"Being tweeted out earlier by Dove Kleinman, Who's a NFL reporter, he said, Uh, the Packers made a quote significant long term contract offer. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, according to Ian Rapoport. The two sides, however, are quote. Not in a good place, you know, also added that On the report by Mike Gara follow that Rogers has talked to several players about joining him somewhere else. Me of me, so he's easy's yes, other players that he's going, son. Look, I may do. All of the players have the same power that Aaron Rodgers has. I mean, if Aaron Rodgers again this to me is about is about communication. That's what it comes down to. We can talk about them, not spending enough of their draft currency on getting him or weapons. There was a really good study that went out yesterday or the other last week about where the top Wide receivers come from, And in fact, most good receivers come from the second round. And right, you're not the first draft dividing Adams is a good example. Johnny Nelson wasn't Jordy Nelson. A second or third round pick is well, The thing that I've always asked is like a lot of people go look at all the weapons that they've given Aaron Rodgers. They got him. Jordy Nelson, They gotta Brandel Cobb. They got him Davante Adams. They never spent a first round pick on all these. But my question is Is who is Greg? Go? Who is the other guy? Greg? Other guy where wide receiver a play for free man. Fred Jennings, like another example is Greg Jennings. Greg Jennings is Jordy Nelson. Jordy Nelson is Davante Adams Davante Adams If they don't go and play with Aaron Rodgers, that's a fair question. I think you're a gentleman Julian Andelman. If he doesn't play with Tom Brady, I think their careers they're definitely enhanced by playing with an all time great like Aaron Rodgers was that a feather in the cap for the Packers front office because they get Even those guys resent a feather in the cap for Aaron Rodgers because he took guys who probably would have went elsewhere and could have been Anthony Miller and the Miller was a second round pick Candy Miller's drafted by the Packers. Is he all the sudden? Living up to his expectations and potential point I think what you have to do is share that feather that you speak off again. I think this came down to communication and the lack of communication. Aaron wanted to be more in the loop on some of this stuff again on the outside Looking in if you offer a guy a significant contract extension. That to me is that dictates policy there. He's you're committing to him for a fairly good period of time. Otherwise you put yourself A very difficult spot from a contractor from a cap situation, so like the fact that they offered him a significant contract extension tells you that maybe it's too late. That this is too bad. He doesn't want to mend the fence. Well, so you get out. Wait him. You could. You could just be patient or you could do one of two things. You could just punt and say, Look, he's got a lot of value. We did draft the quarterback because we liked him. It's maybe a little earlier than we would have thought. But We got it. We got to strike down because we could still get a lot for him. Or you could play the hardball that a lot of people said. And and make call his bluff and make him go. What am I get retired? What am I doing? What my offers that? I mean, That's a That's an issue to me getting a good offer. I want Aaron Rodgers back in a green Bay uniformity find the front office. So what's your best be the best chance to win or you think there's a win here if you play hardball, and he doesn't show up to training camp Anyway? I think if he isn't the story if he doesn't show up, or he decides to quote on, quote, retire. He's got to pay back X number of millions of dollars. They're not going to release him to the point where he couldn't have you go take it that far. What? What are you winning? If you're the Packers You know what? You may have your pride. But what? What is that getting you that okay? Aaron Rodgers paid you back. But now You know you don't get anything for my straight. What's the trade trade value? I'm not training for 1/4 round pick. No, no. A couple first round picks now would be a different story. Remember, if you trade him to the Raiders, or you try even den. Denver's roster is Is not as bad as people think. Like I've heard a lot of people say, Well, what is Denver affair in Roger's goes there. They've got a urine Rogers. So they're pretty good. And I was sort of like the Bears with Russell Wilson and your previous question, Right? You're you're a team that competes for sure. So if you traded Aaron Rodgers, you probably getting what picks in the twenties, right? Probably so two first round picks in the twenties and a couple of other random mid ride. Listen, if that's the case, and I can't get this thing rectified, I make the deal, but I'm not trading him. What I'm trying to do. First and foremost, is trying to Who come together with him because he gives me the best chance to win. But if for whatever reason, we've reached a point of irreconcilable differences than you give me an offer like a couple of first rounders in a second, a third. Making the video. This is where you sucker Packer fans who bought stock this fake stock where you lose, like all these years of you guys bragging that..

