"To. Me Let's time. Hi Welcome and and you had just brought up I on a Presley which I was glad because I wanNA get back to this question you asked about, is it important to consider race in representation in our in our representative in the elections and I also want to bring up gender? So is it important to consider race gender? Bring this up I, bring this up as an Italian Americans I really like Marty Walsh I liked his Mike Capsule Lonzo I'm telling you. I am so ready to vote for Michelle blue and I was so excited about a Yana Presley I've been volunteering for her ever before she was elected since she's been elected. I feel that. Walsh and Mike. Catalano you. Are, smart men they're great leaders but you know there are a lot of smart women leaders and a lot of leaders of color who are brilliant court talented and so far. We've only given the opportunity to lead in Boston to the white men and. Especially feel that for a city like Boston, which I'm so proud to live in if we don't have representation that looks like our city. It is really It's really problematic and I will give you the example of Hyde Park. When the last mayor who lived in hiding. Mayor for quite a long time there was no affordable housing developed in Hyde Park during that whole time and you can check me on that But that is a problem that is really a problem and I think that we have to think about the ways in which if we don't have a broader more diverse representation no matter how good the leader is he is having pressure put on him by his neighbor. that's a real factor, and so it's not just rent control. We have to think about all the tools in our toolbox affordable housing I've lived in Boston my whole adult life. I was in my late forties prior to buy my first time, it happened was in his fifties. We've got to do something for people I none of the young people I know can live in Boston unless they're living with their parents. My kids moved away you know and that's a-. That's what we want that. You can only live here. If you're a twenty year old making six figure salary all the public servants although you know, all the people who are working nonprofit are going to be pushed out. You don't me I should question because I thought that high park. Which is which is Hard to get to one thing about high park but I felt high park still had reasonably. Priced housing. One of the few places in Boston hasn't gone through it's called. It's called Gateway neighborhood and I'll play something interesting when we were given a matt by the realtor when we were looking to about where we could afford. It was a color coded map and there was, I, think Salem and Hyde Park and Quincy we're about it for us and we're like, okay. But you know we've lived in we lived in Roslindale JP all sin You know we raised our kids in an apartment if it. If you want to live here, but you know neither my. Were both You know not working at Google all my husband and I. and we have student loans. So just all these pressure that are are are not because someone has a gambling habit but just because they did things like they went to college on, they're not working in a six figure job. Now, not glued you from home ship if if you're to to a couple with each having. That was a hell of a cold but thank you for making. That was really something. Thanks. Eight, seven, seven, three, zero, one. Eight hundred,.

There's a cool set was scooby shaggy and I think a ghost. I might be tempted to get that one right now. My my targets. My crosshairs might aiming device is on the play mobile blind bag series. These are cool. You've got an assorted amount of good monsters. You got twelve ghosts. You don't have the thirteen ghosts the Scooby Doo. That would be perfect. But that's just not how the the case assortment worked out yet. Twelve different goes blind packed in the assortment. What makes us? Frustrating is is. There's codes no one's lot code down yet. It seems like you're one guy. One Guy bought a bought a whole case of them. Went through log down the codes everything it literally only working like two or three people's findings so the codes are out there if you don't WanNa gamble too much there. Tricky play mobile is playing it hard and they're playing it faster. Say Hey our names playmobil. We ain't playing around y'all whole them. Take a drink of this Hawaiian Punch as delicious. I like the ocean. Orange variety of Hawaiian Punch. I know lava bursts orange high. See still available but I can only get it in little juice boxes and I have a much thirsty. All I like to have a big old glass punch so this Hawaiian Punch Ocean. Orange is the next best thing now. Back to the subject at hand. The playmobil scooby. Blind bags are really cool. You got a blind bag. Ghost figure if you're not a fan of of Playmobil figures. You're probably not gonNA be a fantasies but if you are in for a treat they'll come with a sticker of said ghosts included in the package. Now it's intended for a poster available at toyshops which carry this poster a free from what I understand that when you get your figure you can put the sticker on there as account a check off list that Super Ed at Super Awesome. I live in Georgia. I don't have shops having this poster. So right now. I just got pile. Stickers net super cool. I Love I love I love. I love when blind package things. Come with things like a sticker of the character that straight legit. Y'All that's how it's supposed to be you know if I bought a pack of muscle on a card usually get about three little cash. She's in the package. I don't expect a sticker