"We're gonna talk about my gym experience today, Right? I have. It was a good workout. It was. It was a good workout, but I unfortunately had looked up and saw CNN. So so it is. So I look up at the monitor, and they're more time with my daughter, Gabby and the first Um Chiron up there? The first graphic that was up there. Marjorie Taylor Greene amongst the mob at the Capitol on January 6th their allegation their assertion truly representative was that you somehow were involved. I would think that Zumba you consume them over. I mean, did you know that they put that up there? Do you know that they're alleging that you know, you're the first person that told me that And that is, you know you want to know where I was in the capital attacks. I was in the chamber. I was one of the target of the Capitol attack because I was a much chamber. We had to be evacuated of the chamber for the people that were breaking in the capital, and we had to be rushed out and taken to a secure location for hours until they cleared the capital. So CNN was correct. Yes, I was in the capital. But I had no involvement in this capital attack, and I'm really sick and tired and fed up with all of their lives, blaming Republicans and now Yeah. Yes, I consume for defamation of those words mean Marjorie, they said Marjorie Taylor Greene amongst the mob. At the Capitol in January. 6 Now maybe your your staff can go back and pull that actual Chiron it was it about. I don't know. It was probably around 1:30 P.m. Eastern time and I'll get that information to your people. The second graphic that they put up Woz wait for this one. Marjorie Taylor Greene Attacks colleagues, child. Now I'm not making this up representative is these were the actual words. I'm a former news guy. I would never allow that to go on my on my air ever. But they said that and they're making that allegation because you dared put up that sign that simply says there are two genders. Trust the science. Where is the attack on somebody's child? There was no attack on someone's child. The woman across the hall for me, my Democrat colleagues she filmed a video of herself started it with started it with my name plate with my name, and then the camera turns to her where she plants that the trans flag Outside of her door, and then she does her hands together as if she's washing our hands of something. And then she had been tagged me in it and was attacking me saying, Oh, now, now, now Marjorie can agree is going to walk out of her office and have to see the trans flag every day. You know what I really Have. There's no interest for me. They're for anything about her child or her. It's a matter of fact. I didn't even know she was across the hall, to be honest with you. Because I just couldn't pay attention to the Democrats like they do. Um, So what I did was, you know, I had tweeted. She had tied me in another suite, and I retweeted her earlier and said, You know what all mothers Love and support their Children. That's what I heard about her child. But I said, You need to keep your biological son out of my daughter's back. Oren blocker rooms and sports. That's what I told her. And then um so I said, All right, well, we had made a sign. It said. There are only two genders, male and female trust the science. And so we I put my sign up across the hall from hers and just limit her in the video that was no attack on her child that's reminding her and everyone else of the truth. There is only two genders, male and female, and there's only two sets of chromosomes, no matter how much the Democrats lie and lie and lie about it. Like the gender, So I sort of sign up about gender. Not about her kid and I was not attacking her. How did have you named the child would be different Had you had you done that video and then shown a picture of the child that would be different? What you did was clearly in response to what she did. CNN gave her a pass and then literally said You attacked a colleague's child Now I don't know about you, representative. But just a couple of weeks ago, all the left media news said that if you say fight like hell, that means you want to go and storm the capital. But CNN consider you attacked somebody. Which sounds like a physical attack to me when you did nothing of the sort, not even figuratively. But why let me ask is why did they get away with it? And they get away? The constant Because there a lot of people who are not a skeptical in critical as I am who watched that and thought, Oh my God. Marjorie Taylor Greene attacks somebody's child. Yeah, No, they get away with it because they trained the people that watch their programming to hate. They have addicted their viewers to Haiti first from hating Republicans hating conservative hating Republicans in Congress like me, and so their viewers don't call it out. They believe it and they feed on it like there's like there's some kind of drug addicted people they're addicted to hate and so I love that stuff. And then they call my office and probably want to attack me. You know, I think it's disgusting. No one would attack someone else. Course the whole thing. That's what I what. I didn't say anything about her child, except that her I said, Yeah. Mother's love and support their Children. But it doesn't give her son the right to get in my daughter's bathrooms, locker rooms, um, playing field. I've got five daughters. I agree with you wholeheartedly. There's no way of Menelaus 6 ft. Four man with some beard stubble who put the dress on to go into the bathroom. That's not what I just said, is not radical. What I just say this common sense. What you're saying is common sense is well, it's representative Marjorie Taylor Green. One last quick question. I can't thank you enough for coming off the house floor in coming and talking with us. The last question has to be Marjorie..

