"What star. John rains that i am most associate with you. Which is servant leadership. And i'd love if you could describe your philosophy on servant leadership especially try to conceptualize it for much smaller organizations. What does it mean to serve leader as a ceo of a bunch of ceo's around the table how should they think about how that philosophy conform away they run their business so when i talk about servant leadership. It's frankly the the way. I learned to lead because i actually learned the lead in partnership a ban where you aren't really empowered to do anything to you have to earn the respect and the followership of others. You guys don't have that as founders. But i do think you'll find that. Many of the best leaders exhibited the principles servant leadership. And i just say how do i serve serve. The purpose of the organization serve the customers served. The employees serve the communities in which we operate in a jim collins called at level five leadership other people call from things. But it's when someone it's not about the leader it's about what it is. We are trying to accomplish right and some of the antithesis of what's hot silicon valley at different times the narrative. Always around the all-powerful founder. They're all powerful leader. And i think there's actually very few examples where that actually great sustainable companies come out of that my leadership role model for large parts of my career with phil jackson of the chicago bulls. Now it'd be steve kerr for your younger and would always struck me. He was able to do is get people who actually were better than he was klay. Together he got michael jordan. Scottie pippen dennis. Rodman caster characters to win six championships. It got shack kobe to play together. You look at you. Look at steve kerr the warriors right. Now he's getting. Somehow he's getting steph curry klay thompson and kevin durant andrew mongering all vying to something greater and they win i view with how do you build high performance teams of top talent to win and servant leadership is part of it.

"Talk to us a little bit about our zero. What is it that you guys are doing. how are you adding value to the healthcare ecosystem. Yes so it was almost sixteen months ago. Now with the academic. I started a a ticket hold. I got in touch with the two mentors in mind. Both entrepreneurs who i've known for about a decade and the three of us started talking about how there's certain events throughout history that just create everlasting societal and infrastructural changes in a dork way. We kinda like in what was happening of the pandemic to nine eleven. How after nine eleven. We have the department of homeland security. You have. tsa fourteen thousand agents. You still can't take a water bottle of where shoes through the airport. You go to a ballgame. You walk through a metal detector. These are all new standards that were created and adopted post nine eleven in some of these psychological star tissue after that event accelerated decrease adoption of those standards. But we never arrest fundamentally the world took on a new posture around security in all shared spaces at our thesis. Fear was at this event of the pandemic was going to broaden that word security to biosecurity to biosafety and in the standards that all organizations are gonna fold as they regard a human health in the safety of their staff their patrons of their communities at large so what we did. I mean there's there's a lot of limitations there one is. They're not always that effective. I've Hired Several Coaches, but No Improvements. What's Wrong With Me?

"Hey i've hired three business coaches. They've all felt like a waste of time and money. And i haven't seen any improvements what's going on. There's something wrong with me. My doing this wrong. what's happening. Well i want to answer this question to make sure i also address. Everybody was listening. That my have a similar question thinking about hiring a coach or have higher coach. Maybe didn't see the results are looking for on a star by saying i have gone through this several times. I've hired coaches have a lot of experience. And not all. My experiences with coaches have been the same. I i have to say a quick If you have a coach if you hire a coach and they give you instructions if they give you a action items to do a plan and you don't implement you actually do the work it doesn't matter. What kind of coach you have. You have to actually follow through. So i know this kind of obvious but a lot of people i've met along the way have hired coaches and ask them. How's it working out like not so great as it will. What does the coach advising you to do. All of they're telling me to do xyz. We'll have you done xyz and they're like a not really not sure. If i should and that really is the biggest red flag for me when it comes to hiring a coach. Don't go down the road of hiring a coach if you're don't a hundred percent trust this coach and believe what they say you should do is worth doing because the whole point of hiring coaches saying. Hey i'm allowing somebody else to advise me on how to move forward. And i'm willing to do what i need to do to make. It happen very similar in sports. You know one of the greatest basketball coaches of all time is phil jackson. He coached michael. Jordan scottie pippen but he also coached the lay kobe bryant shaquille o'neal a lotta great players but these players would not be great would not achieve their level of excellence if they didn't allow themselves to be coached if they allow themselves to follow through. And do what the coaches asking them to do.

