Fox News Contributor Sara Carter Provides an Update on the Spy Game Illusion Hoax
"All right welcome back to the show for the second time my good friend Sarah Carter Nobody knows more about the spygate collusion hoax than she does Sarah Thanks for taking the time I know you're busy I appreciate it Oh Dan thank you so much for having me on It's my pleasure And it's good to know that at least we have someone out there still digging still uncovering still pushing and I think this is important and that's John Durham you know And I think he's made a lot of progress with this case And I know it's been very quiet but for the most part he's proving everything that we have been discussing and everything that we talked about over the last 5 years Yeah I mean you made Solomon Jared I mean Jeff Carlson you know Jerry dunleavy It's a whole crew of people And Sarah this is the left strategy the left strategies the whole move on dot org thing Drag it out trip trip trip trip drip wait a few years and then wait for the conservatives to say I'm tired Well I'm not tired And I know you're not tired either I want to find out why they spied on Donald Trump and made this story up and exactly what Hillary Clinton's role is And I discussed in the opening hour something I know you know a lot about which is this brookings institution connection here Sarah there had to be a ringleader of this And it appears a lot of this was run out of brookings which strobe talbott and that crew over there Absolutely So here you have this think tank you know for the most part a well respected think tank for the left Brookings institution out of Washington D.C. And all of a sudden all of these names all of these names E Corgan chanko you know don't tell but all of these people are very well connected to Hillary Clinton are coming up in the steel dossier which we know Dan you and I both have discussed this Was the very beginning when we started to uncover it was basically a political hit job that appears to have been orchestrated by the Hillary Clinton campaign And I would say by Hillary Clinton herself And I think this is the direction that John Durham is going in And what he wants to do is he wants to expose slowly but surely all of these players how is he doing it Well he's got Igor danchenko in a knot He's got Michael sussman in a not right now And he has all these indictments against Igor danchenko And I think what he's going to do and what he is doing and it's strategic Is he saying look we're going to bust you on each one of these indictments That could be 5 years each lying to us I mean that's 15 years in prison Here's a guy in his early 40s He doesn't want that He's what he's trying to do is squeeze him so that he turns on the Clinton campaign
What Can We Expect Next From the Durham Investigation?
"What can we expect from this point forward? So is Durham wrapping up his investigation? There's still some skeptics out there, cash. There's still some cynics. Hey look, there'll be a couple process crimes, but don't hold your breath. You're not going to get a Comey. You're not going to get a struck. You're not going to get a page. You're not going to get him a cave. You're not going to get anyone from the senior level of the Clinton campaign. What do you think? Look, I've run these massive conspiracy, massive national security cases, and they take two. I spent two three four years on some cases. John Barnes in his second year. And he's working against literally everyone in government because Merrick Garland's Department of Justice doesn't want to prosecute this. And the Chris ray and the FBI don't want to. So I don't think you issue 40 page indictments for process crimes and tell the world what you're working on if you're just going to stop. That's my opinion. And remember to your audience, an indictment is the only way a prosecutor can tell the world what they're doing because they're not allowed to disclose their evidence. So John Durham has taken the time to methodically issue indictments totaling over a 101 hundred pages now for three people. That's it. And he's identified 15 individuals like the Clinton operative in the matter like Fiona hill like Michael sussman and the like, and I think that's why he's building a larger conspiracy. Now, look, I'm not married to this pipe dream that we're going to get Comey. I wish we could, but I unfortunately just don't think we have the Jews to do it. I do think we have a shot at Andy mccabe and that's probably why the likes of Peter strzok are out in the media now, parading around. Just like Christopher Steele did, parading around his false credibility, now Peter strzok's turn. And that should tell you something that may be something else that's coming down the
Diving Deep on John Durham With Kash Patel
