"Regrets from seven touchdowns all the way down to two last year. However, he did see an uptick in targets, receptions and yards for the touchdown I'll put was a little surprising and it was disappointing. Do you think he makes any form of leat this year in year three, or do you think he is going to be hampered by the poor quarterback? Play here? Typical boomer boss to kind of wide receiver to on a team may last year the last five games you had one hundred and forty yards, forty yards, one hundred ten yards to yards and five yards. Wow, what a spread of game! Like yeah, I don't think I will be investing in any shares of Anthony Miller. It's possible that he gets back to Kinda where he was rookie season. When you are looking at the wide receiver to on a that ultimately likes to run the ball, and they have poor quarterback play, it's just it's not going to produce too much for fancy value. Yeah, if you're GONNA, take a boomer bus type receiver, take it on an an offensive powerhouse team like the chiefs McCall Hardman. That's exactly what came to mind for me. I would much rather take a flyer on. On a McColl Hartman an Anthony Miller one hundred percent or like Emmanuel Sanders in New Orleans Deanne his ADP reflects that he's being taken in some drafts, and not all drafts is basically what his ADP says, so people agree just take a late round flyer on him. I think part of him to his health. He's had some pretty bad shoulder injuries. It seems like anytime. He gets tackled. He might separated shoulder so he can get. That figured out. I. Think it'll help him be a little bit more consistent again. boomer bus player for sure. Yeah, then you. You Got Ted Ginn, who wasn't roster able with drew brees, so he certainly won't be roster battle this season in Chicago and Cordeiro Patterson. Who hasn't been relevant since two thousand Fourteen Cordeiro? Good football player, bad fantasy player. Let's move onto the ghost of Jimmy Graham, guests thinking here. How why does this guy keep getting paid? GOOD MONEY TO BE NFL tight end? You must be a good locker room guy. Maybe I don't know. I don't know he's a bomb. They gave him sixteen million dollars for his contract. That is such a Chicago bears contract to give own. Own Sixteen million to a washed up thirty-three-year-old tight end any fantasy relevance you can see from Graham Zero foles likes to throw the tight end, but I don't think Ram can just sustain any volume he's. He's a shell of his former self, so we talked about the quarterback history of Allen Robinson. Let's talk about the quarterback. History of Jimmy Graham in his career. He is caught. Touchdown passes from drew brees Russell Wilson and Aaron Rodgers, and now he will be moving to the combination of Nick foles in Mitchell trubisky it is the exact opposite scenario for him. Quite, the beginning trio there and if you can't finish inside of the top twenty at tight end from Aaron Rodgers last season, there's no reason to think that the fourth player in line for targets is going to produce any form of fantasy value. This year for the bears were drafted three players, Montgomery cone and Arab. We'll give you a fourth flyer with Miller. Yeah, if you want to ask. The very last round Scher the only other player to put on your radar in like a dynasty is coal commit the tight end user I tied undrafted in fant. Excuse me in the NFL draft this year, six six hundred sixty five pounds, so he's got potential down the road, but he will not do anything twenty twenty year. One tight ends typically do not result in good fantasy numbers. Let's touch on the Detroit. Detroit lions, and you have to start with the quarterback position with Matt Stafford I know..

Super Bowl Player Predictions

"All right Kramer kick things off. What is your first? I Chiefs Related Super Bowl profit. Well we started by talking about We started super bowl week by talking. About how one of the angles is this chiefs rushing attack I the niners rushing defense. which is the weakness of this team? They are San Francisco's defense thirteenth and adjusted line yards on the D. Line in eleventh and DVR against the run. This team has not gone under this total of eight and a half eighteen rushing yards. They've only got under that once in the last. Ten Games I it seems almost too obvious that they'll they'll be attacking hacking this angle so it gives me a little pause but like I said they've gone over this total nine out of ten. It's not a bad matchup. People will point out all with San Francisco's got a great defense. They got a good defense. They don't have a great defense against the run so there will be opportunity. Andy Andy. Reid is one of the greatest coaches in the again. One of the greatest offensive minds not to win a superbowl for sure not to win the Super Bowl but he he he gets running backs ax to produce no matter what they look like. So eight and a half yard seem silly. They've gone well north of two hundred in both games. This does seem really low. Oh I couldn't be jumped right off the screen emmy as a former tight end as a A former are you referencing as a former China and I also worked with a hall of Fame First Ballot Rob Gronkowski which Danny worked on the show as well we got a witness not know how to Pronounce Chore Four In Person. George sure calling worse. Instead of Chore Sports He Kept Calling at George Sports all right rob just one more time. He's like coming up George now the wartime I think it's the sports and then finally the Co host is like you don't know what a chore is like Washing Dishes Sweeping floors and he goes. I never did any jurors ores growing up. I was too busy scoring touchdowns to smile. This big GROG again channel. He thinks he's GRONK. He thinks he's King of the BRAS. There's only one continue the bras. And it is Travis Kelsey. I'm taking Kelsey to have more receiving yards than than kindle over. You're still you're still avenging. Take a loss in the albro category. I was bullshit that he didn't get in. And I think kindles little overrated and I liked the minus one and a half yards Kelsey Chelsea against Kendall that's risky bro. Kelsey is an a seasoned bro now older Keel. Those two young. He's only as a young and up and coming Bro. I I think he's again. This is just I had the early take. I kill sucks at home instead of adjusting to the optics or the reality. I'm GonNa just lean in. I'm going all in on trump. So you know. Sometimes you're presented with evidence and you just have to ignore it. I'm locked in. I'm okay I was GONNA see. Danny I know you gave me your props one. You liked Nicole Hardman. I just love McCall Hardman in this game we he. He caught a pass in the chargers. Game to really start the ball. This was the week. Seventeen chargers game caught a pass to get the ball. Rolling with our offense later had a sweep. Like they're we're GONNA use them. They've been waiting to use him for something if he's maybe it's a sammy. Watkins Pass. I would say if you're gonNA scheme something like that up the other end of it is going GonNa be somebody like Nicole Hardman McColl Hartman. Scores a touchdown in this game was three hundred over at my book. Make some money this guy. They've been sitting on what he can do all season. They've been waiting for him to get better at whatever the hell it is route running. You know timing. Whatever it is that he needed to do? He's doing it. He's more trust in the offense. I think more so than demarcus Robinson I think he scores a D.. In this game let me ask you Sean. Do you take over twenty three and a half yards over one and a half catch or over fifteen and a a half yards for longest catch. Well I guess I'll jump to my second one because it's literally one of those. How when I wrote it down McColl Hardman's that's total over? mybookie was twenty three and a half up to twenty six or twenty. Six ounce. Sounds like it's down to twenty three and a half. Do whatever it is. I like it over. This kid is a burner. Oh I think he can get it in one catch again speed kills and I think they're gonna be focusing on Hill. He's along I don't think is going to have a huge game now. Maybe breaks it off. Maybe he does but I think Sal is going in there with that mindset of. We're not letting tyreek Hill beat us in this game so I I'm throwing a little a little tiny tyreek hill and beat and didn't mention the field. That's always trying to move past that I feel like don't you. You want to protect yourself against that one catch for twenty one yards and just take longest reception over fifteen and a half. Oh see well that was total yards. But you're right I yeah what do you want to do. So you're saying I feel you'd be gets a catch. It's going to be like a twenty yarder. Always does he get the second catch to get over catch props over the total total yardage lab take longest or first reception is twelve and a half yards now. Hopefully they don't go to a screen or something to him. It's Y- yeah. Is it a reception as it. Total yards what we talking about my twenty three and a half was total receiving received but Kramer is making a case here and a good case. That maybe you're better off off just playing the over. I catch or global catch. He's only expected to have one and a half. So maybe two and they're saying twenty-three which means they're expecting directing two catches of twelve yard. That's an interesting way to all right so you talked me into all right. GimMe Gimme. I'll switch it up. I'll give I'll go over. I catch twelve and a half yards. Now no actually. I'll stick with my total because I want to. If he doesn't get it on the I catch then I have some live bets. Already have have too much stuff going to see what we're having here is. We're having the synapses firing in my going on right. Now we're in the car with with Johnny and Johnny's Janis driving and we just had a discussion that he was going to have with his buddies later. Now he doesn't have to have that conversation tech. We've sorted it out. He's not gonNA play. I cash over twelve and a half hour. We're going to move forward. What's your