Supreme Court Unable to Identify Document Leaker

"Supreme Court Marshall investigation or investigating the league has to date been unable to identify a person responsible for the preponderance of responsible body preponderance of evidence according to the court, the leaked led to protests outside of justice's homes and conservative Justin are justice Brett Kavanaugh was targeted in an assassination attempt before the final decision was released on June the 24th, 2022. And after examining the court computer devices, networks, printers, and available call and text logs, investigators have found no forensic evidence indicating who disclosed the draft opinion. Investigations investigators interviewed 97 employees, all of whom denied sending the draft opinion to Politico, also according to the Marshals office. All of the interviews on an affidavit under the penalty of perjury stating that they did not share the draft opinion, officials said, if investigators later find, they lied, then the person would be subject to prosecution. Larry Elder Takes Aim at San Francisco's $5 Million Reparations Plan

"Sean, do we have a clip of Larry elder gaunt just going ham? I can see if we can find that clip of Larry elder going ham on Fox News. I'll try to find it. I had never seen somebody kick the jolly in of the leftist agenda like Larry elder just did on Fox News. Now, Leo Leo was on there too, so both of them obviously are conservative black men, but Larry elder just destroyed the concept of reparations. I'm not going to, I'm not going to repeat his talking points because I don't think he could say it as good as he said it, but I'll give you the sentiment. It's just simply who's going to pay for it. The majority of the black people in this country didn't even come from slavery. It's all a myth, ladies and gentlemen. There's a small portion of people that just probably trackable back to the continent of Africa and was a part of the slave trade. You know, that lineage come from the slave trade, majority of people aren't. Majority of the white people that live in this country don't have nothing to do with slavery. And for people to keep going back to slavery, it tells you that they're ignorant folks. Black people had so much incredible success after slavery that is mind-blowing to me. And you know what they never put it out there so you'll never know. You never know how successful black people were.

Where God Placed Men and Women

"The testosterone effect is more prevalent in males than it is in females. Why is that? Because they feel like it knows because God made men to take a particular position in society. Why do women give birth to men can't give birth? God may women to give birth. They have a certain position in society. And men are supposed to protect women and women are supposed to be supportive of their man. And the reason our society I think is going downhill fast because we live in a world where they teach young girls that you the man and they teach you on boys that don't be a bigot. Don't be a what they call a sexist. Instead of teaching your young man that you are to be a leader and teach your young woman to do what do what she's do what God is blessed her to do and be supportive of her husband. The goal is to have a husband to go for a managed to have a good quality wife. Y'all work together to succeed in life, taking your rifle position and moving forward. What else needs to be said, Brandon? Nothing needs to be said because I just told you the truth.

Will the Real Men Please Stand Up?

"Why wasn't there qualified men run for governor here in the state of Arizona? Women had to step up and take the lead and run for governor state of Arizona. It's just what it is. Let's just keep it real. There was no men that were willing to do what Carrie Lake was willing to do. Even at dog Katie Hobbs, nobody's willing to do it. Some women had to step up and do it. Men, it is high time for men to get in their rifle position. Understand that you are the leader, you are to lead your role is not pacifism. Your road is to lead, your role is to take responsibility of your household. Take responsibility of your family. And in turn, I believe in leadership positions take responsibility of the country. And there's people out here that ain't gonna like be Tatum saying it, but I say it like I feel it. Who do you thought? Who do you think fought the Civil War? Who do you think were the founding fathers? It didn't say founding mothers. They said founding fathers. There were men who got called to lead. And in their leadership, everything rolls downhill in the proper way.

Listen to what George Lopez said on the view. And then I want you to think about it because after we play the clip, I want you to think about it process it. And then I'm going to give my commentary, road the clip. When you're Latino now, you know there's all can't get out of the car at the same time because you could end up in Baltimore. Let me go. That's exit one at a time. Yes. No, no, at least I promise you'll run this and this is sending you to the vice president's House. Also, if you're an enemy of drag, you're an enemy of mine. Right. Are we going to talk about the new show? Are you going to continue doing it? Don't let's talk about the new show. Okay, good. If you against drag, you're not a friend of mine or whatever he said. That dude is the weakest, most woke Mexican man I've ever heard in my life. I don't know anybody is woke as George Lopez. I remember George Lopez used to be cool in my opinion. I just think it was cool. I mean, he's kind of funny, whatever. That dude is so wack, it's crazy to me. What would make a grown man with kids? I believe George Lopez has kids. His statement doesn't seem like he has kids, but if I'm gonna make a wild guess, I would assume he has kids. Our niece's nephew somebody. What would make a grown man? He does have kids. What would make a grown man say if you were enemy of drag, you were enemy of me.

