"Hey everyone. This is Leon Nathan from fiasco and slow-burn. On today's episode of five four, Peter Reunion and Michael are taking a break from history. Instead they're talking about the present. It was the first abortion case sided with president. Trump appointees on the court a decision coming in on Daca Roger Trait the opinion, and it was John Roberts and the four liberals, and the opinion is it's a joke what happened during Supreme Court session that just wrapped up. How differs from what a Lotta people think so we have another decision from a conservative Supreme Court with an outcome that would please the Democrats and the Liberals. This is five to four a podcast about how much the supreme. Court. Sucks. Welcome to five to four where we dissect and analyze the supreme court cases that have burned through American life like hot lava through the streets of. It Peter Twitter's the law boy I'm here with Rian Hey. Hi Everybody and Michael Hello and today we wanted to take a step back and reflect on Supreme Court term that ended a few weeks ago. We took a week off last week to give thanks for the term that was and also because I was moving now they're in a new closet surrounded by pillows and blankets, and all the things that my producer. Makes me put inside my closets Mo Money Mo problems that's right. The incredible wealth that we've derived from no cast is not without sacrifice. Guys, can you imagine doing this podcast and it being like economically worth it I. Wouldn't that be so fucking cooled Before we talk about what happened this term we should talk about what people seem to think happened this term and what people seem to think happened is that Chief Justice John Roberts established himself as a moderate voice on the Supreme Court. He joined the Liberals in a handful of close cases especially towards the end of the term, and that gave a lot of observers the impression that he's gravitating left but any close analysis of those cases shows that his opinions are intentionally cagey and designed to give liberals a short term win while paving the way for conservative victories down the road. So. Roberts has changed his voting strategy, but he remains deeply committed to the conservative political project and you really couldn't tell that if you were just reading the legal journalistic media right I mean. been receiving heaps of praise from moderate and liberal journalists pundits, and I think we should talk about some of that media coverage in Rianne you you read through some of it. A unfortunately did and I'm here to report that it is a pile of smelly garbage. Like do legal analysts have some sort of duty to like. Say like got hand it to the chief justice just like every fucking term like can they just save for once that? Shit. fucking sucks..

"Shouldn't have anti white racism making people because of racism. We should be proud of our history colleagues before we continue with the speakers list I need to make an announcement, which is to open the first broken session. We will vote on the files, as indicated on the agenda adopted today at the opening the voting session will open from now it's 16 30 until 17 45. The same voting method will be used as during the May 1st part session for the two immunity reports. Voting will be by secret ballot members will be able to cast a vote in the usual way. But the ballot paper that they received for signature will not display the way they voted only the fact that they have voted The votes will be held by Roll call. Explanations of vote may be submitted in writing Exceptionally only explanations of oat containing a maximum of 400 words will be accepted now declare the first voting session open with drugs on 10 17 45 and the results will be announced at 2015. I do apologize for that brief interruption to this importance to base. And I now give the floor for one minute to Mr Paris. Thank you. The images of the racist death perpetrated against her. George Floyd were dreadfully can't leave you indifferent, But this is something that ever present on DH is happening everywhere. We know that this racism, poverty discrimination, social inequality, violence, this discrimination. Turn on the housing market education systems that labor market runs against minorities that immigrants we have a lot to do, especially if we want to take our charge of fundamental rights that seriously. And if we see this invitation to actually act, we want people to be respected A ban on discrimination. We want liberal democracy We want Rule of law and protection for minorities. We have seen that covert 19 is exacerbating social inequality in the long term. This is why we do need the recovery plan. It has to be used to tackle social inequality in Europe and put an end to it because only in that way can we strengthen our democracy is on DH. Bring an end to racism and social urgency, Thankyou for European lawmakers delivering statements in parliament over the death of a George Floyd from Brussels on June 17th. Thank you, Madam president. I would agree with what many Alias because of said the disgust of racism and discrimination, which has been going on for too many years. With indicators, which is still worrying, such as thie increase in the number of deaths with police mistreatment. I would like to concentrate on