Yeah, absolutely. I think Pentagon jr. Is he's English can get better. He could definitely be a big big star in WWE and and even aw, he's he's he's pretty much taught himself English and you know, his English isn't bad that like if you're going to put him as your main eventer, you know, she needs to be able home in English. Yeah, I can draw and draw day. That's probably his biggest downfall and his English. Yeah, and that's probably why they got is Elena Vega with him home. Yeah. We did the top of the balcony showing with the wrestler that has all the technical skills, but just missing one thing would just the ability to talk off. That's the thing man. Like it's I understand why WWE in a lot of promotions. I want to get, you know International markets and that's great but off. You know, they have to be able deliver it. Like there's more countries in the world that speak English that are following the WWE and how UW that they need to have someone who can articulate in that language that's off this game. Sorry wasn't yeah. I mean shinsky shinsuke can talk English but he's off I think it's a it's about him not talking English. Well, I think it's his accent which really hinders it and it's kind of like Great Khali Great Khali can speak English, but you know, when hear him talking that song Indian accent and being sort of being in a really deep voice, it's like yeah, it's hard to understand. Yeah he is. So, I mean we were about to close out. Would y'all like to put your wrestling when tragedy one of the greatest podcast there is only second thoughts. Yeah. So it's going to be it's a great, you know thing that we're on this road with Thursday. We're getting a lot of support from these guys. A lot of the viewers are viewing numbers are going up and up a lot of great feedback and coming in from the guys. We're looking at really branching out pretty on podcast platforms and other sort of network ways as well just to get the name out of it name out there and it's really come a long way and I I knew had the legs to go as far as age where it's gone, but I just didn't think it was going to come this quickly much like Angel in the bedroom, you know, just it's been happening really question. Because I'm just hey, I'm like a one-round heavyweights tried. All I need is just one hit and knock them out, you know, but you know, you know, but let me explain to you pierce. You don't get person a text messages from Steve Richard saying thanks brother for being on my show you get you get get messages from Crocodile Dundee and the Irwin family about the koalas. Hi, ma'am. Don't you talk shit about the you know, the quality and Beautiful Creatures and if they they become drop is dead. Now poor service quality kind of like Josh and they just started twenty-four-seven. Yeah co-host with. I was was going to mention that then, Pierce I was going to mention that as well. So and that's I mean, like said it it's moving real fast is wage. I mean it just moving fast and it's just hard to take it all in since it's just it's just blown up so fast, so it'd just be expected for a lot of moisture it happening with the three of us to be able come together like that we have in this and and Angel Kevin until my best friend in the world and for us to be able to to be doing this show and then to be able to connect straight away and have that chemistry with the three of us and be able to sort of have that banter back and forth and have these difference of opinions and you know, these discussions were really able to sort of get all of our points across and and Thursday. It's it's an amazing project to be a part of I'm having a lot of fun with it and it's just who knows where the future is going to take it. You know, the future is looking bright. We've I mean, that's exactly how long this kind of came together. We're three guys that didn't know each other at all before.

"Because the winner of the rumble. Would need Tabata. So I mean Sasha should lose the titles Oscar at some point. After survivor whenever it is, you can lose title now I don't know. Maybe, we find a way to get Bianca her hands on the title. I don't know Shayna who know Bianco be great as a royal rumble could be, but I think the point is that the Sasha barely story has does not need to be rushed because they're so good together on both shows. but once one of them loses we start moving towards this match because it could. I mean, we've already had women headline, but this could headline Wrestlemainia. Because the the few the rivalry has enough heat where make sense and I think we'd all be emotionally invested in those two revisiting annex t Brooklyn from several years ago in I don't know what it could be i. mean could the first Ironman match in Wrestlemainia history with women? I, don't know whatever it is. Yeah. I sixty minute. Whatever it is. They are built for that, and there's so much in that relationship that the feud is believable would have nuclear heat. I just don't know who the baby faces. And I think I think it matters had India that'd be. You gotTA, get the return of. A wacky, Wavy Bailey. Somehow. I don't know so far. A, to get their Sasha's to. But but anyway that that's that was my one thing. Overall it just it just hurts me because Kyri sent off