"michigan school" Discussed on The Officer Tatum Show

"On the backs of another person, I don't think that that makes sense. You know, I had conversations with daily wire, it didn't really go that far. I mean, we didn't go to a contractual thing, but I had conversations with them. They never called me back. I'm not mad at them. I understand that I do this stuff independently. You know, it was kind of like something floating in the air with the daily wire and I was like, oh, let me see what they got. If you could offer me more and I offer myself and it makes sense long term we can do it. But I think after the conversations they realized that, look, they probably not trying to pay me what I make. Steven Crowder must have an infrastructure that I don't have. And there's no hardening along the foul. I think David wears incredible. I think they're cutting edge. I think they're leading the movement in a lot of ways. I've had, and I don't want to say names that everybody, but I had PragerU. You know, I had conversations with, I used to work for turning point. I had conversations with turning point. You know, there was contracts that I saw with turning point that wasn't in my best interest. And no harm no foul. I think all of these places are incredible. But at some point, things may not be what's best for you. And they don't mean that I'm a go a secretly record Charlie Kirk and say and try to blast them out of context in order to push my own agenda. That's that doesn't make sense. That doesn't seem like a reasonable person and good faith would do that. And there's nothing wrong. And you guys can go and I'm going to put the links to all of these videos, so you can watch it for yourself. Steven Crowder's video. Jeremy boring's video, Candice Owens video. I'm supposed to put links in my video on YouTube because I'm gonna make this into the video on YouTube. And you can watch it for yourself. But you know, I just really don't think after listening to everybody's conversation that he did this in good faith. It's nothing wrong with a company saying if we're going to invest money in you, we want you to do X, Y, Z that's a business strategy. Therefore, we don't lose money. We're going to promise you 50 million. In the next four years is a 5 years of what their thing was. You got to think Steven Crowder hadn't made 50 million. What they're doing is they're going to promise him some money that they believe through their investment, they're going to make that money back and some. But there's a potential that something could happen to Steven Crowder and he don't make that money and they're out of the contractually promised money. So yeah, they're going to tell you you need to post this many times a day. Yeah, if you get demonetized, then they can't afford to pay you because you're not bringing any money in. So those things are reasonable. It may not be for you, but it's reasonable. And I felt like the daily wire handled it very professionally. And, you know, one of my favorite comments on it all was I think Ken is Owens. Probably summed it up the best. And I heard on her regular show, she went crazy. She dropped a couple cuss words that we can't put on the radio. That she went in on Steven Crowder on her show. Or maybe it was on temple. Now I think it was her show that she may have said a couple cuts words. I didn't get to watch all of the shows, but I think she summed it up pretty good and talked about the fact that she think that he, you know, had some insecurities and I'm going to let you listen to what she said because I don't want to take her words out of context. Listen to what Ken is on, say, and I think that based on totality of what I've listened to, this seems to be a closely related synopsis that I have about the Steven Crowder situation. Let's roll the cliff from Kane is on. Maybe he's feeling a little insecure. He thought that he was a free agent. He feels like he's Tom Brady. Everyone's gonna make me all these offers, and he thought he came in extremely low, Tom Brady. I'm Tom Brady. Why am I getting off for $50 million? That should be offered a $140 million in the team says, no, thank you, Tom Brady, and then he goes, well, nothing Tom Brady. Well, the truth is like, I think Steven Crowder was feeling into QR. I think he was reeling after he was negotiations. I think there are very few conservative networks that can offer him that money. He's actually, you know, he's burned a few bridges, right? Fox News, he's burned a bridge. He's burned a bridge with the place. How many other companies in the conservative movement does he think can reasonably afford to pay him what he thinks he's worth, right? The daily wire. So when he was done, I think that he was feeling tremendously insecure, right? When those negotiations failed in October or November, he stewed on it in November, so I didn't in December came up in January and decided, okay, I'm gonna have to launch my own outfit. I'm gonna go after the daily wire and his plot line included calling Jeremy bore and catching him on camp on we only have seen a piece of his conversation. Jeremy has already tweeted that he called him like, hey, let's catch up. And now he was like, let's talk about the kids. And Christmas. They were friends very close friends, okay? Steven Crowder has said they were friends, not colleagues, not associates, not like I would say me and Matt Walsh and what were associates but friends. He called his friends to talk about crystals and his kids and said he recorded him and then dropped that recording a week later pretending that he was doing this to be a martyr. I just don't see how people don't realize this guy is a bat, a fundamentally bad person. Hey, I didn't go that far to say he's a bad person, but if he did what can say he did and what Jeremy said he did and some of what Steven said he did and actually visibly put the man's recorded conversation out there. I think it's not good. And I'm going to tell you this, and I'm just going to be honest. I have never heard anybody say anything positive personally about Steven Crowder. I've never had anybody say anything positive. I've had at least four people that in conversation had mentioned were his behavior is literally staying in their memory and they had so many negative things to say about him. Now, did that mean that you were a bad person? I don't know. Maybe there's four people that just didn't like you. But I find that ironic good people and most of the people that you hear and in my case everybody that I heard speak about him had nothing but negative things to say. I feel like when you're a good person, you're going to have far more people say positive than negative. Like Dennis prager. I couldn't find a person of saying anything bad about Dennis prager. You probably couldn't find a person. There's so many, there's so many people that I know that people just rave over. And in my opinion, it's a reflection of who they are. But I'll end it with this and I guess you could say that I'm biased because I really do believe that Steven Crowder didn't do anything effective in this situation. And I think he kind of gasly some of his people and tried to make it seem like he was a martyr in this world of censorship. When in reality, I know what it is. He playing the game. He's not going to say stuff to get him banned. That's why he's still on Twitter. That's why he's still on YouTube. That's why he's still on all these platforms. Because he understands the value of having 6 million subscribers. And you're a fool if you don't. Hold the phone, I'll be back after the break. This is the officer Tatum show. AJ's Feels Something Is up With Michigan School Shooter's Parents

