"You listen and you feel, and you just got to keep going, you know? It wasn't hard. It wasn't drudgery. It just was tough. No referee, Hogan, like a drunk man. But referee Kyoto still selling his car crash. The night out before. Yeah, yeah. Real quick, let's get back to Amy, I think she's working again. Amy are you there? You're good to go now? We will see. I didn't know what happened last time. All good. It just froze on you, but you're good now. All right, well, gentlemen, I wanted to ask you all where this match ranks for you all. So my for you revving at WrestleMania is where does this match write for you? And mister Ross, where does this match rank for you in calling a match at WrestleMania? And I hope your health is well, mister Ross. It's good. I'm full of P and V, honey. All right. Be careful around on JR these days. This is obviously a WrestleMania highlight for me because again, the crowd delivered. The crowd became the star of this president. This presentation partnering. But that's what I remember, this is the overwhelming support, and you know, I thought, hey, Mark did the federalists out? Yeah, Patterson laid a lot of this out. Yes, he sure did, you know? He was rock's guy. Yes. Plus, when you're working a territory for 15 years like fat did in San Francisco and you're in the sum of the same markets every single week, you got to learn to tell stories and continue stories and add another chapter. So pat was always rocks guy and very well for a rock because he'd learned a great deal from patters. Yeah, definitely sure that pat Patterson, Michael Hayes had a lot of input here and in and out. Yeah. So I think in my top 5 WrestleMania moments, I have a hard time overshadowing what Brett and stone cold did at WrestleMania 13. We can't shamrock. Right. That was pretty awesome. The double turns are very rare and they're very hard to pull off. And so I'll always kind of put that match may be my favorite. I did like a call and when I got to come back and do a little work with taker and Sean, I think that was at WrestleMania 25. I thought that was a hell of a performance, but both guys I like and respect and known forever. Let's go to the audio here, Josh real quick. He's fired up coming back. The crowd's going

"Before, we just got to refresh remember how long did you work for WWE and you were actually a writer for WWE, but for how many years? O 5 to O 7. Okay. So can I tell us a little bit more about what that would entail? When you mentioned, what is Vince expected you as a writer and kind of what's your schedule during that time? Well, it seems like the controls continue to kind of tighten around the creative team. It would go from leaning heavily into the wrestling minds. There was a time we had on the team. was a who's who. Dusty, it was DBI. It was Polly. It was Michael Hayes. It was great gagne. Like, it was just, and then flowed in float out, you know, Bruce prichard was there a lot. But you know, it was interesting. Then he had all these Hollywood writers and they ranged from guys that had worked on chips and were like 70 years old. The night rider, which I was like, wow, tell me stories about that. And guys I worked on 9 O two one O and all these shows I grew up with to guys that had just maybe washed out of Hollywood and were like 24 and just like, hey, trying this out now. And some new wrestling and loved it. Some of them didn't. And they didn't understand the advocate of wrestling and knowing that WWE prepped them. They threw them in the deep end and it's like, okay, let's see what you got. So those are interesting. It was a weird process, but your suggestion. You know, you come up with your suggestions for segments. You pitch them to the head writer whether it was Brian viewers or Alex Greenfield at SmackDown. And then from there, it was okay, these are the ideas we're going to throw at the old man and see what goes. And you go in the meeting and you pitch them. And sometimes he cuts you off in the first sentence and says damn it, this is the direction going in. So disappointing, he dictates what he wants. And then you try to deliver on that. There are people that depending on their time in the business or where they were in their headspace. They thought maybe more of an obligation to the fans than to their boss and would dine on that hill events, trying to get the best creative they could, there are also those that are very political. Again, like Game of Thrones and would like reinvents, nobody wanted, delivered to them. And they slept great at night, and if the fans liked it or not, it didn't matter because they liked it. And they were going to be there for a decade or whatever. Yeah. So there are all these different things happening. And if you countered an idea that someone had pitched, that could have political ramifications. So you might just burn them on an idea and they were going to hold you accountable because maybe they got something they pitched it to the town already. And now the town signed off and they got told town. Yeah, I didn't get it done. They're going with the kids idea or the other guy's idea. We always would joke and dusty would always say, the best though they could put on and get the death ratings is putting a camera. They probably already have a camera. And we would always wave to the corners. I love dusty. Dusty was, I remember dusty. He had his own office and he turned off the lights and he had this one light in the corner. I looked like a detective office and he would tell Stephanie that he was computer illiterate, which was total bullshit. To the fact that in 2006 or so, he would figure out how to stream Willie Nelson on his computer when streaming music was not a thing. It sounds like this. I want you to write feedback on what the pitches were and just give us your insight. So he just smashed the keyboard and all the motion to keyboard. And he'd go to see the rotating or see that she was yes, it was just gibberish. But you know, I remember him sitting in that office and his son, Cody, was in high school in Georgia, great standout wrestler, amateur wrestler. And he was tracking his path. And for him, he saw him going after competing as a wrestler to Hollywood. And then he already had him enrolled in acting classes. And he saw this trajectory where it was like amateur wrestling, Hollywood, which then could go to movies TV film, whatever, or just really turbo charge you for a career in WWE and go into it at the time. OVW. So you kind of had a blueprint for Cody and just adored his son. I think he'd be thrilled to see how police career ended up. It's interesting because we never really had much interaction because between O 5 and O 7, I was gone. And that's when I was just really burned out and wrestling and decided to study acting as well. Not necessarily to be a movie star per se, but just to study the craft. And that's when in my opinion, when I came back, you know, 7 leading to OA's when I really became Chris Jericho. Quote unquote Chris Jericho, because I had that extra experience of training of acting and committing and dropping into a character. Do you think you'd be beneficial for wrestlers to take some sort of acting class or is that more of just a natural element that you either have or you don't? I think explore. I mean, there are guys that take up jiu-jitsu just to see, hey, can I implement some of what I do? Right. Try stuff and see what sticks and what doesn't. There are a lot of guys that did like improv, like low key would go there, like the midnight 1 a.m., comedy club and just freestyle. And just try some stuff because I think so much of wrestling when it's done right is improv. You're improvising based on what the crowd is going to be. What they're going to say, what they're going to react to. You don't know. And one of the problems when you over script wrestling is, you have a game plan to go out there and it's not over with the crowd, how the hell do you change it up? Yeah. And that's the easy unless you know how to improvise.