"Out there not competing for 60 minutes and doing everything you can help those players win. We will never do that. As long as I'm, the head coach in New York Giants Referring of course to Doug Peterson, benching, quote unquote. That's the popular vernacular about what he did with jail. It hurts for Nate Suds. L know what does Chase Young know that we don't know. He was with Mike Gara follow on Twitter talking about the developments on Sunday night. You look across. You see, Jalen hurts. He comes out and all of a sudden, Nate. Sudden felled comes out. They tried out there back up their third string quarterback. Really? What's the reaction amongst you guys? When you see that? Fresh meat right now, is that you know New quarterback come in, and we, um Just had to just you know how he plays the game. You know, he's not a runner like Jennifer. Say so. You know, we knew, you know, with him not being around. We have more time to get to him. Did you have an inkling that they were gonna go to him at some point? No. Didn't surprise you. Yeah, but then I figured out what? What's that Because everybody wants to know what's the answer? You've got to myself. No. I want to know why. Why? Why, Jason? What do you know that we don't know? Actually, right now they're in the final two minutes. Washington, Philadelphia and I just watched that hard count by Alex Smith caused the Eagles and jump offsides to give Washington the first. I'm sorry that had to be the most comical moment in a comedy of errors. They're going forward on fourth down, and it's Alex Smith with the hard count that gets the Eagles to jump, and that's how they get the last. First down. They need. Oy. I mean, what do you wish me? What a way to end your season. If you're Doug Peterson, Michael Urban. He's not holding back when he talks about the Eagles pulling Jalen hurts. I don't have any issues with people not liking. What silly did. I really don't Don't have any issues. You don't like it. You don't like it, wasn't it? Mr with integrity game. I'm all for that. But not if you're not if you wanted them damn giant. I don't want to hear that. It was like, even if Dallas Hat one Even if the guy was here want In that game happened and it happened like that. Wanted anything from the cop. What clears? I don't want to hear. I don't mind saying doing what they do, because that's what a family is. That's a fancy outlet. That's the on Lee Answer. A fan has is allowed his force to be hurt. But if you are damn clear you had 16 times to make a statement that your mouth right now if you didn't do it during this season. We're not talking about feeling didn't do you a favor. But winning the damn game where you have 16 damn game. You could've made a statement in Good up, please. That's all I said. That's all. That's it. Michael Irvin goes off on 95 7 the game in the Bay Area. He's right. And he's saying the same thing for the Cowboys as well as the Giants. You don't get to complain. When you had 16 opportunities. To take control of this division race yourself. One of the reasons why it went down to the final game of the regular season is because nobody wanted to win it. Nobody took charge. I want you to want to win the NFC East. Oh, my gosh. He makes a good point. And I actually like how he says it. The Dallas Cowboys had multiple opportunities to take charge of this division. They got pounded by Washington 41 to 16 out. They lost to the Eagles 23 to 9. In fact, they lost both games to Washington got swept by Ron Rivera's team, and in neither game where they competitive. Both Dallas in New York, loss of the to the Browns. If I'm not mistaken And they also lost games to Philly. Like the Giants lost to the Cowboys earlier in the season. That was the game that Dak Prescott got injured. So Michael Irvin makes a really good point. Have you the fans? Okay, You can understand complaining the media. Even so, That's our jobs. We pick it apart. Peeps. But if you're the Cowboys and the Giants, how about not leave it up to Washington and Philadelphia. Don't leave it up to someone else. You control your own fate, control your own path, and then you don't have to worry about what anybody else does. I like it. He takes the circuitous route, but I like it point well taken. All right. We'll talk to you tonight for the hump.