"I'm gonna tell you something I said last week about the parents of Ethan crumbly, the weirdo kid, you know, opened up fire at the school in Michigan. I said, why do I feel like the parents, the father may be specifically gave this kid the handgun when he was at the principal's office and the principal was talking to the parents about their son's problem, or situation, whether it was looking to buy bullets online or maybe something I'm telling us, but I feel like I feel like a either the parents knew he brought the gun to school or they brought it to him. And now I look at the paper today or the New York Post online edition and it says staggering amount of evidence in case of alleged school shooters parents. They don't go into detail, but I feel confident these parents are not going to be not going to be dealt with easily. It's going to get bad.

"Parents of the accused Michigan school shooter are pleading not guilty to all four counts of involuntary manslaughter against them James and Jennifer crumbly were arraigned in a Pontiac courtroom this morning just hours after being taken into custody in Detroit a judge said bond at a half $1 million cash each after prosecutors argued the pair remain a flight risk There could be many years without snow in the western United States If climate change doesn't slow down Matt mattson has more That's the conclusion of a new study published in nature reviews earth and environment It also says the states out west could go without snow if action isn't taken to curb greenhouse gas emissions going back to the 1950s the western U.S. has lost 20% of its snowpack Snow cover across the country stands at just 6% I'm Matt mattson And the head of the CDC says they're moving aggressively to identify cases of the COVID Akron variant in the United States I'm Brad seeking You're listening to Bloomberg business of sports from Bloomberg radio This is the Bloomberg business of sports show where we explore the big money issues in the world of sports Michael Barnes And I'm Mike lynch and let's continue our conversation on the MLB lockout and look at the legal side of the situation rejoined by Martin edel He is the chair of gulston and stores sports law practice and an adjunct instructor at Columbia law school Martin thank you so much for joining us Thank you for the opportunity of speaking with both of you Martin why would the baseball order the teams to take down images of players during this Lockhart for instance Bryce Harper was the MVP the national league is a big banner at Citizens Bank ballpark and they were ordered to take it down Basically eliminating all name image and likeness With ownership gain an advantage by keeping his image up on the ballpark To me that can cut both ways Mike By taking down the image they're preventing Bryce Harper from realizing any licensing fees or other types of revenues he may gain from promoting his name image or likeness But it also affects the team which is trying to do that and ostensibly has a deal with Bryce Harper to license his name image and likeness What I don't understand is the whole hang up about sponsorships I don't understand how that can be infected and how that is shut down So that's another great question Professional athletes have a limited life in the sand that they play They can excel for a period of time but eventually age creeps up And they're no longer as viable as stars or viable as professional athletes So they seek to monetize their right as early as they can for as much as they can And by telling sponsors hey we're not going to permit the licensing to go forward You're taking a deep cut into a player's ability to monetize his name image and likeness With the result that they're trying to economic tool to try to force the players to come back to the bargaining table on terms favorable to the owners Martin the free agency I think is probably the number one sticking point here the 6 years or 5 should there be a work stoppage is there always a concession that time loss can be credited to a player for instance if he's hit 5 and a half years in and they don't start playing until August of next year That's going to be a subject of intense bargaining whether or not they should credit the player back You remember back to 2015 with Chris Bryant Yes And of course the cubs did not let Bryant go to the major lease I think it was until the second month of the season and therefore they didn't under the existing rules The cubs did not have to credit Bryant with that particular year That's being a credit towards the free agency time period Brian arbitrated that issue and lost So instead of being a 6 year term it became a 7 year term for Bryant And here too if the work stoppage well the lockout continues into the year and then there's no time made up and that's not the subject of bargaining that comes out favorable to the players The players may lose some players who would otherwise be eligible for the full year credit towards free agency may find that they're not getting that credit Baseball commissioner rob Manfred said that he believes that an off season lockouts the best mechanism to protect the 2022 season and they hope that the lockout will jump start the negotiations Do you agree with that Martin No A lockout is a very serious economic tactic It's perfectly permissible under the national labor relations act Just like a strike is perfectly permissible under the national labor relations act But you look at what happened they had a 7 minute session That didn't bode well for future discussions And the question really becomes how interested is each party in coming back to the table and on what terms Yeah I was supposed to be 9 hours and it wound up being just 7 minutes Right right So as you probably know pitchers and catchers are scheduled to report around February 15 and exhibition games are scheduled to commence February 26 Given the holiday schedule that's really just around the corner Will the party's comeback to bargain in earnest Will they be able to complete what are going to be complex negotiations before that time is really up in the air Yes there is an advantage to starting during the off season That's probably one of the reasons that the collective bargaining agreement expired during the off season But there's no guarantee that they'll be able to complete these complex negotiations in two and a half months with all the holidays in play Martin the commissioner said on Thursday that in 1994 baseball made a mistake by starting the season without a collective bargaining agreement and he said we will not make that mistake again Does that sound like something that is very inflexible to you Yes There are other leagues which start the season when they think they've made sufficient progress on a new collective bargaining agreement that they think they're going to bring it across the finish line Taking a hard line position saying we're not going to reopen our doors And get rid of the lockout until we have a sign collective bargaining agreement sounds inflexible and I think is designed to send a very strong message to the players union that you better become more flexible on your demands What's different to me when you talk about the four major food groups in sports baseball football basketball hockey especially in the NBA Adam silver has what appears to be a great relationship with the union and the players on the other side of the coin rob Manfred has let's call it maybe a strain relationship with the union And I'll put it that way Is that a fair assessment and what can both sides do here to try to change that So from everything I've read in the press yes I think that's very fair assessment And remember that rob Manfred's background is that he came to Major League Baseball and he was a principal negotiator of prior collective bargaining agreements for Major League Baseball As commissioner now he represents 30 owners And he has to take into account not only what is in the best interest.

