"Over your Bloomberg type squawk on your terminal sq, and that's a Bloomberg business flash. Now here's Michael Barr with more on what's going on around the world, Michael. Karen, today marks one year since Russia's invasion of Ukraine, which triggered the deadliest conflict in Europe since World War II. The United Nations confirms more than 7000 Ukrainian civilians have died in the conflict, but officials say the actual number is likely much higher. The U.S. and South Korea held discussions over ways they would respond to possible nuclear attacks by North Korea, The Pentagon said the so called table top exercise focused on hypothetical scenarios. In the NHL, the rangers lost the Devils won in overtime against the kings four three, the bruins won, the capitals lost, in the NBA, the warriors lost. Global news, 24 hours a day powered by more than 2700 journalists and analysts in over 120 countries on Michael Barr, this is Bloomberg, Karen. All right, Michael bear, thank you, we are watching this headline crossing the Bloomberg right now, Merck's COVID-19 pill getting a negative recommendation in the EU. Again, that just crossing the Bloomberg and we'll be watching Merck shares this morning. It is 6 42 on Wall Street and we turn to news now in science and technology with the Bloomberg and JIT stem report at his brought to you by New Jersey institute of technology and JIT makes research breakthroughs and is classified as one of the most research intensive universities in the country by the Carnegie institute. Learn more at nj IT dot EDU slash R one. And here's what's making news and science technology engineering and math. Russia launched a rescue ship for two cosmonauts and a NASA astronaut whose original ride homes spring a dangerous leak while parked at the International Space Station. The new now empty Soyuz capsule should arrive at the orbiting lab on Sunday, and the capsule leak in December was blamed on a micro meteorite that punctured an external radiator draining it of coolant. The same thing appeared to happen again earlier this month this time on a doctor Russian cargo ship. The European Union's executive branch says it is temporarily banned TikTok from phones used by employees as a cybersecurity measure, reflecting widening worries from western officials over the Chinese owned video sharing app. They use action follows similar moves in the U.S. where more than half of the states in Congress have banned TikTok from official government devices. And Jeff Bezos may be on the acquisition trail, The Washington Post is reporting the Amazon founder is hired an investment firm to consider a bid for the NFL's Washington commanders, Bezos also owns The Washington Post. And as a Bloomberg and JIT stem report, Nathan. All right, Karen, thank you to 6 44 on Wall Street. It is time to check what's going on in D.C. where some of the top stories include new sanctions on Russia as the war in Ukraine enters year two, U.S. also is readying a new $2 billion assistance package for Ukraine. Also making news a ceasefire proposal from China getting a quick cold shoulder in Washington and a key house Democrat raising security concerns with McCarthy's video transfer. Let's bring in Bloomberg government's Emily Wilkins on this one year mark of the war in Ukraine. And as we mentioned, Emily, it is coming with even more sanctions on Russia. Yes, we're expecting more sanctions to be announced this morning. They're going to be targeting Russia's defense and energy industries as well as their financial institutions. And they're also the U.S. and its allies are expected to really crack down on sanctions of Asian and try and put additional pressure on third countries to choose between the U.S. and Russia, currently one of the reasons that we haven't seen these sanctions have as big of an impact as we initially thought they would is because Russia has found ways to get around it. They found other buyers in India in China in Hong Kong. And so one of the things that the U.S. is now trying to focus on is really kind of making sure that there's a bit more of a line in the sand between the U.S. and Russia and that countries understand that. Because Nathan, let's be honest here as I've mentioned and as we have a couple of great stories on the terminal this morning digging into the sanctions have not done what we expected them to do at this point. There was really a feel that it was going to cripple our Russia's economy that really hasn't happened at this point, although there is some hope that as the sanctions continue to be in place as they continue to go on and as the U.S. continues to crack down that we might eventually see some sort of pressure put on Putin that might either lead to internal problems within Russia for him that could potentially translate to those front lines in Ukraine. As you mentioned, Emily, Russia has managed to find a way around the sanctions by counting on different markets, particularly, as you mentioned, China, and we did get this 12 point peace proposal from China overnight. How is that being received in Washington? Washington is very much not at the point right now where they want to be discussing peace talks. There's still a lot of bipartisan support for Ukraine to push against Russia to send a message that you can't simply go ahead and invade another country and that the U.S. will stand by countries like Ukraine and so at this point, there really isn't a lot of appetite for peace talks at this time. There's a sense that there does need to be a continued effort to push against Russia and I think we're going to see that. I think right now really the big question in Washington is that when the time