"You have the experience to do that and obviously you started in WWE and every time we talk, you always have lots of great stories and tidbits and actually I always enjoy it. And you actually gave me quite a few good ideas that we can discuss here from those days. It's funny, I was just in El Paso yesterday, of course, home of Eddie Guerrero and one of the things that caught my eye when you email me about stuff to talk about was the Eddie and Rey Mysterio feud, which was a classic feud, which of course was built around Eddie's very young son, Dominic, who now is one of the top heels in WWE and is only just begun. Were you quite involved in that Eddie ray storyline? Yeah, and I think a lot of the creative team had some sort of contributions, whether it was something unique that Michael Hayes would pitch. Right. Alex Greenfield producing vignettes. But like Eddie really took ownership of like, I have this idea of this vision. He was wanting to turn heel, and he wanted to do it differently. And he had all these ideas and Vince gave him really carte blanche, like he does his top stars most of the time. Let's give it a whirl. Let's see. The old give you enough rope to hang yourself too, but with masters like Eddie wasn't an issue, but you're also working with the child. So you're doing it in front of a live crowd. There's always dynamics that are a little funky. You're not sure how it's going to play out. And Eddie, I remember he went to San Diego with the camcorder. This is before you add your flip phones and your iPhones and stuff. And he did this thing where he was like stalking Dominic. And he shot it like I was a shoot. Eddie grows creeping around the children's playground at school after school, just watching Dominic. There's my son. Oh, I just wish I could be with my son. And we watched this footage like, we can use that, but it's kind of gets really weird and then he had this idea where he was going to do a promo with ray in the ring. And he was just seeing one of the Star Wars movies. I think it was like the third one of the prequel. I don't know what it's called. And he wanted to turn around and like the Sith in Star Wars. He wanted his eyes to be like red and yellow. They turned around. So he was trying to figure out how he could do the context and get them in so he could look normal and then flip and do this almost like thriller moment, I guess. Right. Right, right. And so some of those ideas didn't happen because they just were all like, he's like, yeah, I don't know, but a lot of those ideas were Eddie. If you watch it back, you know, the Dominic on the pole, a summer Sam, Eddie, just trying to create the doubt in those promos and just if you notice in that time, it was like summer of New York started like in June of 2005 and went all the way to SummerSlam, I guess. Which is right before he passed away. I believe it passed away in October or so November, maybe, right? I really November because then he went and did a little something with Batista, who really he really just helped Batista really find himself and be comfortable in front of the camera because the way we'd always shoot but Dave was that stoic shot, the guy that the guy didn't say to him was sold it with the eyes and any allowed him to be comfortable with your personality. Be comfortable in your skin. And he got loose. And I think if you look at how incredible Dave Batista's career trajectory, it really starts with Eddie just lounges to be comfortable. Get gas out of your comfort zone just do different things. And Dave's guard went down because he was very guarded for a long time. His guard went down to man. I don't think I ever saw him in my time at that. He had as much fun as being the low rider with Eddie and stuff. But, you know, going back to the Eddie and ray story. So what was the anti and race story? The Eddie claimed that Dominic was his son. His son, and that ray took care of him when Eddie had some issues going on. A personal front. And now he wanted his son back. I believe it was structured. Gotcha. But that was like, you know, three month program, part of why Eddie went so heavy in the promos. Everyone's like, why did he wrestle so much in that period? His body was brave enough. Yeah. Do you physically hurt? He'd show up and we have a book for matches and he was just like, man, my back, you know, his whole body is he was in bad shape physically. He had gone through that everyone forgets he had a heart or car wreck in like 98, 97. Yeah, he almost died. New Year's Eve. Yeah. You know, he had just like a mother two at that Halloween havoc had a killer match with Mysterio. One of my favorite matches of all time. Awesome man. Classic. And so you saw him at his peak where he was going and his car wrecked. It really just changed him, I think, probably forever and as a performer. He still could go, but that was a devastating part of humans died. So fast forward 7 years later, you still hurting. And he's hurting more and more every day. Because the WWE schedule, unbelievable. It's a very great money, but it's a very demanding schedule. You know, there's, I think, there were some people that were skeptical, oh, he's