"We were here so so that's hopefully give it a bit more of a consistent track surfaces well but now there's not really i mean they're not gonna catch williams has a very unlikely to score but the odd freak result that could end up finding themselves at the back of the at the back of the pack which would be an absolute disaster for the team. But it's just kind of a holding pattern. Get for the last six races china to embarrass themselves too much and then try again next year. That's it really what you're saying. Tom kinney's my outside favorite for the win. Really okay Ironed the last team on the grid. The has ferraris nineteenth and twentieth. Lost time out. Although the was the potential for schumacher may be finish a little bit higher than not. Was you know spinning like it was tacky last year. But yeah Is it going to be nineteenth and twentieth for the slowest car on the grid or is it going to be something surprising while my notes have got full words and they are they will be lost just the way it is has they would just be there. I mean mic might be able to pull something special out bag in qualifying and they might be sped all of the back row if someone fails in q. One and has a crash will something that they're going to need to be extremely lucky to get anything. Because this is a circuit sanctum. One has got a gotta bold downforce and change the direction secretary is gonna reward officials say lack of drag sector three is gonna reward traction and stability and they have none of them so they kind of up the creek without a without a battle is going to be a tough weekend. Expect to see. Mazza pins spin multiple times and then maybe even the the the shady move across the street at some point from as well. I mean it doesn't matter if it's the race lead or teammate. He'd takes no prisoners. So it's it's going to. It's going to be rough.

"Like. I couldn't believe that he was that fast. Close taking that angle. It was like the bravest overtake of the whole day. It was terrific and Yeah he had he had second place going around the outside of him that well are blocking radio taking up the inside of a leclair and it's it's on for the something magical about monzo in recent years we've gotten these weird winds right now. Zac brown's wet dream happening. Try peres tries. His luck on the clare at the same place but doesn't have quite the advantage into the chicane and has to bounce over the kerbs to take the position brundle immediately says that he'll have to give the place back and indeed the stewards agree handing peres a five second penalty for leaving the track and gaining an advantage. They do this in the sprint. He did he held onto it for like half a lap and back unlike the straight i wanna say and then just like regained. It got the tow and it took a pack. Yeah it was like what is maybe. This podcast is going on. We kind of get into it right now but we should talk about at some stage bush in particular his his weirdness with cutting corners like this has happened a couple of times in races where he's not giving places like this seems pretty cut and dry overseas. You can do it. Take the penalty and it doesn't matter right. that's true. This is not one of those times. Yeah no so mazza pin hit schumacher and spend him around so still happening in the house that that relationship is awesome like can only cool that garages but yeah no perez. I feel like the form hasn't great of late and there's been a bit of bad luck but also i sure am being reminded of the kind of like avoidable miscues that sort of marked his time with Racing point Because like this decision like both in the sprint. And then to push the luck on race day with the cutting the corner and gaining alaska advantage And then like when they give him the penalty horner was like i would have expected the stuarts to let me know it was an issue and michael. We we told you that they should probably consider giving that place back immediately. Right and so kind of avoidable errors. And i don't know i don't know these are pres- decisions or prizes just kind of like getting this corners wrong and the pit walls. Not being forceful enough with them. But like totally and a great example of his lack of a of his prickliness as a number two driver. As it were is unlocked forty-three batas overtaking for points. Like peres isn't isn't banking. The points team needs in a race in which to other drivers out. I will say there's not much you can do. Because this is the thing. Like red bull has a better allow necessarily mean what brought us overtaking him. I think that's going to happen in doing stuff. Like jumping curve on chicane where anything can happen positions. Yeah yeah ju just