"There's the fitzmagic plug. All right, let me fill their quota for the day. All right. Let's move on to Mike Davis filling in for Christian McCaffrey. He's been absolutely fantastic. Thik he has 16 receptions over his last two games. He's only owned in 77% of leagues. If he's on your waiver. Somehow go get him immediately. He's got 16 receptions and two games like he is basically taking a Christian McCaffrey roll. Well McCaffrey is out and you're going to get at least two to three more weeks of it that question McCaffrey is valuable in this at all. When Davis can be plugged in there. I think it should not limits but I think it's also going to put a cap on his touches going forward when he does come back. I don't think we talked about this earlier. I don't think you see the 30, you know, 34 touch games like he was having in the past now, I think they're going to suck his load a little bit with Mike Davis cuz he's filled in quite nicely. Yeah, I completely agree. I don't think there's any knock-on Christian McCaffrey's Talent. He's an absolute star one of the best running backs in the league. But Mike Davis is going to get more playing time than originally expected to keep Christian McCaffrey healthy Davis won't be startable once McCaffrey's back, of course, but it is going to dig into McCaffrey's value which might be unfortunate for Christian McCaffrey owners. Just a little bit. Let's say this hypothetical situation. McCaffrey comes back fully healthy week 8:00. Is he still the RV one for the rest of the year for Carolina Panthers like from week eight grand from week eight on in the NFL? Oh, no. All right. So no, but he's I mean, he's always going to be a lock for top five when he's on the field. But right now I'm not betting against Alvin Kamara in any way shape or form. That's right put it as well tomorrow and then Z, Rosie McCaffrey's page where you put them pretty nicely pretty comfortably on the last running back. I want to talk about Darryl Henderson. This was not good for cam Akers owners. Henderson is averaging over six yards per carry in his last two games. He also scored twice, they have said that he wants to go with the hot hand and it doesn't get much hotter than that. He's only owned in 67% of leagues. Yeah, it looked good if there is one of those guys injured you should probably play Darryl Henderson, like if Cam Breakers misses another Cracker Barrel Henderson is probably a must-start but if game makers comes back, I think they all get touches any other running backs you guys want.

Xbox Series X Preview Round-Up

"Xbox series x hands on previews are up as of this morning. As you all know xbox, they stand out a bunch of xbox series exodus to media professionals They've gotten their hands on they've been playing over the weekend in the last week and they're previews are finally available. So I've assembled basically the avengers of video games writers for this guy got folks from. got. Folks from Gamespot from venture be and I'm going to go through some of the right people have to say some of the things you had to say about xbox series I'm going to start off with Ryan McCaffrey at is and who writes this First, a word on the console itself it is hefty but in a good way when you hold, it feels like premium five, hundred dollar thing for whatever. That's worth when you turn it on the box, the same startup chime the xbox one family of consoles do in a I'm a bit disappointed in that. Honestly I. Get the consistency. It's a sound though it is a nice sound but you want that new you know. You want the news I Will Ryan McCaffrey saying here I get the consistency but I liked new sound while I'm speaking subjectively I think the series x also looks very nice in its article orientation. It looks bold in assertive indoor entertainment centre with the concave green-tinted vent perforations on the top adding a really nice visual appeal. I can't say the same when it's laying on its side, it looks more like a fireplace log. More importantly, this thing is quiet it's almost inaudible when it when it's idol and read debt-reduction to, for instance, is still pretty quiet much more. So than the xbox one X, which gets noticeably louder under full load. Thank God targets me. So soaked that gets me so to especially because this last weekend I've been, I still Greg Miller playstation four pro from the office along with the TV office so I can get that. You Four K. Experience and that thing is loud dude everything sounds like a lawnmower I didn't realize that you my base ps four got loud I. Didn't know that ps four pros got that loud. It's Wild Man I. The thing that I'm most excited about with these new causes coming up is hoping that there's a chance that they're quieter and I love that at least so far it is a good thing to hear. In clear though with The p the PS four pro that he's using the studio he's using that one at the studio because he got loud and he switched it out for one that he had. Okay. So that one is louder than some PS force can be. Four on right now. Yeah. It's my. Rose K. to us oh, is running right now. I love you call your vacuum Uso, your Roomba. That's a really good name for it and actually while we're on this topic like how it looks with Ryan McAfee's right up here folks. No I'm roommates with Michael Higham from gamespot Michael Higham one of the folks who had an xbox series x so I can give the scoop that looks great like vertically it is hefty it does feel it is pretty heavy like it is like a hefty piece of technology mom but anytime I've gone into the living room that thing that has been virtually silent and like yeah, the thing looks like the top with the green accents there looks really nice. I can't imagine that thing on its side because like. Ryan McCaffrey references here. Right. Like on the side. It would look really awkward like that's kind of my take on it. I don't know why anyone would have to have that on the side of Saif Mike space right like I get. In a in a situation where it's like the only have so much room. Height for mine yeah. which is the thing that sucks but it's also this. Thing like I. I'm struggling to think about where I'm going to put mine because I also it's GonNa. Look ridiculous donal but article I just think it's going to stand out and just be weird. So we'll see. Yeah, I'm scared with both this in the PS five I how they look if for people who are GonNa get both because the PS five and all the different. Comparisons. And mockup scene of that thing seems huge. Like seems abnormally big. Like stylish and sleek, and like has a cool feature. Is thing going for it but it seems big and so like trying to figure out how that is going to fit in your entertainment center next to a series x right at least in the same entertainment centre as a series I think it's it's going to be a challenge for some people because those two things are very different designs, very different boxes. Good Luck on that folks,

"Watson. Over this cold down. Here you go. Suck a lot of these quarterbacks that weren't even let's go down a little further. I don't want to go back. I'm just looking actually even CJ bussard. Yep played better and he was drafted in the third round. They could have drafted CJ5 fart and the third round and still have got better production than freaking Joshua Dobbs. And I think Dobbs played horrible for Pittsburgh and he would have gave them better production than trubisky. And that's the problem is that he traded up to get trubisky over my homes and over watch and it was one of the biggest mistakes ever. Think about I guess you could have Solomon Thomas Leonard fournette Jamal Adams Christian McCaffrey took took Mitchell trubisky over the human fantasy football machine Christian McCaffrey. That's why. You look foolish. Egg in the face interface but I don't want to I don't dwell on that. The Bears are who we thought they were every let him off the hook each time. But this time we're not trubisky's wage going down and now we have to move on them both. Yep, who plays the Seahawks with sweet Cowboys or Seahawks really a game of the week really big gamer? I would say one of the games the week. I think the Seahawks and Cowboys. I feel like they spend so this game and every year for them to play. I feel like they just say no Cowboys and Seahawks are going to play every single year. I don't care how we have to do this, but they're going to play every year. It's always a great game. I personally feel like that must have a Cowboys that that Is playing out of his mind? Okay. Ever since this franchise tag, I felt like Jack said, you know what I want the I want bag. I want the money. I'm going to show you why you should pay me off. I haven't seen anyone ever dealt 57 passes. I'm going to spread out. I don't remember ever seeing fifty fifty plus passes like close to sixty something passes like this personally, maybe faith has happened but 57 passes is a lot of passes that's there and I need them to really step it up. Like what in the world is going on with these running backs these days. I mean, he's obviously just too busy admiring his feed be tattoo on his stomach off of 14 carries not enough though. I will say that.