just trying to work us into not working as much. You could tell, he was physically in pain. That wasn't a performance. He was yeah. So I think part of the Eddie Dominic Mysterio story was constructed out of essentially needing to mask what was going on physically. And even that continued after that with Dave Bautista, you know, he did a lot of Gaga a lot of promos around lowriders and scheming and all these things that Eddie was braid out the shifty looks and everything. You won't see a lot of matches from that summer through his passing because, you know, he just he was having a hell of a hard time. So you're saying as a result of that, he was putting more of the emphasis on the storylines that he was doing to make every match count, so to speak. Yeah, out of necessity. And it was a brilliant idea because he wasn't ever known as the promo guy. But during this period, he all of a sudden he found this he himself found his voice and was doing live promos and stuff. I mean, he wasn't a guy that was like, hey man, go out there and talk for 15 minutes. That wasn't his column. Just forte, yeah. But, you know, the great evolved in necessity because of injuries or because they get stale, they recognize that before the fans do, hopefully, and they make the so what was the Dominic on a pole match? The funny thing that people don't realize is I never wrestled Eddie in WWE. Maybe once very early on, but he was always on SmackDown and I was always on Ross. So you kind of hear some of these things, but yeah, what do you do? Take him down to use him as a weapon, start beating each other with Dominic the little boy. And what is he about 8 years old at the time or so? He was, yeah, he was an 8 years old, and he was about as tall as ray by then. But yeah, I think there was, they had a writer at the time, this girl named cases, woman in case she was really nice, great talented person from LA. And so they brought her in as some sort of custody rap or something, and there was like papers hanging, I think, too, without. I think it was like Dominic wasn't on the pole. I think there was papers. So whoever got that had custody of Dominic. And he was watching like oh, gotcha. With those like Miss Elizabeth big eye looks. And then I'm your poppy shirt started with Eddie during that. And they did kill her business. He did, I think I'm here poppy, that big reveal. I think that's when he was supposed to have the Star Wars red eyes. Possessed his ass. How do you think and feel about Dominic, what he's doing now? Did you always kind of see that in him? Or is it something you're kind of surprised about? Because he's really starting to feel his character in my opinion he's doing a fairly good job when at first he was a little bit, you know, you're a kid. You don't know what the hell you're doing when you first start? Well, yeah, I mean, the Mysterio family, what's weird is for wrestling terms. They're such a close, good family. Ray, his wife, his children, just great people.

"Of people who have worked really hard to make this work. It kind of all filters through Roman ranges feel. And there are several people that come to me to present things to Roman. And then Roman and I will talk about it and come back with either something that fits into their narrative or we would hope we can perhaps enhance it or put it in our own words or come back with now that that doesn't work for us, but what about this and then start a different process in that we're bouncing ideas off of them. When I say them, you know, the thing with Sami started when Vince was still running creative. So it started under Vince McMahon's creative regime. It was a seamless transition to Paul levesque. There were times where we're sitting in a room and it's Roman and it's me and it's The Usos and one of The Usos will just say, you know what would be really good with Sammy and it's oh my God. Why aren't we doing that already? You will find things that come from The Usos that would shock you just how great they are. There's Michael Hayes and Michael Hayes has an understanding about telling a story within the body of a match that very few in history could ever claim to be on par with. The SmackDown writing team, which is led by Ryan Callahan, who is an unsung hero in what we've put together. Ryan Callahan and his team, which there's Michael kirshenbaum, who you never hear about. You know, kirsch as we call him. Who on a week to week basis along with a gentleman named Chad barbash. And another name Zach Hyatt. And these are all people that will come and sit in a room with us or sit in a locker room with us or on Roman's bus or in a conference call. And we'll throw around ideas and what resonates with you. You have teenage kids. Well, this is a story of acceptance and what tales are they telling from the cafeteria at lunchtime in high school. You know, it's just, it's really a team and a lot of unsung heroes. A lot of people that you don't read about online because they very intentionally keep their names out of the headlines. Who have worked their asses off to put this all together. You said people will go to you with ideas you filter it out and then go to Roman.