like just keep it keep it steady. No one forced air is don't get. Don't get a time penalty where you're gonna drop place at the end. Like just like keep keep it steady. He doesn't really quick thing for a brief moment. It was like hey is gonna win this race. But he had to go to the medium tires middle of all this and it was You know examine cutting his hair. You know you just gotta let power on the hearts. But man those those mediums Just sort of washed away in the final of this race. I don't know that anybody could have done to catch those mclaren's given how much time was less than how long it took him to clear. Peres but the mediums definitely did mark the end of his charge through the field. Yeah he does get by leclair with a decisive move around the outside of turn one after coming down. Start finish straight. But that's kind of it for his tires so the the the questions come down to well mclaren let norris who is faster by ricardo. Norris even comes over the radio asking like is this really. What's best for the team. They're like yes. Don't do anything stupid. And if that's the case if norris does hold station behind the slower ricardo will. He be compromised by peres or depot. Toss if bo can get by peres in the end though. Ricardo and norris fend off everyone. Botas stays within five seconds of paris. Take third place. Meaning ricardo wins his first grand prix. Since monaco two thousand eighteen he was with red bull and mclaren get their first win since twenty twelve. Is that right. Yeah how incredible redemptive ark. For both of them ricardo of course having jumped ship from red bull and mclaren having untold troubles with honda and renault engines and incredible podium daniel ricardo landau norris and valkyrie botas. Voiding shui at all costs once again. He's a pro shui avoid. He really is behind them just off the podium charlotte clare in fourth. Good race from him. Sergio perez and and carlos signs in sixth. I'm sure the ferraris would want to do much better at at monza. Certainly much better than the mclarens who. They are racing for third in the constructors championship. But still i guess. All things considered not a bad run lance stroll in seventh alonzo an eighth george russell and ninth esteban okon in tenth. And we've got nicholas latifi. Sebastian federal antonio juvenile robert commits a mic schumacher and then the not classifieds nikitas pin lewis hamilton mattress tap and gasoline and yuki sonoda also ricardo scored the fastest lap. Yeah also latifi was Qualified had russell. For the first time. Ever i believe and was in the points for most of this race until time caught up with the williams and also george russell. Yes and that was monza. Boy we are. We're getting late in the game here. So let's just jump right into news showy. We've got some more driver. Confirmations as mentioned as rumored alabama confirmed in at williams Will pair nicholas latifi next year. that also probably staying with esten martin The i think lawrence stroll has said like. Yeah we want federal so. We hope to sign him quickly. I guess that'll hold that for something. Don't really know what's up with that. The only one we have not yet confirmed is Nazi each kind of the one up in the air i think mc schumacher also has not been technically confirmed but we expect that to To also confirmed also. I wanted to point out that. I was wrong about russell's contract being one year. I didn't see any confirmations one way or the other so i just assumed it was one year but i i saw somewhere else that it was a long term contract. Okay these things are always kind of slippery so question marks but but it has not been definitively said that it is a one year does remind me one thing. Botas seems relaxed. Now that the uncertainty has lifted last couple races. And i do wonder like getting a multi year contract for change revenue. Doing this one year one year. One year thing with mercedes Does just the stability that he has to alpha Like load off than he expected are like the last weeks of your job. You don't get shit. I ever seen like beat like being afraid you're gonna fired. You're going to be fired bad knowing you ben fired but you gotta serve out of contract great rob you wanna give us a quick version of what you found about Aston martin here So they're building a massive new facility If you go back and you listen to beyond the grid that they had with half an hour like two years ago They were in the old jordan grand prix like facility and sapphire apparently like interviewed for a job in that building like twenty year. Twenty thirty years ago But that also means it was an antique It was like jordan was never a really like top-flight operation.

