"Just got a little note here, folks, Jeff flake. Senator from Arizona who did not run for reelection because he can even win his own primary. Jeff flake has announced that he has ruled out Jane twenty twenty primary challenge. Donald trump. Everybody had such high hopes Jeff flake, not running. No different than Mickey Mouse, saying he's not gonna right. I'll tell you the guy. I'm really curious the guy the Democrats that when the only guy that could be Trump who do you think I'm talking about the only guy? Who is it that the Democrats out? There said it has the singular best chance of defeating Donald Trump six months ago, they announced their front runner. The only democrat who could beat Trump would do it in a slam dunk. Michael Abernathy what happened to him? He hasn't even announced. He hasn't even done a rally. I'm gonna tell you folks, you know, I I. Everybody sends me emails. Everybody sends me that they think I don't see anything on my own. It's it's kind of amazing. Actually, I must have twenty five. Good friends. Just send me things that they obviously don't think I'm going to see. And yet. I do see it all it would be why it would be like you and me sending Albert Einstein equations that he might not have thought about. But I'm gonna just tell you based on based on the stuff that my friend. Just seeing me there are a lot of people that our side scared to death of Kamala Harris, they are sending me things about Kamala Harris in it are telling me what they don't like about her. And what we all be worried about salt. You'll learn to spot these things now largely that's a creation of medium. It's so frustrating. My closest friends. I try tell them take what you watch. And what you see on CNN MSNBC, New York Times, whatever and just ignore it. Try ignoring or trying not believing it or try understanding that it's a gender driven. These are smart people. It's what depresses me about the effort to educate people on how to deal with the media, if my own friends become profoundly influenced by let me why send me stuff on Kamala Harris because she's the only one in the news. Right. We'll Howard Schultz, but that's a little bit different story. When somebody else announces in hazard rally, then they'll go get big news. But it's obvious. The media right now is very much a new Kamala Harris. So I have a Kamala Harris that coming up. At it. The fact there's a lot of stuff I need to do here before we get to the politics of the day. Because if I don't do it here at the beginning of the program, I won't end up getting to it. Because of course, it will continue to lose priority status as the program unfolds. I also have two things I want to tell you about now that I'm not going to get to right off the bat, but I'm going to hope to get to by the end of the day. There is a story here today that ran in the New York Post today that is just right up. My alley and it has nothing to do with electoral politics are Washington DC politics per se, although it does this story is about how our country's people the population of our country. Individuals have become increasingly more and more frightened of bureaucratic authority, and it frustrates me. Like, you cannot believe. I I it's a testament to the to the power of of bureaucracies wielding all of these behavioral demands on people. I mean, everybody's walking around with everything they say and do looking over their shoulder wondering who might be hearing them or who might see them or you might notice what they're doing. And so they don't wanna get any trouble. As a result. We have fewer and fewer risk takers. And we have more and more compliant sheep like people. In our population at large I want to get into that. There's also, you know, advertising a big deal with me because I think advertising good ever to the advertising that works whenever and whatever era it takes place works because whoever creates the campaign understands the audience that they are appealing to what's the purpose of advertising a separate people from their money. Ultimately. Now, there's some advertising that is brand oriented billboard advertising for for the most part is just a valid validate. Your decision. Yeah. My brother just sent me a flash that was funny as hell people sending you stuff is like us, sending Einstein mathematical equation. That wasn't good line. I have to. I just had lived came off the top of my head. It tells me I'm on a roll today. Anyway. Advertising done. Well, we'll tell you this state. The condition the status of a of a culture and a society. And there is your remember the the some of you young out. There may not recall this in nineteen sixty s nineteen seventies. A major controversy. Particularly in television ads over subliminal messages. That's how I ended up discovering. In fact, a subliminal message in my piece update theme or now Paloma Blanca by slim Whitman. Well, now there is a new theory about ways by subliminal messages in advertising, and it's found in the new Michelob. Organic beer commercial. And you know, what's fascinating about it. All of the supposed- tricks in the add TV at all of the supposed- tricks, all of the supposed- mind bending happens via audio not what you see. But what you hear and the way you hear it. So I'm gonna get into that later