Miranda Devine: Hunter Biden's Laptop Is About the Jigsaw Puzzle

"You So the book has been a mega mega bestseller because people are interested in this enormous scandal and one of the things I wanted to address with you first now that The New York Times has hilariously confirmed what you and I have known for over a year now that the laptop was genuine Isn't it strange that the same media types see you're an actual journalist Miranda that they ran with the dossier story on the lightest of evidence at best secondary and tertiary sources who were claimed They weren't even real And yet when it came to the laptop signed over by Hunter Biden with Hunter Biden's address and phone number and a firsthand account of Hunter Biden dropping it off the media seemed to not be able to verify Doesn't that tell the whole story right there Oh absolutely Look you know the double standards I think we're so used to now but it doesn't make many better And they want to pull it for them Russia collusion fake story And you know the thing about the laptop is people people are sort of dubious about it because they can't see it you know they think that because it came from Rudy Giuliani somehow it's changed at all about all right fine But it wasn't just the laptop My book is not just about the laptop It is about all the jigsaw piece puzzle pieces and that includes a huge part of it is totally bubbling ski Now he had all these devices he handed over to the FBI and that his documents and emails and encrypted messages WhatsApp messages you know he had everything that was on the laptop plus some And so what he has corroborates what's on the laptop He also reaches on testimony And he made himself available to the media last October after our story came out before the election He stood up and he had a press conference and no one was interested They didn't want to write about it Tucker Carlson interviewed him on Fox News Michael Goodwin my colleague at the New York Post interviewed

NY Post: Trump Talks About Putin, Mocking Merkel and More

"There's a really fascinating article in the New York Post today by Michael Goodwin It's in my newsletter if you'd like up to you of course My newsletter is on the website You can go right to the website too New York Post that the article is titled Trump talks about Putin mocking Merkel and more at Mar-a-Lago So Michael Goodwin did an interview with president Trump and I want you to listen to this story There are two of them Listen I wasn't there I can't vouch for the veracity of this story if it happened or not I have no reason to believe Donald Trump would lie about it Goodwin notes this is what unpredictability and strength looks like when you're dealing with when you're dealing with powerful foreign adversaries like Russia or China First on the Russia front quote Goodwin notes when he was talking to Trump There are other stories making the rounds too And they're even more provocative One story has it that Trump noting that Vladimir Putin seized land from Georgia when George W. Bush was president and seized the Crimean Peninsula when Barack Obama was president Trump warned Putin against the land grab on his watch saying quote if you move against Ukraine while I'm president Trump is said to have told the Russian leader I will hit Moscow Putin reportedly Scots saying no way Leading Trump to say all those beautiful golden turrets will be blown up Interesting huh Was it a bluff I don't know Was I there No Do I know in four years in the Trump presidency The Trump administration annihilated 200 mercenaries 90 of them rushing on a battlefield and the largest loss of life in American hands in decades in Putin didn't do a damn thing against Trump You know what that says to me That says to me that Donald Trump knew that even if he was bluffing he better sound sincere about

"Have Michael Goodwin Let's talk about New York We have doctor Mark Siegel going to talk about why are they lacking enough to facts about the vaccine for 55 years We have called no Dolan We have misses gamma that says that they're putting an anti fossil fuel person on the Federal Reserve board And she is mad as hell And who else is mad as hell Chinatown We celebrated last week We celebrated lunar new year and I met with a lot of good friends in Chinatown and they are mad as heck And with us today is Jan Lee He runs to tell us the name of the organization Sure It's neighbors united below canal We were founded in response to the city's borough based sales program which would place an enormous mega jail right in the middle of Chinatown So in other words I understand from the meaning a guy in Chinatown that we had during a new year's celebration that how many stores a lot of stores and a lot of businesses have closed up and Chinatown and it's being devastated Is that correct Absolutely absolutely We felt the effects of the COVID-19 a lot earlier financially back in January even way before the lockdown happened There was a lot of miscommunication about the Asian communities not being a safe area to go to Many cancellations of gatherings that we would have relied on because of COVID So business really has not been the same since then Over a hundred stores or something like a 124 stores were closed Easily And we're also talking very importantly we're also talking about micro businesses not just restaurants not just stores We're talking about some very small businesses They were the first to go We're talking about even push card sellers Fruit sellers people who provided nutrition to our community Those were the most vulnerable people and we saw them go first The people who are survived have done a fantastic job I understand that this further damage is going to be done to your community that may de Blasio plan to put up jails in your community as tall as the Statue of Liberty and when Eric Adams the borough president came before he was mayor he says it was outrageous and there shouldn't be done because the further tearing down Chinatown and that's not fair Tell us what Eric Adams said when he was borough president and today you're going to have a rally to point out to all people of New York that this should not happen because you're tearing down Chinatown You say it in your words Absolutely You know the difference between the two administrations could not be more different We have the de Blasio administration who proposed to build a jail being taller than the Statue of Liberty We placing two existing jails at that site Now I want to mention that within this jail complex there's a senior center that practically shares a wall with the existing jail they were going to disrupt all of these lives disrupt all these businesses There is ton of men across the street of low income people turn their lives upside down really create havoc We have a mayor who came to stand shoulder to shoulder with us in Chinatown and said this is not appropriate This is something that will definitely hurt this community and we're hoping very very much that he will look into this and really reexamine the past bad ideas of a bad administration And tell us I understand today's Sunday you're having a big rally to point out to everybody in the city This is not fair and it should not happen Tell us about your rally The rally is going to happen at 2 p.m. at the Manhattan tension center at the center street and white street Above all we want the detainees to be safe We want less people incarcerated We want fairness in our jail system We want the corrections officers to be safe But building vertical gigantic tales is not the way the world creates jails And so we feel that this is unsafe It's unproven It is born out of a previous administration And we feel that we could do better as a city to really push this point home that we need to look toward better rehabilitation We need a big investment in mental health and education education education We are messages mayor Adams do not care down Chinatown to build these jails Absolutely We need to put a stop to the demolition trucks which are coming in a few days John We're in the middle of our lunar new year We're in the middle of black history month Why are you turning neighborhoods like Harlem and Chinatown and all over the place upside down when we're trying to observe our holiday You can't be rolling bulldozers in during our holiday This is the most disruptive time The amount of dust and construction noise and everything this is just not the time We need to stop it now take a step back really reexamine the whole logic behind gigantic mega jails That's an issue of the past We need to look forward Gently if I'm in the city that day I'm gonna go to down to the 2 o'clock in front of coming to the streets address It's gonna be at center street and white street center street and white street to Manhattan detention center Everybody knows the two jails The tombs and the Manhattan detention center we're going to stand right in the middle of it We're going to have a lot of people from a variety of different groups all over the city who say that this is not the answer Generally thank you God bless you God bless the people of Chinatown and happy new year and we'll catch up with you later We solar appreciate it John Thank you Thank you thank you for giving us this opportunity and come to the rally All of New York comes to the rally On the line with us right now is Kathleen gamma She is the president of the western alliance How are you ma'am I'm great How are you Great And you had a very strong op-ed in The Wall Street Journal You are saying no to Sarah bloom Raskin she is Biden's appointee for federal vice chairman and you're claiming that she is intent on destroying fossil fuels no matter what the economic cost Why are you so against her Well she has a long history of writing that oil and natural gas should not be financed that we should not have banks lending to oil and natural gas She wants to starve our industry of capital so that we go away Never mind that we provide 70% of Americans energy And if we don't produce it here we have to import it from Russia and OPEC Now which Federal Reserve bank appointed tour being asked their joint She would be the vice chair for the Federal Reserve overall So she would be in charge of setting policy at the board of governors for the Federal Reserve So her position would be very powerful And what we are objecting to is the fact that she would introduce politics into decisions that should be really market based The Federal Reserve is supposed to do two things Control inflation and keep unemployment low It's not supposed to be a political body that puts forward and agenda on climate change or decide to and who should not be blended to In this case though her activism over many years against the oil and gas industry indicates that she wants to politicize the Federal Reserve And that will further hurt the amount of production that the United States will puts out then we have to again buy more product from Russia and from OPEC and of course the prices of oil to go further up which will cause the price of gasoline to go up which will cause the price of food to go up further.