"There's been, you know, so much angst about our quarterback position. They switched him to biscuit. Oh falls, And then last night late in the game, it literally looked like Nick Foles was in serious distress on the field. He's Mike Gara follow from the NFL network met. Maggie did not have much information for reporters after the game, saying Folds was dealing with either a hip. Or leg injury because he was being evaluated at that time undergoing X rays on the like Now, I was told overnight that fools is actually okay despite how that looked Initial tests are extremely positive. There was no sign of a break, according to sources in the hip. That is the area that they are focused on with Nick Foles. You could see from the replay that is where he lands. S O. The maybe immediate fear was that there was a fracture in the hip. But tests taken at the stadium did not reveal a fracture. So that is really good news for Nick Foles. At least initially, he's gonna have to continue to undergo tests. But as the Bears left the stadium last night Again heading into Abi. They thought to themselves Well, maybe we're gonna have Nick Foles available for us after the by now. The thought is also that they might have Mitchell troop risky available to them after the by as well as he's working his way back. From a shoulder injury that he suffered a couple of weeks ago. They've been reluctant to even entertain the thought of putting too risky back in. We'll see where this goes for the bears, but the initial hope Is that falls and Travis Key will be available to them after their bye week. All right, That's the latest. Let's go to the phones. Lewis and Morton Grove. Thanks for calling Europe what's going on, pal. Good morning, cap. What's up, Jason? Sunday Morning, morning, one on Twitter. Man, this is you know, it's an embarrassing Tuesday. I would like to change the two dates and add and a target and apologetic Tuesday. I'd like to apologize to you cat or not hopping off at the train station that you have so often when it came to the Bears. We wait. You was a smart man. Um, bear the trash man, and I like to apologize. A Alan Robinson. You know his talent is going away. Here's Chicago and the whole defense. You know, way can't we can't weigh need We have them on the field. So long man is embarrassing. Um, it's dead is really sad. Um Can't believe everyone got to see that down Monday. The Vikings look like the best defense in the whole history of end of the NFL's. It's sad, man, so you know Tapped. Call anyone you have called you got connections did paste and Maggie a part of Chicago man to us, all of favorite back to get him out. You guys have a wonderful day. Luis, You're the man. Thank you for calling. Thanks for always listening. Look, this goes above for me, as I said earlier to you. Above Ryan and Matt. I'm not saying they should be back far from it. I've said both should be gone. Yep. But before you just walk in and go, you're out. You're out next up. They kind of go back to the root of the problem. Who is doing the hiring? What did Theo say? Back in June. As the protests were going on, he related it to Major league baseball. And he said, Why do I always hire people that look like me? Sound like me are educated like me and think like me. Maybe I need to look in the mirror at myself. George McCaskey and go Maybe I got to think outside the box here. Maybe because that guy looks different. Maybe he brings a better perspective. Sure, not somebody that looks like they fit in Lake Forest. This is something where he should talk to the cubs and talked to the Blackhawks and talk to the Bulls. Because even what those the teams I just mentioned the White Sox. He could throw them that in there as well. Because they look at the organization's differently. They don't worry about who the couple with on the golf course It's about whether that you can win or lose and have sustained success that we're looking for. Everyone's not going in with the Super Bowl every year, but really about sustained success. How can I get that? How can we look at the Bears at with a different approach? You really get the money taking care of you already have the money that's to the side now winning. You want to walk in the room with the rest of the owners and say, Hey, that's George McCaskey. That guy's a winner. Not because of how much money in revenue that you get. Everyone's got money because you got that. Yeah. Look at that guy. He think he figured it