And now there appears to be an agreement in one case. The claims are that security guards at the museums made visitors cover anti abortion messages on their clothing before entering the buildings. Now there appears to be a deal between a 17 year old Michigan high school student and a Virginia woman who brought a case against the national archives in the deal filed in D.C. district court at the national archives will make sure staff knows visitors can wear clothing with protest language. Larry Elder Takes Aim at San Francisco's $5 Million Reparations Plan
"Sean, do we have a clip of Larry elder gaunt just going ham? I can see if we can find that clip of Larry elder going ham on Fox News. I'll try to find it. I had never seen somebody kick the jolly in of the leftist agenda like Larry elder just did on Fox News. Now, Leo Leo was on there too, so both of them obviously are conservative black men, but Larry elder just destroyed the concept of reparations. I'm not going to, I'm not going to repeat his talking points because I don't think he could say it as good as he said it, but I'll give you the sentiment. It's just simply who's going to pay for it. The majority of the black people in this country didn't even come from slavery. It's all a myth, ladies and gentlemen. There's a small portion of people that just probably trackable back to the continent of Africa and was a part of the slave trade. You know, that lineage come from the slave trade, majority of people aren't. Majority of the white people that live in this country don't have nothing to do with slavery. And for people to keep going back to slavery, it tells you that they're ignorant folks. Black people had so much incredible success after slavery that is mind-blowing to me. And you know what they never put it out there so you'll never know. You never know how successful black people were.

Where God Placed Men and Women
"The testosterone effect is more prevalent in males than it is in females. Why is that? Because they feel like it knows because God made men to take a particular position in society. Why do women give birth to men can't give birth? God may women to give birth. They have a certain position in society. And men are supposed to protect women and women are supposed to be supportive of their man. And the reason our society I think is going downhill fast because we live in a world where they teach young girls that you the man and they teach you on boys that don't be a bigot. Don't be a what they call a sexist. Instead of teaching your young man that you are to be a leader and teach your young woman to do what do what she's do what God is blessed her to do and be supportive of her husband. The goal is to have a husband to go for a managed to have a good quality wife. Y'all work together to succeed in life, taking your rifle position and moving forward. Will the Real Men Please Stand Up?
"Why wasn't there qualified men run for governor here in the state of Arizona? Women had to step up and take the lead and run for governor state of Arizona. It's just what it is. Let's just keep it real. There was no men that were willing to do what Carrie Lake was willing to do. Even at dog Katie Hobbs, nobody's willing to do it. Some women had to step up and do it. Men, it is high time for men to get in their rifle position. Understand that you are the leader, you are to lead your role is not pacifism. Your road is to lead, your role is to take responsibility of your household. Take responsibility of your family. And in turn, I believe in leadership positions take responsibility of the country. And there's people out here that ain't gonna like be Tatum saying it, but I say it like I feel it. Who do you thought? Who do you think fought the Civil War? Who do you think were the founding fathers? It didn't say founding mothers. They said founding fathers. There were men who got called to lead. And in their leadership, everything rolls downhill in the proper way.

