A Lot of People Had High Hopes for Mike Pence... Not John Zmirak
"Lot of people had high hopes for Mike Pence and would disappoint it. I never had the slightest hopes for Mike Pence because back in 2015, at the stream, I wrote a column on how useless he was. Mike Pence had put through a religious freedom bill protecting the rights of Christians to associate and hire people, despite the attacks of the LGBTQ my name is legion movement. In other words, it was a religious freedom restoration act. And what it did was, it said, Christian employers could not be forced to hire people who were advancing openly gay, lifestyles. It said that no federal law mandating gay gay rights could Trump the First Amendment. The Chamber of Commerce in Indiana rebelled. Under the pressure of the gay lobby, the Chamber of Commerce said, oh no, they're going to be boycotts. They won't have college sports games. Indiana will suffer and Pence caved. Penn's caved in a red state of which he was already governor. So I said, okay, this is a weak sister. This is not somebody we need. And when Trump picked and for vice president, I said, oh boy, we are screwed. And then the deep state conducted its coup d'etat against our legitimately elected president. It started during the transition period. When Trump tried to hire Mike Flynn to supervise the deep state to sort of see what they were doing because George Bush trashed the constitution by passing the Patriot Act. It allowed federal intelligence agencies to collude to surveil Americans. It created the kind of joke kangaroo court, the fisa court that would rubber scam, surveillance, and every American on the slightest pretext, Obama, the Obama administration weaponized that and started going after conservatives and Christians using the deep state.

"Biden classified documents debacle I have made the case on my Fox show on this show and on my podcast I believe it's a bigger scandal than just documents It's convenient that the documents are alleged to be about Ukraine and China while Joe Biden's son was involved in multi-million dollar business deals with these two entities while Biden was lobbying the Obama White House at the time for weapons and money to China Interesting that they tried to prosecute Mike Flynn for a foreign agent registration act violation with turkey and yet the scandal staring us in the face that the president of the United States may in fact be a foreign agent as well I completely agree with you I think official Washington has kind of stuck in this model where they have to look at everything through the lens of Trump And so they're constantly trying to find ways Oh this is totally different than Trump And they should go after him but not Biden This to me is so much bigger than who happened to have documents where because to be honest I don't actually care about that I care about the bigger substance issue here which is the Biden family business And how the Biden family has made its money over the last 50 years by selling influence connections to the Biden family and information And in that to me is the actual scandal here It's not where a piece of paper happened to be found or stored It's what the Biden family is actually doing with all of its connections and its interest in and its experience in government namely Hunter Biden

And that just came about because pastor Leon Benjamin, he came up with a business plan for how to tighten up election integrity in Virginia. It took a quarter of a $1 million. We funded it. It was bipartisan, get a bunch of volunteers and they tighten up Virginia and you look what happened. They timed it up about 40% and look what happened. They took back the parliament, the legislature and the gubernatorial that they had not even expected to.

You can spread it out but a five hundred dollar fine is nothing and the taxpayers will end up paying for all of this damage You know in restitution is the point of restitution is to make sure that the perpetrator of the damage feels it beyond prison. Sentence or any other sentence that they get is that they understand and have to suffer some pain Beyond perhaps the loss of personal liberty for the damage that they've caused and so the eye. She's right the idea that the vast majority of the cost of this damage would be visited upon the very tax payers who were victimized. She's absolutely right to say to the doj. What's what these these minimal fine and other people that feds prosecute and even on the state level you know. The judge doesn't look at the ability to repay when you're assessing restitution you look at the the value. The cost of the damage. That was done. Okay so we'll wait to hear from the department justice just one little piece of advice even though you don't really need it from me but i'll give it anyway because you're a friend anytime you're in trouble defense. The initial response from the army to that call for help no. They wouldn't do it even though they were informed on that call that the capital had been breached that the protesters were not peaceful. They were told on that coal. That shots had already been fired. There were reports of shots fired already but still the army on that call told capital. Police they would not send in the national guard that remains one of the disturbing failures about how the capital fell. That day to the pro-trump mob while now tonight the washington post is reporting that one of the senior officers who was in the room when that call for help was made to the pentagon and when the army response was no. You can't have the help. One of the senior officers in the room at the pentagon for that call as a general named charles. Flynn flynn charles. Flynn is the brother of disgraced trump national security advisor. Mike flynn who of course called on president trump to use the military and martial law to seize power after the election of course encouraged trump's supporters at the capitol on january sixth who was a central figure in the qn on conspiracy theory that drove so many of the fervent attackers on capital on january on january six. Now what is what makes this even more disturbing is that the army had previously repeatedly denied that. Mike flynn's brother charles was part of that call to the pentagon on january. Six part of that decision to deny national guard support to the capital wallet was being violently attacked. But the army's repeated denials that he had nothing to do with that decision that he wasn't in that meeting that he wasn't on the call. Those relies general.
