Julie Kelly: Did Elon Musk Set up James Baker?
"On April 26th I was going to cover this later but since you brought it up April 26th he had tweeted out Twitter lawyer Jim Bakker general counsel of the FBI when general counsel of the FBI personally arranged a meeting between the FBI and Michael sussman In this meeting sussman presented fabricated evidence in the alpha bank matter and keep in mind again April 26th He said add Elon Musk This is who was inside Twitter he facilitated fraud Elon responded to that on April 26th Quote sounds pretty bad dot dot dot So I don't think there's any question he knew who Jim baker was And I don't want to get into like four and 5 D chess because it just sounds dumb but I know Elon's not stupid And I'm wondering I'm just speculating you know to be fair I'm wondering if they weren't setting him up I mean it may sound crazy and feel free to laugh at me but I'm just wondering if they didn't know he was going to pull this but they gave him a shot to kind of do the right thing and he did it And here's why I say that Julie Maybe they knew they wanted to get rid of them and wanted to avoid some kind of wrongful termination suit And now that they know he did this the discovery of this closure if he does decide to sue would be humiliating for him Again if it's a stretch tell me you're not going to hurt my feelings but I can't believe he didn't know especially based on this tweet exchange with cernovich I think that is a brilliant assessment I never thought about that But of course Elon Musk is like super genius scary brilliant too So maybe he was just giving Jim Bakker enough rope to hang himself which he did because you know this to Dan These guys always get away with it They operate out of such a place of unaccountability in arrogance The gym baker really probably thought he could pull the wool over everyone's eyes and scrub this material any FBI culpability So maybe that is the case It's pretty humiliating and for Jim baker but you know he'll end up somewhere else These guys are in the business No
Julie Kelly: James Baker and FBI Election Interference
"Stating things openly and releasing documents indicating that way you and I knew for a long time that this symbiotic big tech FBI Democrat party organism was working to crush free speech and suppress stories about Hunter Biden But I think the shocking revelation we learned yesterday which I think is a more interesting story is that James baker and you have a piece up it was at American greatness Let me just get the title here quick just so I make sure everybody goes and reads it Greed this out It's by Julie Kelly American greatness dot com Obama Biden government in exile ran the Hunter Biden laptop suppression operation and you'd be right because Jim baker who was general counsel at Twitter apparently allegedly according to Elon and taibi was kind of vetting the information that leaked out there first and isn't it a coincidence he was one of the same key players in the spy gay case again So weird So weird that these same people just keep popping up in places of influence and power So yes now I think there were some decent questions our friend Miranda Devine sort of called out Ivan Musk yesterday inside come on You had to know that Jim Bakker was a top FBI official He was Jim Comey's general counsel He was responsible for the first few illicit Pfizer's He helped paddle the alpha bank Narrative you know he testified in Michael sussman's trial the Perkins cooey lawyer who tried to get the FBI There's weird ties to that as well Elvis Chan the FBI guy out of San Francisco who was also involved in the alpha bank and DNC hack He's now showing up as part of the suppression campaign by the FBI but anyway so yeah so how did Elon Musk not know the Jim Bakker was going to be vetting these files before turning them over to manti but he was exited out of Twitter headquarters yesterday So

"It started from the day we came down the elevator. That was the way former president Donald Trump usually described the FBI's investigation of his campaign's ties to Russia. And former attorney general Bill Barr seemed to concur in that assessment. I think there's a spying did occur. Yes, I think spying did occur. So Barr directed U.S. attorney John Durham to investigate the FBI's investigation. Now, nearly three and a half years and more than $5.8 million later, Durham's investigation has come up empty. He lost the only two cases that went to trial. The second acquittal came on Tuesday when a jury found Igor danchenko, a Russian analyst, not guilty of lying to the FBI about where he got his information for the infamous Steele dossier. Joining me is Eric Larson, Bloomberg legal reporter. Eric tell us about danchenko. Igor danchenko is a 44 year old Russian business analyst based in the U.S.. He was hired by the former British spy Christopher Steele. I think a lot of people remember the field dossier. That was really at the center of this trial because Igor danchenko was the main source for providing details, including some very salacious and explosive details that made their way into the steel dossier, which then made its way eventually to the FBI. Mister gancho, for example, provided the pretty explosive claim in the dossier that there was a well developed conspiracy between Trump's campaign and the Kremlin. He also supplied the sort of salacious detail about Trump's alleged sexual behavior at a Moscow it's called in in 2013. None of those were ever proven, but that tip was never part of the charge. It was whether or not he lied about where he got that information. The Justice Department said he did and the jury did not agree. So the counts the jury considered were all about whether danchenko lied about one person and one call. That's correct. It was all about whether or not mister danchenko truly believed that an anonymous phone call that he got in 2016 from a tipster, the one who had the tip about the well developed conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin, whether or not he truly believed that that caller was a guy named Sergey Milligan, who was the president of the Russian American Chamber of Commerce at the time. So he said in his FBI interview that he believed that to the person was, who had called and the FBI said not only do they believe that it wasn't in who called, but that the call never happened, but they didn't really present enough evidence to prove that. I don't know how you bring a federal case over what someone believed at the time. It seems awfully thin or stretching it. It did seem a bit thin after say the evidence that was presented. It wasn't very hard evidence it could go either way about whether or not he believed it. I mean, as we know back in May, the first case from his investigation to go to trial against former Clinton campaign lawyer, Michael sussman, also ended in acquittal. He was also charged with lying to the FBI about a Trump Russia tip. So to bring these narrow cases about telling what amount of fairly small lies, I guess you could say alleged lines that that's really what this is focusing on after all of this time and money spent is not a terribly good look for the special counsel, but you could also argue that he is doing the job that he was asked to do. The trial seems a little unusual, Durham personally took part and did he end up lashing out at some of his own witnesses? Yeah, he did question them a bit harshly. Some of the main witnesses were FBI agents who interviewed danchenko in 2017. And I think in particular when one said that bencho had actually been a valuable confidential human source, you know, if he got a little, I think snippy and the questioning and then of course in his closing arguments told the jury not to feel bad for the FBI because on the one hand, the FBI was portrayed in the case as being victimized by danchenko, but also he wanted to portray the FBI as being sloppy and making mistakes and essentially going after Trump's campaign on fairly. You know, prosecutors don't usually lose cases. It's unusual because if they're bringing a case, they think they have enough evidence to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. Well, there's, of course, speculation