"So we should just say it's already awesome. Yeah well that's not awesome. They shouldn't have gone. They took seats from people who are trying to be evacuated. And you know like you said it. They had to give them security which took away from the evacuation effort. Like fucking don't do it But let's shift here. Because i have a double dose of schadenfreude a free today all right first up. I tried to shorten this dana. But i couldn't remember the sanctions hearing in michelle. Yes this on. Sydney pal lynnwood klein hendler holler and the rest of the crack and attorneys for their bullshit election lawsuit in detroit right. Well the judge is back with a decision quote. I'm just gonna read you the intro here. This one hundred ten pages remember. This is just the first two paragraphs quote the lawsuit represents a historic and profound abuse of the judicial process. It is one thing to take on the charge of vindicating rights associated with an allegedly fraudulent election. It's another to take on the charge of deceiving of federal court. And the american people into believing that rights were infringed without regard to whether any laws or rights were in fact violated. That is what happened here. Individuals may have a right within certain bounds to disseminate allegations of fraud. Unsupported by law fact in the public sphere but attorneys cannot exploit their privilege and access to the judicial process to do the same and went. An attorney has done so sanctions are in order. Yeah so now. We do what i always do. When i get a court filing i scroll all the way to the end. Yes and she says in summary. The court concludes that the plaintiff's counsel filed this lawsuit in bad faith and for improper purpose further. They presented pleadings that one. We're not warranted by existing law or by non frivolous argument for the extending modifying or reversing existing law or establishing new law. And to contain factual contentions lacking evidentiary support or likely to have evidentiary support. Finally by failing to voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit on the plaintiff's counsel acknowledged it would be moot and thereby necessitating the filing of motions to dismiss plaintiff's attorney's unreasonably and vexatious multiplied the proceedings for these reasons and not for any conduct that occurred on appeal. The court holds that sanctions against the plaintiff's council are warranted under rule. Eleven and nineteen twenty seven section nineteen twenty seven and the courts inherent authority further. This lawsuit should have never been filed the state defendants in intervene defendants should never have had to defend it. If plaintiffs attorneys are not ordered to reimburse states defendants in the city for the reasonable fees and costs incurred to defend this action. Council will not be deterred from continuing to abuse the judicial system to publicize their narrative. Moreover this court has found the plaintiff's council initiated this litigation for an improper purpose rendering this the unusual circumstance in which awarding attorney's fees is warranted. So they have to given the deficiencies in the pleadings which claimed violations of michigan election law without a thorough understanding of what the law requires and the number of failed election challenge lawsuits that plaintiffs attorneys have filed. The court concludes that the sanctions imposed should include mandatory continuing legal education in the subjects of pleading standards and election law school. Lastly the conduct of the plaintiff's counsel which also constituted a violation of the michigan rules of professional conduct see for example M rpc three point one and three point three that calls into question their fitness to practice law this warranty referral for investigation possible suspension or disbar to the appropriate disciplinary authority for every state bar in federal court in which attorney is admitted and i guarantee each attorney had to look up. What the fuck. Mr three point one and three point three worse. Yeah so they have to go to school. They have to pay money. They are sanctioned. They have to pay attorney's fees and now they're being all of them are being referred for suspension or disbarments sydney pal in texas lynnwood georgia. "Let's hit the notes hot notes lead. Story's hard to pick today dana. I can see why. There's so much. But i'm gonna go with. We'll start with the select committee on the insurrection. The you know. They're investigating the insurrection on wednesday. They sent a flurry of requests to federal agencies for records related to the attack including communications from the white house. This is the panels first step to see documents on how the united states government handled the chaos of the siege on the legislature. Set up by house. Democrats with two anti-trump gop members. Which i don't think you have to say that they're just republicans. The select committee is escalating. Its investigation even as the chamber breaks for a month long recess. The committee chaired. By as we know benny thompson plans to seek executive branch records related to the attack in and it's run-up including communications within among the white house and executive branch agencies on and before january six. This records request is huge. I'll go over a couple of things here. They're seeking records relating to attempts to place politically loyal personnel positions across the government after the election. The planning the organization in response to january sixth in earlier and attempts to overturn the rule of law and overturned the two thousand twenty election one segment of the requests notably seeks documents and communications related to the mental stability of donald trump or his fitness for office member that whole twenty fifth amendment thing. Oh absolutely it's requests. Went to the national archives and records administration the justice department department of defense department of homeland security department of the interior the fbi and the office of the director of national intelligence thompson. Gave the agency's. Ah two week deadline to respond. He's not fucking around. The broad range of