second point of the discussion? Sammy Watkins over three and a half catches this is I ah I I know I'm chasing a little bit. But I do like the angle that they are gonNA shut tyreek Hill down. I like the angle that they're going to try to shut Travis Kelsey down and and I'm probably going to attack props around everyone else A Hill and Kelsey are going to be the chalk your plays for the yardage rich props be more people will probably play those overs. So I'm GONNA attack is like Sammy. Watkins and I think he is the guy that is going to benefit the most. Because he's the guy that seems to be running more their possession stuff and as they stretch the field vertically Sean they call that taking the top off the deep and that leaves a lot of room in the middle for a guy like Samya walk in so I really like him to get three and a half catches. I mean you you got to figure how many throws is Patrick Mahomes GonNa have. I can't imagine he's having less than forty throws which means I can't imagine having less than like thirty two thirty two catches and then if you take the attempts so over or even the pass yards over with homes what is actually looked at it. Plays out in both scenarios. Where either they're throwing the ball a lot and winning or if they do get down there behind hind they're playing catch up? It makes sense for either a Kansas City win or unfortunately San Francisco win the over and and then passing the ball. It does kind of make sense. We haven't talked a ton about the running backs Darwin Thompson. What is he involved in this game I think so I mean the over are underway? What one and a half Kerry Russia rushing attempts? I mean there's lesean McCoy is persona non grata. Now he's he had some fumble issues he. He's he's actually quick and I have liked watching him break off a few

"Are you sure it never was Aero Dacas asks which has which was more encouraging from this game seeing significant snaps from Dory know Daniel or seeing significant snaps from Rashad shod Fenton Rashad fit and for me pretty easy I think during the day note that good job in his very specific special role he had a very defined role role. He did good with it. But it's just not a role you're gonNA use time and time again in reality. You don't WanNa have to use a special place for that role you'd rather be something that's on the field for other herself. Rishaad fin on the other hand. He was impressive last week of the regular season when playing outside corner he looked pretty good this week. He got a little outside corner interrupts but it was kind of dislike the kindle fuller hybrid safety slot DB kind of role and begin. He made a couple of plays. I liked his tenacity. I think he's GonNa be player. It's going to help the chiefs going forward. Eighty never star. But he's GonNa actually help the regular defense on a more down by database. I re watched the Game Rashad. Fen was making some plays man. I've read plays on the football. He was in good position. He should've the cut that interception. Consider me he's feisty. I think I might even said that. He's just. He's a feisty player. He could stay. He can stay. Yeah you can play on my football team. I'm fine with him. Being around moving forward be Gwynne sixteen asks. How great of a performance did Frank Clark have without Chris? Jones to help with the three-man rush a lot in the second half. I don't think you can really put into words. You just kind of watch the game. Aim how good Frank Clark was. The defense didn't allow the Texas discourse points at the jumped out at me. They played very well and it was really hard to pinpoint where where it was worked. Like what were they doing. So well stopping the Texans and a lot of it started with Frank Clark. The chiefs were doing a lot of mushroom S.'s. They were trying to. They contain Deshaun Watson. They were not having four. Even three guys usually try to tender ears back and get the sack. They essentially let their left defensive in which most of the time was was. Frank Clark just rushed passer. Everybody else was trying to contain shrink. The pocket Frank Clark talked about it at the presser. They had some good film on Watson. They knew where he wanted. Go and useful and more than one occasion. He made Watson told the ball down scramble he got the three sacks. He was all over Watson all the time. I don't think it just. It's hard to put into words. How good he was how much he affected? That game ever kept Texas from having a chance to stay he had three sacks and he could've had five he very easily could have had five sacks. My man was active. Everyone who was trying into dunk on Frank Clark. My guy has ten sacks in the last nine games he is going on in absolute hair. He said you know January anywhere December football. Well he's brought it in January and December football and he might just bring it all the way to February the way he's playing. My Guy is blowing out out lately. He's disruptive he's active. He plays with insane effort. That's that's why they paid him. That is why they paid him. He played through all these injuries. All season he's gone through so much this entire year and then my guy is out here running forty two yards the second longest longest yards on a sack the entire season outstanding effort. You never question his motivation his effort he brings it every week. The chiefs needed that. They didn't have that last year hint hint week week. Further in the middle of the game he adjusted his right elbow. Brace in the next three plays I watched. He did not use that right onto a single say he engaged everything with his left arm. He made a tackle and he uses use his right shoulder not his hand arm after he just the brace he shot shaken it out. He didn't use that hand for three days. You know what happened on third down after that. He beat the tackle Michael He dove. It wants it. He didn't make the sack he made him move. He tried to bring him out that right on that was Oregon. But here's a guy who clearly was paying for that series. He couldn't use his is right arm. He still made a tie helped make tackling running back and got a pressure on the Shawn Watson. We didn't have a guy that would even be willing to do that last year. Would he would. He wouldn't have been on the field. You wouldn't have been active. I am Emmerick asked. Did terrel suggs contribute Matt. Yes he made an early good place scraping. Down the line of scrimmage against the run and I think it's hard depend. What other pass rushers did besides Frank Court because because like I said they were trying to contain a lot they were getting a couple yards upfield ended? They were just trying to hold their position. They weren't even really trying to get after Watson to give them avenues to escape. The defensive tackles passing Terrell suggs. Even Reggie Ragland a few times. Did a very good job taking up space but not being locked down by block or so. That Watson couldn't get away for whoever was rushed off that West Side Matt lure asks what adjustments if any needs to be made for more more. Solidify solidified play specialties. It's happening at a more alarming clip than we're used to seeing here on the special teams side of it. This is not been a good year. Obviously obviously there's been some good positive moments in some of the yardage stats and all that stuff for Great Lakes special teams. There's been critical mistakes and its with. Its with guys that Dave had is this entire year. It's not like they're just throwing a bunch of new guys in the mix look like Doria no Daniel. Bill was a guy that he might have had a a blown assignment on the block. pint fumbles. That's been a mistake a lot this year on special teams in and just in general. They've got to clean this up. I don't think there's anything specifically they can do. They just got to be put on high alert. They just need to have good communication throughout the week. They have to have good focused sessions with the coaching staff on special teams this entire week because they can't afford to make a mistake like they did the last game and the last time they played the titans to there's no margin for error for special teams to do something obviously especially did some great stuff this week. They did the return by Nicole. Hardman the fumble that Darwin Thomas in the controller like God unplugged halfway through his run On the fumble return. There was some good stuff that happened though there was but you gotta tighten everything up. It was probably a net positive this week but you you have these critical mistakes that put your team in a bad position Shuba Shoe Bader asks. How much much better has the offensive line looked? Since the shuffle. Big Fish looks healthy and angry. Starting Fisher it's does his best game I think he's played all year. Whitney Mercilus in the past has given them trouble he didn't see a lot of. Jj Watt Game piece all out. Merciless in the past. He's given Fisher troubles goals. I Know Whitney Mercilus isn't quite the same two three years ago but Fisher handled him amazingly. Well he has great place space. He looks like he's feeling a little little better. Maybe has a little more confidence back in yet. Overall the offensive line since was news. He's gotten there since pats settled down a little bit back. They're out them out. A little bit bore by stepping forward and not always drifting back. They've looked significantly better. Run Blocking Syllabi Though Devon Travis Twenty nine asks why hasn't McColl Hardman's supplanted D. Rob and get the roundtree knowing the offense but he's just way better Hashtag should bang the drum. I I don't know why but I mean I know that it sounds like the route tree and knowing the offense is is is a boring answer but I do think there's a lot to that and I think there's just a level of trust that they have with direct Robinson rightly or wrongly. He had an an awful game. Just awful I think he had one catch for seven yards and four drops for what could have been you know thirty forty yards. He had some crucial drops backdrops in bad times. And a lot of