S. stadiums because of the pandemic the jags were schedule to play two home games at Wembley Stadium in the NFL also set for two games at Tottenham's new facility with the falcons and the dolphins as the host the cardinals were slated to be the home team for game in Mexico City I believe the NFL is also set to release this the regular season schedule later this week is that correct yes a yeah in the pre season two which begins earlier that's why that's significant yes the NC double A.'s accuse loophole of recruiting violations received a notice of allegations from the NC double a that accuses the program of a level one violation within improper recruiting offer for Brian Bolan the second it several level two violations that accuse former coach Rick Pitino of failing to promote an atmosphere of compliance so we're still on the patina thing here that we think it should be long done already are the enemy ESPN has done a study and fans are in favor of sports returning earlier without spectators about that E. S. P. N. surveyed a hunter excuse me a thousand for sports fans age eighteen or older with sixty five percent of them in favor of sports returning even if fans can't be in the stands that approval number grew seventy six percent when participants were asked if they support the return to sports without fans in the stands of players were kept in hotels in their contact with others was closely monitored so the number goes up even higher with the fans if in fact they're being told that the players are be taking good care of so how bout that conscientious fan base are in the big city a big tennis is spent at all activities through June first announced to extend the suspension of through June first and then reevaluate the conference previously announced a moratorium on all on and off campus recruiting activities a university of Iowa president Bruce Harreld said during the regents meeting last week it was hoped preparations for the twenty twenty football season could begin June first that's very fluid I will we come back we'll lighten up even more get a couple of nonsensical stories and of course a trip inside the very very demented Porter or high okay waddling silver.

"So I mean, I experienced a transition from Mike Shula to Nick Sabin the took a year for the guys to all start going in the same direction. I it didn't take them a year here. There was no grace period. They actually won more games. I think most people thought they would and going into this year. There's an awful lot of momentum based on how they played in the final month of the season. So I think he's really optimistic about the type players are bringing the quality of player that they're bringing in. They just had to get the depth online with some of the best teams in the country, and that happens with multiple recruiting classes that are going to be ranked in the top five. And and I certainly have a lot of faith that jimbo's going to continue to recruit at a really high level. Everyone is in has been talking about the schedule. I mean, it's self explanatory. It's certified insane. When you think about maybe three of the top four teams in the country on the schedule. Yeah. To on the road and. Alabama's at home. And we asked I think Billy Lucia yesterday. This was a talk show question as you do. And no of those three at Clemson at Georgia and Alabama home of if you had to pick one to to pull the upset, and he thought it was Alabama at home. I don't know. I mean that's not by the way. That's not an easy question to answer. But. Kyle field enough to to get this team over that hump. Do you think I mean, that's? That's a tough question. Paul. I mean, homefield huge I in college football. There's no doubt. And I've always been a huge believer that it's tough to go on the road. But if I'm listing the places that that I think I have a real chance to pulling off an upset out of the group that you just list, I think going on the road at Clemson is a realistic possibility to Clemson is still replacing some really key pieces along the defensive line at that point. Yeah, they still have good players. But maybe they're not clicking on all cylinders like they were at the end of the season last year. Now, Trevor Lawrence is back. So I think that's going to be a tall ask. And if if Tex CNN were to lose every single one of those games that you just listed does that mean that they have stalled in regards to getting to where they wanna go. No because it's still early in trying to recreate who Texas M wants to become. But if there was I mean, if I were to, you know, jockey him up and line them up with the most likely upset to the least likely upset. I would say clad Clemson would be one because it's early in the season, and maybe clemson's not firing on all cylinders Alabama..