this request could make it difficult for them to do so in time. But i don't care. The committee asked the national archives for all documents communications within the white house involving host of trump denizens including picks former national security adviser. Robert o'brien trump advisor. Pete navarro kaley mcenaney kennedy mackin. And i'm a god steve bannon mike. Flynn malania trump. All trump's adult children except for tiffany. She's off the hook and makes me laugh. Left out of every family reunion. kimberly guilfoil. The best is yet to come. Rudy giuliani and roger stone quote. I think it is unlikely to house committee which hunt is going to find any documents or evidence that the fbi couldn't find. Roger stone told politico. I say again. Any claim implication insinuation or assertion. That either knew about or had anything to do with the events of january six even though i stayed at a hotel and hired a bunch of boys to guard me is categorically false. There's no evidence to the contrary. Accept all the evidence that is to the contrary. Yes i did. Add few things into his statement in its request to the pentagon the panel specifically asked for all documents communications concerning possible attempts by trump to remain in office after january twentieth. Twenty twenty one. They also asked for communications about martial law the insurrection act and the use of military personnel. During last year's election it also sought communications to from an about cash patel. That is the former nunez aide who ascended through the trump administration's national security ranks and then ended up serving as the acting. Defense secretary's chief of fucking staff the patel requests touches on civil unrest violence or attacks at the us capitol challenging overturning or questioning the validity of the election or the counting of the electoral vote on january sixth It also seeks communications between the defense department and trump on january fifth and january. Sixth as well as communications about the twenty fifth amendment. Hey so that has to do with all the chris miller stuff and why the national guard didn't go out on time for department of homeland security. They requested materials relating to instructions to stop or delay preparations for the transmission or the transition of administrations. The committee also ask for materials related to dhs's monitoring of social media and the ousting of chris crabs who ran the department cybersecurity agency until trump fired him for defending the integrity of the election panel also sent abroad request to deny seeking communications relating to actual or attempted conversations between any oh dna official and any white house official on january fifth and january. Six twenty twenty one a request to the interior seeks all documents communications relating to national park service permits and permit applications for events in washington. Dc relating to the two thousand twenty election. I'm sorry jeep is point. It's like we're requesting all documents that have ever been documented to give you anything that has writing on it. And there's a piece of paper or that has prints on it in a piece of paper. We're requesting it yet. And this is all this stuff for the interior between election. Day and inauguration day. That's that whole that's not just the fifth and six november december january the p- the permitting process for the rally held outside the white house. On january six has drawn scrutiny because of the ties between trump campaign a campaign officials in the end. You know the event it also asked for documents. Communications related to conversations between any department of the interior official and president trump or any white house official january fifth or sixth relating to the january fifth. Rally the january sixth rally or january sixth attack on the capital. The park police came under attack during the insurrection. As well as the washington monument They requested wine region records from the department of justice related to trump's attempts to force the department to intervene in the election. Then vice president. Mike pence's role in presiding over the election certification and any discussion again of the twenty-fifth amendment and the department's response to january six. They're really driving home. This twentieth amendment thing in particular asking for records on any potential or actual changes in senior personnel in the period between the election and inauguration day and investigations voter fraud all documents and communications involving mark meadows. Kurt olson rudy. Giuliani sydney powell agenda. Ls joseph degen uva and victoria toensing. Both of my fantasy indictment draft and communications between any department of justice official and president trump or any other white house official on january fifth and sixth now from what they want from. The fbi is their preparation for the attack and intelligence gathering and communications with the trump white house and it also is asking for records related to election investigations communications with individuals including rudy sydney pal and supporters of trump to push to overturn the election. And if you're wondering what that noise is in the distance it's the sound of a thousand paper shredders. Fortunately all these agencies now are you know. They're biden agencies. The paper shredder sounds would have happened before january twentieth. My god we'll be fbi. I don't know it like to think that's claim we'll find out. Thank you for that. I- unbelievable amount of requests there. I sorry i took so long it was just. There's no way to to shorten that story and i would. I would been disappointed. Had you i think our listeners would have been too because they're so much in there that's just delicious This is also good. Stuff to members of congress are facing condemnation questions following their surprise. Visit to ghanistan this week. Which diverted resources from the us is chaotic withdrawal enrage military leaders and lead house speaker. Nancy pelosi to declare it not a good idea. So we've got rep seth moulton. He's a democrat from massachusetts and rep. Peter masur republican from michigan..