What Does the Future of Money Look Like?

"Jordan. Heath rawlings is the big story. Michael doyle is a freelance reporter and journalist based in toronto who examined the future of money in canada for the globe in mail. Hi michael jordan. Can you start us off. Just because it's such a useful way to think about this. At least i found it useful by telling us the story of money on the island of yap certainly Yup is a tiny island. That is now part of micronesia in the south pacific and for hundreds of years. They had a very unusual form of currency and that was these gigantic limestone rocks and the bigger they were the more valuable they were and also of course the bigger they were the more difficult they were to actually physically exchange with each other so over time they Just left the rocks where they were and In order for them to figure out who owned which rock which note of currency for lack of better term. They created basically a form of a ledger. And in the form of an oral history of who owned each rock and how the rocks transacted from person to person on the island and so that's how they effectively did business. That's how they exchanged Goods and services for hundreds of years. Now tell me how that relates to wear. Our use of money is heading certainly It's actually a really great analogy. Because in one example it sort of captures a snapshot of what money has been for hundreds if not thousands of years since the since we came up with the idea of money however long ago that was And at the same time it also short sort of shows us where technology is going to change money in the near future so the question of what money is a really weird thing. it's kind of like a philosophical rabbit hole. You go down but at it. Sort of core form money is

Karim Benzema Earns Real Madrid Draw Against Chelsea

"The back of the english newspapers dominated by chelsea's one one draw against rambler. We can pull this off a young a lot on the back. Page and stop in spain. Marker going with a draw to keep dreaming meanwhile benz emma is. It was an interesting game wasn't in the spanish capital dominated once again from a strike as perspective about team verners. Miss chances yagan thomas to coming out afterwards and saying you know this. Is this kind of life. This is what's happening with him at the moment. How much trust have you within him again. That he can find the back of the net once again. Maybe soon i've total trust in him because he knows where to be in the right time and right now maybe there. He misses one and that specific moment. So so that's something to deal with for strike. Oh and you have to kind of just think about the next opportunity comes along like you know michael jordan said so he missed more shots than east called and t-mobil no. It's just like you know if you fail moments it makes you only stronger and the kit is good. The kid has a tremendous amount of drive and talent and he knows where the ball will fall in the box and he can also know makes things happen himself of his speed and going at people. So i'm i totally have trust. And t mobile. He will go through that stage and who knows. Maybe he's causing the next game in the second leg or he's goals in the final of the champions league you know. He was very young when he was twenty. One being meaning the golden boot at the confederations cup in russia in two thousand seventeen and he scored one hundred goals in the gym bundestag already. And he's only twenty five to kit is good and a kid will prove it but obviously it has to deal with the criticism when you miss a big chance. That's normal night. Goalkeepers do as well when they make a mistake. You know the the all over them but I hope that he gets plenty of opportunities going forward.