The whole book is kind of set the stage so remember in the last episode. I talked about how anytime that agamemnon. Because this is i think. The fourth time agamemnon has been mentioned his death like i said it's just reminding the listeners. What's at stake for odysseus. So what if he comes back and penelope has moved onto a new lover or you know and then we also see the helen and mental alice. 'cause menelaus is like so what's my fate gonna be in there like. Oh man allow. You're the son in law now because of helen of zeus. She will have a long life and it will be great. And then we see has life has been being a cuckold for most of it gets used to live toyota age. But you know what i mean. He's never going to know what his wife's doing any time someone from another Police comes it's going to be like so. What are you doing here. I saw you looking at him. You'll love what you will live. Will i saw you breathe in the same breath as him. Your mouth readers. Oh and then. I mean that's mainly like i said telemacus we're seeing him grow like even when he's talking to you about like what's happening in ithaca. He gets really ahead of himself. And there's even like an ellipse. Which is the three dasa. Tell you there's more so while he's getting so excited about what's happening in ethical. He realizes he's like hold up rhetoric now my place. He calms down because he realizes before the the youth wants to. Just tell everything. But he's like you know he gets it. He understands already what i'm talking about. How big of a deal it is. I don't need to give them all these details and then he just kind of calms himself down in the last thing i want to talk about. Is you throughout the whole book. You're gonna see little references and to the iliad so one thing that is really cool about the odyssey that references the elliott. It's almost like when you're watching it trilogy. Like and star wars like how they reference the previous movie like. I've got a bad feeling about this. You know something like that. So the scene in which They put telemacus down for bed. Is it's very very similar to the scene. The final scene that we see achilles premium where it gets these fine rugs doubt and they all get they bundle them all up together. You know so i..

"The generation of is like bad of leaves the wind scatters one years leaves on the ground but the forest burgess and puts out others says, the season of spring comes round. So it is with men one generation grows on another is passing away. and. That is in book six of the Iliad, which is my favorite and dozens least favorite apparent. I did not say it was my least favorite. It's he likes to the list of ships more than this is nonsense I'm just saying. You are making up thing. So we left off last time with the big battle going on book five. Diomede? was that he is that hero and Achilles is soaking like a Burrito and his tank currently. Wishing that he still had his wonderful maiden that he's never even slept with Bruce Bruce. Brucie's raciest something. Some something doesn't matter doesn't have her. That's true. He's just silken irrelevant. It's insane to me but whatever we'll move on this one's a big one dustin, take it away because I've got some big points to hit at the end of this one who sounds interesting he's not entering wait can't wait everybody Oh and there's a guest appearance this time. Blair. Ifan does actually make an entrance. He does spoiler it doesn't really make an entrance as ally. Sorry. He doesn't make an entrance is mentioned is story time. So where we left off last and book five is. Areas just got sent to Olympics with tail between his legs and. Right now, all the gods have kind of vacated the battlefield. Now, it is completely godless on the battlefield, all men, and that is where books picks up. And what the Gods now absent from the battle the Greek start to overwhelm the trojans. And during this over well-meant. All right. A young Trojan soldier is about to be struck down by Menelaus but the young soldier begs to be spared in exchange for ransom. He's like, Hey, don't kill me just take me captive. My father will pay a very heavy ransom. And everyone's happy I'm not dead. You get money everything school. And I was like, yeah. Yeah that's that's fair. I'M NOT GONNA kill you but then Agamemnon sees that happen. And he actually calls out Menelaus and he says don't be so soft mental Alice. What do you care for the man? Have you been so well treated by the trojans now then exactly then let no-one escape death at our hands not the boy in his mother's womb spare not even him but all perished together out of Troy unlamented and.

I thought you were that goddess of war. Yeah. What's going on there? Also, he takes us time to be like A. Should they begin the battle or should we call square and give Helen? That's pretty much what she says is I'm going to be happy until I see the trojans blood spill you foul creature. Yeah. So once again, her and zoos kind of argue. Zeus just why? Is it that big of a deal? And you know she argued, you know they slided me in this and then finally Zeus. Are Whatever he's like all right Athena. She persuades panders to fire an Arrow, Menelaus by promising him glory and immense rewards from Troy for taking out Paris's attacker and he's like, yeah. Yeah. That sounds sounds great. Yeah. I'll be I'll be more specific I'll give the basic one I think of right away okay up okay limited government the country was founded on limited government and that easy on ideology of the Republican Party and the conservative party that is the opposite of watching all the Democrats right they never you know tat you mention environmentalism the green new deal with the trillions of dollars they don't care how much money they spend of government is there to take care of the people and they want to power to be the ones to make those kinds of decisions so that comes to me real fast that you know the government is there to help me in fact that's who a lot of the voters are as an example last night you probably can hear me I said single women in huge numbers vote for the Democrats because they want the government to take care of them especially if they don't have a husband around where's Mary women voting huge numbers for Republicans they don't need the government to take care of them they hopefully have a happy marriage so right there is right away one of the biggest issues and it leads to a lot of sub issues right that would you want higher taxes they want lower taxes you want government regulations lower government regulations here's a big one for you taxes are the Republicans and conservatives like me tend to think I want to give the government as little of my money as possible in fact that they want to think it's their money it's not their money a you can hear them say and I'm not rich by any means they'll say the tax cuts favored the rich we get let them keep more them keep more the money's there money one could argue about how much your taxes are fair to take what so when you have a basic philosophy about limited government that these days.

