"G and we're back one on one with Andrew Cleveland. Let's go there. I wish we had hours to discuss it, so let me see if I can couple two things together. You talked about your 50 year journey towards Christ and towards the foundation of this civilization, which is our savior. Then you use the phrase in your last podcast. Mental slavery. That the left has created that woke ism is a form of mental slavery. Can you artificially strain this? But let's talk about that concept of mental slavery, and let's talk about why Christianity is the ultimate freedom in terms of, yes, it's about sacrifice. Yes, it's about pain. Yes, it's about the authority of God. But as the St. John Paul said, freedom isn't the freedom to buy Playboy. It's making the choice to do the right thing. That's the beauty of freedom. Right. I'll let you free. I think the most important meant not the most important one of the important things about Christianity is it's a path to forgiveness. And if you have a path where you can say, oh, you know, I did that wrong. And God says, hey, turn around, start doing it right. The prodigal son, the minute the father sees him on the road. He runs off to meet him. That's the way God treats us. That's a beautiful thing and it's an incredibly liberating thing because it means you can make mistake after mistake mistake and say, oh, I'm turning around. I'm going home. If you can't do that, if you are committed to lies if your whole philosophy is based on an untruth, you have to keep going deeper. And so you start with this stupid little lie, a man can become a woman and you wind up with children being raped. It's an amazing path into darkness. This little bit of intellectual corruption will take you right down the road to hell and it is I've seen this again and again because you have no way of turning back. You have no way of saying, you know what? I'll take the shame and God will take that shame off me. You have no way of saying it. You just stuck with the shame. And people will do anything to avoid shame. I'm on the issue. The reason some people have said, we need shame. Shame needs to come back. Shane served a purpose, but on this issue forgiveness, the whole essence of what culture is the denial of forgiveness. You tweeted something age 16. That's it. You're done your toast. You may be 35 years old. But your career is over. But it has to be that way because if you're building something on lies, the minute somebody says the emperor isn't wearing any clothes that lies. The whole cathedral forces. We don't have that problem. We do not have that problem. There's nothing that anybody is going to say that's going to take away the truth of Christ. So here's the tough question. We've discussed this. I've been on your show numerous times to talk about the maga movement, my old boss president Trump. He's going to run he'll win if we can have a clean election. But everything we've discussed can not be resolved politically. That's right. I had Oscar the studio. Maybe two years ago. An amazing, amazing way. And during the interview, he said something stunning, he said, if president Trump wins a second term, this is during the first administration. He said he needs to preside over a spiritual rededication of this nation. The things that have to be fixed have to be fixed in this spiritual domain, do they not? Yeah. This is the argument that I have with some of the Catholic integral is to want the Pope to come back and rule. And I say, no, cultural wars have to be one on the cultural front. And yeah, laws can help, and there are certain laws that I think can be put in place, but you can't force people to be free. That's the whole point of freedom. That's the catch. That's capital. The whole point is genesis. Right. That's right. It's exactly right. You know, you can not. The relationship God's relationship with the creation have to be one based upon are free choice to have a relationship with them. And it's a painful conflict. And it's the reason why all the founders, John Adams said it best, he said, this is a constitution for a moral and religious people. It won't serve any other. But all of them said the same thing. That's inner sense of where you go has to be an inner sense. And if you don't have that, you really are lost, no politician can bring it back to another thing that Reagan had that was really good. Was he sounded immoral note? And that, by the way, is another thing the right has been incredibly guilty of. This absolute capitalism that was not Reagan's philosophy that came out of the Reagan. It wasn't Adam Smith. It wasn't the founding of anything, you know? A capitalism is the best economic system. It's the worst economic system except for every other one. I mean, that's basically right. But if you start to say that we put our acquisitiveness off one another, and that makes everybody rise. Therefore, acquisitiveness greed is a good thing. You've made a mistake. That's a moral error, right? And so the idea that we've sold this kind of Ayn Rand money is everything that only the creator matters only the big businessman matters and the working man doesn't matter. We've sold this to people and they look at us and they think, that's no good. The left has put even their immorality in moral terms. They have said, you know, well, you're hateful. They don't say they don't say you're wrong, a man can't become a woman. Nobody says that. They say you're hateful for saying, that's a moral issue. And you have to be able to say, no, it's love to tell the truth. It is loving to tell the truth. I'm not hurting anybody. I'm not trying to tell people how to live their lives, but there's this love to live in truth. And we don't do it. We do not do it. We do not take a moral course. For the greatest author on this, we lost in far too early. If you're interested in really powerful arguments on why there has to be a moral compass to capitalism, you've got to read Michael Novak in any of the spirit of the free market. Any of his works on this really give you the ammunition to make this argument..