"Going on with the weather. It was the right decision. It looks like Saturday is going to be absolutely brutal. When it comes to the storms that have been rolling across Texas and really throughout the middle of the country. So it was absolutely the right call what's crazy about a though is today, Texas M seniors are getting their rings today. There's a baseball game. There's a tennis match. There's a track meet there is a softball game. Like, there's more going on in college station today than I think is on in college station in the last several weeks. So it's a big day to be an Aggie. It's a really fun time to be down here. Well, let's talk about what you'll be looking for and the nation. We'll be watching tonight. Certainly I think we know the quarterback situation is in good shape. But take us through the variables on what else the aggies are keying on and what they need to improve on as well. Well, let's start off. Simply they wanted to keep doing a lot of what they did last year. Now, they do have some guys that are a little beat up with injuries. So we're not totally sure who's going to be full go. Oh, and who's going to be partial go for tonight's scrimmage when it comes to the running backs in the wide receiver so still trying to wait to figure out how those things are going to be sorted out. But what they're wanting to be more. Physical continue preaching the same message that JIMBO Fisher began preaching last year. I asked him point blank. I said how far away are you from Alabama? That's the truth. That's the question. Right. Because if you're going to pay someone seventy five million dollars, your expectation level is national championships. And right now, the gold standard throughout the SEC of the Alabama crimson tide. Although Georgia's extremely close. So I asked him point like how far away are you? How far away is this roster from being on that level? And he said we're recruiting class away potentially. But with some of the guys we have arriving here in the summer. We might be there sooner than we think. So he's very optimistic about the trajectory. But still making sure that the guys on the team or continuing to buy it. And he thinks it takes about two years to lay the foundation of the program, but he likes the direction that they're heading. So offensively they're really moving with some good things. But they might not be at full strength than d. Defensively. Coach Mike Elko really wants to make sure that they stop thinking so much playing faster and having a better understanding of what they wanted to do defensively. Now, they loosen key pieces in the front. They're still gonna fill those guys with some really talented players. I'm not at all worried about their defense of lied linebacker. You lose some key pieces as well still pretty talented in that group. And then in the back end they were not very good last year. So the only way to go on the back end up based on how they perform down the stretch just show, which I think your questions appropriate, and he would know. In terms of how far away from Alabama. But if they are reasonably close, that's quite a quite a jump. Would you not agree? I I've said this for a while. Now, Paul I firmly believe that JIMBO Fisher will win a national championship here at saying, I really believe that now is that gonna be in the next two years. I don't know that. But I look at how they recruited in this last cycle in the positions of need. They addressed they've fortified the secondary with Juku addition and some solid young players that they feel really good about. They have a lot of really good players along the defensive line. They have capable quarterback, and they really liked the freshman quarterback who's competing for the backup job right now. So they have things that are already in place that takes most programs years to to try to figure out. So there ahead of schedule. And I think he was really really pleased to with the way the guy's bought in last year. I asked him I said, honestly, usually it's a tug of war when you had Kevin. And then you go to JIMBO Fisher, it's two completely different personalities that would probably recruit two completely different players. So I mean, I experienced the transition from Mike Shula to Nick Sabin the took a year for the guys to all start going in the same direction. It didn't take them a year here. There was.

