But it is the Vegas, sharp and Shapiro. Glad you could join us. Oh boy. Do we have a busy show lined up for you? Yeah. We have very special guest coming up at the bottom of the hour across from JD sharp. I am Brian Shapiro. Michael avenue will be joining us at the bottom of the hour. I have zillion questions to ask him and JD. I gotta start off by saying I cannot believe how many avenue haters there are out there. It is. It is to a point where I just had a conversation with Michael avenue on his cell phone. I don't think he'd find me saying this. I just call them about ten minutes ago. He received a fake phone call from somebody saying that they were our producer. And that the interview was canceled. That's right. A loser decided to do that called me shop, by the way. So this is certainly somebody. That knows me. I would assume JD right? I would assume that it's definitely somebody in Las Vegas trying to sabotage sabotage. Yeah. Our guest today. We'll make no mistake about it. Michael avenue is coming on our show. Oh, whether you like it or not, and I'm going to take some phone calls here. A few minutes questions that you want us to ask him. But let me just start by saying there are some things that have not done that. I respect a great deal. And I like, and there are some things floating around out there that a lot of people may not like the man has not been convicted of felonies. So for people on Twitter that are attacking us that are saying is a felon. That's simply not factually accurate. It's just not we'll get into some of the the fights. That avenue is in court. Going through at the present time. But here's some things about Michael avenue that I respect that. I like, okay, number one are Kelly. I know it's a civil suit. I get that take every dollar from that bastard are Kelly every single cent. I hope naughty gets every single penny that that bastard has okay, he has sexually abused young girls for decades. And it's about time that we put the clamps on this guy number one. So I respect him for that. Number two, this NCA thing. I'm sure he probably regrets trying to extort Nike, and I don't know what's going to happen in this case. I don't know if he's going to jail, I do know that he's cooperating, and I also know one other thing it's going to be a good thing for the NCAA in the long run. The same reason why Jose can sake wrote that book about steroids and major league baseball and everybody was black. You know, visually baseball blackball, Jose Canseco. I said at the time this is good for major league baseball in the long run. This is good for the NCAA. Let me just mention one other thing JD. And then I want to get your thoughts on this. Stormy. Daniels say what you want about Michael avenue. If you think that he took a vantage, and that's the tuition all these TV appearances, Gloria Allred, Mark era goes there's a kazillion attorneys that would have done the exact same thing. Didn't break any laws. They're number one and number two navy. We don't know about these hush money payments. Maybe it's just another example of why you know, one of these scumbag moves that Donald Trump made in this nondisclosure payments is not disclosure thing. And maybe if avenue is not the attorney, maybe this stuff never comes out. Maybe Michael Cohen never goes to jail. I don't know own saying those are three things that I respect Mike lab ninety four and we're going to talk about a lot of different things coming up here in just a few minutes JD. Yes, we are especially the college basketball thing that really is interesting because there's been movies made about what happens blue chips he got game. And this this is not a secret anybody. And now it's finally starting to come to to light. And it needs to because situations like Duke, if they paid sign William center paid his mother half a million dollars. Whatever the number is that gives them a major competitive advantage in college basketball and situations like that they just need to stop. And you have to respect the fact that he's trying to take on a billion dollar. I mean, the the company the apparel company in Nike the Twitter our Twitter account, the Vegas take. I cannot believe how many Addy haters out there. It's very interesting to me that many of these haters are right wing supporters of Donald Trump their way on the right there Trump supporters now should we be surprised by that probably not? But we're we've received threats on Twitter for claiming to giving this guy a platform. I it's unbelievable. And they think that they can control our show, and they think. That they can control our questions and everything everything that we do. We'll guess what? Folks. That's not how this works. We certainly will listen to you. We certainly will read questions. But what do you think you think we're going to have a guy come on the show, and we're going to attack him to start the interview you that's what we're gonna do. We're going to go on the show, and we're gonna accuse him and treat him the way Tucker Carlson treated him and attack him and call him a felon when when first of all he's never been convicted of Felli he is in prison. Right. He's a he's a free citizen right now in the United States say the same thing about Michael Cohen candidate you cannot by the way dodge. And there are literally thousands of these people, of course, by the way, Don, jR, the Republican led Senate intelligence committee has subpoenaed him today to answer questions about his previous testimony before Senate investigators in relation to the Russia investigation. That's right. Republican led Senate. So this is not over yet. Folks. This is the first congressional subpoena that we know about. One President Trump's children. It's also a sign like I said that this Russian investigation congress it's not over yet. Despite the conclusion of the Robert mother report, so we're gonna get to Mike Albany coming up here in about twenty minutes or so I want give out the phone number. If you have a legitimate question that you think we should ask Michael avenue. I will certainly listen. And if I don't like your question, I will tell you I won't ask it. But I'm gonna open up the phone lines. Now at seven two two five seven five three nine six again. I will give out the number one more time if you have a legitimate question. I listened to you if I think it's not legitimate. I won't ask it, and I'll tell you why again that number is seven two two five seven five three nine six, and we will take your calls right now. What type of question do you want us to ask all I'll tell you some of the line of questioning, I'm not gonna give you all the questions. I'm gonna ask him. Certainly. I wanna ask him from a local standpoint. About UNLV and Brandon McCoy, I don't know what he can answer as far as that goes. But that is a local story. One ask him about