Belichick reaches milestone as Patriots top Raiders 36-20

"Everyone is time for the bonus episode postgame recap for Vegas Nation podcast. I'm your host Heidi Fang and I'm joined with our readers writers, Ed Greenie, Adam. Hill we're going to break down what happened here in the Raiders Lost Thirty six to twenty against the New England Patriots here Gillette Stadium in Foxborough at an ir up in the press box Adam back in Vegas a from my vantage point it was. A lot of mistakes made by the raiders, which is something you can't do against the bill belichick coach team. So we're GONNA get all into that here but I I want to remind everybody that we are brought to you by Salmon Ash, indeed visa and also favor. So make sure to subscribe wherever you're listening and what was your first take on what you saw out in the field today with the raiders. You're right. They did everything you can't do and win on the road or anywhere turn the ball over three times. Once rent on. Didn't protect car when they were driving. Me fumbled the Fumble Alina Game Matter Games already overby fumbled the end zone. In the second half, they just wore down defensively I actually done the first thirty minutes be interested at him. I think thought the first thirty minutes they played. As good. A defense as they haven't a while let's be honest. Thirteen points here cam help them a lot. He wasn't any third, but they were down on the second Apple Sikhism Derek. Carr in the offense couldn't stand field. He gave up two hundred and fifty yards total rushing late Sony Michelle when expert in its players per talking, you know these of League so they were down and they just couldn't match. Match up. So a bad game they printed everything you can do and what on the road so Adam how much in fact that these running bags like just through the defense offered their game because I don't think they were looking to contain the likes of three different running backs in this one I think they prepared to contain Cam Newton? What was your thoughts on the running game? I think I was definitely a part of it and I think there was definitely adjustments made. By the Patriots coaching staff because as as ED put out for the first half of the, Patriots were able to run the ball somewhat. But I thought a it wasn't. There wasn't those explosive plays. There wasn't those big plays downfield and it was a kind of picking up some yards here. They're moving the ball effectively but not really gashing the raiders defense and then. They figured out something in the run game after halftime and I'll be interested to find out the later in the week. Interested to get the the all twenty two film comes out like Tuesday. Look a little what happened but I think just at first glance without really looking into what they were doing on the line maybe differently. They definitely started to go to some more cutback plays where they I thought really were able to take advantage of some over pursuit of the writer side in particular from Jonathan Abram, who you know, we know what he can do. In terms just flying around offensively and having people would kind of sending a message for that defense but at the same time. You can use that aggression against him and I think the Patriots kind of figure that out a little bit and it really hit him with a big plays on a place where he got into the gap, he was near the bulk area but just couldn't make up Adams exactly right and and they're going to have to here's the thing about a player John Neighbor might think they love is aggressiveness in his hitting all that he's got a swagger Jim and I. Hate to say this, but sometimes, you just have to you have to balance that it's hard to tell a guy like that. Don't play this way but Adams wait we should for resod against Christian McCaffrey, over pursues too much when you take the battling new pursue Sunny Michelle Christian McCaffrey, they're gonNA come back will go so Yeah. They just didn't play the run wellness second atoms right they adjusted and you have to give Michelle credit like I said when you go For, an average of thirteen yards of Kerry and I don't know if he's ever average per carry more than seven in a games and you also have saved in job I am. But they did they didn't play offensively were out of rhythm Waller. We'll talk about that I know atoms writing thoughts. Darren WELLM was non factor when you get a lot of good at the bill Belgium at he talked about. How good daring waller as well. Guess what he must have died because they ran every defense coverage double team run in stem and stopped him. So atom I know you you wrote about this mean, what did you hear the game to her? How they? You know bottle up there wall I thought it was a group effort I. think that's what of expected to hear from the Patriots Bill. Belichick obviously didn't go into detail about what he did. I think it was just a lot of deception what they were doing offensively disguising it and Bella check pointed out. Hey, it wasn't somebody covering him necessarily a lot of zone. We played a lot of you know bracket coverage a lot of. Men under there was a lot of different things. Defensively. On Waller but I think it was more just about the looks of they're giving up the line and never letting the raiders. No. Before the play what kind of coverage is GonNa be on Waller? Want Credit Anybody I. Think mccourty would be the one that you would like added. Say. Devin mccourty that Dinnie. Tremendous job on him but it was a little bit of everybody kind of in the mixer.

"There's been a lot of questions as to whether or bridgewater could get it done but I think this may be A. Kind of a picture of what the panthers could be I mean they played the raiders very tough and week one and I was very impressed with that opening game and to get a win like they did against the chargers I think is going to be huge for them going forward. You know when you think about it people are you know automatically we all did it. We all gave this division to New Orleans and Tampa Bay whether it brainy mixed in it was gonNA come down to the the the to all. The guys established doing it but people forget you know Teddy Bridgewater before his injury was. Thought to be on his way to becoming a pro bowl quarterback and it was a very serious injury with one of those injuries where eve very well could wash his leg. he now is back. Thank. God and he's playing again he seems to be playing well. McCaffrey being out of a little bit of a of a of a problem here. But in that division, I mean they're all you know stuff together outside of Atlanta you know two and one, one, one or two You see I could see Carolina and the right key case scenario kinda sneaking up and involving over these two teams especially if Brady's not brady and brees and breathe what do you think? I think it comes down to the defenses. I mean with the way that the Atlanta Defense has been playing and also the way that the Saints Defense has been playing I give the panthers a lot better chance than I did going into the season I mean that that's saints defense was atrocious. The last two weeks getting shredded by Derek Carr and the raiders, and then obviously Aaron Rodgers took it. To them pretty good too. So you know if if they don't figure something out on the defensive side of the ball and Atlanta and New Orleans Teddy Bridgewater can could maybe make them pay been impressed with the way. The panthers played I know that their records not where they want it to be but I think there's a lot of positives to take from their first three games of the Matt Rule Era. That's for sure Next, WE'VE GOT TAMPA BAY DENVER probably. The most. New England ish or the Patriot like. Game that Brady's had since he's been in that new uniform I mean three touchdown pass two, hundred, ninety, seven yards no interceptions. They win You Know Twenty eight to ten going away and it looks like the Jess Jeff Driscoll areas over ready with rapid being announced to be the starter this week But. More importantly Tampa. Bay..