Thank you so much excited to share with the audience. Yeah so i wanted to kind of give out with some background on you. And and how you got into the space because you've kind of gone down a different role than maybe stanford medicine and things teaches. Unfortunately not because of any time in the in the slammer or any problems with my license in a somewhat thoughtful various er- pigeon Course but i grew up in detroit michigan Talking now from the suburb in detroit michigan attended university in ann arbor. Michigan graduated top of my class medical school. But i knew from about a swallow wanted to be a heart moved to dallas moved to kansas city out and training with the best skills and particularly treating heart attacks with angioplasty instead. You have some wonderfully people from australia. New zealand in the my mentor in kansas city was from all actually a dislike from new zealand allah but when visit i'll be of the difference between the do another very different entry but nineteen ninety way before you were born. I imagine or at least run it. I join back in detroit. Michigan big practice. And i was the guy running a night treating sick people coronary Cardiac cath lab artists. But i was even back then very interested in the other part the About our of health which is prevention nutrition. Lifestyles sleep stress. Nutraceutical supplements the whole thing. Much more light perhaps naturopathy and chiropractic. So i was always reading on my own incorporating little tidbits been using coenzyme q ten of people for thirty years my college or and then i'll percolating along as very happy guy got a chance to look down to. The university mentioned developed a preventive cardiology program. But i knew that there was something else that i really had an energy for something else. I mean that was doing wonderful. Things are day is the same thing every day. When wonderful big over i went back to university in two thousand twelve a whole year doing a university based courses integrative cardiology natural gas and pretty much nutrition thing adnan stunning that for decades. But i didn't know all the nutraceutical isn't about chemistry testing and the epa genetics and the protonix and we can use fancy words. I graduated and of course. I say in traditional practice but i ultimately with some thought took a big breath five years ago and says you know what i've done enough cath lab emergencies. That mouse running three hassles on the weekend alone. A great practice. I one focus on prevention and i looked around the country. I could barely find in the united states preventive cardiology practice. That was not attuned to only prescription. I gleaned from various people what i could kinda created a model. I left the insurance system. You wanna have a sleepless night. As a physician who's always had a whole room full of baylor's and medicare and blue cross as we call in the united states and others and tell people in the city of detroit that is not beverly hills los angeles by a reasonably prosperous busy city with auto industry. But i don't take insurance. I can't even take your insurance them out of the system and launched in five years ago and yes. There's always challenges. My tears thought that maybe. I did. Have alcohol rounds. Drug problem slices. Is he doing all as they didn't understand. It has been the best decision. I don't think would have been as meaningful if i didn't pay the price. All those years of doing traditional medicine I'm respected because know what heart catheterization angioplasty bypass Medications use them when needed by I'm very much dedicate myself as upstream cardiologists. I'm the salmon trying to go upstream. Everybody else is going the other direction. But there's a lot of people out there and you know. I i'm sure for practice that are looking or a different path. They're just tired and they feel tired too many drugs too. Many ten minute appointments with dr the game now. It's a good nurse or a physician since i've provided alternative of time education a different approach. And it's so gratifying. Amin that i'm sixty one years old. I don't know what the word retires. "Cadre say was up to fire nation and sure something interesting about yourself that most people don't know fire nation. Hello. How're you doing? So glad to be here John One interesting thing about me is that I'm really. Fun Guy