"High School's accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15 year old boy. The Miami Township Police Department says 44 year old Denise Nagel is facing sexual battery and unlawful sexual conduct charges and is being held at the Claremont County Jail. Police say none of the alleged incidents happened on school grounds. Nagel is on paid administrative leave on the school pending the outcome of the investigation.