as the program unfolds. As well. As all the political stuff. I'm sitting I'm trying to figure what the difference in stormy Daniels. And Kamala Harris. Well, let me stop and think about it. What is the real difference? One difference is that she's not trying to shut Willie Brown up. Or anybody else? Anyway, that's all that's coming later. Donald trump. Remember Donald Trump's treaty has done a tweet none in the Durrell resort which owns in Miami. And he said Russia Russia, if you're listening, maybe you can find the thirty thousand missing e mails from Hillary Clinton. If you do please turn them over to our media. They don't seem to be able to find bam. That has become a focal point of the Muller investigation. It became a focal point of the FBI and DOJ. Foale investigation of Donald Trump, just like the dossier. They believe that Trump was inviting the Russians hack now, by the way, some people have said rush, they're not that stupid. They don't really think that they're just taking the occasion of Trump doing that to accuse him, folks. I don't I actually maybe true in a case some people, I think, I think. People in our country that air so paranoid. And people on the left or so absent and devoid any humor that I really think coupled with the absolute animus and hatred. These people have for Trump, I think they literally believe that Trump was asking Russia to hack just like they believe the steel Bassa, even though they knew it wasn't true. They believed it could be. So Trump has done it. Again. Trump tweeted the following in the beautiful mid.

What if I told you there was a political party that for two years has been saying that Russia illegitimately installed the United States president? Well. With that. That's different. Look, I I don't think look. Yes. Sometimes it does look like people in power. I don't know this is gonna come as a shock to everybody wanna try to rig a system. So that they stay in power. Both sides have done it. But coming from the lady who hijacked the DNC and rigged primary in her favor. That's rich. I mean, forget about even the Russia's stuff. Let's go back to what we know about what she did. And Bernie Sanders should still be griping about him. He got on the team he figured it out fast. He did whatever. What am I also think he realized that when you spend two years on that type of talking point you look like a sore loser. And he's smart enough to move on. I don't know man the way Bernie's played it all now, I questioned the intelligence, but that's another story for another time. Meanwhile, big arrest last night. Yeah. Well, yeah. Having earlier in the day, Michael Abernathy has been arrested for felony domestic violence LAPD confirmed. This now, according to TMZ the victim's face was swollen and bruised on. Both cheeks. So from the TMZ report, they say, it was a different woman, not his estranged ex wife says a law enforcement source says that Don Tuesday ninety kicked her out of the apartment, and that's when the domestic violence occurred. There told that when she went back into the apartment on Wednesday to get her stuff. She called police to stand by in case things got heated. The woman was on the sidewalk talking on a cell phone with sunglasses on her is over is crying and screaming on the phone. I can't believe he did this to me. Now, this guy is he's getting arrested Michael Ave ninety says while she hit me I. This is Bs. This is bleeping bleep bleep. Wow. Well, he's absolutely denying it. I think you heard statement, right? I am not going to be intimidated from stopping what I am doing. Ok well, you know, what I have to say what hashtag believe all women. We have heard that the accusations out there, right? It doesn't matter. Whether or not we have proof to back up whether or not he did anything right as a matter anymore. He did have their Cavanaugh accuser. There was an accusation. That makes it true. Yeah. You went on. I am a father to two beautiful smart daughters. Kevin is a but never disrespect them by touching a woman inappropriately or striking a woman. I am looking forward to a fall investigation at which point. I am confident that I will be fully exonerated k may man you can play it. However you want and I'm not saying he's guilty. Okay. Yeah. We'll wait and see. Is it more believable? If you get out there, and you say this didn't happen. This is a lie. It's gonna come out the truth is gonna come out. Okay. I didn't do this. I've never hit a woman. I'd never hit a woman. I mean, but when you read a statement with this sort of cadence all of a sudden. It doesn't quite ring the same. Yeah. I'm just talking about marketing your message, which he takes great pride in. I think the thing is here. It's it's it would be pretty simple as that. If you have a picture of the victim, and she's battered and bruised and then something happened to her. And if she called the cops for protection while she was getting her stuff. Evan adamant apartment. Then that backs up the claim that she was abused again. I think you're right to say. And I think it's fair to say, look, we don't have all the information. It could not it's possible. It's not true. But wouldn't it have been nice? If guy like him had given other people the benefit of the doubt. Right. I mean, it's just a