Jack Smith's biggest problem. And again, having sat through multiple federal trials and having done this before, folks, Jack's running into a really dangerous problem right now. You know, sooner or later, Trump's going to get in front jury of a somewhere. And there's nothing that looks worse to a jury than an unethical prosecutor who throws the kitchen sink at someone just for the sake of political persecution. The fact that they're throwing and lobbing all these charges out there, what I've seen is I need to describe this a better way. Court cases are really no different than political campaigns. There's the big mo. You can feel it. If you've been to You know what a court case? To all my cops and feds out there who've been federal agents and cops with me, or know or have done it yourself, hit me up on Facebook if you felt this yourself. If you've been through any number of criminal trials, you can feel momentum shift. You get a bad witness. You get a really, really good defense attorney who even sometimes they even break down law enforcement. And a law enforcement guy is, you know, I'll give you a perfect example. The O .J. trial, the perfect example. We all remember that. Remember, everybody remember, if the glove doesn't fit, you must have quit. When that happened, you could just feel it. The energy from the prosecution got sucked out of the room and everybody knew something had changed. Criminal trials are like that. The problem Jack Smith is having right now is he has absolutely no momentum politically because it's a political prosecution or criminally. Every time he drops a new bomb on this guy, there's another hole in his theory. His last theory was Trump showed someone a classified Iranian document. Well, number one, Trump has the right to declassify whatever document he wanted leaving. And number two, they never produced the document. So now he dumps this other indictment and they're like, Trump tried to get of rid some security tapes of people moving boxes. Well, did he get rid of the tapes? No, he didn't. Oh, so they have the tapes. Yeah, they have. Yeah. But he was thinking bad things. Oh, OK. So we're going to prosecute a former president of it. OK. That makes perfect sense for a crime that doesn't exist. The guy has no big mo. There's no momentum. Every time he drops an indictment, Trump goes up It's not working. Everything Here's another problem. And I want to hat tip again, Nancy Hakes, who was on Newsmax, I believe, with Greta and brought up an excellent lawyer. And she doesn't get into partisan hysteria either. She said And obstruction this of justice charge dropped yesterday against Trump, which is the Democrat game plan from the start. Make up a crime. And then if you object to your prosecution under the fake crime, charge him with obstruction of justice, which Waller tried to do to a Jack special tyrant, Jack Smith's trying to do. Here's the problem. She thinks another reason they charge Trump with obstruction is because if the search warrant if the search warrant is deemed overly broad, was is and if the search warrant is an invalidated. All of the byproducts of that search warrant are then thrown out to all of them. So if I search get a warrant at Jim's house for a bank robbery, right? And I find a whole bunch of stuff pursuant to that search warrant. the If search warrant is invalidated, the stuff goes away. The evidence goes away. It's going to be deemed inadmissible. Because think about it, then here's what you would do, right? Here's what the government would do. If I go in with a search warrant for bank records, right? And I find said bank records. And I know the search warrant was not based on probable cause, but I get to keep the bank records anyway, the government would never lose a case. They would just file bunch a of false search warrants on people. Oh, my bad, but we got this stuff anyway. So this is kind of a bullpen charge he needs in case the search warrant gets thrown out because it was overly broad. do What I mean by that? When you file a federal search warrant, I've done tons of these. You have to be very specific. Folks, you have to describe the location to be a white CBS home with a pink roof and a brown front door. I believe document this is here and here's why I developed probable cause as to why these criminal items may be in this house at this location. You don't get to declare things and then through a general warrant. We want to search Donald Trump's residence. For what? Stuff. do Where we want to search? I don't know. The whole place. That's not the way this works. Finally, one more problem they're going to have. The Hillary standard and the Joe standard. You're telling me you're going to prosecute. Listen to this. This is very important. I know I say that a I'm sorry, but this stuff is really important. You're going to tell me with a straight face. We have a blind system of justice. When Hillary Clinton's team destroyed evidence using a bleach bit software program on a server and physically destroyed with hammers, blackberries to keep people from investigating where her criminal behavior in our trafficking and classified information over a server. private They literally not figuratively destroyed. You're going to tell me Hillary Clinton gets a complete total pass for that. While Donald Trump is prosecuted for obstruction of justice. For not destroying tapes, asking about that. As I saw someone this morning, they were right. The real insanity here isn't that they're going after Trump. That's to be expected. The insanity is that they never went after Hillary Clinton for doing far worse. That's insane. And that they're trying to sell this to the American people like, yes, this is still a constitutional republic. It is not. It is an insult to the banana republics around the world what's going on right now. Also try to sell to the American people how the president, who's covered by the Presidential Records Act, by the way, and can take whatever documents he wants. There's established case law in this. Through the Judicial Watch filing in the Clinton sock draw case, the president can declassify and declare a presidential record whatever the hell he wants. Now, yes, he is going to have some trouble if the transcript turns out to be legitimate and he says he didn't classify it and it was a classified document. He may have an explanation for that.

