Democratic governor Jared Polish signed a trio of bills and shrinking access to abortion and gender affirming care into law today. Connor sturgeon's family tells CNN the state's medical examiner's office will handle the test. CTE is a neurodegenerative brain disease, often found in people who have suffered repeated head trauma. It can lead to a variety of symptoms, including memory loss, impaired judgment, aggression, and impulse control issues. We've seen many former NFL players dealing with it. Sturgeon's family thinks he had three significant concussions. Two is an 8th grade football player and one playing a basketball as a high school freshman.