"This is on. All right. We're back here on another episode of comeback season post national championship, which means that college football season's officially over. And I'm with e b this week. We're going to kind of go the two man game this week because evey you've been quite a busy, man. We didn't get you last week. And I gave you a pass because I knew that you're kind of on the road all the time. But you got a lot of things we have to talk about today. It's been a world win. It's been a lot of fun. Casey. So yeah, I I'm ready. I'm locked in. I'm sorry. I missed last. I know y'all ain't giving me a hard time. Got plenty of tech messages on that. So let's get a role of I'm back comeback season. Two thousand nineteen go got an NFL head coach in the house. Hell, yes. Or your boyfriend busy. Yeah. That well, that's what I was gonna say. It's last week. Johnny was rusty you I admit I was rusting you a little bit. But Johnny was like, oh, it wasn't his New Year's resolution to be more. I don't know exactly the way he worded. But he was like, well, he's already failing in two thousand nineteen fun. Fact a week later we're dropping this episode later in the day because you've been so busy with the big news of clip Kingsbury. We're gonna get into all of that. But e b before we do I have to talk about the national championship. Because obviously, this is a college football podcast and we've been talking about this all year. But it pains me it hurts to come out of my mouth to talk about. How pathetic Alabama looked? Earlier this week crazy. I mean, I gotta say I've just and look Clemson was really good is a lot of people knew. And you know, your aggies shit should've beat them. Just us two point the credit my nightmares. Yeah. But it wasn't just the way. It wasn't as winning the game. Right. And like a safe leg. No, very close game. Which is what everybody thought might be the case of Clinton with the one. I mean, they completely fucking dominated them. I mean, I never I can't remember it's been fight. Mike Shula was coach that they had seen Alabama get dominated like, it was horrible. Basically in the third quarter of the game was like that that doesn't happen. So it's like part of me is like welcome to sports again, the reality of life. Everybody gets embarrassed once in a while and quit like they made them quit. And it was fun to watch kind of you know, Clinton maybe takeover that. When you look at Clemson now, they've won what to the last three? Yeah. On rated bam. It's a dynasty to like we talked about Alabama like at Clemson has they Davos we've been able to do. But you hit the nail on the head by the middle of the third quarter end of the third quarter. You already knew it was going to happen. Because not only did it look like Alabama was quitting some of the coaching decisions that Nick Saban was made worse head-scratching to me. I mean, you know, the make feel EBay. I know that you are watching it in slow motion. Just like I was everybody and their mother's saw that coming, and I could not understand what he was thinking with it. But that's what happens. Casey, right, win win coaches. Get fucked up and they start. From behind that again. Welcome to everybody else's not just idiot coaches out there. But when you can't get a first down and you're down two or three scores in the third quarter. You consider dumb aspect kicks and shit. You gotta do something. He never has to do that. He's just keep leaning on people and let my four or found alignment dominate everybody. And it's it's real fucking easy to do that. And taking nothing away. I just I wanna go back to one of our first episode Stacey before we started the whole thing. And I told you the best player in the country worthwhile Maria deserve trophy..

"Do we think I don't think so not to mind all age? He hasn't where he would've. I know that taxes could Leach wasn't a head coach when Sabin was at Michigan state, and then saving went to the NF us at LSU. I don't think they would've played Texas Tech. And then he went to the NFL, and then he came back, and they haven't Texas Tech played Alabama in a condo. But Mike Shula was the coach. Then so, yeah, it'll be awesome. Let's let's be honest. It would be awesome. Now garner men's shoe is definitely kind of transformed the whole or around that team. But also, and this is an important thing. I guess the question the question, and it's the same thing in the wash matchup is the Washington state office alliance been so good all season. Can I is this the caliber of defense that maybe gives them more trouble than they've had? You know, if you're Washington you're looking at the blueprint of the cow game or cow one. I mean, Washington state one nineteen thirteen on a last minute. Touchdown. And if you look at it, you say, oh, meant you had similar staffs to what he usually has. But you know, that's the key with your facing Mike Leach team. Just keep him out of the end zone. They're going to get their yards. Keep him out of the end zone. And that's certainly washing going gonna try to do this week. There's also this little game going on in Columbus, Ohio. You might have heard of before we get to that game. I do want to ask you. So I didn't get a chance because of our game to see any of the Ohio State Maryland wild game that it was. But we've talked a lot about urban Myers health. What do you? So you watched that game, I gather, and what do you make of it? And what do you make of his situation? Now that you've kind of had time to absorb it and see in real time. It's really hard to watch. I'm. It's frustrating that people. I I know why understand why? But the people on Twitter mock, his health and think he's faking it or whatever, you know, I don't make jokes about somebody's health. I don't think that doctor that put out that statement a few weeks ago was making it up that would be rather illegal on his part. He's got a cyst on his brain. And it's gotten worse. The he he has stress related headaches. And he clearly gets very very stressed in these Taekema when his team is making all these inexplicable mistakes penalties turnovers letting Anthony McFarland the Maryland running back run for seventy five yards on you every other play. It is really hard to watch..