"Back to the Dan Craft Show. We are joined now by Michael Warren Davis, who is the editor in chief of Crisis magazine, Michael, thanks for being on the program. My pleasure. Thanks, President. Michael. Why don't we start by talking a little bit about Crisis magazine? Tell us about about crisis. What kind of kind of publication is a Yeah, sure. Well, it's AH Catholic Journal of current events, analysis and commentary is founded in 1984 by two great Catholic intellectuals Michael Novak and Ralph McInerney. On it. Z been published almost continuously, since then, on day are Pearl Why we feel a fairly unique nation. The market, which is not many Catholic publications actually do focus on the intersection of politics and culture as well as religion. From it exclusively Orthodox conservative Catholic angle, So that is our mission. So I want to ask you about a piece that you've got in your magazine crisis. It's called Donald Trump and the politics of Charity. Maybe start Michael by. Just tell us. What do you mean by the politics of charity? Well, that's a very good question, because I didn't actually find it very well in the peace and I've been looking for an opportunity to follow up. So we as Catholics and Christians, you know we have the Christ gave us the two Greatest commandments. Um you know, love the Lord. Your god with all your heart, all your soul, all your strength above all other things, and the second is like unto it Love your neighbor as yourself And this is what human beings are made for were made to love. You know, this is the sarcastic question that cane ask God when God says, Where is your brother Abel And Cain says, Well, what am I? My brother's keeper? The answer is yes. Came the bad guy. You know, the answer is yes, I am my brother's keeper. Right? I'm supposed to love my brother. My fellow man, my neighbor I'm supposed to. I'm supposed to feel accountable to him. I'm supposed to feel like I have a vested interest in his well being. And that's not really what we do in America. For the most part on duh, you know the left talks about love the talks about, you know, wanting to take care of people. On, that's all well and good, but what they mean by that usually is, you know, raising taxes and giving handouts. They don't mean you know, taking care of, you know, they do it. The old, you know, teach a man to fish and Hill Hill. You know those seals eat for the rest of his life. That's what that's what our goal should be. Uh And so the alternatives the two alternatives we seem to have in American politics for a very long time where the laws a fair free market Republicans who said like cane, You Know one of mine, My brother's keeper. I'm not. You know, I don't have to. I don't have any responsibility to anyone except for myself. We could call that rational self interest on been. On the other hand, you have the Democrats, the liberals, progressives and Socialists, who are welfare's. They believe that the solution to poverty Is to just put people on the door. And, of course, from a Christian perspective on particularly Catholic. Respective. Neither of those are terrible. And so Donald Trump comes along, and he has this idea that's not quite novel. Pat Buchanan pitched something very similar in 1992. But that hasn't been heard in the United States for a very long time, which is we're not going to put people in a position of dependence. We're not going tol. We're not going to infantilized people by making them dependent on the nanny state, but we're not going to abandon them either. We're not going to turn a blind eye to the You know, the poor black folk and in Detroit, the poor white folk in West Virginia. We're not going. We are responsible for them. Those are our brothers and where their keeper, So what we're going to do is we're going to reverse all the disastrous economic decisions that have been made. Over the last decades that have resulted in jobs being sent over to the Asia and South America, particularly China that have caused massive economic devastation. In major cities and in the end in the country, you know the rule in rural America. We're going to bring those jobs back. We're going to bring that good, decent, well paying jobs, So men and women have the opportunity to earn an honest living for themselves. They're not going to starve and they're not going to be dependent on the government. They're going to have Decent human dignity of being able to do hard day's work and receive a fair wage for that work. And that's what I mean by the politics of charity. Is that this? And if you read the what we called Catholic social teaching, being the letters that Popes and saints have written about how we ought to govern a nation. This is exactly what they were talking about the right of the human right to a fair to a safe. Job in a fair wage, And that is what Donald Trump Donald Trump has brought us measurably closer to that vision. And it turns out that what you've described as the politics of charity we're very popular with with non white voters where Trump did better than any Republican presidential nominee has done in a long time. We're going to go to a break now, Michael and we're gonna come back and talk about that. After these messages were talking with Michael Warren Davis, editor in chief. Crisis magazine..