that. I'm certainly gonna ask him about the civil suit involved with our Kelly. I'm certainly gonna ask him about his relationship with stormy Daniels. And it seemed seems kind of washed away that relationship and stormy said some for lack of a better term some interesting things about Michael ninety over the course of the last few weeks. I will get to that as well. Gonna ask him about Donald Trump. I'm gonna ask him about his thoughts on the mother report. These are a bunch of things that that that I plan on asking him, and hopefully he'll be able to answer most of them. Let me give out that number one more time. What type of question, do you think we should ask Michael avenue? Take take aside. All those things that I just brought up. What do you have that? You can bring to the table. And know what if I like the question something I haven't thought of I will gladly ask him on the air. Let me give out that number one more time seven oh two to five seven five three nine six before. I take some phone calls JD. I mean, what what are you looking forward to ask him coming up in about twenty minutes? More sports Atlantic questions. I'm really concerned about Nike. I'm really concerned about what is thoughts are on. Are there any programs that are not cheating in any blue blood programs that have won championships? They're not cheating, college basketball, and is Nike doing this. Or Adidas Reebok Under Armour. I wanna know the landscape of what's really happening with college basketball fair enough. Okay. That number two five seven five three nine six. Let's start off with Dan, Dan. Thanks for calling into the Vegas. Dan. What's up? What's up, Dan? Real quick. I don't really think that his opinion on Trump or Cohen, really matters. But that's okay. You could ask them those questions, but the one question, I guess I would like to happen to his presidential run that he was gonna run for president. That is a very legitimate question. And I'm going to ask that question, Dan. He's actually still thirty five to one on some sports books as the democratic candidate. So it's not over yet. Dan that is a for the Kentucky Derby. Dan. I promise you. I'm going to ask that question. Okay. You got it. Thanks a lot. Thanks, dan. Okay. To five seven five three nine six the number to call again that number to call to five seven five three nine six. I think we've we're having a few issues with our phone lines. But again, Michael avenue will be coming up at the bottom of the hour about twenty minutes, or so, and again, if you have a question that you you think is legitimate question. Hopefully, we think it's a legitimate question. We will ask him that coming up at the bottom of the by the way, we're reasonable people. Yes. I would like to think so. But if somebody says something stupid on Twitter, I'm gonna call you stupid. If somebody says something that's bias. I'm going to call you by also Twitter, folk just we can't respond to every single quest. Yeah. People people think they're just so important that no matter what they asked. We have to ask. Yeah. It's it's amazing. By the way, I also want to mention the owners of Ellis Island will becoming in studio and our number two. So that's gonna be fun as well. Again that number to call to five seven five three nine six. Let's go to Ron Ron. Thanks for calling him. It's on your mind. Ron. This is from Las Vegas. I'm take it easy on you tonight. I appreciate that. You're talking about this attorney for story day. Former attorney he's no longer representing you saying you'd like that mcwethy. Well, I'd want from place to what would that be? Ever get any Ed or get an e from stormy Daniels. Now, I'm not gonna ask that question because it's inappropriate an irrelevant. I mean, I know you're you're having a good time. Ron I I would guess that the answer's probably no. But I guess you never know. But I'm not going to ask him that question. Guy. So you go. You have any other questions, or is that is that is that the only question he wanted to ask? Well. Well, I really would like to what what my biggest topic tonight. And all day has been the ABRAHAM LINCOLN going over to the Persian goal. Okay. Yeah. We're probably not going to talk about ABRAHAM LINCOLN today. But I appreciate the call run. Thank you, very call. He certainly made a lot of sense there. The number to call it sound watching the number to call to five seven five three nine six against seven. Oh, two two five seven five three nine six as I mentioned Michael Abernathy will be coming up here at the bottom of the hour. We have the women the daughters the family that owns Ellis Island casino going to be coming up in our number two. You know, it was really fun. We had Derrick Stevens the owner of the D who came in yesterday in studio. And I think he had a really good time. I know he did because he said he had a really good time and that world's biggest sportsbook will be opening up in two thousand and twenty. So that's going to be a lot of fun going back to Michael naughty going back to the big news of the day. And this is big news. Whether you're on the right or the left. I mean, if you're bias, you don't think this is big news. But again this. This this afternoon that Donald Trump junior will have to answer questions about his previous testimony before Senate investigators investigators in relation to the Russian investigation. This is a Republican led Senate that subpoenaed Donald Trump junior. So there's got to be something some very important questions that they want to ask him. And again, this is the first congressional subpoena that we know of at one of president one President Trump's children now his tax returns came out yesterday. I also wanna ask Mike Levin idea about that. Ten years of tax returns where he reported losing over one. Very long when dancer about that question over one billion dollars of losses, and we call Donald Trump brilliant run. I don't but some people call him brilliant, businessman, right? Unbelievable business is a brilliant marketer. And he's been a very successful businessman. It's about the fact that you two billion dollars over a decade twenty five years ago. I don't think he's worth more than a billion dollars. I really don't. I think he's full of crap. I would imagine that Trump Tower just based on the real estate is probably worth close to a billion dollars. Does he oh money to anybody? There's a good chance that he does to people not to Russia. I don't think you're wanting to Russia. He only he'll be paid those income taxes eight years out of those ten years where he lost over a billion dollars. And I certainly think and I'm gonna tell you right now Mnuchin he can go to jail. He doesn't re release those tax returns. He is breaking the law. It is clear cut and dry that he is breaking the law, and I think people have a right to know.