"I think that would be popular not to get into a war but at least to stand up to them but my concern about china is that he is thoroughly compromised because of hunter biden that the family was was making lots of money from china when joe was vice president and they got a of money when he left office This is this is involved. The deal where he was going to have the secrets. Dake of ten percent. You have to believe that xi jinping the president of china knows all about that deal he knows how much money the biden family got and where it went and what they did for it. So the american public doesn't know but xi jinping knows. So what does this mean. I'm not gonna say the word. I hate to say the word and but we're all thinking the same word in our minds is protecting his son. Well look i. I mean there could be more than 'cause here right i. I think what china there is. There is a concern. I have a direct concern that he is compromised. That china knows everything about the money. The biden family got know russia. There was rumors about the biden family. Getting money from russia to he got Hunter biden got wired three point five million dollars from the widow of a former mayor of moscow. Nobody knows what he did for that money. He's got these deals all over the world and he was clearly selling access to his father and everything his father has done. American loses and other people win. So what was you well. But but but let's say let's put that in one bucket that he is compromised because of hunter and the money that hunter brought in for the whole family. What about inflate. What about the the increase in prices on domestic products. What about the border. Two weeks playing the knows the pipeline. He's closed the pipeline. Think of it now. I you know when you raise it. That he killed the keystone pipeline. Right he is. He is trying to make an difficult for for the The drillers to get to operate on federal lands and water. Nothing new he is opposed to fracking. And yet then he tells oh pack pump more oil and he proves the power lines eighty dollars a barrel pump more oil. That's right and he says they rush into germany but he kills pipelines in america. So how do we explain these things. I don't think these are all about being compromised. Pass the smell test. But i apologize. We have to take a break in michael. We got more accomplished today than a lot of times taxes. So much telling the truth to the american people. Thank you guys..

"Wonder how new yorkers who have adored andrew cuomo are feeling now how about new yorkers who supported the cuomo dynasty. i mean there's you know he's part of a dynasty. You got. Mario cuomo his famous father. You got the famous brother on cnn. I mean the cuomo's wow they're they're lefty royalty they're just democrat royalty. Aren't they wonder. What what mario cuomo would be shane. The great michael goodwin had some thoughts about that. The pulitzer prize winning columnist. Curtis does as well here on line. Three hey curtis welcome how you doing. Hey mark how you doing good. Good prayers go out to your son. Trevor thank you very much curtis. We all appreciate that our family. Thanks you very very much. I grew up in new york. Mario was the best governor state ever had on. Always talked about him. Said how good he was to the state of new york. But how can he the nipple piercing governor legs so stupid. How can you be so stupid to do that. You're telling it's it's arrogance why you know it's a good question and let's focus on that for a minute. How do these famous people think they can get away with those things. Maybe it's because they always have and they think they always will. But you know i. I don't know. I don't know how famous people get away with what they get away with.

"I don't think he's a very good judge of talent. I don't think he's hired very good people. I don't think he is giving them good directions I don't think he's involved I'm reminded Rudy Giuliani. After nine eleven the way he sort of brought the city together the way he was leader I remember talking to rudy about that sort of thing. And he said something that hearkens back to sports that essentially you play the way you practice and so. Rudy was a very hard worker. Every day he thought boldly he acted boldly, and so when the great aftermath tragedy of nine eleven oldness was not new to him, he was in character and I think what the Blasio never really worked very hard, never cared very much. He's never recruited good people. He's never rolled up his own sleeves, and so now in a time of crisis he. He doesn't know what to do. He's lost. He keeps pulling these word games well. It's not acceptable when a one year old is killed. Really thank you very much. It's not acceptable. Is that how a leader speaks? A one year? Old Child is shot in the stomach and dies in the street. It's not acceptable I mean it just his heart is not in it. It never was and so expecting him to do better. Now I think is frankly asking the impossible. How can you possibly ask the president of the United States, but help for New York when he allows those terrorists go and pink in front of building. He wants slipped. Slipped it. I mean it doesn't make any sense at all. No and Lousy I'm of course himself with Al Sharpton and others. They did it to taunt the president. There's no other way to look at. It was taunting maneuver and you ask you know how. How does this then lead the president to say well? I'M GONNA bail out new. York well obviously doesn't but I think what the Democrats are doing here and elsewhere is. They are not cutting their budgets, really the mayor, the governor. They're not really taking seriously. The budget hit I. Think what they're hoping. What they're planning and it. It becomes something of a strategy as well. well as an excuse it, they're gonNA. Put all their chips on a Democratic president and a Democratic Congress giving them what they want. Next year so I think that they're not gonNA. Make any effort now to seriously deal with the budget deficits, but they're just gonNa play politics and do everything they can to get a democratic congress and president. Sort of course in New York, doesn't matter that New York is going to vote for any even a dead Democrat New Yorkers would vote for for president, but a lot of the congressional seats are in play, and I don't know that that's going to be a great strategy in Rio contested districts. Question Michael Goodwin you worked to the New York Times a all the time they go. What happened to New York Times? Want to be so. Easy, you know John. I tell people that I did my undergraduate work there that I I graduated and moved onto higher education, and my my shorthand answer. Is that this happened in? Slowly and then suddenly slow part was at the standards were allowed to erode over time. The great standards of fairness impartiality of just decency that we don't have an agenda. We're here to report the news that was eroding over time in two thousand sixteen deemed back. The executive editor essentially took away. The guardrails told them essentially that we all hate donald trump go. Go get him and that's what happened. Every story became an editorial became the reporters opinion instead of the news. You Got Opinion, opinion, opinion opinion, and that has continued now, and it is expanded beyond Donald Trump. It's now aimed at America and I think with their sixteen nineteen project, and their assault on every institution shows me that what happened to deem case. Taking away the fairness requirements it created a vacuum into that vacuum..