Obviously, you know she's done. It is such a stupid way for us. Lose the title. By, count. Out. What the fuck she wanted very getting ahead to two, and then she loses it by count out. That was dumb. Very. Odd June McIntyre. McIntyre drew Mac Randy or in. I mean I. Don't know why he needs to wrestle ziglar again. Butts whatever. I. Liked it. We talked a little bit about this on last week show because we did it on Tuesday. So he touched a little bit on there already, but. It's cool him versus or we needed or in to. Finally, face someone that mattered. Yeah. So I'm okay with this like I. AM. Or in deserves to be in the title picture. I don't know how anyone else. You can say, no they for the first time in a long time, he's earned the right to be in the title picture. So, yeah, let's get it. Let's see what you know how. Few for drew McIntyre. It's the perfect guy to go over on. So many things that are right about that. Particular they this can be. This'll be fine. smackdown. I don't really want solve anything else. Awesome. Talked about it smackdown. Naomi. smackdown Omi Naomi. Attempts to destroy I don't. Listen. I to watch watched last impact pay-per-view. The sliding on the knees out of the ring to the destroyer Shit was clean. Naomi read the room. Sometimes. She just cool. You'd be like you could do that. Recognize your dance partner is. No one has ever looked at. mango. Woman. I. Forget. Lazy evidence that you know what? She sells her ass off. She's a regular Mr Perf Mrs. Perfect in case they know she does though it looks like She's a workhorse that that one. Right? There is one hell of a wrestler. No read the room. Now she might never get to try it again. Because, it's all over the Internet being cloud. Yes. So There's so many things that were wrong with this one. The can we just stop using destroyers? We do I. Mean they do on every show every week stop. Too. Much. To. This is a really creative destroyer. That you should have done like pay view. And I don't know who the agent was for this match. But as soon as either one was like, Hey, we should do this by no. Because either a wrestling evolution save it for that or be at Summer Slam. This is that you this is not a movie that you do it. Some regular ass match on a regular s smackdown. That's not even going to win the match. That's a finisher. Things like Petey, Williams be pissed off. You saw this going on right now. I'm sure he's. Like, I used to murder people with this move noise to kick out of the Canadian. Destroyer caulking destroyed. Petey, Williams was Canadian. But now everybody does it and it's just transitional move. The other thing. This is the one that bothers me the most. You bust this move on a show recorded over a week ago. Nobody watches. She was like we could probably edit data out. What the fuck. Out If you can't retake it, cut it out. I don't understand. How you watch this the battery of move and then you go and just keep it. Take it out Savo, you just made them both look bad because a lot of people are trying to pass the buck back and forth I feel like it was lacy. 'cause just wasn't. She didn't know how to flow through the move. She just didn't have a clue. I don't know if she got scared thought the barricade was too close. Did. Turn the wait until you turn their food like she needs. But as soon as you saw that ended. Put, them back in the ring. Cut goddamn recorded shows before I. Didn't understand that at all. Helps new them. At all I do not get it again. Tested out sometimes, they'll just be like you I. Think I could do you know what? Lacy me. Let's run through this three times. Let's see if she can actually flip the cell was as bad as the idea of trying to move us like what do you do after that? So yeah. They, both got flopped Dover and Naomi had to kind of play it off. Even though is no fans there and. I'll just get back in the ring now. Two other things to touch him for smackdown. Shortage Helping Corbin. Not. Sure. How that works, but he'll shorty g going back to Chad Gable. And a match potentially between marital and Chad. Gable. Has Me all in on this show. I don't care if it's sensible. I don't care why he would join Baron Corbett after the two feuded damn near to the death six months ago. And he only has the name shortage because of Corden. I. Don't K-. Empress's riddle. That's it obeyed in versus riddle. Start with Gimme Goulash in a gable right next week. So we can work our way they're just. Just being for those two that that match, we'll go. That was great. Because the I don't have teammate with Corbin. Nobody cares all we I think everybody saw was somebody who's been terribly misused. Show up on TV and you like S. And he'll give them an edge. Thank you. Gables to goods. We fucking fake rappers shortage. Stupid. You know what I'm okay. With Corbett and leading a stable of mid card. Yeah. But you know this is what he's built for. They'll push it back to the top point, but that's Oh. Come on man I'm not listen I, don't want it. That's why I don't WanNA praise the guy too much. Like, 'cause, they'll do fuck around at the. Time, he's hot. Let's rock impact. No slowdown allow slowdown Vince. This is where he belongs because he. Can help these other talents in his role I mean, do Corbin's good for what he should.