Memphis, in may organizers, I think have raised eyebrows to this. I'll tell you what I think is going to it. If I'm just making a prediction, and I I don't know. I don't know anybody that's involved in this. I just know people that we've talked to on our weekly radio show, the rob about this. Because it's been a big deal because it involves the barbecue contest. I I think they're gonna end up moving at D'amoto island tomato tomato island. I've really I really do. Because number one. It solves. I forgot about that. It's all it's two problems number one. It solves the problem of what to do with the festival the month long festival and Tom Lee park, but the other is it also solves the problem with what do you do with mud island right now? The just sits there what do you do with mud island? Now, there's a lot of things and infrastructure upgrades. And all of a sudden last minute, we're getting to the eve of the vote, then they bring up this. And then new charges come up and then other than Michael avenue comes out with Julie, sweat, Nick. So the Republicans that okay, they put a pause on the hearings raw back, professor Ford and also judge cavenaugh now Justice cavenaugh the supreme court and we saw what happened with him. And we saw the impact it had on his family and each case one by one when you started digging down into the allegation in his case thirty six years ago, and in the case of professor Ford, for example, she had identified an eyewitness to the incident. Had happened when he was back in high school, and in that case the eyewitness said that never happened. I don't recall it ever happening ever in any way, nor did anyone else the other people whose name she mentioned. And then we go through the list, we get to Julie, sweat, Nick. Who had the most outrageous allegations of anybody almost on a weekend basis us claiming that these teenage boys were drugging drinks punch at parties and lining up in halls and literally waiting their turn to gang rape girls that had been drugged. And that you know, Cavanaugh was a part of it. Then she doesn't NBC news interview. And the affidavit that she had given with in this case, Michael avenue Audie. And also what you said in the interview all of a sudden, well, no not exactly what I'm saying. And the story changes on some very important issues key things, and those also names that were mentioned never corroborated her story. Either one person. Saying never even heard of her. I have no idea who she is. So it fell apart. Now, there is Chuck Grassley has sent and recommendation to the department of Justice or criminal investigation into what has gone on here. Justice Cavanaugh was voted onto the bench think the person that made the most articulate case was well to Lindsey Graham was amazing in that hearing number one and number twos. Susan Collins of Maine, she she methodically. And we played the whole hour on this program. Went through step by step by step how she reached her decision. And I thought it was probably her finest moment in the US Senate in good for her. Now when avenue ATI came out at the time with sweat, Nick it was guilty guilty guilty guilty guilty. You know, that it's affirmed its this again, this is going back, you know, thirty six years. And now he has these charges brought against him. My argument at the time, no due process. No, presumption of innocence was provided judge cavenaugh none. Because of. A political expediency. And now here we are. I just wonder I mean, I have no idea whatsoever. I I'm an opinion on any idea of whether these charges against Michael avenue, your true or not true. I hope and pray if they're not true that he is exonerated. If it is true. I hope Justice would be served. I have nothing against Michael avenue. I do have a problem about those people that say, I believe that. No, nothing. You know, it's at some point. We have got to make a decision here. And I think the decision is take any charge seriously. That's what it should be like the Republicans did in the cavenaugh hearings. Take it seriously vet out the stories and try to come to the truth. And that goes forever, naughty. Nobody listening to this program. Now knows of fact about what really happened. It's something that obviously they thought it was serious enough of a claim to go forward with the. You know, the suspicion of domestic felony domestic violence charges. But we don't know, and that's just fair. But I wish why didn't he afford cavenaugh? What he now I'm sure once for himself Gregg Jarrett, Fox News legal analyst, also author of the number one bestseller the Russia hoax. Harry Severino is with us chief counsel policy director judicial crisis network. Greg your thoughts. Well, you were the very first person within a couple of hours of the avenue Mahdi story. Breaking that s Chad you said this very clearly and repeatedly he deserves the presumption of innocence and due process, and you're to be commended for that. And I think you really led the way for a lot of people. The irony, of course, as you point out is that avenue ATI wanted to deprive Cavanaugh of those basic, fundamental and important American principles of Justice. Now, he wants to enjoy those presumptions of innocence, and and due process himself. So the irony is is lost on. No one. You know, it's anybody can make an accusation. But we have a process in American which proof is required. But you know, avenue ATI wanted to essentially ruin the life and career fine. Reputation of of Brad Kavanagh without presentation of proof because he submitted an affidavit that we now know was faulty it was in some parts of disavow disavowed by his client. Julia sweat, Nick when she gave an interview. So it's correct. That the department of Justice should be investigating avenue audience wet Nick as to whether or not they presented faults material ultimately leading statements to congress, which is by the way, a very serious crime. I Dan by your regional statement that avenue dotty is innocent until proven guilty. Carry the many of the people that came out immediately. And said, I believe it whether it was sweat neck or whether it was professor Ford cetera. This was before professor Ford was known to anybody at ever said a word to anybody. It was only a letter that had been sent to Dianne Feinstein through another belief state legislator at the time. All of those people that said, I believe not one. I've I heard say a single word about whether we should believe the woman that's making the allegations against Michael Lebanon is it because it's not important to them is it because the issues not important to them is it because there's no politics in play. It was just like all the allegations that existed, and again, these are recent allegations these are in thirty six years old or the allegations against Keith Ellison or many on those on that Senate committee, the Senate Judiciary committee that love the Clintons and ignore all the issues with Bill Clinton and Juanita. And Kathleen and Paula etcetera. It's interesting, isn't it which people they choose to believe in then they just are