Nike CEO John Donahoe's Lessons on Servant Leadership

"What star. John rains that i am most associate with you. Which is servant leadership. And i'd love if you could describe your philosophy on servant leadership especially try to conceptualize it for much smaller organizations. What does it mean to serve leader as a ceo of a bunch of ceo's around the table how should they think about how that philosophy conform away they run their business so when i talk about servant leadership. It's frankly the the way. I learned to lead because i actually learned the lead in partnership a ban where you aren't really empowered to do anything to you have to earn the respect and the followership of others. You guys don't have that as founders. But i do think you'll find that. Many of the best leaders exhibited the principles servant leadership. And i just say how do i serve serve. The purpose of the organization serve the customers served. The employees serve the communities in which we operate in a jim collins called at level five leadership other people call from things. But it's when someone it's not about the leader it's about what it is. We are trying to accomplish right and some of the antithesis of what's hot silicon valley at different times the narrative. Always around the all-powerful founder. They're all powerful leader. And i think there's actually very few examples where that actually great sustainable companies come out of that my leadership role model for large parts of my career with phil jackson of the chicago bulls. Now it'd be steve kerr for your younger and would always struck me. He was able to do is get people who actually were better than he was klay. Together he got michael jordan. Scottie pippen dennis. Rodman caster characters to win six championships. It got shack kobe to play together. You look at you. Look at steve kerr the warriors right. Now he's getting. Somehow he's getting steph curry klay thompson and kevin durant andrew mongering all vying to something greater and they win i view with how do you build high performance teams of top talent to win and servant leadership is part of it.

"Talk to us a little bit about our zero. What is it that you guys are doing. how are you adding value to the healthcare ecosystem. Yes so it was almost sixteen months ago. Now with the academic. I started a a ticket hold. I got in touch with the two mentors in mind. Both entrepreneurs who i've known for about a decade and the three of us started talking about how there's certain events throughout history that just create everlasting societal and infrastructural changes in a dork way. We kinda like in what was happening of the pandemic to nine eleven. How after nine eleven. We have the department of homeland security. You have. tsa fourteen thousand agents. You still can't take a water bottle of where shoes through the airport. You go to a ballgame. You walk through a metal detector. These are all new standards that were created and adopted post nine eleven in some of these psychological star tissue after that event accelerated decrease adoption of those standards. But we never arrest fundamentally the world took on a new posture around security in all shared spaces at our thesis. Fear was at this event of the pandemic was going to broaden that word security to biosecurity to biosafety and in the standards that all organizations are gonna fold as they regard a human health in the safety of their staff their patrons of their communities at large so what we did. Kind of unpacking the disinfection industry. And we've learned quickly that this is a massive industry. Hundreds of billions of dollars market cap governed by these goliath players. Some over a hundred years old and more or less all pushing commodity chemicals and our response to the pandemic was to go around and host buildings down the chemicals. And that's what we did in. This industry has not evolved with the technology that is becoming become commonplace in almost every other industry. It's extremely antiquated in what we're doing with chemicals. I mean there's there's a lot of limitations there one is. They're not always that effective. There's a lot of human error and how they're applied there's a massive labor cost a massive op ex chemical costs at. It's horrible for the environment. So we got in touch with. Dr richard wade and dr wade actually ran cal osha for fifteen years. He taught at harvard oxford. Uc irvine. We like to call him. The michael jordan's disinfection. He's he's forgotten more about this industry than most of us will ever learn. And he's quite special but he let us on a study to really understand. I've Hired Several Coaches, but No Improvements. What's Wrong With Me?

"Hey i've hired three business coaches. They've all felt like a waste of time and money. And i haven't seen any improvements what's going on. There's something wrong with me. My doing this wrong. what's happening. Well i want to answer this question to make sure i also address. Everybody was listening. That my have a similar question thinking about hiring a coach or have higher coach. Maybe didn't see the results are looking for on a star by saying i have gone through this several times. I've hired coaches have a lot of experience. And not all. My experiences with coaches have been the same. I i have to say a quick If you have a coach if you hire a coach and they give you instructions if they give you a action items to do a plan and you don't implement you actually do the work it doesn't matter. What kind of coach you have. You have to actually follow through. So i know this kind of obvious but a lot of people i've met along the way have hired coaches and ask them. How's it working out like not so great as it will. What does the coach advising you to do. All of they're telling me to do xyz. We'll have you done xyz and they're like a not really not sure. If i should and that really is the biggest red flag for me when it comes to hiring a coach. Don't go down the road of hiring a coach if you're don't a hundred percent trust this coach and believe what they say you should do is worth doing because the whole point of hiring coaches saying. Hey i'm allowing somebody else to advise me on how to move forward. And i'm willing to do what i need to do to make. It happen very similar in sports. You know one of the greatest basketball coaches of all time is phil jackson. He coached michael. Jordan scottie pippen but he also coached the lay kobe bryant shaquille o'neal a lotta great players but these players would not be great would not achieve their level of excellence if they didn't allow themselves to be coached if they allow themselves to follow through. And do what the coaches asking them to do.