"Respect that. I would do it too. You know what I mean? Also just, you know, I get a belt, I put it right where the production truck is. I'm not carrying those things around. Yeah, yeah. But just so you know too, what they have in WWE now is the TV belt like Dan just said, that's the one that's polished, it's shiny. You leave that at the arena, leave that with the production truck. But then you have a house show belt, sorry, a live event belt. And this one is the one that you carry with you. It's a little bit more beat up, but it's the one that you use on a day to today basis. And then the moment you lose the belt, literally if Eddie and I are wrestling and I'm the champion. He beats me. He takes the belt and that's it. You don't ever see it again. Unless you get it against. That's literally like a relay race. You take it, he takes it, she takes it, and that's it, done. No ceremony, no pomp and circumstance. No certificate just gone. And there's no ceremony when you win it, right? The hotel with the pizza. That's right. Read his book. All right, I love old wrestling stores. I got to tell this one. I mentioned Barry Windham, who's maybe the greatest in ring performer of all time. He was amazing. So everyone. So he had a run in Florida back when I was in high school where cowboy Ron bass and him were feuding. He loses a loser leaves town match, comes back as the yellow dog. He's got this all yellow tights and a yellow mask. And he's fighting over the saddle from his dad. Blackjack Mulligan's horse sat on that Ron bass stole. So Mario Chris the ball is the head coach of the university of Miami hurricanes. He grew up in Miami, monster pro wrestling fan. He loves pro wrestling. He told me that when he was like 13 years old, his older brother was like 15, he used to beat his ass on a daily basis. He said he came home from a show at the Miami Beach convention center where he saw Barry Windham. When the saddle back and he's all pumped up, he said, maybe if I make myself a yellow dog mask and put it on, I can beat my brother. I'd be sad he took a yellow T-shirt, made a mask, cut some holes, went to his brother's room and said, let's go. And his brother beat the shit out of him again. That's Mario story. I think it's pretty cool. The first title of the road warriors ever held the national tag team title in 1983 from Georgia. Championship wrestling. Free birds held that. They actually feuded over when the free bird split up and Michael Hayes at Otis is drunk as his partner and Terry Gordy brought in Jimmy snooker to be his partner and they fought each other over it. But on the road warriors held out a ton of times. It's amazing too though. It's got the confederate flag on the side. You couldn't use that anymore, right? That's kind of the canceled. But that's amazing. Once again, it's just a little, you know, black type thing. It's very thin and basically just screwed onto this piece of leather, and that's it. It's interesting. And that's what Dave milliken said that Reggie parks. Parks was the original belt maker in the 60s and 70s, and he was like, Dave's mentor. And he said, he goes, would you put a shitty frame on the Mona Lisa? No. So he said that the belt part is the most important part of any belt that reads your Dave makes because that's the frame for these beautiful pieces of work. So they were very, very strict on making sure that the leather was just as good as the one of my favorite belts of all time is the old mid Atlantic United States title. Pictures of flair with it. It's got the actual outline of the United States on the belt. It was red, right? Yes. And I wanted it so bad. It had the red, the red leather, which back then, the only other title that had, it was Jack Briscoe's NWA title like in the 70s. So I finally tracked it down in sergeant slaughter had it. And I had lunch with him, and we retained it was going to see was talking about selling it. He was interested in selling it at the time. And he said, you're going to love it. It's in such great condition. I just had it re leathered. And I'm like, what do you mean how to reload there? And he's like, yeah, it's black leather. And all of a sudden, I was like, I don't want it. And I didn't buy it, and I kicked myself, I wish I did now. But it was like, like you said, it's such an important part of it. I like the first thing I do when I get one of these is I smell the leather, you know? It's just like, I'm weird. But like you're not. Well, yeah, yeah. Come on. You walk around this cruise. "Who did you have for worst dress? Chocolate sauce. All right, not bad. I had regrets too pretty to be doused in chocolate sauce. Like that. I don't know problem with it. I had the eggnog moss. Not moss. Yeah, I had Reggie. You know, he still wrestling in a suit and he had knee pads this week. What? Okay. Whatever. Why did you shoot? Best dressed. Lift Morgan. She's well video package, I guess, but I had Maurice in the wedding dress. I had a Caleb Braxton interviewing Paul Heyman at the beginning of SmackDown. She looked sexy. Yeah. Yeah. Worst acting. Tony storm. Tony storm crying. Oh, God. Terrible. Sweep it. Terrible. Best acting thing? Riddle? Otis. Dominic, Mysterio. Dominic Mysterio. Thank you, Alex. Oh yeah. That's a no one's award goes to Kevin Owens. He's back. Yeah. It's his award now again. And better than ever. Yep. It's like AW, where MJF wins every week. It looks like it's going to go back to Kevin Owens every week now. Yep. Worst comment? Boom. Zap, kapow. Yep. Best comment. Kevin, I would say there's no way he typed that. That was really good. That