silent on others. Absolutely. I mean, the silence is deafening. And I think it's exactly right. These are the same people who lined up to defend Bill Clinton even in the face of proven misconduct, and you know, here here, they're not willing to stand by the the faulty anti due process principles. They wanted to put on their political enemies. They don't want to fight. Everyone's what we need. Here is exactly as we've been talking about it rule of law that applies to everyone that means innocent until proven guilty. Whether I like, your politics or dislike them, whether it's going to help them hurt my personal interest. We have to make sure we're being fair to all parties. And like, you I I don't know what the truth is. I hope that we find out the truth, but we can't jump to the conclusions based on whether we'd like the person accused or think it'd be politically convenient for that person to to be found guilty or not guilty 'cause people kept on saying, well, this isn't a court of law. This is just the. Court of public opinion that doesn't change things are American system is one where there's a fundamental value understanding that innocent until proven guilty. And that means, you know, when you're in a courtroom, but also in terms of how we speak in the court of public opinion. So I think it's great that we're able to talk about this and say, let's reserve judgment. And hopefully, maybe set an example, I'm hoping that some people on the left seeing this contrast. I mean, I was struck when you're reading it. He hearing his words, I've never done this. And I never would. I was at my career advocating for the rights of women. That's almost word for word. What Brett Cavanaugh said? And so make your prediction. I'm telling you right now, you believe it here believe it then. And I guess he's upset against the RNC is asked for the arrest records in this particular case. And he claims he's innocent. I, you know, I'll even take it a step further, Greg. I hope no man would ever do this to any woman ever. I would hope that would be the case, regardless of one's politics, but I can make a prediction, and I know with one hundred percents certainty. I'm right. If the Democrats need to do this politically, again, the ones that won't say anything now or didn't say anything about Clinton or Ellison. They will be they'll be right back to where they were it. It's happened. Look at the slander of Kennedy against Robert Bork. Look at the what Clarence Thomas went through real quick, Greg. Well, let me just say a couple of things is a California lawyer grew up in Los Angeles in practice. I can affirm that they don't make an arrest and book somebody on a felony charge without probable cause. Which means at least the detectors who made the arrest and booked him on that felony charge felt that there was evidence of under the statute significant visible injuries. Let me get to that. When we get back because it was one line in the TMZ report that if if it turns out to be true, I think would be devastating to his case. We'll continue Greg Jarrett. Keri Severino is with us..

"All right. So you're remember Michael avenue ATI, my darkhorse pick for the twenty twenty presidential election, and he was my dark horse because he was the most militant of the Democrats. He was the guy who kept talking about punching President Trump, and I've got a hit back and we got a punch twice as hard when they go when they go low. Oh, then we punch back and all this kind of stuff all turns out that there now allegations that he didn't just punch back against President Trump. He punched back against a woman. Here are the allegations courtesy of KTLA Michael avenue who skyrocketed to fame as a critic of President Donald Trump and the lawyer for porn actress stormy Daniels was arrested on Wednesday and booked on a felony domestic violence charge. According to the LAPD now, you'll recall that Michael avenue is also the guy who tried it out. Julie sweat Nick to claim that Brett Cavanaugh had been involved in gang rape that breath Kavanagh who's now Justice on the supreme court had been involved in getting girl's drunk or or drugs at parties. And then he involves himself in gang-raped trains, and Michael have ninety pushed all that out there and Democrats jumped on it because Michael have Nadia's is their friend. Michael Nadia's somebody who says mean things about President Trump, and that's our only standard for good people. Now, if you say something mean about President Trump, this means inherently, you're a good person. Well, in this case it turns out to Michael avenue. The evidence isn't in right. The. We don't know. We don't know presumption of innocence applies Michael avenue. We don't know whether he's guilty or whether he is innocent in court of law. But it's kind of ironic that a guy who suggested believe all women is now saying well don't believe this one over here with the black guy the alleged victim the case had visible injuries. According to officer, Tony in a police spokesman avenue slammed the allegation is completely bogus in fabricated mentioned you harm from my reputation. In a statement released by his law firm. Evans says he's mulling a twenty twenty presidential run. He posted fifty thousand dollars bail was released about four or as after being arrested on the same block where he lives in a skyscraper apartment on Santa Monica boulevard in century city. Police didn't provide any details about the alleged victim, including that person's relationship to have a Noddy. And here is what Evans had to say after being released on fifty thousand dollars bail. I have never struck a woman I never will strike a woman I've been an advocate for women's rights my entire career. And I'm going to continue. Unu- to be an advocate. I am not going to be intimidated from stopping what I am doing believe all women except that one who allegedly hit don't believe her. She's a liar. So this is all going very well for Michael Abernathy avenue, by the way is now clear he says he'll be fully exonerated, and he's adjusted that he that the woman had him. I apparently this. This was apparently one of the suggestions stormy Daniels. Who of course, the great feminist of our time has released a statement on the incident saying these are serious, and obviously very troubling allegations. But right now that is all they are allegations. We should all reserve judgment until the investigation investigation. Michael has said he welcomes it's complete and that's what I'm going to do agree. But kind of weird coming from the same people who said that breath Cavanaugh should be run out of town on a rail loses supreme court judge judgeship lose his actual life career family on the basis of unverified and unverified allegations and allegations that are now being investigated. By the Senate Judiciary committee for being false. Probably Julie sweat Nick allegations, which are now under like full investigation by the Senate apparently is according to TMZ the alleged incident occurred Tuesday night, but there was another confrontation police on Wednesday between.