"Was the sexy Scotsman. The mild mannered McIntyre McIntyre legacy the place that I saw a little video On wwe social that they were changing the name plates for you. Congratulations how did AJ? And I help you beat Broccoli. You guys inspired fired me up. You guys are so full of energy. There are still some of that energy around grant for two seconds. He's just nonstop. Come into Mojo's I stole some of his energy and I applied all that energy when I took down Brooke and less than five minutes. A lot of people talked about that less than five minutes. I didn't know how many suplexes you'd be able to take at fives. You'd be able to take where you're doing a little Bayton switch. They're playing a little took four F. Five's where you just let a Paul. Heyman was actually saying we'll do this all night until he can't kick out anymore. Did you hear that? Were you playing possum? And where you just biding your time for to play more to show up and say. Got Your bitch playing possum. Because he came right at the gate sling in you. Just see the look in his eyes like he was ready to go. There is nothing more intimidating than brought listener with his game face on unfortunately for him. I'd make game face onto and if you could read my mind what was going on in my head. I literally was thinking I can take brought lettuce right now and if he tries any funny business in this match up for real that's legit was going through my head and I could feel the tension weird watching on the couch because it's on the screen and reliving it as watching it but you know a held my own and that stare off because that was important part the match to me that it'd be mass pretty good for a little bit at least through me around a little bit. Gimmie the F. Five's I kicked till one one on the first one. He kept going and going and at some point. A stop getting her started getting angry. Three Cleveland claymores later. Just look in Brooklyn lasted more together. I give them three three three more and took him down won. The title. Unlike say absorbed brought listeners. Best and beat them in five minutes and then the thing that just set me off. Perfect as who? I'm going to be as a champion. A slave beasts enslaved them convincingly where it was an inspiring thing that might my seven year. Old Son really wanted to watch it and he didn't loved. It had a great time I was. I wanted to know what it was like. Afterwards do you run into brock backstage at all? After something like this happens seemed very briefly. Brock is a private person. Nice titled It. Doesn't love being around people necessarily so can I leave it out You know we went in the match went away. It went and I couldn't have looked any better so I won't go into any more details than that but I'm very grateful however thing waiting for everybody that was involved. I could imagine you said and that staredown you had to let them know that if there was any funny business. You're okay with that too. Because in matches of the past especially wrestlemanias he does start bearing barrel in those elbows down on people's face and it seems like it's coming out of nowhere to everybody's did you expect some of that especially after you kicked out after a one. I mean I feel like that's a pretty. I didn't know what to expect. I can just tell you what was going on in my mind. Hopefully my is conveying. Exactly how I fell was just. I'm ready for you like about what happens in this match. Ready for you like at one point. He tried to Germany. I grabbed the ropes. I pulled my triceps this fine now but when he yanked me so hard. I refused the ropes. Right there and I'm just GonNa let Rutledge Rag Doll Miranda. Anyone ragged on me around the ropes. Are there I can grab grab the ropes? And sure enough. He'd beat me down and gave me anyway but that one moment right grab the rule so he didn't expect that my tricep than to pool pretty good because there was a few real moments in there. And that's the way. I like it and without delay likes you know what I thought. It is cool that we can hear pretty much everything being set from Paul Heyman from you guys from the referee. Do you guys talk more or less without the crowd being there. I mean I don't talk too much matches as it is. I've just get pretty physical in a believe at this. Lovely should be able to do your job with minimal conversation. If I grab browsing throws me. He's not going to tell me what's going on. I'm just expected to line. Know how to land and land but Paul Heyman helps set the atmosphere absolutely like watching it and seeing the environment wherein I was in the zone it was as if eighty thousand people were there and Minos so locked in on Brock didn't matter now is in zone the whole time but watching it I could see heyman really set the tone telling the story which really helped the match in the environment and it wasn't until the match was over. I had my personal moment with the title and Cnn because at the same on the couch as I had watching TV is when I realized. Oh yeah million of people watching it was kind of in the zone there and I can crawl to the camera and I had a moment where I looked right into the camera. Like you're not supposed to do Co. breaking the fourth wall and movies you don't see people looking down the camera but nonetheless I saw there I looked down and I reached out to everybody and just let the world know. Thank you for supporting me this whole time and thank you for allowing WB to take your mind off things during this time. And I think could have added to the unexpected. Because it's not something we do but he kept it in there and it was cool because it was very real reach now. It's everybody eighteen years man eighteen years i. We heard your story a lot this weekend. How Vince McMahon anointed. You the Chosen. One long way back and all you kept saying was you know what I mean. World titles opportunities. I've had zero. And then he said you are. You're not going to be remembered as a guy who played the air guitar. Whatever so vindication had to be an all time high zoom last night just for your entire career coming full circle that accurate. Yeah it's pretty cool The chosen one thing I think in recent months has felt cooler to not be chosen by management but chosen by the fans. I feel it vanishes when right now especially in the outpouring of support and positively on social media from my colleagues in wwe and every other company in the world that came across during my career apparently was pretty nice too so we're very positive about everything and now feel like everyone out. There is chosen right now. The management's