was really good. What's his face? McAfee had a misses like, what do you think Detroit? Should I say yes? He's like, yeah, definitely Miz. Don't listen to stupid Detroit. That makes me Corey graves. Oh, great, great, sorry. And then, but the best line was probably just to throw away of Kevin Owens like Seth and I became best friends and then kept talking through it. I was like, that's great. I also had Kevin Owens telling Kevin to pick a new name. We're smash. Nate Claire 24/7. I had flare and storm, yeah. It was terrible. Okay. The 12 man gauntlet. It was my slo-mo. Best match. Yeah, I mean, Kevin Owens just cause Kevin Owens is so great this week. He deserves. Yeah. His matches are as extra points. Yeah. Yeah, why not? Even did the suck at chops? Right. Well, Shelton. We're smooth. Charlotte's double moonsault. I had the roll up compilation. Okay, yeah, that's bad too. Yeah, the roll up flares roll up to when yeah. Best move. I had to fake out the RKO fake outs of riddle. I thought that was great. Oh, yeah. Now that's good. I had the recoil just 'cause Humberto sold it really well. Made it look really good. Worst moment or segment? Again, I had Tony storm crying. Yeah, I just angered me so much. Right. Horrible. 'cause this is not the first time. That's her gimmick. She cries. Yeah. That's what give me. And she gets pied in the face and cries about that too. Eyes and cries. All right, final award, what was your best Kevin Owens moment? I think it was me like Bischoff being there was kind of cool. Let me just throw that out there. Yeah, he was, but yeah, but he didn't ask for your best Eric fish off moment. No. Kevin Owens yelling at Kim and Patrick. No. MVP. I had Bert. Your name is Bert. Yeah, that was, yeah. I'm going with the backstage interview. Yeah. That was great. Oh, interview was amazing. All right, that's all for awards, so now it's time for breaking news. So WWE had a house show in Madison Square Garden this past weekend. And due to many wrestlers being out with COVID, they had to change the main events and was brought in last minute and wrestled Kevin Owens inside a steel cage. What? Yeah. What the hell? Hold on. The first match they ever have against each other is that a house show. At least it's like a Madison Square Garden house. Yeah, if they're gonna do it anywhere, they're gonna do it there. And at least it wasn't planned at least it was, you know, a last minute, like we have to bring in someone. But it's a fucking shame if they had to do this. I know. In a cage match. Come on. This is your WrestleMania main event. Yeah? Or I mean, you know, could be. Kevin Owens versus Big E and then AJ fights edge. Yeah, I do want to see AJ fight edge. Yeah. It's a good thing. They got omas off of his ass. Anyway, speaking of COVID, this past Sunday, Seth Rollins tweeted Mary COVID Christmas to me. I got COVID, all right? Can't hold his baby on Christmas, all right? Yeah. Fight from reporting that WWE is no longer requiring wrestlers to get tested for COVID, so this is kind of their work around their. If we don't get tested, then you don't have it, so. Let's make sense because they're pay per view right now is in jeopardy. But probably, really. And then PW inside reported that Vince McMahon, Bruce prichard, Kevin Dunn, Michael Hayes and Adam pierce were all absent backstage for Roth. So the producers got hit bad with it as well. And that's again, while we didn't have Vince McMahon and Austin theory, like hopefully Vince forgets about it because, you know, he's almost 80 years old. Yeah. And, you know, by next week, it'll have been two weeks. So maybe he'll just forget. Right. What's your fingers? Awesome. We'll walk up to Vince next week and be like, all right, so what do we do in this week? You're not my Austin. Also on Christmas Day, Charlotte Flair posted a couple of photos of herself and Andrade together, so it looks like they got back together or never broken style. Or whatever. I mean, that's what it seems like 'cause Andrade unfollowed her, deleted like all the pictures, so it seems like they reconciled. And she still honey, I couldn't find a woman that was mad enough to be. So I'm not. Oh, I realize, no, that's you, yeah. Yeah. That's why she's still doing his fucking moves terribly. Yeah. Right. Last thing I have for news was WWE released their top ten matches for 2021. Oh boy. This is always fun and upsetting. I'll Owen reverse order. We'll start at number ten. Ready? Yeah. Okay. Number ten, Miz and Morrison versus Damian priest and Bad Bunny at WrestleMania. This is your best match. With a celebrity match. This isn't top ten best WrestleMania matches of 2021, right? Because then I can see why that would be number ten. Right. But that's number ten. Number 9, the men's war games match on NXT, you know. I mean, it was all right. And then number 8, Big E versus Roman Reigns versus Bobby Lashley on raw. I remember the match I don't really remember much of it, though. I remember Roman one, of course, but yeah. I think it was that memorable. No. Rhea Ripley versus Charlotte Flair at money in the bank. I don't even remember this match. I think that's where Rhea won it back. Yeah? Maybe. Or maybe she? No, that's where Charlotte won it because then Nikki cashed in on Charlotte. You know, it's you later. Or no, like a few days later. I think the next night, it was the next night I think. Yeah. Yeah, I think so. All right, number 6, Roman Reigns versus John Cena at SummerSlam. Okay. That should probably be higher, I think. I thought that was great. Yeah. Number 5 Becky Lynch versus Charlotte Flair.