"Brought to you by the 2021 Subaru share the love event. Three students killed 8 people wounded in a mass shooting and a Michigan high school. By Mike householder and Ryan Crisco, Associated Press. Oxford township, Michigan. A 15 year old sophomore opened fire at his Michigan high school on Tuesday, killing three students, including a 16 year old boy who died in a deputy's patrol car on the way to a hospital, authority sat. 8 other people were wounded, some critically. Oakland county sheriff Michael Bouchard said late Tuesday that investigators were still trying to determine a motive for the shooting at Oxford high school in Oxford township, a community of about 22,000 people roughly 30 miles north of Detroit. The person that's got the most insight and the motive is not talking. Bouchard said at a news conference, the suspect's father had bought the 9 millimeter sig sauer used in the shooting on Friday, Bouchard said, adding that he did not know why the man bought the gun. Bouchard said the suspect had practiced shooting with the gun, and posted pictures of the target and the weapon. The three students who were killed were 16 year old Tate Meyer, 14 year old henna saint giuliana, and 17 year old Madison Baldwin. Bouchard said Meyer died in a patrol car, as a deputy tried to get him to a hospital. Bashar said authorities were made aware of allegations circulating on social media that there had been threats of a shooting at the roughly 1700 student school, but he said they didn't know about the rumors until after the attack. Bashar stressed how crucial it is for tips of the kind to be sent to authorities, while also cautioning against spreading social media rumors about the attack before a full investigation. Under sheriff Mike mccabe, downplayed the significance of an incident in early November when a deer head was thrown off the school roof, which he said was absolutely unrelated to the shooting. The vandalism prompted school administrators to post two letters to parents on the school's website earlier in November, saying they were responding to rumors of a threat against the school, but had found none. Authorities didn't immediately release the shooting suspect's name, but Bouchard said deputies arrested him within minutes of arriving at the school in response to a flood of 9-1-1 calls about the attack, which happened shortly before 1 p.m.. He said the deputies arrested him after he emerged from a bathroom with the gun, which he said had 7 rounds of ammunition still in it. I believe they literally saved lives having taken down the suspect with a loaded firearm while still in the building, Bouchard said. Mccabe said the suspect's parents visited their son, where he's being held and advised him not to talk to investigators, as is his right. Police must seek permission from a juvenile suspect's parents or guardian to speak with them, he added. Oakland county prosecutor Karen MacDonald, issued a statement Tuesday evening, saying her office expects to issue charges quickly, and that an update would be given Wednesday. Bouchard said the suspect had no prior run ends with this department, and he wasn't aware of any disciplinary history at school. That's part of our investigation to determine what happened prior to this event, and if some signs were missed, how they were missed and why, he said. President Joe Biden, before delivering remarks at a community college in rosemount, Minnesota said, as we learn the full details, my heart goes out to the families enduring the unimaginable grief of losing a loved one. The school was placed on lockdown after the attack, with some children sheltering and locked classrooms, while officers searched the premises. They were later taken to a nearby Mayer grocery store to be picked up by their parents. The district said in a statement that all of its schools would be closed for the rest of the week. Isabel Flores, a 15 year old 9th grader, told W J BK TV that she and other students heard gunshots and saw another student bleeding from the face. They then ran from the area through the rear of the school, she sat. Authorities said they were searching the suspects cell phone school video footage and social media posts for any evidence of a possible motive. School administrators had posted two letters to parents on the school's website in November, saying they were responding to rumors of a threat against the school following a bizarre vandalism incident. According to a November 4th letter, written by principal Steve Wolfe, someone threw a deer head into a courtyard from the school's roof, painted several windows on the roof with red acrylic paint, and used the same paint on concrete near the school building during the early morning hours. Without specifically referencing that incident, a second post on November 12th assured there has been no threat to our building nor our students. Both the sheriff and under sheriff emphasized that Tuesday shooting was unrelated to the deer head or any earlier investigation by their office. That was a different incident, different student, mccabe said. A concerned parent, Robin Redding, said her son tresh and Bryant is a 12th grader at the school, but stayed home Tuesday. Reading said her son had heard threats that there could be a shooting. This couldn't be just random, she said. Bryant said he texted several younger cousins in the morning, and they said they didn't want to go to school, and he got a bad feeling. He asked his mom if he could do his assignments online. Bryant said he had heard vague threats for a long time now about plans for a shooting. At a vigil at Lake point community church on Tuesday night, Leanne dersa choked back tears as she hugged friends and neighbors. Derson has lived nearly all of her 73 years in Oxford, and her grandchildren attended the high school. Scared us all something terrible. It's awful. Said of the shooting. Pastor Jesse holt said news of the shooting flooded into him and his wife, including texts from some of the 20 to 25 students who are among the 400 member congregation. Some were very scared, hiding under their desks and texting us. We're safe, we're okay. We heard gunshots, but we're okay. They were trying to calm us. At least, that's.