"I'm proud to call you both, my friend. Oh man, that is the Tsar of talk Michael Barry, our good friend at a Houston saying some very kind things there. In his own right, a fantastic radio host. I will tell you all of the markets that we are number one in because the list has become massive. And that is a testament to all of you, not just listening, but saying, hey, if you're fed up and I hear this for people all the time and you're just begging for sanity, it's like you're walking in the desert and you finally see water and it's not a mirage. It's an oasis. That is us. That is us. We are here to provide that little bit of water when you're parched in the desert right now. And by the way, I meant rodeo, but I said monster truck rally because for some reason, my brain couldn't. But yes, I was able to get down on the dirt at the Houston rodeo thanks to thanks to Michael Barry. So clay, I was going to make a transition here to bicycle from rodeo, but that's not really working. You know, I've been thrown off the horse. You could say. But president president Trump, former president Trump has been making the rounds, and he had a little bit of fun with the Biden bike scenario that happened here. Let's play a clip one for everybody. A pledge from the Donald. And I hope he has recovered because as you know, he fell off his bicycle today

"Are here to lead you into the weekend. With some fun horse talk. And some really bad ads. On horses in the morning. Well yesterday was a big news day in the horse world. Oh my gosh, it was crazy. He's like two big stories in one day. I remember when we covered this first story, we're going to talk about the Michael bear his own thing. And we covered this in the beginning, two, three years ago. And we said, you know, there's more to this story. There's just the story is so bizarre. I mean, it seemed like ELISA wysocki novel. And New Jersey of all places. So, you know, Nancy jaffer, who's one of the most well-known journalists for the horse world. We see her all the time in Kentucky. She lives in New Jersey, so she was at this trial and of course we're talking about the Michael barrison. He's a Olympian. He was on the Olympic team. He was a dressage trainer and writer. And he shot two people shot one person and shot at the other. This pair that was living on his property that he was trying to evict and they were driving him absolutely insane and apparently so much so that when the trial finally came lasted a couple of weeks took four days for the jury to come to a conclusion and what they said was that he is innocent by reason of insanity for shooting her and he was ruled not guilty for anything to do with the woman's boyfriend. So if you want to read all about it, if you have not heard about this at all, you need to go take a look because there's a lot more than we can cover in this short time. But if you look at it and on the outside you're like, oh my gosh, this guy shot somebody and they pleaded sanity and it worked and then you start to read some of the things she did. Well, you've dealt with the situation not quite this bad, but was similar. Well, just the fact where it said he tried to evict somebody and they wouldn't leave. I was like, oh my God, if that was the case, I'd burn the house down with them. It's just something else. So he faces a psychiatric evaluation. He's not out yet. Now, he's been in jail for three years. Because he had no parole, or no bail, rather. So he's been there for three years. He did not look good. You saw the pictures of him. He looked like a skeleton. I mean, just didn't look good at all. He looked like Nick Nolte's mugshot. So he's going to be going for evaluation and they're doing another hearing on May 17th to determine, I guess what happens to him. So if you want to read more about this in a really good article, somebody who sat in on the trial for the couple of weeks who said it was just absolutely bizarre at times. Nancy jaffer's article post a link to it. Yeah, horse sport dot com. The other crazy news story that happened yesterday was the Mark Todd. I mean, this is like national news. I mean, it's all over. Yahoo in the sports and all the news outlets and how Mark Todd has been given back his training license..

