There's a Metropolitan Police officer parked there along with two dump trucks so no one can get by yet people continue to try to squeeze by and that's only going to end badly so please do not try to get past the blocked traffic. If you're coming inbound on 395 from Virginia all traffic has to stay with 395 over to 695 the exits to lower 14th exit Street one and the exit to the 12th Street Expressway also closed. Seattle sales tax increase headed to November ballot
