They're it depends on the customer, not everybody's in tagging entirely. Shirl was gonna handle silo that you get to try to break out and we may have a great deal of credibility with the IT staff, but that translate to guy that's been managing a fleet or the skater systems. I'm just not just a a Harry. Come on in start doing it for me, it's we had to, again prove ourselves that we've got the process that levers the people in technology to achieve those goals that the the operator technology folks have and it just happens to leverage some technology going to go into the IT side. And so getting those folks to speak to each other is not always a hard thing. It's just a matter of how do we, how do we help them understand what we're trying to deliver an, they've got to figure out how how to pay for it and we can facilitate that conversation. We can't force them to write a check or things like that. So right now, I think our process is get introductions doing some demand generation and religious going in and having a vision conversation, right? Hey, if we can bring these things to the table, is that something that would be value to you? And then let's let's frame up a an objective. Objective vision, not objectionable, so it'd be different. An objective vision. That we can get buying in from all the necessary parties. And these early stages were were pretty flexible on the pricing. Because again it it's early on and. We're all kind of trying to figure out house is going to play out over time. I don't think anybody has has nailed down yet because we are still early in this convergence. No, yeah. And I think as you said, it's going to be the back end where the real values can be found over time and that's where you know where you can make a lot more of the money. And so a lot of my conversations when I get brought into a customer is really trying to understand is this customer willing to invest either time into our money to start digging into this data this already sitting out there collecting and looking at it to see what is going to tell them because I can't walk in the door and say, hey, if you look at these things, this is what it's going to tell you. This is how much money will save. Okay. So a couple of questions the the, the OT folks when you're approaching them, are they aware of IOT or are they not generally speaking. Is that education for? I mean, have they heard the? Have they heard the acronym lease store or do you have to start from there? That would say the majority of them are not that mayor with it in heaven, heard of it. And so there is again a lot of education. It goes on there. What really tried to stay away from the acronyms in the technology aspect of it in that tends to accelerate the conversation because now they're interested versus if I come in start. Regurgitating alphabet soup of acronyms, begat available to us. Dan, the is ways over a, you know, lose interest pretty quick. Mike spirit that you've got about twenty minutes to get the point cross. Got to be pretty compelling. So really have to start with a point in the conversation that is relevant to them already in trying to understand that has been, I think we're, we've been over the past maybe seven to four months ago. Those identified now or having more successes, we'd go in and have that business conversation with the individual that retargeting solution said. Yeah. And you know, my experience in other other lives is generally people, you know, when you when you're talking to him, but a new Kip Billy for their company, what it can do, you know they're hearing, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. What what's this mean to me? Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. What am I going to have to learn, blah, blah, blah, blah on man. Really? You know. So I think, yeah, your point of of actually giving that twenty minutes, but focusing on something that's important to them that can help them. You're, you're, you're not a tech guy manual like a sales guy or some..

"Grow into like do you just get sick of the personnel awhile or did you somehow really connect with this character or what was the also on a show like that like any show there's you know i would imagine there's limitations of what the range of experiences and emotions and whatever you can have with the one character is how did you feel as time went by i mean i think i definitely sort of butted up against those limitations in those boundaries for multitude of reasons because yeah you know you can only do so much with particular character on specifically on a show like that you know we really had to sort of stay in the boundaries of a somewhat religious family and teaching lessons and you know when you're sixteen fourteen fifteen sixteen he gets a point right oh man i just want to do something different i just want to cut my hair and i just wanna die different color and i i can't do all these things because i have this contract and i'm do will i do i did i did cut my hair and i got in a lot of trouble for that home when i had to apologize to everybody which is sort of the theme with mike spirit of i was like always follow thing people do that makes that look angel were really why do you think the show is as popular as it was for as long as it was just to go over some stats it lasted eleven seasons again you were there for fully six and parts of three others it got the largest audience of anything that was ever on the wb network on february eighth ninety nine that was when twelve point five million people watch the birth of the camden twins with its ten season pass the waltons and little house on the prairie to become the longest running family drama in tv history that's it's obviously meant a lot to lot of people why do you think that was i can only guess that immense a lot to a lot of people because there wasn't that many things on the air like this and i think kind of a simple sort of uncomplicated with their own functional complications a family unit like this i think you can sit down with anyone in your family young kids old kids.