"We talked about carrots and sticks right. They're done with the carrots. Sticks are coming certainly seems that way. You're you're gonna change your mind or they're gonna change your mind for you one way or the other or else. They hope that the numbers will link always there. The orioles is always there well. That's that's government right. I mean that's what they do right so you can get vaccinated for a donut or you can get vaccinated to not lose your job or you can get back to not go to jail or for them to kill you on the street one where you might as well take the donut. Because at least you're getting something in that aspect of it. Well we'll see how this shakes out. Fewer individuals will leave. Hopefully maybe with a little luck. Some of those who have resigned will reconsider care told reporters. We are not alone. There are thousands of positions that are open north at the throughway. And now we have a challenge to work through you know with the vaccination mandates so thousands of positions already open and they're possibly losing roughly twenty seven percent of their staff. Nurses survive the original kovin. I know and that's and that's what i always say like. Last year i was good enough to work seventy hours a week with kovic positive patients with not even adequate amounts of p. p. e. and i was good enough then but now i'm you know some sort of scumbag for not wanting to get experimental gene therapy like now. I'm dangerous to society gore. When i was you know being thrown to the wolves in the covert units. You know i was good enough then but you know what changed. And it's the people who stayed at home on unemployment or you know working from home or whatever who have changed their tune where hero eighteen months ago but now you're scum exactly and it's all because of their fear that's what's motivating this. Yep and all fear change. It's not like covert got worse right. You could survive it back then with less than a mask and a lot of cases for the lack of pp at the time but see. They don't believe that they believe. Is this ultra deadly bug. That is just killing tens of thousands of people a day. They they have no idea what is actually about even these people who have had covert nineteen are still terrified of it but are you saying their belief got worse in the last year because they're in the beginning of drug in the beginning to believe was it's an ultra terrifying drug and you have to wear the mask right okay. So hospital workers short on mazza. What what can you do can't do it well. Covy patients still hospital right nurses on the front line right. They don't even have enough supplies. They're putting their lives on the line and they've survived. Yeah right and but covert hasn't gotten worse and now they're getting vitriol but they think it has because now they have all this propaganda by the delta variant. Which i still haven't even seen any evidence of i'm sure. The corona virus is constantly mutating as corona viruses do but sure as far as this deadlier or more viral strain of covert nineteen. I'm just not frequency. Is it worse than chinese. People getting yanked off the street or falling dead in the street because that was the video like week. One right. Remember that these people remember but yeah i remember like the piles of people. Or whatever like crazy apocalyptic type like propaganda they were spewing out and now barons worse than that. Because i don't. I don't see those videos anymore. Seems like it's getting easier. You can look. It's getting better. I don't know what was going on with those videos. but i've since decided that they were probably just hoaxes. i don't think or i don't know what they were videos up but who got scared everybody in the beginning. Now you're more scared than you were. Then come on. Come on man. But i don't know that they're more scared but they. They want to hold people to do what they want them to do that. That's a tireless separate issue right. Well they're they're using their fears their excuse i right because they're so afraid you have to inject this thing of your body. But that's that's what i'm saying if you are that scared right. You have to be that much more scared than you were in the beginning. When china's.

"Wait to see what the Taliban will do. Eight agencies allies, most of all Afghans, the first step Forming a government to start moving forward, at least to set from Kabul. On the diplomatic front, The U. S secretary of State and Defense secretary as well are going to be in Qatar today for talks with the government that has been a crucial channel of communication between the US and the Taliban, and where many thousands have been airlifted to The Americans have said that they managed to get four citizens out in the past few hours Overland. But there are many, many thousands of people still waiting to leave Hundreds who weren't able to get on flights out of Kabul airport before the U. S evacuation ended and troops left have been advised to go to Mazar e Sharif, where they have now spent days waiting for flights to leave in their situation. Is ticklish to say the least. We spoke to one The group of 700 several 100 sorry who are waiting to leave now? There are no names, no organizations. No possible identifies that we're using in the interview. The woman that we spoke to began by telling us how they ended up where they are in Mazza. Tried a lot when we were at the Kabul Also every day we were trying to get into the airport, but we can succeed because of the huge book crowd that all the gets most of them. People didn't have any documented. So they just went to the airport kit and waiting there stands at this. Uh, we are at Mazar e Sharif, our to mess around 600 people. Also we received