He says, 5 balloons have great capability to gather and collect intelligence. I would argue more so than even satellites in the sense that they're flying it say 40 to 60,000 feet above the earth, the imagery that they can capture and other intelligence data that I can't be specific about can be captured and then transmitted back to the mothership in Beijing. They have control over these balloons. This was an act of espionage and plain sight plain view of the American people. I know there have been reports of prior ones, but none quite like this. Also faces charges for separate federal hate crimes. Ukraine is suffering a power crisis after Russian strikes on its power grid. The capital key is covered in snow as temperatures fall below freezing across the country. Electricity has been restored to most areas in at least a limited capacity for just hours in the day. Meanwhile, the congressman who would chair the House intelligence committee when the GOP assumes majority in January, says rumors that Republicans will pull back congressional support of Ukraine are not true. Mike Turner of Ohio says, though, the GOP led house will pass aid to Ukraine as stand-alone measures. We don't need to pass $40 billion large Democrat bills that have been being passed to send $8 billion to Ukraine. "The Justice Department is pushing back on an effort to release details of the affidavit, use the justify the FBI search former president Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate several news agencies have asked a judge to unseal all documents related to the search, but CNN is reporting tonight DoJ is arguing for some continued secrecy and a new court filing justice notes the investigation in its words implicates highly classified materials and that disclosure of the affidavit would now cause significant and irreparable damage to the criminal investigation. In their request to unseal the documents, the news outlets say that they're trying to shed light on the federal government's unprecedented actions and motivations. Meantime, Virginia senator Mark Warner is joining efforts to get more information about the FBI search at Mar-a-Lago. More on that now from WTO piece Capitol Hill correspondent Mitchell Miller. The democratic lawmaker who chairs the Senate intelligence committee wants the Justice Department to provide information on the specific intelligence documents taken from Mar-a-Lago. The committee's ranking Republican Marco Rubio has joined in the request. Members of both parties of the House intelligence committee are also requesting more information. During that conversation, the ex-president suggested raffensperger could find the votes needed to overturn his narrow loss in the state, the Fulton county district attorney is also interested in Georgia legislative committee hearings back in December of 2020, where Giuliani spread false claims of election fraud in Fulton county. Also today, South Carolina Republican senator Lindsey Graham said he plans to appeal a ruling requiring him to testify before the special grand jury. He did for that Georgia election investigation. Graham's attorneys argue he was immune from having to appear because he's a U.S. senator. Federal judge in Atlanta disagreed. Prosecutors have indicated they want to ask senator Graham about phone calls made to Georgia's Secretary of State and his staff in the weeks after the 2020 election

That's the question that I have, as well as many of my colleagues who is in charge is pulling the strings because all people want to know is for someone to be accountable, and we would need to be reassured.