the directive that we have the anti discrimination of directive. It's a comedy that for 11 years, Thie council hasn't it would seem wanted to fight against all discrimination because it's too expensive. We need better measurements of what's at stake from member states or new military legislative proposal. Then the text of our resolution, I think has no reference to the indispensable stakeholders that our NGO's when it comes to fighting racism and discrimination, and I think that if we better supported them, we could avoid certain Problems. Thirdly, the question assed next statistics. I think we need to be very prudent here. First of all for a constitutional concern with some member states and also because thie statistics Just photos at one point in time on cannot substitute genuine social and economic policies to reduce inequality. Thank you. Thank you for one minute, madam. Tolerate Leg colleagues very happy. We have a list debate to pay in this parliament too often near fascist or new Nazi party's, even though they're in incredible minority take the opportunity of illegal debate to vent their hate speech. Today's debate, therefore, is very important for reminding our fellow citizens who are victims of racism in Europe of a key fact, Naomi that we MPs are here for them. We're here to counter this divisive speech to speak more loudly than the many trumps and half baked also narrows or the ventriloquist of Le Pen and suddenly debate after debate vote after vote. We never concede a comma, a word to racist and xenophobic ideologies. Let's not forget the European project. Fight against racism on well hand It's the best shield against the far right. And on the other hand, it places pride at our diversity in the strength of our diversity, Notre racism, you know T t at the heart of its identity. Thank, you know, give the floor to the commission to respond, Madam, you're over. You have to for thank you. Thank you very much. Madam president, honorable members. Thank you very much for this very important debate. I think it was very obvious from what the president of the commission was left on their lion said in her opening speech. No place for racism in union, the commission, condoms all instances off racist hatred and violence. Let me also be clear that we condemn violence in general, wherever it comes from, and that the police needs to do its demanding job. Always raising clear limits off doll all racial or ethnic profiling and selective approach should not be tolerated on by the way our fundamental rights agency already published. I think two years ago that he used for guidelines which would serve as a training for for for the police, and for for the armed forces. Avoid this kind of treatment. Yes, black lives matter because all lives matter, Everyone black, right or any other is our nationality deserves the same chance to be able to participate and pursue happiness in our social environments. We all should be able to say to our Children and grand grand Children do not vary. Nobody will kill you because of the color of your skin. But this debate is also about where we are in Europe was in Europe with racism and phobia. And we have a lot of data, for instance, from already mentioned fundamental rights agency and his latest reports, which brings a clear evidence that people with minority backgrounds continue to experience her vestment violence and ethnic and racial discrimination in different areas off life in the U. And indeed you sets about terms here. We have strong legislation, but the legislation cannot do the whole job. We have the legislation on the highest possible level that the president from their lion mentioned the charter off fundamental rights. We have 20 years since the adoption of the racial Equality directive over 10 years after the adoption off the frame back decision on racism and xenophobia, So we have strong legislation and The situation is still very remains wearing indeed need to promote and to get adopted the treatment directive, which was mentioned here that many times it's a shame I would say that this directive waits 12 years for adoption, and I fully rely on Michael Hello, Dolly was here still a while ago that she will be very determined to convince the member states to take unanimous decision because This. This directive requires unanimity. The legislation itself is so important. It's implementation and proper enforcement. But we meet much more because that's our problem. It's deeply rooted pre Judas and instead of type thinking, so we image a bonus raising. We need education. We need culture and we need equality Bodies, which are strengthened by our legislation in the last Monday. And wait you to do the job. We need dust from the people belonging to minorities to report on the cases of harassment and violence against them. They do not trust do not report and now I think next week we will also update our strategy on implementation of the victim's rights directive to encourage the victims to report. But we should do much more not to have detectives. It's late to respond. Only criminal Criminal Justice Way have problems in all the member states. I would say this is funny European problem but country specific symptoms. And we only have 15 member states of this moment, which have strategy against racism..