"Cheap station at the moment Monzo not she got TV ads and then on the international fronts revenue and twenty six or already lots of countries Mondays recently launched in the USA in in those cases you might have audibly less developed markets so don't need to be relying on big advertising campaigns to try and get across the whole country but they come with differing bring regulatory burdens and costs which just highlights what Tommy saying that is one thing to get the numbers and they can try doing that but if costs so much money to do so don't make anything out of it and it's necessarily the best things I think for. No I suppose the bottom line days. What is the point. If you're just burning through money would think that those who are putting money into to these private nearly all private companies that we're talking about here do have some end in sight in terms of the point at which they will turn profitable. How far off is that do think for most of the mainstream Digital Bang Sai the ones that current accounts that of a regular retail customers dot point is still a way off they they have at least acknowledged that the challenge is that which shouldn't be taken for granted compared to some technology companies that you might be familiar with but they all Jimmy no longer taking that kind of textile a project oh well. We're not worried about profits so we'll just chase them will work out a business model down the line. That said they haven't exactly said when the profits will come but they all trying line. Monzo has been really pushing recently to encourage customers to make it a main bank account lift up as average balances which makes it much easier to make money. I know also on the other side of the body shape moving to offer more profitable products like personal loans on over Jackson. Really pushed up a lot more people reveille coming up with new products like stock trading which helps to generate fees also really pushing this subscription models as well to try and increase revenues but so none of them have actually said when this will start to really path will when you find one is making money to come back and tell us thanks very much for that Nick. Let's move on to our third and final topic of the day and a look at J.P. Morgan which the last week hit a record share price. It seems shareholders can't get enough of J. P. Stock but slightly embarrassingly three of the banks traders have have been charged with mock manipulation in the precious metals market here to explain what's going on is Henry. Sanderson are commodities correspondent John Henry. Thanks for being with us. Tell us exactly what's happened here Monday. The United States Department of Justice unveiled charges against three three J. P. Morgan metals traitors for what they call it a multiyear market manipulation and racketeering conspiracy and what's interesting about this is one of the people charged was Michael Novak and he is head of the Bank's global precious metals death so he's really very high up and the precious metals business at the bank. It's embarrassing the very least what's the penalty. We don't know yet but the penalty because at this stage these are just charges says clear clear just to point out the Mike Nowak lawyer has said he's done nothing wrong and they look forward to representing him at trial and expect him to be fully exonerated so at this moment. I'm an allergist charges against these three and the other two gentlemen haven't responded to the other two. Gentlemen Sipho haven't made any statements but we've seen with previous spanking scandals such as liable in the FX that you know that can be quite stiff penalties and what was interesting was on Monday. The Department of Justice said the investigations ongoing and they're going to look wherever the facts lead whether that's across other desks J. P. Morgan or critically higher up the chain J. P. Morgan and I guess intentionally across other banks because of course when you mentioned the liable interest rate manipulation scandal affects the foreign exchange manipulation scandal these brought in multiple banks with traders colluding across the market and not just within institutions high broad could go do you think is there the scope for this to just be the very tip of the iceberg will already it seems quite widespread and interestingly one of the three Christopher Jordan he actually left. He is head of Jason Wilkins. Precious metals tests and J. P. Morgan along with HSBC is one of the really big banks so in London those two banks account for the majority of the gold traded in the city as well as other precious metals and this is physical gold stored in volts traded needed around the world and Mr Noack also sits on the board of the London Bullion Market Association which is supposed to regulate London's Gold Marcus. This is hugely embarrassing. Virus Sing for the industry at a time when it's trying to prove greater transparency to regulators and trying to prove that precious metals such as gold or liquid assets asset so this is hugely embarrassing yet. "Welcome back to coast to coast. Dr Michael sallow with us, Michael we're talking about the document from one thousand nine hundred eighty nine