"The fact is he cannot he doesn't have that depth. Just the other day he was talking about stem programs, and how we needed to have more stem programs and had to turn around and ask his colleague, what did stem me. And so what happens when Kennedy was is what happens when negro don't read. And and we have this now in now, Donald Trump is going to use it in perverted, and he's gonna have somebody who can stand with me take pictures. You see it's funny because he's black. Kanye west is black. And he's like saying he's not even saying that he's gonna vote Republican. He's just trying to find common ground with Republican. So it's so funny, we can use identity politics two diminishes humanity. Because black people can't be Republicans, nor can they be conservatives, nor can they find common ground with them. Apparently is what book Ari sellers the saying here. Welcome to the second hour of the show. I'm Dana lash out delays on Twitter official Dana lash on Facebook. That is what he's saying here. And then. There's there's even more because that's not even the end of it, it it goes even further because in addition to him saying that well, Kanye west and Kanye west is simply an and by the way, he's not like these celebrities that's going to the White House and just getting photos and photo ops leaving and to her credit, and I can't even believe I'm saying this because I'm not a fan of that families programming, but Kim Kardashian when she went she had a list of people that she would have that. She thought that she says an arguer wrongfully convicted and she wanted to wanted them freed and had a discussion about criminal Justice reform and Kanye west was having wants to have a discussion about criminal Justice reform, which is more movement on criminal Justice reform than Democrats have been promising for the past thirty years. And so instead of talking about that they want us they all he's stupid. That's why he's because. No, no, intelligent, black person would try to find common ground or try to find an issue. You know that they could. I mean do realize how that's pretty racist. That's racist. But it gets even crazier. So this is this is because then you have one of the kind of conservatives that I'm gonna come back to that in a minute. But these are more this is they continue to pile on to west wanting to go and have a conversation at the White House about criminal Justice reform. Listen, listen black folks are about trade Kong west in the racial draft. Okay. They've had it with him. And he's an attention war. Like the president. He's all of a sudden. Now, the the model spokesperson he's he's the token negro of the of the Trump administration. This is ridiculous. And no one should be taking Kanye west seriously. He's clearly has issues. He's already been hospitalized. I just kind of find it interesting that someone else would say that Kenya would use that phrase that phrasing to describe Kanye west in that fashion, particularly when that and other individuals have built up a cottage industry, betraying, Republican and conservative. Conservative beliefs for screen time at CNN and MSNBC. I mean, there's an that's true. I mean, there is a market that's opened up for seen stir conservatives who've never had any original ideas. They never got enough screen time. They on their own they never warranted any special attention because their ideas and opinions were in ever really groundbreaking or thought provoking, but they figured out that they could get screen time. If they continued to present themselves as Republicans or conservatives while simultaneously bashing Republican and conservative beliefs, and embracing identity politics, they found out that not only could they get screen time. But how they could get a contributor ship. And maybe they could get that book deal that they've always wanted. Right. The great pundit dream, I that I just happened to find that to be incredibly ironic that they would use that phrase to describe Kanye west when they are literally everything that I just described that's that has been their actions. So to that point. So now, we're making fun of people that are mentally ill. So if you're mentally ill. You can't have any if you if you're bipolar if you deal with oppression that must that means we can't take you seriously on any policies because that's what CNN's panels arguing here. That's what they're arguing is. That is he that much of a threat to your narrative that you have to make up crap and you have to try to denigrate people with mental illness. Do you understand what mental illnesses did these any of these individuals who are all gabbing over each other screen time? Here do any of those individuals know anything about the mental illnesses that they are using to diminish his humanity because he dares to be black and then think differently. Do they think that that does a service to the community that deals with those issues every single day in the United States? Did they think that that's somehow helps them that it serves that community to say, well, the reason that he's saying this stuff, and the reason that he's that as a black person he's want he wants to go and talk to the president about criminal Justice reform and wants to get anywhere near the Trump White House is because you know, well, he was hospitalized before he's bipolar. He's deal. He has depression. So I just find it and unprofessional and on and I mean to be harsh with my words, I find it incredibly unprofessional that somebody would denigrate mental illness that way and say that someone else's viewpoint because they contradict their own that it's because they're mentally ill. That's why that person believes that way. It's not that these individuals that you see or that you just heard talking on the CNN panel are so insecure within their own convictions that they can't meet up rise up and challenge a difference of opinion on merit. They have to diminish the humanity of that person by kicking it back to that person's previous mental health issue. I think it's unprofessional. I think it's lazy. And I think it further underscores my point about how there are some people who masqueraders Republicans and conservatives who could not get any screen time at all whatsoever. Unless they said stuff like this about other individuals and embrace identity politics while simultaneously trying to cop to being a Republican or a conservative. Y'all can have some seats. I just I find that so unprofessional and really ridiculous. Way to go to diminish and browbeat people who are dealing with mental issues because they disagree with you. Now