that these trials were really about putting these FBI agents on the stand, whether or not that's a proper use of the federal criminal trial. Who knows? But that's what certainly a lot of dorms to own supporters. And Trump supporters have been saying, is that how these verdicts are beside the plane? Doesn't matter. It was exposing these FBI agents getting details of the investigation out in the open. But yeah, you're right, usually the government comes in a case like this with an upper hand. And usually they also come at it with a lot more evidence. So we'll see what his final report says and assuming it'll be pretty damning and mostly about the FBI. But I'm sure that there was some amount of pressure for him to bring some cases. Out of all this three and a half years, he's gotten one conviction, a guilty plea. There was one guilt please as former FBI lawyer who admitted he had altered an email that was used in part of the Carter page warrant application process and it was actually uncovered by the Justice Department's own internal watchdog rather than returns on investigation. So it's certainly been said by Durham critic, basically these cases, this whole investigation is sort of a remnant of the Trump administration sort of witch hunt attack on the investigation into him and Russia. They really said that John Durham is going to expose the deep state revealed a huge conspiracy to people at high levels. We're going to go down and things like that and clearly that hasn't borne out. Thanks, Eric. That's Bloomberg legal reporter Eric Larson. Up next, a warning from the Manhattan U.S. attorney. This is Bloomberg. You could save big when you bundle your home

Why Doesn't Attorney-Client Privilege Apply to Trump & His Lawyers?
"Why does attorney client privilege not apply To the lawyers who advised the Trump campaign and president Trump and others Why Why was there a jury with three jurors who had donated to the Clinton campaign One juror who had donated to the AOC campaign a 5th juror whose daughter was on the same athletic team as the defendant Michael sussman in front of a lawyer appointed by Obama who was friends with the defendant 20 years earlier as they worked together at the Department of Justice Why Why is there a committee of Congress like no committee in the history of the United States

"Grosso from Bloomberg radio The entire thing has been a witch hunt and there is no collusion between certainly myself and my campaign but I can always speak for myself and the Russians zero This is a pure and simple witch hunt This is a political witch hunt Which nobody's ever seen before It's a pure witch hunt It's a hoax It's a disgraceful situation It's a total witch hunt I've been saying it for a long time Former president Donald Trump has repeatedly called the Russia investigation a witch hunt a hoax a deep state conspiracy to frame him and special counsel John Durham was tasked with uncovering government misconduct during that investigation But after three years of investigating the investigation Durham's only case to go to trial was a prosecution of Michael sussman a lawyer for Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign on a single charge of lying to the FBI Lying not about a conspiracy but about the identity of his clients when he passed a tip on in September of 2016 And after about 6 hours of deliberations the jury found the prosecution hadn't proved its case and acquitted sussman I told the truth to the FBI and the jury rec clearly recognize that we're their unanimous verdict My guest is former federal prosecutor Robert mintz a partner mccarter in English This was Durham's first major courtroom test after a three year investigation How big a setback is this for him Well it's a huge setback for special counsel John Durham because this is the very first case that's gone to trial after three years of investigating whether federal agents to investigated the 2016 Trump campaign committed any wrongdoing So in a sense the special counsel's office had really put everything on the line in this case even though it's ultimately what is a fairly simple case which charged a single count of lying to the FBI So in a meeting with the general council of the FBI sussman presented research that he said suggested a possible secret back channel of communications between computer service for Russia based alphabet and the Trump organization but that wasn't what the issue was here The jurors had as you mentioned this really narrow issue to decide one false statement Tell us what that was Sure So the whole case turned on the simple question of whether or not sussman when he came to the FBI had the single meeting with the general counsel of the FBI whether he was there in his individual capacity as an individual citizen giving information to the FBI that affected potential national security issues or whether he was there on behalf of a client Now what the defense argued ultimately successfully was that it didn't really matter because the FBI would have done the same thing had they known that he was there on behalf of the Clinton campaign and ultimately the FBI did investigate the information and find out that it was without basis Let's usman said he was there at his individual capacity even though he was working for the Clinton campaign at the time And the defense also argued that it was well known that Susan had worked for democratic organizations and for the Democratic Party And so the fact that he was tied to the Democrats was well known to the FBI at the time they received the information So whether he was actually acting on their behalf at that moment didn't have a material impact on how the FBI treated that information We will go back to that materiality in a moment but the case depended on the testimony of one witness James baker who was the FBI's general counsel when he met with sussman alone and he took no notes of that meeting So he had some credibility problems at the defense brought out That's exactly right And I think that was one of the reasons this was a very difficult case from the start because it was really one person's word against the other as to what happened at that meeting And as you mentioned James baker did not take notes So although his testimony was he was a 100% confident that sussman insisted to him that he was not acting on behalf of a client and that if he had known he was acting on behalf of a client he may have handled the conversation or the meeting differently The fact was the defense was able to impeach that testimony somewhat by pointing out that speaker had said in various times that he didn't remember certain parts of that conversation And when he took the witness stand he said he could remember a 116 times when the defense task in questions And so his testimony wasn't rock solid and ultimately the defense was able to make a big issue of the fact that this entire case was really turning on the question of what happened at a brief 30 minute meeting more than 5 years ago I think the jury ultimately looked at this case and decided that it was more political than criminal and that's why they ultimately acquitted assessment after this trial in only a day and a half of deliberations Let's talk about materiality because part of the reason why this was an uphill battle is that the prosecutor had to convince the jury beyond a reasonable doubt not only that sussman lied to baker but that the lie was material enough to influence the FBI's actions or decisions The testimony from baker again was critical on this point because he testified that had he known that sussman was acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign He may not have taken the meeting at all or he would have treated the information differently That was the government's proof that it was material Now in response the defense made it compelling case that the FBI was well aware that Michael sussman had worked on behalf of interest for the Democratic Party in the past And so whether or not he was acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign at the time he was at that meeting was really not a material factor So I think at the end of the day one of the problems the prosecution had.