the booze that were being that were going out and Arrowhead. We're because of Damarcus. Robinson however McCall Hardman. Despite all that saw fifteen percent of the snaps this week fifteen fifteen or seventeen they just. They haven't been in niche role. He comes in he catches a jet sweeper too I'm sure he's going to get a couple of shots to run down the field vertically this week. Maybe he'll come uncovered on one of them. That's just that's just his rookie year. I think you just gotTa live with that. So cal eleven. Eighty six against the titans who is more important to stop tannahill. Were Henry Matt. This is the one team in the NFL. Pick the non quarterback for in. It's only because the simple fact the titans have no problem near the ball thirty times. A dictating your defense has to stop the run which allows Tannehill to look like. He's playing incredibly well in which he's playing good but he's getting. The most favorable looks because teams have to sell up Henry and I do think you have to or he will run the ball forty times and he will have over two hundred yards and it's one of the few teams that could win by rubbing the ball. I think part of the reason that I want to focus on. Here's here's I think it's Henry and here's why it's not about time of possession. It's not about I'm not a big just run. The football time guy. What the titans are capable of of doing which is smart is is reducing the number of possessions that the chiefs can have they? Can the cheese got thirteen possessions. This week the titans could very easily reduce the number of possessions that the cheese can get and if they start slow it makes it much more difficult for them to slow down. I want to turn this game into Patrick. MAHOMES versus Ryan Tannehill. Turn it into that game. I would love for this game to be Patrick. MAHOMES versus Ryan Tannehill even with favourable favorable looks that Titania Hill will certainly get that. He's got all year. Give Me Patrick. mahomes versus Ryan Tannehill Hill. Max Are Quillet asks the biggest chief strength and the biggest chiefs weakness going into the AFC AFC championship game. Also love your show. You guys make my commute from work in traffic way. Better Max Quill thank you so much. Appreciate that the biggest strength of the chiefs right. Now it's their passing offense if they go out there and they go do some the stuff that they did this week they if they play it that kind of level they are going to set Tennessee on fire. Nashville will be ablaze. It will it will be. It will be amazing. Their biggest weakness I still think is their secondary. And you saw that this week. The safety's he's not being there. Not Good Chart. Various Ward had his worst game as a chief without some of the benefit of of the help that he typically gets with one thornhill back there. Charles had a rough day. I don't trust the secondary good news is tied the.

"Patrick Mahomes Tyron Matthews proven. Maybe be the most important player on this team right. And that was a huge the whole right L. E. J. C.. When you end up having to cut Justin Houston and Eric Berry who used to fill those positions? You needed to bring in leadership to go along with Chris Jones. It wasn't GonNa be Chris Jones alone here and tired Matthew said from day one. I'm going to come in and be a leader for this team. We talked to tire and right after the opening presser and he had talked about a phone. Call that Patrick Mahomes had with them. Where Pat Pat? Call them up and said listen. I got the offense. I've been needing a defensive leader and you're the guy and he's taken it to heart and he's done nothing but delivered to this point. I think the Tire Matthew has been the perfect free agent signing yeah. I can't think of when we first found out they were actually signing him and all the conversations that we had Sammy yes one hundred percents out of the Samuel about what he was going to be as a player. He is being exactly that. Like if you WanNa talk about bang for your buck value and getting a certain player in having him live up to the expectations. Tyra Matthew was done that and some probably yeah no doubt Out And finding guy in free agency and when you pay a lot of money there's always a risk there and it doesn't it feel like to in sports a lot of times it doesn't work out more within it works out for you. This is perfect. This was the perfect signing. He was the right age. And I think the signs were there. And you just have to see if it if it came to fruition but the fact that Houston made him a team captain with just one year there that spoke volumes to me. The fact that Bill O.. Rien this off season. We really wanted to keep this guy. They end up not not to say that has anything to do with it but they get rid of their GM after they get outbid by the Kansas City chiefs all the signs were there and this guy like I said has done nothing but delivered. I anticipate him to be. Voted it as a postseason captain for the chiefs right now. We're talking to Pete Sweeney. His the editor in chief of Arrowhead Pride coming up in five minutes. We'll go rapid fire with questions. If you want to go ahead and get your question in sex on six nine three zero six chiefs or otherwise we can do so. Just be sure to go ahead and text in Shannon. I are on different sides about McColl Hardman and maybe his development as a player player. He only has four targets the last four weeks for the Kansas City chiefs. I think at this time we started to see tyreek Hill. Kind of be used less as a gadget player and more as a wide receiver. I don't think that's happening with Nicole. Hartman I certainly think he has a bright future I think he's an impact playmaker. I'm not saying that. He can't have an impact in the playoff game. The way we saw in the game game against the Patriots but I think now expecting him to be on the field for forty forty five snaps of a playoff game or getting seven eight targets. I would say that we're past that point with Michael Hartmann. Call me crazy. I just think there's something going on here. I think there might be some kind of package some kind a couple of plays at Andy Reid has in his pocket where he's going to unleash tyreek Hill McColl Hartman at the same time for bulk of snaps. Yes and the opposing defense is not having to have it seen it. They're not going to know what to do. And they're gonNA cash somebody by surprise when they really need a win. Maybe that won't be until they have C.. Title Game. I I just got to believe I mean you see what he can do at the ball in his hands and I wrote a whole article on it last weekend about how he should play more on. The chiefs responded to that by playing him eleven snaps so That was pretty silly But like I said I still pushed this guy. This guy needs the ball in his hands. More he's been more effective with the ball in his hands. And Sammy Watkins. The chiefs have other weapons and he's just behind been in behind a few guys. I think there's a lot of teams in the National Football League. Where if Nicole Hardman had been on it at this stage of the game he'd be getting close to one hundred percent of the Sam McCall Hartman has twice as many touchdowns? San Joaquin's does right and he's second on the team in touchdowns only behind tyreek hill and we're talking about a rookie. I'm not saying you deserve this pro bowl knob. But he's been really really good which rookie he thinks had a bigger impact hardman or one thornhill. Yeah it's a good question. It's easy to go to the touchdown but I just think the amount of snaps that want Thornhill L. has gotten an Eaton for the chiefs. I mean they were really think soft at the safety position the fact that he's been able to come in and sort of replace those snaps that would have otherwise went to Daniel Sorensen. Anson is huge. And you know again. It's it's not always a statistics thing the chiefs really at the time and you can go back to that whole story during the summer. They didn't necessarily we need a wide receiver. But who knows if they really knew that and so they go and get one Lo and behold I think you gotta give it to one thornhill. How close are you GONNA be watching Buffalo at New England on Saturday? I'll be watching it man. It's it's it's big for the chiefs That's the game. I I really think. Now we're we're all in Kansas City bills fans we. We'd like to see the bills do it and I think they can. I think the bills have shown you now. During the stretch especially that there were legitimate threat and New England. At least the past few weeks says has has looked to be a little bit vulnerable. And this is buffalo's chance really. I mean they can even get themselves back in the division conversation so yeah it should be a good game. I think I speak for all of the Kansas City and saying let's go bills last question here. Pete Elise regarding McColl hardman. Do you think that Andy's lack of trust for young players is maybe what's crippling him him. Because aside from being the dynamic one big play long touchdown they've never really shown McColl hardman. Trust outside of when Tyreek Ezekiel was hurt and since tyreek Hill has come back from injury. I mean the last six games. For the for McCall hardman zero catches against Minnesota one catch against Tennessee. He had the long touchdown play. Remember in the middle of the field to catches against the chargers zero against Oakland. One against New England the long touchdown and then against Denver had one catch like he hasn't really been a significant. They get member of the offense. Aside from one catch long touchdown in two of their games. I think it could be I. It's hard for me to blame that when Insp- being here I've seen seen Mitch Moore says a rookie. Be The center for this team. I've seen Kareem Hunt be lead running back and these are different situations but yeah I mean it could could be a lack of trust in them. Not being veterans but at the same time. I think I've just seen too many rookie contributors over the years to that. Okay I I don't know if it's an experience thing. PD Not Thomas. What's up.