"K. Michael Goodwin is the finest best columnist in America. Every Sunday every Wednesday in the New York Post Great Column Today But Jeff Sessions and It's always great. Adam with is Michael Goodwin. How you doing good morning my thank you. Hey by the way we just found out Governor. Cuomo the Cuomo administration has pulled down off their website that March twenty fifth nemo sending ordering the Corona patients into the nursing homes. You where the one that led the charge on that. Where do you think this law end? Well I it's hard for me to think mark that there won't at some point be a an investigation Of what happened now. I think that the the thing that would work against that is that it's pretty obvious what happened We already know that. The governor ordered the nursing homes to take cove positive patients even as they banned visitors for the same reason. So it was the most idiotic thing done. It's it's so blatantly apparent what it was and and the effect of it on the nursing homes on the residents and and Patients of these other facilities and nursing homes rehabilitation centers. This whole sort of out of hospital culture that has grown up around some of it just being insurance companies WANNA discharge patients from hospitals as quickly as possible. Say How they? They can't go home so they have to go somewhere else. Well that was true of covert patients as well they needed to. They needed the hospital beds. They thought they did for incoming covert patients and so they sent people who are still contagious to nursing homes and the deaths. I believe are going to be far north of where they are. Now which is about fifty five hundred. I think we could easily see them. Eight nine even ten thousand deaths in nursing homes and when you think about that mark That is such a huge proportion. And and it's it's true across. The country is such a huge proportion of the overall deaths that it it begins to color everything. We did During the shutdown you could say well maybe if we had just drawn a circle built a law around the elderly and those with various Serious health complications we could. We didn't need to shut down the whole country. We could could've just shut down portions of it where the elderly and those who are sick live and and And get their treatment. If we just protected them it would be a very different profile as to what happened with Kobe. Because we know that for most people younger people who are healthy They get colder and it really is like the flu but for those elderly and otherwise sick. It's a death sentence so that distinction when we didn't deal with it in that way you know it reminds me a lot of what the what we do at the airports right. Everybody gets checked equally right. That's not how you find the people carrying bombs. I mean there are smarter ways to do that as someone from Israel once said to me. You know the problem with America's you worry what people are carrying. We worry who the people are. And I think it's the same thing with the way we treated code. It was just stupid to do this. I hope that governor Cuomo Is Forced to acknowledges forced to admit it was an error and. I hope that there is some accountability. I'm not sure what form that will take. ultimately is a matter for voters but for him to remove the document. Blame the FEDS. None of this is true. None of this is defense. Did Not order this. They did not recommend this. This was his thing and it was the doing of the governor. New Jersey Murphy. Did the same thing virtually so I when we when we I think eventually pull back the curtain on the entire scene of the Cova Epidemic in America. We will see that. This was the great failure the failure to protect the elderly. And then it warped everything else because we just counted. All data is oh. Everybody was equally liable to die from. This wasn't true and it was it was it was a man made disaster to that extent. Fake News cover up. Amazing even look at Florida governor was brilliant. Everything every move in fact with the nursing homes. He took one nursing home and just made that just corona virus patients and nothing else and that saved the other nursing homes and A. I'm sure you've asked everybody. Why didn't you use the comfort? Why didn't use a javid sunny at four thousand beds there with all that? Yeah I mean. Remember that famous case now because of the post that of the Cobble Hill Nursing Nursing Home The owner there showed the post emails of him writing to the Department of Health. I can't handle these. People can't pay him go to the to the The company can we take Chavitz and and they said no they can only go there from hospitals so again there was always this kind of you know uman error involved. Why is that necessarily? Why is that rule necessary? Why why say that? Nursing homes have to take them from hospitals. I mean all of these things that were decided by the State Department of Health. Andrew Cuomo's State Department of Health. These were all preventable. This was not cove it this human stupidity. Yeah Hey Michael Goodwin great com today Jeff Sessions. He was the biggest disaster ever in the attorney. General's office how does even have the nerve to run for anything right now. Well that's why I wrote the piece. Because reading his twitter back and forth with President Trump. It struck me. He still doesn't get it. He still does not understand that he was targeted by the deep state. In the same way Michael Flynn was and in the same time period. And you know mark in researching this column. I learned a lot myself about that. Timing issue I had forgotten that if I ever put the pieces together that it was in Ja- It was in January of twenty seventeen during his first confirmation hearings the first hearing where he was asked a question by Al. Franken the senator from Minnesota about a breaking news story on CNN that turned out to be the CNN leak regarding the James Colmer briefing of president trump about the P. tape allegations that turned out to be the steele dossier now. We didn't know any of that at the time. We didn't know where that was coming from Later that day buzzfeed Reprinted the entire still dose CA President trump wasn't told about the steele dossier with the exception of those two pages in it. So all of this was happening. There was this underground movement to disrupt and defeat and destroy. Mike Flynn Attorney General Sessions And eventually they got what they wanted in Rod Rosenstein. He was there man. Now whether he was consciously their man or whether he was working Just out of ignorance and didn't know what they were up to. We don't know yet because Rosenstein has never really been truly ammend but for sessions at this late date still not to recognize what happened to him why he was subjected to those leaks to. The Washington. Post why he was why this was dropped on his head at his confirmation hearings and not to understand that and for in for the move to pressure on him to recuse himself for him not to understand that this was to get him out of the way so they could get trump for him. Still not understand that. It's just unforgivable. Yeah you know listen I you're giving Rosenstein the benefit of the doubt but you take McCabe and struck and roses. The same crew cut the same nineteen fifties classes the same suit. There obviously all on the same team there. That's pretty clear and I think look you're right about Rosenstein. There's so many questions of him that after a while it is hard to give him the benefit of the doubt because don't forget McCain has said this and I I make as is in my mind a convicted liar but I do believe in this case. Mccabe was being honest when he said that In that period between Rosenstein taking office which is April twenty fifth and the appointment of Muller on May seventeenth all in twenty seventeen. Of course that in that interim MC Rosenstein goes to the FBI meets with McCabe. Who's then running it And Mitch with McCabe and talks about trying to wear a wire into the Oval Office to record president trump and try to remove him under the twenty Fifth Amendment. Now Rosenstein has said he was joking. But I don't believe it. I mean I think that Rosenstein eventually came to have a good relationship with trump but I think in those early days he was he was I think. "But Jeff sessions and It's always great Adam with is Michael. Goodwin how you doing? Good morning my thank you. Hey by the way we just found out governor Cuomo. The Cuomo administration has pulled down off their website that March Twenty Fifth Nemo, sending ordering the corona patients into the nursing homes. You were the one that led the charge on that. Where do you think this law end? Well I. It's hard for me to think mark that there won't at some point be a an investigation. of what happened now I think that the the thing that would work against that is that it's pretty obvious what happened We already know that. The governor ordered the nursing homes to take cove positive patients, even as they banned visitors for the same reason, so it was the most idiotic thing done it's it's so blatantly apparent what it was, and and the effect of it on the nursing homes on the residents and and patients of these other facilities and nursing homes rehabilitation centers. This whole sort of out of hospital culture that has grown up around some of it. Just being insurance companies WANNA discharge patients from hospitals as quickly as possible. Say how they. They can't go home, so they have to go somewhere else well. That was true of covert patients as well they needed to. They needed the hospital beds. They thought they did for incoming covert patients, and so they sent. People who are still contagious to nursing homes and the deaths I believe are going to be far north of where they are now, which is about fifty five hundred I think we could easily. See them eight nine, even ten thousand deaths in nursing homes, and when you think about that Mark that is such a huge proportion, and and it's it's true across the country is such a huge proportion of the overall deaths that it it begins to color everything. We did during the. Shutdown, you could say well. Maybe if we had just drawn. A circle built a law around the elderly and those with various serious health complications we could. We didn't need to shut down the whole country. We could have just shut down portions of it where the elderly and those who are sick, live and and and get their treatment. If we just protected them, it would be a very different profile as to what happened with Kobe, because we know that for most people younger people who are healthy they get cold. Cold and it really is like the flu, but for those elderly and otherwise sick. It's a death sentence so that distinction when we didn't deal with it in that way, you know it reminds me a lot of what the what we do at the airports, right? Everybody gets checked equally right. That's not how you find the people carrying bombs. I mean there are smarter ways to do that as someone from Israel. Once to me, you know the problem with America's. You worry what people are carrying. We worry who the people are. And I think it's the same thing with the way we treated Cova It was just stupid to do this. I hope that governor Cuomo is forced to acknowledges forced to admit it was an error and I hope that there is some accountability I'm not sure what form that will take. ultimately is a matter for voters, but for him to remove the document. Blame the FEDS. None of this is true. True none of this is defense did not order this. They did not recommend this. This was his doing, and it was the doing of the Governor New Jersey Murphy. Did the same thing virtually so I when we when we I think eventually, pull back the curtain on the entire scene of the Cova epidemic in America. We will see that this was the great failure, the failure to protect the elderly and then. It warped everything else because we just counted. All data is oh. was equally liable to die from. This wasn't true and it was it was. It was a man made disaster to that extent. Fake News cover up amazing. Even look at Florida governor was brilliant everything every move in fact with the nursing homes. He took one nursing home, and just made that just corona virus, patients and nothing else, and that saved the other nursing homes and a I'm sure you've asked everybody. Why didn't you use the comfort? Why didn't use a javid sunny at four thousand beds there with all that? Yeah I mean remember that famous case now because of the Post that in. Kabul nursing nursing. Home the owner. There showed the post emails of him. Writing to the Department of Health I can't handle. These people can't pay him. Go to the to the the company. Can we take Chavitz and and they said No. They can only go there from hospitals so again. There was always this kind of you know uman error involved. Why is that necessarily? Why is that rule necessary? Why? Why say that nursing homes have to take them from hospitals? I mean all of these things that were decided by the State Department of Health Andrew Cuomo's state, Department of Health. These were all preventable. This was not cove it this human stupidity. Yeah Hey Michael Goodwin. Great Com today Jeff Sessions. He was the biggest disaster ever in the Attorney General's office. How does even have the nerve to run for anything right now? Well that's why I wrote the piece because reading his twitter back and forth with President, trump it struck me. He still doesn't get it. He still does not understand that he was targeted by the deep state in the same way, Michael? Flynn was and in the same time period, and you know mark in researching this column. I learned a lot myself about that timing issue I had forgotten that if I ever put the pieces together that it was in Ja- it was. was in January of twenty seventeen during his first confirmation hearings the first hearing where he was asked a question by Franken the senator from Minnesota about a breaking news story on CNN that turned out to be the CNN leak, regarding the James Colmer briefing of president trump about the P. tape allegations that turned out to be the steele dossier now. We didn't know any of that at the time. We didn't know where that was coming from later that day, Buzzfeed reprinted the entire still dose Ca. President trump wasn't told about the steele dossier with the exception of those two pages in it, so all of this was happening. There was this underground movement to disrupt and defeat and destroy Mike Flynn. attorney general sessions, and eventually they got what they wanted in Rod Rosenstein. He was there man now whether he was consciously their man, or whether he was working just out of ignorance and didn't know what they were to. We don't know yet because Rosenstein has never really been truly examined, but for sessions at this late date still not to recognize what happened to him why? Why he was subjected to those leaks to the Washington Post why he was why this was dropped on his head at his confirmation hearings, and not understand that, and for in for the move to pressure on him to recuse himself for him, not to understand that this was to get him out of the way, so they could get trump for him, still not understand that it's just unforgivable. You know listen I. You're giving Rosenstein the benefit of the doubt, but you take McCabe and struck and roses. Same crew cut the same nineteen fifties classes the same suit. There obviously all on the same team there, that's pretty clear and I think look. You're right about Rosenstein. There so many questions of him that after a while, it is hard to give him the benefit of the doubt Because, don't forget. McCain has said this and I I it. McCabe is in my mind, a convicted liar, but I do believe in this case McCabe was being honest when he said that in that period between Rosenstein taking office. Which is April twenty fifth and the appointment, of Muller on May seventeenth all in twenty seventeen of course that in that Interim Mc. Rosenstein goes to the FBI me with McCabe. WHO's running it? and Mitch with McCabe and talks about trying to wear a wire into the. Oval Office to record president trump and try to remove him under the twenty Fifth Amendment. Now Rosenstein has said he was joking, but. I don't believe it I. Mean I think that Rosenstein eventually came to have a good relationship with trump, but I think in those early days he was he was I think making his bed with the confederates making his bed with the conspirators who are aiming to overthrow the president, and so I think wasn don't forget. He signed a false FEIS application..