"Wash him he's mine. He's not yours. Rob Parker is my guy. Are you know this segment works has three very tasty takes defend defend one against Jonas and rob so let's get started topic number one? Kevin figgers the only one on the radio right now who thinks that the NBA. Today Aira is better than the nineties and Michael Jordan Zahra Caveat. Thirty seconds that your case so many of these old fogies who come out and glorify the nineties. Nba failing to mention how many eighty five to eighty two final scores. That we had you say oh. There was such great defense. Those guys back then couldn't shoot a lick imagine the athletes the level of athletes we haven't today's NBA who are not only better athletically. What a better skills. They can shoot the ball. They can handle the ball. I'm not saying a player like Michael Jordan wouldn't be great in this era. But the idea that you would average fifty points because he was so much better head and shoulders above everybody else. Back then ridiculous. Of course of course the players are more skill. Nobody touches that they have a clear path to the basket. They get open joke on a perimeter. Are you kidding me? They're not better. Those guys couldn't play if you could hand check them and put some muscle on them. Are you kidding me? The Pistons and the Knicks and those teams would eat up. The teams today Steph. Curry would be playing for the Harlem globetrotters. He wouldn't even be in the NBA absolutely ridiculous. There's no way first of all they hat check back. Then what are you talking about? I'm sorry to hear people saying you couldn't hand check you absolutely. Could you can check as of nineteen sixty five. Because that's when the role was put in people selectively we forget that the only thing different between now and the night hes is back then they didn't have a flagrant foul Pistons or the reason why we have them now so game. We'll be just justice physical today as it was back. Then if they didn't that flagrant if they have played back end the Pistons wouldn't be beating people up and game see this is just blatant aid shaming by Kevin figgers. And it's disappointing. I thought he was better than this. I didn't know he was going to take out our founding fathers of the National Basketball Association who laid the groundwork for today's NBA. Those guys are legends. At, Thomas, it would have been nice if he made the roster, but if you're GONNA, lose. Michael Jordan if you'RE GONNA. Lose Charles Barkley. If you'RE GONNA lose, Larry Bird Magic Johnson. Yes, say sorry, Isaiah Thomas and by the way you know who else wasn't telling the truth in that Documentary Isaiah Thomas, he wasn't an elite point guard at that moment in time, he lost in the first round of the playoffs. When you look roster and you telling me that Christian later and Chris? Mullin stop it. There was a place on that team so that argument about he wasn't a lead point guard. Stop it! He had his Dick Yetlis Aaron, and he. No, he was talking about himself. He is Ahah Thomas as if he was an NBA MVP. Caliber player as One thousand, nine, hundred eight, he lost in the first ride and go. He's going. To the playoffs that year it never made the playoffs again after I'm not saying that he wasn't one of the twelve best players, but as you said Christian late was on the team, it wasn't about twelve best players who is about bringing together the best player they could in the context of team. You still have to hang out with these guys for three weeks four weeks whatever it was and none of them wanted Isaiah around including his own head coach Chuck Daly. Unbelievable you, troy me and you. We will not get past this and I'm not. You know what the late Great Chuck Daly you always want to pin it on a dead man. Go ahead and do that and I know Jack mccloskey GM quit and maybe Chuck Daly could have made a bigger stake. But I know it's about Michael Jordan. I want to get to this. Oh, we got some bad news. "Why? Why is Rob Parker? The only one when nobody wants Aaron and now thankfully that situation happened because I'm an amazing coast. Yeah Right. I'll carry in this show now I'm kidding I'm not at all. But why does Michael Jordan have to own? Why? Why is he the sole one responsible when we've known? He's the one those other guys had no power, or you can hear. It had no power. Had No power. There was only one supreme being on that team that could stop to show. He probably could have got magic Johnson off the tee off the team. If he wanted to he he was the guy who had all the cloud, so stop trying to pass the buck, 'cause you sound like I'm not sure sound like Michael Style trying to it what? Do. We had Jack mccollum on earlier. What I am trying to do is hand out Michael Jordan's piece of blame pie. He doesn't have the one hundred percent pie because he's not one hundred percent responsible for it Jack. mccollum even said Isaiah Thomas his own head coach Chuck Daly would not go to bad for him magic. Johnson didn't want him Larry. Bird didn't want Charles. Barkley didn't want him. And as you said Michael, Jordan called him an A-hole on the show, we know where Michael Jordan stands on Isaiah. But he would never own up to it and say it. He had an opportunity. Michael Jordan had a couple of opportunities on that documentary to clear the air. He could have said Yeah. I did say Republicans by sneaky. Go well, you know I said it. In Jest, we were just playing. No, he set it 'cause. He thought about it all right with Harvey Gantt. Gantt, and endorsing him, he said you know what and thinking about it now being a grown man and seeing the racial climate in this country, maybe I should have spoken up for North Carolina when when when a card carrying racism and Jesse Helms was one and against Harvey Gantt, he could have been a man and Sam- made a mistake and I was too busy. Would've said that, and he could have said I'm the one blame me. No doubt Charles Forget about every by bird. Forget about magic. It was my call. I was the big. Up If I. was that guy? If we're talking about this documentary? Nobody owned up to anything Scottie Pippen was asked pointblank. Would you pull yourself from the one thousand nine hundred four finals? Eastern Conference finals game. He said Yeah I would really Scotty your. Would your career that defining moment of your career that you wouldn't do that? Over by the way Gary Payton thinks he was a player to away. You put me on Michael Jordan. We win that series. No, you wouldn't gary paying. Stop it and I love Gary Payton. He's an. An incredible player Horace Grant is dodging around the questions about Sam's with nobody owned up to anything in that documentary Michael Jordan answered every single question. He said he didn't like Isaiah. He said he wasn't the only one that didn't want Isaiah on the team. If you want the one-sentence, maybe Michael should do it, but nobody. Everybody's sharing their own version of history and Michael has never said that he wanted Isaiah on the team. He's just not to take one hundred percent of the blame or one hundred percent of the blame shouldn't. Just should because. Aaron. He's the Grand Poobah..