What Does the Future of Money Look Like?

"Jordan. Heath rawlings is the big story. Michael doyle is a freelance reporter and journalist based in toronto who examined the future of money in canada for the globe in mail. Hi michael jordan. Can you start us off. Just because it's such a useful way to think about this. At least i found it useful by telling us the story of money on the island of yap certainly Yup is a tiny island. That is now part of micronesia in the south pacific and for hundreds of years. They had a very unusual form of currency and that was these gigantic limestone rocks and the bigger they were the more valuable they were and also of course the bigger they were the more difficult they were to actually physically exchange with each other so over time they Just left the rocks where they were and In order for them to figure out who owned which rock which note of currency for lack of better term. They created basically a form of a ledger. And in the form of an oral history of who owned each rock and how the rocks transacted from person to person on the island and so that's how they effectively did business. That's how they exchanged Goods and services for hundreds of years. Now tell me how that relates to wear. Our use of money is heading certainly It's actually a really great analogy. Because in one example it sort of captures a snapshot of what money has been for hundreds if not thousands of years since the since we came up with the idea of money however long ago that was And at the same time it also short sort of shows us where technology is going to change money in the near future so the question of what money is a really weird thing. it's kind of like a philosophical rabbit hole. You go down but at it. Sort of core form money is

"In fact, there's a story which is out today in which Michael Jordan revealed the last text messages that they exchange shortly before Kobe's Death, and it was like you would think to Hall of Famers would talk to each other. He's currently starring an amazon. Prime movie. called without remorse. Comes from the. Tom clancy universe. Of course jack. Ryan and now john kelly. A former navy seal played by michael jordan. Who's basically trying to stop a conspiracy to start a war between russia and the united states. Incredible movie he's also a producer on the film. His production company is called out liar. Going all the way back to the wire member on the wire he was a teenager. Playing a character in wallace moved up to friday night lights on nbc fruitvale station creed of course black panther where he played kill monger opposite his good friend the late chadwick boseman the two of them by the way go back chadwick and michael jordan met on all my children. "O R. Well, tomorrow's the first Saturday in May, the Kentucky Derby. I just looking over the names of the horses again. Michael and I would like to pick the horse with the best name, but unfortunately, the 50 to 1 shot Brooklyn strong. I like that name, so I'll pick him to finish second, and I'll go with rock your world to win. I just like the name rock your world anyway. It's not that enjoy the Kentucky Derby. It will be in May this year. Last year, it was in September. Movie time with our W O R movie Minuteman Joe Neumeier, each other is actually a new movie out this week. Areas. There's something on Amazon. It's called without remorse. I wish I could recommend it without remorse. Sadly, I'm giving it one star it. Yeah, I know. Right? It's not Amazon. It was a paramount film went over the Amazon. Actually, you know, obviously because of streaming in the pandemic on it's based on Tom Clancy novel of which there have been, you know, a couple of great Jack Ryan films and the TV series that's hot now stars Michael B. Jordan, who was in Creed and Black Panther, and he's a terrific actor, and he plays a Navy seal. Who you know has to go to you go to prison. Falsely accused of something. The Russians have pulled something. And he Anna and a sneaky CIA agent played by Jamie Bell, who was in rocket man and a few other great things. They kind of trying to figure out whether the secretary of defense is evil or not. I wish it was better. I wish you'd get, you know, it's sort of like kind of pushing this idea of a new franchise. The new hero, honest and Certainly, if Michael B. Jordan ends up doing it as a franchise, he's you know, a great actor would love to see him do stuff, but this one? No, I'm just kind of giving it one star. It's a lot of murky action and a lot of shoot up that they'll go anywhere. So it's no hunt for red October. I'll tell you that which is the best of the time, Clancy Books, two films, you know. Hey, we're just Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, Joe. We just had a report. Joe Barlow did it about Tom Cruise having yet another meltdown on the set of the mission? Impossible movie because apparently, he was complaining that tree branches were scraping the roof of his trailer and bothering him. Does he have a reputation for being a real