"Do any foolishness? I kind of envision you Donna sasm being at this point, you know, in life, he's 41 years old, right? He's closer to my age than any other NBA player is. Did I just imagine him being like waking up and being like, I'm too old for this crap. I don't want to deal with this. Yeah, here's the other thing you'll see is when you Don us hasm says, Miami is his city. He is 100% spot on with this. So you don't as haslam was in high school in Miami when grew up. He went to high school in Miami. Graduated high school in 1998, so that was four years up to 1998. That he spent four years just a little further north and Gainesville, Florida, playing for the university of Florida, then one year in France. After he joined one pro. And then every year since then, since 2003, he has been on the Miami Heat. So unbelievable. There is no NBA player that is more connected to their city than your donnis haslem is currently playing in the NBA. And I don't mean that because he's a star player or anything like that. Nobody else has that length of time history in there in one city. That is currently playing in the league. And that's there's a reason why he keeps getting contracts or they keep bringing them back and those kind of things. So just kind of to close out when he says Miami's my city, he's not messing around. Miami is his city 100%. Yeah, he's absolutely right. And I'm trying to look on the schedule here to see when Miami takes on. It says coming up pretty soon. I know that. Pull up their schedule. So we can see it. Oh, there it is. It's tonight. It's today. It's tonight. Yeah. They're taking that's going to be on. That's going to be on NBA TV tonight. Let's see who made 7 30 eastern. So hopefully hopefully cooler heads prevail and nothing wins. Well, we don't even jokic is gonna play. She's not gonna play. So my guess is much like Isaiah Stewart and LeBron the rematch. Nothing is going to happen. Yes. And we're just going to play basketball, because that's how this stuff goes. When wonderful big over i went back to university in two thousand twelve a whole year doing a university based courses integrative cardiology natural gas and pretty much nutrition thing adnan stunning that for decades. But i didn't know all the nutraceutical isn't about chemistry testing and the epa genetics and the protonix and we can use fancy words. I graduated and of course. I say in traditional practice but i ultimately with some thought took a big breath five years ago and says you know what i've done enough cath lab emergencies. That mouse running three hassles on the weekend alone. A great practice. I one focus on prevention and i looked around the country. I could barely find in the united states preventive cardiology practice. That was not attuned to only prescription. Drugs are printing preventive cardiology practices more precision more prescription. I wanted to about more health lifestyle disease reversal. I gleaned from various people what i could kinda created a model. I left the insurance system. You wanna have a sleepless night. As a physician who's always had a whole room full of baylor's and medicare and blue cross as we call in the united states and others and tell people in the city of detroit that is not beverly hills los angeles by a reasonably prosperous busy city with auto industry. But i don't take insurance. I can't even take your insurance them out of the system and launched in five years ago and yes. There's always challenges. My tears thought that maybe. I did. Have alcohol rounds. Drug problem slices. Is he doing all as they didn't understand. It has been the best decision. I don't think would have been as meaningful if i didn't pay the price. All those years of doing traditional medicine I'm respected because know what heart catheterization angioplasty bypass Medications use them when needed by I'm very much dedicate myself as upstream cardiologists. I'm the salmon trying to go upstream. Everybody else is going the other direction. But there's a lot of people out there and you know. I i'm sure for practice that are looking or a different path. They're just tired and they feel tired too many drugs too. Many ten minute appointments with dr the game now. It's a good nurse or a physician since i've provided alternative of time education a different approach. And it's so gratifying. Amin that i'm sixty one years old. I don't know what the word retires. Because i love what i do day after day today

