"Vote wrote a note on January iPhone sales this week, though, very little of it made sense to me. Please allow me to read you one part. On a global basis, we estimate iPhone sells through in January was down about 11% year over year, 20.9 million. 700 basis points improvement from the 18% year on year decline in December, 22.6 million. Down 8% month over month following extensive supply chain disruptions late last year. If we extrapolate January 23 sell through, we estimate March 23 quarter sell through is tracking at about 52 million units in line with our sell in estimate. There were three more paragraphs that were even less intelligible, so you tell me. There was fellow Palmer duets Apple three that posted the note, I know I don't know everything, but I can usually pretty much follow notes like these. That was happy to read Elmer de witt's addendum, which said, must confess, I got lost in the details. Glad it wasn't just me. Here are two quotes that did make sense. iPhone strength in China and U.S. offset by weakness in Europe and while China sell through with solid, iPhone sell through improvement in the U.S., was more muted. He's not reaching for the parachute, though. Boat has a buy rating on Apple shares. He has said the UBS price target on this shares at 180 bucks. A somewhat easier to understand note comes our way from Jefferies analyst Kyle mcnealy. He thinks iPhone demand is better than the rest of Wall Street thinks based on the Internet. Apple three posted this one as well. It's got mcnealy saying web traffic to iPhone pages for the month of January at wireless carrier aside and apple dot com was up 2% month over month and down 23% month over month, respectively. Wireless carriers are the bigger channel. So overall, it's tracking ahead of normal historical seasonality down 30% quarter on quarter and street iPhone unit expectations. Down 21%. That plus the fact that people are going for the pro phones more than the others where the current iPhone line that's concerned have him expecting a bit of strength for the March quarter. Now I am not saying he's wrong. But hanging your hopes, your hat or anything else on web traffic feels tenuous, but these are the times in which we live. Quoting his note again, we see Paige traffic tracking ahead of expectations as a positive sign that Apple isn't seeing as much macro pressure as anticipated. At least through January. Nonetheless, we're keeping our estimates unchanged given we're still early in the quarter and any deterioration through March could derail the positivity. Shake it off tank, shake it off. Mister mcneely has a buy rating on Apple shares. He has said Jeffrey's price target on the shares at 195 bucks. While the world ponders the diversification of apple's supply chain, an interesting assertion from Apple and cider, that site sites data from the Indian technology site Inc 24 saying since the start of India's production linked incentive program in August of 2021, Apple has become the largest single job creator in the nation's electronic sector with 100,000 new positions. The site breaks it down to about 62,000 folks working for Apple contract manufacturers, Foxconn, pegatron, and wistron, the other roughly 40,000 work for component suppliers, such as salt comp. Small numbers compared to China to be sure. But it would be hard to argue that this train isn't picking up steam. Surprising news for a North Carolina Apple store Bloomberg says as the Cupertino company suddenly and unexpectedly closed its northlake mall store in Charlotte, North Carolina, permanently. The problem, a bit too much gunplay, it seems. Citing local news reports, Bloomberg says shots were fired outside of a Macy's at the north Lake mall on Tuesday, while another shooting took place in early February, there were additional shootings reported in December and in 2021. So not a rash decision. There was surprising one. Even to employees. The store actually opened for business Wednesday morning though employees were told that day that the store would be closing for good, effective immediately. It was apparently employees who said the shootings were the issue, Bloomberg says Apple confirmed the closure, but declined to comment further on the reasoning. Now the good news, despite the loss of a store, nobody is losing their job. The piece says Apple told employees that there will be no layoffs and that stop at the north Lake mall site would be transferred to the nearby South Park location in Charlotte or rolls working at the company's online store. Plans were already underway for a new store in Charlotte next year. Even before this week's closure, the new store was meant to replace the north Lake store, according to the report. Whatever they choose for themselves that they're drawn to wherever they think might might help them go that next level. But like as you're saying just from your one simple heidari customization. How much better you feel like this is. What's so fun about this work and especially since well beans and ongoing project david. I think most of us know that this is not something where you just do it for a day and then like hope. Your welby gets better. You know and neutralize yet. One day is a neutralizer your ten