out. What did they do that we didn't that organization? Sustained success. Got a Super Bowl or two. But look at him. You'd be the cock of the walk walking through there farting through silk. You're the guy, right? You're that guy, right? You still know by the point is that you? You're that guy, right? Right. But they're not that guy. You have money? McCaskey's, But what did you do in organizationally from our organizational structure standpoint, that says that you're different than everybody else. You got to be able to be ahead of the curve, not with the curve. You've got to be able to look in the mirror and go. Okay. What I'm doing isn't working. Chris Ballard walks in and interviews for the job. This is the truth. This is 100% verified. He sits down with George George. Here's the deal. I've worked in this organization, Ted Phillips can come nowhere near football operations. Nowhere. That's a B. I'm releasing Jay Cutler like two seconds after the press conference. I don't care what it costs. We're not winning with that guy. I want him out of here. Those two moves George went. Yeah, thanks So bad to watch so brutal to the phone lines we go. All right, Let's go to James and Gurn Ng he's next. James, what's up, sparkles? A boy. Gregory got a new show little different. Take man. Let's just agree on something. The last two Performances on national TV were horrible. Last night was probably the worst offensive performance I've ever seen on Monday night football in my memory, Correct. I mean, it's hard to argue that that fair we've seen some We've seen some her Henry Bors. We've seen some coil stored. We've seen some really bad football playoff offensively, that's it's right up there, though. It's in the team photo. National TV. So what do you have to do with organization? You have no choice. We got the call, but going on right now. I won't get that conversation title deleting out the radio. But my point to you is there's no fans in there. This order ship has no greed. No, no other recourse but to let these guys go Only the only real income you're going to get the fact be billionaires. There's no fans in the stands. His TV revenue and they're gonna be flexed on national television for a long time. It's just time. It's been a long enough. If you're an older group set up there. Watch that. You're like, Wait a second man. We're on national TV two times in a row. We just get spanked. They got no choice. That was the most beautiful display, and that's not about laser at about their their structure. That's about about their whole entire offense that has nothing to do with laser. It's about the way they structured their offense. It just doesn't work. And it's been long enough to know when they have no choice but to just move forward, man analyzing. Thanks, man. We appreciate you calling to see them. The Bears play on Monday night Football Star Night football or those that football and those really doesn't matter does not..

"I would like to prove to him organization complete answer. I'm tired being disrespected, so there was no question I was going to play this year. Well, if you're tired of being disrespected the ven I'm not a Q B experts. Shouldn't he play better? Yes, Yes, And there was one season in his career 2016 right where he was flirting with the M V P conversation and probably legitimately in. It was sensational, but it has. He's been on like a straight decline since then, So I'm with you. I think Mariota is there. There's no coincidence why he's there because both Micmac and Jon Gruden want to see him on the field and experiment with that, at some point. And again knowing those two crazy dudes. I have no idea what their thoughts are about, like, you know, Trevor Lawrence and Justin Fields in the future, But you know that that's the way especially Mike Mayock is thinking so I I could not agree more. I think he's on thin ice. He needs to show up and prove that he is as good as he just claimed that he is this season. And he was he was at one time. A really solid quarterback like you said, where he put up some good years. I would say his best statistical years in the league. When you look at it from a big picture standpoint, when you evaluate everything were those years like we were talking about 2015 and 2016. And in 2015 2016 I would have said Yeah, this guy's definitely a franchise quarterback. Ever since he got hurt, though. He's not been the same quarterback and we've seen a different quarterback from