"Did a petition and went door to door. Hi, I'm grace lynch. I'm one of the writers and producers behind women, and the creator and host of another wonder media network show. As she rises. As she rises is about personalizing the elusive magnitude of climate change. Through the power of poetry and the stories of local climate activists. Which is why I'm so excited to guest host this episode and introduce our new theme for the month. Eco warriors. Women fighting for conservation and ecological justice. Today, we're talking about a woman whose work protecting her community, opened our eyes to environmental crises on a local level. Her small town campaign made national headlines, and established her as a leading voice in toxic Waste Management. Even though her career started, literally, in her own backyard. Please welcome Lois Gibbs Lois was born on June 25th, 1951. She grew up in Grand Island, New York, as one of 6 children. Her father was a union worker, and her mother was a stay at home mom. Shortly after graduating high school, Lois got married and had two kids. Michael and Melissa. In 1972, Lois and her family moved to a three bedroom house in a neighborhood called love canal in Niagara, New York. For a while, their life just miles from Niagara Falls was relatively normal. Lois was a housewife who worked sewing draperies, her husband worked at the Goodyear plant, and their children went to the local school. But shortly after moving, Melissa and Michael began to show worrying symptoms. Melissa, who was born in love canal, developed a rare blood disease. Michael, born three years earlier, had always had asthma, but after moving to love canal, he developed increasingly severe illnesses. First, pneumonia, then a urinary tract disorder. And then, a seizure disorder. His weakened immune system left him vulnerable to many sicknesses. Lois searched for answers to her children's illnesses to no avail. She tried to make her home as healthy as possible, even banning soda. But Michael and Melissa continued to be an ill health. In the spring of 1978, Lois got her answer. The Niagara Falls gazette broke a story about toxic dump sites littered throughout the region. A petroleum subsidiary called hooker chemical company had used areas of love canal as an industrial dump for compounds. At least 12 of which were suspected carcinogens. Once defunct, hooker sold the dumping site to the school board for $1. As a result, love canals local playground was built on top of more than 20,000 tons of toxic chemical waste. The waste had made its way through the entire community. It contaminated the local water supply and soil, lacing everything from tap water to the dirt in people's backyards with toxic chemicals. It also accounted for the high rates of unexpected illness and congenital health issues in town, including Lois kids. Lois got to work. She organized the love canal homeowners association to fight for her community's permanent relocation away from the waist. The association held rallies and protests to raise money and awareness for their efforts. They garnered media attention, but also encountered criticism from opponents. Occidental Petroleum, hooker's parent company, insisted the leaking chemicals were not linked to illnesses in the community. Lois herself was called hysterical for her actions against local and federal bureaucracy. She was criticized for spending too much time fighting with the homeowners association and not enough time taking care of her children. Lois and the homeowners association fought for more than two years. In 1980, a new study from the EPA revealed that relocation would just be the beginning. Toxic chemicals like the ones in love canal could trigger genetic damage for future generations to come, even miles and years away from the original dump site. As evidence continued to pile up, residents of love canal grew increasingly frustrated. According to Lois, when the report came out, one of her neighbors wrote out E, PA, and gasoline on their lawn and set it on fire. In another protest, members of the homeowners association blockaded EPA officials in a house for 6 hours. A rally so newsworthy, even the FBI got involved. The homeowners association gave president Jimmy Carter and ultimatum. Relocate love canal residents in the next four days. If we do not have a disaster declaration, Wednesday by noon. Then what they have seen here today is just a Sesame Street picnic. In October 1980, the president delivered an emergency declaration. The U.S. government purchased love canal homes at fair market value, nearly $15 million. And relocated more than 900 families from the hazardous area. After leaving love canal, Lois pushed on. Despite her success, others underestimated her ability to grow the movement. Her own mother warned her she was just a housewife with a high school education. But Lois knew there was more work to be done. While working in love canal, she received calls from people across the country in similar situations. In 1981, she moved to D.C. with her two children. There, she established the center for health environment and justice, or CH EJ. A national nonprofit to help support local activists, dealing with similar situations to hers. To this day, she serves as its executive director. Today, Lois is a renowned, international speaker on hazardous waste pollution. She holds four honorary degrees, as well as a nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize. In 1998, she continued to bring visibility to the aftermath of love canal in her book, love canal, the story continues. She also worked with a network of grassroots organizers to campaign against dioxin with the stop dioxin exposure campaign, and the book dying from dioxin. In 1983, CBS.