diva? You know he doesn't it interest. I think it may just be too many mission. Impossible movies that Tom is doing back to back. I mean, they're doing laces there. Unlike their seventh or eighth one. They just kind of keep filming that magnetic grid cranking them out. Even during the pandemic. I think you know, he doesn't have a reputation as a diva. Obviously, this sort of reminds people don't know if you guys remember that Christian Bale blow up that got recorded, of course. Oh, yeah, It was wild when I was like, 13 years ago for like that Terminator Salvation movie. Um, cruises. I have a reputation to be, But I will say, though, that You know he is when he's on the set, and I've talked to him. He's a very interesting guy because he knows all about filmmaking. He really knows what works. He knows about the beast at the Scripture hit and there have been times when he's been a great actor, born on the Fourth of July is an amazing performance. Jerry Maguire all of the best, He should have one. He should have won an Oscar for that. He was fantastic, were born on the fourth. I totally agree that you survey and color of money and rain man lot of great films Magnolia, but I think that there's that beyond that there's sort of an understanding of the mechanics. Of moviemaking. Now this doesn't get necessarily to being a diva. But I will say that it's sort of talks about how he gets to the idea that he wants to make the sets like as as much of a well run machine as possible. And so it towards that and he makes sure that sort of everybody's job and everybody is doing their job. But at the top of the of the game as I sort of heard about that Now, whether that's you know, tree branches, scraping the top of his trailer. I mean, maybe he just couldn't get some sleep. Or maybe he just has to stop dangling off a building's during these making special possible movies, and that could be all relax. Have a cup of tea or a cup of coffee or something. Hey, Joe was a New York City. They want to open it up July. 1st. Does that mean we'll see movies streaming back not on streaming but at the movie theaters. I think we are. This is really good news. I mean, this is kind of coming sooner than everybody was anticipating movie changed a couple of months ago were really you know they were lobbying governor. They were saying that at 25 or 30%, they really can't make a profit. They needed at least to be open to 50% by fourth of July. Now it looks like obviously looks like we might be at 100% soon. End of this month is a quiet place, Part two, which was one of the first victims of the And the delay back in in March of last year, And then there's Crew L A and then around around Fourth of July is the Black Widow movie and actually the time crews sequel. The top gun's been delayed till fall. But this is really good news. I think that I think that you know the movie theaters were gonna be open. I think, 50% until fourth of July. We'll see what the blouse you want. Cuomo can do. But I think my fourth of July movie theaters might be back in business..

Karim Benzema Earns Real Madrid Draw Against Chelsea

"The back of the english newspapers dominated by chelsea's one one draw against rambler. We can pull this off a young a lot on the back. Page and stop in spain. Marker going with a draw to keep dreaming meanwhile benz emma is. It was an interesting game wasn't in the spanish capital dominated once again from a strike as perspective about team verners. Miss chances yagan thomas to coming out afterwards and saying you know this. Is this kind of life. This is what's happening with him at the moment. How much trust have you within him again. That he can find the back of the net once again. Maybe soon i've total trust in him because he knows where to be in the right time and right now maybe there. He misses one and that specific moment. So so that's something to deal with for strike. Oh and you have to kind of just think about the next opportunity comes along like you know michael jordan said so he missed more shots than east called and t-mobil no. It's just like you know if you fail moments it makes you only stronger and the kit is good. The kid has a tremendous amount of drive and talent and he knows where the ball will fall in the box and he can also know makes things happen himself of his speed and going at people. So i'm i totally have trust. And t mobile. He will go through that stage and who knows. Maybe he's causing the next game in the second leg or he's goals in the final of the champions league you know. He was very young when he was twenty. One being meaning the golden boot at the confederations cup in russia in two thousand seventeen and he scored one hundred goals in the gym bundestag already. And he's only twenty five to kit is good and a kid will prove it but obviously it has to deal with the criticism when you miss a big chance. That's normal night. Goalkeepers do as well when they make a mistake. You know the the all over them but I hope that he gets plenty of opportunities going forward.