to this point. I going from one mental illness to a guy who I don't know. I just think this guy's selfish. Michael avenue ATI. He challenged Donald Trump junior to fight to an enemy fight for charity. He says. He doesn't have anything. He has no more lady clients. He's done. So he says that he wants a three round in a fight with Donald Trump junior. Really? I mean, wow. And then he tweets this. You wanna talk about toxic masculinity here. It is. Yeah. This is the four Chan to guy Yukon, he tweeted, this you constantly brag. How smart you are? Meanwhile, I think it's obvious that you barely made it through Penn which happens to be where I went as well, let's both publicly released are complete pen transcripts on Friday. So people can compare agree. He desperately wants a phallus measuring contest. Because what's situated on his shoulders? Apparently isn't good enough. How many people really care about their pin record? I just think that guy is really pathetic. I just think it's really pathetic. And kind of sad. Compare clay pot creations. Yeah. That's her quote. Let's do those I yeah. Who I I don't know. Why don't they go to and have a shooting contest? Go see who can shoot better. Still. I don't know. I just think that this is also lame, and the fact that he's I guess I don't know what he wants to have this like Fallas measuring contest. That's what the says. Let's be real. That's what he's doing as lame, dude. It's lame. Nobody cares. Nobody cares about Michael Abernathy except Michael avenue. So Jamie Lee Curtis. Comes out for gun control, which is weird because her movies used firearms to ward off evil, which kind of contradicts what she believes really offscreen in that firearms actually, serve a purpose. They emancipate the good from evil interesting. So I wanna come back to that. Because the media is trying to go after all the people who tweeted about it. And it's just kind of funny. So we have that coming up. Oh, and then here's the other story that I wanted to share with you moving to talk about this right after this break in Accra several Virginia towns like Chesapeake and elsewhere. In fact in a number of. Virginia towns, anybody who's over the age of twelve who is trick or treating can spend time in jail or pay a fine in several towns in the state of Virginia. And in Chesapeake Virginia anyone over the age of twelve can be charged with a misdemeanor or participating in trick or treat activities. Yeah. They say that he she he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than twenty five dollars nor more than one hundred by confinement in jail, not more than six months or both anyone any if any person shelling gauge, the activity, commonly known as trick or treat or any other activities similar character, blah, blah, blah under any name whatsoever. After eight pm they'll be guilty of a misdemeanor etcetera etcetera etcetera. Why that really so I don't I think this is stupid. I I don't know if they're trying to do this by way of if they're trying to say that they're trying to import a curfew or something. But this is stupid. This is so done. This makes me want to dress up as a as a trigger trader and run around with my kids all the way up to their like fourteen. Yeah. So we're gonna we're gonna talk more about this. We also have a quick five on the way and Taylor swift is just profiting like mad off of woke nece. Yes. Off of woke news. In the meantime, Switzer's phone service because if you're using big mobile, you're funding all of the stuff that you say that you vote against that you oppose. So I just want to know if you're a cool with that. Because that's literally what you're doing. Every time you use your cell phone to tweet to post on Facebook to make a call to taxed and you haven't switched to the only conservative phone cell phone service company in the country, you're funding while you paid for those ads that went against Brad Kavanagh you're paying right now for. Amnesty..

"Columbus comes to talk. News Radio six ten WTVN. All right. Welcome back. It is the Mark laser show a couple more minutes. So just talking to Dave man before the six pack comes on here. Michael avenue. And offering to fight Donald Trump junior in a three round fight for charity shore. He avenue ATI goes. This would be great causes. I'm in it is I think partially because I think this is funny. Trump junior tweeted out who else is excited about avenue d Weiner, twenty twenty. In a tweet on Monday sharing the report that former rep Anthony Weiner is expected to be released from federal prison early. So I just thought that was I think it's a funny who so Evan ATI starts this. And I so I heard that that Donald Trump junior is the third degree black belt, and I it so I go I would love something like that to happen. I think that would be really funny. We just whip his hind in. I had no idea that JR had a third degree black belt. That's what I heard y'all K. So anyway, otherwise. Yeah. You would think avenue is a, you know, he looks like a a beastie looks like an animal I would put money on him. But I didn't know about the black belt. I could all supposedly I heard that. I I if it's in the gone, I can see, you know, daddy, Trump going over the wall with a folding chair and whooping up. You know, I mean. This whole Conor McGregor thing. It'll it'll pale. Exactly. All right. So again, what's coming up in the six pack. Well, we'll we'll talk about this this Malania Trump interview of thing where she basically says I side with women. But I also think that there needs to be some proof if you're going to try to destroy somebody's life. How dare you? There should be any proof. And of course, you can't think that way you can't have a level head. You've got to be a radical and jump all in on one side or another. And then we'll also talk with Allie Rogan ABC news, Washington. She's going to update us on. You know, Chris Wray, the FBI director was at a Senate hearing today kind of answering is the why did the cavenaugh investigation. Go the way it went. And so we'll we'll look under the hood with that as well. All right. So that's coming up, the six pack with Dave, man. Thank you for listening. My name is Mark blazer. This is NewsRadio six ten w. "Weather brought to you by Howard air whether replace or repair, call Howard air. I'm Bob McClay on Arizona's news station. KTAR news. KTAR news on ninety two three FM. Get some perspective. Bruce St James and Pamela Hughes. So I don't want to assume that everyone has been able to keep track of a fast paced breaking news morning. We want to go back to just a couple of hours ago when we