We did get a pair of shoes in the mail from france. I think that means you already saw your do. Tell us about. The little guy is they. They miss that. Yup banks he's Six weeks old around there And then we have maverick. He's almost three so our hands are full. Mind two things I was dressed up as maverick for halloween. Yup yup also topped up somehow. He ended up with three halloween costumes. I don't even know how that happened. But the top gun maverick. I don't think we'll ever top that costume. That was perfect in the other thing Base had some health stuff. And you got the the view from children's hospital in somebody who went over there a lot when you were at iowa and visited kids too scary thing i mean just banks doing well though right yeah. He's doing amazing The scary part. Luis figuring out what was wrong with him. It took like a week to week and a half of Him losing weight and he lost a pound and a week now. Let's ten percent of his body weight but no once they figured it out. They send a streets iowa city and he just had a surgery and it went fantastic and that place is amazing. That hospital is so awesome. And you know i. You've obviously been at hospitals around here back home in nebraska. And i mean you know they they all are great but there's just something different about the university of iowa hospital All the nurses were amazing and is different because obviously been there a lot of times just visiting patients visiting kids. You know you see the way each week on tv but thousand first time being on the inside actually you know being will not a patient but maxine being patient and values we loved but i mean it was it was awesome and so he's good now he's back to back to one hundred percent so he might as as of four monsters now in a note three m's not great and fun but enjoy the heck out of it. I miss college I don't necessarily miss pro basketball. But i i definitely miss college and missile time isla for sure. Yeah i'd say this is kind of my first year really not being around basketball as much even last year. Even that was playing. I was still with the program so so. Nfl fella had that same routine. Going on on was close closer that way. So this'll be new territory for me. But yeah i mean when that you know in weather starts getting below freezing in the mornings than know you start. Feeling it should be baffles. Be basketball nicklaus. It's weird for me. Because i remember you as gangly fifteen year old. Probably a sophomore planet at north. So you're making me feel really old because everything you've done and i know we talked a ton during your career but now that it's done could you back remember really talking to your wallet and you really didn't want to talk about looking back because you're in the process of it. You really proud of of the things you have accomplished it at bettendorf in iowa and the pros and and everything. You've done the hardwood. yeah man. I know there's been a lot look back on. I mean one thing that hasn't changed it on still gangly. So i do you look back on the proud of where basketball took me and all the experiences i had especially at the university of iowa some of really special and You know it's interesting. You're kind of starting something new. And you definitely kinda started up in the bottom and work my way up now but i do look back in still sell tangled from my island chance to play basketball professionally in all Made across the west You're nothing but gratitude and your chance account look back in depth would be proud of what i've done a nicholas. I just wanted to mention but right before we get into geek and tabs here, I promise it's real quick. Last segment was talking a lot about single board computers, raspberry pi four, raspberry pi zero and the wrecks rednecks. Pie. But as far as raspberries concerned, I've had Evan Upton on my show. I had him on a couple years ago, and we had a lengthy discussion. So if you go back through and if I remember I will put it in the description of this podcast. But I talked to the freaking president and CEO and co founder of Raspberry computers. I talked to Evan on and kind of a funny side story on that before we started Deacon Tabs. Is that I remember in my initial he's way off in London. I remember my initial initial my initial email contact with him. We're kind of planning out, uh, went to record over Skype or whatever. But for some reason, I didn't plug two and two together that Evan upped that I was talking to the CEO of Raspberry Pi, you know, and I wasn't blowing him off. But I was just like I wasn't being super accommodating. He's like, What about this time like? Yeah, well, you know, I'm at work, and I got to do today. Well, what about this time like, Yeah. I mean, I go home at that time, and it's kind of down time did it? Uh And then, like the third or fourth email in as like This is the