if I bly bly. How do you bligh something? Make sure you do it if I buy something like a Keshi from a Gash upon machine like a find a canoe come in Machine put put my money's in there and get Mike Capsule my blind luck of the draw. Command figure experts sticker net multiple and. That's how it goes. You know it is. There's a youtube channel I follow. Don't ask me his name because it's in candy and I don't know how to pronounce Kenji There's no English translation Available whenever I try to translate I get nothing His icons cartoon Ham Rose new does is. He goes to Gash upon machines. He buys a boxes of by different collections. And videos are him. You know sorting his collection and it's super cool super interesting and when he does the series like I said. The blind wants come with stickers and he'll has like a checklist he's made like a little binder and he'll put the sticker there by the figure and put a little stamp on it and I might man. That's super cool. If I was that organized might do something like that but back to Scooby Doo Day. Coma cool stickers. I love when figures come because stickers now also included in the package is a sort of file card type DOODLE BOB. The the figures come with a clear little. Lopez that figure can hold and a sticker you put on it and it makes the file card of the monster assuming assuming assuming this is meant to be the files that mystery INC would keep of the monster but there's at our side but I'd like to think it's their business card like you know there's a convention. Oh Hey disco demon how you doing. Excuse me it's the disc demon poser disc team and how you doing. Oh Hey hey creeper hey what you doing her and they just kind of exchange cards. They are talking business. You know. That's how you do things that's how you handle business. You WALK UP TO INTERSTATE PARTY. You present your cards and then you start talking. And that's what these ghosts are doing. You know at the Monster Convention slinging. Where's there's some guy with a farmhouse that he's trying to take by illicit Maine's he needs a higher A complete stranger. I'll just be seen for one second to beginning at episode. Who turns out to be the monster? I'm your man that's made the demon what that farmhouse here I ever mccart. So that's what I'd like to the Magin this clear. Peace with a sticker love stickers that you put on to identify such as the figures themselves are great recently charted by only one or two week because like. I said the code system is a frequent nightmare. And you can fill the bag. You could be that guy. Stand there filling the blind bags. It's like this you're at Walmart. And you're on a hole in the back of starburst a but this is. This is a good sound approximation. You're.

"Hello Bixby Bill. Burr chat listeners. Today I have the honour talking to Alana Chad who's a voice developer. Whose boiled many many different experiences for Alexa. Google and bixby. And what really impressed me about Lorna is her creativity and all the things that she's done with voice. Some really really excited to talk to her alarm. Why don't you introduce yourself? Hi everyone my name is Alana. I am twenty four years old. I am working on voice. Assistance will be free is now and I recently graduated from the University of Kent For Year pursued. Waste Industry Kind of Siebel where it was all about added Paid off and I've recently been announced Alexa champion and will serve Recently announced as bixby develop theories. Well said a very pleased with how guarding. I'm glad I took the the junk ready grades. And congratulations on being the bixby developer. The air at project voice and Being Alexa champion. That's quite an accomplishment of I have to ask you. What did you get your degree in technology degree or completely different? Yes so I was down that route of going into university in thinking what do I actually want to do and I never I? I was at the point where we have to decide what route you wanted to go down. I'd never really done any of computer science or anything up until hours around sixteen years old because they didn't ready introduce that into into schools much so it wasn't until I was sixteen. Monday introduced Him It's like a high school the high school side at. That's what I saw and I was like. Wow I wanna try it and I kind of not with the whole computer science as and I knew then I wanted to do something in that field but did I want to do it as a job. So that's why I chose. Degree weather is very broad so it. It kind of varies from Web Design to games designed to photography reading modeling like any module any cool secret drink. It was very very broad. Silos able to be like take if I liked it will hide the just will not go down that route because I actually did want to do reading log lane. I thought was really cool. What I saw the course at Casino Harry possible violence the Pixar than when I came to ours like actually this is quite hard and also quite you have to patients because you'll be making a ten second clip in the whole time. I literally I. I have the patience with that. So I did like the whole mobile application development and everything else that came with the coolest so I tied down the the programming side. That's how I kind of figured out went to be in fields. Great you know I encourage people to go explore different things and try things out right because who knows I think should reinvent yourself every end years and figure out what really excites you and go pursue it and even if that means a big change so good for you to try a bunch of things and and you