"Brian chuck This is Bloomberg law with June Grasso from Bloomberg radio I've been talking to former federal prosecutor Robert mintz about the acquittal of Michael sussman Bob prosecutors use the case to try to put forward a larger conspiracy theory And in the closing arguments the defense attorney denigrated that effort Sean berkowitz said the prosecution was trying to turn a 30 minute meeting more than 5 years ago into a giant political conspiracy theory Apparently that was pretty effective because the jury for woman said the prosecution never should have brought this case Do you think that it hurt the prosecution to put this in context or did they have to put it in context Well that was the buying the prosecution ultimately was in it from the start in this case because on the one hand prosecutor said this case is not about politics It's about telling the truth It's about whether assessment lie to the FBI in order to get that meeting when he said that he was not acting on behalf of a client But ultimately it was about politics And they had to go back to the scene that this was really an attempt by the Clinton campaign to try to get the FBI to investigate this alleged tie between the Trump organization and this Russian bank And then leaked that information to the media in the hopes that it would get out there in the final days of the campaign and affect the campaign in some way That was really what they were trying to suggest and ultimately I think the defense was able to turn that around on its head and say this is simply what's done all the time It's opposition research and they were also able to point out that there was some information from the Clinton campaign that said that they did not want these allegations to be taken up by the FBI at that point because they were concerned that a new story about the issue on the investigation might complicate the news stories that might come out about it So it wasn't entirely clear that it was in the interest of the Clinton campaign to have the FBI investigate it They simply wanted the news media to write about the potential leak because they thought that would have more of an impact on the election than an FBI investigation Sussman decided not to take the witness stand in his own defense Obviously in hindsight that was the right decision But what kinds of considerations would the defense have been weighing I think that was a very shrewd strategic decision by the defense because they did not want to make this trial about Michael sussman They wanted to make this trial about the inconsistent recollection of James baker And by not having sussman take the stand and recall what went on at that meeting the defense was able to focus the entire case about what James baker recalled about that brief 30 minute meeting that occurred more than 5 years ago on the fact that he took no contemporaneous notes and was simply recalling from memory what was said at that meeting Pablo may ask you this since you were a prosecutor for so long isn't it like a matter of course for FBI agents or people in the FBI to take notes when they're interviewing someone like that Well it was a bit of an unusual meeting because it was this phone call placed from assessment to the FBI general counsel This is not something that occurs on a daily basis and typically it would be something that would be handled by agents rather than by the general counsel But yes that is usually the practice of the FBI First of all to not meet with anybody alone So that seemed to be someone unusual that there would be only one person from the FBI at the meeting And secondly that there were no contemporaneous notes taken But at the time remember the meeting was simply to get information that the FBI may or may not use to launch an investigation So it's not completely surprising that there wasn't a full memorandum of that meeting but it is surprising that they were not at least contemporaneous notes that would have corroborated baker's testimony about what sussman said to him as to why he was there and who may have sent him Let's talk about materiality because part of the reason why this was an uphill battle is that the prosecutor had to convince the jury beyond a reasonable doubt not only that sussman lied to baker but that the lie was material enough to influence the FBI's actions or decisions The testimony from baker again was critical on this point because he testified that had he known that sussman was acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign and acting on behalf of his tech executive He may not have taken the meeting at all or he would have treated the information differently That was the government's proof that it was material Now in response the defense made a compelling case that the FBI was well aware that Michael sussman had worked on behalf of interest for the Democratic Party in the past And so whether or not he was acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign at the time he was at that meeting or whether he simply had worked for democratic campaigns on the Clinton campaign in other contexts was really not a material factor In other words they knew that Michael sussman was not working on behalf of the Republican Party They knew that Michael assessment was not working on behalf of conservative elements in the Republican Party They knew that this is somebody who aligned himself with the Democratic Party And so whether or not he was acting officially on their behalf at that moment or not really wouldn't have made any difference in terms of how the FBI treated that information And of course ultimately the FBI took the information and investigated it and found out that there was nothing to the alleged connection between the Trump organization and this Russian bank So in essence the process worked regardless of where the information came from the FBI ran into ground and decided that there was nothing to it So I think at the end of the day one of the problems of prosecution had was convincing yours that this case really mattered that it really mattered whether or not he identified himself as working for the Clinton campaign at that moment since the defense argued the FBI was well aware that he had worked on behalf of democratic interest in the past And the prosecution couldn't get it around the fact that the FBI agent they put on the stand who initially investigated said that he wouldn't have done anything differently if he'd known the tip originated from a partisan source So one wonders what that kind of testimony why Durham even chose to bring this case And that's a great question I think that the special counsel looked at this case and thought that.