or the game of the day in the second window however you want to look at it is there then three really good match ups head and shoulders above everybody else today and one of them is the chief of the patrons in Kansas city in front and look no add to it let's check in with Alan Siegel they are J. something which get the city playing very very well the patriots not playing well at all either offensively and there's just a few months ago defense of lake as Patrick bones on a long third down situations McCall's Hardman from forty eight yards upper touch out as he was able they the patriots "Move around be agile and give some re some regards of it smartly goes out of bounds to continue to watch it on the left side though from him for a minute a prepositional phrase to his last two sabbatical sign no he fired someone over. with the numbers. on the ground at the forty three it's a twenty yard over route as Kelsey starts right goes all the way left in the homes hits him with a perfect strike and Kelsey is fired up right now watching the cold hard would come in as Chelsea gets a breeder has to the sideline but the thing I like about that is something we talk about early on is moving the QB holds to the right and then throwing to a lake guy going across the grain the fact is the the the order the hold this allows you to do that just under one eight cheese first possession right the ravens forty three picking up thirty one yards and. victim a coin flip. at the end of the reception again of twelve yards Walken's what's the catch and then fumbling at the end of the reception. the change. it looks like we'll call Hartman jobs on the foot long twelve it's a twelve yard reception Watkins fumbling at the end of the reception it looks like my McCall Hardman saves the day by jumping on the football. well the back judges came in quickly and signaled that that was too small so we feels like he had a good handle on it the White House right now tell us that yes it is in fact he's ball that is huge as they now set up with their own rather at the Baltimore.

"It's our unit. It's already not Jelly Weld together. They're run blocking has been relatively atrocious across the board part of that scheme related with so many. RPO looks rather than just straight run plays but they're just doing a terrible job of getting their spacing right not allowing not being on different levels allowing defenders to shoot gaps between them it just doesn't does it look like they're playing as a unit. Now you're downgrading arguably the most important position at left tackle with another new guy out there. It's just it doesn't spell success go Ford or at least in the short term and that's tough for a quarterback that is typically mobile but is not going to be able to be as mobile. We'll have to see if maybe Andy Reid tries to shift the pocket a little bit more towards Mitchell Schwartz try and move away from some of the quick rushes versus that might come off of Cam Irving side. You know maybe not run the ball that direction as often. You know something like that but I you know I met. Kinda hit. Everything you said something before. We got started and you kind of alluded to it. They're the RPO's. Why is it difficult to explain to the people why it's difficult for offensive linemen blocking for our years when that's your sort of the thing that you do the most sue. I I think everybody knows when RPO is now. IS THE REPASS option. There's GonNa be a pass into run. Play active at the same time you're reading. The quarterback is reading the defense. Determine what's going to happen. Will the offensive line doesn't get a read the defense in the same way. They're following through a blocking protocol. They have set up for that. Particular play called no matter what if the play call is is a warmer developing route concept of the RPO which the chiefs have done a lot more this year than two years ago that last year. It's not all slant in bubbles. They now have some real data on some of these. RPO looks your offensive linemen. If you're run blocking on that play you can only go about a step down field then you kind of have to hold off just in case that long passes coming coming in you don't want to get an illegal man downfield so if mahomes hands the ball off these lineman they're getting in the best position can't run block but they don't know who has evolved. They don't know if it's a past. They don't know if it's a run until the plate keeps going. It's hard to get proper positioning and really attack and defense as a blocker when you don't know what's going to happen. I think a lot what they run on the run. Pass options is the outside zone so they're getting with helps them not get down the field as much but I mean you're right Mattie like it might it might be inhibiting their ability to run the football the only thing that kind of they had success doing it last year. They ran a lot. RPO's they were still RPO heavy last year so I mean I. I understand what you're saying to some degree and I think I agree but at the same time th- they've they've done this last year they've had success running the football with these run pass options with with having a pass concept tag to their run play a lot but one thing thing. I'M GONNA keep an eye on is Martinez Rankin. He's a guy that she's traded Carlos Hyde for he topped rushers left Arlos high. I top five rusher in fell Carlos my apologies back to you top five rusher Carlos Hyde. The chiefs got way a former top one hundred pick from the two thousand eighteen draft for him and Martinez Rankin has experiences at tackle. He started three games at often to tackle last year for the Texans Zain's now. That's not saying much but I've Kinda. I've Kinda called Martinez Rankin. If Cameron had hope like if you got earlier if you can put a little bit more strength on them I think there's some similarities to how they play but I think there's more hope for for for Martinez rank and so maybe they can get in and develop him and maybe he can be ready quicker than we think all right players to watch on the offensive side of the ball. Craig started off yeah. I'M GONNA start with demarcus Robinson. Let's see if last week was a fluke or if he can contribute in the same sort of way now granted the the raiders are a terrible terrible defense and they're not very good at covering receivers as we saw earl. Thomas is going to have the ravens on the same page. There's going to be a lot less blown. Coverages going to be a lot less safeties standing there watching other players run directly in front of them to the end zone so I I do think that there'll be a little bit better organized. If demarcus Robinson can find those gaps in their zones can be guys beat the press you know. Oh create a little space in a little separation for himself. Give them a homes that extra option there then. I think that that can really dum the ravens are going to have to Sorta roll some coverages again if they can start to make that connection like like we saw against Oakland last week I think for me. The only talked about the offensive line a little bit but the guy watched gonNA become irving. I think it's the second game in their the opponent knows that he's going to be there. I would not be surprised to see the Ravens. A lot of Bat Japan. Even fornell mcphee lined up against Cam Irving. Try to isolate them. They're going to run plenty of stunts pretty plenty of games upfront. Take advantage of the chiefs horrendous pick up but I'm afraid I wanNA see camera rebuild hold his own against these Ed rushers these He was affected this past week I. I don't think he looks natural playing tackle. He looks off balance. He stands up very tall. He Leans Autun ends up on the ground a ton. It works to anchors his it worked this past week but the Ravens I just have a little bit more new wants to their pass rush into guys like magic on Pernille mcphee their power to really taking advantage of what Kim Irving struggles with and the more you put him out in space just the the more clunky. He looked so I WANNA see him. Improved seems like fish is GonNa be out for a little. Oh Wow okay if you put something on tape. Defensive Corner asked respected and they're going to stress about it. They're going to make sure that that doesn't happen again. McColl Hardman had a very good day against the Oakland raiders utilized in places that he can have excess success verka routes. Don't make him run the entire route tree. Get him down. The field wrote a post. Runako run those vertical routes. How's the he's good at and have success run the deep over whatever Nicole hardman he's going to have to be accounted for by the Baltimore Ravens and he's going to he's going to have to be account for moving forward. He is shown a connection with mahomes and that's enough to stress defensive coordinator out and make you account Fort Court so