"Cadre say was up to fire nation and sure something interesting about yourself that most people don't know fire nation. Hello. How're you doing? So glad to be here John One interesting thing about me is that I'm really. Fun Guy I just love doing things by Tanis -ly travel at the drop of a dime I'll do anything and everything at least one time fire nation where Zesbaugh. Naty like you can't blame Cova forever. You still have to be spontaneous from time to time and I think that that is something that caused red definitely has in spades there'll be communicating over the past few weeks I feel like you're just always traveling cadre. Used to travel a lot more before this whole pandemic thing. So that bug is absolutely there unlike you I loved tropical vibes. Places A Beautiful Landscapes Yeah, absolutely. I love her brother and I also personally love your arch Merill Journey, but I want to share with fire nation now. So talk to us about Your Arch Moreau journey to get you to where you are today. Sure. Many years ago with been around for maybe twelve to thirteen years. Now Time Flies John and I started as a door to door sales. Read Right I was working at an Elementary School in Orlando Florida and working my tail off to get into like twenty eight, thousand dollars a year a two weeks vacation hoping seven thirty to three thirty at whatever time off of work and I wanted to do something they gave me more time. Gives me more time and I work hard is up. Can I do something that doesn't can't my income but I, really just wanted to have more time. I'm like you after I just WanNa sit at the beach I. Just WanNa look out the window I just want to play basketball or actually I wanted to do with my children by how can I do that and so I went online inbound a position In a one, hundred percent commission sales opportunity. before and to California wasn't successful at all initially. Because he was trying to do with the corporate way with you know the sales pitch in the book and. Corporate approach in just got turned down. At. Every business that I went to drop it right now. So you know what? Let me just Relate to people from Detroit Michigan School of hard knocks in the thing I I know how to do is connect with people. You know winner talk we're not to talk sometimes and I did that in super. Just to speed it up really quick I. had a triple my income that year a quadruple did the next year. But then I realized that what I was doing wasn't what I thought. I was doing meaning that I was selling the product that I didn't even understand myself rice. Even though I had dropped the sales pitch book, still have the spirit of that particular company in the industry itself, and that is the spirit of confusion. So you know I was selling merchant programs where the be rates were. There'd be tough with at least not by Terminal Benign, bucks you Lisa for three hundred bucks. This is especially for brick and mortar businesses. You can lease terminal could cost ninety nine dollars you can. Literally Lisa the terminal but three to sometimes a thousand dollars per month for forty eight months in into the least they do not own the machine and it was just you know even the in the way we would pitch them. It was just a real messy thing once I realized what I was doing because I had never read the contract I had never really met the contract myself. I was just starting the program. And once I realized I had to move decision it was totally against particular companies I guess goes to really client on what's really happening behind the scenes by the time decline realize what going on it was too late they were locked into. A four, five year contract with all kinds of these anti get out of it was it will require legal entanglement right with them as you have to hire attorneys go through this other stuff in its contract. So it's Kinda hard to get out of it. So. I had to make a decision to leave that company, lead all the money that had all the recurring incumbent had to. It's up deleted lead cable right and so I did that I went to work with another company and in six months I had. Replaced the incumbent Henry the other company, man those bags were not. They were robbing me and I was by taking advantage of announced robbing Murchison's basically right or Robin clients. So. Same thing had been there all of a sudden. They create money out of thin air when I say thin air veneer. So as an example, there's something called Pi compliance that every business needs to happen in particular Brigham mortar businesses by you don't necessarily. Do but something healthy you it helps protect

Ten states thrilled to me, are about to have their tax free weekend began this is where all the moms Out do do all the shopping Well, they are they don't realize rose just a little bit. To make up the difference We got Arkansas Florida. Our, Missouri New. Mexico how Oklahoma South Carolina Virginia Wisconsin I'll have in tax free weekend But. Hey not every, county will participate in each state so. You got to watch it and the gotta watch it. Some, counties got we're not giving our tax money up I don't care. If you start in, school or, not yeah this one here and I. Promise you we're not doing this Bubba, this is not an. You know above a joke or anything like. That I know, they'll, think we're doing that, but it's, really not, it's, just. An interesting study on obese people Interesting why they even had. This study yeah it is