"The saints defense is bad. It was close. I expect that way. Yeah. But when you when you think about it, what was it a fourteen point lead? Is that why you said to possession, they kicked a field goal or touchdown on nineteen to seven, halfway through the third quarter and in the giants field goals. Okay. Well, and it was. So it was a nine point. It was at least nine point three, that's three possession game, Natasha. I, if we're talking about Mike Shula offense, nine point leads three possession. They had three possession lead the most of the second. But I did like I think our offense is better than the Jags cause Blake, Bortles just doesn't add like Balsam weeks. So like that was a low scoring game. And it was more just because the Jaguars. One hundred percent like matchup base offense. Like if they played bad defense, they will tear it up, but they play good defense. They're just completely incompetent. The giants have do have good defense so that that's type of game. The Jacksonville struggled with like that against Tennessee also for them. The giants against good offenses have not done so good, but I have the Panthers really an offense like the saints right now. No, but we're better than. Not quite as efficient, but they're close. Yeah, and they're better than better than Jacksonville at Houston or offense. The one that the two, the two key differences. We don't have a receiver like Micheal Thomas, and we don't have an office coordinator like Sean Payton nor Turner's. Great. I'm not saying the north Turner isn't great, but you know, and as much as I hate Sean Payton because he looks like he swallowed an asshole. I got stuck in his mouth when he tried to spit it back out. I really, I really hate that. But anyway. Paying as much as I hate Shawn Payne is a on offense of genius. Like he's one of the three best offense of minded coaches in the NFL he could win with just about anyone. I think if you put Sean Payton on any of the thirty two teams in the NFL he would win with them. We don't have. Yeah, we don't have that, but we've got potential pieces that could one day be that like we don't know what we've got with DJ more yet. He could be as good as Michael Thomas. He might also flame out. We don't know yet. But we've got the quarterback. We've got the running game. We've got the tide in. We just we don't have. We're like more like a poor man's saints. Offense. To further Sean Payton point image Obree's have to like as do have the worst, just like minor ticks that they do that. Are he most fearing things watch Sean Payton's lips that it'll faces always making and drew Brees incessantly licking his fingers in adjusting shoulder pads. Whenever he doesn't have the like. Locking around and grabs shoulder pads because shoulder pad looks. The other thing is is it's it's there to watch like completely on related. I would hate to see a microscope like microscopic look at his tongue in his fingers because there's no telling how much bacteria and disease and all kinds of shit lives. Because, like you said, he licks his fingers like every seems like every thirty seconds heated against us. He can play and he did that thing where he like leaned forward as far as he could in clapped his Hello broke. And he would look fingers like before clapping, his hands on huddled break as he stood on the sidelines and windbreaker on drew. What are you trying to do. Oh, and I also forgot. We're, we're not quite as good at the saints because we don't have tastes. I hate that, man, I don't even. I don't even hate him for who he is. Just even last week. They brought him up on like the snap where he was just in the wildcat and they brought his name up and I just wanted to rip my hair out..