received actually we saw it on Twitter like a lot of people did a signed affidavit under penalty of perjury. Posted by attorney Michael avenue, who you might know, the stormy Daniels. Attorney from a third woman a Julie sweat Nick making some very specific allegations against judge Cavanaugh twenty four hours before Brett Kavanagh's testimony at the Senate Judiciary committee a woman stepped forward to publicly swear under oath that she had been the victim of a sex assault where he was present in the early nineteen eighties. Julie sweat, Nick who was represented by the same lawyer who represents stormy Daniels in her fight with President Trump said she witnessed Cavanaugh, drink excessively engage in abusive and physically aggressive behavior toward girls, and 'cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented. So they could be assaulted by numerous boys Cavanaugh has denied sexually assaulting any woman in the affidavit miss wet wake also goes on to say that an approximately nineteen eighty two I became the victim of one of these gang or train rapes where Mark. Judge and Brett Kavanagh were present. Sworn affidavit, regardless of what you think of Michael avenue. I don't have a very high regard. Regardless of what you think he just put out a sworn affidavit alleging that Cavanaugh and Mike Mark judge regularly. We're at parties. At least where women were gang-raped. Can I can I be clear in this? And I do think it's it's it's it's relevant. Although it may not matter at the end of the day that in her affidavit miss sweating does not say at any point Brett Cavanaugh raped to be correct. She does not say that. Correct. Her wording. And again, this is done by a lawyer. It's a signed affidavit under under penalty perjury. You know, there are penalties for lying. She says he was present when the rape occurred. Have you ever been present wanna rapes occurred pers? No, okay. I most certainly of not I would venture to say that a lot of the men listening right now have never been present. When a rape is occurred. I wasn't meant to exonerate having. I get it. I'm just pointing it out that like, yeah. These are important discussions that have. And you are absolutely one hundred correct. One hundred percent, correct. She did not say he raped me. She is alleging she saw him engage in other behavior up to and including sexual assault sexual. Inappropriate behavior. Michael avenue says that his client this third accuser willing to meet with the FBI. She is willing to testify again. She's willing to meet with the FBI immediately to describe what she witnessed she's prepared to provide. Additional corroborating witnesses names to the FBI associated with that investigation. And we're hopeful that the committee is going to respond. Immediately. Something else to think about here Folkston because I can already hear people yelling at the radio. This is a smear campaign. Why come out thirty five now just days before were set to confirm suspicious? Tell me the last time somebody who is making claims this agreed jus-, we're making them up was lying to have the FBI to investigate. If you're making it up. Christine blase Ford if you're making it up. Julie sweat, Nick. Why do you ask the FBI to investigate because if you lie to the FBI? You can go to jail we know that specifically we have we have other instances completely unrelated to this. That tells us lying to the FBI is punishable by by jail, MS sweat, Nick. Has or has had seven different clearances associated with working with the federal government. She apparently is the owner of or partner in a company that has worked with and four. The department of the treasury, the US mint the Internal Revenue Service the department of state the department of Justice the department of homeland security and customs and border protection. I would I would turn around and say that. Her company. If she is lying. She has a lot to lose in a professional capacity as well. As a apparently a longtime contractor to the federal government. If you lied to the FBI, you're never getting another job with them and your security clearances are gone. I have the sworn affidavit in front of me right now. And again, these are very sensitive topics. And if you you know, if you've got children in the car or your stomach easily turns just keep that in mind. Because I want to read from the explosive allegations from Julie sweat neck. I also witness efforts by Mark judge Brett cavenaugh and others to cause girls to become an abbreviated and disoriented. So they could then be gang raped in a side room or bedroom by train numerous boys. I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms of many of these parties waiting for their turn with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark judge and brought her wording in this though. And I'm not saying it's suspicious, but it's very specific. And it is, you know. This has been run through that. She describes events. That sound like sexual assault or rape. And she doesn't say I saw I I saw Brett Kavanagh do this. She says he was present. Now in this IRA firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside of Rome's at many of these parties waiting for their turn with a girl inside the room. These boys included, Mark judge, and Brad Kavanagh that doesn't mean they ever went inside the room doesn't mean they ever sexually assaulted anyone that doesn't mean they were raped in. I'm just saying the wording is important if you were testifying in a court of law. These words are important. Again, that doesn't mean. Sorry now. She's painting a picture of these parties that fly in the face of the of the words of judge Cavanaugh who claimed to be very studious, and you know, he couldn't possibly have. He didn't drink, and he's a virgin and eating do things like this because you know, what he was too busy volunteering at the old folks home, you know, and and helping old ladies across the street that that these things can they both exist. No, I don't think they can. And that is why I would be an advocate, and I have been an advocate for an investigation further into this because someone is lying in whomever that may be should be held accountable for it. And I recognize, you know, I'm the girl in the room here, and that's not to minimize your statements, Bruce. But but I have an experience of where I believed I was drugged at a bar. And luckily my boyfriend was there to take me home. I had one beer senior in college ASU not gonna put the bar on blast. Because I don't believe it was their fault. Theory. But one beer one corona, and I'm sitting there and