"Well it's Michael hello okay in for Joe bag sitting in for my buddy tags on the bags zero I'll be here for a couple of days thanks again so much needed R. and R. and if you feel like you're missing eggs you can pop in the Joe pags dot com any time day or night they get a little extra dose of pags but I'll be here trying to hold down the fort and hold up the high standards of the Joe pags show and you can join me triple eight nine four one tags eight eight eight nine four one seven two four seven before we went away for the news break al from Minnesota called in al said he's been he's been inundated with information from his daughter asking questions did this happen did this happen did this happen and the the issue that he brought up one that his daughter showed him was a story about the destruction of a medical station at a protest and the this story as it L. described it he said some of the guys who took apart the medical station look like they were the storm troopers from Star Wars interesting use of the terminology and if you see the story you you always have to trust but verify that's one of the things that Ronald Reagan gave us that we have to constantly make sure we are doing when you see something on social media don't just instantly clicked on it and forward it and put it back out there take a few minutes to verify it and in the case of this story when you first see it's coming from something called the citizen times now if I see citizen times I might say hold on a second who is the citizen times well they're tied to USA today so it's not like they are a a shady news organization but it is the Asheville citizen times is the paper digital paper in this case and the headline from a few days ago but five days ago read some Asheville protests mayor Mannheimer wants explanation of police destruction of medical station and the medical station that was destroyed looks like one of the booths that you would see at a street fair you know it's like a tent if you will a ten by ten pop up tent we have a table and some some stuff out there and and this was apparently a a medical tent and there are pictures that say that the police we're stabbing water bottles with knives and tipped over the tables of medical supplies in the mayor's asking for questions about this the station set up by protesters this happened again June second which was the third day of demonstrations in Nashville that were on the verge of both demonstrations protests and rioting then the police formed a protective circle according to the citizen times around the other officers who were destroying the the stuff now I will tell you this it's not a good look because if if you have set up a medical tent you might need the medical tent so guys what are you doing the the reporting says the police showed up and said where the astral the policeman the police department and you guys need to leave and they call the incident very jarring and shocking this is a bad look but I don't think it's the order of the day again this is the except exception not the rule and in the end what happened some water bottles got crushed some water bottles and some bandaids and some saline solution at the same time you have to wonder how many these cops have been hit by flying water bottles because yes that was a reality there were hundreds of members of law enforcement outside the White House and in other cities that were hit by frozen water bottles in the end the medics say they lost about seven hundred dollars and supplies and I'm sure they will be compensated but in the heat of battle especially in some of the city's one battles happen our cops will make an occasional mistake and this was a mistake in my opinion based on the reporting we're seeing now there may be another side of the story and I hope the the mayor gets to it and that's called fair and balanced people this is what what do you have to you have to do we have to be honest when we make a mistake again no loss of life nobody got knocked down or got plugged in this some water bottles and some bandaids cops and they even in the Daily Mail coverage which tends to go a little bit over the top the Daily Mail the British paper they put destroy in quotes because it's not like they destroy it they turned over table and and got rid of some bandaids and some water bottles nothing like what was done to the property in many of the cities around the country nothing like was done to Fifth Avenue and the shops in Greenwich Village in in lower Manhattan the Gucci store this sneaker stores in Philadelphia the apple store all the stuff that was stolen we're talking about seven hundred dollars worth of bandaids and water bottles sela its considerable difference that way at one store in New York City at one Rolex store reportedly over two million dollars and watches were taken in one night New York City seven hundred dollars but you know this will get more attention than any of the other stuff the good things that the men and women of law enforcement do this will get more attention the the on fairness in reporting is what angers me more than anything a couple of other things we have to get to tonight that we have to talk about tonight Joe Biden Joe Biden the is getting some pretty interesting endorsements of late I don't know if he caught it over the weekend but Colin Powell has endorsed Joseph Robinette Biden yes retired general Colin Powell the guy who did not endorse Donald Trump in in twenty sixteen he's not going to endorse him again now there's a shock Colin Powell was on the news this weekend he he appeared and popped up on some of the Sunday talk shows and said he can't vote for Donald Trump he didn't vote for him in in nineteen ninety six and they can't vote for him now I I I heard that and I said wait Donald Trump was running in nineteen ninety six apparently if your general Colin Powell you think so I could vote for him in ninety six and I certainly cannot in any way support president trump this year anybody know about Donald Trump on the ticket nineteen ninety six did anybody catch scent I could vote for him in ninety six