"Slash mark. Well let's take some calls go to Vincent in Brooklyn, Vinson doing. Good Morning. Guys, you may know. The restaurants Italy have been opened up for the last week to dining and unfortunately seven out of ten restaurant. Owners say that they're running. They're working operating in the wreck because of the seating requirements and some restaurants is you jokingly alluded to twelve legal aliens in the kitchen? Somebody's restaurant is actually showed on TV debt kitchens where there's no possibility of this so-called social, just distance. Right, which brings me to another thing and I was joking with a liquor store owner about this in Europe. The social distance guidelines is one meter distance between two people, one meters, thirty nine inches or six feet. What is it that maybe in Europe the fibers, the coronavirus from living on the dog? These socialistic countries is lacy and can't leave as far as Corona viruses that live in the United States. It seems all over the place thirty nine inches versus six feet. I mean. What is it over here? Yeah all right, it's good point. Vincent thanks for calling. He's absolutely right. These restaurants is GONNA have to struggle for a while with that fifty percent capacity, which is not enough. Restaurants have been operating in the thinnest little profit margin, so it's not enough to make living, but they're going to have to do that. Struggle along with that. They're saying four or five weeks of that, and then they'll let them increase capacity. The big question is what is the restaurant after put every table six feet apart. They can't put. Too many people got to be the right now. It's twenty five percent capacity. Why can they do? They have to do that and the airline can cram two hundred people into a tiny plane with no air. It's the worst recirculated air. I know. They'll tell you what it's help filter. It's nothing it's the worst recirculated air on a plane and you'll see. Hundreds of people crammed into a plane. Everybody inches from each other, and this is now a restaurant where you're outside for an hour. This is in this plane for three hours four hours. Why did the airlines Why were they allowed to do that? Obviously a better lobbyists, but the that's why. Let's go to David in Bayside Hey David. Hey Martinez things real quick. Sienna poll. Who Do they interview because they still have Cuomo, sixty eight percent, and quite frankly I haven't met anybody who doesn't WanNa march him up. The steps to the gallows. number two The BLASIO has developed quite a profuse sweating problem on his newscast in the morning i. Sort of withdrawal symptom. Thank you all right. Thanks expert, call these college. Polls are the worst. Don't even read a college poll. It's a bunch of idiots students. They're the most rig polls of all all these public polls were rigged. You look at the metrics. Republicans, only twenty three twenty four percent of the sample. They're not surveying likely voters, which is the only category should be talking to. They make these categories adults. You know it's to ever they WANNA talk to. Go in the Faculty Lounge where it's a handful of liberals and that I mean the most ridiculous metrics. Totally, it's actually a great compliment to the president that they have to in whenever they have to rig the polls. That much that means he's way ahead. Hey, did you notice governor? CUOMO put out that deadly March twenty fifth order ordering the nursing homes to take you in Corona virus patients. It ended up with five thousand senior citizens dead. It could be ten thousand before it's all over It was a deadly the dumbest decision of the crisis. Deadly destructive it. Just catastrophic decision killed thousands of people in our nursing homes now Couple of things happen one. CUOMO claimed I was following the White House guidelines. There's no such White House. Guideline no CDC guideline like that total lie, completely the only thing in the CDC guide CDC guidelines is it says if you're GONNA put a patient in a nursing home. Here's the protocols and it was the most extreme protocols, but they never came close to doing so he's a total lie, then I don't know if you noticed. He pulled that memo down yesterday off the state's website. It suddenly vanished. You know maybe you want to call Hillary. Have some of that bleach bit lift. Maybe get up yet, and then He secretly in the budget bill snuck in a little law there that the families are not allowed to sue the nursing homes now. This is one diabolical guy, isn't it? and I notice. He's dropping in the polls. The Halo is slipping. Cuomo he was the worst crisis manager of any of fifty governors. You can the metrics the data backs that up. In fact I'll put up a chart Tamar of the. Worst performing governor of any in America as far as numbers. Everything you did every decision. You can break it down disaster. Buddy as Bob McMahon, said yesterday. Sure look good doing it. He album best briefings. That were charming. Colorful they were wonderful, but a disaster O.. In fact you know we'll talk to you next Michael Goodwin, he is really the guy who led the charge under nursing home scandal. We'll talk to him next on seven ten W. O. R.. Let's get the latest news. Here's Joe Bartlett. Mark Mayor de Blasios, says the city is now performing twenty seven hundred tests a day. They have seventeen hundred tracers ready to go. And he says they're getting closer and closer to reopening looks like a couple more weeks, governor CUOMO's in Washington to meet with President trump today wants money for an Amtrak tunnel under the Hudson River New Penn station. "It's Amy Cooper Rapper Yeah. Now for those weren't the up on all of this stuff. This is for people who have nothing to do all day except play on twitter. And they came up with this named Karen because the first woman that got caught on a viral video doing this I believe her name was Karen. That's why this is called Karen. When you hear. This Karen Karen means a very entitled upper middle class woman. You know like an annoying woman who always wants to see the manager always wants to complain about the littlest nothing thing. That's wrong so they see the that's called a Karen. Karen if you're on twitter, you're a Karen. If you're doing this so now, most of the descriptions will say a middle aged white woman now doesn't that make that a little racial? Why is it always a white woman? Against a black person? It could be a white person. Complaining about a white person could be a black person comparing complaining about a black person, but it. It's got US racial overtone to it so a Karen, is this annoying woman who starts a fight over nothing and wants to call the manager wants to so this is like the most extreme Karen ever. the other guy and they're both. How what are the odds of this? They're both named Cooper. Cooper. Yeah, so the other, the Guy Cooper seems to be quite an outstanding guy. He went to Harvard I. Forgot, What does he do? He was impressive resume cooper. he's in the park there in the ramble, which is kind of a little area where you can walk your dog, but there signs everywhere. The dog must be on a leash. And the Karen! What's her name amy? Titled White Privilege Women's of course, she doesn't need the leash her dog. So. She, she'd takes the leash off and I guess the guy now. Here's the other thing. The guy is She's wrong. because she keeps yelling at the Guy that I'm gonNA call the police and Telemann. african-american is coming here. Well as she said that sounds racist sounds stupid. She's been fired from her job or life has been ruined. And after watching this video, who the hell would want this woman in their office, Anyway Forget. All of this looks like the most annoying woman, so the guy is just yelling at a put that leash and you see. The sign got to have a leash on your dog, so she starts yelling. Please come close to me. I'm asking. You please don't. Please don't come close. Please please call the cops. Please call the. African American man threatening my life. Please tell them whatever you like. This is pretty funny stupid, but it's funny. Now He was photographing her video because she didn't have the leash on the dog. And if you said Hey, stop at video, but did you hear of? Like fifty guys with machine guns pointed at her, so she is a bit of a panicky nut..