freaking CEO that I'm just talking to. Like. I thought I was going to talk. I thought I was going to be talking to like, uh, marketing like representative a PR person for raspberry. No. When I emailed raspberry about doing an interview, the freaking CEO is the one who is talking to me from the get Go. And as soon as I realized I was like, Oh, my goodness. Yeah, Whatever works for you is perfect. And I I got in trouble. Oh, gosh. I want to do some geek in tabs, but this is a good Okay. I got really in trouble at the time that I was recording the interview with Evan Upton. From overseas time differences. Everything was like one a.m. for him. By the time of recording, I was running the Michael Barry show locally in Houston. In Might and, uh, caught me as a bad is kind of a bad way to put it because I wasn't doing anything wrong. I was still running the Michael Barry show listening to the station and everything. I had him in one ear while I was recording an interview. Michael came in, and he saw Michael got freaking fear reassess when he realized I was recording an interview while working the Michael Berry show Freaking furious, And if you have listened to Michael Bear, and you know when he gets mad, it's not when he's screaming. It's when he gets quiet. Any less than but music play for a while and it gets really low. It's just he was boiling boiling and he threw me under the bus. He threw me under the bus that day is like, I'm sorry if you're waiting on the phones, but our board up Was recording an interview for his for a little geek show that he does on the weekend. He was Michael was being an ass and I consider Michael Barry, your friend. We don't agree. 100% politically and everything. Obviously, but I consider him a friend. I consider my mentor. On this day he was Irate he Cool like he was. He was. Let me just try to say this. Hello, SEC. Michael was being a dick. In response to that immediately. I'm not going to say I blame the Maria at anything wrong like, but he man when he said like he was recording interview for his little weekend geek show, like what I was doing. Didn't matter like we're like he didn't start at the same exact place. Actually, he didn't start at the same exact place. Money goes a very long way in this business. Um, I'll just say that and that's not. I don't mean that to slander Michael Barry at all. I just mean he was a very predominant figure here in Houston. A lot of people already knew who he was. He had already made his money. His wife had already made his money. He made friends in the industry who basically when, uh, who was who it left. Not savage, who was on and Houston right before Michael Barry took his slut. Gosh, what was his name anyways? Michael didn't have any radio experience, and they just said here, Sit here have five p.m. on ktrh. The 50,000. What flamethrower. Just shoved him right in there. Eddie martinis.

No. When I emailed raspberry about doing an interview, the freaking CEO is the one who was talking to me from the get Go. And as soon as I realized I was like, Oh, my goodness. Yeah, Whatever works for you is perfect. And I I got in trouble. Oh, gosh. I want to do some geek and taps, but this is a good Hmm. Okay. I got really in trouble at the time that I was recording the interview with Eben Upton. From overseas time differences. Everything was like one a.m. for him. By the time of recording, I was running the Michael Barry show locally in Houston and might and, uh, caught me as the bad is kind of a bad way to put it because I wasn't doing anything wrong. I was still running the Michael Berry show listening to the station and everything I had him in one ear while I was recording an interview. Michael came in, and he saw Michael got freaking feel your ius when he realized I was recording an interview while working the Michael Berry show Freaking furious, And if you have listened to Michael Bear, and you know when he gets mad, it's not when he's screaming. It's when he's gets quiet any less. The bump music play for a while and it gets really low. It's just he was boiling. Boiling and he threw me under the bus. On this day He was I rate she Oh, like he was he was Let me just I'm gonna try to say this. Hello, sec. Michael was being a dick. In response to that immediately. I'm not going to say I blame memory at anything wrong to be like, but he man when he said like he was recording interview for his little weekend geek show. Like what I was doing. He made friends in the industry. Who, basically when or who was who had left? Uh, not Savage, who was on in Houston right before Michael Berry took his slut. Gosh, what was his name anyways? "By utilizing what we learned through experience more than what we learned in the books about business. And you have this acumen of being able to see where values and it'll was it through the conversations or just