little bit rich. Now, you have a guy who has now made a living making unverifiable claims is now saying this is all fake news. And this is a conspiracy out to get me. Right. That's the thing. But add more on that later. Lindsey Graham made a statement. Yeah. I thought this was well done. Yeah. He was on Hannity show on Fox News last night. And he weighed in on this, especially because Lindsey Graham was one of the best foot soldiers for bread cabin on the Senate. So this is what he said. I have the cops involved that day. Yes. So. There's an air of credibility. Absolutely. But we don't know everything yet. Correct. Right. And that's the way you'd wanna play it for anybody. So we'll wait and see what happened man. Isn't it awfully tempting to just say believe all women and say he did it. Well, yeah. All of a sudden. Because if you're going by your own words, bro. Yeah. Yeah. Then you're done already other things to get to. That audio of a BBC journalists that you'll get a kick out of it's just refreshing honesty, because some people don't have all the answers also certain men are more attractive than others. Dictionary says it's research shows that this year more than ever people have been using toxic to describe a vast array of things situations concerns and events. All right. I you know, as I was reading the story knowing that you were doing this. And I I saw that last year's word was youth quake. I don't remember this. Strain in two thousand sixteen it was post truth like this one. This one's right toxic about the other ones. Youth quake from last year..

"Until side of midterm elections. America. Great. All right. Glad you're with us. We are in the swamp the sewer Washington DC an hour from now we expect the president will be holding a press conference in New York. I got to anticipate the the latest well accusation against Brad Kavanagh, they came out from Michael avenue dotty, representing a woman. No kidding. New accuser. Jim Geraghty, summed it up on national review online saying the accuser contends that she attended at least ten house parties over a three year period it began when Cavanaugh was fifteen or sixteen years old. And she contends that similar parties quote occurred nearly every weekend during the school year. And then she goes on to contend, the Cavanaugh and his friends engaged in criminal activities, including sexual assault on numerous occasions from that description. It sounds like I mean, it sounds like she witnessed some of these assaults Garrity goes on and then continue to attend parties. Then Garrity goes on and says, she contends the cavenaugh and Mark judge obtained either alcohol or drugs such as quail lutes or grain alcohol to spike the punch at these parties. She contends numerous boys were involved in multiple acts of sexual assault literally lining up outside of a room waiting their turn to commit sexual assaults and another gang train rape. Is the words that she used? And as far as we know not a single victim or witness ever called the police as far as we know not a single witness or victim ever told their parents, teachers or any other responsible adult, and as far as we know the accuser is the only person who ever attended these parties it was ever come forward making this claim. Although she says that there are people that will back her up, and then he goes on nothing related to this multi year conspiracy to commit repeated acts of ritualized sexual assault ever came up in six F B I background checks or White House security clearance checks and joining us now to weigh in on all of this Joe digenova, Victoria, Tensing of degenerate and ton saying thank you both for being with us. Just Victoria start with you. And and just get your initial thoughts on all of this is a lot unpack here. Not the least of which is one point. This new woman is claiming that in order to avoid being a victim. She just wouldn't drink the punch, but she kept attending the parties. And she knew that this activity was going on at these parties. And nobody said a word to anybody at any point any time as a woman, not as a lawyer to the woman, it boggles my mind, she's telling me that when she was about eighteen years old or is telling all this. She's about eighteen she went to parties and saw women being raped and drugged and report it to the police and then returned at approximately ten parties. This is this is I'm I'm I'm a writer by trade before I went to law school in. I read this affidavit, and it's one of the poorest written documents. I have ever seen. I mean, it's just all over the place. Like, he didn't want to know, exactly. Which houses she went to the party? She didn't ask for any more names of any other people that were witnesses. It was just it's just it's big accusations. She doesn't say the date of birth is supposed to do that to establish Stitcher, the age of majority in order to be to swear to something you have to stab this that and the affidavit where is that? You know, I read the comments of Lindsey Graham saying, quote, I have a difficult time believing Joe that any person we continue to go to according to the affidavit ten parties over two year period of time where women were routinely gang. Rape. Did not report it why would any reasonable person continue to hang out with