"You charter. So the bottom line is all those people were afraid of. Michael Jordan had much power back then and that's why they buckled. That's why was easy to Discard Isaiah. Thomas despite being a fifty greatest players of all time one of those and a hall of Famer and a great player there was easy. 'cause without Michael Jordan. You have no Dream Team. You can't merchandise. You can't sell it to the public. The can't get people worked up if Michael Jordan one plan so we get that my biggest issue. Aaron is that Mike punked out and wasn't man enough to just acknowledge. He had the documentary. To just say it was me I said it. He called Isaiah an a hole on the documentary. He ratted out Horace Grant on the documentary and said that Scottie. Pippen was selfish. All they had to say was. I didn't WanNA play with Isaiah. He's an a hole. He did this that to me so I was going to make them punish I was going to tarnish his legacy. I was going to make them pay the ultimate price of not being a part of one of the greatest teams ever assembled out of respect for that if you would own it for Michael Jordan ultimately punked out and took the easy way out to say. Well Larry Bird shock and and Chuck Daly even coached in them and even magic he had a ripple magic he had a rip what everybody according to after the fact even ballboys had a problem with Isaiah according to the story. Now all of it is weak and Michael Jordan appeared week because now the tapes are out and you could hear him caught in a lie. Alex can you play the tape one more time? If you don't mind.

We'll get into that as I'm kidding Well you know it's a little. It's not surprising. But you know Michael is top of mind since the documentary. But I had written this. My my book on Dream Team came out in two thousand twelve and in there. I wrote what Michael had told me which was astonished me because all these years you know. Michael has been dancing around it. He danced around it in the beginning. He continue to every time. It came up so when I went to interview him for the Dream Team Book. This is in two thousand eleven. I can't send my notes but The book came out in two thousand twelve anyway so I was interviewing him in his office in Charlotte. And you've done a lot of interviews and you try to think about how you're going to broach a subject. That the speaker doesn't want that the interviewee doesn't want to talk about but Michael. Kind of himself. Which really surprised me he. He started talking about the point. John Stockton had gotten hurt when the qualifying tournament and he had a broken leg and it looked like they might have to have a substitute. This is when the Dream Team was already formed and Michael starts talking about. Hey I was really worried You know that they were GONNA call. Isaiah to replace John and so he came into it backwards and then he went. You know and I told Rod Thorn in the beginning. I DIDN'T WANNA play team if I it was on the team. "GW. Finally see or something. That's a miracle see. I wouldn't believe it that's what I'll say is I. Don't get this pushback that. Mj that it was totally a hundred percent. He spun his own story. Now this Isaiah stuff is different but listen. He answered the questions about gambling. He answered the questions about the Republican by sneakers to you might not like the answer. I thought he was very honest and very open about this is as stuff is different. But I don't buy this narrative that he just completely spun it the way that he wanted to eight seven seven ninety nine all Fox if you WANNA get in coop in Seattle. You're on the odd couple of Fox. Sports radio what he got there. Rob Rob Rob. You know you and I agree. Drop you dead wrong. Here's the deal. I mean you act like a guy who makes eighteen. He's not great. He Won't be Great Rob Thomas with great the reason it should be on the team. No COUPO- just said he played. Why wasn't on team ever assembled coop right? You sound you sound like no you sound like you sound like I say grant like about wine. Thank God in Nineteen. You're on the odd couple Fox. Sports radio talk sense into raw parker. Please Hey guys thanks for taking my call a great basketball player Michael Jordan better basketball player He had the leverage. You know the price that Isaiah had to pay You know for his success was that everybody hated him. He got to rings playing a pretty weak. Burn basketball. If you hold on I want you to answer. I want you to stay. Focus as Michael Jordan. Look like a punk. Because he couldn't own up to it if it was your dirty work. Why can't you own up to it? And that's fair. I would've I would've enjoyed it. Michael did say that but at the same time. I don't think he owes that was not. What are you