"Play around. A lot of always t me how to be a man and white racist cops got my own dad back. Life still matter. You have eight kids. Eight kids, all that black trauma being processed on TV process right in our faces the mom the sun. You know those jurors. That's why when I see these folks, you know, tearing up cities. I don't understand how people can be surprised by that. You pushed pushed, pushed, pushed pushed people to the edge and doing a pop. You act like they did something wrong. What do you expect them to do? Eight kids with? No, dad right now. Eight kids without a father tell him that they're looting there, Not looting there. Just simply releasing their frustration had mental problems and that you would told like, I like I even get a little bit of this a way. We didn't know. We came with a knife. He was getting all the calls that You were told the advance. And then when the mom was was was trying to block him, the mom was telling you he had Mento even if he had a knife man. Like I said yesterday, there is a reason that they don't bring a knife to a gunfight. You don't have to shoot demand. 12 times, 12 With what? You know No way with potato. Where was the rubber bullets like? Come on. You don't have to shoot demand 12 times, you have to deal with the guy that I've seen videos of white guys. Actually, I am a cop and run in the cop didn't shoot in the back. Come on in that video to us. You know the white guy with a knife and he approached the cops and they backed up. They didn't shoot. No. You see the one with a white guy actually stabbed a cop and and took off running and see that we're listening to you Mind and in the cop just a cop. Tase him and come on, man. Stop. All right. Well, that is your front page news. What did you mean? What You said the cops was there already. They already think I guess earlier that day, maybe there was a car. That's what I took from it earlier that day that perhaps there was a call that was made maybe had an incident earlier and they came and she said they were laughing at him and thought it was funny. Hey. Man. All right, well, Get it off your chest. 805 51051 of you need to call us up right now is the breakfast club bemoaning the breakfast club. You.

"It's like I can breathe again and you know A lot of our patients have tried so many medications. I'm going to go on record and say Breathing is important. Breathing is important. You know, it's it's what keeps. It's what keeps you from sleeping. Well, it's what keeps you from eating well, you know, because you're not tasting your food the right way. There's just like I said, this domino effect of what starts to happen to people when they start to feel bad, physically and mentally. That's a whole different dimension right for any woman for any man. You know, people used to think that women were the only ones that were affected by weight game. It's interesting that I find the more years that were in this business actually find that men are just as concerned about how they look and how they feel and how they perform on a daily basis is walking running. You know, dating? You know, I I think that the general Public used to think that we women were the only ones that was self conscious. You know what? Not true. Ah, And it's actually funny because you see so many more weight loss programs now targeting The male population. Why should they be any different, right? Why should men be any different as any man? You want to look, Listen, I have two boys. They want to look good. They like to get dressed. They you know they're active they want, you know they want their hair grown out a certain way. So you know, it's interesting how the whole you know, marketing has changed and thie attraction of Mento look better and for men to do weight loss programs has actually become much more common, and we're also seeing a lot of health issues with men coming in younger and younger now, Andi, I don't know why and what's caused that. But like you said, a lot of the processed foods, there's much more processed foods, and I think that Men are used to be able to eat a lot of that stuff and not gain the weight, but I think it's now catching up with a lot of younger gentleman. Absolutely. And I would, But you know what's amazing is how well the younger population does with our program because you know you haven't had that many years of medications or that many years of just Bad habits yet less less less things to get over the unless stressors stress and you take things and less and you know what less negative habits this. I'm saying that as we get older, the habits kind of built in On so much harder to break the habits as we get, all right, So I'm going to give you so we're going to do what I do like the last time I'm going to give you first, the health improvement, the super benefit. Super benefit and then I'm going to tell you the number Ready? Yes. You want to guess the number? No. I'll tell you the number. So yes, the number is going to make this fun. Yes, and turn it into a game show so blood sugar. When the one person started with 2000 MG of Met Foreman, which is for diabetes, So blood sugar from day one was to 40 for Alex. Don't have an age on this patient was to 40. This is with 2000 mg of metformin. A day. And then after This is day 16 no date yet they stay 15 person. It takes it on a daily basis. It was 93. The doctor reduced it Thie that metformin is reduced to 500 MG, and Doc said, just going to keep an eye on it for a couple of days, and it's going to take him off the map for me. Now, why did that happen? Well because on day 15 Alex was down £22. You know important, very important to state that it's the doctor that's taking these patients had their medication. It's got normal blood can't keep going lower. But that's really, you know, I don't know that that's something that a lot of doctors used to seein their patients. Taking off. People off medications is usually we add medications as we get older, right? This guy was obviously on amazing. Really great. Just awesome result. £22.2021 21.7 around it up again. I'm sorry. £21.7 on day 15. Blood sugar down to normal, and that's just that's fantastic. That's really that's the best that really great result. People. A lot of people always ask us, you know. Do you have to be like a start ht to the program and I'm talking. I'm going in the