How Did a Tech Company Gain Access to Trump's Internet Activity?
"Cut two, Merida, Maria bartiromo and how countries would love to have access to The White House and how is it that a tech company was able to gain access, play cut to? Every American should be outraged by this. Do you know how many foreign countries want to get into The White House's Internet flow? How many adversaries out there want to get into The White House the president of the United States Internet activity and this tech executive was able to do that? What does that tell us about the national security of this country? What does that tell us of the power of the Clinton machine, enabling to take down her political enemy for four years straight and damage his reputation? This is even bigger than just spying on a campaign. As soon as Donald Trump took the oath of office, there was an assumption amongst many conservatives at the spying stop how do you spy on a president? He has Secret Service protection. He has special encrypted phones. He has hard wired Internet access. It's the president after all, isn't it? Nope. Hillary Clinton found a way to still spy on Trump. She found a way to continue the Russian narrative while he was the commander in chief. What do you think about that? He's in charge of the executive branch of government. He is the sovereign choice of the people. He's not sovereign with the people gave their power to him through an election. And what does Hillary Clinton do? She continues the money flow to these tech workers and Michael sussman was involved in all of this to keep on trafficking or monitoring the Internet traffic in The White House. For example. If anyone in The White House may have visited RT, which is Russian television or whatever. Hey, that's a traitor. Now, why would she do that? She was trying to find little crumbs of Internet activity to try to prove that The White House was in communication with the Russians. Well, of course they were in communication with the Russians here and there. It's part of diplomacy.
Everything You Need to Know About Hillary Clinton's Spygate
"So John Durham files this motion, basically accusing Michael sussman who's been indicted for a line to the FBI of a conflict of interest. Now, why this was filed when it was filed is a question that cash Patel is going to answer for us later this hour. I'm not exactly sure. We could speculate, but I'm going to tell you what's in it, and I'm going to tell you some of the immediate takeaways. So in this filing, so many of the suspicions that we've had all along came to light. Now, you heard Donald Trump say many times. They spied on my campaign. They spied on my campaign. So we thought that that was limited to the fisa court application, which was a big deal, by the way. Using the fisa domestic courts to try and obtain a warrant to spy on a presidential candidate, a la or via Carter page was a massive violation of the Fourth Amendment constitutional orthodoxy and due process as we know it. And that story has been unraveling for a couple years. It's been drip drip drip leak leak leak. And without John Durham we'd never get to the bottom of it. But to be honest, I thought that was kind of the extent of it. I thought we had this kind of all mapped out. We had Hillary Clinton that paid fusion GPS multiples of millions of dollars, that money was then used. To try and concoct the Russian narrative, we know that there was involvement with that Russian woman who pretended to be in charge of an adoption agency who came and met with Donald Trump Jr. meetings were a big part of this. This was a collusion scheme. We know that. But what we suspected and what we didn't know was the extent of what Hillary Clinton did personally to continue this operation. So what we have is a timeline issue. You see the other side would say, yeah, okay, they tried to get a fisa warrant, but it's because there was a lot of intelligence and they'd created this dirty dossier and, you know, and then Trump became president and then we left it at that. But it's much deeper than that. And it's so. It's so reprehensible what these people did.
Fox News Contributor Sara Carter Provides an Update on the Spy Game Illusion Hoax
"All right welcome back to the show for the second time my good friend Sarah Carter Nobody knows more about the spygate collusion hoax than she does Sarah Thanks for taking the time I know you're busy I appreciate it Oh Dan thank you so much for having me on It's my pleasure And it's good to know that at least we have someone out there still digging still uncovering still pushing and I think this is important and that's John Durham you know And I think he's made a lot of progress with this case And I know it's been very quiet but for the most part he's proving everything that we have been discussing and everything that we talked about over the last 5 years Yeah I mean you made Solomon Jared I mean Jeff Carlson you know Jerry dunleavy It's a whole crew of people And Sarah this is the left strategy the left strategies the whole move on dot org thing Drag it out trip trip trip trip drip wait a few years and then wait for the conservatives to say I'm tired Well I'm not tired And I know you're not tired either I want to find out why they spied on Donald Trump and made this story up and exactly what Hillary Clinton's role is And I discussed in the opening hour something I know you know a lot about which is this brookings institution connection here Sarah there had to be a ringleader of this And it appears a lot of this was run out of brookings which strobe talbott and that crew over there Absolutely So here you have this think tank you know for the most part a well respected think tank for the left Brookings institution out of Washington D.C. And all of a sudden all of these names all of these names E Corgan chanko you know don't tell but all of these people are very well connected to Hillary Clinton are coming up in the steel dossier which we know Dan you and I both have discussed this Was the very beginning when we started to uncover it was basically a political hit job that appears to have been orchestrated by the Hillary Clinton campaign And I would say by Hillary Clinton herself And I think this is the direction that John Durham is going in And what he wants to do is he wants to expose slowly but surely all of these players how is he doing it Well he's got Igor danchenko in a knot He's got Michael sussman in a not right now And he has all these indictments against Igor danchenko And I think what he's going to do and what he is doing and it's strategic Is he saying look we're going to bust you on each one of these indictments That could be 5 years each lying to us I mean that's 15 years in prison Here's a guy in his early 40s He doesn't want that He's what he's trying to do is squeeze him so that he turns on the Clinton campaign
What Can We Expect Next From the Durham Investigation?