which is I think way cooler than being was management. What's your plan now obviously. You're the champ. You got to the top of the mountain do you. Are you already setting the pieces in place so that you're hopefully headline next year's wrestlemainia hopefully in front of a stadium full of people for sure? I don't think too far ahead. That's what I used to younger. And you think too far ahead you don't think about the in between part so short term goals realistically right now such uncertain times. We don't know what's going to happen week by week. We can only follow you. Know the Health recommendations the CDC guidelines and we can try and keep bringing everybody original content. I WANNA be steering the ship and making the show as entertaining as possible. The thing we did that with Wrestlemainia we thought outside the box everyone worked so hard we had unique matches and it was an entertaining two days. That really did take everybody's mind off of what was going on. I know that because of seeing all the social media chat out there so I'm thinking about keeping that going as long as I can get going again. I WANNA keep defending the title. I actually show up to work broke so the title of the show so the table be represented. I WANNA be a fighting champion. When I get back you know front of a crowd when I walk out the people are going to be rabid. We'll get passionate fans is it is but if they're not an arena for a long time to get back in that arena. We're back in the arena is going to be a fever pitch and I want to walk it with Tyo. Raise it up and that's not going to be my wrestlemainia moment. Last night it was special to me. But that'll be our big wrestling moment and I can't wait for that going into the era now I don't want to say it's like the I don't know I don't even know what they'll call this era whenever humans coming back into public places again. But you're the champion of this kind of transition back into normal. See that is a massive amount of pressure by the way and I assume that you don't view it that way you're ready for. It almost feels like this came at the perfect time. Although you wished it was maybe ten years ago or maybe twelve years ago or even fifteen years ago it feels as if now is the perfect time you're ready for whatever could potentially happen down the road here. Yeah everything being prepared me for anything. And that's what I said all along in Quebec. Wbz To be one of the focus back to the top guy. Nobody's being through the journey of beans through with I started. Wwe W had a lengthy. Ron was fired with through so many experiences. Good and bad and by the bad outside the company but they'll train me like to be able to face any situation and that's what the Guy Needs. Nobody expected this situation to come. But it's here and I know I'm ready to face that to lead the company forward and I'm very excited about the prospect very exciting. We all get back together. Somebody in the youtube comments. How much protein do you eat? Do you eat protein protein. Water there in your cops. What do you this coffee? This is my superhero. Cup Superhero Scotsman. Don't if you can see how selling those put him on but Yeah I mean it's weird because I just a lot really I've got my meal prep A ready made meals that I usually take on the road home right now. Eight probably fear those a day. I would ever want for breakfast and a half. Chiel busily every day and a workout hard to gauge Jim. That I've been able to fashion recently and that's about it. I metabolism get genetics. Workup hard e a crap ton and that said your mcintire way. What about your with elevated status my bad? I don't WanNa step on your think we meet each other out talking. I just WANNA ask them quick. If the shaped meal every day I would like to hear about a cheap meal every single day and how he looks the way. It looks self explanatory told you genetics and hard work. Yeah but what I'm saying I mean my my aren't the rox cheap meals. I'm not eating like twenty stacks pancakes or whatever. I'll have some Mexican food. Maybe a pizza. Whatever beets every day everybody third fourth day for Pizza? Respect Pat if the if the coffee mug looked like it does. Andrew's hand in your hand. You do whatever you wanted. That thing you like Andre the giant holding that little coffee pretty amazing. I'll tell you what I wanted to know about the FBI. We all know that you reinvent snack like too when you're young youngsters send in for some info. Do you think now. You're the champ of the world. Like maybe they're going to pull back the curtain a little bit and really start to show you some of the secrets. Maybe maybe that's been my plan all along like when I realized I was like eleven years old. And you know maybe can't keep falling these conspiracy theories because we'll find out anything the Mike off missile focused on this wrestling thing. I've been focusing on this wrestling thing for a long time. No of reached the top of the mountain. So everybody out there you know I can keep a secret. Leo Drew No was going on and I can keep them out close. Maybe I am the champion of this world. Champion of all world champion. Be Universal champion on the other show. You know W W champions Cooler I want to be the actual.

"Course you see Roman Bray or brock and McIntyre closing Wrestlemainia doesn't feel like a push Roman to the moon. I'm kind of year which my opinion is good for him. In the fans I would not close with the Roman versus Bray. I would close with brock versus McIntyre because Brock Verson McIntyre fire is going to be the better match. I don't know if they're going to go back to that. Red Light They didn't do it at the at the at the rumble but someone theorized that maybe there was no red light because they wouldn't be whipping each other and you want to make sure that everyone can see the welts as possible. They'RE GONNA go back to it. I don't know but I just feel like rock walk. McIntyre is going to be the bigger match brock is is the biggest star. They've got bigger than Roman and McIntyre McIntyre of those four names. This is the guy that they're trying to make. And so I think that that's like Brock's mate. Braise made made McIntyre needs to be made and so he should close wrestlemainia. Nia probably beep rock listener and away you go. That's what I would do. It's going to be interesting with Roman and brave looking like it's the big thing on smackdown is what do you do Daniel Bryan. What Gi do so people don't rebel because it's going to be a natural part of the audience at does not like Romans and bray that's GonNa be the other