The top waiver-wire pickups for Week 3 of fantasy football

"Tap waiver wire picked for me this week. Is going to be 40 Niners runningback Jerick. McKinnon makes sense. McKinnon is available currently in 73% of ESPN League, so widely available and with the most injury, coupled With Kevin Coleman also being gone for a couple of weeks. This seems like an opportunity for the big free agent signing for Kyle Shanahan Step up and have Ah productive week and at least for a couple of weeks. I think he's the at least for this week. I think he's definitely the best ad long term. Maybe not because most it will return. So if you're just looking for help for this week, maybe a couple of weeks. Jerick. McKinnon is your best bet this week on the planet Jets, other playing A. Who cares? The Giants there. Still, I stayed in New York and you look the Giants Steelers. The Bears have run the ball on the Giants, and they stayed in New York. They're playing the Giants, so I would think that that's they're going to try to ground and pound. This is saline advice is always from the update and grapple is positive, right? Like they think he's gonna play? Yes, Okay again, though, it's it's obviously Tuesday, so it's hard to say anything definitively. But my cannon is the top waiver wire pick up, especially If you're hurting at running back, and if you have sake one if he had most, sir, if you had McCaffrey, and now you're starting to Sergio. Look, Yorgos got to start Jamal Williams from crying out. I got Jamal waves in my story. You might be hitting your waiver wire to pick up Jack Kennedy on the can, For sure, he's gone in one of my All right. Who else? Hide Let me fire Rams running back. Donald Henderson was highly drafted. You have Malcolm Brown, who left last week's game with a finger injury, along with Who's the other Ocampa and left with a rib injury as well. So Darnell Henderson stepped in. I think I believe you had 80 total yards from scrimmage. So Donald Henderson is my second ad. He is available in 54% of leagues. 50 44. That's good Darnell game this week. Rams and Bill's about it to Owen omits to know that those of a good man, that's an exciting game. This's now I'll give you a couple of guys right here. One's more of a long term play. The other is going to be a better bet. Immediately, but probably not for the long term. Joshua Kelly, Los Angeles Chargers, he is it looks like he has stepped right into the Melvin Gordon roll from last season. Austin Heckler obviously, is the main running back that you want with the Chargers. Things were better. With Justin Herbert under center. It's undeniable. Tyrod Taylor comes back. I'm I'm not nearly as enthused, but I have a hard time believing Anthony Lynn is just going to give the ball back to Tyrod Taylor. If Justin Herbert continues to be productive, why

"Right exactly and we saw with San Francisco can do they just plug another team in their lives have your friend of Bill Belichick School of Management. Then we got Pittsburgh Houston Not. The greatest effort I mean Houston with maybe a little bit better. I'm really I Pittsburgh from what I saw the first week against a giant to this effort kind of a a bad effort I think what do you think? Well I was actually very impressed that the steelers were able to come back and win this game. At the end You Know James Connor came out rain for one hundred, nine yards and Put Him put them ahead with the go ahead touchdown midway through the fourth quarter. And I think that's big for the steelers I mean conner's men in and out of the lineup with injuries I. Think Ben Ben Rothlisberger Steel still kind of feeling his way back from you know missing almost the entire season last year but you know he's not throwing it to the other team he twenty three of thirty six to thirty, seven, two touchdowns and then they they they hit hard with the running game I mean James Connor. Had, eighteen carries McFarland had six carries for forty two yards. Benny Smell got seven carries I. mean they ran for one, hundred, sixty, nine and You know that's opposed to the Houston rushing attack, which finished the game with twenty nine yards and i. think that's where the game was. One was that the steelers could keep to Shawn. Watson off the field and held the ball for a lot more time and time of possession. Tell you. We keep coming back. That's that's our our our two words of the week for anybody out there the NFL code word running game runny you could win. It's true. If you look at all these games man look at WHO's winning in the end I. Mean I know that Dalvand Cook had one hundred and eighty yard game and and the Vikings still lost. But you know besides that these teams that are that are focusing on running the football and keeping the ball in their teams hands and keeping their defense off on the side resting. It's a recipe for success. Always has been. All right. We'll go to the Carolina. Panthers, the chargers game Justin Herbert in his first real start being looked at again three hundred, thirty yards td in an air separation. Teddy Bridgewater to thirty, five or one TA. You WanNa talk about this what the when you see in the Carolina game. Well you know bridgewater played better you know twenty to twenty eight that's pretty good percentage. No interceptions that was thing last week is that you know he threw two picks and they were both bad picks at bad times but the the panthers have played well you know except for last week they played pretty well the entire season those far I've been pretty impressed with a first time first year head coach in the way they played in and people. Are Not really talking about how Christian McCaffrey did not play in this game you know Chris McCaffrey laid up with an injury and they were still able to take care of business and beat the chargers even with just in Herbert having a pretty good game I thought he looked pretty good out there three hundred and thirty yards But you know the the panthers played well on Defense holding the chargers to sixteen points like they did and you know playing tough and bridgewater..

"I think that was right before the start of the season. Maybe so, we've seen a lot of these guys get paid. And then you just gotta hope that they're healthy, I think was Albert Brewer had tweeted put all the details out of all the next day in the off season, he goes before we comment on the deal's Let's see where we're at two years from now, Todd Gurley. Curly bill, even Nazis extension Because of the injuries that he suffered. So now his Christian McCaffrey get hurt. We'll see. Say Quan Barclay terrorist yesterday. Barclay knows a lot more significant. McCaffrey McCaffrey please come back this year with the ankle injury. Barclay season's over Here's his coach, Joe Judge and have a loss of state corn. Barclay really hurts the team. There's definitely some emotion attached to losing any player say Kwan's obviously no different. He's been voted captain of this team is very important to the team. He speaks for the team. Hey, always hold the best interest of the team first. Exemplifies what is to be a leader on off the field force. We're gonna miss having him on the grass or keeping involved as much we can go forward. That's thanks. Last year's You have such an exciting player and his career is just getting derailed right now because of injuries and also a very poor offensive line and a bad team in front of him. Let's go to Dan Quinn. A man of the hour yesterday. Big big lead in the fourth quarter. Brave You've seen this before. But this one I know. I know it can't be worse than 28 3. Nothing's worse than 28. 23 on a super ball is great for me, but terrible for Dan Quinn that day. To be up by that many points up against the Cowboys, and then to lose the game because your team doesn't know how to recover. Non psychic is absolutely embarrassing. So do they have a brain fart? Or they're just not know the rule that they can't touch the football if you're covering it. Before it goes 10 yards. Here's Dan Quinn saying that his team definitely knows the on site Pickerel. Generally on an onside kick. They're looking to get a block first. Then it goes. You know, the high hop goes to the next player, so When that instance happens, and it's not one that is a high hopper than you just transfer in and you go to your vault. But you're looking at your assignment first who you have to go block the ball and then your assignments. They definitely know the rule. That that's a garbage explanation. You have 39 24 late in the game. I'm looking at the photo right now is Arthur Blank told Sirius XMs radio. In my view, they didn't really understand what the rules were in exactly what they had to do. I think that's demonstrated when you watch the video of it when you watch the video of it. Have 12345 guys looking at a football how someone doesn't jump on that football and pounce on the football. It's it's unexplainable and Arthur Blank. You could only blame yourself because you kept Dan Quinn around and Dan Quinn coached teams. I don't know how to finish and they don't even know the rules of the game..