afraid? Don't if the Dream Team Scottie. Pippen was selfish. He told Horace Grant was a rat. How come we couldn't tell Isaiah Thomas it was me I was? It was pretty common knowledge. The Horace Grant was the source of those leaks. And I think the fact that you know Michael Jordan turn down the coke and the weed and the women and the outsell room is a pretty pertinent part of his character arc. I think that's admirable that he said no to all that you know who knows if we'd be even having this conversation if you said yes all right. Thanks for the call. Push aided eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox. Eight seven seven nine nine six sixty three sixty nine. We Got Luke and Baltimore Fox. Sports radio the odd couple. What he got Luca guys. Thanks taking my call Well first of all. It's pretty obvious that Jordan did all of the drugs in all of the hall after that one night but I wanted to say about about the of stuff I think if you need it proof. Any sort of evidence of the nature of the documentary. This is it because who knows how many other things he said one thing when reality thank you the something else happened. Say it was about the gambling. Say it was about. That's by anything. He told us that he didn't he didn't have a hand in the stuff and it wasn't just him and now we have to hear the tape. I mean what you know. Who else is a liar? And all this Isaiah Thomas saying that. He was still elite when he goes on. Speak for yourself last week and says I was at the tail end of my career. I don't consider nineteen ninety. Two the prime who's the Iran still should be stopping. Go AHEAD ONE. More thing can just one more thing and I thought that the notion of the Dream Team was to reestablish the United States as being the powerhouse of basketball around the world. And if you need it to show that you clearly need it. Isaiah on that team because until that point you know came in and Magic you know they were battling for the best point guards in the league. He absolutely deserved to be on that team. To show what America's basketball was all about. No doubt thank for the call. Hey let's squeeze in one more all right. We got nick from south on the odd couple Fox. Sports Radio Nick. You're you're up ma'am. Hey how are you guys doing good awesome? Hey I appreciate the Rap Passion Rob. You almost changed my mind. Almost the move there. You Go No I I'm Grew with nick on the aspect. That are Air and that he Jordan tackle tough issues. And then you know people don't like the answers you know they they might think it's Peng move. But here's the thing. I did do some backstabbing would Jordan magic. At that time. Those guys were three faces of the team. And and I'm I'm a firm believer. I mean you're not entitled anything You make your bed and you sleep on. It's like in two thousand and eight is maturity from the two thousand four Olympics. The USA basketball didn't care if he joined or not. Now he did. They didn't leave him up the team. But but it's Kinda similar and then the second point was leaving. Isaiah off that team I think was the best thing is is legacy because we talk more about him now than if he would have been on that team. We look at those accomplishments with more respect because he didn't quite have the glamour or the Glitz of Jordan Magic Bird player and a hall of Famer come wave. What else do you have to do? What seriously and he won a championship in college. Tell me what is Ahah didn't do how can you say? I don't think people would have looked at in the same if he wasn't on that team if he now that he's off. We're like wow. This guy was really good and he really deserved to be on it. "Why does every other player in NBA history? Get to decide who they wanNA play with lebrons completely flipped over the Lakers, roster Kawai refused to come to the clippers without Paul, George, but Michael. Jordan is the bad guy because he's going on a goodwill tour for the United States, and the Olympics, and he doesn't WanNa be with some jerk de beat him up for four or five years. Why can't everybody else gets to I? WanNa play with Chad michaels whereas Leitner and Coo also Chris Mullin Oh. Yeah, they definitely have to be on the team. My goodness, it was one of those moments at that time when they were picking. That team is area and the Pistons had had already put their notch in history they he deserved an earned that honor nine. And what he did. What they did was wrong and Michael Jordan should just own up to it and stop hiding behind I. Don't know why afraid to just come clean. Just come clean and be honest. He was honest. He was honest. He played a part in the involvement. With Isaiah Thomas by the way you talk about Isiah Thomas, being on top of his game and