and I certainly cannot in any way support president trump this year maybe we need a wellness check on the general but Colin Powell has never been on Donald Trump site this is not a surprise how old came out with an endorsement for Biden what a shock that this happens the morning after Joe Biden crosses the threshold to become the official nominee of the Democratic Party he got the needed nineteen hundred ninety one delegates so now he's the official nominees so now the mainstream media begins the orchestrated March towards the election a hundred and forty eight days from Tuesday and one of the best ways they think they can do this is by trying out people with an R. after their name and say that we'll see all the Republicans that are turning against Donald Trump Colin Powell has never been for Donald Trump Colin Powell is part of the swamp Colin Powell will never be a supporter of of Donald trump's agenda he's part of the problem I'm very close to Joe Biden and a social matter and on a political matter I work with him for thirty five forty years and he is now the candidate and I will be voting for him he also went on to say he could not campaign for him because he's not a very good campaigner but there's something else buried in that statement a couple of things buried in the statement that Colin Powell made one endorsing Joe Biden that are worth hearing again and breaking down I'm very close to Joe Biden on a social matter and on a political matter now I would have asked if I am interviewing Colin Powell and he's never going to consent to an interview with me or Joe or any other conservative because we will ask him questions I'm very close to Joe Biden on the social matter what is that social matter tell us what is that social matter whoever uses the term social matter well I'm very close to my buddy Joe pags on a social matter what does that even mean you're the guy who also just said you you couldn't vote for Donald Trump in nineteen ninety six and now you're close to Joe Biden on a social matter and a political matter and then he gave me pause again with something else he said I work with him for thirty five forty years and he is now the candidate and I will be voting for him I've worked with them for thirty five or forty years general Powell is part of the swamp general Powell is part of the problem general Powell continues to be a guy who works with the insiders in Washington DC he is one of the people and one of the reasons we elected Donald Trump to get to Washington DC and drain the swamp and if we can take the piano off Donald trump's back that the Democrat's place there the minute he was elected and let him do what he he was selected to do I truly believe we will see this country a better place but these guys don't want that to happen so now they're trotting out they rhinos the people have an R. after their names who say that they could never vote for Donald Trump Romney of course made Romney's not gonna vote for trump Romney was out marching with the protesters in DC wearing a mask and saying black lives matter Mitt Romney not going to be a supporter of the president we know that already he's the only guy who put a half of voting for the impeachment and removal of president trump who is a Republican why Disney just switch parties really I know it would put the Senate at risk but Powell endorsing Biden falls into the no shock department no shock Sherlock I know that usually is something else with that sentence with Sherlock but Colin Powell not a surprise and we need to talk about Joe Biden he was in Houston today got out of the B. B. I am out of the bargain basement network and has traveled to Houston Texas he met with the Floyd family today apparently he will be attending the funeral tomorrow by the way the fourth funeral slash memorial event for George Floyd in the last five days I'm fine with that don't have a problem with it but if you're going to allow all of these thousands of people to pay tribute to George Floyd to play the political game that they're playing not social distancing some of them have masks on some of them don't if your going to allow that to happen if you're going to allow thousands of people to gather outside of the White House without social distancing throwing bottles of frozen water at the cops and and spray painting monuments if you're going to allow that to happen open the church's open the synagogues open the mosques let people worship you can have to set the rules isn't that what you're fighting about isn't that what you're telling us all of this is about there are two sets of rules for people well you're showing us.

So by the way, all cash what does that mean? Well, these guys some of these guys do sixty thousand dollars a week. And drug sale. That's a lot of cash being security is insane. If you ever had the pleasure of going to a pot dispensary in California. It's they're armed guards. There are two doors. And I mean, it is crazy time the way they do security. So with California legislators are doing is considering a plan to encourage banks to do business with marijuana companies. And now all you can do is this is not a law that controls whether or not credit cards can be used because that's all controlled by the federal banking system. But what it does do is it encourages the banks to encourage the feds to allow banking to be done within these dispensaries. And you know, what the banks are on everybody side because they don't make much money on you walking in with a fistful of of cash either. So. California is getting on board and how many states I think seven states allow recreational marijuana now and a bunch of others they allow medical marijuana. That's the way if you let me tell you people going to be smoking the magic we'd for ever they've been they've been smoking marijuana. I say grass smoking grass. I totally dates me doesn't it. Yeah. And you buy grass by the lid. Do they do that anymore? Okay. That was the bottom of a baggy and it was about two inches. And I remember ten dollars. But compared to today's marijuana today, the two inches of the bottom of