Derek Carr, and it's very simple. If you want to not get disrespect, because I don't think he's getting disrespected right now. I think a lot of Venice fair you're an unknown. So until you get back to that form or close to that form Why should I believe? That you're the type of quarterback Just because in the past, you've got what a five year 120 $125 million deal? Why should you be the guy? That We once thought you were. If you haven't showed it to us, it's not a one year bust. This has been a few year issue. Where he hasn't been that guy that we once expected him to bay. So, Yeah, I definitely believe his days are numbered in a in a Raiders uniform. There's no doubt about it to me and don't get me wrong. He's a likeable dude is a good leader. You know, Maybe a part of this is mental, too because of the injury and he's trying to get back to that form. And it gets frustrating. Not being able to get back to that form. But you can't really make that many excuses like you look at the team that you have this year. And don't get me wrong. I don't expect the Raiders to be all that great. You have a good offensive line, though you have a solid offensive line. You have a good running back. Wide receivers their question, mark. You know, we'll see what Henry rugs is. We'll see what Hunter Renfroe continues to be. Waller's a nice tight end to throw the football too. You have some pieces. I'm not saying that you have great pieces, but you have a good running back. And you have a good offensive line. So if you are really a franchise quarterback, what a franchise quarterbacks do they elevate the players that are around them? That may not be as good And they make them better, and he was doing that for two years to. In fact, he was clutch end of games, big time throwing over the top with accuracy. All that stuff is kind of disappeared from his game. He's still solid like I think he's a starting level player. I would compare it to like the Daltons situation. Lt is good enough to hold the job, but not good enough for you to postpone your future for and that's why knowing this new regime in Las Vegas. I think they're ready for the next quarterback right when we're on the topic of the Raiders, though, I have to get into this because when I was reading this today on CBS I thought it was one of the more bizarre things that I've ever seen. According to Mike Gara follow of the NFL network members of the Raiders logged onto a zoom call last week, expecting to see coach Jon Gruden. Instead, they were met by a different coach who then informed the players that Gruden Jon Gruden had tested positive for covert 19 the minute you hear that you go. Oh, my goodness. Gracious. He got Koven, 19 another NFL head coach. Well, it was actually a test. They told the players. He was in the hospital being taken care of. And obviously the players were taken aback before the Raiders revealed to the players that what he said wasn't actually true. The team's goal of this was to illustrate the put to the players that anyone at any moment could contract the Corona virus and that every player has to stay ready because of the pandemic does not discriminate. This is so stupid. If I'm a player in that locker room, and I hear that my coach as the Corona virus I'm concerned and then they come back and tell you I got you were just trying to illustrate a point. I would be sitting there and I wouldn't think allow. I really learned from this. I would be sitting back saying What a twisted thing to do to people that actually care about your head football coach to show you a message to show you a bigger point. We're going to make up when people are concerned about the health and safety When you hear your coach as your mind starts to wander. And starts to think. Oh, well was in contact with them. And who knows how much contact they've been with Jon Gruden and, you know, am I going now opt out things like that. And you're hoping that the coach is going to be okay. Because Gruden is a little bit older, and then you go all got your like Ashton Kutcher Prank We got you. We got you. We're trying to show you a bigger point. That is so idiotic. And if I'm a player of the Raiders, I'm not thinking. Oh, I learned a valuable lesson. I'm thinking what a ridiculous thing to do Tow other professionals. Whatever the Raiders thought with this one. They clearly weren't thinking because this was so stupid. Zach Help show CBS Sports Radio. We take a look at Future Hall of Fame.