witnessing because you tied together you know. I know the founders of tap out and i know the stories of a lot of the apparel brands in you know cabela's i believe it or not. The board i sit on for the olympics is usa shooting. you know so i've around. You know the bullet companies in everyone. But you have a real hill harvard. Mba from somewhere. Where did you learn the business aspects to put those dots together. Like you've been able to do. I mean i think that college taught me networking juggling. But i think that my ability to develop a foundation like we talked about earlier. Dave was so key in. How do you make somebody remember you. How do you make somebody want to invite you back. What is the secret of being able to get to be in a circle or be a leader and have the trust and try to develop that consistency or that snowball effect you know try to gain that momentum to get people around you to believe in your same vision in your common goal. I i remember b bet bat. Eighteen years old in vegas play in baseball and you said university nevada-reno at the beginning. It was university of nevada. Las vegas even though. I did graduate for rena later on but i was running rebel for for my college baseball team much. Historically i don't know about now but anyway I was. I was getting invited to do things like album on a bus in a concert. I met a person that had an end with a rock band. And i got to know the guys in the band and they they're like hey man come out anytime and then after that. It was a boxing match. And i was like sitting third for george foreman. "Bauer has had his leave extended by his by another two weeks for the situation around. His domestic violence. Restraining order question is very simple wealthy. Pitch again this season. I'm going to say yes. I'm gonna say i don't know what's going to happen with the legal stuff but i think that he will pitch again. The dodgers and the question is how many can you. I guess you can keep extending it right at some point. If you find if you get all the details i would imagine that you gotta and if the details are true then no but i don't know if you can keep extending it if you don't know about the details and if you can't get closure on that Because the old innocence part of it that you did while they do their investigation but this. I think it's wise that they did this now. But i'm just gonna go with the history of sports. Say that that that he will pitch again this year. Say i agree with it. But i think you will go ahead and guess at this point that he does not pitch again this season. I mean like you said they should be right. Yeah they're they're wait out this investigation there's You know from the sounds of it. It it it's sounding like it's going to be a little bit lengthy in terms of the police side of things and getting the charges exact all that stuff. So i'm gonna keep guessing that this thing will play out a little bit longer than maybe obviously for the baseball standpoint that the dodgers would like to have him that he would like it to happen. But also if i'm the league like i don't think that you should allow him to play again this season. There's no reason for it. This guy has serious allegations against him. He's one of the most vocal and out there. People in your sport and i you know i think keeping away from it at the time being when there is such controversy around. Him is the best thing for you to do. Look the history of the sport. There's not a lot of examples of how they handle these types of things. We know the the one that we know about here was roberto sooner. They traded for him in the middle of the seventy five game suspension for it so now i think that when we get to the point whether there's you know whatever the happens with the legal side of things he's suspended for a minimum of half a season how they consider that in terms of time. He's out with administrative leave. I don't think it will matter. So i'm gonna go on the assumption that if he's pitching again for me it's not until midway through next season honestly. Yeah and my my thing. When i say history distance sports i guess i don't trust the decision makers in sports to make the right. I'm with i. I don't see how you can if they haven't solved the legal side in the next couple of weeks which i don't think they will. Even though i'm not in the in the law business. I don't see how you can from an optics point of view and for the safety of the woman. I don't know how you can do that. I don't know how he can pitch. I guess maybe i'm a you know a critic of do we do the right things and okay. So he's a star making a lot of money we let him out there. That should never trump the imports of somebody's safety and what went on. I hope i'm wrong. And i bet and i bet your your way but i guess that you know the. I don't trust pro sports yet. We in this one is usually when