"What can we expect from this point forward? So is Durham wrapping up his investigation? There's still some skeptics out there, cash. There's still some cynics. Hey look, there'll be a couple process crimes, but don't hold your breath. You're not going to get a Comey. You're not going to get a struck. You're not going to get a page. You're not going to get him a cave. You're not going to get anyone from the senior level of the Clinton campaign. What do you think? Look, I've run these massive conspiracy, massive national security cases, and they take two. I spent two three four years on some cases. John Barnes in his second year. And he's working against literally everyone in government because Merrick Garland's Department of Justice doesn't want to prosecute this. And the Chris ray and the FBI don't want to. So I don't think you issue 40 page indictments for process crimes and tell the world what you're working on if you're just going to stop. That's my opinion. And remember to your audience, an indictment is the only way a prosecutor can tell the world what they're doing because they're not allowed to disclose their evidence. So John Durham has taken the time to methodically issue indictments totaling over a 101 hundred pages now for three people. That's it. And he's identified 15 individuals like the Clinton operative in the matter like Fiona hill like Michael sussman and the like, and I think that's why he's building a larger conspiracy. Now, look, I'm not married to this pipe dream that we're going to get Comey. I wish we could, but I unfortunately just don't think we have the Jews to do it. I do think we have a shot at Andy mccabe and that's probably why the likes of Peter strzok are out in the media now, parading around. Just like Christopher Steele did, parading around his false credibility, now Peter strzok's turn. And that should tell you something that may be something else that's coming down the

And let's just rewind history for a little bit for those who haven't watched the plot against the president, spend 90 minutes of your life and learn about the biggest political scandal and how Devin Nunes and I expose that scandal in the United States history. So first, you have Christopher Steele, or let's back up one more step. You have fusion GPS and the democratic national party and Hillary Clinton campaign pay millions of dollars to obtain fraudulent information through a MI 6 asset Christopher Steele and pump that into the FBI and have the FBI intentionally lie to a fisa court. So you have a democratic political party. You have a foreign operative. You've got tens of millions of dollars, and you have our FBI and DOJ being corrupted. As if that wasn't bad enough, that was proven. Not just by the Nunes memo and the Russia gate investigation we did validated by the inspector general, but also John Durham indicted one of the attorneys who lied to the fist court for the surveillance warrant during the Trump campaign era. And then indicted just a couple of weeks ago, Michael sussman for lying to the FBI. Who's Michael sussman? Oh, he's the head lawyer for the DNC and Hillary campaign who was getting paid millions of dollars to shell. This information about the Russia gate hooks to the FBI and lied about it. And now we have this guy indicted danchenko. His name's not that important, but his position is. And if you recall, Christopher Steele did this terrible interview with George Stephanopoulos recently. We do go to try to resuscitate his credibility. And people were asking, why would he do that now? Because he knew this indictment was coming. And why does it matter? Because we already destroyed Christopher Steele's credibility in his lies. But you asked, where does Christopher Steele get his information from? Danchenko, this guy that was just indicted at lying to the FBI. 5 times over 5 counts in a federal indictment was Christopher Steele's primary source for the information that we knew was rather than to begin

"Merit dorm John dorm the special counsel He's issued new subpoenas in the probe of the FBI Russia investigation And he's targeting Clinton campaign law firm This is good news It's kind of weird to take all this time and now he seems to be energized but we'll take what we can get This is from national view Brittany Bernstein special counsel John dorm the attorney tap for the Trump administration to audit the Russia investigation as reportedly handed down a new set of subpoenas including to a law firm with ties to Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign The grand jury subpoenas now let's just slow down there The law firm is this Perkins cooey And I hope they take a very good look at this guy Mark Elias Who's this svengali in my view behind so much of this Now the grand race of penis for documents were issued earlier this month according to CNN after dorm charge Clinton campaign lawyer Michael sussman for allegedly knowingly making a false statement of the FBI Investigators from the special counsel's office are seeking additional documents from sussman's former law firm Perkins coy That's the firm An indication that door may be looking to add to sussman's charges or to bring cases against other defendants Dormus reportedly investigating with assessment lied to the FBI regarding who if anyone he was representing when he told the bureau about communications between the Trump organization and Kremlin connected Russia bank alphabet Now we know that he was a he was a Clinton Attorney And this was all done intentionally to try to see as much as possible

"Look for that to possibly happen as well. Now the final story. The final story covered her. Tonight is another indictment here. Another indictment didn't really raise the level of top news but Michael sussman had the indictment filed against him this week and he was another one in this russian hoax scandal. Back from twenty sixteen. He also was accused of lying to an fbi To the fbi in the russia probe. He's a democratic lawyer. he's indicted in. This is another one that could stem. From this whole durham report. Investigation has been going on by special counsel. Durham john durham. And so we've already got client smith taken down sussman now taken down of course he's he pleads not guilty but he was another Campaign adviser for the clintons clinton in so they. They've got him rung up now as well. Corruption running rampant with all these deep state players of the lies and the corruption. What we try to do here is open that up. Expose it in half. The people have listeners. Do your research on some of these things. I'm just cleaning the top articles for the past week in presenting them in a show like this but you can certainly look them up. Research them as well. There's lots out there. There is lots out that this will be very interesting week. I believe with the arizona election results in all this nonsense in afghanistan in now. We've got southern border issues. We've got what made the news. Today was haitians in haiti. And they're using a man on mounted on horseback to chase down in those illegal immigrants crossing the border and who knows how much of this is real on much of this propaganda. How much of this concocted. But boy it just it just never ends. That's.