"You have the contract extension deadline tomorrow for players that have been slapped with the franchise tag. And we've got a lot of news today around the National Football League with Chris Jones and also Myles Garrett will get all the latest with NFL Network's very own one of their best reporters in James Palmer here with us on the show, James Thanks for the time that you've been my friend I've been good, Zack. It's been given take with us getting on here together for a little bit. I've missed you. Well, it's actually my fault. And here's why. I don't know if you realize this When you're at the Super Bowl this year, I think you're with Mike Gara follow and someone else I want to say it was maybe Jeff McClain of The Philadelphia Inquirer on the Friday night at the Super Bowl at Joe's Stone crabs. And I didn't realize it was you until you were walking out and you walked right past my table. And I think maybe that you got offended and annoyed with me that I didn't get up and say hello. I do remember that. I think it was me. It was me, Mikey. I think Jeff was there. I think Breer was there. I think Rappaport was there. Andi had ourselves some delicious stone because my wife was there and was ah. It was great, but I do think I caught you at 1/4. My eyes like I saw you there directly at me, and you didn't say anything. So I just made a mental note to shun you like Dwight Truth for some period of time. You know, I was actually sitting adjacent to my table and I had no clue who he waas until someone said who it was, and now he's a big name. It was Gavin Newsom. He was sitting right next to you on lookout and everyone's running up to him taking pictures taken pictures taken pictures. Go. Who was that? And they go? Oh, it's Gavin Newsom and I go. Okay. And now everyone is talking about Gavin Newsom with the Corona virus. What a night. That was Well, unreal. Yeah, for sure. A whole town was there, right? Yeah. The food was excellent. Did you get the lobster Mac and cheese at all? Did you guys just go stone crabs? You get some good ads there. No, we got it. All We and we had, like, two tables in the back room. So we were like shuffling food between the tables like we were trying at all it was. We had a local with us who was like giving us the whole, you know. Old gambit of how we should go about it, and it was just it was bad. It lived up to the billing. I'll tell you that last thing about Joe's the most underrated thing on the menu, and Jason Taylor did confirmed this to me on radio Row. The fried chicken. It's some of the best $567 fried chicken you ever had. Did you try the fried chicken? Somebody did admit, did somebody order the fried chicken at Joe's way we had it was fantastic. I thought we did. Yeah, well, my life We'll always remember what we ate James Palmer with us from the NFL network, The Chris Jones deal today When Patrick Mahomes got paid. I thought to myself, we're probably not going to get a deal done for Chris Jones. They come to an agreement for years. $85 million. Did that feel It'll catch you by surprise? I did a little bit and it didn't at the same time. It surprised me too to here. It got done because at the end of June, they still hadn't had any traction at all. And they weren't getting towards anything and the finances of what's happening with the 2021 cap, And what was gonna happen was really slowing things down. They didn't know where they stood. And then obviously you saw Chris being very outspoken about saying if he doesn't get it, he's not gonna not gonna play. But then when you saw the parameters of past feel, e I kind of thought. Well, nothing changes right? Nothing changed at all in the homes is cap number. 2020 and 2021 at all. So I was like, Well, he did talk about orchestrating his deal in a manner in which they could still keep good players and reward players that played well, but I think all of us kept thinking. Down the line, right? I don't think we're thinking in the immediate future. But if you look at the numbers, it kind of told you that And then when I started thinking about it in that manner after we knew it was getting close. It was like That's why a lot of this stuff was done the way it's done. But also you were surprised because how often does a guy who's on the tag? Take the long term deal, and his first year is the same amount that the tag was. I mean, that just doesn't really happen. That he just agreed essentially play the same year they was tagged on with no raise. The guarantees air better, obviously, and down the road. He gets security. He gets all that I understand. But some of things did need to be agreed upon on there needed to be some movement to make this happen, and it happened. They have so many players locked up that are essential to that operation in Kansas City. We know Mahomes is now there for 12 more years. We just talked about Chris Jones, Kelsey Honey Badger. You also have Tyree killed two like looking at just the next five years. How many Super Bowls? I know it's tough to do. But how many Super Bowls? Do you think that the Chiefs can win here? Well, you said five and I was asked somewhere else about is the over under 2.5 for this contract for path, and I think it's over and you mentioned all the players and I think that obviously helps and the way the contract is structured with so much money coming down the road on the back side of it To where we don't even know what the salary caps going be during those