we have those long suspense years usually like Performance enhancing related right. See we don't have a lot of these. I mean i i'm trying to think you mentioned azuma. But and there's there is more but they usually do the right thing. Don't they in their suspensions. If i'm thinking about history and just baseball it's the sport history sports that bothers me that we seem to. You know give guys leeway and i understand the innocent until proven guilty but if there's any chance at all because you don't want it bring him back and then all of a sudden you find out something to turn right around and do it again right and tell you know that he's cleared. He should not be back on the on the pitcher's mound and i and i hope you're right that they wouldn't do it. I just i guess. I'm taking the other side because maybe i don't trust decision makers and maybe that's baseball doesn't give you any reason to trust the absence exactly so and quite quite frankly quite a few sports doubt. So we'll see but it's a the it was when you when you read it to me the first time when we were sitting in that studio. It's like it gives you a six on you know. And so hopefully they'll get to the bottom of it but it's been extended and it and it should be because we got to obviously protect the safety of the women out there that That will period all the time. That's gotta be. I not baseball or not any sport. Sports talk seven hundred. Sean sows berry. Show heavy and mci roll along here in our number. Four as we play. Stand back to tyler's ten hand and here. Bt with tyler tee shot sows very show. We are on question number five and we're going to be sticking with baseball now. We were supposed to start it yesterday but because of the covert thing that'll happen today so we're about to begin the second half of the baseball season which of these teams has had the biggest surprise of the first half the boston. Red sox or the san francisco giants. What's no doubt in both leagues Those are the top choices. I'd probably say considering the difficulty of the division. Neither one of them did we. Did we imagine what's going to happen. It's not a shock. That san francisco giants. I'll put them. I are leading the division but the the the the saps iskoe giants are also best record in baseball best record in baseball and league in home runs. We mentioned earlier. It's just it's a phenomenal feat on a team that we blew it would just. They were like they were like an afterthought it was like well. Yeah we'll see in twenty twenty four. They they it was just a no brainer. The dad shot while the red sox. I think we look the same way. You still have divers. Jd martinez and zander. Bogart's all three all stars evolved a we had the you're about four or five all starts going in so this is the that team while i didn't expect him being first place I didn't expect to be an last. But i knew they weren't going to be very good at least expect. None of us did. And they've obviously overachieved and we probably put them side too soon. We'll see who can sustain it ongoing with the giants though. I would never even consider them for this situation. Let alone the best record baseball. It's been a phenomenal feat. The giants win that. Especially when you got the dodgers and padres the two teams that were ranked the two best teams in baseball odds wise heading into the season. Yeah with the giants in that division. It's nothing short of phenomen. Yeah i mean the red sox. They at least had some talent some core talent. That was still there that you could. Even though i thought that division was going to be murdered row and they weren't gonna be able to contend in it You could still see. I could like if you told me before the season. There's a scenario where. Boston is a five hundred team. I'd okay. there is enough talent there by that all day. The san francisco one is out of left field. I think it's a great example of one of those teams that just catching lightning in a bottle. One year i mean. They've had rejuvenated years. I know that they're on the injured list. Now but longoria bit was great. Buster posey's been incredible. There i mean go look at their lineup. Here's their ages. Thirty four thirty three thirty three thirty four thirty five thirty one. Twenty seven thirty. It's an older team. Oh man stray reminds you a little bit of the. I think it was the shoot thousand eight astros maybe of the year. We're maybe two thousand nine. I think it was two hundred eight. They had yeah. They want eighty six games that year and there wasn't a lot of expectation for them to do that. They're pitching which is okay. There lineup was old guys and hunter pence and michael born. And i wasn't even that good that year Like they're catching lightning in a bottle. I think it's a one year. Wonder they're not going to realistically be this long term. Now you can be that team.