So I want to talk about what happened with just the horrific shooting in Nashville. Are there any updates? Anything new that we know are they really playing it close to the vest? Well, in terms of the investigation, we still don't know the motive, exactly why, however, police are investigating the possibility that the student is going to transition from female to male making the response to that at something to do with it, but that we don't have definitive proof of that. Yes. And how many of you have done a bunch of new developments? It seems like every few minutes we're learning something new, one of the things I continue to believe is morning is we've got some new definitive information about how the head mistress at this school Catherine coons came out of her office, left a Zoom call to confront the shooter and was shot down outside her office, one of the metro council and here who serves that district and the connection inside the school also law enforcement background, provided that information initially, it was backed up by the chief of women's challenge break saying that, yeah, by the way, her body was down in the hallway. It appears that she has another hero stepped up to put herself in between pure evil and the children at her school. And then just a little while before we were preparing to come on, I learned from my office that the actress, Melissa Joan Hart, who I believe was just been a number of things, but that's Sabrina, the teenage witch was going to national television shows, lives in the area. She had her husband over on their way for a conference at their children's school, not the school, but nearby. And were among those who helped children cross busy. As they emerged from the Woods, being led by school personnel to escape that shooter and it's just one thing after another. And then late last night, we learned that our own governor Bill Lee had a personal connection to this tiny school of just a little over 200 students. The substitute teacher, misses peak, who was just there for the day, turns out she's a very close friend, close personal friend of our First Lady in Tennessee, and was to have dinner with the governor and his wife after a home after subbing at the school that day. And just the transit is just stuck in the compound and the heartbreak and all the people with personal connections to it. These things impact a community for a lifetime. Absolutely. When these children, they're going to be telling their children about this. And this will just go on forever, but I don't like to give the shooters. I don't even say the name of any kind of notoriety. Because I just think that that just perpetuates sometimes. It perpetuates and we shouldn't be speaking about her, we should be talking about the victims as you just did. And it's amazing how we hear these stories of heroism, where people who just step up to act don't even think about it, right? Melissa Joan Hart. She just said, oh my gosh, we're on our way to go do something, but this is far more important, so we're gonna help out. The headmaster of the school who did put herself in the line of fire for those children. You know, I look at something like that. And I'm like, man, I don't know if I could do that. And I don't think you know until you're in this situation, if you're the person who can do something like that. So God bless her for trying to protect the children and putting them ahead of her. And we don't know what happened inside that school. Obviously, we're not going to see those videos. I don't think we should see those videos. I don't even like them showing the video of the shooter walking through the school. It gives a visual to it. I don't know, I don't like it. We're hearing reports on Twitter of the Pittsburgh area for schools getting what they're now calling hoax active shooter calls. Impacting four schools two of them being Catholic schools. Have you heard anything of any reports about that or in Pittsburgh or elsewhere? Not Pittsburgh. However, because this was a private Christian school. I didn't feel sorry for him at all. I wasn't praying for him. So whatever happens to the guy that's on him. That's on him. And these other right wing conservative host that decided while it's personal choice, Okay, I agree with you. It is personal choice, but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about going on the air, spreading false misinformation. Promoting conspiracy theories. That the virus would make women sterile. That's what some of these right wing idiots do on the radio, and it's not an opinion. It's it's false and it's dangerous. It could kill people. Why don't some of you people understand? I don't want you to end up like my 41 year old friend. I don't want you to end up like Phil Valentine. I don't care what your political beliefs are. I could care less. I don't want you to get sick. I don't want you to die. I don't want businesses to shut down again. We're losing 1000 people a day. What does it take its until it happens to you know it's too late, because I don't care what you have to say when