years, right? I mean, it could be a 300 million or more With the new TV, right feel another revenue down the road that they could still have a ton of room to make moves. I think the main part of it, and this is what Pat wanted to know. Before he signed this length of deal on this length was something that has been in place for a while, was that Andy Reid was going to stay there for the long term in that Brett Beach? Who's a young? A brilliant mind for pulling all this off, and the one who found Pat was going to be there long term, and I think we look at the other places that have had sustained success. It's been The franchise quarterback, the head coach and the way the philosophy is in the front office has remained the same and write. That's New England and now you look at the offensive mind that Pat has teamed up with and he's not even reached his feeling. I mean, this is just so dangerous for the rest of the league the way that this is set up and they continue to draft well, and I think you look at the players you mentioned along with what did they do in the top parts of the rounds of the last two years. They get McColl. Hardman, with their second round pick didn't have a first rounder and he's a pro Bowler in his rookie season, and they get Clyde Edwards a layer in the first round this year. They're just reloading with weapons around the homes. I just think this is a scary scary thought for the rest of lead when he's nowhere near what they think he is still capable of doing, and that's the scary part. When you talk about Andi and you say that he's invested in the long term future, he's 62 at the bare minimum. How many years? Do you think I's the long term future for Andy Reid that he continues to do this? I mean, I don't want to put a number on it. I know he's still having a blast. And I know Pat has really rejuvenated him because the two just bounced ideas off each other all the time, so he will send stuff to my homes in the homes ago. I like this. How about we do that? And he is. I don't think there's a day that goes by. He doesn't come up with another player or a wrinkle to a play and as long as that there I don't see him hanging it up. I mean, I mean, when you get older in age, you always wonder how someone's health is but in terms of the desire to continue to coach He kind of told paddling. I'm going my goal right now. I know it's early is going to be here for the duration of this contract. And if that's the case, and he keeps ocean at that level, I mean, man, look out. I mean, this is the guy that's already going to the Hall of Fame, right? I mean, let's see what Andy Reid does in the next 10 years, and where puts them because he's already pretty high in the all time window. Talking to James Palmer right now from the NFL network colleague of Ian Rapoport, who had the news today that Myles Garrett is going to get a $525 million extension. We all remember the last time Miles Garrett was on a football field now going to be back with the Browns, and for the foreseeable future to you, with all that happened last year, we know he's a heck of a plier. What does he have to show this year on the football field? We know that they're committed to him. But what does he have to show to try toe? Restore that image. I think the people I've talked to acted to Biggest things that jump out are a lot of people believe he's the most talented. I think talent, most talented edge rusher in the game. He has probably the best group of skill set that he can put together. Consistency..

"Against Jesse small at were actually dropped requites. Suddenly, and apparently it took less than five minutes from the go ahead and do that. And everybody's freaking out. I'm hearing all kinds of conspiracy theories. I'm hearing, you know, bomb it's this. It's that whatever the case may be. But I wanna sit down talk about this from a different angle. 'cause I think some people are missing part of the story now as you heard some of the clips there was some kind of deal that was brokered everything has been locked down. The we didn't get to see all the evidence. In the case. We only got to see parts of it. That's just the way these things work. That's the way it is. An all these cases you don't ever get to see all the all the evidence. And apparently now because they have decided wipe the charges clean. They are not going to take it to trial, and they have locked everything down. We're never going to see any of that evidence. Now, you so. Aw. The police department is upset the mayor is upset a lot of people were shocked a lot of people are upset and a lot of people wanna know what the heck is going on. Like, I said, I'm hearing all the conspiracy theories about it. I'm hearing, you know, it just a lot of his our stuff. However, I wanna take you guys back to Monday. And this is part of the story that I think everybody is missing. And I kinda thought about it as soon as I heard the story this morning. I kinda thought about this because they immediately said that there was some kind of deal now when there's a deal made I know jussie smollet is still saying that he's innocent. Maybe maybe he isn't. I think there's about five people at still believe he was actually innocent. However since he's not being fried. Maybe he is maybe he isn't. We just don't know. Unfortunately, they didn't tell us one way or the other the police and the mayor seem to think he's guilty. But what can you do? Now. Like, I said he is