reason why for Rock and Druze GonNA end up being? The bigger match also knows the rea- beat Charlotte in the survivor series build. So there's something else that you can play. Maybe Charlotte's looking for revenge and wants to take Baker title for that. That's a ways you can go here. What if they for listening thanks? Mike is always callers and listeners. Right here today. "Pretty cool on Brocchi on Severi early. And that's always you congratulations burst. I'll I'll try to be now. You know all the time be locked in the whole whole entire title game. Not Goal is to win record more. I'm happy you know my teammates at before me. I'm Michael Vick Soda. It's amazing grateful. Didn't really care about it. It didn't really remember break in. It wasn't a big deal. Didn't say give me the football. I love that. He's making all of us. Who have watched football football forever? See it differently. He's he's a contrarian without even trying to be. I love that I am tired of. How did anybody pass on him? The ravens dead but his ability his split decisions his nimble. Twitchy mind that gets things done quickly with no mistakes is fascinating fascinating and when you play that fast I guess seventy five miles an hour fast for everybody else and it's slow for you. Love watching him play all right. So let's shift gears. There's two troy. Aikman is a former hall of fame quarterback obviously now broadcaster for Fox. And he was talking about something we've joined. I've I have discussed. How good are the cowboys? Actually and Aikman was talking about their talent and here he goes here locally. I listen to the various shows certainly read the newspaper or and and the discussion is is team really as talented as as what everyone thought coming into the season and I've reached out to a lot of people around the league To play the cowboys that have studied them on film. And and there are there are coaches. I think this is an overrated roster. Okay an interesting. Maybe maybe it is and I tend to agree but when you talk great not very good. Amari Cooper is a very good but Zeke is a great talent probably the first or second best player in the League at his position. The cowboys have four great players. Tyron Smith when healthy left tackle Travis Frederick the centers enters Zack Martin. Maybe the best offensive lineman currently at right guard and Zeke. Those are great players. Those are hall of fame. Level players now Amari Cooper Jalen. Smith are very good. Wouldn't put him great yet. Well let's look at Baltimore. So Lamar Jackson right now. He's great and Earl Thomas. The safety is great and Ronnie Stanley only left tackle is great and Marshall. Janda right guard is great and then they got about three really really good players Mark Ingram Mark Andrews Jimmy Smith a Marcus Peters. Let's look at the saints. Everybody loves the Saints Right now. Michael Thomas is great. Drew brees is great. There's no question a Ryan. Ramczyk the offensive. Lineman Lineman is great and Cameron. Jordan is Great Alvin. Kamara is really good little down years good so they got about four San Francisco to me. He's got four or five. Nick boasts. This is Great George. Candle is great. Richard Sherman this year is boy. Is he been great and deforest. Buckner the defensive lines great then that got Emmanuel Sanders is very very very good. They've got some very very good player. Jimmy Garoppolo very good player. My point is if you have four great players like the cowboys do you can't be six and seven which points back to coaching. He just can't be all those other teams were level. Two two and twelve and three and you start looking around the NFL. If you have in New England has won Stefan Gilmore. He is great outside of that. They got about not a lot of very good players. Eight or nine Brady right. Now is a really good player not great this year. So I guess my point is is Dallas's roster overrated. They have four hall of fame level players and then about four really goods. So here's here's what I know. Dallas is one of those seven or eight teams in the League. That probably has four great players hall of fame boats and they also have about three really really really really good players. You can't be six and seven. You can't be six and seven because all those other teams are winning divisions nine nine wins. Ten wins. Eleven wins. Dallas has six to me to coaching. Issue maybe a little overrated coaching. Shoe they're also an underdog at home this week to the inconsistent. La Rams that too is telling you what Vegas thinks about. Sean McVeigh and Jason Garrett Staff Bernard Pollard was a great a player for the chiefs and the Ravens. Tough Guy. Not guys out. I mean he was a safety Played as hard as anybody intimidating. He'll be joining us next. Plus Plus Jason McIntyre McIntyre Tomorrow's headlines Today in about thirty minutes from now the herd is brought to you by Elijah Craig Bourbon greatness greatness within. They they didn't join the Bourbon Movement. They started it Elijah. Craig the father.

"The DA L. We're being told the companies that sell pizza bagels chewing gum and bottled water want their foods to be called healthy. And the US FDA is going to revamp its definition of healthy to reflect changing understanding of nutrition science. This is now feeling a debate about what the new standard should say. They say frozen food makers are seeking special rules for quote mini meals, citing that there little pizza bagels and dumplings could be examples in my qualify chewing gum and bottled water companies say they should no longer be shut out thing is the term because their products don't provide nutrients, advocacy, groups and health professionals are also waiting in raising concerns about ingredients like sugar some say that the word healthy is inherently misleading when applied to a single product instead of an overall diet. So you see what's going on? The government is involved. If you as a product as a manufacturer. Wanna put the term healthy on your products? But do we really have a consensus? On what's healthy? If a product has shiver. Is that considered healthy or not well, you do need sugar? Yeah. Too much sugar. What who's going to see if it's too much? Many products needs have salt. Salts a very important element that we need. But we'll sodium chloride is cop out. I get that. I get that was the elements that do chloride I get mineral can we can we can we agreed call the mineral, maybe. You do need songs you need potassium. You need sodium chloride you need salts. You. Just don't need too much in a product. So how much is too much? If something