"Well, it's What the hell days you can't remember. It's Wednesday. Today. It's week. Ten of the lockdown were coming to the end. We got a couple more weeks in New York City. If in Long Island you open phase one today Westchester, phase one opens today. Even if you're in New York City, it'll be coming out of this in a week or two or three. Three so You got through it. Everything's okay. I noticed the week nine lot of people. We ate a lot. Do second very depressed. It's starting to get to them now that we approach week ten I notice. Everybody's just going nuts. Everybody acting insane except Joe Bartlett. He moves to South Carolina where they've been open for what four weeks and everything is fine down there. Everything is fine I. Hope it stays. That way gives a lot of people from up. There have come down here. I hope they haven't brought the covert down here. Good, take it down there. GET OUTTA hair. Take actually. numbers have not risen anywhere. You'll see fake news reports. They have, but they haven't in Texas. The been open free four weeks. Numbers are dropping. Georgia been opened four weeks. Numbers are dropping. You'll see fake news reports. at a number of cases up, but they won't tell you. Because the number of tests are up like six thousand percent, and the percentage of those testing positive is dropping. Everything is dropping. New York State is dropping its I don't think people realize in the united. States eight thousand people die every day in normal times eight thousand deaths today, so these death numbers are very low in New York City. It's Probably be around five or seventy today in Manhattan. It'll probably be one or two very little this in Manhattan, the numbers are so low. Brooklyn Queens Bronx got hit hard. Staten Island is is very low connecticut. It's been open one week today in the numbers have been dropping for that week. it's average incubation. Time is five days. Incubation is anywhere from to an extreme cases fourteen days, but averages five days, so we're at five days in. Connecticut, we've seen no increase yet. And this is what people eating out to a restaurant going into stores, so we'll keep an eye on connecticut. If everything continues to drop their no reason not to open here but when I say, people are going nuts. We'll get to the crazy woman in the park. We'll get to Kaley MAC and She is brilliant now. She could just change. Your name to something could say Kaley what is it mcenaney? N-. The work with her. I used to do a few shows with her, but now he's still couldn't say name but she's great. He's brilliant. We'll get to well president trump the mask. Controversy is unbelievable. This is the new PC Go crazy nonsense wearing a mask. Who isn't wearing a mess? You did that story, but fake news MSNBC Oh. Yes, fake news NBC News goes out to Mask Sham. Go to find people out of mask and yell at them and to do the story. What they do is they approached the person without the mask on you. You don't have to wear masks when you're outside as long as you say. Stay ten feet away from everybody. Everybody, you must wear masks when you go into a store. If you're going to get close to people, but if you're outside walking away from if nobody's near you, there is no reason on earth to wear a mask fact. If you're walking outside with nobody close, take off the mask. This is why you're outside. Fresh air. Get the sunlight all over your face. It's good for you, so the MSNBC crew approaches the Guy White. Wearing a mask in the reporter has a big masks. Whole comforter set around his face. Mask on and he. How dare you not wear masks? But the guy pulls out his phone and video tapes the the MSNBC crew. You cruise not wearing a mask. You're just wearing a mask for show. Cameraman's wearing a mask. It is pretty ridiculous, isn't it? That is pretty ridiculous. I mean it's hypocrisy to man. Yeah Now! The White House press corps. You'll see some of the briefings where they're all wearing masks. Everybody at the briefing. This is for show. They're all wearing the masks. Even when they asked the president question, they say to them all and he goes what I can take full mass down. I can't hear you, so they're all wearing masks. Everybody, the White House has said that as soon as the camera goes. Every one of these reports takes their mask off in fact, starting to secretly photographed from doing that, they all ripped the mask off as soon as the cameras off. It's all for show. So you know vice president, former Vice President Biden showed up at that ceremony. The look was Halloween. He was wearing all black. He was like Dr. Death on this black suit black I black glasses black mask. He's carrying lillies. Dr Death. He just looked weird. So, everybody was making fun of me, strikes back at the president. He did a whole interview about terrible. It was that the president wasn't wearing a mask will. An absolute fool to talk that way. I mean every leading. Doc in the world, saying we should wear a mask when you're in a crowd. Let me point out that Biden is outside doing this interview, not wearing a mask. There's no mascot and he's talking to a reporter. Who's right across from him? He's looking at her talking to her without a mask on. How come nobody points that out? You can hear the birds he's. That's actually vultures. Circling doesn't look well. He's not wisely wearing a mask if he's outside talking to a report, CNN reporter so the whole thing is ridiculous Here's trump with reports. Can you take it up because I cannot hear all just speak louder services. You WanNa, be politically correct had no sir. They all rip them. As soon as the cameras off, they take the mask off. It's all for show us and I always have a mask with me if I'm walking out, I mean. Even in the middle of Manhattan right now you can walk ten feet away from anybody. Nobody comes near you once in a while you get into a little bit of a crowd. You put the mask on, or you're going to go into a store. You put the mask on. You're not supposed to wear it outside all the time and. You just don't need to do it now. the other controversy is the woman in the park. What is your actual name?.