the call from the State Department organizers and told us to catch the buses and come to my daughter shouted then they can Move us. So when we came here that day we start moving from Kabul. Mazar sherif, they said this night We will go to the airport when we reject massage. They said no. We can't go to the airport. We need to assess how we're every one day And today we are changing our places. Because over the first time when we arrived to mother we were at the wedding on hotel. So then the Taliban came there and arrest some people from our group. That's why we change our police. We went to the another wedding hall suit again. The Taliban came there and asking for, uh, some people. So Then again, we will change our place. And I think it's very dangerous for me for and for all of my friend and for all of the other families. They were here and they were working with the US send us and also UK juicing with the foreigners. And what is it that you're waiting for? You have documents to leave, Do you most of the people in your group? And there's hundreds of you. You have you have the valid documents to leave. So what are you waiting for? We have the valid document. But when? Every day they are saying us to wait that planets camp and they will get you out of Afghanistan. I think six plane is that the mother airport, but they don't have permission to follow. And also we don't have the permission to get into the airport. I don't know exactly what's going on. But if that they are saying the US is discussing with the Taliban, and they will allow you tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. This tomorrow past our eight this in Mazari Sharif, but nothing positive. But still we're waiting here. And do you have food and water? Is there any Is there anyone looking after you? How can you hide if there are hundreds of you? Where do you find food? Yeah, they are providing us food, water and everything. But our target is the our security. The Taliban news that we are here and they are coming and chicken every day. And that makes us very scary. Who is managing to get you food and looking after you and moving you around us State Department, don't you? Everything So they're providing food and everything class. My goodness. It sounds very dangerous for you at the moment. What happens when the Taliban come and find you? This is our big attention, And they were very worried about this. But I hope that the U. S sector department and the I think they're going on one dumb discussion and at that And better. I hope it gets some positive results, and we can get out from Afghanistan. Otherwise, maybe Something wrong will happen with this grew up with these people. Do you know other groups like yours elsewhere in in Afghanistan? Are there other groups of people connected with the international operation? Who are also trying to get out? As I heard from my friends? Uh, here in Missouri Shadow face the foot big group like us in different different places Who is in charge of your group. You say that the State Department but The Americans have no people in Afghanistan here is no one foreigner, but they're just a coordinated with some Afghan people. So they are taking the responsibilities and organizing thing every day. Everything in your group Is it? A mixed group of they are their families. Are there Children amongst the these hundreds of people, most of them was with their families. They have small Children here and also it's very difficult for them to manage with this situation in this crowd. Do you have access to news? Do you know, for example, that the secretary of state is in Qatar meeting the Qataris that diplomacy is going on. Exactly. I'm just hearing some news is for money of my friends. They were saying this is going on. This is going on and that's going on. But exactly I don't know what's going on with what? What will happen for the next this for us. They will take us out or the Taliban will do something wrong Cast with us. I really don't know and think There you are. We're not using her name for obvious reasons. She has documents to travel. There are planes, at least six of them waiting on the tarmac in the airport, but she's stuck part of a group of hundreds in Mazar e Sharif later. In the program. "I slid in between a few officers blocking the doorway. Our secret weapon was already starting to fade just over half the candles left. We need to hurry getting caught in the middle of a heist. Ina police department was a bad career. Move it was hard to not look at the statuesque cops with a medley of pity and apology. They can't see you frame humid as well. Just keep moving. Even if their eyes are open they aren't conscious in the state. But that won't last long so let's hurry. I think it's through here. Mazza made my way into evidence and unease. Settle within me. Something was here felt familiar but in a bad way all the more reason to make haste we rifled through the boxes and bags and storage until cordelia discovered something. Frankie got it. There's some other strange items in the same box scrub the whole box. Then we have less than half the candle left. What are you not kids up to. There wouldn't happen to be a key in that box. Endre was waiting in the shadows and it appeared. He was partially hindered by the hand of glory. Or whatever was left of it. This is the last thing i needed. He laboured forwards took all the strength to power through our enchanted item. Naturally i kept a wide berth as in stores the door cordelia was already in the hall. Frank cordelia go take the keys. Frank i thought we were the best of friends. Just tell me as a key in that box. It's all i'm here for. That just was not your experience. It really wasn't No i couldn't is almost like my