let's see the follow up to that. Let's see if McCall Hardman can bust one. Let's see what the Ravens are doing to try to slow down a vertical Verka threat like Michael heartbeat. You already got Earl Thomas attention so you know everybody should I mean I don't know how earls GonNa stop all five of the guys the chiefs throughout their because they can throw five players at all have an explosive way down the field in the past have. NFL Twitter Earl Thomas can cover all all five of them at the same time so you know you you. I always say Mattie. Seventy percent of the earth is covered by water in the other thirty percent Santa's covered by Earl Thomas. Oh I thought it was Jalen Ramsey. Oh Laureus Ward The it's only Jalen trade for it only Jalen Ramsey if the cheese tray for them all right. We're going to get back to the defensive side of the football right after this with an epic first first week of football behind US draft kings the leader in one day fantasy football is upping the ante with another huge contest heading into the second week of NFL matchups draft. "All right. The weekly rewind brought to you by the sleeper APP Antonio Brown. We haven't even got to talk about it yet. ooh. The wizards strikes again. Antonio Brown released by the raiders. This was sweat Saturday morning as I opened my eyes. Yes Saturday was pure insanity if you were on twitter by one PM Pacific he had signed a one year contract with the New England patriots. The deals worth up to fifteen million found out this morning. He has a twenty twenty fully guaranteed twenty million dollar option so if things go according to plan he he will make twenty million dollars next year as a member of the New England Patriots yes so all our he lost thirty million dollars he he found it he could make fifteen this year and twenty next year and that's in two years yeah yeah so fantasy wise. Everyone wants to know. How do you look at the situation. The way that I first of all you wash New England dismantle the Pittsburgh steelers dealers last night without Antonio Brown the best receiver in football over the last seventy years now they get Antonio Brown. They get to add him to a team that saw. I mean you had production out of Philip Door set last night. Two touchdowns you had massive production rex burkhead last night who looked great looked great currently healthy apparently and then Josh Gordon Big Game Jillian adamant runs the same route out on every play. How do they not know what's coming to be reminds me shot L. Smith on this one because he he posted you know. Why is he opening every player in the same. Every play reminds me of WES Welker. I mean he's run the same route. Every single play for some reason throws the invisibility cloak over really cut right wide open because you're watching Oh. He's done it to me six times in a row. There's no way he's going to do it again. He's GonNa mix. Sit Up here. No He's just GonNa Break Open. Catch the ball and then we'll make a first down sign with his hand and then we'll proceed down the field and because people were asking for it all weekend and on twitter. I Will Acquiesce Oakland Raiders. Stop helping the Patriots. They don't need your help. You feel good about a little bit better. Did you hear what Big Ben had to say about Antonio Brown going to the Patriot did not what did he say. He went with a very adolescent. Do whatever let me translate that for our listeners that means I'm furious. What on Earth are they doing so fantasy wise. I think it I think it hurts settlement. I think hurts Gordon. I think it hurts both these players just because you cannot bring in a guy like Antonio Brown who will demand ten to twelve targets game and not hurts a the other players ceilings that doesn't mean that they can't coexist if you played Ataman Gordon Philip Dorset last night you right. You were dancing in the streets yep but I think it hurts both players. You know a player like Josh Gordon. I'll bring this up because we were talking about this before the show Josh Gordon Does Not Live on volume. He lives on on because he's he's in eighteen plus per catch player touchdowns big place. There's an argument that can be made that those aren't really. He's not going to get fewer opportunities on deep balls and things like that and his volatility is probably similar but you said you thought. Adam is going to be fine too. So are we making too much about nothing with Antonio Brown. I think I think the biggest hit for the Patriots stock. It's Josh Gordon and it'll be interesting to see what happens to James White. When you have wes Welker and or I'm I'm sorry Julian Edelman Antonio Brown. Who can both eat up the middle of the field? I went back and looked just to make sure you know I wasn't remembering things from from crazy land but when Randy Moss was dominating on the Patriots. Wes Welker who Julieta plays that role was perfectly fine the year that Randy Randy Moss at twenty three touchdowns. Wes welker hundred twelve receptions eleven hundred seventy five yards the next year they both like can I count or point that though uh-huh showing a different perspective Randy Moss did not have Josh Gordon on the other side of the field. Josh Gordon is definitely and they aren't going to throw the ball as much. which is that team they might? I don't think so well. I certainly don't think the production will be the same as last night. They didn't rush in a touchdown. They they have these games. This happens a lot brady can go from four touchdowns to one in Sarnia Michelle. Rex burkhead could have two three touchdowns on again so I'm not arguing with the fact when you you bring in the best wide receiver in football of course it has a negative impact volume wise but I just think of the guys that Wes welker is or I keep doing man. I brought him up. I fall even -ffected me as I don't expect you to be accurate. Julian Edelman will be. He's still going to be super safe yeah I I. I'm telling you he will be very very safe. As what as what you drafted him to do last night six for eighty three touchdowns yeah. That's a great game. That's what you drafted at Julian Edelman to do with the upside of a touchdown but more than five receptions actions either. He's a he's a PR guy. They get been Watson back in week. Five GRONK will probably wind up undefeated season. Patriots grits Antonio Brown though I view this as a better efficiency situation lower volume situation then what he would had an Oakland. I don't think the targets are going to be what they would have been in Oakland agreed but I you know you're with the better quarterback on a better offense. Oh I don't really view them any different than where I would have ranked him draft season wise with Oakland. Do you agree with Yup okay well. We'll talk more about the Patriots. I bet over the course of this year. Injury Wise Nick foles diagnosed with a broken collarbone out indefinitely Gardner Herman. Shoe is the starting quarterback and company line. They feel comfortable with that. I feel they feel real. Oh good about it I wouldn't but D- he was fine yeah. He came in for what he had to do. I think it was a six round peg. He came came in and he played very well. Can I just if you WANNA yell at the Raiders for letting the Patriots Have Antonio Brown. Can I yell at the Jacksonville Jaguars for being an undisciplined team that is just fully disappointing all of their fans this defense. What miles does your throne from the Game Leonard for net getting into it after every single play Jalen Ramsey getting into it in the end zone on every single play. You got torched people and now you're going to be the backbone of this team. While Gardner minhsiu leads the offense Dede Westbrook ended up in third position in this game. Dj chart and Chris Conley Better Games than Westbrook and Westbrook had that connection with falls this house to be concerning for you. Yes the U. But for for owners I mean because you you own west like third half of the argument for why I liked my Sweetie Dede Westbrook so much coach was nick false. I don't know what Gartner the secret garden. Did you ever read that home. I remember that Yeah Yeah. That was painful. Yeah hopefully hopefully Gardner means she was this is better than the secret garden he came in and went like eleven eleven eleven to open his career. tyreek hill exited with a collarbone issue. This is a major story guys. Rappaport says the chiefs chiefs are going to take a couple days before deciding. St- why Re Kills Future Utah options could be missing a few games. It could be designated return. I miss this part yeah yeah so yeah. That's a Lizard Mike. I get what you're doing with your voice. He's the Lizard King. Can I speak for Jason this. It's morning. He's very happy. He's very pleased to see. I I still think that you should try to guard Sammy Watkins that that would be step one and we