"And if you're wondering, hey, you know, why are workers not returning to the workforce or why are women still slow returning to the workforce and things like that? I can't help but get the feeling that not knowing if your kid's going to if your kid's school is going to be open. Good point. Boy, this is a good point. I mean, you may or the other thing was also the question of, okay, let's say you haven't tested positive but somebody in your kids class was everybody's wearing masks, but everybody knows kids start fiddler masks or something like that, but not a 100% perfect. What's a reasonable amount of time to have kids stay home? And at first I think a lot of the school districts were thinking like two weeks. And I think a lot of folks just have come up. And by the way, Jim, that is, in fact, still operative policy at other places in Virginia. And it's causing chaos. But I had not considered how people who had disengaged from the economy in order to take care of their kids might be unwilling to re-engage until they know their kids can actually go to school. I really hadn't thought about that. That's a very, very smart point. As to why we have so many unfilled jobs. It is a one of the things that was really fast. I'm sure every parent is pulled into your program over the last two years has observed. In mid March suddenly, you can't get a babysitter. You have to quarantine. Even if your work was open, even if you were an essential worker, boy, you hope you have a spouse who can stay home and take care and watch your kids. And this whole the idea of our entire economy was just based on this idea that right around the time when I finished this phone call with YouTube, I'm going to walk down with my younger son to the school bus. He's going to get on the school bus. My oldest son is going to be there till mid afternoon. My younger son will get home a little bit later. And during that time, I can be working at home. I can go into work. But just parents have 8 hours or so or 7 hours, whatever amount of time in the middle of the day where they can go and do work. And if your kid is homesick, well, you can't do that. You don't have that option. And for the past two years, the question and of course, every day, you listeners to your program. No. The slightest deal our school board is literally made of snowflake. Because they are afraid of any snowflake and they will cancel school if the dew point gets too low. I'm exaggerating slightly. You're the Virginia. We freak out about any possibility of. The national review has always been very laid back and very easygoing about the needs of parenting and stuff like that. That's a lot of parents like, you know, there's a flurries and all of a sudden schools canceled. And all of a sudden you got to say to work, hey, I can't come in today because I can't get a fitter and I can't get anybody to watch my child. There's been this giant fundamental disconnect between the decision making of schools and when they feel like being open and when they feel like something that's happened in which they can't. You know, when I was when I was a lad, the two magic words were Lake effect. When Lake affects now it's coming day off Lake effect and now northeastern all shuts down. In Washington, D.C., I mean there are like 30 different words for Lake effect. But I'm not living this. I'm not living COVID quarantine is now the new Lake effect. I'm not living with the blizzard. And I was like, okay, well, you know, the whole area shuts down. But when it's a very mild snowfall, schools close, but other businesses are like, no, no, we're staying open. Nobody's like, you feel ridiculous as a parent. And maybe a lot of the Pete Buttigieg news. This is my one of my podcast co hosts. Mickey white, maybe it's fantastic points, which made this observable. Every working mother are almost every working mother is paranoid about the perception of her coworkers. It's just not working hard enough. That she, all my goodness, I'd better, I don't want anybody to care about pulling my own weight. I'm going to take material leave, but I'm going to stay in touch with the office. I'm going to call in and check in. They just wouldn't do what Pete Buttigieg did just see how walking away I was just right. This is getting worse. Look, I'm glad you put it as a father. I hope he has enjoyed his special time and all that stuff. But there's this observation that most working women just have this leg down to their bone marrow sense of oh God, I don't want anyone thinking how lazy or I don't want anyone thinking that I'm not working hard enough. I'll tell you what. Well, it wasn't a factor in this one. Big Buttigieg had better stay away from military spouses. Not with deployed with deployed espouses. They really should not they never stop. That's the most amazing thing I've ever seen. Okay, let me ask you about the second big issue. I hope you write about kids in COVID vaccines and what people should do, because I don't have any actual authority in that area. I don't I'm not going to make a decision on bath of a child. I know what my grandkids are going to do, but that's because their mom decided to do that..