"Great. Let's let's explore this. I don't understand why, but because I it's so textbook, he, you know, but but here are some traits and maybe maybe a, you've found yourself in at some points in your life fitting some of these, but characteristics of codependent people are an exaggerated sense of responsibility for the actions of others, a tendency to confuse love and pity with the tendency to love people. They can pity and rescue. Oh my gosh. Deanna, how many bad boys did you date near life? To me what he made. This is me. I, I understand him. I, he just I just get him. I can change him with the neck. Love right. I see the real him or I know plenty of guys who are really into women that are just hot messes, but but she just needs someone stable. Meanwhile, she's treating him like absolute shit, right? Just a dorm out again, a tendency to do more than their share all of the time, a tendency to become hurt when people don't recognize their efforts. I do that. Like guilty. I'm real sensitive and healthy dependence on relationships. Sometimes they will hold onto even the worst relationships in order to not be abandoned, which can be. We've talked about this with toxic friendships. This can be really, really damaging. Also an extreme need of four approval in recognition, a sense of guilt when you cert- yourself. That's one of the hardest things I think is to be able to stand up for yourself and realize you might make some people mad. I'm in no way like saying anything bad about people who feel Gil. I'm just sharing my own experience on the opposite of that joke. I need a little bit more DNA in my life like I don't know where that from, but I sometimes take Shoko with thirty. So. But it's funny because it kind of goes the other way. It. It doesn't really have any do with codependency. I don't know. I just you just read that and I talked to yourself, oh, there's me, but the opposite the opposite will. I've got a lot of other issues. We all do. We don't. There's also a compelling need to control others, lack of trust in self or others, fear of being abandoned alone, difficulty identifying feelings, difficulty adjusting to change problems with intimacy in boundaries, chronic anger, lying dishonesty, poor communication, difficulty making decisions. So those are some characteristic. A long list. I think all of us can kind of see yourselves in it which is kinda point Backley it can Evan flow. Right? 'cause some relationships bring out, you know, when they say like some relationships bring out the worst denies or the bast. And I can say that in Mike spirit dating in the past, or you've been with certain friends or family members, like each relationship takes on its own, look and feel, and people can trigger each other or certain people can come into our lives and make us feel some kind of way at constru- up past traumas or what have you. So it's just it's good to recognize when things are feeling not so hot, not so good. Exactly. In really quick codependency is in something that's in the DSM, but I think. As you mentioned, it's a rain. She know there's, there's certain things on here where we could always use healthier boundaries and communication. And sometimes we're too rigid on some things or or not, you know, to porous and others, but you, you hit the nail on the head and something that I'm realizing kind of as my relationships move forward is that I listen very, very closely to my body at this point because I think a lot of times we check out of our physical body in sometimes too much in our head. But I say that because there have been interactions I've had with people that feel uncomfortable, not uncomfortable in a this is safe. I'm going to push my comfort zone, but like were there clearly flags going off or I'm not feeling emotionally safe or connected, and I would push pass them to just deny it. And now looking back it was because they were very unhealthy interactions and and my anxiety or my my body, the cues was denying. All of them. If you're going to see somebody you're supposed to like and be involved in and you're anxious that you might irritate them because they're moody, that's probably not a good sign, especially if you haven't done anything wrong. So I guess in my in my -application as some of the stuff that I've worked on and working with others to work on is just really paying attention of how you feel in the moment when you're interacting with people and it's it's difficult. It's hard work. I know I've been there before and I wish it was as easy as just like, oh yeah, this isn't right. So I'm walking away like we're not minimizing how difficult this can be just were opening a discussion to talk about if our bodies are telling us something just to take pas and try to. Floor what that may mean to you. Yeah, and listen. And the other thing is this doesn't just apply in intimate relationships and family relationships. You may sense some of this stuff coming out in a workplace environment, and we're going to, we're going to touch on that in a future podcast. But the reality is that there are some people that can pick up either consciously or subconsciously on those with codependent flavors, and sometimes that can be manipulated. To their advantage and I've seen it in the workplace environment where if you have a boss who's a bit of a tyrant and knows you're a people pleaser, they will try and control you and the workplace environment with their mood. And that's not a safe place to to feel

"A working fifth and sixth grade so we're talking about eleven and twelve year old boys and i would find in my teaching that occasionally some of the african american boys or completely you know bouncing up the furniture throwing things getting attention and i would i would talk to other teachers or say what what's going on with this young man your what's the problem and they said well one of the things we realize is that it an african american family if you have four or five children the youngest meal child is the perfect angel low a blameless holy creature and if they pull the catch tale isn't that cute if they threw a baseball through the tv said oh you are going to be a big leap pitcher so when they come to scold emily at the same way they are truly mike spirit there they've simply don't understand why you are expecting a different set of behavior from them when they're used to be in that way they've received note discipline at all okay so a kind of can relate in some regard very little because tania is from a real italian family i mean a talk with your hands real italic from italy italian family and the boys and the relationship with their mothers is remarkable just remarkable they can do no wrong and you know mom wolf fix at all with meatballs and you know they make the meal for the suns so may maybe that's kind of the same thing may be culturally may maybe it's not just one coulter but at that was my experience through the youngest male child privilege get a rule the roost okay that's such a so a hang on way do you want a book puree of most of the rest of your books as will have the too which one you want on the one you're talking about liars liars okay good hang on the.