want to stop him but he did break his career record for yardage and we want and I was talking to Jason a little bit last night with no Tyreek Hill for an indefinite period of time. How high do you bring Sammy Watkins in the landscape of offensive weapons and he's gotta be a top fifteen gene guy with top five upset and I think what you're trying to say. Is By invocation we live. We self actualize vibrate. We are reborn. Thank you Mike. Thank you. I'm not trying to say that but I appreciate the wise words from Sami Walking. If you I it came to my attention people don't know why we call the Lizard King well well. It's very simple. He claimed to be a lizard person on twitter yeah with a straight face. He said I'm a whole different species. I'm convinced I'm not a human never was a more like an advanced reptilian solar being very powerful. It kind of scares me. Ll Okay that sounds made eight up but it's not don't care because the lizard is coming lizards lizard or human both the fantasy points count the saint and so he's called the Lizard King and he was the king of that field last night looked super fast. He's not on my teams yeah. That's got to feel bad maybe because he feels that every other week so if he stays healthy he's going to dominate yes. I mean no doubt about it. After what you saw last night kill even the field you need to think about McCall hardman because Taibbi Gillen's up on I are designated to return and with Sammy Watkins Health being kind of you know things you absolutely the Lizard King is his body is a little bit fragile. Hardman will be in an ad and but like the cops I had seen to tyreek hill the the injury the same amount of time to come back were averaged about four to five weeks so this. I are designated to return things shocking to me yeah. Maybe the injury is worse than what became a medical issue not just orthopedic issue right. It became something he he's in the hospital under observation. I'm not going to pretend to be a doctor from this point forward but he he he's got an issue that has prolonged and they need to be careful with it. Tevin Coleman Ankle sprain going to Miss Time Matt Breda is the starter yes and and most will get work. Colonel Mustard is back and he's a he's a fine player. Yes yes the way that we looked at Coleman amrita. You know one uh-huh a running back to one's a flex play. That's how I'M GONNA look at most enough as a flex play..

"Am or FM dial on this Sunday morning with the week one of the pre season in the books and that was a clip you heard from last night from the Kansas City Chiefs radio network of McCall Hardman wide receiver pick in the second round out of Georgia who at the time of the pick speculation was is this guy hill replacement months later he'll gets cleared by the NFL and now my home has an extra toys in the chiefs offense is an embarrassment of riches for them at wide receiver with the NFL MVP coming off a fifty touchdown season a twenty eighteen in that's what we're gonna start here just got it gonna canvas the NFL in take a wide shot a big picture look at the state of the NFL with one week of preseason football behind us and there's not a lot of conclusions to be taken out of the first week of exhibition football there wasn't any injury that I think radically changes the landscape of the sport a couple years ago Julian Edelman was lost to a knee injury week one of the pre season bill Belichick the greatest football coach of all time played Julian Edelman and Tom Brady in the first week of the preseason element was lost for the year I think Bella Jack learned his lesson Thursday night in Detroit Brady didn't play a single snap is that with a little bit of football now a tiny bit of football the to just kind of analyze color very in Arizona Baker Mayfield Lamar Jackson Sam Donald Josh Rosenthal the second your quarterbacks were in action this week the cowboys went to San Francisco last night you had the rams and raiders LA's offense did nothing but the starters were arrested Kansas city put one on Cincinnati with that behind us I want to just put my opinions out there on where I'm going and what I'm looking at with this NFL season is going to start to get the ball rolling with the conversation about in my opinion the best team in the NFL not the team to beat because knowing one's been there done that and they're defending Superbowl champs in your the champs until proven otherwise my pick to win the Superbowl who I think is the best team in the NFL right now and if you want to weigh in and share your thoughts you can eight five five two one two for CBS that's eight five five two one two four two two seven the Pony Express on CBS sports radio today I'm picking the colts to win the Superbowl there might pick going into the twenty nineteen season I'm not picking doing what I'm gonna give you I'm gonna put you through a process of elimination exercise here I'm not taking doing one because it's really hard for teams to repeat fourteen years since we had a repeat Superbowl champion that was knowing when and for I don't think we'll see it Seattle came close a few years ago one of the worst play calls in the history of the NFL Pete Carroll then give the ball to Marshawn Lynch New England at a chance but got beat by Philly Nick Foles Doug Peterson that great defensive line teams come close usually when a Superbowl you're back in the playoffs the next year doing little win the AFC east but I'm not going to pick them to win it all Brady at forty two still good no longer the best quarterback in the NFL gonna go away from knowing when I think they'll win their requisite twelve games they won eleven last year I think they'll actually win more regular season games this year but I don't think they'll win the Superbowl I'm not taking Kansas city we just heard in that clip I don't think Steve spec nolo entire on math you go in there and work miracles performed a miracle and overnight that defense goes from one of the worst in the NFL to one of the best I don't buy that I think Kansas city is a one side of the football dominated team I believe that we will see Patrick Moore homes not struggle this year but I don't believe will put up the same numbers as last year full season without Kareem hunt in the back field I don't think Kansas city's really done enough to replace them and I don't mean they need to run the ball more I'm talking about finding somebody out of the backfield catch the ball so I don't really like the chiefs offense I love the chief's office I don't really like their backfield situation and I still think their defense is in shambles I don't think a coordinator change in bringing in the safety is enough to jump start that side of the ball I'm not taking the saints I think the NFL south will be too much for them that's a really deep division Atlanta's defense is healthy cam Newton is healthy and Bruce variances in Tampa Bay so the have good coaching with the Buccaneers of James Winston is going to succeed it's going to be with Bruce Arians as his coach I think that will take a toll on New Orleans I'm not so where I don't believe they'll have home field advantage which I think that team in particular needs if they're going to win and get to another Super Bowl speak at a home field advantage the Chargers don't have any to speak of they play sixteen road games a year because they're not stupid soccer stadium in suburban Los Angeles and that's not going to change I don't think all the sudden now the Los Angeles Chargers are gonna be common IT team in LA the Dodgers are great more buying tickets to see lebron Anthony Davis sports fans are jumping on Kawhi Leonard and Paul George the rams went to the Superbowl so the Chargers are forgotten in their own market even though they won twelve games last year and won a playoff game teams will come into that stadium with their opposing fan base and it'll always be at best a neutral field for the charger so with that in mind I don't pick them I don't like the rams because the Todd Gurley situation is hanging over their head what do they have left in him with the knee tendinitis that their own running back coach said makes Todd Gurley now a by committee running back he can't be a work horse back what is Jared Goff without in a league Todd Gurley I think he's an average quarterback without him we saw that in the Superbowl not picking the rams I don't trust the Packers coaching staff yet that low floor didn't do diddly squat in Tennessee to deserve the job I believe the bears are a total Maraj the Browns are a paper champion all hype all fluff Nick Foles is gone in Philadelphia I don't trust Carson wants to stay healthy I absolutely don't trust Mike Tom one to get the Steelers to another Super Bowl I think Lamar Jackson in Baltimore is a fraud a fifty eight percent passer if they really want to run it two hundred times with him well then