landed on something you enjoy for right now and Yeah go pursue it so learn by my count you created twelve different Vicky capsules and they arrange everything. There's some educational capsules was capsules. Fitness. There's an. As Amara capsule yes in Quiz Games. Can you describe a couple of those big speak capsule in experiences? Yes with with big beat being so new and that the market is well. I I wanted to basically kind of see which type of capsule John kind of like making the Live at the mall one. It was simply something. I bake these experiences to me some cause before I related to other people by decided. Let's take an approach. Like make them for myself. I would you so I'm a big fan of they. Samah I love going to sleep to the mall and I noticed that there are no asleep. Sound experiences out that the A very big market. When look on Youtube for example a lot of people do love a law on it so different to ambient noises because of the whole experience is supposed to deliver this brain light tingle to grain and relax your brain so I wanted to make one and the best thing about putting it on bixby. Robin like Youtube is that we've topped the screen on and you're trying to get to bed the light shining in the room at least if you put it on a voice platform than kind of eliminate the whole having to have screen on and you can just listen away and go to sleep at sun baths with the small one with education. I've kind of always with me being in education for so long you kind of It's kind of a nice way to just keep shop and keep lining whether is learning a language learning maximum stuff stuff that you kind of need to keep learning with at and also fitness. I never really did many experiences and I wanted to see especially when it comes to the end of Christmas. Everyone's not fitness mentality. And you always WANNA keep so i. I've never tried one of my capsules. I made my yoga. I never done yoga before. But I forbid good. experienced Yoga positions as well as make something. I could use to win. You know I love it when people say they built something for themselves she we're talking about. Am tomorrow the Yoga Capsule Education Capsules Unit? You sound found personal benefit to these any wanted to share it and always find that when you build from the heart something you just do your much more motivated and it really really shows in the quality of what you build so great great job you touch them. This a little bit alarmed. But how did you first get involved with building for voice? What what motivated you to to build for this new medium. The main difference the main encouragement life for me to get into voice was honestly. I did that Michael sweaters on full of different modules. And I I knew that where I struggled was with visual graphic design and I love my lapse. I really did want from that. Was My design Like designing the the APP so visuals so when we Amazon dot came out. I notice that you could speak to it. And it will these skills and I didn't realize it was a third party developer. Who'd made these this experience so i. I love learning skills. I'm always up for landing anything so when I when I saw you could make one yourself. I jumped at the opportunity and I started building. It was really simple experience. It was gang could odds on why you would not match the same number of Alexia so that was by really enjoyed Also collected have to think about the design side of things so fast already love love voice. Yeah that's great so it sounds like followed your strengths so I was gonna ask you. What your first voice experience was. But you said it was the odds-on is that still out on the skill store. I had I had no idea still lacking yeah. I think we all have our first things that we built. They think the first thing ever built is a jokes scale. I don't know if you're not have to go check. But when and how did I get started developing bixby itself? Yeah so I was invited to be developer partner program and yet I was told you want to start developing on BEC- speak I had heard expe- before the the the sound on Samson Introduced to the essay the Galaxy S. nine and I was like of course anew scaled the I'd just I just love learning anytime some of that. Something I'm like. Yes for and then the Simpson team. What me on. Everything the ide- e the Bixby Studio hand it kind of was very very intimidating fast. Because I was like a new platform is different syntax using bid. I'd never hundred full but I think it made it easier once I once I kind of just in that whole Amazon Mine Alexa. Mind watching the fall but once I remember that was we did not. You did a tutorial that Webinar with the horoscopes. A yeah actually. I think it might have been atom uncharted the Horoscope to Joyal few. It was about horoscopes. But yeah coding without him. Yeah yeah it was yeah Lebanon end it was like Every helped so I always say like a lot to learn. Visually visual linings. Always our big eight for me. I I kind of documentation is good with support. The I thought visual AIDS so when there's a lot of videos stuff out there examples not the example is really helpful. It really helped kind of move my Experience with big speak great. You Know I. I sympathize with having come from a mobile and web done some Alexa Google Development. Kinda very imperative Code I approach that you get really comfortable with in any move to bixby and it's like what is this is crazy right. I have to model all these things. And do this declarative modeling and write less code and I think for anyone any developer out. There's listening to this. I