"Bubba. Wallace is on. And he. Rates the season. So far driving for denny hamlin and michael jordan in that twenty three car. I had high expectations going in the martinsville because the success there and how well i've run there in the past and how well twitter has run there. We just kinda miss sometimes going into these next fourteen races in a row that we have Let's see what happens. I know we're going to run top. Twenty hopefully fifteen and start breaking down the top fifteen barrier and and consistently get there. Then start so people are way there. It's only a matter of time. We're we're hitting all fall ciller. Cylinders aren't firing at the same time. But we're getting all they're all kind of sporadic so it's like once we get that doubt and there's a lot of potential of his team act. Continue to say that like that's that's one of the most exciting things as can be this weekend. Yeah finishes could be a couple of spots or overcooked it all together. We're figured out what we need to secure those fox earlier in the race and go five something much greater than what we have been so You know we're only increases in and no one's right. Yes, walked into a room full of kids, and they mobbed him like he was. Elvis was amazing. It's gotta feel amazing, but not just for eagle purposes. But just to know you have that kind of influence. And the one that I really like. Who is the guy who played Roseman? Chadwick Boseman? Yeah. Recently died. People were weeping when they met that guy. Again. May Yeah. People weep when they get to know you, but for different reasons, But would that be great? It would be a mate like that. That feeling of just being appreciated is tremendous. Wait. "Thank you now I mean I we have all been waiting for someone else to blame it on. The Democrats can't blame this on Democrats. This is what you you saw and heard you were in the room and you didn't buy it. Think of when next you start questioning when people say I'm not dry by this is how people feel real. They heard it they sought you saw. You heard it union by thank you because this gas lighting stuff really. He's to stop. Everybody has to get on board. Isn't good behavior and bad behavior. Did they not tell you what you needed to know. No they didn't and I'm so thrilled that finally somebody said Okay Right. This is the doggie Doo and this was a pile of dog. You do because you know what that's Congress's job to. We have a checks and balance system and I saw Mike. Lee Is my senator in Utah and I know him very well. Actually one of the truest conservatives in wash and I saw that video yesterday and I thought thank you same thing because because he's speaking on what's best for for this country and here's the thing with trump and when he when they're saying in that room believe our intelligence their stuff. We can't tell you that would be more credible if the president didn't say time and time again that he didn't trust her believe what his own intelligence community. I'm sorry but that's where you lose me yet with. I might believe you. But when I see you when Helsinki standing next to Vladimir Putin undermining our intelligence community saying you believe Putin over what are people are telling you when you were tweeting out that you want the whistle blowers name probably because it might make you look bad. That's when I don't trust any of this and that's where to say to ourself. Things are screwed up right. Now listen to people like Mike Lee Because he is a conservative and and he has always been very honest about his beliefs on foreign policy. It's been consistent Libertarian That was such an honest and you could see he was getting very angry. This is bigger surround Johnson Johnson. Bigger than that. We've had him on the show and he's an attorney he's he's seems to be very transparent he he's not a never-trumper I mean he's voted with trump the seventy ninety five percent of the time pizza in his impeachment as well and so. I think you're right when when you listen to someone like that. Saying the intelligence doesn't support the notion of an imminent threat. We must listen to him. That makes me very nervous because if he didn't have that imminent threat basis. That means this decision engine was made in a brash state. It was made impulsivity. And that's why when there's that vote today on a Congressional Authority and the war power for people really really need to take note because the Congress has to have but let's see who else follows now. I want to stand up. I I WANNA see a Susan Collins in Vermont. Yeah step up the rest of them Kamori Gardner in Colorado if you have enough senators saying hey this is real insulting. What you're doing is dangerous? Then I get Syam but they you know what. I'm sorry. I'm happy to see somebody. I'm happy to see a crack in the light. Royal Retrieved Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's bombshell announcement that they're stepping back back from their royal duties. How's this GonNa go over with the Queen? Where's the breeze which Republican senators were left baffled pulled by the trump administration's briefing on the killing of Iranian General Soleimani? Probably the worst briefing of seeing at least on a military issue flood plus superstar Michael B. Jordan's talking about the Oscar Buzz around his powerful new movie just mercy and the sequel to the Superhero Blockbuster Buster Black Panther. The House of topics is in session with P. B. Huntsmen Joy Kahar Sunny Hossen and Meghan McCain. Now let's get things started. Yeah the Megan's out today. She'll be back on. Monday and royal watchers are losing their minds apparently because Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have announced their stepping back from their royal duties hunt. This was everyone yesterday. They want to focus on raising their family and their charity working split their time between the UK and North the America. Why is everyone flipping out? Yeah well can I just say one thing. It's a relief to be talking about this because we thought we were in world war three yesterday in circles this world worth but now but this is a this is actually a a top compared to what we've been talking about all in my opinion doesn't scare me but you know what I I don't think this is so fun for Prince Harry them and for a family I I don't think we have all the details details and that'll try. I'm sure it'll trickle