ninety to the Detroit Pistons lost in the first round of the playoffs. Affects good facts. What am I George? Why did Michael Jordan just admit he kept off the Dream Team and do you think less a Michael? Now that he got caught in the live, basically eight, seven, seven, ninety, nine or Fox that's eight, seven, seven, nine, nine, six, six, hundred, sixty, nine. "Did he make Scottie? Pippen look bad. Those were backs. Somebody Helps Sam Smith Somebody Horace Grad stop in and this whole notion. No this was Michael Jordan and new reality of who he is petty as how that is Michael Jordan. But he's damned good. You can't deny it. We saw the video if he wanted to hide stuff. How is he a snitch? He didn't name anybody in the room with the girls. And the coke and the weed. That's a snitch. He talked about what was going on and how he decided. Not to be a part of it. Horace grant stopped bellyaching. That's why you on your way out and you had to go elsewhere. Now you're gonNA look back and say what somebody gave. Sam Smith Information. The must be a reason that he will put your name and not anybody many other players name out there that maybe he was able to figure it out. That's the only thing Michael Jordan was raw was was naked and put yourself out there. This is the same guy who got up on the hall of fame stage and rip everybody in his career who got in his way and even the guy who beat him out for the last spot on the high school basketball team and his high school coach and call them all out by names. How in the world could you be surprised by or what he did? Isaiah Thomas or what he said about Isiah. Thomas Michael Jordan was real whether you like it or not but horace grant just step back. Nobody tuned in for the last dance to hear about anybody other than the goat. The greatest of all time. I rest my case Rob Parker. I agree and I'm glad you didn't play. I'm glad you didn't use my catchphrase so that I can use it. Horace Grant stop now. This is GonNa give one caveat for horse. Okay if if there's a big if if indeed he was not one of the sources for the Jordan rules book then I he's got legitimate beef in that instance. He's got legitimate beef. If now rob being a reporter I think he was probably one of the sources. I don't think it was necessarily the main one I think Phil Jackson was probably a source. I think Jerry Krause in maybe maybe REINSDORF and I think horse was probably a source as source. We not necessarily the main. But you know we as we both know Samsa for a long time both of us. I'm not saying that we're blood brothers. Sam Smith Longtime. I guarantee you have more than one source flow. Yeah we'll guarantee horse even standing horse. That's one thing we didn't play but horse say you need to sources for book so why just call out me so whores? Maybe snitched on himself. A little bit was one of them and again and and you know I don't think he was the main source but if Jordan that's my only area where our side with horse if indeed he was not a source at all then I'll give him that otherwise you said. Come on Scottie Pippen. They didn't make anything up. It all happened. I agree with you. The drug situation. A teachable moment. You know how many kids succumbed drugs because of peer pressure if he would've said Oh Scotty borough horace grant were in there and whatever and I was like oh I won't be now that's different. Yes now like the Kobe Mona which shock your member. Right Brian. Honest right. That's right. That's right. Shack pays women. You're a member. Yeah that's niche and on somebody. I'm sorry I agree. He did not say names and I talked to Charles Oakley yesterday and Oak was like you know got their Jordan. Second Year again man was drugs all over the place. He's like now I would be in the room with them. I would stay in the room. Mike wouldn't go in the room. I would stay in the room but I wouldn't do drugs. You know so I mean Jordan was an Oakley. Didn't give names either you know. He went after other people in other ways. But you'll see that on social media too. I I'm with you rob and this sounds like sour grapes. I mean he's right. We can all admit it wasn't an unauthorized. No we knew that we in yet. We all give you that. But it was entertaining. It was it was great. And if you if somebody wants to come along and do an absolutely unauthorized documentary. Jordan that'd be great. We'd love to see it but you ain't GonNa get Jordan participate exactly and so it is what it is. But here's the other thing that I would say about horse because and again we didn't play this part. A story came out. Sam Smith told it on the radio of few days ago. Maybe last week and the Horse admitted today it was true. They were on the plane from a game. And you know they eat