New York Giants Confirm Saquon Barkley Tore ACL, Out For The Season

"There are terrible injuries all over the NFL yesterday alone. Nick. Bosa. From the niners Saquon Barkley from the giants both suffered torn ACL statistics show that through two weeks nfl record twice as many significant injuries as last year. It's actually at least six players suffered a torn acl including just recently Seattle Seahawks linebacker Bruce Irvin Eleven, injuries to starters in the one o'clock games alone John Do you think these injuries have something to do with the fact that there were no preseason games. Well. For example, the Rams don't play any of their starters in preseason games I think is in the spirit of your question i. think it has something to do with no camp no real camp they kind of shotgun training camp and I don't know how you could make the opposite argument that it has nothing to do with it. I wouldn't tied to preseason games what I would do it to the fact that there was very little tackling. Yes in. The game started and the other thing is I know Kyle Shanahan the niners felt like the field wasn't ready like the field I think he played in the meadowlands and he's got play there again next week because he played the jets and now he's GonNa, play the giants. Players on both teams going down. So I don't necessarily think that the facilities were one hundred percent prepared either I think again, I think the spirit of your question is the fact that they fast tracked everything and started the season. Because of Covid is that having any do with the injuries I don't know how you could say it doesn't I think it has to yeah. I mean I I completely agree I mean between training camp and preseason games where guys at least get a sense for what they get a reminder of what getting hit is like. I think they're I think they would be better off. It is an extraordinary number of injuries and none worse than Christian McCaffrey who's gone for four to six weeks and his the stalwart of my fantasy team just loyal to John Ireland how about? Yeah. I cleaned your clock thinking Matt Ryan. But. How about how about Saquon out for the year? Yeah. Entirely out for the year Bosa gone for the with a tornado. And that means that the giants I. It might be a race between the giants and the jets who the worst team football is. The whole new. York City area has to just garbage football teams because the jets are a mess and now the giants have no running game. So it's going to have it's going to have after-effects. All these

"The bigger headline from NFL week to injuries done worse than Greg's forty niners. Jimmy Garoppolo the quarterback going to be out four to six weeks with an ankle sprain juice is really bad on defense nick. Bosa. Likely. Horn. Seal. That's the season ender Solomon Thomas. Knee injury as well. Running back Brahim. MOSTER. He left the game after an eighty yard nobody touched me touchdown. He left he left the game. He's believed to have a mild knee injury giants running back Saquon? Barkley has what is believed to be an ACL tear? He would be done for the season broncos quarterback drew lock shoulder injury cam acres of the rams rib injury packers, Davante Adams Hamstring Christian McCaffrey with left with an ankle. To Ankle, but one of them is hurt but the forty niners had saquon Barkley. Those are those are the season enders probably right there. So tough day. The Benefits of Vitamin B6

"Michael McCaffrey. So she wants a topic for this week. This week, we are talking about the benefits of Vitamin B. Six interesting. Yeah, I know there are eight different b-vitamins, but they each have they worked together as a group, but then they each have their own unique role in the body. So vitamin B. Six is one. Of those vitamins that is very crucial in the functioning of our immune systems It's it's important for the production of red blood cells, which is haemoglobin. It works in our liver to help us detoxify things and it's also important for our brain neurotransmitters in the brain. So it's a very important vitamins. Today wanted to talk about some of its benefits in its food sources. Right let's dig into this vitamin B. Six yeah. So how many bees are there? There are actually eight different B vitamins. Okay. So here comes a layman's question share there are. Many many other letters of the alphabet. Why are they? All these crammed into be? Is there a purpose for that as some kind of scientific thing for that or no? Well this is a good question. If we go all the way back to you know how vitamins were first discovered and then kind of isolated in the foods they they came up with You know like the first one was a so yeah we're using letters as the names for these vitamins and we're logical to me. But what happened with the bees was that I thought there was only one th one type of nutrient that was. A B. Vitamin and B vitamins have the. Distinct role in the body of helping to convert our macro nutrients and energy. So like it's it's what helps turn our carbs in our fat and proteins into energy within ourselves. Pretty important. So so it was I. thought that there was only one of those that did that and later it was discovered that there are more related ones relate and so they started nate numbering them you know one, two, three. Okay or What's really interesting is there's there's an today we know that there are eight different numbered. B.. Vitamins but they don't go in order like really weird. It's like you got be one B two and b three but then there's no vitamin B four and then it's b five and B six and b seven but no eight and there's nine but no ten or eleven, and then there's a twelve do they relate to something? Important or or or are they all over the place? Oh, well, they like I said, they work as a group all involved in energy production within the body but then they also have other roles like individually. So for an and so what happened with the numbering of the bees is just you know to fill fill out that story is that some of those ones like vitamin B. Four in vitamin B., not I'm I'm sorry V. Ten. Or Eleven th. It was later discovered that those were they were compounds that are needed in the body, but they're not necessarily a vitamin. So vitamins have a very specific definition that they Our Body can't make them on its own until we have to get them from foods and those particular compounds that were originally thought to be a vitamin and had been given a number for a be vitamin were later found that they actually are not. not necessarily only needed to be derived by foods at our body can actually make them on its own from other materials, and so they were you know no longer called vitamin before vitamin B. Ten and eleven. So they have different names vitamin before is now called Choline Oh shall. Be Four. But then it's not a vitamin because it's right. Exactly. So yeah very interesting. Little Vitamin B eight is now known as Inositol. which is a compound that it our body can make on its own. We can get it from foods as well, but it's just not considered a vitamin anymore or what about vitamin D? Vitamin D. now, that's an interesting one because yes, we can make it within our body completely completely within our bodies. So that's an interesting one because there is controversy around that whether is this actually a vitamin or is it hormone right? Because it has hormone like activity? So I am like The rabbit. Right. So anyway, tell us about vitamin B. Six. So Vitamin B. Six is if important, you know like I said in in energy production within the body, but it has these other roles and some of those roles are You know detoxification but specifically, the brain functioning this is really important because it's involved in the production of several different neurotransmitters in the brain Namely Dopamine Serotonin and something called Gaba is G. A. B. A. but that stands for Gamma buroric acid and these all require vitamin B. six in order to be formed in the brain. There they all help us feel better, they definitely do and here's one of the things is I think a lot of times when we speak of vitamins and I try to explain this in layman terms to people about what's going on in our body bodies like a big chemical reaction going on in there. But think of it more in terms of like maybe a recipe and maybe even specifically a baking recipe like cake or something that requires specific amounts of certain ingredients in. If you don't have enough of what you need that recipes, not gonNA turn out right? You know you might still get something, but it's not gonna be perfect, right? It's not going to get you what you really want. It's not gonNA taste the same and might not have the right texture Nov that. So if we don't have enough of a specific vitamin that does its particular roles in the body than the whole thing is impaired. So. Like if you don't have enough B six, you're not going to be producing enough

Algae Oil for Cooking?