years of bad habits. It started an ongoing kind of thing but the were we feel better in the war. We understand that six our successes hugely tied to it. the better will be and You know like with me with the hydration energy would be you know and and aliveness would be you know the pieces of the the the outcomes that come directly from that and you know for somebody else. It's going to be some other spoke and some other thing they try their but it's going to spill over into the rest of. It's like filling the tire with air. It feels the whole tire. It's probably it's something geeky probably like It's movies in its in. Its you know superhero stuff with my kids. Probably i think i think that the geeking out on that because i always used to love it myself and now i get with with the kids is is great. That's amazing so what's really about that. That really jives with a lot of senior executives said. I interviewed for the book and just beyond the book. Is the key if your if your listeners was seen in they go wrong kind of have a sinking feeling when they when they hear that question like what is my spirit lifting hobby the first place to go which you did just absolutely naturally is what did i love as a kid and usually the answer lies there. "I'm a high energy person like yourself and it's was extremely hard for me to relax. I thought you know. I don't deserve to relax too much on my plate. What would be the point of doing absolutely nothing. How would that help me today. I used to have all of these beliefs. And i was just such a workaholic and As i meditate. I had a very and still do to this day. Have a hard time sitting still. And so there's a customization available to everyone that. Give a lot of ideas the book and also you know with the executives give ideas as well the state chapter right alongside me. But just for example in that meditate spoke i betta tate. I lay in bed. Because i don't like sitting up with my eyes close cross-legged it just seems very uncomfortable and i lay in bed before i go to bed every night. And then the first thing and worrying. I just lay there for ten minutes and just listened to myself read. And that's my customization and by meditation friends thinks there is no way. I could possibly be meditating while doing that. And i tried to differ. you know. that's my customisation. I'm sticking to it okay. Well i would call call foul on them. Because the little that i know about meditation is that it has a lot to do with focusing on your breathing. Anson if you're listening to a self breathe there you go point taken. Yeah i'm gonna. "Healthful choices that power people up rather than take them down. Yeah for sure. I used to be in that same place to where there was. Just there was things you know ever present and available and i would grab them because i was passively instead of crap passively instead of intentionally going throughout my days so I in terms of i know this is going to be very contextual but in terms of somebody comes to you and they say hey in the body section of the wheel what would you say is the most important thing i start with. You know that is again very dependent on the the actual person you know so It kind of depend what they're doing right now If if for instance they came and said you know what me back in the day. I drank absolutely no water. I remember telling the doctor. He said you don't drink any water. And i said absolutely no water. I drink coffee and then diet coke and then wine at night was so you know. It's so embarrassing. But i'm really truthful and i'm i'm committed to the truth into helping people because i'm not the only one who who used to. I used to do that. You know dozen years ago. I'm not the only one trust me. I asked people in audiences to raise their hand. If they know any not that it would be them. But did they know anybody that does that and he would not flav. Everybody's saying goes up so if somebody would never drinks water well maybe hydrate would be suport for them..

"They're super convenient for those of us running to and from work and On our way and things like that so the opposite would be eat healthy plant based diet Many of us in the second spoke as get enough sleep and many of us feel like we're too busy to get to bed on time just too much on our plate that it's in a you know we'll be inefficient that we can't give ourselves the gift of a good night's sleep so get enough. Sleep is one of the spokes Another spoke i'm going to jump. A few here is hydrate. You know many of us do what i used to do. I was so sick. I powered myself up in the morning with a giant coffee and at lunch had a diet coke. Oh i love. The like bubbles tastes are so addicted to it and then in the evening we bring ourselves down with glass of wine or two and the issue with all of these bad habits. I used to have which got me in the place of being chronically ill while working is the problem is that They you're not any better for any of them you know and what trying to show people as the actionable opposite is is how this wheel was created so upgrade your products that means not using toxic chemicals in the products you use on your body lotions and shampoo and soap and even products in your house a lot of us..