"I've never been done before. It's the constantly trying to be emulated by. it's just never going to be the same right But i think that's just a goes to show that you know the experience and the level of performance that he provides and that adds just a great just a great weapon my arsenal to be able to have like you know right Someone like paul. Heyman's which there. I don't think there's anyone like him. He's he's a one of one. There's no doubt about the able to have him in my corner. Job outside ideas author took risks and brainstorm About the creative or whatever whether it's a line whether it's a delivery. I mean there are a lot of times whereas all. Listen to this where you've been and he'll ish right up bath. That's that's not you or yes. You know what i mean. So he does a great job. It's almost like he has like. I can't call it a coach because sometimes you know there's there's obviously different coaching methods. But paul has like this this unique six sense of knowing when to like deposit a competence coin in a performer. And and just give you that one little let one little set of affirmation where you dislike i am the man you know what i mean like. We're you might not have been right. You're like on the cusp of having that full. Let's go out there and crush this day in front of millions of people and he can just say one little thing to where you without question. You believe in what you're doing so i that's Man i i i've said before i don't think i i'm sure i could do it but i don't think i would want to do this without him in my corner And he's one is one of very few there. I have two requests I i wanted to work michael with michael hayes. That's that's my guy he is. He's been with aid from the shield days and even before that with my family and and a lot of the people around me have been You know in relations in in close contact with my family in before might sign as a performer. Back when i was just a kid. So they had a great history with my family. And they've taken some me You know like family like blood and those are two guys who are critical my process. Microwaves and paul him speaking of family. The less i think the last time i had you on it was before the before the royal rumble. I think that's when you came on and i had mentioned. There are a lot of speculation about you an twain. Johnson the rock facing each other estimated. And you made a point to me. That i hadn't thought of which was obviously various. Do point about you know. There's not going to be fans or it's going to be. There ended they ended up with fans at wrestlemainia. But you made the point that this might not be the right time for it because of what's going on with the pandemic and fans limited fans whatever it now. Obviously we're going through this crazy stuff here with very but you would expect next. Wrestlemainia fans are back. So can we see you in the rock. Finally while i think we have like a like a critical ingredient to throw back into the ball of sports entertainment right but the the later this question i guess myself is do we do it. Now or do we wait till wherein in his backyard of hollywood. You know so. It's not a comfortable. Yes adds to the narrative guides..

"Less heartbreaking. No it doesn't it. The circumstances could have been so positive if she met this man michael and he wasn't really damaged as we now think he was an suffering from various illnesses. The could've been happily married and about a fantastic. But it's just she met him. Didn't we just developed. And she fell in love with him and she fell in love with him and all went horribly wrong. Didn't it yet but like you say it could've been so different. I'm i think it's all you have to look at how michael's Bring in his personality and then made him with monica monica's reaction to a and obviously how he felt about monica the fi the terrified that he didn't need to do that he he got the love of a the woman that chance to marry him. It could have all been very different and it's interesting to erica said about at the time. She didn't know how to feeling on the day when monica did die. She knew something had happened but didn't know that time that monica had died. She just she just got a bad feeling and a knew that something had happened. And i have heard of that before. I've come across it. Not through words. Speak obscene on documentaries and different things. What do you think. I think when you've got a close connection to a family member. Think if something bad happens there could be a reflection of the feeling of the person in in the recipient. If you like. It's odd think it could be a two way street. I'm we have friends who do believe in it. Don't they so. I wonder if it's just if you're attuned to that you pick them up. I think if you close family members and something bad happens you can fail. Somebody else's heard. I've never felt it anew but i'm convinced them for the people that we know involved who follow these things and they genuinely believe there's these connections. Yeah how many times have you knocks on. Somebody's do as a police officer to tell them. Something's happened to one a day relatives. And yes if if you open the door and there's a policeman stood there you may actually feel but something bad's happened but how many times have you been at. Somebody's still on vote. The door and they've said is my daddy's what's happened to manhattan all. They know the person that the they talk about that. You had to give them the message and they got lots of other members of the family. They've got husbands wives. Sisters brothers mothers bachelor chose to say. It's my daddy's name. But when we spoke to erica she was but i was convinced. That on the day of monica's passan that she felt that something bad happened and she felt that something bad happened to monica. And he's very very sure about now although erica tells us that she shouted this feeling when monica died or actual body wasn't discovered till five months after the data the death was it. That's right had body was found on the of september. But erica has a very strong feeling on the twenty nine. Th march that something bad happening and something bad is happening to monica and she. She says i felt her pass. So even though this visit five months till money because both found on the day of money. 'cause that erica genuinely felt a connection and felt her passing. You know at the time. Monica was being you know about time of life but they all hoped got genuinely things. We're going to get better and move forward. And they were going to rescue marriages opposes. the word. isn't it. And i think that was monica's dad lou. When any questions were raised in the family about a we haven't heard from monaco. Michael hayes explanation was i guess. They're just trying to work things out. That's not unusual is it. We've come across that way. People giving people space time. yeah and what. What you've got to do is take yourself back to the early eighties. We didn't have face time. We didn't have emails so we didn't have mobile phones. We didn't have all those ways of keeping in contact with each other so the latter has stopped. I mean even going back to the early eighties phone calls. Phone calls were expensive. Yes combined altogether and somebody's you know gone quiet for a while you think well perhaps all is well and not realizing how about the situation was and it wasn't until she found out that she realized the dates coincided was it when she had this feeling of also head from christina about heavy relationship with monica and it looks like or appears to be a very strong relationship but christina sans. She was scared. Michael as monica was while she witnessed. Several incidents michael's behavior was of concern and that he was clearly Not acting as a normal person would and frightened everybody. I think. I think when they first came to live in the uk and monica. I christine a- and they were living in rented property in royal tomb bridge wells. Was there with her boyfriend. And michael just just seem to lose it. Smashed the bunnies dissolved. And then he left the house with a gun threatening to kill himself. Which would scare anybody absolutely lately. So.