"McCaffrey. So D-, what's the topic for this week? The topic for this week is. Culinary algae oil what is it and is it a good oil to cook with? Wow that's a new one. Now G oil. Yeah. I actually. This was somewhat new to me as well. I heard about it from a client as I often hear about new things. end. So piqued my interest because of course, I know about algae oil supplements for like a basically a plant source of the omega three fatty acids that we typically find in fish oil. And these are very important types of fatty acids for our brain and our overall health, and so I was thinking, okay. I know about that type of algae oil. But how do you? How could you have an algae oil that you could cook with because you would never want to cook with algae oil that has these very fragile Omega three fats in it because they would just burn up and turn around. Yeah. So I had to really kind of look around and and see what this algae culinary is all about. So there's a company called thrive and that's the name of the brand of the oil. It's called thrive algae culinary oil. And it's owned by a company in in the Netherlands. And so it they don't get their algae from the ocean like like the companies that make algae oil supplements do that type of algae is like marine phytoplankton type of algae, very high in Omega three fatty acids. This algae oil actually comes from an algae that grows on the bark of a chestnut tree in Germany one that's where they originally got their algae from. Now, they make it in these big. like. Steel that's very similar to making your. Yes and in fact, I believe I read somewhere that the company actually is housed in an old PABST blue ribbon factory, and they actually used the same fermenting bats. so they take this algae from a chestnut tree in Germany that's the original source of it. But now what they do is they can grow it now in there that and so they have sort of like a sustainable replenishable supply of this algae. So and they ferment it in the VATS and so during the fermentation process. What happens is they kind of feed a little bit of sugar in to get that fermentation started, and then the fermentation process turns the carbohydrate portion of this. Into oils and so then once they have their final fermented product that is rich in oils that press the oil out of the algae. And this oil is different from. Well, it's different from any other kind of algae. And and it is somewhat bioengineered which which I read is that they do they do add certain things together to make it so that it has a high percentage of mono unsaturated fats in which is the type of fat that's an olive oil and avocado oil. Only this algae oil has a much higher percentage of monounsaturated fats than any other plant oil. It's got like ninety percent of it is monounsaturated versus olive oil which has about seventy six percent monounsaturated so. Is this for would you treat it like olive oil when you cook or you treat it like something that can take a little higher heat? Well, the this one claims that it's great for high heat cooking because it has a smoking point of four, hundred, eighty, five degrees, which is really high and you know olive oils doesn't go that high come and so you know. So basically they have they've they've done this they said they've they've crossed bread. And otherwise. Genetically. Modified. Aspects of this algae to give it a high monounsaturated fat content. And then they you know. So they end up with an oil that has this high amount of monounsaturated. Therefore, it has a high amount of and has a high smoke point and one of the reasons. That you know they they talked about this smoke point in an oil comes from something called free fatty acids within the oil, which most of the fats in our diet, and especially even in our oils are in the form of what we call it triglycerides, which is basically three fatty acids attached to a glycerine molecule, and that's called a triglycerides and that's how most of our fouts exist in our foods a free fatty acid. Attached to a glacier all it's just kind of floating around in there and when you have free fatty acids in your oil as you're cooking it, those fatty acids start evaporating before the other oil components as it heats up and then that's what creates like these little soot particles and then eventually smoke. So

"mccaffrey" Discussed on Speak For Yourself with Cowherd & Whitlock

"Mccaffrey they're hearing. Is there? Kerry now the question is with more valuable? Now who's better and because the question is who is more valuable is the guy who had the individual success was the engine of their team and that translated into their team's success. And that's how I use the the materials to say that is Derrick Henry. Now I looked at our law breakdown of the numbers and we didn't talk about team success so much and obviously a team that goes to the AFC championship game on the back of their carry has an advantage over Christian McCaffrey. And they're five. Wins the Christian. Mccaffrey certainly did all he could. And he was amazing last year but they're cannery took it to another level whereas we didn't even have to fully respect what we were getting out of their passing. Game Ryan Tannehill and you still weren't able to slow down. Derek Harry so this is this a example of you. Take both of these guys resumes into the pawn shop last year and Chris. Mccaffrey is going to get you a lot back. But Derek here. We got you much more back in terms of what the team was looking for. So is there. Oh come all more sellers. No no no like the reason. It was so easy for Christian McCaffrey to get sixteen million is because he's in the company of legends. Is Gold Jacket Guy? When you look at it scrimmage yards in Very Sanders Russ in yours. The market sadness. I three years receiving yours the Marvin Harrison and more receptions than the Andrea Hopkins. The reason they were so quick to give out that money is because they can envision him standing on the steps of Ken and receiving a gold jacket for what he's accomplished. The Guy just win the thousand thousand club last year rushing and receiving yours. The reasons got his money is because he's a dominant player in the League and the Carolina Panthers certainly value and paying a guy yet is more than just a prototypical running back. Listen I think you make a great argument? I would disagree with it I really. I hate to play the fence here but I have to a little bit. It just depends on your style of offense and your team and your quarterback is who your head coach. Derek can reach playing for a Mike Gravel a defensive coach defensive-minded guy now Christian. Mccaffrey plane for Matt Rule. Because look what he did with Ron Rivera. Norv turner offense that was really trying to fix and trying to get the most out of Cam Newton now with Matt ruling this awhile earlier in the show. I compared this kind of like Dick for meal and Marshall. Faulk big meal and priest told now when you have offense minded head coach and you have a very versatile running back who can do all the Marshall. Faulk like things I think Christian. Mccaffrey will be just says valuable as their Henry. I can't just go to the one loss rare because I attribute their won loss record to the injuries Cam Newton and a defense that I don't think was as good as it. It needed to be. I can't put any of that on Christian McCaffrey. I think there's some equality here in the value of both if I had to flip a coin who's GonNa have a better two thousand and twenty season. I would probably lean toward Christian McCaffrey. But I think there's equal value here. I'm playing offense and I hate to do that. But but that's what I'm GONNA do Marcellus. I'm GONNA play defense. They're equal value but caffeine is going to have a better twenty twenty in my opinion man. You'RE GONNA rip your genes being on offense like. Let me tell you this if you look at if you look at what value is is price and work and look. We're not going to have a conversation about. Are they worth a lot to their teams? Yes one has a higher price tag than other go down. La But if you get Derrick Henry Eh. Cheaper calls to imprison McCaffrey. All of a sudden is value. Goes up because is price went down all topple all that. I'm not so certain that you're GONNA get more out of Christian. Mccaffrey hers the numbers. Because you got to remember. Everyone knows what's coming from both of these guys. But at least when you saw with Derrick Henry Knowles able to stop it this coming year with Christian. Mccaffrey is going to be the test to see if they can stop it. They got Teddy Bridgewater into building to take some of the pressure off him. But Darren can redid it last year and the transition of quarterbacks and when he really didn't have great quarterback play there was a takeout. Allen was playing adequate for Chris. Mccaffrey they look like they could make some noise. That quickly went south. So it's a lot more to prove what Christian McCaffrey doing. Twenty twenty versus dare carry was doing including the playoffs when we solve coming as still couldn't stop. He's unstoppable force arguably one of the best running backs and the national football league in terms of just being a blunt force trauma type producer. I'll ever hit marcellus where it hurts or when you were with the chargers you saw any towns in each and every week and Ladainian impact of the game not only as a runner but as a receiver from a defensive standpoint. It is hard to slow down someone like that. And when Jason Whitlock brings up freeze homes and Marshall Faulk. That's the that you have to Christian McCaffrey really. He's not a running back. He's a playmaker. He's an office of weapon. He so good catching the ball out of the backfield that you have to use nickel backs on them but he can run the ball against loaded boxes. They're a handful. The running backs in this league. Debtor these hybrid players that people falling in love with Christian. Mccaffrey got paid the next ones. That we'll see you get paid would be Amar Saquon Barkley right now. When you were running back you have to be able to do more. Christian. Mccaffrey just opened up the floodgates for running backs to start getting paid like they should be Bucky. Starting to win me over my sauce. I gotTA keep it real. What about where the NFL is about where the NFL is though? Because what I think. Derrick Henry is is an updated version of Jerome Bettis drawn. Marshall Faulk played at the same time Marshall Faulk was an MVP of the league at that time because of his versatility catching the ball out of the backfield running. Now put Marshall Faulk in this modern era and it's great dear camry is done but I think probably more sustainable Christian. Mccaffrey brings to the table in this modern. Nfl both of these. Got Teddy Bridgewater Ryan. Tannehill might be the same type people. What would what would be a better asset for Bridgewater Orion? Tanna hill a guy that can catch the ball out of back to make that kind of magic. Or is it a tank like Derrick? Henry I just think in this modern. Nfl Marcellus Web McCaffrey. Brings to the table. Is more sustainable. That's where the League is headed and is at right now. The the League headed the League already been near League. Did that before I.