baggy, plastic baggie would get half of New York stoned. I mean, it's pretty potent stuff. All right, guys. Let's go ahead and take some phone calls. Jackie. Let's start with you. Hello. Jackie. Follow that you smoke. You smoke some grass my husband inherited property with his brother fifty about thirty acres and ten years ago, the brother decides. The property taxes anymore. So of course, my husband doesn't wanna lose it up to thirty. Isn't that lovely? So what is your question? Recourses by husband has got to got to recources one sell the property fares. The sale. Okay. Or the second recourse is let your brother our let the brother or let your husband simply pay all the taxes. Now. Can you sue for half the money? Do they both own the property? Yes. Okay. Yeah. I'd sue the brother what the hell, you know. I don't know where that's going to go. But what's he gonna do say? No. And then what happens it'll be maybe a judgment against him. But yeah, I consider suing for half of the taxes paid up to this point. Definitely my husband said, he could put a lien on it. When his brother dies make his kids pay. It is that true really know doesn't work that way. Okay. All right. Nice talking to you. All right. I think that's the way it works. I'm sure I was running that one. But go figure Michael Hello. Michael. Hi, Bill missing without month and a half ago. My Brennan law died he was ninety two my sister's eight five she's had cancer three times, the all remission went to the doctor. And the doctor says he says well don't mourn about your husband because you're gonna die in two weeks. Anyway, how you're terrible shape. Yeah. And on after my heart. Doctor. I wanna go. Yes. Told them to change his sinus and should say Dr God. Yeah. Anyway. She went to. Ten spots on her lungs. She went to another. That's not cancer. The second doctor on on colleges. Those are Nukus points or whatever. And you just answered the question, I actor was not an college assed. Correct. So he did not have the expertise, and based on the fact and this gets a little bit complicated because it has to be the did in order to go after him. For emotional distress. And you're right, by the way, the cause of action action is emotional distress. That's right up on the computer. He has to practice below the standard of care for the community that he is in and not being on colleges. What a non on college issed could that a non columnist reasonably infer that she had a cancer? And would only now that to say you only got a couple of weeks live is kind of a drag. I mean, that's a doctor with a big heart, obviously. But was that malpractice was that negligent to the point where you can sue from ocean distress and had the problem where did this plate this take place? What city? This was in southern California village. So you're you're talking world class medicine. So the standard of care that as a doctor would need to me, for example, here in southern California is much higher than a practitioner, Cindy, Annapolis someplace, you know, breaking for lunch and having a squirrel sandwich. That is there a difference in expectations. And that's really what this is all about is expectation. So you know, what I would do? I mean, there is a case here assuming that the doctor does meets the standard of Carey should have known. And he shouldn't have said this or he should have said, I am not an oncologist. I can't make this terminate determination, you go to an oncologist before he says that so yeah, I would call a medical malpractice. Attorney on that one just to see if there's a case because the emotional distress part of it is pretty good to be told you have two weeks to live when everything is just fine. That's a big deal. So this is this is like a a month after her husband passed away which adds adds to the emotional distress. When when did this happen recently? I wanna say within the last month. You're fine. You'll find three weeks ago, and that's fine. Because I'll ask that question. People in saying, oh, this happened twenty six years ago. I'm glad I'm glad. Yeah. Go to the website. I go to my website handle on the line dot com. Just talked to a medical malpractice. Attorney or send an Email to all of them. And you'll see it's. Yeah. We'll see if something there. And if the doctor does.

"Hey, Dr Liederman or back. We are back and we have a couple of callers on the line. I think we have Michael Hello. How are you? The hell are you find what's your question? I worked in. Find them. My friend, and I both worked respiratory and his wife's a nurse and she went through the whole they wrote. You gotta go. See the diet said he, you know. You know, we know that the only you know, we will be the hospital to thirty year old. You know, he's he's really really great dock, and he's a good person can tell the radio or like, you know, he came up to see you this week white you get pets in the media, which is pretty damn. But he had a fight, you know, with the with the other thoughts about giving a getting in on, you know. Stuff like that. And they were followed throw. Get pretty depressed about it. Paul. You gotta go see and hope now. Future is but she has hope now. So what did they tell you about the visit me? The. You know, you hold on neatly that. Like, I said you get your pets. Immediately gave relating surgery went back the next day. It's more of that. Or, you know, a lot of cancers pretty much through a body. But you know, I said, look, even it's even not only can she got a cheat. Of a better chance for extent. Utilize and. Happy about that. Because he keeps it all in now. Where do they come from where the jersey? Okay, any any any other comments or anything, I should do better? No. Because okay, we're always trying to be better in our never satisfied. We always want to be better. It's good. We you know, we like to get scans a lot of times doctors who don't get pet scans. Because to get pet scans often takes hours on the phone with insurance companies, and you have to go and talk through it. And yeah, we know that it's most likely the most sensitive tests. So to to do that I talk