"Someone that understands the Russian collusion story better than anybody else and his predictions have been coming true and I push back against them very politely when he was on the show. He's a friend of mine cash, Patel, very smart guy American patriot. Cash are you with us? Yeah, Charlie, got you loud and clear and thanks so much for having me back on your show. Really appreciate it. The floor is yours, what have we learned this week with John Durham and these indictments? Well, as your show and your viewers have taken a great interest in John Durham, what he's been doing since we last talked was issue another indictment. And let's just rewind history for a little bit for those who haven't watched the plot against the president, spend 90 minutes of your life and learn about the biggest political scandal and how Devin Nunes and I expose that scandal in the United States history. So first, you have Christopher Steele, or let's back up one more step. You have fusion GPS and the democratic national party and Hillary Clinton campaign pay millions of dollars to obtain fraudulent information through a MI 6 asset Christopher Steele and pump that into the FBI and have the FBI intentionally lie to a fisa court. So you have a democratic political party. You have a foreign operative. You've got tens of millions of dollars, and you have our FBI and DOJ being corrupted. As if that wasn't bad enough, that was proven. Not just by the Nunes memo and the Russia gate investigation we did validated by the inspector general, but also John Durham indicted one of the attorneys who lied to the fist court for the surveillance warrant during the Trump campaign era. And then indicted just a couple of weeks ago, Michael sussman for lying to the FBI. Who's Michael sussman? Oh, he's the head lawyer for the DNC and Hillary campaign who was getting paid millions of dollars to shell. This information about the Russia gate hooks to the FBI and lied about it. And now we have this guy indicted danchenko. His name's not that important, but his position is. And if you recall, Christopher Steele did this terrible interview with George Stephanopoulos recently. We do go to try to resuscitate his credibility. And people were asking, why would he do that now? Because he knew this indictment was coming. And why does it matter? Because we already destroyed Christopher Steele's credibility in his lies. But you asked, where does Christopher Steele get his information from? Danchenko, this guy that was just indicted at lying to the FBI. 5 times over 5 counts in a federal indictment was Christopher Steele's primary source for the information that we knew was rather than to begin

How Thirsty Was the FBI for Michael Sussman's False Trump-Russia Claims?
"Just to kind of sum up where we are now. This break in the SPI geh case on Friday was important because it shows Hillary Clinton working with the FBI and a group of attorneys to fake these connections between Trump and Russia. And it shows an FBI more than willing to take the information in and eager and looking for an excuse to get in front of a judge and say it was real and the problem is, they kept flooding the zone. Hillary Clinton, with all of these sources say Trump's colluding with Russia whatever, and they kept telling the FBI they were working with the DNC and Hillary And it created a problem for the FBI because they couldn't tell a judge that So they needed a clean source. They needed a white knight to come in there. Someone clean as the driven snow with a clean C B. Oh, no, no. These people are just in here to tell us about Trump. They have no ulterior motives whatsoever. How do we know that? Because we know On September 19th of 2016 this white knight showed up. According to the allegations, the FBI and the indictment on Friday Michael Sussman, who is a lawyer working with Mrs Clinton, this is why I'm telling you, it's a bigger deal than you think. This guy is connected to everyone. There's no way John Door, um, locked him up for nothing. So he comes into the FBI office. And he says, I have information about Trump colluding with Russia. And according to the allegation, he says, Oh, I'm not working with anybody. I'm not here on behalf of any client. I'm just here giving you potential information about a criminal conspiracy. And the FBI is like yes, finally. Finally The FBI is like this is just great. We gotta sources clean. We can put his information down in a fight application. We can spy on Trump and we won't have to lie and tell a judge, you know, uh, cover up for Hillary Clinton or anything like that. So, it says. In the end I and the FBI's press release that suspects showed up September 19th 2016. Why is this suspicious? Because you learn later on If you watch my show today, the podcast you learn right now on the radio show. If you read the Inspector General Michael Horowitz report who looked at this entire story. There's a really interesting nugget in there again. Hat tip. Our friend full Nelson on social media is all over this stuff. Here it is. Remember, I want you to pay attention to something right here. The date The lawyer walks in. The FBI office is September 1920 16, where he meets with the FBI. And this is their clean source. Finally. They've been hearing all summer about Trump and the Russians and all the sources are dirty. They're telling people that working for Hillary, this is the one guy who said according to the indictment. No, no, I'm not working for anyone. They felt like they had it. How do I know the FBI is in on this? What I think. Let me read to you a piece of this footnote here. From the Horowitz report. The only express direction. We found that Andrew McCabe, who was the deputy director at the time gave regarding the use of a confidential human source concerned. A former confidential human source who contacted an FBI agent FBI Field office in late July. 2016 to report information from a colleague runs an investigative firm hired by two entities, the DNC as well as another individual to explore Donald Trump's long standing ties to Russian entities. So in of this part, one of the footnote, McCabe, the deputy director of the FBI knows that people are piling into FBI offices as early as July of 2016 who are working for Hillary and the DNC. Got it. Okay. Moving on. Good footnote goes on. The former confidential human source also gave the FBI agent a list of individuals and entities who surfaced in the firm's examination of Trump, which the former CHS described as mostly public source material. In mid September. 2016 Andrew McCabe told senior Special Agent one to instruct the FBI agent from the field office not to have any further contact with the former confidential human source and not to accept any information regarding the crossfire. Clinton-Linked Lawyer Charged for Lying in Trump-Russia Origins Probe