"To cash. In last season Christian McCaffrey had the third most yards from scrimmage in NFL history. And now Kim. The panthers have agreed to a four year contract extension making him the highest paid running back in. Nfl history averaging sixteen million a year Shannon only appropriate. I asked You I well Christian. Mccaffrey live up to this new skill. The way I look at it like this. He's exceeded expectations of what people thought he would be. Because most people thought he was too small to run between the tackles and predominantly. That's where he runs now. He does have ability and elusiveness to get outside. He's a home run. Read each tremendously and the receiving game but skimp if you watch them in college you could tell that he could hold up because Stanford offense is it pro style up. And they run between the tackles. That's the exact same office that are Andrew Luck played in which made him so palatable because what is a pro style offense he takes us Napa part of the center so if he was prototypical Christian. Mccaffrey is everything you would want in a running back. Yes should only be two hundred twenty. But what can't he do at two? Oh five to seven thousand to twenty dollars. He can run the ball power. He have escape ability. He can catch the ball out of the backfield skill. When you perform as well as this young man has and you're not rewarded toil. What LONG-TERM DEAL. There's something seriously wrong with the system. There's something also wrong with the system skip. Is that every time you know all running back down to get drafted all the running backs devalue? It comes time for him to get paid all. The.

Falcons could field an offense with 11 first-round draft picks

"So we had a truck a couple of signings by the Atlanta Falcons over the weekend right to pick up tight end Hayden Hurst from the Baltimore Ravens and they also acquired look Kwan Treadwell a former number one pick for the Minnesota Vikings yeah as the Atlanta falcons roster currently stands right now on offense alone just on offense they have a Levin former first round picks all of these former first round picks quarterback Matt Ryan first round pick Todd Gurley who sign when he was released first round pick Julio Jones first round pick Calvin Ridley first round pick the Quantrill first round pick Hayden Hurst first round pick left tackle Jake Matthews first round pick left guard James carpenter first round pick center Alex Mack former first round pick Chris Lindstrom the right guard former first round pick and right tackle Caleb McGary also that he first started his first round eleven is incredible let them all eleven of them a former first round pick I mean there's no way that's ever happened before right I can't believe that what ever but here's the real question if you had to redraft everyone of these players how many would be former first rounder this okay because I think this is fair Lidstrom McGarry and carpenter I've always been really what one or two years no it's been really since two thousand eleven okay yeah so let's remind me Gerry I think you were taken off or taken them out yeah okay so all of the other nine how many would be redrafted as a first round what's what's going on it's not right absolutely no question that runs for Todd Gurley no yeah I I would say no I would sit well I would say no one quite frankly his a conversation about the value of the position in general could also affect the new with him that was the thing coming out of college yes I look he has fifty eight rushing touchdowns over his first whatever seasons and all the other ones are either in the hall of Famer going let me just say six are we saying first rounder today or go back to the beginning again it would re drawing back to the beginning again because I'm currently the way Todd Gurley came out I mean would you not still take him in the first one that's the question now right are you going to pay for that kind of production from a running back anymore we saw Christian McCaffrey Leonard for net like there's been plenty examples of even a legal or not re signing a big second contract drafting a great one of the first round can still benefit you a lot okay I'm just trying to get to it you know is that what they've done in their right career does that mean where are the first roll worthy to me the girly thing is to your point he had a knee injury coming out of college and right when they signed with the red sign that long term deal with they're trying they got out of now then he was going to be chronic so to me the top group member he was the first one that airports reset the market for running backs and it turned out no he just re establish the old line of thinking but that first three years of production would you that would you spend a first round pick on that because we saw that rand's office how much in common now it always goes like this with the running game but in combination with an offense of line that did really well what you brought into what worth over would you pay for that as the foundation of your off I'm beginning to go the Melkite around here that I'm not sure running back as well because Melvin Gordon was in that same draft and Melvin Gordon is on his team I got an extreme I think that's the biggest conversation we could take out of this is the running back position record number mellow one point eighty never take a running back in the first Rana I wonder for we're slowly but surely going back to it I mean there was a contract a couple years ago with the first running back off the board was late second round out of Tennessee and I think we're going back to that after a bevy running backs being taken so we were definitely in on Matt Ryan yes we're out on Todd Gurley a legit is amazing looking back at Todd Gurley's draft class there's not a lot of got like if you're talking about reworking the top ten Todd Gurley might be the most wealthy in that group maybe outside of Amari Cooper yeah we can we can have that discussion later because that's in it read graphic I think is always fast and you have to wait a certain amount of time Julio Jones know quite well right Calvin Ridley first round too early again I think it's too early last year what he had sixty three receptions okay just under nine hundred okay seven touchdowns I would mean he also can't account for how bad that team ask me yes or no right now I'd say yes but I still think it might be too early Hayden Hurst no not because look they they took marketers later in the draft in the third round he clearly became the tight end of Baltimore which made Hayden Hurst by the way has taken in the first row before Lamar Jackson R. Jackson for Lamar starting you know tight on that team right now marketers you said right Hayden Hurst also dealt with some injuries and stuff there too that's okay in perfect sample size and when you have a guy come on like marquetry who could predict that the way that offense ended up of what he was the Mackey award winner a what he was coming home with one truck will no no Jake Matthews yes I think so I think so I think so do not I meet yeah yeah I mean yes he's been there he's been there is a second contract I also wrote a like doesn't miss a lot of games he's he's dependable yeah I think that's what it our printer are probably not I mean he's he's been a guy that's been in the league for nine years now dependable guy but we're talking about first round right you know I mean when you're twenty four we'll talk about for sure we're talking about top ten picks like a lot yeah yeah yeah I I'd probably lean toward no on that as well yeah yeah Alex Mack yeah absolutely yeah yeah and then the other than what we remember and I think Lidstrom would be headed in that direction yeah kill the guy who's more reach last year get killed the one I have questions about obviously we know the health concerns that existed before the draft earning a hard issue that he had had to deal with early in this time oxygen so there's a lot to hash out with those two but just I mean blows off the page when you just read that number the every single hundred dinners with that crew yeah what eleven Ryan still got its still on that ride to reach for the paycheck first but everyone else has to at least go for their wallets and act like there's also a common I do with you know with my dad so you got rid you got Ridley help you got got this R. Ridley Hearst links from a Gerry all still on their rookie deals you know wrecked yeah everybody else is is all for them yeah if I'm looking at yes correct so yeah they're all fascinating eleven a former first rounders on