is quote, unquote, four or five with vitamins like a breakfast cereal. What does that make it healthy? But it has so much sugar. Does that make unhealthy? So the term healthy is very relative. It's very subjective. And if the FDA is trying to make rules, I would probably suggest none of these packages have the term healthy onyx. Unless it's a cucumber or a stick broccoli. The federal standards for the use of the word healthy of labels was sandwich in nineteen Ninety-four. It's set limits on total fat and cholesterol. Susan Mayne who heads the FDA's food labeling division of Chicago Tribune said the definition reflects a decades-old understanding of attrition and needs to be updated fat and cholesterol were big deals back in the nineties. But nowadays were like, oh, we'll we'll we'll it's our sugar carbs. That's a problem. They say what the revamp. She said people will be able to trust the word healthy. That is based on science. Unlike many other terms on the packages. So apparently, the government's definition of healthy came under scrutiny back in two thousand fifteen when the FDA warned that kind ward kind accompany client candy, snack bars. Too much fat used the term. But the company pushed back saying, well, the fat came from nights. So since the old ruling back in the nineties, we've come to learn that there's good fats and bad fats that that's the trans fats that are partially hydrogenated. These are caused by Dessel processes that allow our longer shelf life. And now, we're still we're still trying to figure out what cholesterol the role cholesterol has heart disease. There's good cholesterol and bad cholesterol. Now separate US dietary guidelines, which were our update easily every five years, no longer set limits on total fat or cholesterol, but they still recommended avoiding trans fats and limiting saturated fats like those unbeaten milk, but now even the link between saturated fats and heart disease of being questioned sugar is now the big corporate so we're trying to now address sugar. So I could foresee anything with high sugar now knock it the healthy label, and I'm okay with that. But I I would really just as on slapping any healthy label on anything. Let's say there's chicken noodle soup. And the chicken noodle soup has carrots and celery in it. And I remember my mom would say healthy 'cause vegetables in it that was my definition in the seventies and eighties. If something had some vegetables attached to it like a Big Mac, right or a pizza with all the toppings. You made it healthy. No. You didn't make it healthy. Maybe you made it a little healthy earlier, but do canned vegetables in a soup really have a high nutritional content or do they lose a lot of their vitamins. If that chicken soup has a slight label smashed on it saying healthy and somebody else, you know, what? Then I'll take it three times a day is that healthy to have a salty soup three times a day. When you see some of this is healthy. You'll eat more of it look up what happened with diet soda. We were told the diet soda had no sugar, and we would look like those models drinking diet soda in the eighties. So Pepsi, free tab, Pepsi light. Coca coke light diet coke all of these out products? We jumped on because we want to look like the model, and then we come to find out artificial sweeteners. Make you fat artificial sweeteners put your risk for diabetes. So then we have to say well, hold the phone. I think we need to stop. Having somebody else? Tell us what's going on. And we start to use some commonsense. We get lazy as humans when I buy a product I want somebody to do the thinking for me. Ever product says if you wear these spanks, you'll look skinny I might find it says it I don't have to think I don't have to try it. We want convenience so badly. That we will listen to lies. We're that stupid. You need to do your own work. You need to think things through a serial stocked with vitamins or what they claim has been infused with some sort of vitamins on your crunchy cereal. Does not necessarily mean that's a healthy cereal. If you want healthy, you we lean meat, and fish and vegetables and fruits, and you have a balanced diet, healthy, not a product that was manufactured. Speaking of the manufacturing process. I was on Doug McIntyre McIntyre in the morning yesterday with leeann tweeden and Doug McIntyre KABC in LA, and we were talking about the plastics that are poof, remember we talked about that about a week ago where they looked at. I believe eighteen subjects of different countries. They looked at their poop, and they found that there were micro-plastics in their poop. Meaning if we are absorbing products. We are you know. That means if the poop is coming. If if the poop has elements of plastic bags were getting plastic into our body. Okay. You know, and that our body is trying to poop it out. And we're getting exposed to too much plastic. That's what that means. And we could be absorbed be plastic and Doug McIntyre brought up how we really have overdone it with packaging when he was in China. He was in a grocery store, and there was no packaging. The grains were open the vegetables were opened the juice, you filled your own jug, this we're gonna package up your food into little packages and be able to charge more and let you take it home and storage. And you know, it did offer a lot of conveniences, and maybe it even helped us from a infectious disease component rather than our food sitting out through the open with people sneezing on it or sticking their their, you know, salivated fingers on it if something's package, we know nobody else touched it. So maybe that did help us with infectious disease. But now, we're consuming so much plastic. We're being exposed to so much plastic by the way, we try to reverse that if we try to cut back on the plastic. Remember, we went to plastic to kind of help the environment. And you know, plastic was lighter than glass, right? So less fuel costs less less carbon footprint. But if we try to go back who's going to buy glass who's going to you know. Who's gonna want to you know? No. Deal with the other ramifications of things not in one of the lightest most addictive products out there. So somebody could say, okay, you know, look at these vegetables is healthy. Yeah. But what what canister isn't it? What container is it if something's bounded plastic and your heated up in plastic or it has BPA lining on it? Then that's not healthy. So the moral to this has nothing to technically healthy unless you eat fresh. You know, raw vegetables, cook, your fish and the freshest possible to.

