one 60. That's where the crash remains in that far left lane. Crowded again in newington because of some activity after the fairfax county park with it still over on the left shoulder. Filling in a bit now as you ride out of Springfield, go north on three 95, headed towards seminary road and king street, definitely on the brakes though to try to cross the inbound 14th. Interloop of the beltway a little bit heavier now. We've got some slowing around Braddock road up toward two 36, then you're fine. Get it up into tysons. You will find we'd had some slowing in the district on the freeway. As you left the third street tunnel toward Virginia riding toward the case bridge, D.C. two 95 is very slow eastern avenue toward east capital street. The normal fight of the lights riding in on New York avenue, trying to get toward bladensburg road, then passing Florida avenue and as you approach north capitol street. And again, riding out to the third street tunnel. Delays in Maryland, bellway topside outer loop, the activity before New Hampshire avenue over on the left shoulder in the slowdown that goes over to Georgia avenue. The inner loop south of town, you're slow saint Barnabas road toward the Wilson bridge. Slowing on two 70 going south as you get into urbana south from the monocacy through hyattstown, then slow into Germantown toward Montgomery village avenue, and it's getting a little heavier now south on the spur to get onto the outer loop. If you're a Virginia into Maryland on the outer loop local lanes reportedly on the Wilson bridge, I think we've got one broken down and blocking the far left lane. Braddock road, both ways between pleasant valley road and only road closed by the crash and things on 66 are doing all right for the most part in Maryland. We do have a slow traffic on the inner loop of the beltway past three 55 off and on past the Mormon temple beyond that the pace is pretty good. Baltimore, Washington, Parkway, just some volume delays here and there, 95 is doing all right. Two 70 north, very slow getting up through clarksburg, just north of one 21, the crash there has been along the left side and the district. Ohio drive between independence and west basin drive, traffic is both ways. That was a medical emergency there and back in Maryland on Randolph road, east brand off near main court. After the crash in the foot chase and Montgomery county, police activities winding down down two 70, southbound near the 28th west gummer avenue overpass, the remaining activity pulling off off the left main lanes should be reopening those lanes here momentarily. I think all the local lanes are open and the ram from eastbound 28 to go south in the locals might also be in the process of reopening. A minor impact northbound with less to look at now. Volume building, though, farther north near one 21 clarksburg. Meanwhile, on 95 between Columbia and Laurel, it's guardrail work between the rest area 32 along the right side of the main line, Baltimore, Washington Parkway, audit off volume delays, no surprise there, 50 looking good toward the bay bridge. In the district, Michigan avenue, part of that is blocked east of north capitol street and the hospital where a truck snagged wires and brought a pole down. The signals at north cap and Michigan avenue were also dark at last report. As far as the freeways go, three 95 6 95 and two 95, all carrying moderate to heavy traffic with nothing blocking the way. In Virginia on three 95, northbound slow out of Springfield, they are almost done clearing the work zone north of edsel road, a few more barrels to go. And that right lane will be reopened. 95 southbound slow out of Springfield and getting heavier at the aka Kwan. 66 westbound slow near nutley in 28, off of 66 on to two 67, the dulles connector road should be wrapping up and reopening that left lane. It is very slow on the inner loop from 7 and one 23 across the American legion bridge and on portions in prince George's county, northbound and the outer through landover for plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs and other home service providers.