"Powerful columns have the governors are responsible for the nursing homes disaster So many seniors have died from I if they republicans this would be the story that would be picked up everywhere. Wouldn't it absolutely? This would be the in. The overall picture of the virus would change and I believe it should change because I think when we look across the country mark We're finding that disproportionately The deaths are occurring nursing homes. I mean it's it's anywhere from forty fifty sixty seventy eighty percent in some states in New York and New Jersey. It somewhat lower because there are more desks although the actual nursing home death totals astronomical between the two states New York and New Jersey. Roughly eleven thousand people so far that we know have died in nursing homes eleven thousand people and they both governor Cuomo New York Murphy in New Jersey. They both issued these executive orders in March own using almost identical language. So they clearly I think. We're coordinating Forcing nursing homes to take cova positive patients who were being discharged from hospitals to take them into the nursing homes. And you know I think we always have to remind ourselves mark that the absurdity of this is borne out by the fact the nursing homes and barred families and visitors from coming to see their loved ones less. They bring the virus into the nursing home so on one hand. We're keeping the families out because they're dangerous at the same time we're sending in people. We know are infected with that same virus and saying to the nursing homes. You must take them. You cannot deny them and if you do we'll take your license So I don't know how explain this other than the dumbest thing? Ever the most destructive the lethal the fatalities that flowed from. This is just remarkable. And so if if we if they had not done this and they did some version of this and other states as well If they had not done this. And let's say The New York Times says twenty at least twenty eight thousand people overall have died in nursing homes. Basically at that time they did this. Study one three of all deaths. Think just think for a second if the death totals and the country were reduced by thirty or forty percent. We would be looking at this entirely different way so this was not. This was not a predestined to happen. The way human error played an enormous role in these death. Totals and that does when you look at the when we finally examined. All of this will have to say that. The governor's in these states treated these nursing homes and the people in them as disposable. They sacrifice them to open up hospital space for other infected patients. And if someone wrote to me some one family member wrote to me. It was actually quite quite a powerful argument. They basically said the younger matter more than the older. So we're kicking you into the nursing home so we can free up a hospital for somebody who's more valuable than you are. Then the people in the nursing homes. I mean it's an extraordinary. I think description of what has happened and and there has got to be a national investigation of this. You cannot say we are a civilized society if it's okay to doom tens of thousands of older people you just can't say where humane And so it's it's got to be examined and you can't do within the states because everybody's afraid of the governors the governors hold their licenses overheads and and they can put these nursing home owners out of business so it's got to be somebody who has nothing to fear from the governor's which can only be Washington and when the column. I suggest that designated. Us Attorney could use grand juries in different states to examine whether this was criminal or or just a massive mistake but it it's got to be answered the people who did this have to be required to explain it and defend it because right now cuomo can say things like what we did everything we could when that's just ridiculous that's ridiculous and it worked the policy worked and as I said in the column if five thousand dead is success what would failure look like. I mean it's nonsense to defend this. It's got to be examined by somebody who doesn't fear. The governor's have you ever tried to ask any questions of trying to contact him. You know the press never asked him a tough question never says the Jetson was empty. Why didn't you use it? Have you attempted to question? No no we don't speak. He wouldn't return my calls. I didn't think so. Yeah mean he's put up press releases attacking me and things like that. So there's no relationship there. There's no you know he. He looked he doesn't respect Any media who disagrees or criticizes him despite all the talk he wants it his way and I think that's part of what happened here that he is a very small circle of people who trust fundamentally he trusts nobody He always makes the decision himself. Even he attacks you at a press release. He puts somebody else's name on it but it's rights themselves. He dictates but so. I think when you look at the small circle of people around him There was. There's never anybody who disagrees with him They don't work for him people who disagree with him don't end up working for him So you have a bunch of younger people who are all kind of you know devoted to the cult of Cuomo and he makes this decision and nobody says you know serve. That could kill people. Nobody says that kind of stuff. Damn he doesn't hear any bad news. He doesn't hear any objections because they're not allowed. So that's what you get when you have this kind of power. The legislature rolled over gave him all this power said go ahead. You take care of it. We're just GONNA go home and sleep through this So they've done nothing but give him near absolute power. They suspended essentially the legislative process for anything to do with Colin including on the budget. So what he did all of this himself. Legislature is not a group of geniuses. Either they're all pretty so at least you would hope to some of them being in touch with people in their neighborhoods would say you know sir. A lot of my constituents mothers and fathers are dying in nursing homes. What the heck's going on but he doesn't get that he doesn't hear that because people are afraid of him. It's a powerful column in yesterday's New York. Post you can go read it there and get Michael Goodwin's column every Sunday and every Wednesday in the New York Post. "Hey, let's take some calls check around the country. Everybody's doing. Let's go to. ORLANDO IN CHARLOTTE CHARLOTTE IN ORLANDO. I'm not sure. Charlotte. Orlando in Charlotte. Oh okay. Charlotte in Orlando but now with. WHAT'S GOING ON ORLANDO? Good money mark I got down here in Charlotte and I noticed. Nobody's wearing a mask. People are out in the street. People congregating and that's fine. They're opening up these counties little by little, and it's happening very quickly down here, but my gosh. Even the Uber Drivers Know Masks, but my question is the Blasios with the you know cracking down on all these people congregating and gathering who constitutes water gathering is. Is that me and you talking that me? You and Joe Talking? Constitutes gathering well. They usually put a number on that guideline no more than ten. But even the cops aren't going to bother enforcing this much anymore. And after thanks call in Orlando after the horrible incident with his Health Commissioner. Just disgusting woman who made that awful remark about the cops a Joe Barton. Did you say that he is officially announce he will not fire her. Yes, she's GonNa, stay. That's it. That's the final word, yes. And she is supposed to say something publicly. She hasn't done it yet. So now is this is the woman who said I don't care about cops. if you were given out those masks and the protection equipment was the first person you give it to. I mean obviously healthcare workers, all of that police and firemen. Obviously I I responded. She said couldn't give them what they wanted and she's an I. Don't give a rat's ass about your cops. That woman should have been fired within the hour. And there's no problem ricky. You can fire the Health Commissioner Ned Lamont in Connecticut last week. In the middle of this crisis fired his health commissioner. He didn't want to say publicly what the reason was, but obviously they done something wrong and they got fired very easy to do. Should have been fired G. So I guess it's not a coincidence. Every police commissioner quits Blasi, or they all seem to leave. Obviously. He didn't have a problem with what she said. Yeah so. Yeah. You know the to blocks doesn't like the cops. He's not a big Katsina I mean. We know that. He doesn't watch these law and order marathon. Now? I'm sure and if he does, he thinks Jerry. Beck is the bad guy wisely yelling at the poor murderer, so let's go to. Alison, New Jersey Alice, how you doing? I'm angry and I'm not gonNA. Take anymore About being locked up. It is oh. Yeah, but I mean it's. Me I'm an old gal. I stay home anyway. I don't care about going out. But what about these young people? The percentages of the young people and they have this this secure for them. If they say happened again is, they could go to work. You know they're not stupid. They're. Pollen Sense. There yeah so. It's crazy. is crazy clawing bath this. New Czar apparently I. Don't know whether it's fake news or what, but they're saying that he has. He has what. Ten million dollars in the vaccine. The vaccine Talking about? This news ardent trump just put on, he had. All, the Guy Friday yeah. No, that was a pretty impressive. Guys have money in the vaccine company, but these are real guys, and thanks for calling analysis problem with a guy like. A politician he's not a doctor. Never worked as a doctor's never treated a patient as life. been a clinical laboratory researcher all his life, but a guy like fouts. She is a politician. You know you should be very suspect of fouts. Forget the fact that he's got everything wrong since January. Every prediction is wrong, but the guy's got to PR firms working for him. I mean that makes you suspicious right there? If you. Go to the National Institute. Of Health website, you know, there's a part where who the director is and always have a little biography joe, Bartlett. You go the biography and. A few paragraphs. Those cheese it's got. Hundreds of videos of him. Here's me on face the nation. Here's on Seth. Rogan here's me on. Howard stern puts up all these videos he's. He's promoter is a politician. He's got everything wrong since January. he's the guy all through February saying no reason to change anything. Don't worry. Everything's fine eight seven a couple of times in February just a bad flu. Don't worry about addict. Bad Guy, so if you're watching Friday when trump introduced these new guys. That are running operation warp speed. One guy is in the vaccine and he's like the top vaccine maker in the country. These are real frontline vaccine. Work is very very practical. Guys if you wanted to. Build a new phone. If you wanted to come up with a phone, who would you get? A clinical researcher from the government has been government for thirty years or a couple of top guys. At who would you want building the phone for you? Guys that really know what they're doing and how to do it, so it was ferry. Encouraging Friday see these guys brought in the real top vaccine. Guys of the world and they'll run the vaccine effort. Without PR firms, they don't need it. Let's go to Hiram in Queens Hiram how you doing? I'm doing great I wish these Republicans would have learned from their democratic guys because. trump fired on Friday and on Saturday. They have investigation. I mean. That's true fired A. Every time fires a whistle blower. They show the guy and you looks like the Schmucky guy is like you can't believe it makes you really concerned that a guy like that was even working there. Same thing right? You Watch that sixty minutes, Rick. You really don't feel secure. Knowing this was the guy that was running things. He looks like an idiot or. It didn't look real more onto you. Would you hire Vin men if he showed up for a job interview? He looks like. He's pretty principle Dan uniform. That's why they made him. Wear the uniform and you see them without the uniform his work clothes. He just.