"Love and we love her. We think she she is fierce. She has her opinion. She's hilarious. But we kind of say she this'll people because trail, I know they do and I don't care so engaged world was a way of saying affection. That's right. And with the young kids. That's right about that. Don't remember have no sense memory of. And I'll just toss us out. There is now an increasingly older we fight it. There's centuries we're gay people referred to each other by the wrong pronouns. So that they didn't get caught and killed. So if I was talking about my boyfriend with somebody else who knew me to be gay. I would vertu her that my girlfriend she. Yeah. And my girlfriend, right? So that other people in our office somebody else on the street. Yeah. That's yeah. That's good survival mechanism. Not just camp. Right. Well, with Lindsay we we feel like she's gay and we don't over. Sure. And I we don't see that as an insult, obviously, we think like sh- more enduring. Yeah. Like, we listened to her leg and he's good. Nobody's gotten around to fucking some sense into that, man. He's virgin benefits from the deal that culture used to make for gay people. Like, we know there are gay people out there never say it never tell us. Never be out. We say, you're straight Faust. And then you can be gay as goose, which is what is. Yes. I that's what it is. I guess. Liberal, right, right or very Menelaus. We're the generation that didn't think Liberace was gay because to think someone was gay was the worst thing you could possibly think of them. So you didn't think about person the guy was either. Yeah. My mom didn't know Barry Manilow was gay. Right. And certainly with someone like like Lindsey Graham who's giving you like the whole the whole kit and caboodle he's giving you the whole show should be a judge on pulse grew. So. Okay. So let's talk about trigger words. Okay. So you you must have to be pretty cushy about with your podcast and advice, and you seem you seem really like. Open and thoughtful. We are disgusting. Disgusting. Get in trouble. Yeah. We do my job. But we are. We changed a lot. We've grown a lot. We have grown. Yes. And we do try. I mean, and we're trying and the problem. I'm right there with you. I thought the right things known everything not clear. Void. Exactly. And what's weird is, you know, Twitter and the internet basically boils down to a lot of the queer left to fuck you. Listen to better, and you listen, okay. Now, I'm doing better. Fuck you. Yeah. There's still throwing in your face what you said fifteen years ago, right? Where you knew better and a lot of people throwing that shit in your face before you knew better from fifteen years ago are fifteen years old themselves. No shit fifteen radio. And that process is really mad thing. It is maddening, and I do feel an ownership to things like she and her like saying like she's like about Lindsey Graham like saying her because of the because of the history that we have in the history that I have a right to embrace into celebrate. And I feel that we one hundred percent. So it's hard because then when you get like you get into the scolding and the triggering and I'm triggered by this. And you know, this and you don't do this and the shame. Shame. Shame. Shame. And it's like I can't and then I end up feeling rebellious. And like, I don't fucking even wanna listen to you now. So I don't try not to listen to them. Promise to get in your head. And then you begin to like filter, everything that's coming out of your mouth or process it before comes up out to make sure somebody's not going to misconstrue it, right? Yeah. Or try to hang it around your neck, and I think people need to get past that because I was going to be ten people mad at you on Twitter, but it gets into your head. Like, you see ten people yelling at you on Twitter. And you think Twitter's mad at you. You think all queer people are mad at you. Right..