I just love doing things by Tanis -ly travel at the drop of a dime I'll do anything and everything at least one time fire nation where Zesbaugh. Naty like you can't blame Cova forever. You still have to be spontaneous from time to time and I think that that is something that caused red definitely has in spades there'll be communicating over the past few weeks I feel like you're just always traveling cadre. Used to travel a lot more before this whole pandemic thing. So that bug is absolutely there unlike you I loved tropical vibes. Places A Beautiful Landscapes Yeah, absolutely. I love her brother and I also personally love your arch Merill Journey, but I want to share with fire nation now. So talk to us about Your Arch Moreau journey to get you to where you are today. Sure. Many years ago with been around for maybe twelve to thirteen years. Now Time Flies John and I started as a door to door sales. Read Right I was working at an Elementary School in Orlando Florida and working my tail off to get into like twenty eight, thousand dollars a year a two weeks vacation hoping seven thirty to three thirty at whatever time off of work and I wanted to do something they gave me more time. Gives me more time and I work hard is up. Can I do something that doesn't can't my income but I, really just wanted to have more time. I'm like you after I just WanNa sit at the beach I. Just WanNa look out the window I just want to play basketball or actually I wanted to do with my children by how can I do that and so I went online inbound a position In a one, hundred percent commission sales opportunity. before and to California wasn't successful at all initially. Because he was trying to do with the corporate way with you know the sales pitch in the book and. Corporate approach in just got turned down. At. Every business that I went to drop it right now. So you know what? Let me just Relate to people from Detroit Michigan School of hard knocks in the thing I I know how to do is connect with people. You know winner talk we're not to talk sometimes and I did that in super. Just to speed it up really quick I. had a triple my income that year a quadruple did the next year. But then I realized that what I was doing wasn't what I thought. I was doing meaning that I was selling the product that I didn't even understand myself rice. Even though I had dropped the sales pitch book, still have the spirit of that particular company in the industry itself, and that is the spirit of confusion. So you know I was selling merchant programs where the be rates were. There'd be tough with at least not by Terminal Benign, bucks you Lisa for three hundred bucks. This is especially for brick and mortar businesses. You can lease terminal could cost ninety nine dollars you can. Literally Lisa the terminal but three to sometimes a thousand dollars per month for forty eight months in into the least they do not own the machine and it was just you know even the in the way we would pitch them. It was just a real messy thing once I realized what I was doing because I had never read the contract I had never really met the contract myself. I was just starting the program. And once I realized I had to move decision it was totally against particular companies I guess goes to really client on what's really happening behind the scenes by the time decline realize what going on it was too late they were locked into. A four, five year contract with all kinds of these anti get out of it was it will require legal entanglement right with them as you have to hire attorneys go through this other stuff in its contract. So it's Kinda hard to get out of it. So. I had to make a decision to leave that company, lead all the money that had all the recurring incumbent had to. It's up deleted lead cable right and so I did that I went to work with another company and in six months I had. Replaced the incumbent Henry the other company, man those bags were not. They were robbing me and I was by taking advantage of announced robbing Murchison's basically right or Robin clients. So. Same thing had been there all of a sudden. They create money out of thin air when I say thin air veneer. So as an example, there's something called Pi compliance that every business needs to happen in particular Brigham mortar businesses by you don't necessarily. Do but something healthy you it helps protect

