"It really is this elian imperfect perfect. Although i think it's funny that it's talking about books for the ancients. She's you guys are the ancients right now. They're us what the hell more ancient than that. But you got me. But that's what they were doing. And you could just make it really clear over there because oftentimes you know these people that have They're not all necessarily rich but they all have enough of upper middle class You know lifestyle that you know they. They maintain a residence in the city of rome for business reasons and they couldn't get wait to the countryside. Go off and do something creative because in many ways it wasn't doing anything really creative in rome mostly business business of you know of roman empire so i like that now. There was writer in one thousand nine hundred seventy three. She wrote a book. Mary certain as you would have boko journal of a solitude and that one really talked a lot about hall ideas of solitude and things that she had the face and the things that she had to deal with She's probably a little bit more sensitive of a soul than than most. Because she's seems we always tackling with something always like i would. They would call micromanaging. Imagine being micromanaging every moment of your life and this is what she did. So i don't know if she had a former of uh oh. Oc be or something on this kind of front but you know the book is full with the kind of details at some monotony. Unnecessary us anyone else. But they were necessary to her. That's how she Engaged the world an and interpret. The world broke down and you know and and all that so i mean you. Don't get me wrong. God bless her for doing that but I don't know anybody went that far. But that's important book to check out if you'd like okay. Now the the next in the last stage in some all of this is is really what i call the internal quest. It's more of the athletic wilderness. One you know hiking rock. Climbing people are taking a walk in the park. You see this a lot And oftentimes when you're dealing with These athletes that are rock climbing and hiking and stuff like that. You know hiking. You still do it somebody. It doesn't have to necessarily be an act of solids who but rock climbing. You're not really rock climbing with somebody. I mean 'cause you got to concentrate every moment of the thing on that. But i feel in many instances. That's really a serious form of solitude. Because i really think people do this Not just for the for the challenge of of physically climbing the rocks. But also. Because i i really think it. It helps them in their mental focus in. I think it helps them clear their mind. Because i'm thinking is nothing more clearing of your mind is your honor A rock slope over here. And if you make a mistake you're gonna fall to your death so you're not really thinking about twinkies or of the girl you met last week at the museum or that deep concept einstein was talking about on on youtube. I if you're thinking about the rocks in that definitely clears everything in your head. Now i'm michelle montague. He wrote an essay called of solitude in fifteen eighty and really. I think in many ways talks about what we're talking about here. The eternal quest neck could be anything is casual or passive is. I'm going to go take a walk in the park.

I'll read up my alley first and foremost playing spray. Dan stanza kids. I thought it was a little little much every man. I mean, there's nowhere to go down. You can't talk the no country for old men selection or the writing of it. So I, I'm really concerned, we're going, I really resent that open. I always believed it was the things you don't choose that makes you who you are, your city, your neighborhood, your family people here, take pride in these things like it was something they'd accomplished the bodies around their souls. The city's wrapped around those. I lived on this block my whole life. Most of these people have when your job is a fine people who are missing, it helps to know where they started.