"Hillary Clinton want to set up Donald Trump for the fake Russian collusion thing Big break on Friday. Obviously, one of the lawyers involved in this propagating this collusion fairytale working with the Clintons gets indicted. Big story. Now we start to see what happened. It's clear the FBI was not fooled by the Russian collusion that they were part of it. They were just looking for someone to walk into their office who was credible enough that they could put the information down in a charging document or a fighter application and say, Hey, we heard this from Joey Bag of Donuts. He's credible. And what's the problem? The people who kept coming into the office in New York and London and elsewhere and saying, Hey, got information on these trump guys in the Russians all kept saying, Oh, and by the way, we're working with Hillary Clinton. Now I have no doubt the FBI knew that. But the FBI can't tell that to a judge, Judge judge Bag of doughnuts. We've got an affluent walking in here and excuse me in Africa, and he had a subject walk in and say he was working for Hillary Clinton. They don't like Donald Trump. He's colluding with the Russians. The judge would have laughed him out. So somehow it gets back to the Hillary Clinton team. Hey, listen. You gotta get somebody with bona fide. He's incredibility to go into the FBI telling this information even though it's fake and say, Hey, we're not working with anyone Just doing this out of the kindness of our hearts so we could swear to it. Is everybody digging, Jim? Is this making sense? Picking up what I'm putting down? So how do I know this folks Because the evidence is everywhere. So DOJ hears their release their indictment from last week of this lawyer, Michael Sussman, Right, pay very close attention to these dates. As alleged in the indictment on September 19th Michael Sussman met with FBI general counsel uh, in in Washington. Sussman had requested the meeting to provide the general counsel with certain data files and white papers that allegedly demonstrated covert communications channel between Trump and this Russian bank. Alfa Bank. It was all made up, folks. Assessment. This is the key line who had previously represented the DNC in connection with the Khyber, A cyber hack falsely stated to the FBI general counsel that he was not bringing these allegations to the FBI on behalf of any client. Then they don't wait. Where's the Kenny Belt? There? It is. The Kenny Bell gift from Kenny. He's a podcast listener. That's the souls. That's the story. Finally, in sun, September, mid September, September, 19th someone walks into the FBI who at least claims to not have any of these conflicts. Now the FBI is I go. We got it out. This is gonna be so great. Now we can go to a judge and say we want to spy on Trump and we could say we got information from this guy. Sussman and Sussman says he's not working for anybody. Isn't this so wonderful? Well, The problem is That John Dorms alleging that he was working for someone the entire time he was working with the Hillary Clinton
Michael Sussmann Met With Clinton Campaign Officials Two Days Before FBI Opened Investigation on Trump
"But folks make no mistake. Michael Sussman was not a low level player here. Michael Sussman was a mid to high level lawyer with deep connections in the DNC to Marc Elias to Jake Sullivan, who is the current national security advisor for Joe Biden used to work with the Clinton campaign. Oh, yeah. And with deep ties to Hillary Clinton herself. It's not a small level player. Yeah, I'd like to see Comey prosecuted. I'd like to see uh, the rest of the liars prosecuted as well. But don't brush this off either. Let's go through some of the take aways the indictment and I have to ask the question again. When does when does this guy flip Sussman and start giving up information on what the Clinton campaign knew? And what Hillary knew ourselves? Because when he does this is going to get grab your partner. Grab your popcorn, popcorn eating guy Giffey on social media. You know the Michael Jackson one they have from the thriller video. They see that you see that if you're on social media No, I'm talking about Let's go to take away number one from this indictment because it's these are some gemstones in here number one from the indictment from yesterday, for example, it says on or about July 29 2016. Sussman, the lawyer and another campaign lawyer from the Clinton campaign, met with personnel from the U. S investigative firm and their office. We're assuming that's fusion GPS. Sussman build this time to the Clinton campaign for this. Why is this interesting? And just said Sussman meant subsequent met on July 29th. With fusion, GPS and Clinton campaign lawyers July 29 2016. Why is that interesting? What about that date is interesting. Oh, yes. That's just two days before the FBI opens up the investigation at the Donald Trump called Crossfire Hurricane, which is open July 31st 2016. Just the just the big quickie dig,