people like this. Why would any person continue to put their friends in themselves? Endanger isn't there some duty to warn others? He says your thoughts. Well, I I don't think there's any doubt that the affidavit is clearly suspect by virtue of its own content. It commits suicide in its language, she's clearly at least two years older than all the other people attending the party. She keeps going to the party's. She never reports it to the police she doesn't give her date of birth. She doesn't say whether or not she's married or single. She doesn't. Say whether or not she is a registered democrat or a registered Republican or an independent this avid. Dave this declaration, a rapid, David whatever it is smacks of falsehood and considering the source, which is the Michael Abernathy, the lawyer for stormy Daniels, and this woman prior posture of this document, just smells false. You know, we've now I've been watching all of this unfold what we'll start with professor Ford, Victoria, and in the interim remember Dianne Feinstein, the Democrats know about this in July, and they held it back. And then when the Republicans were finally able to get the name of the four people that professor Ford had had said were witnesses the identities of other people that she claimed were at the party where that abuse allegedly took place. Well, they got into contact and the judiciary committee reached out to every person for a confidential interview and all of them denied having any knowledge of any of these parties matching Dr Ford's description, then we've got the New Yorker, the New Yorker comes out with a case about a woman named Deborah Ramirez. And when we get into the content of that story, she admits that she wasn't totally sure if if it was cavenaugh that was the perpetrator spent almost a week thinking about it and admitted she was quickly created at the party. Her words, foggy slurring her words admitting she had significant memory gaps from that evening at that cetera. And it goes on from there and other witnesses to that case where flatly denying the charges saying it never happened. Even the New York Times said, well, not only did they interviewed dozens of people over the past week to corroborate the story of MS Ramirez, but more than that, miss Ramirez. They said was contacting yell class. Mate's asking them if they were called the incident and told some of them that she couldn't be certain that it was cavenaugh with that was the one that exposed himself. So that's allegation one and two. Now, this is allegation three they withheld allegation one for weeks and weeks to create this this pressure time capsule now where they can accuse Republicans if they go forward with a vote of being insensitive and uncaring to women, and I'm surprised that the Republican senators have not every one of them said Senator Feinstein you violated the rules. This is a place where these kinds of allegations are supposed to be kept confidential until the veracity of them is no, that's that's how it works up there. Because Joe and I both worked up there. The allegations are made the Republicans and the Democrats get together and decide how they're going to pursue them. Usually each staff person that they have a former FBI people on their staffs as investigators. They send them out. And if they cannot be there, they come back, and they say, hey, we can't verify it. Then they are never ever mentioned, Sean. This is an outrage that they made this public if they are able then they come back. They bring in the candidates and nominee, and they say, hey, you know, you got some problems here. Maybe you want to withdraw your name, then they don't ever announced what the problems are. They allowed the person to go off. This is to encourage good people to go through the process, and that's with judge Kavanagh's talking about when he says, we cannot discourage good people to want to volunteer for their country. You know, you look at the chronology in the case of Julie sweat, neck, the the person that's being represented by by the new face of the Democratic Party, Michael. And you know, she says she attended more than ten of these parties where women were routinely drugged and raped and Brad Kavanagh was president president. But. Cavanaugh was in high school in nineteen eighty one and eighty two when she said she was at these parties, according to the New York Times, sweat Nick said herself, she was in college at the time. Now that does that is there an inconsistency in that point. Joe? In other words, I don't know college kids that go back and hang out with their high school friends that much I must say that. It is inconceivable unless she is the weirdest woman in the world would have gone to college and one would have gone back to these parties. Again, the affidavit just smells of falsehood and the inconsistencies internally. Make it abundantly clear that this was put together very quickly and is missing all the essentials of a verifiable affidavit. I do not believe after there was this frightful reaction this morning from people. Oh, this is all over this ended. I don't believe it does. I actually think it strengthens judge Kavanagh's case. I think the committee should go forward with the hearing tomorrow, whether or not Dr Ford shows up or