out because there's nothing we'll be talking about more than the royals but watching the crown every single episode. My husband being a royal seems miserable. It's like against against everything that I want as a human being. You don't have the freedom you gotta be Kinda cold as Ice. You can't always love who you want to love. And who knows what Prince. Harry's been through over the years I I mean he look. He lost his mom in young age. And it is followed them there tyler. She lost her life around the with the WanNa go back always go back where the royals. Yeah I mean remember the guy years ago. I'm the oldest person in the room. Probably but there was an abdication yes during World War Two. Yeah by Edward and his wife while Simpson who was in America. That's what you're yeah and wanted his back because the same reason people begged to come back to the show. Oh well yeah whenever it's relevant it's all this stuff. People want to be in. Listen these two people. She is not the British. She's an American girl she's like look I don't mind married a prince I love you know your prince but you know this is too much for me. We can't do. I'm I'm not interested in doing this. I don't mind if we go back and forth but this isn't the sole focus and you're not going to be gang now and I'm GonNa be king so what and we hang and four. That's a big part of it. I was actually I would go to Canada. I was sort of surprised yesterday that so many people were so offended and shock and started looking at some of the headlines about Megan and the Daily Mail. This headline is Megan's favorite snack. Fuelling link drought and murder and they were talking about the fact that she likes Avocado Toast. Then the son Said Megan Kate Cry The sun another headline was Princess Princess. Pushy Megan is shallow. They're royal hypocrites. So and those same outlets are now saying why would she leave well. I mean this unprecedented racism and and this unprecedented hate trend towards her and the palace in my view didn't come out and protect her in the way that we've sort of seen them protect others in the family and so you think about someone one that's being criticized relentlessly like that with no protection for her husband was protect. He's saying I'm not going to be a K.. What you WanNa do baby and you know what? Let's go somewhere where we can have some fine. We can do some charity work. I go back to doing what I liked doing and raise our baby archie. Do you okay with that. He's like listen. I love you ought to take care of some stuff because this is part of my thing but yeah yeah. We're we're going somewhere else where we're going to have our live because they'll do what they need to do. A lot of. What can we have them? co-host here on Friday. I would love available. Yes joke you guys possible we. We never thought this was going to happen. And it has so fascinated by it it but the one thing that's changed for Prince two year do you think about. He got married to an American and had a child. And if there's one thing we can agree on the staples like when you have a child things change thank you. Thanks that you're willing to put up with. You are willing to just do day in day out. You don't do it anymore. You care about something so much. It's more than you care about yourself. You don't hear about your child you WanNa give them the best like you positive. That's why I say I know. Some people are on MEG's fault. I'm not buying that. I actually say good for. Are you guys. This is what you have to do for yourself and for your family than do men debt. Denison Day you abby point I remember Ember Abby said on the show when remember that interview. Yeah but I'm saying Abbey set on the show. What was that interview? TV News when Megan AH broke down and was making mark. She broke down crying and she said you know you're the first person that's asked me how I feel and I remember you said during during that show you said. Wow she's really feeling it and as a new mom yourself. She got criticized Uber even saying yet she got for saying. Thank you for asking me. Designed I Portland criticized for anything. They had the royals they will work it out. y'All just take a deep breath. Yeah yeah there's something about a lot. There's even some people who get into the royal family. Though I think I don't think she was imprinted with Diana for instance Harry Harry but but Harry's very clear why he came out from the giddy episodes stop messing with my wife. But do you think what ah this. Nobody knows until you're in it. Yeah well no what in the heat of everything you ring again. Well everybody everybody back up thought all raised with Cinderella. "Off any order over thirty five dollars. THAT'S SALSA DASH BASKET DOT COM. Tom Now I know. We don't have a ton of time but have we ever told our listeners. Who in this room were involved in an accident people in the same same room? Yes to people who've been bumped rear end accident. We were told that story when Mary tried to run down. Yeah I believe ran me down or I give what happened all right so we both. We both relieving work at the same time and leaving because she was in front of me and I'm must have had a head start because otherwise there'd be no reason why ed would be behind me. Classic ask Mary Because he would normally have a faster lower riding car than widow or at least drive it faster or at least drive it faster but we found ourselves at a red light together not far from the not far from the office so far this is all correct and we were about and we were gonNA waiting for the light to turn green to turn left. We he had recently moved to this lot. We had not been here a long time. Two years I don't think it was that it wasn't a minute and I recently moved to the slot. Such this is this. Is Him lame. Excuse at this traffic light where I was behind Mary. There are four lanes on. I believe if it's passed avenue and two of those lanes turned left correct and two of those lanes when streak. So I'm sitting behind Mary in my car. Yeah Jeff Forget what. It was Mary's onto Mary's in front of me car. Cameron everybody to my right is moving. Take time to move though. Hit The gas right into the back of Mary. I was in and Always in a pretty bad accident years ago where I got hit from behind and it gave me this like messed me up for a while. GimMe Concussion and all this as you're still not totally right. We all know.