on the plane. Rob You know that charter. Planes and Jordan had apparently told the stewardesses or whatever. You WANNA call him. Don't it was a charter flight? But you know. Don't give horse any food because he played like crap and horse admits that that was true and horse. Said you know I went back at Mj. And I said you know my peace. And he didn't move and all that and I'm like but but apparently horse did meet and I'm GonNa say it is to all of the people on that plane. That is a shame. Horace Grant Number one should have stood up and said. Oh I'm eating. You GotTa fight on GonNa Fight on the plane. Most likely is happened a few times when I go up there. You get your food. If the stewardess won't give it to you get your food you walk by Jordan with the food in your hand. The mattessich Jackson I tell voters spilling in Michael Jordan's lap and to how you GonNa stop me for meeting your mom. Somebody's a coach. Gore should stood up yourself but Phil Jackson should should've said something. The other players should assess the stewardess. You don't in life man from eight but my point is wars you talking bad right now. Why did you get some food like you said whether you eat it while by.

"Helms it it. You know the the opponent to Jesse Helms in order to endorse that guy would have to be such an awful figure that that it would become news. You know like you wouldn't have to really be following politics to understand how his opponent was. Max's being a little bit long winded here and I can't really. I can't really diet for me right. What he's saying is for George Justification. I don't know about that guy. I'm not gonNA speak on something. I don't know to be a good justification. That would only work if the guy if it was like a close moral race between the two guys. But he's saying that Jesse Helms was such an obvious evil right that his opponent. You really don't have to know a lot about his opponent to endorse him. So Jordan's claim to not have known a lot about Harvey Gantt. It's not really sufficient here. Because why because Jesse Helms is such an obvious evil which only bears out what we've been saying from the beginning. The question is not lack of activism. It's why didn't Jordan view the same things as evil that we've you as evil? That's the question especially if there's opponent as African african-american symbolically that looked very again. Here's the Democrat race identity. Politics Georgia voted for this guy because he was black. The first D I I notice I e I add for Jordan. Yes we all say. Now it is the optics are bad for Michael Jordan. There and it really is bad for Jordan's optics are bad if you're a superficial person who only cares about optics and can't think any way but two-dimensional bogus not in the sense that as time goes on it will be diminished in some way. But when you're comparing the legacies of the biggest most famous greatest athletes who ever lived. It's not an issue so much. We're GONNA take credit away from Michael Jordan for not endorsing Jesse Helms opponent because whether people like it were not when an election comes down to people and you're in a position of power and you don't endorse one. You say I'm just going to stay out of it. I don't know about it defacto every vote. That doesn't go to that guy. Goes to the other guy or Gal right so in a sense well when people sit out elections or when people want to do a protest vote. Okay but really. You're voting for the other person in essence. You're you're not working against them getting elected and again Jordan should have been. I don't think that's that's a stretcher on reasonable. They should have been actively to specifically when he's asked. Hey could you work against the reelection of Jesse Helms? Yes that's something he should have done so see. The line has been drawn. The whistle has been blown foul out of bounds. He just just said it is no question and at the end of the segment. He's brought it brought out the truth and the segment. Molly Karen began with does Jordan's lack of activism. Heard him but they do this. So they can slip by you the fact that what they're really saying is does Jordan's lack of advocacy for the positions that we see as virtuous hurt him a Max's meeting at the end. He's like saying it's noncontroversial. George should for someone as evil Jesse Helms. George should have been activist but if we took the segment at the beginning on its face and Jordan wasn't activist for Jesse Helms. The second never never got off the ground right. Because he went the antecedent condition being an act he would have met the antecedent condition being an activist. Right it's not lack of activism. That is the issue for these folks. It's why isn't everyone a