"Yeah well it's It's Monday we're back to work. We got lots to get to. This is a big week and important week. Lots of stuff Opening up this week and got We got so much. Nice email and A people writing to us either on the website or instagram or twitter. Or wherever you get all these great meals and a lot of them this weekend. Sing you guys really you keep me company. You help me get through the day and I'm not going to work right now. Not Going to the office. I'm not going out with my girlfriends. I'm not going to lunch so it's like you're my social life. You know you get me through the day But I just want you know. It's the same for us to it. You know you're our social life. I know Joe Bartlett. You would agree right doing this every day. So important for us in this sort of keeps you sane. I can't imagine people don't have anything to do all day. Yeah so if that's the case This is what I can do all day. Come here every morning from ten to noon or with Russia with Sean in the afternoon. You know we'll be your a daily appointment work social life come here. I get caught up Check out everything. That's going on so Joe's in South Carolina where everything has been open for over a week now and What what what are the results? It's been almost two weeks right almost two weeks. I am monitoring the numbers in my particular county and cases of not going up much in the death. Believe it or not a pretty steady. Yes it's it's not even impactful here. You're talking about three hundred cases in the county that I live in. Let's yeah so that's a that's very important. There's no big spike. Now you're going to see a lot of Fake News New York Times and all the fake newspapers. You keep picking up a headline big spike in Georgia when they reopened spike in Texas where they reopened. You read into the fine print. They're not really true. Texas has been reopened now for Awhile. Georgia's been reopened. There's no big spikes isn't increasing number small increase but officials there say it's because of a massive increase in testing. That's how they got the new numbers. Now you've wanted to see a fake everything. Is you see Mayor de Blasio yesterday today. Bragging about how we have twice the testing capacity that we need He's urging people to go get tested. If you've got the slightest go get tested. Got Twice as much testing capacities. We need and you see the press. Wow thank you. Oh that's great now. Watch the president's press conference today testing how come nobody. Can you said everybody can get a test where it's fake news? Did you watch sixty minutes last night? Now I don't watch any more given up on The first piece the second piece was on how Dragon. Hydroxy chloroquine is the worst side effects. This could wipe you out in a tight call. Every doctor I know is that true now. Took it for a year? You make these side effects now. I mean there's some people that could have a side effect but we wouldn't given to him. We take a look at their You know we do physical and see if they can take it now that's not and then And again I asked this question last week. Why do Democrats if they gotta play that fails every time? Why do they keep running? That play watch Tom. Brady play that bombs completely. Maybe I'll try one more time. A couple of weeks but bombs twice. You never see that play again. Democrats keep running that play. They find some loser backbencher some mediocrity that they drag out there whether it's Michael Cone or Michael Wolff Remember that Vinson Lieutenant Colonel Veneman with the uniform a guy like Newman on Seinfeld. You remember him three days of hearings this. This is the most brilliant man on earth. The country can't go on without him. Where nothing what was the thought about men now for awhile soon as it was over and he was wiped out the CNN. Give a contractor MSNBC. You so brilliant. Let's make you a commentator. Nobody ever talked to him again. So the new government is this idiot. Name Rick Bright you know that is right. He would what it what did he actually do. He was on recharging. Infectious Disease. Say That nobody even knows what the hell did. He's six thousand people in his little bureau there so Ten minute piece on sixty minutes last night did intensive interview with Rick. Bright the most brilliant man on earth country. How can this man be fired? The country can't survive without this guy's brilliant and you watch this thing again. Looks like Venom? Another mediocre nobody. Backbencher didn't sound very good and sound very interesting. The whole piece is this is the most brilliant. Nobody knows this subject. Is that top guy on this subject on earth. Watch after this fizzles two weeks from now. Cbs gives them a contract to be a commentator on the Sunday show or the morning if they haven't put him on a panel at nobody'll see if CNN puts it they'll put them all over. It's like Nadia thirty five appearances a day for three days. Then they find out it's not effective. They never talked to him again. So rip bright joins that category of Morosi Avenue Skirmish Itchy. All these guys use them for a week or two doesn't work throw him out The Vaccine A. Could Happen. It was quite an impressive briefing. The president did on Friday and Saturday. There was a really impressive briefing. Friday with these guys. He's brought in vaccine geniuses and it's called Operation Warp speed. They're going to work around the clock. It's the fastest effort ever to come up with a vaccine. Anybody will tell you it's going to be a year two years. Maybe be the end of the year possible but who knows that. See what happens. Let's see what happens. It's possible they could do this in record time. Because what could you do over a year or two whatever it is you do to come up with this vaccine you could do it at warp speed? That's the name of the project and get it done faster I think the only problem is. Don't you have to Joe Bartlett? Don't you have to test these out or something? You have to give it some and see what happens over the most. That's the thing you have to check that it's you know it's it's right that it it's effective and it does pick it up and it takes some time to do that although they've got this big test. Now that they're pretty happy about Senator Wall Street up this the MODERNA. Yeah a lot of them. Looked pretty good. You know what we should do With tested on Bernie Sanders supporters. Let's try the new guys. We'll see how that goes Here's the thing the governor and our mayor. These two are the worst. The too crazy lockdown lunatics. They will lock you down forever. They have no interest in letting you out they want. You locked down for good now. They're gonNA get pressure now. You remember the governor announced about two weeks ago that he'd formed a commission he would be he would partner up Connecticut and New Jersey. The three governors together would decide when to reopen and they would do this jointly. Well you notice about two weeks ago. The Governor Connecticut quit this stupid commission and the Governor of New Jersey last week walked away from it and said Obviously said to himself. Komo's crazy I'm not get involved with this. You'll lock us down forever. So Connecticut opens Wednesday in two days. Connecticut is open Department stores that people have told me they were. They are told to report to work today to prepare for the reopening on Wednesday. You know right now. If you're in Connecticut or some of these you can do. You can order online from a big store. And they'll they'll do curbside pickup Pull UP IN. The sales guy will bring it out to you the saleswoman bring it out to you And and all of that but starting Wednesday. You can go in the store. You could go to saks. Fifth Avenue Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich Connecticut. You could go to the Stanford Town Center you could go to that new stupid Norwalk Mall. I wouldn't advise it but that when Colette. Sono the worst in the world looks like a prison camp. And what is it with these malls? It's one of those where you park inside. What is it what these malls are empty? Nobody's there and go inside the park and it's like two dollars a whatever five dollars which is even. If it's not the money you gotta go over to a thing and put in this and give them your phone number and register. Who wants to do that? The Park Mall. It doesn't make you should give us five dollars just to come in there and park. You would think so right. Yeah yeah so but starting Wednesday you can enter stores And you can go to restaurants in Connecticut. They all open on Wednesday now. It's outdoor dining only at first and they have to space the tables out so If you're prime crab shell there or Cal Or J. House. You've got plenty of outdoor spatial use. It now what? If you're on the main street the avenue there and you only got to outdoor tables. I have a feeling they're gonNA work out something where they let you. They'll let you use part of the street. You can take a lot of the sidewalk and spread tables out there so New Jersey is starting this right now. They're doing curbside pickup now right but watch Connecticut for a week or so so What happens when Connecticut opens on Wednesday and Westchester remains closed? You are going to see a traffic jam and ninety five from Westchester Connecticut every day. Hopefully this governor wake up and when he looks at that gridlock every day maybe he'll realize time to open up. Hey there was there are remember. I said a few weeks ago Dole Riley said at first he said in two weeks reopening. The people are going to go out in two weeks. No matter what frank it started this weekend you know this of Manhattan Bars. Everything packed. I mean they had to stand outside and get takeout but downtown was pack. Crops had to clear the crowd upper side was packed I saw it in the suburbs. This weekend packed. Every people are going out whether the government says it's OK or not that's it. It's over the lockdown. You may still be locked up in New York but it's only another couple of weeks. Don't you think? Even Cuomo who is a real politician always checks? The Barometer. See which way the wind is blowing all that Don't you think you'll see the pressure in two weeks and open he's got to You know a lot of the upstate regions are opening. The the thing is is New York City that unsafe to New York City of five girls in the surrounding suburbs that unsafe that we still have to be under this lockdown. The rest of the world can kind of start to get back to normal. We can't Os the other thing. Italy reopened today today. All the stores and restaurants are open in Italy at six hours later. They're so as we speak. Everything has been open now. People are in restaurants as we speak. People are in stores in Italy. Right now the reopening. Yeah that's a good point Hey by the way a lot of people by thermometer another thermometer because I wanNA take much. Do not buy thermometer right now because of part of the guidelines when you reopen every store every restaurant takes your temperature when you walk in so you don't don't buy her mom. Just go outside and walk around. Go to go to any place to go to whole foods now they take your temperature in pretty cincy every restaurant every store so every two feet..