body had forgotten how to shot down. It was almost like you know the physiological process. That makes you fall asleep. That had just gone. I didn't get sleepy. I was just exhausted on title. Twenty four hour spectrum. If that makes any sense to anybody. I mean i hope nobody has to go through this. Because it's it's almost beyond description. Rayleigh you were prescribed. Sleeping pills and tranquilizers That didn't work for you did it. No so i mean. I went to my gp after a couple of days. Because i mean. I think set two hours and thirty minutes my gp. He didn't even look up. He kind of wrote a prescription for is to mazza pam which actually they don't really prescribe much anymore so my gps she did the right thing. He stopped prescribing after a couple of weeks. But because i still wasn't sleeping. I was in touch with my doctor and then i got referred eventually to psychiatrist after about eight weeks and that's when it really started so i given enough that they could benzodiazepines this type of tranquilizer. So i was given something canasta pam which is related to volume And then you know. That didn't really walk where she worked to bid. It stopped working after a while. So then my doctor. Next time he opted double d than yet again over the phone Over the years different things were added in different antidepressants own. Off in our anti-psychotic i went. "So it's just another thing consider on here. So as investor need put down fifteen to twenty five percent as a house hacker the same zero five percent down options so this property overview. This is actually new billtown home that pressed in newbury purchased. I think back in september or so. It's near denver university. It's a three bedroom. Three point five bathroom layout and so all these new bill townhomes. Pretty cool The first garage Entryway and then bedroom with a second floor is kitchen. Living space living room third floor is like the basic to master bedroom's so every room has its own bathroom which rousey command more rent and help. If you're doing a room by room rentals well suppressed and got his for about five hundred sixty thousand dollars and then all of the same underwriting on here so as a twenty percent down landlord you'd be all in for about one hundred and nineteen as a house. Akra about forty three thousand dollars. Net a capri on this four point. Four percent the cash flow when you move out or as a landlord investors about five hundred five hundred dollars a year as a house. We've out about native thirteen dollars a year about native one hundred dollars a month so both of those are considered about a break even because we just have underwriting in here and to both of these do include a ten percent property management fee. Now let's talk about condos. Now condos are probably. The trickiest wind comes to financing for owner occupied house akers but they typically offer the highest cap rates as well the sweet spot for condos or three bedroom two bathroom places we buy majority and second areas like lakewood westminister and after that it's all over that but aurora is definitely the hot spot for condos. It's just a great rental market and a great price point as well and those kinds of need five thousand dollars or less of rent costs a lot of times. You know maybe a new furnace for some new windows or some handyman stuff very minimal so as a landlord just assume twenty five percent down. For thirty year fixed there are some weird underwriting rules railways that often can cause issues to make sure with a lender one like joe mazza knows. Hoa's because they help us win deals all the details but just assume a twenty five percent.

"It's the Minnesota Golden Gophers on home ice here in three and Marina Mariucci to once more take on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Game one was played last night. Frank Mazza co. Minnesota suffering A 32 loss after having two different leads in that game. Tough affair, T O lose, but some issues with that game last night, but I'm sure gonna be corrected for this rematch tonight. Yeah, I look at it as kind of Ah. Two headed coin. I'm not sure if that's the right word or not, but, you know, Hey, Notre Dame. Very good team always very difficult to play against the Minnesota not bring their best game on I So I think the combination of the two while the scar was closed, I don't know. There's one game where I don't think the store was closer than the game because Minnesota by my count, had Seven quality attempts over three periods. Not a lot. No, you would be jumping for joy if you had seven quality in one period, but to spread it out over three, that's not nearly enough. No, and I think that was part of it. You're gonna be talking to about Moscow about The need to get the fuck down deep in the zone and go after it. And the golfers just weren't able to do that. And then plus, which was most uncharacteristic for him that a real difficult time getting out of their own end, which they've done so very well through most of this season, and that's gonna be the challenge tonight. Some people will say Notre Dame plays a boring style way. Didn't necessarily think so. They've got some get up and go on this now. But they just don't make a whole lot of the stakes defensively, right And that that's a tribute to Jeff Jackson and the coaching staff from what they do with these guys. Yeah, I mean, let's face it. They got some really smart players who have bought into a system and they play it nearly flawlessly. And I you know again, I'm with you on this. I don't particularly, I mean there. They're not a razzle dazzle team right there, not a Penn State that will get to the top of the circle and start shooting, you know, or to the blue line and start shooting.

