do but for national when you are not actually filming when you're not actually you know let's cut off time but you're kind of piddling around doing stuff is Bobby Flay ever come up in like say you know are you cook what you doing today how are you doing there Sir show me what you're doing or is she engage with you or Simon either you know yes so that so that divided into teams I was on team Simon so I didn't really interact with Bobby Flay one on one that much I mean I did a little bit but he sort of hung out with his team and then Michael hung out with all right as far as them coming up in sort of this kind of intermingling with me it really only happened during the show it didn't help or during the during the break when they were filming it they really didn't spend time with us afterwards or before hand they kind of kept those guys roped in they had their handlers they were you know and then when it wasn't really our time to be on sat they had us quarantined in operating and so we really couldn't see what was going on and of course it anybody that's been on the shows before that's done reality show any show there is constant figure you know fiddling around with sets and lights and sound and right they're moving things around and it's just constant constant constant so they didn't really have this kind of thing you know munching around watching all this stuff they kind of had asked roped into this little building was actually a little church and that which is kind of funny but it so that so yeah so other than when it was we were filming I really don't have a lot of interaction with those guys but when I did it was amazing I mean just a little bit that I got I mean we were like buddy buddy but we have no downtime with that yeah now I'm the reason I ask is because the the stuff that I've done they did the same thing when you're there on sat yeah and the camera guys are coming up and they're you know they're doing their tight shots on your hands basically whatever you're doing that way or if you're putting something on the heater doesn't matter what it is and then the cars if you will of the show are down around in there looking and they're talking to you like that but once they yelled cut and we're gonna take a break or whatever everybody kinda disappears and then that our handlers can I come in you know like a cattle drive long term "Great restaurant meal that that i think that might have really ever had i was i was like safai is just starting to become sophisticated enough to realize what good food was and there is a night it was in the middle of the winter it was extremely cold there was an ice storm i'll never forget driving to this restaurant traffic lights were just out everywhere it was a pakalitha outside and we were driving to the west side neighborhood of tremont and we were driving to a restaurant called lola the chef of lola was a guy named michael simon who is just becoming a great big food network star which is what he is today and lola was his first restaurant in cleveland and we sat down and we went on to have just an amazing meal in what he was doing there at the time was something that cleveland a lot of other midwestern cities really excel at which is taking comfort food and really elevating it you know i mean the the the great thing about good shafts they can take any kind of any kind of cuisine no matter how humble and and you know the really good ones can see sort of like into the camp to say this but into the soul of the food and sort of really sort of elevated and you know we weren't we were not having like anything that night that was like you know like super advanced gastronomic you know experiment or something but what we were having was midwestern food really done at a level of skill that we had never we had never really had before and this is a meal that my friends and i were there that night we still talk about this meal to to this day is sort of like that was the meal that really got us really like loving loving food and michael simon is now gone onto build quite an empire in.

"Dot com royal page and i've got a couple of things on there to this is one of them maybe this is maybe this is overselling it what i what i used as the headline but i don't know i guess it's an emotional headline i wrote murphy is serving a legals more than us it certainly feels this way when there's two things one there's the sneaky little thing that he put in the budget and very very little is being said about this and it's only two million dollars but it's still two million dollars he's taking two million dollars of our tax money and he's giving it to nonprofit groups which help the legal fight of illegal immigrants who were about to be deported he's taking our tax money two million dollars of it and giving it to groups to offer legal assistance for non citizens so that they're not going to be deported i just have a big issue with that big issue with that now i have i think an even bigger issue with this because i think it's going to be a far more costly there is a senate bill senate bill six ninety nine there's a link to it and what i wrote if you want to read the bill yourself and what this would do is socalled dreamers people who were brought here i mean they're they're still every bit as illegal as as mom and dad but it was through no fault of their own this largely who this bill is aimed at and they went through our high schools they went through our education system and now they're trying to go to college this for the first time ever would open up state financial aid for illegals i just can't even believe that we're doing this and you could go ahead and call me narrow minded and racist and every other thing you want to i don't think it's about race whatsoever it's about who is who is not legally here and it it just blows my mind that this is already been approved aba committee and today it is going up for a full floor vote in the new jersey state senate we're trying to get in touch with michael simon's to see where that stands a lot of these votes come later in the evening so i.

"Light recently is the way that the trump campaign used facebook through a company called cambridge analytica which scraped data on fifty million people pretty much without their knowledge were you aware of cambridge analytic before i had never heard of cambridge analytica before the story has the dnc ever worked with them were you aware of them before this news broke i was aware of them in the aftermath of the twenty sixteen election because it's abundantly clear that they stole data they entrapped people and it was basically part of a broader scheme from this this trump administration and the trump campaign i mean they cheated a lot and you know we see the issue with the russians and how they were in cahoots with the russians to try to tip the election away from hillary clinton and this is another aspect of the deception and the the cheating and and again the the the laundering of of this data and the entrapping of unwitting people we had michael simon on yesterday who built data analytics for the obama campaign he described what that campaign did that was different from cambridge analytica do you know if the rainy democrats contract with this company i am unaware ware of of democrats who contracted with the company but i have not looked into that to see whether that is in fact the case but i'm unaware of any democrats who did that is that the kind of thing you think the dnc should look at to make sure that there aren't any campaigns who are kind of playing by this playbook i mean what cambridge did cambridge is just the one we know about their well could be other companies doing the same or worse well again i mean what what we saw in and what you see from the reports coming out of the uk is absolute bordering on criminal behavior entrapping people laundering money stealing laundering data stealing data and trapping people and and all toward trying to basically create misimpressions out there very very powerful and i guess what i'm wondering is is going forward into two thousand eighteen and twenty twenty how much do you think it's important for democrats to set rules on this to actually proactively say here's where the line.

"Stuff and there is as you say a measure of trust should you trust these people to do that and if you do trust these people were you know when they rip you off and that's the concern i've always had about that so i just on triumph i mean for the radio show we use blueberry and pipe track and they will occasionally provide advertising for us they pay us honor sir certain basis like number of downloads or something like that so many right dollars per download but the advertised we get our legitimate blue chip a class advertisers that you hear everywhere anyway let's move on i think we've had enough about ad blockers i understand why we have to have them and hopefully the advertisers will become less desperate and the sites will become less desperate and maybe then things will work better here's a story it did at response to a guy over at macworld whom i think is just putting of stuff to get cliques i think baggio had quality breath has gone down since it went all digital and since they fired most there writers and what we're talking about here it's michael simon i have loads had bones to pick with him because he comes up with stuff that's nonsense like shared apple have our free tier for apple music and you make a point fair where why spotify is cited as an example looked spotify has twice as many paid members is apple music spotify is also losing.