Nancy Pelosi rips up copy of Trump's State of the Union speech

"When we last left we were talking about some of the observations from the state of the union and one of them certainly was Nancy Pelosi ripping up the president's speech and they didn't shake hands and what not and I think there are a lot of people who are writing about that had that awkwardness of it but I don't say it's awkward because the two of them are absolutely well they have nothing in common they do have this in common they would stand their ground so that to me doesn't seem like it's that out of it's certainly not out of character let's put it that way I'm always intrigued by what the headers today in other words what the major newspapers decide they're going to highlight the New York Post did the highlight Nancy Pelosi and what they wrote was the headline said this Nancy Pelosi shamed herself at trump state of the union address and then there were there's a picture of her holding it up and then there were several little pictures of her ripping it up they said trump employs these views spills over into the state of the union Pelosi rips up trumps state of the union speech in a stunning scene so that's what they chose to highlight that was the first thing that you saw all of their and this story by Michael Goodwin talks about the definition of insanity and says that you know you've been **** up for three years with the juvenile resistance where you were refused even to negotiate over big national interests such as border control control them what it seems you couldn't sink any lower than that cheap partisan impeachment you engineered you hit a new low during the state of the union this was from the columnist Michael good when talking about what he saw as Nancy closely and what the you know what what she did so now house Republicans were talking about he was talking about house Republicans should demand a censure vote and make it clear that they're strong disapproval of close these temper tantrum should stand them that they don't agree with it and let Democrat sure where they stand on that kind of conduct of the focus was all about that and then there were a couple of other things relating to the speech itself so that's the New York Post you know how we roll in this country you get a little of this new got a little that but I thought it was interesting that there were all those pictures up and that's that's what they chose to go with now you go to the left coast there's a and then you go to the LA times and they lead with what I live with the president touting economic gains in the state of the union talking about Republican lawmakers chanting four more years before the president began speaking and then really setting up an intensely partisan tone for the address on the night of the full let's face it virtual certain acquittal and the Republican controlled Senate so that whole impeachment thing wraps up tomorrow I can't imagine that it's actually the more flooding that leave my lips is not going to do that's not changing that's it I mean virtually that it even senator Susan Collins who waves in five different directions when she feels like it decided she's going to show up and she's going to vote to acquit the the presidents of pretty interesting and most of the headlines when they went with the state of the union sure the economic part of it leads with that and it it's interesting because even in the LA times the opinion piece there that was done by Michael my god I think his name is is the senior editorial writer he said even if the Republicans in the house chamber hadn't begun shouting former years would have an obvious that the president's state of the union address was a campaign speech by another name and it it he said it also shows Democrats should take note it was an effective one despite any even says despite exaggerations dubious claims that are already being dissected by fact checkers which is true he's saying the president's emphasis on optimism and is talk about building the world's most prosperous and inclusive society was laced with some score settling and it was he's right it was throughout that state of the union you could see that lurking there and some of the big moments including because this is something especially older people are scared to death about in fact my whole life probably when I was born they started saying you're not going to have social security benefits have you heard that raise your hand if you for that I have my infrared nationwide glasses on and I can see yes yes a lot of hands over there in Arizona some in Florida yep the managers and so the president said we will always protect your Medicare and social security any attacked the those who want to take away your health care take away your doctor abolish private insurance entirely he said he promised we will never let socialism destroy American health care because remember for example Pete bhut aged is talking about universal healthcare some directly that's what that's a jab at I don't know that him specifically because Bernie Sanders as the same thing and of course that keeps coming up again and again and again and again I'm gonna give you one more let's go in the middle of the country because I just think it's interesting to hear what the scribes ages which very very much along the same lines that I would would say and what are they ultimately leading with especially in a place like Chicago and you can look at the different newspapers the truckers give the trip and you course of the sun times the trim says there's certainly there is the feet booted judge saying that he holds a lead over Bernie Sanders in the Iowa caucuses but the race is too close to call and then what they highlighted was this tensions on vivid display as trump uses the state of the union to campaign ahead of the impeachment vote Nancy Pelosi reflect the speech as the president finishes the the unit arrests and in fact checking the president's claims in the state of the union address and then goes on to dissect it from there so pretty much that was the slice of what you got from coast

"About Nancy Pelosi that big blunder he says if Nancy Pelosi and held her fire for twenty four hours she did a lot better shape right now because the transcripts came out did not include eight full some quid pro quo and then a whistleblower more comes out and it sort of undercuts the clay. pro quo argument and now she's on the hook for impeachment because once Nancy Pelosi says that trump will be investigated for impeachment you really think she's gonna walk out one back you really think the Nancy Pelosi is going to suddenly back off of them at all you know what totally wrong turns out he was innocent yeah good luck with that. Michael Goodwin suggests that impeachment is deeply unpopular which it is the latest poll shows that well over half of Americans are against impeachment as opposed to just thirty seven percent who say they are in favor. Goodwin says the transcript shows no quid pro quo and no matter sophistry can twisted into something that it's not blows you screwed up but every American will pay the price through gridlock in Washington and dipping polarization ever he says yes the transcript reports that trump did raise the issue of Joe Biden's sons lucrative job with an energy company in Ukraine and from clearly wanted Ukraine to give Eiji William Barr any information it had about the origins on the twenty sixteen spying on trump's campaign but this is the kind of stuff that brings down the presidency. in fact after a whistle blower complaint about the call the DOJ examined the transcript to see it from from quest even amounted to a campaign violation campaign finance violation and they concluded that it did not. yeah I mean I am I tend to believe that that hello he may have jumped the gun here is gonna damn sure won't probably not but did she jump the gun seems like it joy in Washington on the bench perishable for joy. well I just you talk about your children a lot and sounds like you're a good parent. if your child for a number of years just was in the gray area time after time and you talk to them about the same thing over and over again. I mean don't you at some point thank you that your daughter is not learning the way that you're teaching or something is wrong I mean I think each of these incidents like the Russian and such as that was all they didn't know they should be cocky progression they're on a learning curve how long do we have trump on a learning curve doing things that really are very close if not over the line of legality and polluting coal I'll be right honestly I tend to agree with a lot of what you're saying the fact is that I have never said the truck gets excuse because on a learning curve I say that you have to establish the elements of the crime in order to convict somebody of a crime if your kid is in the gray area all the time that's a bad thing right that your kids in the gray area but I can send your kid to jail for continuously being in the gray area or you actually have to improve their kid moved over the line before you send your kid to jail or from out of the house or something at the end and one in here you're not talk about drinking out of the house obviously you're talking about convicting the president of a high crime and misdemeanor in the United States Senate and kicking him out of office. well I guess where I come down is that yes that child is also constantly surrounded by people who are on the wrong side of that I am not sure that is constantly kind of looting with that and maybe a taste all over the bad side. the child is a very serious problem but we're not talking about a child we're talking about the president of our United States right where are these thanks I mean I still much less safe internationally and domestically with that and as our president. let me just say that that would be a great place to vote against him for you but the case for impeachment is not a case of totality of the circumstances you don't like him you feel less safe the case for impeachment is constitutionally high crimes and misdemeanors we've only used impeachment three previous times in American history no one has ever been removed from office or can bite my conviction only Nixon stepped down so you know I I again I can be just as skeptical as you you can give me more skeptical than I am you can suggest that you think that you make. maybe it sounds like it but but you know the fact is that you know when it comes to for example you feel less safe we obviously disagree on that but with that said yeah again the question is the standard for impeachment not the standard of is he doing crappy things because am I happy that Donald Trump is calling on the president of Ukraine and being like can you go and that's to give like when have I made it and I've been unclear. I find that to be deeply troubling and Ron so joy I really appreciate the call and I and while I think it's good it's clarifying elucidating. the question here is abuse of power didn't fall because I think that's very much as if the power rise again because okay well abuse of power isn't an impeachable offense because offenses typical what impeachment is a political thing right so impeachment doesn't actually require a criminal offense they did your determination but typically speaking you have to violate some aspect of the walk abuse of power just like the word collusion is vaguely defined so for example I think Barack Obama abuses power on the IRS scandal do I think that that was necessarily impeachable well not absent proof that he actually committed a crime right so you actually have to get there there's a difference between sort of vaguely worded collusion or abuse of power and what a criminal violation looks like that is worthy of impeachment I think we have to keep that one in mind going forward because the constitutional standard matters I get one vote against and vote against any of an election in fourteen months it's gonna come up real fast but impeachment is a bit of a different all right definitely voted against them I came from a family of Democrats in my dad looks dirty almost thirty years in the airforce and she is he was so excited when Obama got elected I am just so you know it is a free country vote how you want you know yeah I I you know I I disagree with you on a bomb I disagree young from but I appreciate the call and thanks for listening are you coming up in just a second we are going to be joined by merry either statue senior fellow at faith and reason institute first quick moment you need to go check out daily word icon subscribe to get all of this comes at me with all sorts of great content three hours of the show every day commercial free on demand nine nine Bucks you're gets you the magical world famous leftist years hot or cold tumblr check this out a daily where to come to come a subscriber join tens of thousands of fans and supporting largest conservative podcast in the United States as I say coming up merry either statue senior fellow at the faith and reason institute and she has a brand new book coming out primal screams of the sexual revolution created identity politics will talk for a couple of minutes about why it is that the sexual revolution.