"Mid of fire is this is a time of year. We need some humidity in the year and some humidifiers have pads in them. And some require. I guess they all require some maintenance Phyllis in on that 100% I, You know, we just We have two kids still in college, and we drop both of them off their back, You know, hybrid, the teaching and the where they live in the dorms and the apartment. It's super dry. And so these portable humidifiers Thies electrostatic ones. Are really critical to the overall comfort inside the home and Where you're living or sleeping. Whatever those, though, when you filled with water, the base of it needs to be wiped out at least once a week. And even then disinfectant some type of disinfectant to kind of cleaning washing out or you could just use dish soap, you know, just don't want to submerge the part that gets plugged in. As far as your home humidifier. If you have a whole house humidifier, those have pads and that is an annual thing that needs to be replaced because it's basically like this metal mesh. It has a little bit of a coding on it. T actually slow the water down as it comes. The way these units work is there's a water line at the top. It cascades down almost like a waterfall. Mazza drain at the bottom, and then the as the furnace runs. It draws that moist air in and then circulates through the home. I cannot stress enough. How adding humidity when it's dry outside will improve the overall how you feel inside your home it is. It will make you feel more comfortable as far as the temperature to hold more heat, because when the dry air is there, your furnace runs more. And you know, as it pertains to this coronavirus, um having more humidity in the air is better than super dry air where the particles if there are any in there can can travel further. And again those filters. You don't recommend the one that's really cheap, but the next one up is okay, right? When we're talking about furnace filters. Absolutely. So this is you know if I ever walked into my hardware store, and I see somebody walking out with one of those 99 Cent filters, I will stop them and I go. Look, I'm not trying to just take your money. I go. But this you might as well just hand me the dollar because I can do a better job of filter in the air standing here in the store, then this thing will do in your home and so You know for for $4, or $5 to go with a regular pleated filter. It is so much better and gets a little bit more of an investment, but it's not a ton. I mean, if we're talking about for a season As opposed to spending, you know, $5 for five filters. You know, you may spend $25 for the pleated filters for the whole season, and you'll just feel so much better. I promise you Gonna change mine today. I bought on expensive one and they told me it's good for six months. But it's been about four months and it probably should be changed now, shouldn't it? Well, and then that's the kind of thing we were You and I spoke about this a few weeks ago. It really all depends on your home and what's in the air? You know if you're doing a lot of cooking that kind of stuff when you pull it out, pay attention to the color. Right if it was white, or, you know, kind of an off white going in the filter, and now you pull it out. It's gray or brown. Then it's clogged and then that furnace is working harder and it's really it's it is still capturing particulate through the air, but it's not allowing enough flow through the furnace and That's really critical to do as I don't have a problem with the really expensive ones because they do a really good job. It's just that it's more of an investment. You have toe you have toe replace them more often. How was the new early start time for you going on Saturday? It's a piece of cake. It's so Yeah, I mean it Z, You know, I still have that moment where you know you wake up. You don't know where you are. But other than that, it's fine. And we've been getting lots of calls and It's been It's been a lot of fun. T o share even more. And we're you know, one of the things that I started doing to that in kind of a no managed to orient is I thought cash. We have so many Farmers that listen to WGN Early in the morning, and now with, you know, orient, not being around. I started to do these farm stories. And so you know, a little. A little nod to your old your old colleague Larry Loo, Jack. You know animal stories, but they're not that they're kind of Inspiring stories that happened on the farm and what people are doing. And actually, my my daughter, Carmen is a Ah how struggling writer and so she is writing them for me and doing the research. 3 Signs of Deviant Benzo Prescribing
"A group of French psychiatrist released two papers this month that looked at how often physicians prescribe benzodiazepines and hypnotic in ways that deviate from the guidelines. The result twenty to thirty percent of those prescriptions deviated, and the rate was even higher in chronic medical and psychiatric disorders, forty five to sixty eight percent. But what I found most useful in this paper was the definition of deviation based it on French guidelines, and whether you agree with them or not. I think it's aluminum for all of us to think about these guidelines, and how often were off the mark? Here are three qualities of deviant benzoate prescribing. One duration prescribing benzoate for longer than one month when used for sleep or longer than three months when used for anxiety. To half-life prescribing benzes with a half life longer than twenty hours in people who are over aged seventy, five or people who are over aged, sixty five, and have two or more active medical problems. Or over age, sixty five and taking five or more medications, so which bends does have a long half-life that would be die as a Pam Valium Kloner Pamplona. Pin Arousa. transgene clorox supplied librium, one of the longest half-lives quasi-penal Doro and arguably praise lamb xanax. Three, prescribing, two or more ben does at the same time. So how justified these guidelines! I agree with the one about the long half-life those do increase the risk of falls memory problems as well as the overdose risk when used with opioids, a short half life benzoate like Morozov Pam Outta van to Mazza, Pam restaurant will or one of the safest oxy's Pam Sarah is preferable particularly in the elderly, and while short term use of benzodiazepines ideal. There's at least one disorder where long term use. Use is acceptable. That's panic disorder panic. Disorder is where Benzodiazepines have the best evidence and two are FDA approved there. Unfortunately, they kind of have a long half Life Plaza Pam and I'll praise lamb, generalized anxiety, disorder and social anxiety disorder are close seconds when it comes to the best evidence for using benzes in anxiety disorders. They are controversial in PTSD and they don't work in OCD. Which is no longer classified as an anxiety disorder.