T J Shop is the guy that held up He was the no vote. For the vaccine passport band Bill. He is a rhino. His team do see, Ryan know this guy is a problem. Can't count on this guy for anything. And he literally admitted his own Twitter feed. Just another reason to pass the budget, folks. Because the fix for this the fix for s U students being forced if they're not vaccinated to wear masks all over the place inside outside, you name it. The fix is in the budget. Wow. Um I mean, T J Show up. Can't say he can't be against vaccine passport bills, right? He he can't. So you're telling me because he said I was against the vaccine passport band Bill. Because I don't think the government should tell businesses what to do. So now a Su is not a business or to public university Republicans. Well, then the government tells businesses what to do with the minimum wages. How much alcohol they can serve A person, right? The temperature food needs to be the government. How many people you can allow in your in your Establishment. The taxes. You must pay. They tell businesses what to do. Mm. Interesting stuff. The fix seems to be in that aspect, doesn't it? It seems to be in So you know, again and to me. If Ducey is willing to do this again, there were the Legislature needs to go full bore and say no band vaccine passports, and then we'll codifying the law. Overall, no business can turn it down. We could just simply copy Florida and Texas. What an idea, right. Uh, let's go to a Spiro Spero. Welcome to knsd. What's up, man? You're a great show, brother. Thanks for the coffee. Sure I want. I wanted to comment briefly on the over the past the vaccine passports. Um you're absolutely right. Detective. One of the biggest deals right now, something and trying to Push this magazine on this experimental treatment, as you say on a with an A never before seen propaganda campaign worldwide right now, But this And we've been hitting on the The origins of the virus, which is very crucial. Any investigators worth their salt would try to, you know, see where it came from. To see where this is going, of course, follow the money who stands to gain So when you look at all of this, um yes. I believe from the beginning, Based on my research that this whole of crisis has been to a large degree manufactured blown out of proportion. We've been lied to from a very good deal. That becomes very apparent and obvious to me and many other people. When you start to see that this There is an agenda attached to this crisis. We've heard the the freeze. Never let a good crisis go to waste. So the crisis what happened and they would try to capitalize on that. But I don't think that's what we're seeing here. I think we're seeing Uh, I don't think this was accidental leaks. In other words, and, uh, you know, the initial story of events suit. You know, of course, was garbage once that was going to fall apart. Yes, everyone would look to that level four lab right there in Wuhan. Um, And of course everyone would say, Well, it must have came from there and there's a lot of evidence. Shame of the US collaborated with China on this function Research. Not only here in the U. S, but also there in China. But what nobody is talking to and looking at are the world military games that took place in China just before the outbreak took place where 10,000 military athletes from 110 different nations were all in ground zero weeks before this kicked off. So that's something that I believe definitely needs to be investigated. Moving on to the, um, the the vaccine passports. That, too has been a long standing agenda between the form of a global digital ID. Which the United Nations has in the U. N. They're sustainable development goals. There's 17 sustainable development goals, and in 16.9, they wanted to provide a global digital ID for every man, woman and child, including registration. So I heard. This is the perfect crisis, so to speak in order to roll out this agenda. Excuse me, and it's going to be attached to not only your And your covid status, you know, But this new digital age that we're transitioning into which stopped in the World Economic Forum said. We need to use this crisis for a great reset. So there's there's a lot of prepackaged agenda lot going on, man. Yeah. Absolutely. There's a lot going. I mean, this is this is going also to the you know, putting microchips in people and say, You don't need a wallet anymore. Everything your credit card everything right in your fingertip, and I mean it's just It's not, but I mean, let's just go back. Not not to go too deep, but I mean, look, look. Now you have Bob Redfield, former head of the C D. C saying, Yeah, I think it was a leak, and he goes back a year and a half and says, I think it was a leak. And all of a sudden now he comes out. I think there's a lot more stuff that's going to come out in the very near future. And he's trying to cover his butt right now and say it wasn't me, wasn't me. I think we haven't running scared. I think we have a running scared big time. That then? Certainly one possibility. The other possibility is that in my opinion, they could be sending the narrative for biological warfare.