you're on your deathbed. If you've been spewing misinformation and lies on your radio show, I don't care what you say. When you have a ventilator in you and your and your typing or tweeting something I don't care. Because it's too little too late. Why do these people not understand? Not only could you kill yourself, but you're killing other people with this information. Why do people not understand it? It's exhausting for me. I have to say it every single day. What more do you want? If it's a personal choice for you, and you don't want to get the vaccine. I completely disagree with you. I do, But that is your personal decision. But stop spreading misinformation, like a million people have died from the vaccine. Or women could become sterile. You won't even see me blank. I could care less. And yes, there's a difference between rooting for somebody to die. Not caring. I just don't care. I feel horrible for all the people that are in the hospitals right now. I feel horrible for all the people that are on ventilators right now, But it is a fact that around 90% of them across the country are those that are unvaccinated. I still feel horrible for them, because even if you're ignorant, you don't deserve to die. I don't want you to die. It's very sad. There's a lot of families out there that are grieving. I don't want that to happen. I have a heart. I think you know that If you listen to the show, I don't root for people that die. The reason why I I talk every day about for the last almost two years every day on the radio. Even if we don't do segments about Covid. I still say Please take it seriously. I don't want you to get sick. I don't want you to die. I don't care what you look like. I don't care what your political beliefs are. I want the country to get back to normal again. I don't want you to die. But I have zero empathy. I mean, zero for people who are dying like to fill Valentine's of the world who spread misinformation on the radio and who mock people for getting vaccinated. That's what he did. He mocked people and then after he's admitted into the hospital, Uh oh, he puts out a statement and then his brother says, Well, if you had an opportunity he would do too late. Too damn late because the damage has already been done. It's already been done. I mean, Brian, you but based, I mean, Phil was 61 years old. There have been plenty of people who are fully vaccinated. Who have gotten very, very sick, seriously Ill. Two of them. Reverend Jesse Jackson and his wife are both. He's 77 She's 79. They are both currently hospitalized in Chicago with Covid 19, and they're fully vaccinated. You have the lead singer of Slipknot, Corey Taylor. You have Melissa Joan Hart. Different celebrity. These are these are different people. Like prominent celebrities, very well known famous people. Who are fully vaccinated against the virus, who are hospitalized or very, very sick. And you're telling me that that there was 198 deaths yesterday? There was about an average of 809 100 all last week. You're telling me by the way. The Mortada rate has not gone above 0.66% in the last month because adult variant is significantly less deadly than the alpha variant. But you're telling me that Phil Valentine had he got had he gotten the vaccine that had he contracted the Delta Bryant that he may not. He may not have gotten very, very seriously ill. I answer and hospitalizing answer answer because there's I can't have plenty of different cases. Not just here. So you're asking questions in a country like Israel, where About 50% of those that are hospitalized with covid for four covid 19 are fully vaccinated. Okay? And in many cases, those people are dying. Okay, so this this 99% number is so off base. We're going to find out that number is probably more like probably more like 75 to 78% sure, And it could be lower. Okay? I don't know where you're getting your information from the same. Okay, so if I can just respond, there's a lot of different stories that are not getting the publicity that they should get. And this and this idea Natural immunity and antibodies aren't real. Okay? Why is that? I don't understand Why, Why our own immune system that doesn't get factored in and so So we have to have a vaccine passport. Okay. Why not? A fitness passport. So if you're just joining us if you treat your body very well, if you're not obese, if you don't have a ton of pre existing conditions that the chance of you getting very, very sick from this virus is solar. So why Why are we not talking about that? Why? Why are we punishing those that that just don't want to have A that, for for for whatever reason, their their own personal reason free, fair capitalist America their own personal reason. They don't want to take this vote. They want to sell this. So this M r n A. So if I can. If I can jump their own body, we have to take a break. Now why don't we have punished break now? I'm not going to answer your questions. You don't give me an opportunity to answer them. But obviously JD wasn't listening This segment. I think he left studio for a couple minutes or the restaurant, so I'll repeat myself once again. I'm not talking about people that are not getting vaccinated. Even though I disagree with it. I'm talking about people that spread misinformation. I'm talking about people that say things on their platforms that are not true about the vaccination. And by the way all those people that you mentioned last I checked there still alive. I'm mentioning you people that are dead. Okay. Now, even though you might mention a few people that got sick, even after getting, uh, the vaccination. You have no idea where they would be right now, if they didn't get vaccinated, That's number two and number