Clinton-Linked Lawyer Charged for Lying in Trump-Russia Origins Probe
"John durham expected to indict clinton linked attorney involved in russia. Probe this is. Sussman may have lied to top. Fbi lawyer james baker in a meeting on september nineteenth two thousand sixteen in that meeting sussman attempted to tie the trump organization to a russian bank. Alfa bank saying that they were using a secret server to communicate michael sussman. The fbi later dismissed those allegations so did muller and they were totally bogus. How did sussman lie. Durum has discovered discrepancies between susman's congressional testimony and his september two thousand sixteen interview with baker during their discussion. Baker claimed sussman told them he wasn't working on the alpha-bank project for any specific client. This directly contradicted his two thousand seventeen sworn testimony before congress in which he said he was working for an unnamed cybersecurity expert also perkins koi internal billing records which durham has shows that sussman build the hours he spent an alphabetic probe to the hillary clinton two thousand campaign. So here's the take away. The facts seem to show that sussman was intentionally provoking the russian probe on behalf of the former presidential candidate hillary clinton and then lied to obscure it. This was five years ago. Everybody half a decade ago. She want to know what the big takeaway is here. Nothing we've known about this for four years.

Michael Sussmann Provided False Statements to FBI While Working for Democrats
"This is from the hill. But it's in a wide variety of news reports. A federal grand jury indicted attorney Michael Sussman on a charge of lying to the FBI during the 2016 campaign. While there is a report out, Fox News is reporting that Mr Durham is targeting a conversation between Michael Sussman. And an FBI employee now now, apparently, it's not the FBI agent that's in hot water here. Whoever the FBI employee was, it's this guy. Michael Sussman. He's an attorney with Perkins Kui. That's the law firm. That did the Clinton campaign and the DNC's heavy lifting here. They were basically the money laundering scheme for lack of a better term. All this campaign money went into the Clinton campaign. They then merged operations with the DNC. And then, during the spring of 2016. They sent a huge check. To, um To this to Perkins Kui, this law firm for opposition research right, and that money from opposition research ended up in multiple directions, But one huge chunk of it ended up with the creation of the Russian dossier through this Fusion GPS This like consulting firm that brought in the former M M I six agent, right? I'm trying to shorthand of this as much as possible, but that's what happened. Michael Sussman, an attorney with Perkins Kui apparently had a conversation with an FBI employee and that FBI in that conversation on September 19th 2016, the lawyer maintained that there were all of these facts. All of these, uh factoids and information in this Russian dossier that implicated Donald Trump's campaign. With Russian collusion, and this guy Michael Sussman knew that those statements were false when he made them and that would be a federal crime. Of course. Here's the problem member. I just said when this conversation took place, September 1920 16 Today is September. 16th 2021, lying to the FBI as a federal crime has a five year statute of limitations. So in other words, Mr. Durham has five. Excuse me three days. To bring charges against Michael Sussman. Or else he will get off on a technicality. Well, unfortunately, this does not surprise me. I think it was Mollie Hemingway, who said pretty well that most of the people involved in this, uh, Russian collusion scandal, meaning the fake Russian collusion narrative against former President Donald Trump would probably get off Scot free because of the incompetence of too many of the people with the FBI, which Obviously, we just talked about in terms of the Larry Nassar case. There were huge mistakes made there if you can even call them mistakes. Same thing is true in this Russian collusion. Uh, Issue. With all of these people fabricating claims against former President Donald Trump. Very few of them have actually been held accountable. There's really only been one, um, criminal case, and that was against in FBI, I believe was a lawyer, Kevin Kline Smith low level who worked out a plea deal and is going to be in fact, I think he's back working for private law firms now in D. C already where everything's fine slap on the wrist. Meanwhile, the president had to undergo a special counsel investigation. Tens of millions of dollars headed up with by Robert Mueller. Who actually brought nothing to the table. But the president's entire administration was paralyzed by the scandal that was built on nothing. And as of now, with three days left on the statue of attention, at least in terms of this allegation of lying to an FBI employee, John Durham asked to either bring charges or nothing will happen. "Five people were injured this weekend after man attacked them while they were celebrating Hanukkah at the home of the his CITIC rabbi in Muncie New York Muncie is a suburb northwest of