about on the radio. But here you kind of have proof that what I say on the radio is true that we spend time with our patients, and we try to get the best task we try to find where the cancer is. Then talk to the patient about all the options. Did I tell did they say that I gave them all the options? I talk about all the options is that something that they told you of density because they said, you know, I wanna I wanted them to come sooner. You know, what they were going to the super duper hospital, which I don't put down, but it would be bureaucracy. I gonna happen. You know, we all did. You throw. I went and I said, I'm so glad you went. Well, thank you for your support. I appreciate that. And we try to cut through bureaucracy. We try to get to the to the issues that are so important to the patient, which is to find out what they have whereas the cancer, and how can we make them better? That's really what we do for every patient. I wanna thank you for that. So we do every day. Thank you for your support and come by and visit where thirty eighth and Broadway. Please come by one day. I love to say thank you a person much. God bless you by now. And I believe we have Kevin on the line. Also. How are you fine? Thank you. What's your question? Wait, wet lung cancer. Wicked or the buyout come back. A lot of pain that they thought was a urinary tract infection. And then they thought it was. Biotic? She had a Kilmer on one long lesions don't spy fairly yesterday. Did he have not done yet? I was wondering I listen to you many you talk about funk catcher, baby. I just missed it. Or maybe don't work on it though. Hurt a lot of lung cancer. We've heard about forty thousand patients over the years. So I believe more than anyone else who were the first ones with radio surgery for lung cancers and others a third of our patients that's about twelve thirteen thousand patients have lung cancer that we've treated our success rate where we aim to be in the long or the spine or elsewhere is very high the beauty of our work is we're able to hit the cancer in the long, which is important to keep hoping the long and the breathing tubes and prevent bleeding. It's also very important to be able to treat for example, in the spine or other places causing pain because our treatment can pinpoint the cancer, usually there's no side effects. And usually there's very rapid relief of pain. So I believe it gives people what they want which is outpatient therapy away from the hospital. No, cutting no bleeding doesn't relate to chemotherapy whatsoever. And we have very high abilities to stop the pain. So she's certainly welcome to come in. If she would like to we'd be honored to see her. Evan formation to send whatever's good for you. And the family is what we wanna do. Thank you. I appreciate that. What should we be doing died last week come in Monday? If you want and find out where the cancer is and talk about options tried to get out of pain, and one of the worst things is to have cancer and be in pain. I often talk about that. I talk about it because I was at one of big meetings, medical meetings and all the chemo. Doctors are saying all their patients who are in pain. And I was saying, well, my patients aren't in pain. We treat try to treat the cancer that's causing the pain make the pain go away. So we would work on her. If she wants quickly accurately to focus treatment on the cancer. Get the cancer go away get the pain to go away and try to get an intermission radio surgery Brennan pinpoint treatment, if you think about standard radiation, or standard treatment of chemo is chemicals that go throughout the bodies goes. Right. The to- it's toll. Unfocused it's a little bit like putting your your body in a bathtub of poisons it tried to poison the cancer more than the rest of the body. It may work at the beginning. Sometimes works for the first few months, but then the cancer mutates and at the chemo stops, working standard radiation treats, a lot of healthy tissue to get to the cancer. So imagine a plummeted breadbox standard radiation. We may treat the breadbox to get to the cancer. So there's lot of collateral damage is usually more treatments radio surgery means it's not certain at all it's pinpoint treatments noninvasive, but we're able to hit the cancer without hurt the healthy tissues in general. So it's more effective more focused faster treatment because the doses are higher, and there's fewer treatments. It's biologically more effective sore able to stop the cancer shrink to cancer for thing about standard radiation, works about half the time for lung cancer are treatment works about ninety. Percent of the time for the rest of the life of the patient. So we're talking about better results, less cost more focused more convenient more, effective relieving pain better than other treatments, even chemo work. So he works for a few months, whereas in general are treatment where we attack the cancer usually works for the rest of the life of the patient other off doing it more often was a lot of conflicts in big places, and you hear the stories here every day. I mean, we walked into a big hospital. The surgeons there wanna cut in the chemo guys wanna give came oh, often the radiation. I'm not talking about. I'm talking about in general. I'm not talking about in every case, but in general and radiation doctors like, unfortunately, we get paid by the treatment. So a lot of doctors like to give lots of treatments when the patient comes in. I'd like to give the most effective treatment. Because I personally believe that what we do is better that it's better to treat the patient. I believe is. Doctors were here not for our selves. But for the patients, and if we can get better results faster and get someone like her out of pain faster is better. And that's why we're so devoted to this work. That's why we're sitting here having this radio show to educate people that there are better options available seventy nine in otherwise good health. Right. But but the problem is when you start giving chemotherapy to someone seventy nine they started showing.