think there is definitely a hump to get over to kind of conceptualize and think about it but once you get over the Hump I think he can be pretty productive with it but it is not a intuitive at first because it's quite a different programming paradigm than what you've seen in the past so along those lines Alana so for listeners. Who were kind of aspiring bixby developers in in starting to learn? What advice do you have for them? I would say US try actually make get into it and actually dickey facts capsule something something that you would make on a different platform and then make a fact capsule on bixby and then you can kind of see the how how the differences are as well so one thing. I did. Which really helped was I made like a jokes capsule or bixby and I'd make the same one on Alexa to kind of understand. What the the main differences while I'm already ditched me. Was like how much was in both like in the big one spanning any it was actually just the content and a few conditions. But it just shows that you really just need to think of it as a model fast approach and kind of just out really well and distinguished. Do I need him? What do I need that but now yet going for something ready simple than keep study adding in an maybe live onto a quiz in maybe live onto more interactive experiences? But yeah it's it's every that's why do Mike capsules you'll see quite different instruction is well because I am also nine years while I was like. Oh along side last Unlike making different types of capsules right. Actually I've noticed I've been impressed with the kind of variety of capsules. You built. Where where do you talk talked about this a little bit that? It's from things that you need but you tell me more about your inspiration for these different voice experiences that you've built yes. It's kind of how how it comes to me. Mainly is this. How United Currency Conversa- Capsule Currency Kim? Abaza how kind of came to me was I was just. I'm just playing around with bixby. An awesome awesome. I was GONNA say how often zip human asking a bunch of questions The I use will and I noticed that when I asked for a currency to combat currency from donors two. Pounds for example. It wasn't that that wasn't any like native Response it can tell me and I will let you go. Slow on one. That's one case. That would be really helpful and I need as well. So that's that's one thing I do. I fix peelers questions that I know that I would be using is well And if it doesn't have a native response than I know that good use case to use Good tune into Jason to the marketplace great. Our philosophy is definitely we believe that third party apps an end third party capsules should dominate. In most of the questions the asko voices and should be answered by third party capsules which is a little bit different than some of our competitors. But I think that's a good approach. Adam Shire likes to say we're not building the world's best voice assistant were building the best platform for building voice experience and really because we think believe were platform builders and people like you are going to build those amazing experiences and we've introduced features like natural language categories. Which lets you be the default when you actually aspects via question your actual capsule can can answer that. So we'll have to work together to figure out what of your capsules might be. Eligible for that but bixby is coming to a lot more devices this year. So right now you can develop for the TV the watch in a smart appliance. There's a marketplace there. I wonder if you look at all those different devices..

I've lost my three seven. One thousand focus started out the year. Saying I'll contact three people a day. Seven minute workout with Dylan. Write one thousand words a day. Haven't done those things regularly. GotTa gotTa kill that. So I'm going to go after the three people by focusing on folks that can make an impact. I'll go after Mid performer a low performer and a high performer. And anyone of my modules every day. That's what I'll do because I think it'll make an impact Dylan I. We're going to do seven minute. Workouts Right Dylan. Are you GONNA hold till down my feet so I can do my sit ups GonNa Count? The number of push ups that I do. We'll get back into the routine. We will the thousand word thing is something that really good about when I do it and I gotTa make that happen. I have to make that happen. Even if it's just a diary entry of a thousand words right also lost myself funding. So used fun stuff. Like Google one patriarch on web hosting on the back of stuff. That was in our current account. And I'm not doing that. I fell off the cliff. It was started by moving out moving house and doing a lot of of home repair buying equipment buying things that we needed everything from power power. Tools Dylan's pinwheels. Well I'm letting Dylan by penguins. Even though the last time he bought penguins they were too euro for four of them which is more than we normally spend. We look for them to be half that price or no more than one euro fifty four of them. We buy too many penalties. Because now it's happening is dillon. Doesn't just eating them but mom's eating them and so as MIA so the poor penguins. Which would last almost a week now rarely last more than two days are eight to get back some of that self funding to improve the current account. I need to do course development work where I am on the cloud digital campus. And they'll do that I finally. I've lost my daily recap. I used to be able to look ahead by a day or two