higher age bracket. Now we always say, you know, I remember you and I had a couple who are patients. I think they were what in there Late? They were in the relay. I think mid nineties decided to get married. Listen, whyyou laughing. What? That's very cute kids and have a party and they were dating for a long time Find so they thought that they should drop some weight. They both came in. I think she was She 90. He was definitely in his nineties. I don't think she was in her nineties where either one of them was in like 92, or 93. Was either 90 or 93 or something like right. So they both came in. They did the program. Great. Great on the program had a fantastic wedding. Ah, you know, I haven't heard anything bad, so I'm assuming they're still alive and kicking. Which is really awesome for them. So the point is, is that there is no age where you're too old to do this program. We had Mori, who came in an investment banker, and the reason I say that is because his quote at the end of the programme was very funny. He was 75 years old, still working part time, by the way, which kind of cool so he was down £23 in 24 days. Um 75 years old a day 40. He actually didn't even I don't even think he got today 40 because I think we pulled him off a little bit earlier because he did not need to lose a bunch of weight. I think we pulled him off around day 32 s O. He wound up at about £35 in total weight loss. But what he said to us was that it was the best investment that he's ever made, which I think is kind of funny because you know, he doesn't mean that he does that for living and He said that he has never ever had to do a weight loss program in his life before or really even try to lose weight. But he says that he thought that his career caught up with him because stress stress and sitting most of the time in front of a computer The client dinners, client lunches, You know, even you know, back then, when he was really busy. There was a lot of client vacations. Now there's not that much of that anymore. It's much more monitored in that industry. But you know that's what it used to be, You know, take a plane out to whatever ST Barts for the weekend and clearly you're not losing a lot of weight there. So yeah, he said it was the best of Messman he ever made. It was in For himself. 75 years old. You know, he might live to 120. Who knows? Hopefully does God willing So, Kamal, this is awesome. Check this out. So you know I get these, you know, get thes text. We put him in a spreadsheet..

"Like as soon as I heard you say those 134 deaths, border Fox lives or 173 yesterday set a record. Thanks for the info. Now forgive me. I may be wrong on the How many 100 whatever it was. I'm just I'm just saying that whatever number they announced as the daily we'll get it all. We will get the exact number for the data matters. I wanted Sure we're right and we're going to get it right. And in just a few minutes, we're going to visit with a physician with a doctor. Dr Katarina Lynley, who's a board certified family physician. Out of Texas, and we're gonna talk to her about are flattened. The fear campaign flattened the fear dot com and I'm going to find the clip from the today show and we're going to play exactly what this expert told NBC. That the daily death count in Florida is not a daily death counted all he I mean, I don't think he even Mento to contradict it the way he did, but he does contradict because when you hear 170 through whatever the number is, and I again I'll get the right will get the exact number for you in the next few minutes. I may have misspoke when I said 135. But whatever that number wass that you heard about Florida, it did not represent 24 hour deaths. It rep reflected deaths over a period of the last few weeks. According to the expert on the Today show this morning. And back. Two more insanity. Here we go. Governor Cuomo. So you understand that he has somehow decided he has decided as we look at these tyrannical governors and mayors. I mean they want to call Law enforcement fascists. They want to call Trump a Nazi. They want to call him a dictator. Well, what about a governor? Telling struggling business owners in New York who are desperate to get some revenue desperate to pay their their employees desperate to stay, stay afloat. To stay in business. They're about to go. They're all going under. 1/3 of businesses it has been estimated around the country are never coming back. This is devastating. This is not just about economy, There's about people's lives. And and this is what Cuomo believes somehow Cuomo in his own mind, I don't know if he's just if I don't what is the difference between somebody sitting at an outdoor table in New York City and having a glass of wine? And somebody having a glass of wine. And some food. Cuomo wants to get into what kind of food the person having the glass of wine is allowed to to have a listen to this. Cut number eight. I'm sorry, guys. Cut a path cut number it to be a bar. You had tohave food available. Soups, sandwiches, etcetera. More than just ordered Chicken wings. You had to have some substantive food, the lowest level of substantive food where sandwiches How do you like that? The governor has decided the chicken wings aren't are not substantive. But sandwiches are what if you put the chicken wings into a couple of slices of bread. Orders aren't substantive food so you can't have a glass of wine with the shrimp cocktail. I got it. I got news for you. I am so careful now. These days in losing weight, I don't eat like I used to eat. I used to go into a restaurant. I'll go into a Chinese restaurant. There's a place called Ollie's on 42nd Street that is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the in the world. They've got dumplings and They've got. They've got dumplings. And what's the other thing? I always gotta get the dumplings on the girls. They get dumpling, and that's all I get. Now with with keeping track of my points Under this goofy guidance from this fascistic tyrant. I can't I can't have a glass of wine or a beer and an order of dumplings. Or or in order of egg rolls, which is, in many cases, my meal for lunch or dinner. Because this this Dummy. Says that food has to be substantive. It's got to be at least a sandwich. That's Democrat. That's a Democrat governor for you Let that sink in, huh? 1 806 55.