they're going to really run it two hundred times with Robert Griffin in trace McSorley because Lamar Jackson won't make it through a full NFL season Kirk cousins couldn't win a big game if his life depended on it even though he's making almost thirty million dollars in Minnesota Russell Wilson's wide receivers are Tyler Lockett indicate Metcalf that's how I get to the colts that's who I get to Indianapolis and it's going to be the road less traveled for them if they win the Superbowl which is my prediction because the schedule is so tough for them they're not gonna go fourteen into this year they're going to go more like ten and six maybe eleven and five and they're gonna have to be like the five Steelers are the two thousand seven giants they're gonna have to win road games to get to the Superbowl and when it the first two games for ND are on the road at the Chargers at Tennessee the fifth game of the year is that Kansas city they got an early by weeks of three out of the first five games are against good teams away from Lucas oil stadium and then they've got road games later in the year with Pittsburgh at New Orleans I'm gonna take the cold because I think they're the most balanced team in the NFL there were four teams last year who right top ten in offense and defense for doing one Chicago the Chargers in Indianapolis that's it gold at a bunch of money to spend they didn't really go Buck wild and free agency they brought in Devin Funchess to be a number to wide receiver with T. Y. Hilton they brought in Justin Houston to help them put more pressure on the passer I like both of those signings they're not splashy they're not sexy but they're solid trust the coach Frank Reich he was in Philadelphia help yep Nick Foles won a Superbowl trustee Andrew luck knock on wood second in the league in touchdowns last year behind only Patrick bombs any just getting started his first season back from injury major what turns thirty years old last year coincidence maybe Peyton manning went to his first Superbowl when one is for Superbowl at thirty I think it's a make or break your friend through luck I think it's now or never for him does he want to go down as a quarterback that has hall of fame credentials in terms of not only statistical output but winning can you match the numbers with winning which for quarterbacks is still the thing they get measured on most course you gonna be one of these quarterbacks that goes down as a numbers guy who put up big numbers like Dan Fouts in Warren moon hall of Famers but guys that never really came close to winning super bowls very important here for the call time to pick them to win the Superbowl I think top to bottom they are the best team in the NFL they've got a really good offense of line they've gotten a lead quarterback they have weapons in the passing game they don't have Odell Beckham junior they don't have a lady on bell big names but they've got productive players their defense was one of the best in the NFL last year they should win their division even though it's a tough schedule and I'm not gonna take a team to win back to back Superbowl so that eliminates the patriots right there so barring injury you know if I find out at some point in the next three weeks that Andrew luck is damaged goods in their going to have to go with Jacoby Brissett quarterback well then I'm gonna change my mind on that pick before right now who is the best team in the NFL I'm going with the colts in twenty nineteen how about you eight five five two one two for CBS it's eight five five two one two four two two seven when you take a look at the NFL right now was the best team.

"All right. Real quickly. I'm going to get to bell in the second. But I just thought I point this out. I hate when I see these things, and it happens all the time during these OTA's, and these many camps if you will Andy Reed's that McCall Hartman who the of course, they drafted this year out of Georgia superfast receiver. He said McColl it got a little bit. Every day of any camp. I wanna see when the coach tells us. Yeah. Actually. No. He's not exactly what we thought. He was kinda sucked at many coming in. And you know, what we coached him down. Yeah. Coach down those balls. He was catching he actually had to drop those played situational football. Can't stop the clock. So we got we had to think about things obstruc. You know, it's like come on. Yeah. He was pretty good in day one. But day to not a great day. He was really the first day. Not great the second day. And then you always get this, right? This what you always get during OT as a mini and even more specifically in training camp. So it says in the best shape of his life there in the best shape. Oh, really there in the best shape of their life. Okay. All right. I never heard. This guy is coming into training camp in the team says he significantly shape. Right. Like, the bucks aren't going to say that about James Winston when he shows up fat to fifty they're cool with them showing up at that way. They're not going to say. Yeah. James's and shape. They're going to say, hey, James looks good. He's carrying the weight. Well, we never hear the opposite. So I hate when I see these stories. Yeah. I'm sure McCall hardman's doing great. I'm sure he's doing great at T as like come on. Gimme a break. Now Eddie read if anybody's going to get a lot of coal harbour. And this is nothing against McCall harbor the kids a freak show. He just he didn't produce at the Khalil. Level in terms of the numbers based on the athleticism. But you know, Andy Reid in terms of an offensive head coach he's going to get the most out of hardman especially in his offense with different weapons. He has he'll use him in the right capacity. You know that Andy Reid has been great in terms of what he does with weapons like I have more faith at hardman's going to have a good rookie year. Then marquees Brown is going to have in Baltimore with Lamar Jackson during the ball. He's going to be looking over his head the ball's gonna be fifty feet over his head. He's trying to catch balls. At least we know with Hartman. He's going to get the ball from Pat Mahomes. He's gonna be wide open and he's gonna run like sixty yards because he's an absolute freak show. Here's my question about hardman. Can you really put him into that? Tyreek hill Rolette say tyreek hill the everything runs. Its course tyreek hill is not playing with the chiefs for whatever reason can you immediately plug him in and expect the same thing or is this does there have to be a little bit of a learning curve. Well, I don't think you can put anybody into the tyreek hill role and expect them to be tyreek hill that guy's a freak show. He's the most dangerous weapon. In the NFL on the field. He is he's the most dangerous weapon in the NFL. When he gets the ball. He had the most twenty plus yard catches this year and most of them he wasn't catching over twenty yards. He was taken slants sixty five seventy yards. So I don't think you could expect anybody to be dangerous, but I think you can expect hardman absolute athletic freak to be very productive considering the fact that he is the best quarterback in the NFL throwing the ball. And he has a great play caller ninety rate. Now, the one thing with anti reading question is. Yeah. How about some clock management stuff? Andy figure that out. Okay. Teach guys to drop ball. So they don't run out the clock. Yeah. Maybe that. Maybe that's what eighty each his maybe somebody should sit. Andy redound be like Andy now a Super Bowl with Donovan McNabb and the eagles. You know, that you need to go faster you down ten points, not seven points at the end of the game when you are with the chiefs a couple of years ago and Alex Smith went into New England and your two touchdowns at the end of the game in the fourth quarter. And there was ten minutes left in the game. You couldn't take eight minutes and thirty seconds left off the clock and leave yourself a minute and a half and only an onside kick with an opportunity to tie the game at the end you had to give yourself more chances here. Okay. So maybe somebody can sit Andy Reid down this particular offseason. All right. I want to transition to this rather. So we all know that lady on bell sign the new contract with the New York Jets, which is funny. He guaranteed. He's gonna get eighteen nineteen million per season. He got thirteen good deal for the jets from that perspective. But this is the guy that sat at a whole year because he was sure he's getting seventeen or eighteen million dollars. Never have. Oh, by the way, he's never going to get the fourteen million dollars back that he missed out on last year. His agent can try to spin it say well now, we got more long-term. Nope. You're never going to get that money back that you passed on last year. But nonetheless, lady on bell is