"It's time for football night in the springs out for the right side. And he might be gone fifty five. Thanks. The. It's the biggest game of the week. And it starts right now on Xtra sports thirteen hundred. Welcome to sun. So Gary berry stadium as the Coronado Cougars are getting ready to take on the Mesa ridge grizzlies here on football nine the springs presented by metro PCS. Ryan and Ryan in the booth with you Kaufman and pelton tonight, the Coronado Cougars looking to improve to two and one on the year while the Mesa ridge grizzlies who are taking the field right now are looking to get their first win of the season. It is bright and sunny some shadows over part of the field and no shadows should linger for a little while as we are one of the earlier kickoffs throughout the state most games on Friday nights, come around at seven o'clock. So we got a head start on everyone else. And glad you're along for the broadcast here. This evening Coronado will receive at the opening kickoff there. Little bit ahead of Mesa ridge in terms of being ready. They're already out on the field. They will be wearing their black jerseys with the gold numbers, the red trim and they're red helmets. Mesa ridge wearing the road white uniforms with the purple numbers and lettering and the purple helmets adorn their heads. Coronado as I said we'll received the opening kickoff back to receive four Coronado deleterious maze. And I believe that's Marcus Brooks there on the far side. Ryan sure does look like it. Each of the last two weeks Coronado has returned eight kick for a touchdown. We'll see if they do it here. Kick is up and we are underway. No return here. As a ball bounces in the end zone and out for a touchback. So here comes the Coronado offense. And they're junior quarterback gave it chapel. Two hundred ninety five yards on the year. One touchdown and two interceptions. He replaced HOGAN in week one. And never really looked back taking the starting job, and we'll see how he performs here tonight. He'll start in the shotgun. Four wide receivers. He has one running back on his right hip Coronado moving left to right across your radio. Dial they'll handed off on first down and getting nowhere on the play was Degan foster. The senior running back in now bring up second down and ten left in there for Mesa ridge was a David Garcia. He just came right off the edge. And I'm blocked and got the running back right behind the line of scrimmage. So chapel on second down and ten now has four wide receivers three to the left one to the right? And he'll hand this off to foster and he'll go up the middle and get about nine yards. He's just shy of the thirty. So this is what you want to see Ryan from the Coronado offense operating third down in short and Monte guitar skis. Tell him to go no huddle. So it'll be third down and one from the Coronado twenty nine split backs. I split backs in the shotgun. Formation three wide receivers here. Four Chapel Hill hand this one off he's going to is going to be broken. And all alone is Darius as in running in for the touchdown. Seventy one yards for the Darius maze. And that's the way Coronado wanted to start as they take a six nothing lead lead areas based just went right off that left. Edge got a great block on the left side. And then he just broke basically shed at one tackle Ryan. And he was off to the races right here on the track. So the longest run of the season to be sure for the Darius maze as Coronado attempts. The extra point nearly had it blocked, but this kick is up and good and with ten fifty one to go in quarter number one. The Cougars have taken a seven to nothing lead on the seventy one yard touchdown run by Darius maize on the year. He has one hundred and twenty yards and four touchdowns. Make it one hundred ninety one yards and five touchdowns now, and that's eight total touchdowns four Darius may so far this year eight through basically two and a quarter of a game off to a pretty good pace for the junior running back. So we'll see how Mesa ridge comes out and answers, rob Rotten's team. Put in a tough spot falling down seven nothing, of course last week. They had all sorts of trouble stopping the run Pueblo west ran for over two hundred sixty yards and four touchdowns on Mesa ridge and not off to a much better start here. As Coronado gets ready to kick this one away Mesa ridge back to receive this one at the goal line. Yeah. You mentioned Mesa ridge is defense, they average or they give up an average of seven runs are seventy arts perk, Harry and so far Coronado taking advantage of that three rushes already a touchdown. Back to receive for Mesa ridge will be James Hutchings back at his own goal line. Kick is away here for Coronado. It's not a good one. It's going to go out of bounds at the fifteen. So that will be an illegal procedure penalty, which will give Mesa ridge fortuitous field position. Here is they try to answer back the opening touchdown from the Cougars. And that gives us a chance to check out. The offensive starters for Mesa ridge led by junior quarterback. Kyle Gaster he will be joined in the backfield. By Devon Haller mentioned. He was the leading rusher last week four Mesa ridge in his Mesa ridge gonna make Coronado re kick this. Yes, they elected to allow another kick. So Coronado is now lining up. At the thirty five yard line. That's where they be kicking. And that's where they'd be kicking their second. Try. So this is interesting Mesa ridge must really like their returners because they want to give them a chance to run this ball back. So Coronado will kick this one away. After the declined to legal procedure penalty. So now the kids away it's still not a great wine. And this one is going to bounce at the twenty then come back. That's a life football and Mesa rate fell on the twenty five. There was a Coronado cougar right there. It was Marcus Brooks who let the ball bounce right past them. It's not a pint young man, you can't you can grab that into live ball. And unfortunately for Coronado he does not and after all of that Mesa ritual. Take over first in ten on their own twenty six trailing here early in the first quarter seven nothing that ball bounce right in front of Marcus Brooks right in front of the Coronado sideline. In the coaches kind of slapped him on the back of the head and said pick it up. So Gaster under center he'll have split backs. And he gives it this one off to Tyler McIntyre McIntyre breaks a big run out around the right end. He'll get