which doctor would look at in said, it's the real deal. Didn't he? Well, that's right. And then he found some important information about who actually was the person that was receiving that that briefing document, and he looked at one of these signatures on defied it as belonging to Philip Maher. Dr Philip Morrison who was a famous astronomer, and what was interesting about him was that he was a close associate of the cows Sagan who many people believe and among them. Was actually part of the majestic twelve group that the doctor Sagen actually was the replacement for Dr Robert Menzel who was was one of the founding members of the twelve group. And and so, you know, there's there's a backstory to that. But essentially, I think what the briefing document was doing was that it was intended on on briefing, Dr Morrison on what exactly is happening when it comes to extraterrestrial life and the technologies that have been secretly developed and because they wanted him to be the replacement for Dr Carl Sagan on the majestic twelve committee. And so, you know, this this is important because it gives us an idea of how the majestic twelve committee or whatever name it those by today, a rotates members. And I I think that members are replaced by having it replacements. Who I recommended and have particular expertise in an area that majestic twelve requires for the committee deliberations? And so one of those would obviously be astronomy. And when you look at Menzel and Sagan and Davidson now what they had in common was that the little astronomers, and I think this is one of the positions that that he's on the majestic told committee that has to be regularly renewed with a replacement and majestic tall document. That would. Authenticated actually really shows. Hell the process looked and why Davidson was chosen to be the replacement for the sake. And what did you hear about a recruitment program from ours? Well, that's something that I've been fascinating for a long time. When Laura Eisenhower I came out around two thousand six two thousand seven I remember having a conversation with Laura Beckley. And she's a great granddaughter. And she said that basically she was really pressured by a group to become part of this MAs culinary that was being planned. And she said that they really try very hard to recruit her and a friend key Leah, and and both of them in both of them actually released reports about the efforts that were made to recruit them, and what happened was that Laura identified that the key individual behind it running. Mazda. Equipment program was Dr help poodles and he's sticking to national which is based in Austin, Texas that they were involved in this effort because they pioneers in studying exotic technologies, so when you say what side you see how they really doing buddies in a lotta these really exotic propulsion systems like wormholes, and and what drives so the leaders in out of the box speaking. So you know, what loara Eisenhower was saying? I it's not it's not too far Fitch in terms of you know. International and put off being involved in this kind of MAs recruitment process to get people volunteering to be part of the future colony to escape catastrophic events that they believe coming in the us ahead. So she talked about that. And and it's a very interesting connection between what Laura said that she saw and and her friend Achilleas saw in terms of many documents, dealing with traversable whim house, warp drives and teleportation will these really kind of advanced technologies that put off and and we're working on that. There was a there was a interesting synchronicity with these recently. Leaked. Defense Intelligence Agency reference documents. There was a list of thirty eight of these reference documents that was just concerned just last month or very recently a concerned by the federation of American scientists received a response from the Defense Intelligence Agency confirming that this list of thirty eight. Defense Intelligence Agency documents dealing with these kinds of futuristic Tokyo concept was genuine and so far. Three of the papers. Three of these reference documents have been leaked to the public and up all three have scientists from Listrik that's run by actually being either the lead or thought with the second also on those documents. So this is a concrete evidence that with thick wasn't involved with these kinds of concepts. And Laura is in house says that back in two thousand seven two thousand six and seven that she saw a lot of these documents that that had been developing for this colony. That's tremendous work. It really is. Now, you've also been looking at solar micro novas. Those are pretty dangerous, aren't they? Oh, wow. I really important thing to start looking at. I was I was really intrigued by this series that been Davidson from space with a news. Up started to put out he calls it the earth catastrophe series. And as I looked at the documentation, I realized that, you know, there is really a lot of scientific data out there on these micro know about that this is a cyclic event that has happened repeatedly history. We've got you know, going back leaving millions of us that the icicle samples that