to a calendar and then look at the stuff that happened on my handset and interact with those things. I haven't done that either. Really bugs me so making proper checklist tick off the things I need to do at night because if I push those things to the morning things like walking the dog. It's the way so do at night. Wrap up Successful Day with a checklist and then use that tick awfullest to plan. What I'm doing next day next planet forward. I think that's better for those who are inside the technical side amusing zoo mate six on instagram. Where my handle was top gold? You can see some of the setup. I'm Mike Capsule on the zoom out and simultaneously record on an ST card. Which I love. I'm Bernie I'm top Golden. Good social networks. "Coast. George Noory with you. Let's go right back to the calls. Michael in Greensboro. North Carolina's been on hold for awhile. Hi Michael, Georgia, I wanted to give my condolences for the passing of Stanford gotten to speak in very briefly, at the end of this show, their Columbus, and I'm glad I got the chance to meet him and talk to him. So what a great guy he will be missed. Absolutely. Yeah. That that was truly shock. So anyway, I wanted to ask you, you know, end against last night was talking about the different generations and so forth. You know, you grew up during the nineteen sixty. So what was that, like, I'm too young that wasn't around then please? Yeah. Kind of tumultuous tell you the truth. I mean racial segregation was a rapid later on. We had the Vietnam war in the seventies, it was a very tough trying time I was in Detroit during the riots, it was, you know, we had John F Kennedy killed on his brother. Bobby was killed and Martin Luther King junior was killed. Those are tough times. They really were. Yeah, I mean, I basically grew up in the nineteen nineties, and that, that was just completely totally different from the sixty today, the u you know, it's a completely different environment from what the baby boomers were growing up in. We went through some different times that. We had some great times, you know, the landing on the moon and things like that. But we also have these very rough difficult time periods in our lives. Sure. Okay. Thanks for the call next up. Let's go to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Christopher it's your turn. Hey there. Joyce, how you doing? Okay. How about you? Good. So. One is speak about mall like unusual happening happened about a month ago. And then I wanna get you update on my dealings with my fuck you. Okay. So. About a month ago. It was about time near my finals. Liking college. And I was driving home to, you know, the day to study for medically finals. And I was going on the way home that was going near a street lights, this random dogs of ran out of my car. So I of course stopped right before he four and he looked at me for some time. And then he just walked walk like, right past my car. And I turned to work. I didn't see the dog anymore. As some people were also who were behind me, also look at around to find that same song. Got away. Okay. So far. Yes. But I like right now like. Why dog jumping on my car, and look at me, and then one half my car, and then when I didn't see him anymore. What kind of dog wasn't? I'm not I'm not much of a dog person on building. No. Dash cam. They have to look at it in he, you know, how close, did you come to hitting it? All like all thirty five about maybe. The away. I guess it was like. I could see it from where I was alive, stop. It could be a dog itself. It looked at me. It was like panting. Headed in. Like how dare you almost hit me. But so now I want to move to my story. So. I want to like on about that years ago when, you know, I was, you know, Bill trying to get used to living inside me, my friend. Who would teach him with? You know, new that she was a demon, and she gave me, this mall will Henin's that had a histogram on it, and I'm thinking, oh, there's gonna be good. I put it on. Like I have been remember saying, why did you wear it? The gifts that my friend gave me so all right? One of the tried on they wanna be rude to her. And think I never wanted to wear. By for a few minutes of that time, it was like very much time. I was. I didn't like Nole. It's happening. Evidently. Came out, and she was like, totally different. She was like a lot more. Like many thing had. I've what they told me, you know, a lot more. War. Level or abnormal. Then what those like I said, Bush's calm. But this is this is this is the suck abyss. Yes. All about. Do you still have this with you? Yes, he is still around. But you don't if I remember you don't really want to get rid of her. No. I mean like I said before she helped me out at time and well that's the key phrase at times. What about the other times? She's mostly Gorman. That's an interesting for a lot of people don't know, this, these are entities that can possess you and. Well, Christopher has one and has had one for years and years, and years and has not really hurt him. But it's it's out there. It's it's around. Antionette annella. Bama. Welcome to the show any go fort. Call appreciate. I'd like to talk about colony collapse disorder. We're leaving vase we are already. Should respect the bay because the base kind of communicate with you. And he's a good citizen. If you'll just really has a chance is he C V close siege? Just be real still giving the chance to fly. Why also, we should respect the wasp, because he's also pollinator assure you just days, not aunt depended on the watt to pollinate her apple orchard, and