not and they should simply roll over the democratic objections, and they should hold a vote on Friday if they do not they do not hold a vote. They are going to be in the worst type of political trouble. This is an outrage. What Victoria said earlier is what matters you will never get people to want to be federal judges or do anything else except the worst type of candidate. Well, there might be the first. Evidence that Grassley is caving the Des Moines Register said quoting Grassley saying, well, it could take place or it could not on Friday, depending on what happens tomorrow. I guess he means that the hearing. He's just doing that John. He's just saying that so he's covering himself. Because he can't anticipate what's going to happen at the hearing the very fact that he announced it three days before which is required under the Senate rules means that he's serious to go forward. Listen, I've known both of you along time. There's a reason why I warn my audience radio and television every two years every four years. This is what you're going to hear about Republicans that they're racist, sexist, misogynistic, islamophobic, homophobic, xenophobic that Republicans if they don't support environmental extremism. They won dirty air and dirty water. They breathe it and they drink it. They want kids to die. They don't care about children, and there's gonna be some congressional look alike with grandma in a wheelchair being thrown over a cliff those tactics politically and now consistently we see with any Republican president appointing a supreme court Justice, we can expect to borking Clarence Thomas. Now, a Cavanaugh going if you will. This caused beyond the pale. I mean, I I know Brett Cavanaugh he's one of the most unassuming people the very thought that he behaved like this at any time in his life is just inconceivable at when you know, the man, and you know, his demeanor. This is not well, you could get two hundred and twenty people to go back in your high school years and college years to say great things about you. But Joe, and I could never have that happen. And then he did. But I just kissed admitted to the Columbus. Indiana bulldog hall of fame last week. Oh, congratulations. Me and my grants. Wow. That's amazing. I think it's really important to appreciate where we are apropos of your comment. Sean, we are at a a fulcrum point in history. This is the Republican party's test for the next twenty five years. They have to get this done. These are false charges. It is now clear that this is a campaign designed to destroy a good man but worse than that they want to destroy his wife and his daughters last night on FOX some commentator who was on the show that I cannot remember that this that Cavanaugh had to worry about his daughters. He had the unmitigated gall to bring up the children in a conversation about this. I have to tell you something my anger level at this has reached a fever pitch. I I am expecting my party to defend this man to the hilt. To the hill. They will be rewarded and they will do it again without batting an eye meetings. The democrats. Yeah. You know, just saying somebody's racist. When they're not remember the the James Byrd ad in two thousand..

U.S. judge suggests he may dismiss Stormy Daniels lawsuit against Trump

"We got a judge appearing likely to toss. The stormy Daniels lawsuit against Trump judge James or Terrel sitting US district court that a tweet the president wrote in April appears to be rhetorical hyperbole and speech protected under the first amendment stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford sued Trump in April after he said a composite sketch of a man she said threatened her in twenty eleven to keep quiet about an alleged affair with a real estate mogul was a con job. Trump tweeted the man was non existent, and the Daniels was playing the fake news media, for fools. He reached tweeted a side-by-side photo comparing the sketch with a photo of her own husband. That'll said he would rule later. But the Trump's statements seemed like an opinion and speech protected under the first amendment him says to allow the complaint to go forward, and to have one considered this to be defamatory in the context that was made whatever chilling effect attorney Ken white who blogs about the case talks about it. On the podcast all the president's lawyers says he thinks wrote a tentative ruling that he would finalize an issue soon. If Daniels defamation case is thrown out. It would be similar to a ruling by New York state judge who dismissed a lawsuit by a political strategist who claimed her reputation was trashed when Trump falsely said she had begged for a campaign job and called her a dummy on Twitter. So this is what we're doing for you beg for campaign job in your dummy. I'm going to sue the court, basically said it's Trump. It's twitter. We know he's known for throwing around insults. And this can't be understood as anything other than exaggerated rhetoric white set of the New York games. Now, Michael Abernathy said outside the court that he would appeal at the defamation suit was dismissed they said, it was ironic that Trump was has relied on the first amendment to shield him from legal trouble. He said I witnessed something here today that I never thought I'd witness that is Donald Trump having a lawyer stand up in a federal court and a spouse on his behalf the virtues of how important the first amendment is in America. This is the same Donald Trump that is crap all over the first amendment and the news media for