"Now, last just give he ran the ball, a hundred and thirty nine times the most time the quarterback is run the football since nineteen seventy two. That's far too many times running the football. You don't want that many Russia, Tim for your quarterback. So I understand sometimes the plays will play breaks down to quarterback, have no choice, but given the choice Cam, take the running back, dump it down to him, let him get it and I don't believe nor if going to call those running plays like Mike Shula call last. This wasn't a call right? He just took off and said, I'm going to do this by myself. But if you look at his, he had, he could dump the ball and he had eleven standing on the sideline because as. He starts to run the DB. Okay. Cam going to run from this, he's gonna come to stop him from trying to get the first down. Just pull up the ball to the Levin on the sideline. So what did I read into this? I do think is because Tom Brady was standing on the sideline fan Tizzano Tom Brady is because he's the best and he knows it. But in the bigger picture Cam Newton after the year, he struggled last two years. He's forty one touchdowns to thirty interceptions QBR's plummeted to twenty seventh and last year eighteenth he's the key. So last year there was the controversy with the female reporter and it just kind of ended badly for in company so is eat. He's not like he's on the hot seat this year, but I think he wants to bounce back and have a big year with people saying, modern, if north Turner is going to be the right fit there. I've been skeptical about it because I know north, he's been best with Troy Aikman in the pocket and Philip rivers in the pocket because north teachers pocket passing, right. Well, Cam can't just be a pocket pound. So can Norv adjust to camp because I think he's going to have. I think you're going to have to also skip. But I think the biggest thing for Cam Cam wants to get back and said that NBP that season was not a fluke. Everybody thinks that was that was a one off. I agree wants to show that he's show he's close to that at his. What do you what he was laugh? I don't know if you need to show it in the preseason. No. Oh, definitely nine, but I will tell you this. I will bet you his teammates were pretty impressed that he ran back on the field with the smile on his face. No, yeah. I think they were. I think they're saying this guy's where he is Super Bowl, a MAC. Let me see what kinda wheels. You got kind of move. We got what kind of wheels these guys put a use. So I must admit this. I watched much of the rest of the game, and I will be the first to say Carolina looked strong. They look strong on what night that do from Boston College. Tom Brady was having a hard time middle linebacker from Boston College. He's good. He does. He not Sean Lee, but he's really good, and he was playing like it was a Super Bowl. The other night he did. He was all over the the Dallas cowboy taking it up a level for Tom Brady. They were trying to say, Tom, you can't come into our zones by anybody that was great. The town Brady was struggle, no score. You said you say shall Lee was better than you don't get Sean Lee? I get it. I gave him out of that guy them another planet. He's not you. He and Bobby Wagner. One eight. He's only no, no only changes everything. He just the two best middle linebacker and football wasn't Seattle body Wagner. The other residing Carolina on Keith see week number one, but I'm, I'll be, I admit, I am now officially. I'm scared. I'll go to scam. I'm scared because they're really good and just might win. They might be the. Manages might contend for the NFC championship. What did I tell you about DJ more before the draft. When I tell you he's the best receiver in the Grafton they stole in late Cowboys team. What late rash, what? What, what, what did you what if DJ were a cowboy right now? What did you do? Tell me the segment before Cowboys with Dag. We'll be lab with sixteen games, no review, NFC championship..

"He could have gone anywhere many, many times over the giants wanted them. Everyone else in the in the NFL wanted to maybe the NBA for all. Right now and. I don't know about that. Hey, saving can play basketball. You know that I sixty six year old man, but the point is that that he has transformed not only that conference that that that that team, but that the conference of the SEC is well. And I think he's, he's, he's elevated. The bar for college football, Nick Sabin in many ways is to is to college. Football would Bill Belichick is to the NFL. We haven't seen many people like this. Yeah, the NBA has its coaches throughout the years that have been dominant pop and Phil Jackson Kerr, and you name it, but but the NFL has been void in that area for many, many years as well as college football has. And one other thing saving didn't inherit very good situation. He replaced Mike Shula who guess, what replace Mike price who never coached a game. He got fired because he was out late at night at a strip club and he replaced dead is French schone who replaced Mike Dubose. He was replacing a bunch of losers. At at Alabama yet. I mean, this is Notre Dame if you're in the mid west. I mean, that's a big deal. No question about it. What he has actually done as much as anything else in the same way that Bella check has reached such havoc in the AFC east that those fantasizes have become like on a on a hamster wheel destroying themselves that save in is done that to the which brings me to my next point this morning bound, which is that because because of Nick Sabin because no one can compete with them and everyone has tried to and they constantly spinning their wheels, he has gutted the which was head and shoulders the best conference in college football a decade ago to where it is no longer that obviously is extraordinarily top-heavy. Now he's there. Georgia was in the championship game last year and their other teams, but I would make an argument right now pulling..