different. Scientists have examined being able to identify the effects of these micro Nova, which is kinda like solar flash. We're talking about something that's much bigger than you'll kind of the solar flares that most people are familiar with that, you know, for for example, I think a few years ago, there was a kind of ex- ex- class six of solar flare lucked out there. Yeah. That that hit the earth and had had an effect in Quebec was the. Quebec Telesystem was affected but with a Sola flesh or mock Granado, we're talking about an x one hundred hitting the us. And and this is something that is really important for people. Stop to stop thinking about. I know you've you've done a lot of work on this the vulnerability of the grid. Yes. That's that's something. That's that's very real. And there's a lot of studies supporting that, but as far as micro number concerned, people are kind of familiar with the Carrington effect of the Carrington event from I think it was aiding fifty nine that wiped out the Billy electronics of the planet at that time. And that there was an event actually just recently. A paper has come out studying an event that they expect to around seven fifty a d which is called the Charlemagne event. And that was a really. Something very similar to this kind of micro no phenomenon and it was a ten times bigger than the Carrington effect. That would have happened now. And this is what the studies showing that this kind of mock Renault about can happen now that yeah. Completely obliterate the the cold grits. The whole thing goes down, doesn't it? Exactly. And and and a lot of other things can stop to happen. In terms of like the ozone layer being depleted by by the cosmic rays that would be associated with this kind of Michael Novak event. So that could have a devastating effect on on life on the planet because of this lead the ozone layer protects us from a lot of radiation harmful radiation. Michael, you you continue to do a lot of work about the Antar Tikka. What's going on down there? Well, and Antarctica is is just a fascinating place. It it is a continent. That's one one point six times the size of the entire United States including Canada. And there's a lot of things bait under the eyes. And and people have been coming forward for years talking about what's down there. And I I bring sample have. I have a book that's out there and Todd 'cause mystery that that looks at some of this information in particular, a lotta people nation about the Germans having Hollandi under the ice, which you know, usually got people would have locked that. That said, well, how could that possibly be you'd freeze under the Antarctic ice? But but that's not correct because only in twenty seventeen scientific studies began to be released showing these huge Kevin systems, which family heated that under the ice sheets on the two miles of ice that they were saying that you you could have like a balmy seventy two degree Kevin that is used and that actually it could sustain lock down there. So this is something that really supports a lot of these insiders that over have said that the Germans have developed paces down there. And and very recently there've been a few things down there if you anomalies addenda fide Courtney. Coming out of Antarctica. And that's that's phenomenal. Because no one no one expected that cosmic rays would becoming advantange. There's a. A device down there in Antarctica, cold Anita, which is designed to detect cosmic rays that are coming into the and in particular those coming through Antarctica because of the earth's magnetosphere Cosby grace into predominantly in the polar regions because that's the way the magnitude Rix these kinds of VAT charged particles. And so this device is was measuring these cosmic rays coming from out of space. But then it started to pick up cosmic rice coming out of the us. And that's that's a really important sign, very important development. Because to my mind what that's signifying is that inside of the earth. We have something very similar to what's happening on the sun that, you know, people are aware of the sun emitting solar flares, you know, these huge coronal message actions where you have these out coming out and thickening Solis. Systems earth. But in the interior of the core, the especially the the molten out of call that you can actually have something very similar happening that they can be something analogous to a Colorado message action happening inside of the earth. And that is what's causing the cosmic rice come out of the earth. And I think this is this. I think it's still something that the scientific community you're gonna take some time to get around. Because at the moment, they're saying that well the cosmic rays that'd be detected. By the Anita device down in Antarctica. That was just detecting some kind of nonstandard physics model some nonstandard physics particle. But I think really what's happening is that the Julia is generating close me raise that are that are coming out. And that this is what is being picked up by Nita. So and and that kind of raises a whole lot of questions about. Hell cosmic rays are related to polls shifts, and whether or not we are experiencing not