"Didn't think Cavanaugh supreme court nomination process wasn't a circus. You should now. Senate Democrats reportedly investigating a new allegations of sexual misconduct against the supreme court nominee Brett cavenaugh. We are joined now by San Antonio. I news correspondent Bill zephyr, Bill only lasts talked. It was just a couple of days ago about this time on Friday at the time. I believe we brought up anything can happen in two or three days. Anything can happen in one day. What's new? Yeah. What's new just a couple of things going on, Charlie? Just when we thought everything was figured out after days of delays and move deadlines and negotiations we thought, okay, we're going to have this hearing on Thursday with Dr Christine Ford, and Brad Kavanagh relaying their sides of the story about the alleged incident that took place, and we would get on probably with a committee vote Friday and then move on. The full Senate just when we thought things were settling a little bit. We get bang the New Yorker magazine article coming out late yesterday with Fifty-three-year-old Deborah Ramirez, relating a story when she was at Yale. And so was Brad Kavanagh and he exposed himself to her during a drinking party at college. So we get this come out. And again, we get a lot of cries from Democrats and Republicans here with the Dianne Feinstein calling on the judiciary committee to postpone all proceedings. Jeff Merkley going so far as to say cabin all should withdraw the Republicans and the White House saying it's a coordinated smear campaign. And then if you needed another ingredient in this recipe, Charlie sprinkle in a little Michael Abernathy. Who says he the stormy Daniels? Attorney says he has another person who will come forward with credible information on cavenaugh, and his friend Mark judge with specific evidence that they would target women with alcohol and drugs while in high. High school. You're right. This is now in the circus stage, and where it goes from here. I'm not sure f Chuck Grassley is going to try his best to keep this on track toward a possible hearing on Thursday, but it's a long time between now, and then and we know what can happen in a short amount of time. Is it mandatory that the committee here from Deborah Ramirez? No, no. It's not mandatory. They can decide who they want to hear from now. Is there a tremendous pressure on them to hear from her? I think there probably is. But Chuck Grassley may be at the point where he says. Nope, we're going to move forward with this the way we have it right now. Yes, we will attempt to evaluate. But other than that. He might just say we have our we have our ducks in a row. We're ready to go is it possible to guess how these attorneys avenue dotty Allred et cetera. Are these accusers coming to them they out there seeking people? Or is it all just guesswork? Who knows I would think that Michael Abernathy, but may have been approached due to the fact he's such a visible person that is this is and again, this is Michael Avenue's, actually, obviously has an agenda against President Trump and the Trump administration with his dealings with stormy Daniels. A guy who has never shied away from the cameras loves the spotlight. So you have to take what he says is well with a grain of salt because it was stormy Daniels in particular member of the artist's depiction of the person that threaten stormy Daniels. And you know, all that circus as well, boy, it's hard to keep track of exactly what's happening here. As for the attorneys. I would think that wow. Wow. This person probably came forward to Michael Eboni Deon. Said look what I have. Okay. And as we've said what a difference a day makes a career anything or at this point, thirty minutes, sixty minutes. San antonio. I news correspondent bills for with the latest. "On sale now chip franklin live three to seven weekdays on k g o eight ten this was the largest audience to ever witness in an inauguration period both in person and around the globe even the new york times printed a photograph showing the that a a misrepresentation of the crowd in the original tweet in their paper which showed the full extent of the support depth in crowd and intensity that existed sean shawn shawn should have just said i was drinking all night and i have no idea what happened actually didn't make it to the inauguration because i was so hung over show he has a new show it's called sean spicer's common ground is going to be shot july but the latest is stormy daniels lawyer michael abernathy who is almost as cute as the jugglers right yeah anyway he he avenue ati turned down twenty five hundred bucks to tape an interview with spicer twenty five hundred zero that's odd by the way i think it's like just kind of honorarium money share but they don't normally pay guests to be on these shows when you say the tonight show and all that stuff nobody pays there on for free they're pinpoints upton seriously did they take care of your hotel room now i remember that at the end of a lot