three. This isn't an opinion. This was in effect, and I have to say this again. For some people. It doesn't resonate in their head. Uh, But maybe some of you listening at will. So I'll repeat this once again, Um 70% of the country's been vaccinated. She's not on the screen. I'm a little upset with the episode But it's just kind of the general acting quality of the shows kind of just. It's very much a ninety show constructed for kids so even the adults are kind of like taking the paycheck but that the kids are trying their best Do you think there are some solid kind of performance sites. Like i think both of the team's in the town of the midnight mattis really really good Even though they don't have a lot to play. I think they're pretty good I also like that upset. In general i thought that the whole nc was quite good. Yeah i think that's like the thing speaks again to the shows. Consistency is that the actress not very good. Sometimes the writing's kind of iffy. But i still felt entertained with each episode. Which is not what i was expecting when i watched this because i was really expecting to watch. And be like yeah. I think is actually pretty solid and goslings fine in it But he's definitely like preteen gosling. I got so he's finding it. It's an okay episode. On what other upsets kind of stood up for you that you watch but it was interesting for me which ones worked better in which ones made had no impact me which ones i was like how to be a the a little bit about Because midnight madness which is about a movie theater and end like a nose fraud to kind of style will black and white movie and the impressario who's who directed it or whatever Who's a recurring character. "I would love to just kind of start off talking about. I mean you've kind of been in the limelight for most of your life. Now you've been behind a screen and I'd love to hear Maybe how that has affected you. Would you let your boys do acting if they wanted to get into it? Just kind of love to hear your story a little bit. You know the thing is. I didn't know any other childhood right. My childhood was I had a fairly normal childhood where I grew up with my parents siblings on a Dead End Street Long Island walking to school every morning riding my bike valet classes. Because my parents couldn't take me because were too many children in our house. and But I also auditioned ended. Theater ended commercials and stuff like that so I think it was a little bit short of the way anybody else would take take a hobby seriously if somebody was a major soccer player at school and doing really well with that or if someone was gymnast and be being pulled out of school at the time for certain events started Nowadays everyone does travel. I don't travel was a big thing when I was growing up. But like you know missing. School for work was kind of odd but it was what I knew and everyone else had a lot of questions about it and I got very embarrassed about that kind of thing but Yeah but time I was like thirteen I was on Clarisa or maybe fourteen but not a lot of people had cable so my my kind of well growing up I was known as the rice krispies girl I was known as the Arnold Bright Girl like all these commercials I would do. Or if someone's parents let them watch me on the equalizer or they happened to see me on Saturday night. Live or I let a bunch of girlfriends come see me play ones but most of the time when I was doing a lot of theatre in my early middle school days nobody knew I was doing big FYODOR. Nobody they just knew I was going out at night. They had no idea at I was I was doing. You know a big play with big names and all this other stuff so And then Clarisa happened and while I was on a TV show filming in Orlando. I wasn't in Hollywood. I wasn't going to Red Carpet. Wasn't part of the whole scene circuit and then the show is on cable wasn't like a lot of people had it until later so really that's show became popular very slowly. Nickelodeon knew that there was good numbers behind it but as far as being recognized on the street it happened and I was living in New York City where nobody looks at your face anyway. Often keeps going. You know once in a while I would get stopped on the street in my teen years and I'd be kind of like flabbergasted by it and annoyed by it was weird. I don't know them but they're pretending they know me you know and and then Sabrina happened. We moved to La. I was twenty you know and I was a little more prepared and ready for it and so you know I feel like in a sense. I had a pretty normal childhood. Really until ninth grade and then ninth grade but you know teen years or was weird anyway kind of happy to get out of the high school setting away from peer pressure. I had a few friends but didn't really have group and felt like feel like I belonged which I think a lot of middle schools do so when I was around adults and working I felt very safe. I felt very accepted as long as I was. Nice to everyone It didn't matter what I wore. What music I liked who I dated. None of the adults care about that. Yeah so I learned very quickly that like L. Like how middle schoolers. They're mean to me because I were the wrong shoes with my outfit or desma. Mahir read for a play or something you know. And I'm like you know these adults are just like just be dumping ass right like as long as I was nice and I think that's sort of why I learned very early to like on a sat like you. You WanNa be professionally one. Do Your job you Wanna hit your mark in. It doesn't matter if you're the star or not like everyone has to behave themselves in a certain way. You don't get to be a diva because your names the one on the idol in your face. The one they're using to promote it like doesn't am.
