"Before. Thank you. Hey, We didn't say we were original here. We just said that we wanted to give you an open. It doesn't have the same, like get stuck in your head as sound carpaccio does, But still, nonetheless, it's nice to have the jingle and, uh, I actually it's a bittersweet thank you where you ate an M. C. Hammer fan growing up. Well, you kind of because growing up in San Francisco, he's from the East best. Right? Uh, you know you hear about his musical or not. He was also incredibly Philanthropic. Yeah, yeah, In fact, I think gave a lot of his fortune away. Um, two different causes, So he's kind of he's a very you know, well respected musician and dancer whatnot, but also was as a person. So it was kind of hard not to be offended. His So we've been asking fans today and we've got some great calls on this. What? What do what do the bills mean to you like after last year, Right. Like we we all know last year was this weird space? We're all in trying to consume bills football, knowing what was going on in the entire NFL in sports landscape, But no fans and all that, and now we get back to it. And I think that people have been kind of envisioning what Sunday and the rest of the The season looks like but I think just overall the overarching reflectiveness of this what does bills football mean to you? And I know you didn't grow up here. But you've been here long enough. And you, you root for this team. You're a buffalo knee and if not by birth. By, you know, by whatever it is now by being living here for as long as you have, Um, What does it mean to you? Yeah, I represent that. There is a fan base out there that didn't grow up here. That is new. That have adopted this team. You know, I will admit I the only thing I really knew much about the bills was, of course, the glory years that have O. J. Simpson given. He's from San Francisco where I'm from, but Um, was I just got so captivated. From the day that I arrived here in the U Haul truck back in 2015, and I got to say you have a caller in earlier today. Who talked about how this team gets him through dark times. And first of all, I applaud his bravery to do that. But I think all of us can relate to that. Maybe we don't have necessarily dark times. But man, it gets us grew even a daily struggle. And I just so I got kind of got the chills when I heard that guy and how emotional he got. And even though I'm a relatively need summer I think I feel the same way you know when things may not may not be having a perfect day. And then you remember? Oh, my gosh. Sundays in three days. What? Well, so that's kind of what it means to me is if you're ever in a funk. Yeah. You got the bills, and and I really appreciated that. So that was great when I was growing up, and I wanted to get into this business, um you know, you watch SportsCenter and TV. I was always a radio guy, though. You know what you just said, is right and This is nothing against TV. You're you're great on TV is what you do for a living, and I do TV, right? I mean, I'm on different platforms, right? But but What you just said, is why I wanted to be in radio. Because the passion and emotion and the raw feels you get from things like that. Someone calling this radio station and getting emotional on the air and saying how much the Buffalo bills meant and has meant to that person because of Dark times in their lives and having an outlet like that is so real to me. That's why I got in this business on this platform versus others. I could not agree more and you know, there's been a few moments where you know I've gotten emotional and my wife sometimes look to me goes. What's wrong with you? When I go? You just don't get it, But there was even a moment that I recall. It was when we made the playoffs. You know, after that, you know, adult and pass the Bangles game and I was listening to Bulldogs. And bulldog like I heard the emotion in his voice, and he he stopped talking. Because she was overwhelmed with Emotion of that moment. And, um, it's it's something. Maybe not everybody gets but boy, and it's not like this in every NFL city. I've lived in a few of them where the fan base can be very blase. Here. It's not And here it's the emotion that Um, I need the mostly in terms of the pain of this of this key. What's it like, in the other? Yeah. Go ahead. I was just going to say the other part of the ship that was beginning its hearing What people say when you're wearing bills garb in other parts of the country, and in some cases, other parts of the world. I was out in the Bay Area this summer. I wore my bills, sweatshirt in North Beach in San Francisco and in a 30 minutes span. Go bills. It's amazing. I'm like 10 different times. And my father lives in Mexico. He lives in the town, a city called San Miguel del. And it's about a few hours outside of Mexico City. This isn't combo. This is an Acapulco. This is like Real heart of Mexico, and he hears it all the time. There..

"Influences you and makes you may be A person that's more Stressed out talk. Or that's that wants to prove things but when you go to a place where people are more laid back or Just know how to smile more and just be more. That influences you. Un makes you ask yourself some questions like what is really about. Isn't it and one of the one of the other things that I love about traveling. And i know that you you do too is Exploring food and i think that's that's another thing that Yeah it has to do with our comfort zone so we need to be open about About this part as well but it can really give you a different experience of life Through those census as well. And it's it's really. It's really interesting to experience different flavors. That are very specific out to an area. And yeah you could say for this food but It can be really different and really good. In in many parts of the world k. You can have food darn great for you But most of the time at least in my experience that was a big part of traveling and that they really loved when i was in a uruguay they They only in port three percent of their food. They basically they grow all their own food. So it's pretty organic and they don't use pesticides whatever because it's it's the capital city has one point five million people so all the farmers live outside of the capitol and they bring all their food to to the market. But what was the most interesting to me. Is it all their cows or grasp that and so it. The meat tastes completely different. Are huge beep consumers. Okay there's more beef than there are people so that was a huge eye-opening experience for me because you're used to having like this giant steak and it comes grow their steaks or thinner. They don't have as much fat so it's a different taste sensation So that was a really cool experience. That and their wind I always to try whine and every country. Go to especially by the local venues. Although i will say. Do not drink wine that they make in bali because it's not at or drinkable only. Because they gave the grapes from australia and then they try to make the the wind there. So you know. When didn't bali you can just skip the local wine. Their beer is good though. Yeah exactly skipped wandering the yeah exactly. It's it's really something. And yeah. I remember that i ate Pizza with bananas on top. So but then. I'm not thinking that would be great but okay. It was actually really good. And that's that's the thing there are weird things like this that you would never do or never thing. They are good but when you experience them oh they did three end up actually being great and of course they have a special way of doing it and now but it's really tasty and it. It's a bit weird because you don't know if it's a desert or it's sexual food that you're because you're hungry but it's an experience and into something that i remembered. Remember this day.