I've always been respectful toward the us, also and other insects in verses that are polling. I don't get stung by a wasp. That's all. I had one fly right over my head of few inches. Somebody tells me there's a watch. But if you. And that was just real steel, and he flew away and there was no problem lucky. Sometimes they'll still they will attack. Some people you know that. When I was a kid and I didn't know how to interact with was, but now that I've learned how to interact with the wash them stain me anymore. I try to be as soon as I can. Because they're no they create apples. What do you think is causing the colony disorder? I think is herbicides. The round part of it. They made a massive lawsuit against Monsanto every summer needs to van together, and so Monsanto for every single thing that has gone wrong since they've started using the glow site. Well, they're getting they're getting sued by people any and they're losing billions of dollars. Tom, what's our next text or tweet? Okay. This one from Carrick and. How long have we been doing this a long time? Four years four or five years. Something like that. I like not as long as emerging, a lot of people do get emails from people who say I sent you. A text George. You have the phone. I don't. Right. And, and you use it only during the show. So you don't get them afterwards. Right. No. In the problem is that so many come in at sometimes I can't catch him. I remember once we turn the volume up on that phone, and they wouldn't stop there. That's what happens when I turn it on again. Just keeps going keeps going. Hey, what's what, what do we have Carrick in Lubbock, Texas? What would you pick as your last meal? Well, the ask you one question. What rockstar was from Lubbock Texas from Lubbock, Texas? Uh-huh. Wasn't Billy, gee. It was Lubbock know died in a plane crash. Stevie ray. Nope. Buddy Holly, buddy Holly. Absolutely. So what would I want bast meal? Yeah. I mean, like in bed dying. We're, I'm I don't really get particulars here. But I would imagine that you're gonna go pretty soon. I don't think I'd want heat. Okay. Suppose it's a firing squad. Bullets. You really wouldn't eat anything. No. That'd be your last pleasure on earth. Before a firing squad in aiding way you're going come on. You're not look when you're when you're faced death like that. You're not gonna think about eating. I mean, if you're in a hospital in your wooden way, you're going to die. You're gonna think about food. That's where they come up with people's last meal. No. That is for people who are being executed. Okay, if you were being XL I'm not going to be executed. Texting tweet is the ask Eric. I don't know being executed. What would buy last meal? Be twinkies. I don't know. Bill and Hastings, Florida, welcome to the show. Hey, bill. Okay. Thank you. Yeah. I don't see why Trump just tell the Russian that they mile from one of our worship. Well, because they have new spill and God knows what could happen. Howard. I don't like the fact that they're teaming up with China though. Well might just have to. We need to be friendly with everybody. We gotta work this out. They're making us look like idiots in front of the world. Well, they're, they're being very aggressive in certain things, but I don't think blowing them up is going to solve anything, if anything that's going to create a bigger problem. Don't you? Now you can't do that. You can't do that. I mean we've had planes Russian planes. Get too close to our planes. You can't shoot them out. No. No. That would create I think very bad conflict if that happened next up. Let's go to Bob in Ventura, California. Hello there. Welcome to the show, George. It's been a few years. Wow. That long. Yeah. Yeah. Just like gotten away somehow. And I still catch your show. You know periodically. Thank you have a comment, and maybe question, okay. In your listeners called in talking about diseases of the brain, like Alzheimer's and such. And one of the best shows I ever listened to new show was with typology. Yes. Cancer step outside the box. So what was that, like, I'm too young? I wasn't around then please. Yeah. Was kind of tumultuous tell you the truth. I mean racial segregation was as rapid later on. We have the Vietnam war in the seventies, it was a very tough trying time I was in Detroit during the riots, it was, you know, we had John F Kennedy killed and his brother, Bobby was killed and Martin Luther King junior was killed. Those were tough times. They really were. Yeah. I mean, I grew up in the nineteen nineties, and that was just completely totally from the sixty today, the u you know, it's just a completely different environment from what the baby boomers growing up and we went through some different times that. We had some great times, you know, the landing on the moon and things like that. But we also have these very rough difficult time periods in our lives. Ensure okay, thanks for the call next up. So I of course, stopped right before he four and he looked at me or some time he does walked off, like, right. Past my car. I tried to look I see the dog anymore. Some people were also who are behind me, also look at around kind of find that same song. Got away. Okay. So far. Yes. But I like right now like. Why dog jump in front of Mike car like and look at me and then wants half my car, and then when I didn't see him anymore. What kind of dog was it? I'm not much of a dog person on about delving. No on my dash Cam. So. Look at in, you know, how close, did you come to hitting it? I was going all thirty five