still proclaiming his innocence. But. What I'm seeing coming out of the court is not a innocent play. Okay. They aren't even saying he's innocent. As was stated in that one quote. They are not saying that he's exonerated. They're not saying any of this stuff. He's the only one that saying he is what they're actually saying here is that some kind of deal was made. We're not going to end up finding about the facts of it. We aren't gonna find any of this stuff out because all of this has been locked down. And like the police chief said all of this is being done in secrecy. So we are ever going to find out what any of these details. Are he was not exonerated? He made a deal. Now, I wanna go back to Monday because I think this was going to maybe an again, I could be wrong. This is kind of I guess my own conspiracy theories. So I could be wrong. But this was the first thing that popped into my head go back to the big news for Monday. This is from CNBC. Stormy daniels. Ex-lawyer Michael Nadi arrested for alleged twenty million dollar extortions game against Nike embezzling clients money. Defrauding bank. Now, what the hell does that have to do with Jesse smollet? Well, if we go over to the Washington Examiner. We have got CNN analyst, Mike gara- goes. I hope I'm pronouncing that correctly as well. I'm really bad with names said to be ovens alleged co conspirator. So now who is this? Shady lawyer. Who is this guy? Well, let's take a look at what we've got here. The alleged co conspirator and store in case against celebrity lawyer, Michael Nettie is believed to be CNN legal analyst, Mike era. Gos- Dera go sixty one was not named in the criminal complaints against Nettie. To people familiar with the matter told the Wall Street Journal that the co-conspirator referred to the document as C one a California attorney known for representation of celebrity and public figure clients was garra goose it is not known whether garra goes has been charged or is cooperating with investigators. A CNN spokesperson told the Washington Examiner on Monday afternoon that gara- goes is no longer CNN contributor one of the best known criminal defense. Lawyers in America Garrett goes clients have included football player, Colin cabernet, the late singer, Michael Jackson. Actress went on a rider. Former congressman Gary Condit jailed Clinton associates. Susan McDougal murderer Scott Peterson former hockey player, Scott Barney and actor Jesse small. So let's see. On monday. We find out that Nettie has been arrested and charged with an extortion plot against Nike later on that day, it is alleged that this Mark Aguirre goes is also the co-conspirator it's being alleged. Okay. That he's the co conspirator. And then today suddenly in a surprise twist. And in a stance before the judge that lasted less than five minutes. Jussie smollet sixteen felony charges were wiped away. You could put two together here. I think. If this actually turns out to be true that this Mark era goes is a co conspirator without Manetti in this case, if they haven't charged him, if they haven't arrested, him, etc, etc. They're trying to get as much information about him as they possibly can. So I'm I have a feeling that somebody decided that this was far more important than the sixteen felony charges that were brought against jussie smollet. Something tells me that Jesse knows something or convince somebody that he knows something and they decided to make a deal with him for the information that he may or may not have. Again, obviously, I cannot confirm this. I cannot say if this is true or not. But this is just. This is just my theory. Everybody's got their own theories here. I've heard a good deal of them. A lot of them do make sense. A lot of them are just silly. This is the one that came to my mind. To me. This is the one that makes the most sense somebody wants information that Jesse may or may not have against this Mark era goes in this twenty million dollar extortion case against vanity. And I'm thinking there's a good possibility that that's what we're seeing here and as far as Jesse still claiming his innocence. That's all well and good. He's going to continue to do that. Everybody in prison is still claiming their innocence. Let's face it. So I I'm not I'm not all that concerned about him still proclaiming his innocence. He's gonna do that forever. This whole thing has been locked down the best thing he can do the future of his career is continue to proclaim innocence and claim that he is going to continue searching for Justice, and you know, yada, yada, yada. So that's the best thing he can do for his personal career. It really isn't relevant to anything else that's going on. But personally, I don't have a whole hell of a lot to say on this. Because obviously, I am not in on this case. But this is the theory that I came to this is what popped into my mind as soon as they started talking about this as soon as I heard the word deal. The first thing pops in my head was on ICTY. Creepy porn lawyer strikes again. So here we have Mark era ghosts alleged co conspirator. Suddenly the day after that all happens in less than five minutes. Jussie smollet is set free ultra dropped good to go and very secretive deal. Everything's very secretive. Nobody knows what's going on. Everybody shocked. Everybody stunned. I don't know guys make sense to me. But yep. That's all I have to say about it. And I will see you guys in the next one.