He leaves the League in almost every category except touchdowns behind only Erin Jones or the packers who had four against the cowboys yesterday the engineers is Christian McCaffrey the MVP right now and I think it's a race between he and Russell Wilson who would you like better Aw I think calf ris would win it right now if there was a vote because what he's doing is so unique a white running back this kind of dominant but Russell Wilson's on the better team and probably a bit more responsible for the seahawks being foreign one yeah I don't think mcaffrey is going to win it if the conversation was is he obesity balling out of control is he unstoppable yes yes yes is he gonNA win MVP hell no hell no supporter back award we know what the game is only four running back to one this and the last twenty years you know why because they look at for the next quarterback so tie goes to quarterback you see all that trepidation you were Russell Wilson Patrick Mahomes and then you say Chris McCaffrey he's GonNa lose by default because a position one too I don't think you can win..

"You gotta stay ahead of the game and and really <hes> you know. It's like a formula one car right. You're constantly tuning up. If there's one screw loose you gotta fix it now. You know you can't wait otherwise that's when stuff startling yourself. I've learned a lot in two years. I got a lotta great veterans on the team. <hes> you know guys like greg. Guys like cam guys like you luke who who do such a good job of taking care of themselves and they kinda when you see them do that as easy as a young guy to come through and start to copy some of the things they do in you know also do some of your own stuff. I remember a couple years ago. I was with <hes> in what i thought was his last year with the cowboys jason witten and sort of talking to him about i was with him for a day on a on a monday while that was sort of his repaired. It was during the season and he did this thing that i had never seen before that. I've now heard of it from a few players is cupping. You know where you know you basically get the suction and you know he had all these little circles all over his back in his legs and everything but it's like there is no horizon. It's almost always changing so is there. Is there a lot of new and interesting stuff fairly new that you do or do you find that you have found right now. What works for you and and you just do that well. I think it's a constant learning process. You know if we had it all figured out then everybody would have the answer but you know not only. Is it constantly learning. It's it's constantly trying to figure out what's best for you. You know some things might be better for is some bodies might respond to other bodies. <hes> you know it's it's the the beauty of football oh balls you got so many different shapes and sizes that <hes> you know i i in my personal opinion. I think there's nothing better than somebody who who knows how to manually treat you. You know there's a whole bunch onto machines out there that can help assist but but there's nothing like getting good you know somebody who really knows how to adjust a really knows how to how to do good soft tissue work and then you know all the other stuff are are kind of compliments to that. You know what i noticed like watching you at practice today. I and i said to does somebody. Christian mccaffrey doesn't look like he treats training camp is camp. It looks like he's playing a game. You know because you two. We're three times you outran guys on the defense which you might do anyway but i wondered do you. Do you ever play you play with the ball in your hand camp o._t. As anything where you're not treating it like it's a game. I hope not i mean i you know but did you feel that you feel yourself practicing in heart as hard and playing his heart as you would in a game absolutely yeah. I think you have to you know at this level. I take a lot a pride in practicing how i play. I'm a guy who i i love seeing live reps. I love seeing <hes> solid ball being played you know and there's there's nothing better than you know when you are in time during training camp when it's early nominee won't play for another month so getting these reps now me being able to to see it now full speed in kind of envisioned myself self doing the same thing in the game thing. That's how it translates. You know you gotta you gotta go hard in. I let my coaches dictate when they when they want to rest in win. Not <hes> but you know it's a hundred percent full speed. I once asked adrian peterson his <hes> philosophy the the moment the ball got in his hands and he said i run from color and i said you have to explain that he said well <hes> <hes> he was on the vikings then he said so. We're wearing purple. Probably the team that were playing is wearing white so i have it in my head that day..

"Well, he was outstanding last year, he had three hundred and twenty six touches one hundred seven of them were receptions. He had almost two thousand total yards thirteen touchdowns, third of his stole touches obviously, we're receptions, twenty three point three fantasy points per game in PR sixteen point six nine he was he was really, really good. And I think he's just gonna continue to get better. He's put on muscle this offseason if you've seen photos of him, he looks like the incredible hulk just a little bit shorter. And I think he's. There to also help take some pressure off of Cam Newton. Yeah. And McCaffrey was the number one running back in this format last year, he was third in non PR. He was first than PR now he played seventeen games but really barely played in week seventeen. He had five touches and forty total yards Jamie, the case against Christian McCaffrey. And by the way, I don't think that Jamie's Downer anybody making the case against we're not down on these guys, but just bring it up. Go ahead. Cannonballs outta shoulder. Well, the got will Greer. That there's gotta be more than that against Christian McCaffrey. Cannonballs outta shoulder. So let's say that I'll give a real season starts McCaffrey. Hurts his hamstring. I can give a real one Christian McCaffrey twist his ankle. Come on. Do you want to give the offense of line is not exactly? Great. And the passing game is missing a significant impact receiver not that they had a year ago. But still something that you can just say they're gonna focus on stopping the run. But I mean McCaffrey again like you said, we're nitpicking here. So there's not a lot to nitpick with this. It's there's one thing that would be nitpicking..

Then what I said, this is the year of I said what I said he said, I didn't want it to be public. That was this is this is a great, this is a Duffy award nominee a press conference of the year for him to say, basically, but I didn't want it to be public discourse. I wasn't supposed to get caught is basically what he said like I was trying to. Why was anyone listening to me is supposed to be an intimate moment between me and the referee where a calm a fucking disgrace. I just get that off my chest. And should I mentioned, by the way? It was my first technical of the year. His son also got teed up in this game. By the way, does not behavior. This is Larry the the McCaffrey's both got teed up in the game. How many times does that ever happen father? And I don't know. But I heard Christian McCaffrey was pretty at home as well. So everyone everyone in the McCaffrey clan was upset at this point. I liked that. He was direct. I liked it. He caught him. What he thought he was. And he wasn't alone on this week. We had Joe Dooley. At ECU the same thing thrown out of. Double tax, and he was saying in the first half that it was a close game in the scores. Forty five to thirty one. He was like we're in the game in the game. And they're cheat me out of this game these rests and the American Athletic Association or the American athletic conference whenever they want to call themselves. The as c they've had a lot of problems with officials taking a beating and he said he was tired of getting sand kicked in his face. So the officials just being mother apparently is as universal thing in college basketball, not only college basketball in Greek basketball. We're about to tell us to talk about the odor. Yeah. Sean Miller is taking notes on this. By the way. I did not want that to be public. I wanted it to be direct. He's this is this is great. This is great tips for Sean Miller about to get subpoenaed. And rightfully so. Because he's the smartest play on basketball. Will he be? Willing to take that type of step back for a guy that can Davis. "To see you christian mccaffrey good to see appreciable was different for you season to season one it looked like you're a little bit more in the flow of things this year to say the least yeah i would say lot slowed down for me i'll tell you what was tough was my my rookie year going into my rookie year because of the the rule where you can't participate in any team activities until your school technically graduates was tough so i got to experience the benefit of going through t._a.'s and going through different mini camps whereas my rookie i did and i tell you what that had a huge impact so that was one of the things where i i got more comfortable i got bigger i got faster got stronger and overall just felt better felt you know everything kinda slow down for me yet it looked it looked like they were just going to ride christian mccaffrey every single game it seemed like you were the focus with that be an accurate assessment of the oh yeah i mean i i would say i don't i wouldn't say you know going into the game we were we were planning on this or that i think some of the games ended up being that way i think some some also didn't and some other guy stepped up and you know we have such a talented team at the ball can really go anywhere when we're healthy when guys are feeling good we got a great team it's tough to win in the n._f._l. he saw that with us late in the stretch yes multiple games were losing by by six around her and despite all that were one game away from from being in the playoffs so definitely frustrating second half of the season but knowing that we got the guys we got the coaches in overall have have a great attitude in the locker room as something to look forward to in the future well it's also to see that you think that you have a great attitude that you get your game and anybody who does that has a horrible attitude hair chance of doing anything in the n._f._l. like most receptors by running back in a single season as you have so you're you're breaking that motivation yeah appreciate.