He was supposed to wendy university from brock listener. Like clash here some time and obviously that didn't happen so i can only imagine he's willing direct that standup baser. Brooklyn's irs head right about now. I found on youtube. I imagine why have to assume. I found out on youtube. This where fine. Most of the stuff i end up playing on my shows on youtube so and just about the time of course when he was feuding with elias when allies would of course come out with these gucci qatar and place on he came out with an a standup bass. Because he's braun strowman and stand up bassist bigger because braun strowman is bigger than elias and comedy before. And maybe it'll be some underhand shenanigans or they'll be outside interference sorby a two on one match or something don't know and they'll build up to a match at the next major pay per view and maybe then or maybe the bay major view after that or maybe the episode of impact after that. So i mean it makes sense to have something for the tv shows. Well so i don't know we'll see how it plays out though. I'm looking forward to seeing more from the new taking champions. And he's giving you a million dollar belt in you know vincent pritchard. They're all saying. Oh we didn't know what to do with steve austin. We couldn't think of anything to do with this guy. He's a redneck from texas. He's his own brother is what he was. The interview is brothers brothers. Talk about oh. A keady was a straight a. student We were outraged. Hell drinking beer. So steve just basically becomes his own brother but anyway it's way more steve austin than anything that you've ever done before the thing blows up and he goes crazy. My point is this. If cool kyle is really kylo riley then whatever you think about it right now fine. Let's go with it like maybe the guy can get it over right now. Here's my criticism. There is a big criticism right now. This guy comes out. And he's gone from like remember when it used to wear the mouthpiece and he would do that where to walk to the ring like what's this guy doing. Why is he walking like this. And he'd get in the ring and he'd be all weird and you know we never talked and he just went in. There had great matches while now. They wanted to be a main inventor and so now he's got to have a character and weird guy who walks funny down to the ring that ain't gonna fly in this annex t so now he's got to have a character he's cool kyle and he wears a silly hat and he cuts.

"Headed trio On the ground game with jabari bates and raytheon lucas and michael hayes and they did Those guys are all run hard. They're all fast. They got a great big offensive line so And they ran. It will thirty seven carries as a team over three hundred yards for rushing touchdowns as a team. The big news out of this game you know obviously was the injury Status of ray sean luke. Who did have an eighty two yard touchdown. Run in this game. In the first half and he wasn't rushing it too much. She was only had five carries for one eighteen. As you know. Jabari bates was the go-to guy but he went down with an apparent leg injury and he and there was a harsh over the stadium. Everybody realizes this is a talented junior. Great track athlete of promise in. Ray sean Luke and he was. He was having a hard time walking off on his own. Power helped off the field. And they were working on the on the trainees table and then after the game had had his leg wrapped and he was walking on his own and coach. Negro said he was fine but it was a scary moment. coach negro Admitted as much and You know personally. And i was talking to you know before. Show that i. I think that You know. I think it'd be wise from a football decision You know with the short season. I think with ray sean. Having so much potential. I would shut him down for the year From what i saw there i mean. I don't know the diagnosis. Of course but it was a scary thing and i just. It's just a such a short turnaround from this season to next next season. There's playoffs the guy's got a promising career And i would i would. I would be very concerned with them. Because i think that highly of town in his speed and you want him to be right yes. Football is a physical game. I and i'm just seeing what i'm seeing from afar but i do know the schedule and You know there's what after the other four league games left and you know so i think but we'll see what happens. You know this week in going future But i think that's a big decision to a football decision. I like to know your opinion of that and the braves They were Defensively got better. You know they ran into a very impressive and much improved. Colton who threw for two hundred and sixty eight yards and four touchdowns. He looked horrific at times in especially in the first half guy was just on point in just he did some carving up of that bosco secondary and it was a lot of eye opening performances by romolo murphy The senior. you've talked about scotty One of the best receivers out there for sure seven carries for one zero five. Michael buckley was outstanding as well five catches for one twenty two and deadly. Do a shout out and he had looked really good Was a derek. Wilkins also had two sacks in this game for for santa margarita's defense with definitely struggled secondary and linebackers..