and and, how they even tried. To start it but they sense to me Me Okay He does, actually, yeah obese people are more contagious than slim people when they have the. Flu I mean just really just think about it it actually makes sense Flu victims, victims could be contagious for more. Days if the fat As they. Shed the, virus for longer obese people risks reading flew to family for instance strangers, up to twice as long as those of normal. Weight steadiest fan About this, so flu season look out so the study was on eighteen hundred people Over three flu, season's led by the university of Michigan they found obese adults with flu since Flint flu symptoms. Shed, influenza, a virus for forty two percent longer than those that were not obese, now, look they already knew that obese people have a greater danger of flu. Complications. They, but nobody. Had measured whether they can. Be infectious for longer until now Gotcha yeah About that mass picture to go the story. Yeah. Yeah We. We got obese. We don't have to have a picture we got it it says here Dr Gordon from the university of Michigan school of public health said that this is the first. Evidence that obese might impact more than just disease severity I directly impact transmission. As, well So and again this is not I promise you we didn't just print this for any other reason but the headline I didn't think I would read something like that, but obese people are more contagious than slim. People when it comes to the. Flute and, for some reason? The findings were taken from adults and children across. Three hundred twenty households in Nicaragua right. Over the twenty. Fifteen through twenty seventeen flu season's if I'm sitting across from professor Gordon has got his coffee in his hand he's talking to me about this I say you know. What that doesn't surprise me professor You're having is she If one of them, wonder if the professor what would? They way That's, a real good shape One of those older at, individuals that really another reason. They're gonna tank obese people The heritage is get away get away flus I've never, really even thought about jobs Dubs obese that would be more contagious, didn't, even, interim didn't enter my mind either but but after hearing it out think okay. Well actually takes longer because, there's more of. Them takes longer to get it out So there. I mean it kinda does. Make sense I'm, not picking on anybody like, you, said we didn't bring this up, for, Bubba, we brought it up because it's flu season we're getting ready for it right This where we picked the wrong That was word I'm looking for Get it yeah. We got thrown. Vaccine every, year I've. Never never. They said nailed. It got it Flu allergy and ask. The doctor yesterday. And their, signs were. Already up And I just thought why why would I take, it y'all can't get it right You know what I mean Got it perfect never never, heard that all the. Shots yoga waste one there You're wrong strand it's better, than nothing wrong strain Give. You the better than nothing yeah Yeah but see this is what you got to be careful because you don't want the government targeting people because of their weight and what's going to happen. Is They're going to say. Hey, if, your. BMI is, not where it needs to be you're going to be a target for flu prevention or some other kind of bread and flew him yeah yeah No I don't know this is it's. An interesting. Study here and it looks like the maze the to your study as you. Said over three hundred households. And in, Nicaragua and over eighteen hundred people over three flu swab in London noses there so just on average is just takes them longer to, get, rid, of. It, so they're just. Contagious longer I mean they have it more just means it takes longer to, get to get rid, of, the sniffles what you would you allergic day yesterday everything, everything everything yeah trees grass everything and I don't know if you've ever been to these tests these. Prick. Test When they go in and they test you I'm glad My my, boys have but. I haven't they put these trays on. Your bed So. They put these trays on your back that have like four pricks per tray and I think I. Got eight or nine, trays and my back where. They a lot, of effort and here's the thing. The lady, Marlena, love you but my goodness she didn't give, me any head. She's like ham you take shirt off And she said yeah Yeah oh yeah it's like. The pricks her, life I'm showing you. My phone so like this would be a tray there's four pricks and. You just take. It. And, go. In the back take another boom They just do rows. Of them now Was it. Was Tortured Van Gogh their own free will every after a picture of my allergy, sheet I'll show you on the break. Gracious the doctor basically said, he he has not seen anybody with that many allergies Not address this kind, of thing in three weeks made it this long Yeah Made it this, long everything. Highlighted I'm allergic to everything that's. Not I'm.