"Is the quarterback the McCaffrey. For the touchdown. Newsroom. The gun inside the fourteen year old up New Orleans. Shut down in three shotgun. Snap. Right on the side. Back and it was a play off. Look like. Intercepted in the end zone. They got a lot of yards. They've had a lot of rushing yards. Have had a lot of passing yards. Not specifically in this game against New Orleans. But over the course of the season they racked up a lot of yards. But lately, and I would say the biggest question Mark is Cam Newton shoulder and how much that's limiting him and whether or not they should have moved onto a different quarterback by now. But lately over the course of the six game losing skid the most that they've scored against any team is twenty seven and they've only been north of twenty points twice. So they in twenty-seven against the Seahawks. That was in Charlotte. They in twenty one on the road at Pittsburgh in a game in which they got demolished. Otherwise, you're talking about nine points here. Seventeen points their nineteen points here. And it's not like they aren't getting up and down the field. Think about what we've seen from Christian McCaffrey. Mccaffrey has got nearly a thousand yards rushing. And dish into that. He's got almost eight hundred yards receiving it's what an incredible campaign in his sophomore season. And it's a shame that they have to waste it. Mccaffrey, by the way, throwing his first NFL pass and it results in a touchdown. Yes. It does Kevin Harlan with that call on the Westwood One radio network. The trick play was the only touchdown for the Panthers at home on Monday night. But then Cam Newton intercepted by apple in the end zone. Ouch. That's a special kind of out a special kind of disappointment. It's after hours with Amy Lawrence here on CBS sports radio ads for the New Orleans Saints. Their offense wasn't pretty either. I don't either needs to be because as long as you come away with the win. That's what's most important. But I do think that creeping up on the playoffs. Now, we're two weeks away from the end of the the regular season. You want to be in some kind of a rhythm and groove. And that definitely was not the case for the saints and really this three week stretch for them going back to the Dallas game in which their offense was was a mess. The first half of the game against the bucks last week. They couldn't find any kind of groove second-half it kicked in. I think they scored twenty three points against the bucks to come back and win the NFC south and then in this game. They also had turnovers. They also had wasted opportunities. Drew Brees was not as accurate as what we've come to expect. They did ever rushing game. So they were able to rack up over one hundred fifty yards on the ground between Kamara and Ingram. And that was probably they're saving grace was the ball control. But you got a couple of uncharacteristic mistakes. Drew Brees one of which resulted in two points for the Panthers directly because it was one of those two point conversion attempts that got picked off. Just when you thought week fifteen couldn't get any offer. That's what we get on Monday night football. But you know, what maybe gets lost with the New Orleans Saints, and it shouldn't. That defense is now carrying its own weight. And in some cases is outperforming the offense over these last three weeks. I think you could say that the defense. Is performing at a better rate than what we've seen from drew Brees and the offense at least more consistent. And in the end money, I football the defense had to come up with one last stand noon in the gun three receivers, right McCaffrey is the tailback fakes the hand saints pressure. The sites are gonna win. It comes up again. Downs over at the thirty nine win this game at Carolina Zack.

"East coast he might be man nick wanna go on after he got a lot of attention he got a lot of attention and you know he probably got more attention than he deserved when he was a great player but he got so much attention features on him all the time you know they were looking for a different angle on you know what to do with christian mccaffrey and let's do his lovie pianoplaying yes last night i was wondering about the baseball game was great out here but it will push really late into the east coast time window but they don't really mind that be do they know eight pm so that's never gonna change for base i i don't know if they figured out when to start again in i hate when they started at nine even 830 but out here if you're just getting home it's five thirty when you still got to get home these dinner kids but a game is going on near still trying to figure out when to do it but i know that chris peterson in washington he said you know we don't wanna play night games now you are forcing us to play night games such a disadvantage force but that's prime time you know depending on what is storage that's west coast prime time does she know one play in the afternoon would you be okay with pushing baseball games up to seven eastern the first inning took 45 minutes last moments baseball it's just it's going to end it's going to be even slower in the postseason because look at all the pitching changes last night now that in every batter matters every one and that's why takes forever the impact showed brought to you by buffalo wild wings no better place to catch every story line this season packed with fans there to watch.

"Tell me which one of these rookies is most likely to have shoulders of greatness okay here you're choices carolina panthers runningback christian mccaffrey cleveland browns quarterback the sean and minnesota vikings excuse me and jacksonville jaguars running back leonard for an ongoing christian mccaffrey i had only cleveland has to go clean us to play pittsburgh i think it's a very tough ask because of quarterbacks going to do something as well but he's gonna probably mega keep you keep mistakes as a rookie christian mccaffrey is going to go have three or four big highlight plays the gets splashed on nfl dot com and sent out a thousand times in a billion tweets on twitter mccaffrey is going to come out looking good i don't durable by the way that marks pretending like he doesn't think the sean geysers gutting kaiser i'm glad he's starting i think he'll do some good things but it it pittsburgh and weak one ida too tough matchup for not a good i don't trust leonard for gnat right now either just because of that offensive line and he is a tough match up against houston yet defense so mccaffrey i think mccaffrey's the way to go on that i think he is the way to go mccaffrey could touch the ball fourtimes look like a god in everyone's happy well that's a good question what are you guys think from kathy's workload is this guy twenty touch a game guy immediately are they going to ease him into the often probably depends on who they're playing in the match up at i don't think you one week one that's what we're talking is not eased in at all i think that he wanted to a huge workload he's already showed in the preseason because we were he's everybody is on the bandwagon with him now so i just is there too much hype no none of us matter though i mean that is not little had nothing with how he performs so let's say that well i mean no i don't think the fact that wait a minute to many too many football analysts are excited about a player maybe he won't perform well it that that could happen but it's not linked to our our hype.