up near the fifty. That's going to be a gain of about twenty and Mesa ridge running the football. Well, right out of the gate I attend for the grizzlies that was a great run there to establish the first drive of the game for the for the Mesa ridge grizzlies. Macintyre deleting receiver for Mesa ridge running the football. They're on first in ten and now, they'll have another I attend McIntyre will be out at the forty five. So that's where Mesa ridge has it with a fresh set it down split wide receivers one back in the backfield. It's McIntyre Gaster will hand it to them. Again, this time he goes over the left guard and gets only a couple up to the forty seven. Tyler mcintyre's, a five eleven one hundred eighty five pound junior. Ryan he looks. He's a big guy, and you can see why they gave him the ball right off the bat here. But certainly has the ability to catch the football as well as Gaster with his long flowing locks coming out of the back of his helmet looks over the defense. He has split wide receivers in split backs. Now one will go the tight end position. Now, he sends them in motion. So it's a single back formation with two wide receivers for Gasser on second in eight. He'll fake the pitch handed up up the middle. The hauler and holler gets across the fifty in down to the Coronado forty eight. So we'll still leave Mesa ridge with a third down in about four here. As time continues to run nine forty two left at quarter number one Coronado with if you're just joining us had a seventy one yard touchdown run. Violet Darius maze to take a lead. This is Mesa ridge. Is I drive of the game. Gaster will now be in the shotgun. He has three wide receivers. In one running back on his left hip third down in four Coronado looking to bring some pressure. Now be a hand off right up the middle Coronado read it. Well, Gaster can how look like one of those RPO's where Gaster had it in the stomach of is running back and held onto it. Just in case. He saw something open up that he would yank it from fully giving him the hand off, and he doesn't get much room to run. And now it will be fourth down four down. Yeah. Mesa ridge is gonna go for Gaster will be under center. Split backs split wide receivers. Now, he sends the full emotion Gaster maybe trying to go Coronado to jump. They nearly dead now snap at hands it off McIntyre trying to get around the left end stumbles right before the first down marker. And it looks like he's going to be value arch. Short unfortunate, therefore, Mesa ridge is Tyler McIntyre looked like he had enough space around the left end. And he just slipped turnover on down there in Coronado really came with the heat. They're starting safety was Brian May says he kind of pushed the running back to the left side. And it was finished off with the tackle like quarterback Kain ripple Coronado ball now. So great start for the Cougars. They score touchdown. They make you defensive stand on fourth down. Now here comes the Coronado offense chapel. Takes the shotgun. Snap hands it to Mays Mays breaks through a couple of tackles before his efforts is only going to get about two up to know they'll say even less than than they'll just only give him a yard up to the forty seven. So that'll be second down and nine there. Hit in the background backfield there, and he managed to make a little bit out of nothing there. Now, he's limping off the field. And we have an injury timeout. Yeah. That's the last thing you want to see if your Coronado to have the Darius major leading rusher leading playmaker going to the sideline and he'll take a seat on the bench and be tended to by the Coronado training staff and now a timeouts going to be called by Mesa ridge. I don't think rob Broughton liked what he saw defensively and Hilburn the grizzlies first time out yellow Darius maze. Getting tended to here by the training staff here in the near side. He was limping off it looks like a lower leg injury. We lived off on his own power. We certainly hope that he can come back. We are out here at Gary berry stadium for the premiere of football night in the springs here in the twentieth. Eighteen season the Coronado Cougars at one in one and the Mesa ridge grizzlies O into Ryan Kaufman alongside Ryan pelton wheels is back at the extra sports thirteen hundred studios. Seven fifty five to go in the opening quarter. This is Coronado second drive of the game. And the guy who scored the touchdown on the first drive is currently working off an injury on the sideline. So of the time out cornea with three wide receivers and one back on the left hip of Gabe Chapel Hill. Take the snap does handed off up the medal runner gets only another yard. It's gonna make it third down and long here. As a belief Degan foster was the ball carrier on that play linebacker. Al Leo Shah came through the middle gap and hit the runner. And now we got along. Down..

"What what what did you take on i drew mcintyre as uh current topics these star but also a potential future main roster store i mean i think he's proven um i think you peru he proved dennis three year on trip to the wilderness summit he kind of he was the one that came out of both before kotey roads over four anybody else that came out of weaa or general hall for that matter honor came out of wti in a flat as a pancake and recreated himself recreated has potential on by carefully marking himself in and carefully putting them softened positions where he was going to be used in a strong way and combing through and so i think that his potential list to go and be part of the main event mix um i don't think i mean you know they're doing what they're doing with roderick strong too and so i think product sharp lays into x t takeover against body rude and it's there but i i do look at this like bobby rooted andrew mcintyre mcintyre plays his character really well his wrestling is main event worthy but it's not blown away main of at worthy and bobby rude is is good and in a with a tremendous ring entrance but he's still the body rude that he's he hasn't he hasn't done in my mind would aj styles dead which is once he left tna race this game this is bobby rude the basics of body road good championship level armed wrestling character but not great one so um i you know i think that drew mcintyre will you i don't think it's going to be now or any tom very soon i i think within a year so dramatic atoll end up back on the main roster but he won't be shot to the very top of the main roster he'll be shot to the arm.