the city and your sons the low one went to Muncie yesterday and he's on the line now from New York City come morning Hansi the morning well so this suburb Muncie is home to a big Jewish community I know you are on about yesterday talking to people what did they tell you I talked to folks who live on the same street of that home of their rabbi where the attack occurred lot of people feeling very vulnerable after the attack and are very concerned about their personal safety is a community that's been talking about how to defend themselves for weeks on for months this is thinking the poor people are thinking about the recent attacks not just in from this weekend but also the recent shootings at a kosher grocery store in Jersey city New Jersey the left people dead and and also folks are thinking about volunteering with their neighborhood street patrols and some were even thinking of getting licensed to carry firearms in order to defend themselves right what do we know about the five people who were injured in this attack how are they doing well near governor Andrew Cuomo told NPR that as of Sunday evening two of the five victims were in critical condition one with skull fractures they survived an attack in which in the attack apparently used a long machete looks like a sword and that people inside of this home to furniture at the attacker try to fend for themselves and ultimately the tanker try to go next door to a synagogue but it was locked this story is developing as we would expect and will continue developed to develop over the next few days but I wonder about the suspect in this case what do we know about this man so far what are people saying police identified him as graft in Thomas and he has pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and burglary charges and his family has released a written statement through his attorney and time just family has said that quote was raised in a home which embraced and respected all religions and races and that he has quote no known history of anti semitism the families asked the attorney Michael Sussman to request a mental health evaluation because they say that Thomas has a long history of mental illness and hospitalizations and times is due back in court this Friday okay and here's Hansi low long from New York country thanks so much you're welcome the attacker in yesterday's attack was arrested in Harlem in New York City which is about thirty miles away from Monsey New York City is home to the largest population of Jewish people outside of Israel so what is the city doing to protect Jewish communities there I'm online now with new York's mayor bill de Blasio good morning Mister mayor good morning have you talked to anyone in Muncie New York I've talked to so many people in your community of New York City who are very very close to their colleagues in Muncie is that it's a very tight relationship it's not that far away Susan a surge of anti semitic attacks in New York governor Cuomo says there been at least thirteen in the state since December eighth then there was that horrific attack in New Jersey on the kosher grocery store in New York City specifically Mister mayor what are you doing about this well we we consider the crisis really there is a growing antisemitism problem in this whole country is taking a more more violent forms we are doing three things in particular with this is what I announced to the committee SA I stood with community leaders of all different communities who who stood in solidarity with the Jewish community in Brooklyn yesterday so one piece of course is very physical and media intensified NYPD presence police presence along with things like security cameras will be putting into key locations in the community additional light towers so that people know that there's eyes on the situation that there's clear vigilant to prevent attacks we have made a habit when the Jewish community is attacked anywhere in the world to reinforce key to use community locations in New York City board do it now on a much bigger scale but typically in Brooklyn where we think the most important vulnerabilities are second is an effort to bring together a variety of communities incoming calls with the Jewish community can unity safety coalitions we call them and this will be in key neighborhoods where you'll see type of committee patrol but it will be multi ethnic on purpose it will be people of different backgrounds warding off attacks the connecting vertically with young people and we had a problem with some is this is for young people acting on anti semitism sometimes without a great ignorance we want the people of all different communities intervening connect with young people stopping these attacks before they happen and then lastly is the education piece the equation again focused on young people in our school starting when school comes back in a few days of intensive I curriculum focusing on anti semitism and the danger that is created by hate and how any acts of hate ultimately are not only destructive unto themselves when they come back there for all communities and that domino affect and he just breeds more hate and more violence that's what we need to teach our young people you were talking about some very concrete steps there I want to ask you something my colleague Kansi low one who I was on the line with just before you he was in Muncie yesterday he talked to a man named laser Klein this is what the man told him I