"For everybody out there, who's not familiar with story of the Iliad, or the, you know, there are certain things about it that a lot of people actually think that's more from pop culture Killys. He'll and all that. But we'll give it quick kind of summary of the story. It's remarkably simple story for all the play that it gets in our culture and for the overall length of the poem. So so when the Iliad starts it's in the ninth year of a war between the Akins who are coming from what we call Greece today and the Trojans. The son of the king of the Trojans has gone over to Greece ten years before nine years before the story starts, and you can call it an abduction or maybe they fell in love, but one way or another. He comes away with the ruler of Sparta's wife and takes her back Detroit. Whoops. The sound effects. Yeah. And given everything that happens. I mean wars tragedy and everything, but among reasons to go to war, that's not a bad one. No. It's not a bad. One might be my favorite. Halt wool Monday. You're in love with your wife gets. Yeah. Yeah. And you know, the the prince of another state comes into your own house on goodwill eats, your food and leaves with your wife. That's a good reason to throw down. Yeah. And so that's what happens Menelaus, the ruler of Sparta and his brother Agamemnon who sort of the overall war leader of the Greeks at the time of the Qian's, they mount up for war and the amount of huge expedition they head over there. And when the Iliad picks up it's already in the ninth year of this war, they've been laying siege away from home over there for nine years. And so Killys a lot of people have heard of him achilles heel. And all that Brad Pitt plays them in the movie. Achilles is the great warrior of the they have a whole bunch of great heroes in warriors and Ajax and all these, but at Killys is the man like he's just the undefeatable half immortal warrior of of their side. And so he ends up getting into an argument and a fight with Agamemnon the leader of the Greeks because Agamemnon claims one of Killys war prizes. A girl named per se is so achilles pulls out of the conflict. He takes all of his men because he's sort of you know, he's like a Lord, I guess you would say of his in his own, right? So he and his men withdraw from the battle. And he makes an appeal that his mother the goddess theis to essentially turn things against the Greeks to punish them for what's been done to him. And it's something very interesting. Because in this is kind of part of where we're gonna go where I'm going to go is his mother. The goddess thesis was one of the things among others that she was the goddess was the political legitimacy, and so he appeals to the goddess of political agenda saying, hey. You know, back in the ancient world and these barbarian cultures. How the leader distributed plunder taken from battle. That was a huge huge deal. If things there were rules and customs that were very firm. And so when Agamemnon comes and takes something that is rightfully the rightfully belongs to achilles that's an illegitimate act by the leader. And that is how in the old day in these days, a ruler would be judged illegitimate. So he he appeals his mother got us a political agenda to turn things against them. And she does and the Greeks go in and they just get shellacked by the Trojans. And so this happens and Agamemnon kind of sees he needs achilles. You know, you need this guy in the war. So he sends some. Ambassadors to achilles with gifts and other things to try to get him to just give up his, you know, his his temper tantrum that he's throwing and come on back into the fight. But achilles refuses. And so the Greeks go back in and they just get smashed up by the Trojans again. And this time a bunch of achilles friends, the other heroes whose names we know a lot of them they come back wounded, and they're really taking a beating at this point..

"All and go out and style, and I like in that too. When I was younger came to Vegas. You weren't coming back for a year or six months you're gambling at the airport. Your friends are pulling you come on. We got a flight to catch. You know, you're doing the laugh hand, and that's it before native American casinos really blew up or gambling on your phone or any of that ship. So when you did that you're like, all right. If you went on a blazing glory on your shield, and you got hammered, whatever. But now, it's everywhere there's ever made cards everywhere. So like if you don't see something, you don't like, and you really wanna do it three legged parlay due to this weekend. Something next week, and you've got to sit out and wait these days out. You know what I mean? And that's something. I've started to do a little bit more because the fights just keep coming. They keep coming. That was golden boy may they had some fights available. You know, so yeah, that's a little bit of advice. It was a top night man, then my nephew. I ended up watching their game flipping back. Many end up losing the Boise Menelaus by two or three man, but he played solid Bank. Now, the second leg of my my vacation become into bagasse for two thirty two. And then wherever he plays in a bowl game at I'll be Oakland. Arizona. Arizona more warm. So. Ten into you can't you know, you can't complain about that integrate season yet is a great season. I agree. All right. What's what's what's up all the time about how still up? Still a of I have some trans sitting there with made it really, you know, really what not in. How old above the old guy? And they like Danny looks 'cause you know, never just like a real fluid by the hours at that kind of like street fighter. You know? Right. He looked superstar Saturday night. Yeah. I didn't think Tito looked that bad upset for that high kick that he fall God. That's right. When he he threw a high kick, and it was really slow like windmill. It went all the way around and we always joke around, but there used to be this internet sation name bloodstain lane. And the funny thing about that guy was you know, he talked a lot of shit with a New York accent. And granted sometimes you disagree with something. He said sometimes you agree. He was just funny. I got a kick out of personally he'd pick fights with fighters and all that. But one thing he was funny about was making fun of self. And so he would always throw hands and the ad this video where he throw hands. And then I'll suddenly would do this high kick that was so slow and now goes on I'll say this guy was like Chuck love our teeter, look like blood stay lately through that, you know. And I know that it bloodstained lane were to hear it he'd even laugh. But yeah, what was he doing was just because he's thrown it before..