Michael buckley Ray sean Luke five catches ray sean luke michael hayes ray sean two sacks first half Colton four touchdowns five one romolo murphy twenty four league games over three hundred yards this week thirty seven carries scotty jabari bates

"Said like one of them's fighting Escobar for the yes, the cruiserweight cruiserweight and like the match we've Oh been waiting for I don't even know either one of these guys. I really don't even know Escobar know so Cedric and Sheldon argue over who's tagging in and out and then let's say Dorado rolls up Shelton win. Sure. Whatever. Yeah and new. Yeah. I'm getting tired open how many times you can do it in one night after the match MVP yells at them and he's like you to need to get on the same page but Cedric walks away from them three times in one night. So just replace Cedric with ricocheted three times. Yeah. I mean like you just had Cedric join right? You just had him join. But yeah, and now we're going to and he seemed like fuck you guys. Just leave. Well, we'll just go back to beat you up every week. All right. All right, I'm back. They'll just keep leaving and coming back I go to SmackDown will go to make them. Yeah backstage. We see them across chatting with Torrie Wilson. And by the way, she's either a giant or Nicki's super I guess. I'm sure she had I think she's like five eight five seven and she probably had five inch heels on and off like 4:11. Yeah. She's like a Lexus sales. Yeah, so that was it was funny cuz we barely can see Nicky right like you see her head in her shoulders and that's it in the frame. So Jose Garza walks up and he offers Toria Rose and tories like, oh I'm talking with Nikki, but you know, I I actually invited cardi B, Kylie Jenner and Ariana Grande here tonight, right down the hall and goes like what you really? Well, I'm an idiot. So he walks down the hall and stupid. Yeah, and then he walks in a dark room like yeah, they're all hanging out in the room in the hello ladies the public cuz it was dark. You should have said okay. Here's my dick. Yeah. Hello. Hello song. So the lights turn red know the best one ever was the Daniel Bryan were like it falls in segments like or he's like wage. Oh no. Oh man. He's a little D. So the lights turn red and it's not the fiend. Oh, it's the other scary guy where the lights turn red. The guy afraid of em. Yeah, Michael PS Hayes. No, no, no. No. Oh, you're Gangrel Gangrel. You'll never seen him. Do we see Hayes make an appearance Legends now cuz he was on their Legends off the legends that you're going to see tonight thing. Yeah, that's cuz they did all that before. They booked everyone. They're like, well, we have Michael Hayes your every night. Anyway, right? They just we need them if we need them. They threw darts everyone under Thursday, like who and like? Oh, yeah. Don't worry. Don't bring him up. Yeah. So yeah, the boogeyman appears run of the table is eating the worms. He did more than like ninety percent of the other Legends 90 actually accurate. He actually ate worms. Yeah, how much did they pay him to come and eat worms? Yeah. I mean that's like 50 bucks back East. So Garza gets scared runs away and then Our Truth rolls up Garza to win back. The stupid belt cigars of wanted on Tik-Tok had High Hopes just to lose jobs draw. Yeah, and then truth skips away with Tori and Nikki and then run Simmons. Elderly. Mm. You know Legends night. Legends not shed, which the wrong know the worst Simmons stuff has not been funny for like ten years long time at least any Waits too long, you know, like you're not a thing anymore so they cut to him. It's like it's like Garza up to him and she went off. Let's say he's like, it's not the list. Look at me. Like it's not the list you have to do it quickly cuz then you could expect you know, like there's a chance for like a funny game. Go like a laugh, right you have to do it quickly or now do it before you scroll to him like just hear in the background and then rolled a Simmons and be like, okay that was funny cuz at least it's Jericho and you know, what happens when you blah blah blah blah blah. Well, yeah, it's cuz you know what happen? It's actually a catch phrase with a few words, right? Where's Ron Simmons just damn and like he but he can keep it going to page that. You know, we're Simmons just going. Yeah, it should be quick and it used to be used to be quick when he first used to do it and they they do this like he would instantly walk into a room just be like dirt, right? All right. So now we got the main event Keith Lee vs. Drew McIntyre w e Championship with all the Legends watching from the state and by watching you mean sitting on folding chairs sitting on folding chairs. Legends die Legends night Drew power off. Keith through the announce table and keep this passed out passed out. You got power bombed through the announce table is sleeping and the ref leaves the ring and says Keith. Can you continue? Hm? Yeah. So how about you just you know count to 10. Yeah idiot. Do your job just have to 10 do your damn job go to Commercial and we come back to fighting. So I guess he recovered with Keith. It's Drew with the Spanish fly off the top rope that's impressive for their size. Obviously. Yeah. Yeah, and you know, it was it was a good match was fine and McEntire hits the Claymore should be retained obviously and then after the match, I thought keighley was going to turn heel cuz he really he was hanging out in the ring for too long. Yeah, and like they fist bummed Drew McIntyre like turned his back on him like oh, okay. So they're going to do some angle right for the inner show this will this will be okay, but no instead. It's so much. I really think that they should put Vince brought out the bulletin. Yeah, Vince was just like more safely in the hurt business. I think he do much better if he turned him. He'll put him with a group where he didn't have to like try to talk on his own. Why not? Yeah, why not do after the match the music hits and out comes the poison month old Burg fucking old Burg again again again again. Why just why you're not going to mash just fucking wise I heard the Tazz 100,000. No, no, no, no. No, this is not Renegade shit know this garbage. This will not fix your ratings vents will not so Goldberg gets in the ring and he tells McIntyre you've got it all off. But the one thing you don't got is respect I heard what you said, but that's not what you were thinking because when you're with dressed these guys and girls these Legends up here your life as a bunch of washed-up tired old men and women and your mind you think that now in your Prime you were better than everyone of them and their Prime Everything that not one of them poses a threat to you whatsoever know like my friend actually Rome. That's where I step in my feelings about respect. So the Montgomery yeah. Yeah, but I'm coming out here. And I'm demanding anything 30 seconds go by any stretch don't think that I'm coming and posing a threat. No, sir. I am coming to challenge your weight down and.