And have Tio the symptoms with the weight and so forth, and he needed a walker. He's help walking around. Sure, right? And now after the £30 weight loss doesn't need a walker anymore. Really Well, that's a cool one night. And he said, and his his quote, which is better than your quote is for the first time in years, he feels like a free man. That's cool. It's really cool. "Is another reason for you Know, Eve increase in cases, even on a bad even on a bad virus day over 90% of the people who show up test negative. This's so everybody wakes up with a cold or an allergy is running in line to get a test. Yes, And they love this stat. One in 140 people in L. A county are unknowingly infected with the virus. Those of the estimates again. That's 1400.7%. How come it's not phrased 139 out of 140 people are not infected. I don't know why that number seems to shock people. When you tell him 0.7%. They're like really 0.7% So I have a 99.3 chance of not being infected. Because people can't do math. They simply cannot do math, and it's the way things were presented right. People react differently, right, all right. We're going to begin this hour, though, by bringing back onto the show, Christopher Roof O has been in our show many times before, and he has a documentary filmmaker. And is based in Seattle. And we're talking to him about the Chazz and the chop Whatever one you want to call them those of the protester occupations of a section of that city that included a police precinct. That got broken up last week. But there's been another interesting development with city officials in Seattle and let's bring him on and talk about. Let's get Christopher on here. Welcome back, Christopher. You wrote today that the city of Seattle Held a training session for white employees. The training session was Mento Undo Whiteness. Can you explain this? Sure. Well, you know, I had received a tip that the city of Seattle had invited all of its white employees to attend training. The title was interrupting, internalized racial superiority and whiteness. And what that means is that the diversity trainers within the city of Seattle Office of Civil Rights have adopted this idea that on any of their white employees, by definition have internalized. The beliefs, attitudes and behaviors of white supremacy, and they've established a training course in orderto almost exercise Ah, that from them in a kind of religion. Cultlike ritual. To dismantle their white supremacist ideas and engage them in their political cause of dismantling patriarchy and oppression and white supremacy. So every white Seattle City employee is assumed to have white supremacist feelings inside them, and this course, is meant to drive those feelings out. Yeah, it is. It is kind of like a ritual exorcism. But what? What That means, and I'll break it down with language from the training program. They basically said that if you have internalized the values Of things like individual ism, intellectual ization, ah, or even objectivity. Those are white supremacist values. And if you cling to those in your daily life or you exhibit what they call white normative behavior. To the cultural behaviors of white kind of European Americans. You are, by definition upholding a system of oppression and you have to go through this rigorous training program. In order to eliminate those ideas and behaviors. And city employees willingly went along with this. You know, That's the crazy thing and this information Thes training's rather had been going on for years, and thousands of city of Seattle employees have gone through these training over the past two years. But this is the first time that has actually been exposed to the public and the reaction is really extraordinary. I mean, people are looking for this material on and shocked that a city government which should theoretically be focused on things like Picking up the trash making sort of like they're working and and hiring and training. Good police officers is actually now a kind of power center of this radical racial ideology. That has been kind of transferred from university campuses and obscure African and academic journals into a position of real power, and it's almost like reading through these documents. It feels like like Inquisition sessions that they're subjecting people to on the basis of race in a segregated manor sounds like re education camps they would have in communist China. It does. You know, I've been kind of thinking through that and and even looking at images from the cultural revolution in China and then comparing them to images of some of the Kind of uprisings in the past few months, and it really is causing coming to a point of being both at the same time. Absurd. I mean the idea that That objectivity is is an idea of white supremacy is absurd. But it's also dangerous and very scary, because if you have a political movement that establishes itself in municipal bureaucracies that can wipe away the idea of objectivity. They can replace that in people's minds with almost anything in the same exact way that Colt programmers use it in religious cults and other calls. Around the world. Can you hang on? Of course, this is astonishing. Hold on. We got Christopher Roof. He's the director of the Discovery Institute. The center on Wealth, Poverty and Morality writes for the City Journal. And he's got a story today on city of Seattle has been holding segregated training sessions. For white employees to people who identify as white people too, and do their whiteness. Yes, To get to understand their advantages. White employees must give up comfort, guaranteed physical safety expectations or Presumptions of emotional safety control over other people and over the land and relationships with some other white people. Get another line. Racism is not our fault, but we are responsible, according to one bullet point, and it sounds like an indoctrination camp and shockingly people are sitting through these sessions. We'll talk more about this with Christopher Roof Oh, John and Ken Kay if I Jo Kwan as new CEO says a 17 year old boy from Valencia, killed by a big rig on the four or five in Van Nuys jumped in front of the vehicle on purpose. The CHP said the team.