not at OTA's minicamp, whatever you wanna call. And this is something that he's done throughout his career, especially the last couple years because the Pittsburgh Steelers had been franchise tagging him. So on Twitter. Beckham junior lady on bell puts out here public service announcement. That's what bell puts on Twitter public service announcement. He is posting an Instagram post between or Instagram exchange between him and one of his followers. The follower real underscore Di Wai L one zero three. So I guess that's real deal one. Oh, three. Okay. So anyway, he posts at living on Belen Instagram when at lady on bell gone come to practice. I think real deal. One of three means when is at Levy on bell going to come to practice. Not when at lady on bell gone come to practice, that's not proper English. But nonetheless, you have lady on bell actually responding to this guy on Instagram at real deal. One three when it's time to play football. I've got gotta stick to the formula that I know that works for me to be the best player. I can I'm not just going to try to win football games. I want to ring I was desperately trying to show everybody. What I can do what I can really do. I'll take the heat right now. Everybody will forget about that once January comes around. Okay. So a couple of things I'd like to say here. So first of all he says he has to stick to the formula that he knows works best for him to play at a high level in a paraphrasing. What he's saying? Well, I would say this delay on bell. And quite frankly, I hate the fact that we have all these stories all the time about guys don't go to voluntary minicamp voluntary OT at right? I hate it. We get all over these guys. But this is what I would say if you're looking to put your team in the best position to win. And I understand you have your own formula. But that formula in Pittsburgh in get you anywhere. It's not like you guys are winning championships or anything along those lines. Plus, you're learning new offense of system. I would actually say that the best thing to do if he wants to be successful. This year is actually to be at minicamp now, I'm not outraged at the fact that he's not there, quite frankly. I don't think it's that big of a deal. But if he's going to say on Instagram that he has to stick to what he knows his best will actually that's not true. What would be best for this team is? You have a rookie quarterback. Or now a second year quarterback in Sam darnold that is actually publicly said that he's watching film of lady on bell to learn how to get them involved in the offense. More in terms of the passing game to make sure that he uses them the best he possibly can like the best thing for lady on bell in terms of being successful. And playing in January would be to continue to develop a rhythm with the young second year quarterback and Sam darnold who you have literally never played a snap. So that's why are disagree with bell. And the other thing that I would say to Levy on bell is this is a story last week. This wasn't a story anymore in terms of you knock on a mini camp. A couple of people in the media talking heads at whatnot thought, it was stupid that lady on bell was not there. I didn't have that big of an issue with it. I'm just disagreeing with his logic behind why he's not there. I don't care if guys don't go to voluntary minicamp or whatnot. These guys were killed so poorly in the CBS to begin with the Morris Smith today horrible job with that. So I don't mind if these guys don't go to mandatory OT are voluntary OT as I should say voluntary minicamps, Tom. Brady didn't go last year. His team won the Super Bowl. Right. So I don't care. It's just his rationale behind. It doesn't make any sense where he says this is going to help me play my best football January. No your program. It doesn't matter. What matters is you building up a rhythm with the quarterback and Sam darnold. So you being there with Sam darnold would actually be more beneficial for your team playing into January rather than being a team that for what the past eight seasons? The jets doesn't make the postseason and the other thing I would say is this the story had gone away wasn't that big of a deal anymore. And then he's responding to people on Instagram about why he's not a practice. So he actually feels the need to defend himself on not being there. And that's house me that in the back of his head. There's at least a little part of him that says, oh, wait, maybe I did make the wrong choice. So I gotta make sure that publicly I defend myself because. Yeah, maybe this is a bad look that I'm not there in my first year as a New York yet. So he feels the need to go on Instagram to this random guy real underscore deal. One of three that can't even. Type things in proper English. He.

"And guess what he signed civil next year on the compensatory for in the boys. Clearly, he's not signing someone for good amount again. Agent. All these all these all you need to to make the competitor. I don't care about late expense around here. We do the chiefs. If Spencer wears contract is correct. If it's if it's the the way it's supposed to be the cheese. You're getting a fourth-round compensatory pick for Steven Nelson. Get hype. Daddy. Yeah. You guys. Are you guys are going to be you guys are going to be rolling? There is now, but you'll be thanking me not after we signed Morris Claiborne like you wanna know. Clayton Nicklaus asks which chiefs rookie has a better name in peril parallel universe. Hard olmec. Man, hard Olmec, man or thorn, one hill anything anytime you can use something that sounds like Olmec from legends of the hidden temple. I gotta go with it. That's mine. I was I think there's really no there. There's Salen Kanders might be a good one. But or Sahlin Kanders and. That might be a good one. But I think hard Olmec man is probably pretty elite thord one good too though. Tarin Dobson's getting no love from anybody. That one's to easy. I liked the thorn one hill, and I like the hard Olmec Mun Hartill McMahon is is a piece of art. I think for chard Renton anybody. I mean news that Thorne one hills. The best name, you're wrong. Can't and you can take your your weird nineties TV show and shove sharing Gallison. Acne? Now, they're my other try well having to try. Yeah. This shows getting weird Chiesa DC asks who would the chiefs have drafted at sixty one if they didn't need to replace tyreek hill. Wow. That's a good question. Want Thornhill then figured out at sixty three. That's probably what I'd do. Would have drafted one Thornhill at sixty one and Collins honors at sixty three probably they said that Saunders was in the mix sixty three. So then you would have been flipping around and probably looking at a wide receiver or tight end there a more traditional wide receiver because in that situation if they didn't need to replace tyreek they would need a direct replacement for Sammy Watkins, right? And that's why I was thinking I don't know who is the the next receiver like given what we talked about earlier. I think that you can assume that they wouldn't have traded up they need if they could keep tyreek hill, and I don't think cohorts Sylvie on the board. If he was I think he would still be the pick. Because I do think they liked him a lot. But you soon he's gone. Maybe payers Campbell doesn't go. Then if McCall hardman isn't already gone, maybe Indy can get him or something. So he's an option maybe they would look at it decay Metcalf. They think that receivers still definitely play there. But most likely twelve Thornhill calling Saunders. They had the. Both is high twos. They didn't think either we're going to be available in the sixties. Let alone getting one of them in the third round. And then they could have got de'andre Walker at one sixty seven just because I know we've talked about this don't think the Andrea Walker would fit. I just like him. I'm trying to stand for Craig's guy. Or you warrior or get? No, he wouldn't have been there at one sixty seven get. Corey ballantyne. Maybe at once one sixty seven yeah, he's had it repel. Cover that's a roller coaster of a week right there. It's a rough week for him. Are we could they could have drafted Armand watts. And so they could have had our mon- money changes directions. Better. There's some slate. There's some there's some late podcasts slander there. I know who it is. It's calling Sanders. Oh, okay. Okay. So Zach diz Elec asks in your opinion is the Casey often still considered elite without tyreek hill. No, I think it's still gonna challenge for one of the best league. But it's definitely not going to be elite. Unless you're definition of elite is just one of the better in the NFL year by year to me league means it separated from just a tie like it's another level beyond really good last year's offense elite this one without Tyree..