about, like, maybe. Away. I guess I it was like. I could see it from where I was where I stopped. I could see the dog itself. It looks at me, it was like answering had hung out and. Like how dare you almost hit me. But so now I want to move to my story. So. Some things I, I wanted to like whether a lot about that years ago when, you know, I was, you know, Bill. Trying to get used to Christmas living aside me, my friend, who teach them about which fast, you know, knew that she was a theme, and she gave me, this small little Henin's that had a pentagram on it. And I'm thinking, oh, there's gonna be good. And when I put it on, like I have been remember saying, why did you wear it? It was a gift that my friend gave me so. All right. One of the tried on they wanna be rude to her. And I think I never wanted to wear it. By for a few minutes, time, it was like during lunchtime, I was. I been like no it's happening. Evidently, Chris came out, and she was, like, totally different. She was like a lot more. Like meta thing, as what they told me, you know, a lot more. Trying to find a lot more along more normal than what she does. Like I said, Bush's a lot more calm. But this is this is this is the suck abyss. Yes. Yeah. All about do you still have this with you? Yes, you still around. You don't if I remember you don't really want to get rid of her. No. I mean like I said before she helped me out at times, and well that's the key phrase at times. What about the other times? She's mostly Gorman. That's an interesting for a lot of people don't know, this, these are entities that can possess you and. Well, Christopher has one and has had one for years and years, and years and has not really hurt him. But it's it's out there. It's a round Antionette Alabama. Welcome to the show. Any go fort. And also, we should respect the wasp, 'cause he's also pollinator shortage of days, not dependent on the wash to pollinate her apple orchard, and I've always been respectful toward the us also and other insects and birds that are polling. I don't get stung by a wasp. That's all they stale. And I had one fly right over my head of Hugh inches. Somebody tells me there's a wash, but if. And that was just real steel and he flew. There was no problem. We're lucky. Sometimes they'll feel they will attack. Some people you know that. They will. But I've been stung parents when I was a kid and I didn't know how to interact with the was. But now that I've learned how to interact with the wash them. Steamy anymore, I try to be as, as I can because they know they create apples, what do you think is causing the colony disorder? I think it's herbicides. The round part of it. A massive lawsuit against Monsanto every farmer needs to band together, and so Monsanto for every single thing that has gone wrong since they've started using the gloss. Oh, say, well, they're getting they're getting sued by people any and they're losing billions of dollars. Tom, what's our next? Texter tweet? Okay. This one from Carrick and how long have we been doing this now long? Four or five years, something like that. I like not as long as emerging, a lot of people do get emails from people who say I sent you. A text George. You have the phone. I don't. Right. And, and you use it only during the show. So you don't get them afterwards. Right. No. In the problem is that so many come in at sometimes I can't catch him. I remember why we turn the volume up on that phone. And they wouldn't stop there. What happens when I turn it on again. Just keeps going keeps going. Hey, what's what, what do we have Carrick in Lubbock, Texas? What would you pick as your last meal? Well, the ask you one question. What rockstar was from Lubbock Texas from Lubbock, Texas? I wasn't Billy g it was. Lubbock. I know who died in a plane crash. Stevie ray. Nope. Buddy Holly, buddy Holly. Absolutely. So what would I want is my mask meal? Yeah. I mean, like in bed dying. We're, I'm I don't really get particulars here. But I would imagine that you're going to go pretty soon. I don't think I'd want he'd. Okay. Suppose it's a firing squad. Bullets. You really wouldn't eat anything. No. That'd be your last pleasure on earth. Before a firing squad in. Anyway, you're going come on. You're not look when you're when you're faced death like that. You're not gonna think about eating. I mean, if you're in a hospital in your way, you're going to die, you, you're gonna think about food. That's where they come up with people's last meal. No. That is for people who are being executed. Okay, if you were being ex no I'm not going to be executed. Kind of texting tweet is ask Carrick. I don't know. Bob is being executed by last meal. Be twinkies. I don't know. Villain. Hastings Florida, welcome to the show. Hey, bill. How you doing? Okay. Thank you. Yeah. I don't see why Trump just doesn't tell the Russian that they come within one mile from one of our worship just gonna blow my water. Well, because they have new spill and God knows what could happen really wanna blow thing up, you know, they want their World, War three where we're going to do this coward. Let them make a fool of us. I don't like the fact that they're teaming up with China though. Well might just have to. What's that? We need to be friendly with everybody. We're going to work this out. They're making us look like idiots of the world. Well, they're, they're being very aggressive in certain things. But I don't think blowing them up is going to solve anything, if anything, it's going to create a bigger problem, don't you? One ship and maybe they'll