like, okay. Wow. The room starting to spin and I've been drunk. I was a senior at ASU. I knew what feeling drunk felt like this wasn't drunk. This was drugged everything starts to get a little foggy like you start like kinda, you know, moving around like you trip and I blacked out. I passed that. I don't know what it was. Luckily, again, my boyfriend was there took me home was like what the heck happened as sort of throwing up not trying to give you too much information here guys, but it has ever been on the receiving end of this women behave not point forward. You're walking around the bar. You got your thumb in the beer why? Nobody can slip you anything. What a guy buys you, drink any hand, you a beer and holds one in his hand, you say, I'll take the one you're holding instead of the one he's given you. That's what women go through obviously, not living. I've ever had to experience to walk through this newsroom. And how walked through this newsroom just today, and I've had. And in turn tell me every college girl. She knows has these types of stories maybe not to this degree of lining out of. You know, passing out our, but we we all have stories. That's not right. That's not. Okay this. Well, you know, what had happened if it thirty years ago? Boys will be boys know all do things. Then you know, what nobody would be able to be disqualify them. Well, you know, what we need to be raising a new generation of boys and young men that will know that actions have consequences. Whether you're sixteen or sixty six and we need a generation of women that then no if they are attacked or harassed. They can report it because they're going to be believed when it happened to me. I didn't report it. Like, so many others like so many others. And you know, I don't like to play the what aboutism game. I find it to be pretty pretty cheap. But I tend to believe the specifically the the men who have come forward and said they were sexually abused by priests in the Catholic church in this type of a to the point that there's been convictions. And all these things I believe them coming forward twenty thirty years later talking about why they didn't do it at the time. The the the shame. They felt the fear nation. And so I can't say these women are somehow unique in there, and that they should have done it at age fifteen, but the the the choirboy at fifteen shouldn't have the shame of what could I have done different? Somehow, this my fault tell you what if you if you missed Senator flakes speech on the floor of the Senate, which was just about an hour Gomez. Exactly. Now, we're go. We're going to replay it in its entirety. And I think it's important here. And it is it is clarion. Call it is. It is a call to our are better nature as people and as elected officials will it fall on deaf ears or will it have an impact we're going to replay it at eleven thirty for you. Okay. Just you know, about eleven thirty five to be exact we will get back for we're gonna come right back. And also talk about an issue inside of a school. How accountable can a teacher hold the kids. That's coming up after Bob McClay checks in with our top stories..

Which Democrats are considering a 2020 run for President?
"More. During last week's supreme court confirmation hearings. It was the two most junior Democrats on the judiciary committee who made the most headlines New Jersey Democrat Cory Booker threatened to break confidentiality rules. I'm going to release the Email about racial profiling. And I understand that that the penalty comes with potential ousting from the Senate and California Democrat Kamala Harris probe judge Brad Kavanagh about whether he had discussed Robert Muller's investigation with anyone tied to the law firm of one of President Trump's lawyers the really specific question. I would like to know the person you're thinking of because what if they think you're thinking of someone in you don't wanna tell us neither has said they're running. But both lawmakers are frequently on the list when it comes to possible twenty twenty presidential candidates. So this is about the closest I'll probably ever have in my life to an IM Spartacus moment. But it turns out it really wasn't a Spartacus moment. The emails had already been cleared for release and didn't reveal much about Cavanaugh and Harris's questions about a mystery meeting never really went anywhere despite that Republican political strategist Alex Conan thinks both Booker and Harris helped their potential twenty twenty campaigns more than they hurt them one way to break through by fighting harder than anybody else. I you certainly don't want to be flanked in terms of your energy and your willingness to fight on behalf of the base Conan would know. He was Marco Rubio spokesman when the Florida Republican was in the same position as Booker and Harris, a high profile Senator viewed as a likely White House Conteh. Tender. I don't think all them have made up a final decision, but just to keep the option open. There's certain things that you have to be doing right now that to do list includes generating buzz like Booker and Harris did last week also showing up in key states like a high. Oh, we're Los Angeles. Mayor Eric are said he recently spoke to the city club of Cleveland. It's it's funny. Sometimes people ask mayor ever be a president. Could you ever be president a few years ago could an African American ever be president even more shorter than that could reality star ever be president from television. And since it's twenty eighteen showing up on social media or Biden posted a new video today every country needs to control, but that does not require ripping infants and children from the arms of their parents. There's one more thing on that to do list. And it's very important. You need to deny that you're positioning yourself for a presidential run. Here's -chusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren after a major policy speech a couple of weeks ago. I am not running for president in twenty twenty or running for the Senate in. Two thousand eighteen of course, all these possible candidates are talking about politics and policy, which isn't exactly how President Trump won in two thousand sixteen as they do their day jobs. One other possible candidate is taking a page from Trump even as he challenges him in courts. That's Michael avenue. The lawyer for stormy Daniels whose popping up on cable network after cable network to slam the president one key choice that every democrat will have to make whether they think 2016 set the new normal or whether voters will want to go back to more traditional