only magnetic pulse shift, but also going to witness a geophysical pole shift, which you know, people have been talking about the deck is, but I think as we look at the at the data and some classified or declassified documents that have just recently come out, then we have to look at the possibility that we could very soon experience, not just but also geophysical pulse. Shift Michael is the planet ever endanger of blowing up. Well, that's an interesting question. I don't think it's dangerous blowing up. I think really what we're going to be seeing is the expanding that the earth is because it is London. Some in the interior the earth that there is some kind of mechanism inside of the earth, which is generating energy some kind of very large zero point energy generator down there in the earth. And that this is what's leading to the expansion. This is a very controversial thesis, the expansion hypothesis, but there has been a lot of research on on this by some ustralian, scientists in in particular, there's one by the name of Dr James max love who has done a lot of work on the earth expansion hypothesis and has put out. A lot of scientific typers referencing other pioneers in this research, and basically they signed that is expanding when you look, for example, at the age of the earth's crust compared to the age of the of the of the ocean floor the ocean floor is much much younger. So weirding this strange though, isn't it? It is strange. It is so, but this is this is again because because so much science has been kind of like occulted using Jim Mathis, Tim analogy, that's so much. Scientific theory has been kind of like shape filtered to exclude these kinds of more innovative explanations for the behavior of the earth. So that, you know, things like the earth expansion hypothesis is really killed in fact, when you look at all of the data, and the the very legitimate scientific protocols that have been used by different researchers such as James mex- love the conclusion is that this is very real. And it's been covered up. Let's come back in a moment. Michael and take some phone calls with you, Dr Michael Sala with us. You heard what we've been talking about? So you make the call when we come back on coast to coast. Stay. Don't forget to watch our TV show beyond belief with George Noory, simply go to beyond belief dot com..

"Now, the second by him of high ex law legislation and liberty is called the Mirage of social Justice in it. He said it's social Justice, quote does not belong to the category of air, but to that of nonsense like the term a moral stand. The summarize high accents the proponents of social Justice articulate, no rules of just conduct that would lead to social Justice or stated differently social Justice rests on the idea that every single individual can behave in just were moral manner. We can and probably will have social injustice. This is paradoxical if not incoherent result. Let me give you sort of an example, imagine that you have a musician whose highly popular, and he sells his CDs for twenty dollars a pop, and he sells millions of CD. So he's going to become very wealthy by selling his CDs. Is it unethical that he sold his CDs? Now is it unethical? So we bought his CD. No. But it results the inequality in necessarily will. Stole that from Robert nosy Wilt Chamberlain. He's able but nobody knows who Wilt Chamberlain is anymore. You have similar examples were society people earned income by offering goods people want to buy obviously, professional athletes, but also people that sell other goods, whether it's software or anything, you can imagine. So social Justice wrestling a proposition that people can universally behave ethically. But somehow it leads to injustice, Michael Novak who is a Catholic philosopher. Once put it very well when he said, quote, Hoboken, intrigued and treatises have been written about social Justice without ever offering a definition. It is allowed to float near has. If everyone will recognize an instance when it appears the vagueness seems indispensable the men it begins one begins to define social doses. One runs into embarrassing intellectual difficulties. It becomes most often a term of art whose operational. Meaning is we need a log that. In other words, it becomes an instrument of ideological intimidation for the purpose of gaining the power of legal coercion. Now at least one of the speakers in our series disagreed. John mossy other free market fairness. Largely except Rosie and ideas about Justice, but he argued the free market best achieve that. Just. Conservatives classical liberals and libertarians holding an unplanned distribution is just if the distribution is the result of individuals acting freely in accordance with just rules. The core of their understanding of what constitutes dress rules respect for voluntary exchange and private property. Individuals may and should act on their conception of merit or Justice. The government should not enforce a predetermined distribution of income or wealth, individual effort merit preferences. Character values and freedom matter morally. Conservatives classical liberals and libertarians celebrate the fact that people have unequal. We're