How Thirsty Was the FBI for Michael Sussman's False Trump-Russia Claims?
"Just to kind of sum up where we are now. This break in the SPI geh case on Friday was important because it shows Hillary Clinton working with the FBI and a group of attorneys to fake these connections between Trump and Russia. And it shows an FBI more than willing to take the information in and eager and looking for an excuse to get in front of a judge and say it was real and the problem is, they kept flooding the zone. Hillary Clinton, with all of these sources say Trump's colluding with Russia whatever, and they kept telling the FBI they were working with the DNC and Hillary And it created a problem for the FBI because they couldn't tell a judge that So they needed a clean source. They needed a white knight to come in there. Someone clean as the driven snow with a clean C B. Oh, no, no. These people are just in here to tell us about Trump. They have no ulterior motives whatsoever. How do we know that? Because we know On September 19th of 2016 this white knight showed up. According to the allegations, the FBI and the indictment on Friday Michael Sussman, who is a lawyer working with Mrs Clinton, this is why I'm telling you, it's a bigger deal than you think. This guy is connected to everyone. There's no way John Door, um, locked him up for nothing. So he comes into the FBI office. And he says, I have information about Trump colluding with Russia. And according to the allegation, he says, Oh, I'm not working with anybody. I'm not here on behalf of any client. I'm just here giving you potential information about a criminal conspiracy. And the FBI is like yes, finally. Finally The FBI is like this is just great. We gotta sources clean. We can put his information down in a fight application. We can spy on Trump and we won't have to lie and tell a judge, you know, uh, cover up for Hillary Clinton or anything like that. So, it says. In the end I and the FBI's press release that suspects showed up September 19th 2016. Why is this suspicious? Because you learn later on If you watch my show today, the podcast you learn right now on the radio show. If you read the Inspector General Michael Horowitz report who looked at this entire story. There's a really interesting nugget in there again. Hat tip. Our friend full Nelson on social media is all over this stuff. Here it is. Remember, I want you to pay attention to something right here. The date The lawyer walks in. The FBI office is September 1920 16, where he meets with the FBI. And this is their clean source. Finally. They've been hearing all summer about Trump and the Russians and all the sources are dirty. They're telling people that working for Hillary, this is the one guy who said according to the indictment. No, no, I'm not working for anyone. They felt like they had it. How do I know the FBI is in on this? What I think. Let me read to you a piece of this footnote here. From the Horowitz report. The only express direction. We found that Andrew McCabe, who was the deputy director at the time gave regarding the use of a confidential human source concerned. A former confidential human source who contacted an FBI agent FBI Field office in late July. 2016 to report information from a colleague runs an investigative firm hired by two entities, the DNC as well as another individual to explore Donald Trump's long standing ties to Russian entities. So in of this part, one of the footnote, McCabe, the deputy director of the FBI knows that people are piling into FBI offices as early as July of 2016 who are working for Hillary and the DNC. Got it. Okay. Moving on. Good footnote goes on. The former confidential human source also gave the FBI agent a list of individuals and entities who surfaced in the firm's examination of Trump, which the former CHS described as mostly public source material. In mid September. 2016 Andrew McCabe told senior Special Agent one to instruct the FBI agent from the field office not to have any further contact with the former confidential human source and not to accept any information regarding the crossfire. Hurricane investigation Is it that timing Church lady
Clinton-Linked Lawyer Charged for Lying in Trump-Russia Origins Probe
"Hillary Clinton want to set up Donald Trump for the fake Russian collusion thing Big break on Friday. Obviously, one of the lawyers involved in this propagating this collusion fairytale working with the Clintons gets indicted. Big story. Now we start to see what happened. It's clear the FBI was not fooled by the Russian collusion that they were part of it. They were just looking for someone to walk into their office who was credible enough that they could put the information down in a charging document or a fighter application and say, Hey, we heard this from Joey Bag of Donuts. He's credible. And what's the problem? The people who kept coming into the office in New York and London and elsewhere and saying, Hey, got information on these trump guys in the Russians all kept saying, Oh, and by the way, we're working with Hillary Clinton. Now I have no doubt the FBI knew that. But the FBI can't tell that to a judge, Judge judge Bag of doughnuts. We've got an affluent walking in here and excuse me in Africa, and he had a subject walk in and say he was working for Hillary Clinton. They don't like Donald Trump. He's colluding with the Russians. The judge would have laughed him out. So somehow it gets back to the Hillary Clinton team. Hey, listen. You gotta get somebody with bona fide. He's incredibility to go into the FBI telling this information even though it's fake and say, Hey, we're not working with anyone Just doing this out of the kindness of our hearts so we could swear to it. Is everybody digging, Jim? Is this making sense? Picking up what I'm putting down? So how do I know this folks Because the evidence is everywhere. So DOJ hears their release their indictment from last week of this lawyer, Michael Sussman, Right, pay very close attention to these dates. As alleged in the indictment on September 19th Michael Sussman met with FBI general counsel uh, in in Washington. Sussman had requested the meeting to provide the general counsel with certain data files and white papers that allegedly demonstrated covert communications channel between Trump and this Russian bank. Alfa Bank. It was all made up, folks. Assessment. This is the key line who had previously represented the DNC in connection with the Khyber, A cyber hack falsely stated to the FBI general counsel that he was not bringing these allegations to the FBI on behalf of any client. Then they don't wait. Where's the Kenny Belt? There? It is. The Kenny Bell gift from Kenny. He's a podcast listener. That's the souls. That's the story. Finally, in sun, September, mid September, September, 19th someone walks into the FBI who at least claims to not have any of these conflicts. Now the FBI is I go. We got it out. This is gonna be so great. Now we can go to a judge and say we want to spy on Trump and we could say we got information from this guy. Sussman and Sussman says he's not working for anybody. Isn't this so wonderful? Well, The problem is That John Dorms alleging that he was working for someone the entire time he was working with the Hillary Clinton