"Still not going on this one. I don't see any obstacles it's definitely a challenge But i'm surprised by how many people specifically on only dan said. Hey where you going or coming to. Which is very encouraging. Everyone is aware that a change is in the air and is just ready to keep you know. Keep going on down the road This has happened before. Obviously guys have all the back story on this but porno was taken basically to their knees in february. They still haven't gotten their ability to process credit cards back. So it's you know. I understand why the changes and sympathetic of what's happening And hopefully helpfully think they're going to feel personally. I'm kind of waiting for sex. Will online sex work. To just go crypto. I mean just tell the entire establishment for for merchant banking to kiss their supple white ass and move on And there's plenty of people of color that are sex workers. I wasn't trying to be rude. I'm just saying it's one of my common phrases kiss my supper. Wait ask so But i mean it's it's like chuck asian have a i have. I don't know that he's the son it and it's still white as hell you need. You need to give it. Its own only fans. You just created your own niche. Say i will be the beacon of light and now i suppose you. This'll be great. Perfect mickey's white ashes. Eleven it's with what's happening in yet. You're right mattie this did happen to port still can't process credit cards. These guys hold credit card processing. There's a power associated with that and a lot of times. Really all they're trying to do is get you to pay double for high risk processing. That's what they did to us with casual toys. They took us down completely and told us if we could sell purple dick's green dick's or pink. Dick's we could sell masturbaters. But only if they were made by flashlight. I mean there were the rules. Were the dumbest thing i've ever heard. And then so. I just said fuck it and paid for high you high interest Or rather high risk processing which is ex- extremely high interest. I'm paying like six percent per credit card transaction And i know that that kind of stuff is going to affect you is the movement. In trump's we'll get back to the regular questions but is that this movement and know you said you're not worried about it At this point. And i think you're probably very careful with your means. Stream content creation that kind of feeds. You're only fans but there's a lot of other people out there that not been that smart have not had that niche that you have and they're like now what am i gonna do if this gets taken away from me. Are you guys gonna have to pay more for these other services. I mean because i know only fans was like twenty percent some of these other services or twenty five. Some of them are thirty How does that factor into your decisions in terms of charging for content. What you charge for content where you market it. Are you looking at how you're going to do this moving forward. And how do you insulate yourself. Initiative happening again. I think you just have to learn not to put all your eggs in one basket. And i think that's what a lot of the creators have done in so now they're scrambling In we had a few different platforms. We were on Only fans of course was our primary Revenue revenue generator but You just have to spread yourself out..

"I would would always have the worship leader. Stay up here. And it wasn't an aesthetic. It was just survival man. Because y'all are so good to look at while. I'm preaching and then i would say well. I can't do this without someone to talk to. I can't talk to a camera. So they became they replaced you traverse for a little while but now y'all back in but came out so come on. We won't wait for and we'll just get started by ourselves. I want you to go back in your mind. You're sixteen years old close. Your you're sixteen. I do this. When i'm preaching to the youth before preached to the youth. I always put on the music. I listen to when i was sixteen. Pearl jam. No code okay so now open your eyes sixteen years old. You're sixteen years. So i like to tell the story when i speak to the students about one of the most significant things that were spoken to me when i was not the coolest thing that ever happened to me when i was a teenager is when bill armstrong. The lead singer of green day called me on stage to play the guitar the north charleston coliseum and my best friend is here to verify that that really happened. That was the coolest thing georgia. Your dad was freaking out but the most important significant thing that happened to me at least this would be in. The top three was well. It's been twenty five years. And i'm still telling you about it. This is how big of a deal this is that somebody saw something in me. Pastor mickey pastor mickey white i called him the other day and i said i'm still telling this story of when you came over to our house twenty five years ago when i was sixteen because pastor mickey had just taken the job as the pastor of santee circle baptist mission and he needed a youth pastor and he asked me to come work with this youth and i think my mom bought the pastor mckee's church might be a cult. Olive thought the same thing about elevation. You're sitting right in a church. Used to think about so i mean. Look at me like that. But pastor mickey said well. I'll come over and talk to your mom. And he used to be in the auto parts business so he was a good salesman so he has to convince my mom for me to leave the methodist church and come over to the baptist church and the as youth pastor at this little church that was meeting a woman of the world building. And what made it. More dramatic is big. Big guy pester. Mickey's what six six six seven. He's in the seventies now but he sat down the middle of the floor. There's like plenty of seats open in the house. So i guess looking get a gandhi flow going on the floor and he sits down big old guy and he tells my mom i've worked with youth have worked with kids for twenty years and god has his hand on stephen twenty five years ago. I can see can you. I can see him sitting on the floor. Say god has his hand on stephen he said in a way. I've never seen his hand on any of the kids that i've ever worked with and it did the trip. My mom let me do it. And i served as you faster. And i'm thinking at the time like this is a little thick. You're laying it on thick right now. Does it really take all that. The most but but what i felt when he said that i mean on one hand that felt cool but on the other hand it kind of was kind of scary if felt like made felt maybe like i'm special. Like oh god's hand is on your son but on the other hand i'm like and what exactly does that mean. And yet when he said it. Y'all i can't exactly explain this to you but inside. I thought that's what i'm feeling. Because i had made my personal commitment to christ not the one where your parents make a commitment to raise you so that you can meet christ. But we're you decide to follow. Jesus for yourself. I had to make that commitment. And i sensed something different. And so. here's this man who has been in ministry for many years and he says something. Like god's hand is on stephen. And when i told this story to the young people tuesday i looked right at as many of them as i could in the eyes i said god has his hand on you because a lot of them never had pastor. Mickey sit on the floor. Crisscross applesauce and say that when they were sixteen and maybe a lot of them never even had anybody say something like i believe in you and i think what difference would it may if they get the revelation right now not that they're going to be a preacher or pastor one day that's not what pastor mickey men that that was a part of my pack but he meant something different when he said god has his hand on stephen. I want you to say that out loud. Put it in the chat. Whatever the case may be but say god hold up. Don't say money say your name. God has his hand on your said that so quiet. It was terribly unconvincing. How you said you said it with the wrong voice inflection. Say it again. God has.