"No that's where i am at my tantawi jason where between inderla coming back from the health instability on the offensive line in the running back position on defense it could be a tough year record wise i think for right it certainly could you have seen yet i'm i'm just okay with it he's he's kinda led some offenses middle of the pack aside from last year which was a monster season he did it was the aussie for the charters and saw philip rivers lead the league incompletions completions in attempts in two thousand fifteen granted the team was foreign twelve infrequently trailing so i'm not going to over read into those statistics yeah i i just kinda like the guy as a as a man seems very calm cool collected even keel um you know group some great backstory uh on him even going back to when he was player so i yeah i i i think it'll be slow starting this year i i do but longterm think he could be a very good coach for indianapolis all right pat shurmur the new head coach of the new york giants with new offensive coordinator mike shula of previous carolina panther fame nowfired long term in office of coordinator mike shula in tampa and and carolina had the monster year in 2015 where they were number on in the league in points but every other year from mike shula his offenses were pretty much in the bottom half of the league what do you think of these two hires pat sherman obviously had these stint as a head coach in cleveland didn't really have an opportunity after that.

"In this in the new millennium art live went to super bowls with good old ally manning or care played well tom coughlin helped get them there now so much since they he absence they less of there since he left chance of really been too much done too much riding basketball came a 2012 since them they've been an average team i guess last year had a terrible year the whole what is it bend back and do that whole experiment didn't work right dude looking like looking like a middleschool teacher and then turned into this a bike a sopranos character in a second you nonetheless i guess i just did it worked out okay so now here we are the giants don't have a bad team they had a bad locker room culture all right this past season but the team wasn't that bad as far as overall talent they go they higherpowered shurmur they hire arizona's all defensive coordinator r n they hired mike shula to be the offense coordinator i don't really know too much about mike shula besides the fact that he i think he's don shula's kid all right so it's pretty much all i need to know about him but nonetheless when it was announced that the giants would be hiring him as the office of coordinator it was looking like caroline of fat the france were just partying have in the time of their life because mike shula was gone heart and it's looking like he's not very well liked in the league right for riders analysis and fans people don't really take to make sure to well are again i'm not sure why or anything like that are being as far as carolina goes their offenses not been the best i guess that's why right there all right but nonetheless he's going to be the offense of coordinator for the giants our app.

"About that mike shula stephen as right bringing in him in here he had cam newton okay ally many different monster but i think shurmur is the one that is going to mold shula in terms of what he wants because shurmur is that play action that member with that case keen amusing those tight ends in minnesota also evan is rooms that's the challenge i think you'll have of course odell beckham he's going to be the start you get him on your side you be a person that can relate to him that can be on a level with odell beckham hopefully he can relate to him that way but evan ingram he's just he's a special talent might be did he dropped a lot of football's last year yes from the tide imposition yes can you not block yes but he's not really a true tied in insurers use to her rudolph those big type of tied in to get the most out of them so how is he going to use that tied in position so three good coaches yes i agree with you guys but they're gonna have to change to the talent that they have at the new york giants i'm gonna say it gives me confidence opt in max you wanted to add something i was going to say i think shula's mainly just to get almond higher which should inspire confidence in the sense that if he's not calling plays and stuff what get almond was looking for as a guy he trusts who he thinks goes about his work the right way and that to me that's a good indicator about shula that ghetto menfolk sugars calling the plays i need a responsible worker in that next position who who i can trust and i that's how i read that higher i let stand the nfc's guys 'cause i find this interesting where the eagles lost their offensive coordinator frank right to the cult's obviously for their head coaching position now according to nfl network's filly hasn't hired an llc and has no immediate plans to do so so head coach.