Flu: People with obesity may be contagious for a longer time

"Above, join us at the top. Of the hour break it is the kickoff hour and we thank you for being with us here. On the Rick and Bubba show Back to school time is real for everybody and I see here that. Ten states thrilled to me, are about to have their tax free weekend began this is where all the moms Out do do all the shopping Well, they are they don't realize rose just a little bit. To make up the difference We got Arkansas Florida. Our, Missouri New. Mexico how Oklahoma South Carolina Virginia Wisconsin I'll have in tax free weekend But. Hey not every, county will participate in each state so. You got to watch it and the gotta watch it. Some, counties got we're not giving our tax money up I don't care. If you start in, school or, not yeah this one here and I. Promise you we're not doing this Bubba, this is not an. You know above a joke or anything like. That I know, they'll, think we're doing that, but it's, really not, it's, just. An interesting study on obese people Interesting why they even had. This study yeah it is and and, how they even tried. To start it but they sense to me Me Okay He does, actually, yeah obese people are more contagious than slim people when they have the. Flu I mean just really just think about it it actually makes sense Flu victims, victims could be contagious for more. Days if the fat As they. Shed the, virus for longer obese people risks reading flew to family for instance strangers, up to twice as long as those of normal. Weight steadiest fan About this, so flu season look out so the study was on eighteen hundred people Over three flu, season's led by the university of Michigan they found obese adults with flu since Flint flu symptoms. Shed, influenza, a virus for forty two percent longer than those that were not obese, now, look they already knew that obese people have a greater danger of flu. Complications. They, but nobody. Had measured whether they can. Be infectious for longer until now Gotcha yeah About that mass picture to go the story. Yeah. Yeah We. We got obese. We don't have to have a picture we got it it says here Dr Gordon from the university of Michigan school of public health said that this is the first. Evidence that obese might impact more than just disease severity I directly impact transmission. As, well So and again this is not I promise you we didn't just print this for any other reason but the headline I didn't think I would read something like that, but obese people are more contagious than slim. People when it comes to the. Flute and, for some reason? The findings were taken from adults and children across. Three hundred twenty households in Nicaragua right. Over the twenty. Fifteen through twenty seventeen flu season's if I'm sitting across from professor Gordon has got his coffee in his hand he's talking to me about this I say you know. What that doesn't surprise me professor You're having is she If one of them, wonder if the professor what would? They way That's, a real good shape One of those older at, individuals that really another reason. They're gonna tank obese people The heritage is get away get away flus I've never, really even thought about jobs Dubs obese that would be more contagious, didn't, even, interim didn't enter my mind either but but after hearing it out think okay. Well actually takes longer because, there's more of. Them takes longer to get it out So there. I mean it kinda does. Make sense I'm, not picking on anybody like, you, said we didn't bring this up, for, Bubba, we brought it up because it's flu season we're getting ready for it right This where we picked the wrong That was word I'm looking for Get it yeah. We got thrown. Vaccine every, year I've. Never never. They said nailed. It got it Flu allergy and ask. The doctor yesterday. And their, signs were. Already up And I just thought why why would I take, it y'all can't get it right You know what I mean Got it perfect never never, heard that all the. Shots yoga waste one there You're wrong strand it's better, than nothing wrong strain Give. You the better than nothing yeah Yeah but see this is what you got to be careful because you don't want the government targeting people because of their weight and what's going to happen. Is They're going to say. Hey, if, your. BMI is, not where it needs to be you're going to be a target for flu prevention or some other kind of bread and flew him yeah yeah No I don't know this is it's. An interesting. Study here and it looks like the maze the to your study as you. Said over three hundred households. And in, Nicaragua and over eighteen hundred people over three flu swab in London noses there so just on average is just takes them longer to, get, rid, of. It, so they're just. Contagious longer I mean they have it more just means it takes longer to, get to get rid, of, the sniffles what you would you allergic day yesterday everything, everything everything yeah trees grass everything and I don't know if you've ever been to these tests these. Prick. Test When they go in and they test you I'm glad My my, boys have but. I haven't they put these trays on. Your bed So. They put these trays on your back that have like four pricks per tray and I think I. Got eight or nine, trays and my back where. They a lot, of effort and here's the thing. The lady, Marlena, love you but my goodness she didn't give, me any head. She's like ham you take shirt off And she said yeah Yeah oh yeah it's like. The pricks her, life I'm showing you. My phone so like this would be a tray there's four pricks and. You just take. It. And, go. In the back take another boom They just do rows. Of them now Was it. Was Tortured Van Gogh their own free will every after a picture of my allergy, sheet I'll show you on the break. Gracious the doctor basically said, he he has not seen anybody with that many allergies Not address this kind, of thing in three weeks made it this long Yeah Made it this, long everything. Highlighted I'm allergic to everything that's. Not I'm.