of shows i did tv shows and then i was sleeping on my car gets accommodation's provided by maybe they didn't say that after me but anyway julie's zan zahn as a town executive at the the group that runs the show called pilgrim media group not that matters and she says so dear dear michael we'd be so honored to have you join us we can offer you a twenty five hundred dollar honor area for your time and he got he's been on every is there a show that he hasn't been on twice right now no no no i mean he's been no that's what i'm saying he hasn't been on ellen betty has dancing they should probably tried to book him yeah avenue but avenue it was nice ati wrote i have an enormous amount of respect for your group's work unfortunately however i can't say the same about shawn's suffice to say i'm not interested in helping sean sell his new show okay that's true that's exactly what i would say but you're representing a porn star so you might wanna come off your paddle a little bit whoa why is that unfair i mean i've just pretend like you're like you're representing a nobel laureate i'm not seized directed how many seventy five hundred fell last week or music videos so so there's a hierarchy of who is worthy of of defense and then that should play into every other decision i think that sean spicer is you know aligarh lies lied to the american public over and over and over again he wants us successful show he knows that brings in eyeballs doesn't do you think all those orgasms are real the liar that's all i'm laura ridiculous human being sean spicer stormy daniels i'd argue sean spicer exactly i dunno sean spicer i know that he he don't know storm or do you do there's a little bit of tongue in cheek on this but i do it does bother me when he's when he says i i'm not interested in helping sean sellers new show you know look let's be honest is an attorney who was out there doing the best for you know i mean i know he's representing sean spicer no doubt so exactly my point so it doesn't help that guy do his thing they're not that far apart on the mary chain of decency that's what i'm saying he's done wrong what is he done wrong except properly defend his client john no no no no he's pimping avenue ati michael avenue and i don't hey this is america man knock yourself out but he's pimping himself to the tenth degree and i i that's great good for him nobody ever heard of this cat before stormy daniels right obviously because that's obviously that's his job should come on i can't be the only person that agrees with you all right so on on the scale who's higher up stormy michael or sean spicer sean spicer's really that bad i mean he's not trying to pimp his own show why why should we watch a show sean spicer let's let's bring in let's bring in a friend of our show brian kerr the white house pool report who represents playboy the guy that's been all over huckabee sanders he's a friend of sean sean today they have coffee they.

Michael Cohen disputes report of alleged payments released by Stormy Daniels attorney

"Abc's aaron katersky is joining us this morning and aaron really interesting michael cohen the fixer the the private attorney for for donald trump it seems that there are many more layers of this onion that keeps getting peeled back as to what he actually does well that's true and remember he said he was only a lawyer joe for three clients elliott brady and sean hannity and donald trump so it was curious that no vardis and at and t and other corporations were paying him collectively millions and spokesman for novartis effectively cohen was selling his access to the new administration now that could certainly pose a lot of trouble for michael cohen at what point or could it pose a problem for donald trump if the president knew about the payments and had some kind of connection or if he in fact took any of the the money that would certainly raise some questions we know the special counsel is said to have interviewed some of the people tied to companies that have paid some of this money the exposure for cohen could be as a lobbyist if he is in fact lobbying the the white house he should have registered as a lobbyist otherwise he's in serious violation of federal law and of course there's always the exposure when you're moving around large chunks of money if you run afoul of banking or tax laws have we heard any kind of reaction from michael cohen or or his attorneys transactions he said that michael abernathy the attorney for stormy daniels got some of his facts wrong the treasury department is now investigating whether michael collins financial records were somehow leaked so there's that aspect to all of this but the the real question is whether cohen was using his his long standing relationship with donald trump to line his own pockets and and these companies said that they paid and and in the case of novartis they said after one meeting it was apparent that that cohen really couldn't deliver that is very interesting abc's eric katersky with the update for us this morning we of course will continue to follow any new developments and bring it to you here on news ninety six point five wdbo this is your washington watchdog jamie dupree you're listening to the eighty and expanded newsfeed on news ninety six five wdbo.