diverse talents. Preferences risk-averse attachments in cultures because these are these are central to the rich tapestry of an enlightened humane and prosperous society. These differences inevitably will lead to economic differences, and those differences are not objectionable. Let me take just a minute to define my terms conservative. I mean, a philosophy that values and ordered liberty and traditional that Britain. This would mean writers like Edmund Burke, Michael O shot, and Roger scrutiny who was also a guest in this series. The United States has been authors. Like Russell Kirk Richard river, Robert Nisbet in terms of the founders, it would mean federalists like John Adams and Alexander Hamilton, for example, like classical liberal. I mean a philosophy rooted in the lock you into tradition. Informed by Adam Smith. Prominent twentieth century proponents of classical liberalism would include Milton Friedman and Friedrich Hayek in terms of the founding generation that would mean democratic Republicans like Thomas, Jefferson, James, Madison, George Mason. The conservative movement. Today encompasses both traditional conservatives and classic liberals by libertarian. I mean, a philosophy of us government cellphone center, nearly so as protecting the life liberty and property of its citizens and a commitment to the libertarian nonaggression principle leading proponents of this view would include Robert noticing an rand and Mary wrath board. Now, it's become clear to me over the years. These views form a continuum each represents a constellation of principles and commitments that's recognizable. But there's no single bright line tests definitively demarcates a conservative from a classical liberal from a libertarian. In fact, there are many varieties of each philosophy. But any conservative classical liberal or libertarian is much more committed to liberal progressive or socialist. Now, most conservatives classical liberals libertarians don't find it to be a particular moral concern, the a middle income person has a lower income and less wealth and affluent professional within a millionaire has a lower income and less wealth than a billionaire, relative wealth or income ratios don't cause them anxiety. They're not etiological committed some predetermined government enforced distributional outcome. The bar libertarian, Robert nosy, memorable descriptions, they reject the view that wealth. Ring come is like manna from heaven to be distributed by the state, and they and they generally you're okay with capitalist acts among consenting adults. David Burton with the Heritage Foundation today at heritage. They prefer unable prosperity to equal stagnation and poverty. They support fairness not equality of outcomes. And don't regard inequality of outcome as fair we're just instead this e equal protection of the law. Equal Justice under the law. What conservatives classical liberals in some libertarians? Find to be of moral concern is not income Orwell's inequality per se would poverty because poverty hinders. The ability of the port flourish to lead of filling wife public policies private-charity, education and other initiatives to poverty and create opportunity or warranted. But the pursuit of economic equality is not the objective of these efforts should be to alleviate, poverty and create self sufficiency rather than dependence. So the people may thrive an existing government programs to meet those objectives. After millennia where most people lived in grinding curry and even the affluent lives lives that would be considered hard today. Free enterprise. Led to the great enrichment, a thirty fold improvement and the material well-being of humanity is lifted many billions of people out of poverty and allowed for longer. More fulfilling lives in contrast. There's no more reliable means of driving a large proportion of a country's population into poverty and to seriously pursue implementation of a socialist agenda and economic equality. Poverty is not a function of economic cloudy, economic policy narrowly construed can have a substantial impact on opportunity and the incomes of the broader public. But typically is not the cause of long-term hiring. Sometimes people are poor because of chronic mental or physical conditions. Our infirmities, they make work difficult or impossible. Other poverty is driven by counterproductive behavior. It causes people not to thrive including substance abuse, failing to graduate from high school having children before marriage or failure to seek work. Furthermore, existing government policies are ineffective were calls rather than alleviate poverty government policies that caused poverty include creating poverty track. Traffic's use me. So that working makes little or no economic sense for low income persons making it illegal for less skilled workers to work creating barriers to employment raising costs prices slowing economic growth and impeding opportunity in generally. Other work is both economically, socially and psychologically uplifting. Government policy. Systematically, discouraged work. Labor force participation rates. Particularly for men have dropped precipitously. The necessary price of pursuing the Galateri.