"Nobody wants to play in this game and really i've i've come to hear that it's the same for the coach's administrators everybody if you are in this game it just means that you start training camp you start the grind that is the nfl season at least a week before everybody else that's not woman i mean when you're already reporting july 28 to now instead have to go july 21st i did that in two thousand two with the redskins we're playing the niners over in osaka japan players are not big fans of extra week of work extra weaker practice i mean now i will say the flipside a guess is if you are a young guy that's a good team that took those are good teams to go to as undrafted free agent because you'll get more opportunity more than likely to show what you can do with an extra preseason game especially one that the stars don't play much and so that the go does both ways i guess phillips today's we'll also have a couple of new offensive coordinators that have been hired the giants are gone with mike shula who will be their offense of coordinator and quarterbacks costa he won't be calling the plays pat shurmur like allow these head coaches will call the plays in minutes in new york like he did minnesota but you know sh ruled that a lot of cool things in terms of college design a lotta cool design quarterback run things i don't think you'll be doing that as much in new york with lie manning but who knows if in addressing a quarterback or whatever but make sure will land on his feet who coached quarterbacks and be the offensive coordinator in new york for pat armor and then the calls at the same with nixon irani who was the wide receivers coach for the la chargers he must be pretty impressive you know frank reich remembered him from their time together with the chargers in.

"The squeeze the wheel cain podcast on espn radio commute thousand dollars and asked me to bed it on who is going to have the better two thousand eighteen ross wilson or cam newton i'm all in on russell wilson both players lost their offensive coordinator in the past week bebel in seattle mike shula and carolina they're both both quarterbacks about to go through a change in offense of system to some degree i expect that to benefit russ wilson more than candidates will change on espn radio and the iskyan at one of the guys i respect most i look at is opinions on twitter alexa pissed opinions on monday morning quarterback and even know it now in the show pins all performance on and eek i watched when when mike shula was fired i think i saw you say first of all you weren't that big on eastern marshalls been great for cam newton then when north tournament large like this is great for cam newton how much king cam newton actually change from the guy we know he is at this point i'll probably not very much in his late 20s and where he you know he's a little bit inconsistent as a pastor and that doesn't usually work its way out of guy sometimes you'll see that uh guys will become more consistent in their accuracy to change system and give them a quicker strike type of throwing system but that doesn't fit newton skillset and that's kind of what they learned early on this season and i what i like about north turner coming and if he's not going to do a lot of that i mean everybody does that some but nor turner is an old school deep drop back tahseen coordinator and that's how you have to play with cam newton because that takes advantage of his arm strength that let some work the ball down the seams uh being deep till the sidelines of times noon is a classic power thrower he'll never be a precision accuracy thrower and you have to build your offense accordingly.

"This was aim meet game plan by mike shula and this was a fun game to watch an and the panthers yelled they they got it done and they got it done with a ton of work on the ground in this when they only through twenty four times vets retake ever panther france take a deep sigh of relief there because that's a team built around the running game it always will be because of cam newton strengths and weaknesses he's such a good running threat himself and their running game had done nothing their base foundational running game take newton out of it talking about running backs in the power and the counter and the stuff they do that had been doing nothing in the past few weeks so to show up against the divisional foe and find you're running game again and that's the fun of division games gear you know these opponents so well atlanta there's another defense they don't really try to out think yeah they're just going to light up and play that's why they draft all these fast guys because they just want to play faster than you gadgets are a great thing to run against the defense like that because you're right it gives those vasquez on their heels or when the gadget misdirection and get some to bite they bite harder because they place so much faster so that's a good idea that carolina had in their their offense is naturally conducive to that they can build in a lot of options in a lot of variables within their play designs as you said the panthers opened the second half with the statue of liberty play and i was i was weeping i had tears of joy coming out and went for fourteen yards a worked courtesy amy coming around from the left side around the right end it was all fairly i've met i get the sense are starting to figure him out a little bit say you will send a was not a factor the first six seven weeks of the season we're seeing him become a little more involved i'm not sure he has a true nfl position but yeah they're going to be willing to do these gadget plays that's going to be his best chance to succeed we'll seems.