"This is separate from that. Which also featured a pattern of working with FBI insiders. While denying connections to the campaign, the Clinton team denied involvement in the creation of the steel dossier through the 2016 campaign. Despite direct media inquiries. It was only after the election that mysterious expenses for its legal counsel led reporters to discover the truth. The payments for the dossier were masked as legal fees among the 5.6 million paid to the law firm. According to New York Times reporter Ken Vogel. Elias categorically denied involvement in the anti trump dossier. When Vogel tried to report the story. He said. Elias pushed back vigorously saying you or your sources are wrong. Times reporter Maggie Haberman later wrote that quote folks involved in funding this lied about it. And with sanctimony for over a year. According to the indictment, suspend told the truth and contradicted what he originally told the FBI general counsel when he was interviewed under oath. In December of 2017 before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, telling them he did not hold the meeting of his own volition. But at the request of the client So the whole point is here is not even the indictment of whether he would be found guilty of lying from what I can see. And you and I were discussing this on Friday. I don't think it makes a difference here. It's still sets the story that the Clinton campaign Paid for all of this. Yeah, and Sussman when he when he, uh, was interviewed under oath in 2017 told the truth and said No, he didn't do it on his own volition. But at the request of the of a client Well, Do we know that that client Did he admit that he admit who the client was? Did they ask him? We don't know. Notably another Clinton figure pushed the Alfa Bank conspiracy. It was Jake Sullivan, who now weighs intelligence reports for President Biden as his national security advisor. Sullivan, a senior policy adviser to Clinton, declared in an official campaign press statement that the Alpha Bank allegation could be the most direct link yet between Donald Trump and Moscow and portrayed it as a work of independent experts. And by the way, in terms of which client it would be The only thing that we have to go on is according to the indictment, the hours were billed to the Clinton the Clinton right. Exact campaign Exactly. And here's but here's the interesting thing, though, where you tie it all together. Gags. There's so many Different paths here. It was only last October, for instance, that we learned that then President Obama was briefed by his CIA director, John Brennan, on an intelligence report that Clinton planned to tie then candidate Trump. To Russia as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server. That was on July 28th 2016 3 days before the Russia in investigation was initiated. Okay? We have to go back. Remember the Bret Bear story that he got burned on that his sources told him there was a pending indictment coming down on the Russian are not on the Russian on the Hillary email thing. Yes. And hours after he aired that on Fox that story on Fox News. We said, Well, you better be right. Otherwise you're going to get you know you're gonna get burned. We don't know if his sources lied to him or his sources were wrong and told the truth to him. We don't know what happened. But it's interesting that they make the point here. That This, you know, in part was this distraction? Of the whole email thing. You know, I'm wondering. What attempts there may have been To get this out there. Sooner. Right to Were there any attempts by anyone else, you know, set assessment aside. The lawyers aside. Um anyone else to go to the FBI and say, Hey, there's a link between Trump and the Russians. Before. What happened in September 2016. And then take that to the media. And say, you know again, you know the FBI. I mean, that would be the ultimate goal. But the FBI is going to have to have An investigation going, They're going to have to have something going. And the Alpha bank thing seemed to be the only thing for whatever reason. You know it. It The FBI took it, and then they did look into it again. Eventually, they saw that there was nothing there and they dropped it. But it doesn't need to go on. Well. It only needs to go on in that case until through November, 8th, which was election day to keep the cloud hanging, but it went on further. Of course, as we know, as the Russian hoax thing went on for years. But I really wonder what other attempts Were made. To make this thing happen because you know, by the time you get it The Jake Sullivan, Uh, and Hillary tweet that came out October 31st. You're talking, You know, a little over a week from The the the actual Election Day. Uh, certainly there had to have been other attempts to to build something or did they just have nothing? And this was the You know, the biggest thing that caught fire I would love to love Love love. To know more about this entire attempt because I have to believe If you were willing to do this This wouldn't have been a first. Well, we're ready now. And that's why Richard Grenell stating. Oh, no, no, no. There's a ton of other people that lied under oath. That's what he said last week on Fox right now, and Richard Grenell is important because he was former, Uh what do they call director of National Intelligence? You have the he was the acting the acting director of director of national intelligence. He is the one who gave a ton of top secret material. In fact, in his few weeks in that position He handed over more than any other Intel or investigative agency handed over, UM and Durham Durham, and that was a big deal. We said a thing and he said, And he said just last week, he said, No, There's more lies. There's more lives. So when when you put this all together, we're trying to simplify it because And trying to be fair in simplifying what the indictment is saying. The indictment is saying that that, uh, that the Hillary campaign Uh, gave money to Perkins Kui, this law firm. And so before. We don't even need to bring fusion GPS into it at this point, right, But they will down the road. Maybe. But so the lawyers you know that that Sussman Uh, because of a I don't know the exact timeline of the tech company executive that wanted the top cyber post with the Clinton campaign. That was his incentive had his workers scour through public and nonpublic data. Now the company that he works for has the ability through law to get that nonpublic data. So there may be law. Is there possibility of lawbreaking. There would be the question of its non public debt, and you're using it as a political weapon. I do see that as a I do see that as a big problem, Yes, and and so they really couldn't find anything. But they had a narrative going, so they kept the narrative going. Uh, Michael Sussman, who, uh, again was billing his hours to the Hillary campaign, including the hours that he was talking to James Baker of the FBI. Told James Baker this entire story about Trump and the information that they have to the white paper that they have put together. And since he has been a trusted law enforcement source in the past, when and said I'm just doing this out of my own goodwill that I'm you know, I don't you know there is no client or anything, and I'm not doing anything. Sold it to him and then That same information..