democrat? That's what their issue is because they cannot see outside of their own minds they cannot the camp the camp and they and they draw the lines in such a way as to make opposition actually evil. So it doesn't have to be dealt with or debated because they're terrible debate. So what I'm saying Steven A. And because their positions can't be defended. Mike is it doesn't added to Jordan's legacy in an important way. Thanks that was that was. That was worst dissembling Stephen a Smith by the way to Mexico eleven so anxious to preserve some sort of like report with Jordan. I'm coming up on he. He's so anxious to preserve some sort of report Jordan. That he's like well. It's not that it detracts. But it doesn't add his legacy like merely like it's merely neutral which is ridiculous because you know what they say you know if this was anybody else. Hi honey this. Was anybody else with whom they were not concerned to preserve their poor like they are with Jordan. Because they want to be in good with him right they would have said yeah it detracts it detracts but they find a way that they find a way around it many ways. I got to be done now. The kids are out Mocha back next time. Probably do another one in a couple days Probably about this home schooling situation. This home schooling okay. What did you snuggle with her? "I would love to have and I wish this documentary was was doing. This is to truly understand what it was about. Michael Jordan desire to gamble on everything and anything and to add juice. Because you look at it, you look at the what he was able to accomplish and the levels at which he competed. A one. On one hand I would say. Do you were playing for championships every year you were you were playing for this legacy above everything else like what was it about? Pitching quarters with a security guard just added to your wife like I I just I'd be interested in understanding what it was. The drove that in him not to look at it from a negative, but since gleaning like the the whole dynamic of how Michael Jordan operated, and how his brain works. That's what I wish. I was getting more of when it comes to the gambling subject I'll throw. One Oh one cap on that Michael was so great, and some of it was so easy for him to. that he needed juice in his life. He needed constant juice in his life. Because women were attracted to men were attracted to him, he dominated the game. Money wasn't an issue. Michael needed juice. Juice every second of his life because he'd gotten so rich people were throwing themselves men and women at him, and it was like. How do I keep? We always see him kind of creating these mythical rivals that don't really exist like La. Bradford Smith, and I think Mike is just always. He's seeking juice. He needs competition because you can get bored very easily when things come easily to you, can you stick around? Yes. Okay, we'll take a break. Come back, EUCHRE. It's the heard. "When that Howie Roseman doesn't let anything out to anybody. I wouldn't be surprised if Howie Roseman doesn't tell his scouting director who he likes. They never let anything sneak out now. All of a sudden some guy that works for a radio station has all the answers on what Howie Roseman? Doing I've got the idea that you're trading up to get a receiver in this particular drop. He's kind of crazy. We assumed that the that the eagles we're going to take receiver because they had all right. I mean they were designated last year and part of that. I mean all of those injuries but like you know we're assuming they're going to take a young receiver. But why would you trait up together? Receive all I have a source in my sources me The Philadelphia. Eagles will not trade up to get CV lamb. I'm the source and I believe me. There's no way a that. It would get out with Howie Roseman. He has the tightest lip guy in the League and he has. I have two friends. I know his college roommate. His college roommate is a friend of mine. A good friend. How tell him anything? So and they're not Philadelphia's not gonNA move up to a receiver when there's a fifty guys in his league draft. I I my source. That's not going to happen. It doesn't make a lot of sense. So shock and Michael Jordan both had overwhelming success with the Lakers and the Bulls and their primes. But who would have the edge if those two teams played each other and shack thinks l? A? Would absolutely win to kill Luc. Longley Bill Cartwright. Two factors may frequent shoot now sacks. Magic did beat towards Bulls Ninety five but Jordan only came out of retirement in the middle of the season but Shot Fifty two point seven percent from the free throw line during his career. Obviously we know that was not his strong suit and Phil Jackson.