"Holidays. Everyone I'm Kevin them in the second. I'm Ed Glavin. I'm Andy last nerve and I'm Mary Conley. Welcome to marry and friend. Everyone knows Indian Friends Ellen. That ship has sailed Mary. No thanks. Change my podcast friends. I like friends there. You go next thing you know GonNa start a slow walking crazy you know. Oh let's we'll have Kevin starts in Microsoft saying I on the walking treadmill believe Michael Jordan was the very first celebrity to reach out. And so he wanted part of Ellen's Chris giveaways right which we love so much He is in a movie that I cannot wait to see just march yeah Ellen got to see it early and said it was amazing. She always gets everything early Yeah it's supposed to be really great and We had found a a former inmate who changed turned his life around by having someone in jail saying. Why are you in here too? Smart for this and he said what do you like why man when he started say for drug and gun possession. Whatever it was and she goes no no no? You're too smart. Why are you in here? This isn't your life. And that like resonated with him. He turned his life around. We showed a video that we had done with him. A skype to Michael Jordan. He said that is exactly the kind of person I want to help. For this so we went out to brick city which is a New Jersey City is where the hell is brook city. Newark Bricks Radha red zone. It's never been outside of South Korea brick city to Kevin. He's thinking of the big wall his people. But here's but Michael Jordan was so terrific with Frank. Now what what I know about Michael Jordan is. He's an amazing actor. He's he's a good friend of Ellen's and he's terrific on a talk show. I love like leave it to the lesbian not to mention that he's also very good looking. He wildly handsome. The you know the top three okay. He is terrific talk. Mary wasn't he on Friday night. Lights googling check that were you never heard that. Oh is that the as the later quarterback after after a handsome do left Michael Jordan. Secondhand Dude became the quarterback. Yes he was right eight and I remember thinking then. This kid is special. He's yeah he's a special kid like you turned me onto that show. I watched it of course five years after everybody else watched it. But I- doesn't sound like you ed by watching right now Seinfeld TV just earlier today. He was like you know on last night's episode of Seinfeld. I mean I watch to be honest George Costanza and Jerry and Elaine go to a party out on Long Island and then George George takes up with a with a woman from the Party and then Elaine and Jerry they need a ride home from long island and there's no Uber Burke because it's one thousand nine hundred eighty eight anyway Michael Jordan but Michael Jordan. What I didn't anticipate was how amazing using he would be as someone as a As a sort of a person showing up in Jersey City on Ellen's behalf a two day gift a guy to give frank something Some money in some in a in a car and how well he did that it was all. Oh absolutely amazing. They're shooting like Michael Jordan shooting multiple movies his schedule his time. Every minute minute of every day is spoken for for and this guy finds the time he's not working in Jersey City Gets Jersey City. Got God bless him he he's like I have an hour and we're like we'll take it and he knew frank story when he got there and you know he he he he agreed you to do it because it resonated with him it was it became important to him and he wanted to help give back and I just love that guy and I thought the way he did it he just has has a certain style and you can you can just feel that. He's a good dude. It's one of my favorite pieces. I love that we got to show show to all right. Here's a Clip Jersey. Was He sitting round a corner from France community center so we had to go surprising. Frank was good. How you guys doing auto owners listen? L. Is for a month and I heard about your store and I had to come here each exam from Bloomberg's from now I understand I understand. Wow that's crazy thanks a lot.