Michael Sussmann Met With Clinton Campaign Officials Two Days Before FBI Opened Investigation on Trump
"But folks make no mistake. Michael Sussman was not a low level player here. Michael Sussman was a mid to high level lawyer with deep connections in the DNC to Marc Elias to Jake Sullivan, who is the current national security advisor for Joe Biden used to work with the Clinton campaign. Oh, yeah. And with deep ties to Hillary Clinton herself. It's not a small level player. Yeah, I'd like to see Comey prosecuted. I'd like to see uh, the rest of the liars prosecuted as well. But don't brush this off either. Let's go through some of the take aways the indictment and I have to ask the question again. When does when does this guy flip Sussman and start giving up information on what the Clinton campaign knew? And what Hillary knew ourselves? Because when he does this is going to get grab your partner. Grab your popcorn, popcorn eating guy Giffey on social media. You know the Michael Jackson one they have from the thriller video. They see that you see that if you're on social media No, I'm talking about Let's go to take away number one from this indictment because it's these are some gemstones in here number one from the indictment from yesterday, for example, it says on or about July 29 2016. Sussman, the lawyer and another campaign lawyer from the Clinton campaign, met with personnel from the U. S investigative firm and their office. We're assuming that's fusion GPS. Sussman build this time to the Clinton campaign for this. Why is this interesting? And just said Sussman meant subsequent met on July 29th. With fusion, GPS and Clinton campaign lawyers July 29 2016. Why is that interesting? What about that date is interesting. Oh, yes. That's just two days before the FBI opens up the investigation at the Donald Trump called Crossfire Hurricane, which is open July 31st 2016. Just the just the big quickie dig,

"Director directly from the website or subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts, the crystal show, Okay. From the Gateway pundit today, a grand jury indicting and we talked about this. Michael Sussman, Hillary Clinton linked Perkins Kui lawyer. This is the second criminal charge they report stemming from John Durham's investigation into the origins of the Trump Russia collusion, Cannard. Sussman was accused of lying. All right. A federal grand jury has returned an indictment against Cyber security Attorney Michael Sussman, representing the Democratic National Committee in connection with the 2016 Russia hack, accusing him of lying to the FBI about who he was representing. The grand jury indictment accuses assessment of lying when he stated to the General Council of the FBI that he was not acting on behalf of any client in conveying particular allegations concerning a presidential candidate winning truth. And in fact, as the defendant well knew. He was acting on behalf of specific clients, namely, The Clinton campaign. So remember our guest, Mark Weaver. Earlier in the hour, who was a former Justice Department spokesperson. He believes that what Durham's indictment means is they're trying to get him to talk. And and give up some other folks. Maybe some higher ranking folks inside the FBI. Maybe he will say Oh, no, no, no. They knew well, what I was feeding them. In other words, is this guy going to take a fall? Where is he going to try to bring others down with him that Sussman? Excuse me. Weaver seems to think that's what the indictment of Sussman means is that they're going to try to get him to sing. Suspect, reportedly pushing a tall tale where he was trying to connect Russia's Alpha Bank with the Trump Organization. It was a complete lie. By the way, it's a tweet that Hillary Clinton still has up on her Twitter feed at this hour. That was never taken down or rendered false from Twitter. We learned of another occasion, reports The gateway pundit another occasion where either Sussman or former FBI director Jim Comey was guilty of lying under oath. When transcripts of suspects testimony to the Mueller gang were finally released during testimony before the House Intelligence Committee assessment told the House Intel Committee that the FBI Had access. Two DNC servers. The problem is James Comey claimed the FBI never had access to the servers. So this is what they Weaver My guest. Seems to think Durham's up to Sussman knows what's up. Sussman knows what the FBI hadn't didn't have. And he thinks he's going to get Sussman to start talking. About guys like James Comey. And that weasel, Andrew McCabe and others. Key point in the Russia collusion, Sham. It was a lie. That the FBI never had access to the DNC servers. We discovered that regardless of whether the FBI inspected the DNC servers in 2016 or not the fact that Russia never hacked the DNC and never handed over hacked materials to Wikileaks. Before the 2016 election. That was all a lie. There was no such evidence to support that claim at all. James Comey and this attorney, Sussman got into trouble when their testimonies contradicted one another. We still don't know if the FBI ever had access to or inspected the DNC servers after emails were transferred to Wikileaks. And after millions of dollars, we still won't know this key point. Regardless today, Hillary connected attorney Sussman was thrown under and will apparently be the fall guy in the case of lying to the FBI. The contradiction with Comey may never be addressed by Durham. Unless Unless that's Durham's way of invoking this and bringing this out Well, Sussman throw Comey under Or Sussman do the heavy lifting for Durham that remains to be seen will watch. It will certainly have plenty mortar to say about it in the coming Days and weeks because I don't think Durham's done yet most people seem to believe Alright 6108 50 09 96 18 50 09 90 Quick break here.