back up. Now you can't do that. You can't do that. I mean, we've had planes Russian planes that get too close to our planes. You can't shoot them out. No, no. That would create I think very bad conflict if that happened next up. Let's go to Bob in Ventura, California. Hello. There. Welcome to the show joy. It's been a few years. Wow. That long. Yeah. Yeah. Just like gotten away somehow I catch his show. You know, if you're gonna have comment and maybe question, okay. In your listeners called in talking about diseases of the brain, like Alzheimer's and such. And one of the best shows I ever listened to new show with typology yes, cancer step outside the box. He's a great guy. Yeah. Yeah. "You can see the police show up. And they're talking to the talking to some of the people in the in the establishment. Yes. Mike. Capsule called apparently for trespassing. And and then they took these two away. The guys were later released in Starbucks has apologized for the entire incident. The boycott Starbucks hashtag has been trending on Twitter. Apparently there there are a lot of people who are literally going in and yelling at people on at Starbucks like they're just going into Starbucks and yelling at the at the baristas and Starbucks, which is completely useless. The men were accused of trespassing may said they were simply waiting for a friend before ordering the video. Shop customers is very hard to watch the actions in it or not Representative of our Starbucks mission and values said the CEO of Starbucks in the basis for the call to the Philadelphia. Police department was wrong. It turns out that the manager of the Starbucks has spoken out. Her name is Holly. And she has spoken relatively anonymously. What she says happened is that these two black guys come in. And they sit down and then they not only refused to leave. But when asked politely lead, not buying anything they begin to get a little bit aggressive with her. They begin to. And she calls the police like they just won't leave. She says they come in. They say we use the restroom. She says. No. And then they just sit down, and they say, they're now, do I believe her do I believe the two black guys who were talking about this. Well, all I can say is that the supporting evidence tends to tends toward the story of the of manager. I and the reason I say that is because the police chief was black guy said that when the police came and they ask these two glides to leave the guy said now, the two guys refuse, and they said go ahead and arrest us, you know, they were apparently relatively aggressive with the officers as well, not only that. But it turns out that this woman Holly who was the who's the store manager. I got a letter from one of the listeners to the Ben Shapiro show who routinely goes to this particular, Starbucks and knows the manager. And here is what she wrote me what you wrote me as I don't know what. Happened last week with guys I wasn't there. But I highly doubt that she saw the two men and decided to call the police based solely on the fact that they are black. Well, according to this this person was the show quote from my observations and interactions with her. I was actually under the impression that Holly is an S J W feminist of the highest order once I even heard her scored a male barista for not using the proper neutral pronouns of somebody. That's why this whole situation is so shocking to me, even though I did not agree with her and all the yesterday WPN's that a dorm her beanie, I think calling her a racist. All over the news in dachshund. Her name address phone family etcetera is disgusting. Patrons said Holly's not racist and doesn't deserve. What is happening to her here in Philly the patrons of the Starbucks are both black and white and I've personally seen Holly give the, oh, so coveted restroom, code black and white people patrons and non-patrons seen trained both black and white staff members she has been nothing, but nice to everyone. I've never witnessed any racist. Behaviour? I may not agree with the way, she carries herself with the colorful hair, and the hippie pins, but I can recognize when someone is doing their job. Well, again, it'd be very weird if Holly we're a giant racist working in Philadelphia at a Starbucks. The city is forty two percent black. It would just be a very weird hiring decision. And she lasted a year at the job without anybody else having any complaints. So I find this whole story somewhat suspicious. Also, one of the problems that I have some of the tapes that are being released thousands. The only tape that was released. There was another tape. Those also released this one from today which black man was at a Starbucks in Los Angeles. And he claims that the on Hawthorne. Okay. So let it be known that the area around Hawthorne is heavily minority. Okay. This this Starbucks is in a very heavily minority areas. I really doubt that the manager at this particular Starbucks never seen a black person in her establishment before while you're going to see in this tape is that the the guy who's taping tapes, a white guy coming out of the restroom, and then he asks the white guy coming out of the restroom if the guy was asked by anything by the manager. And then he goes attorney says, well, I wasn't allowed to use the restroom if I hadn't bought anything. And the lady says I've been ask you to leave and the guy refuses to leave this guy posted the tape. And then he suggests that the Starbucks manager who by the way is Asian is racist. So here's what that sounds like. So. Starbucks right.
