Giuliani won't represent Trump at Senate impeachment trial

It also says there's frustration over his decision to discuss Trump's possible Senate trial during a TV interview.

"What was that sedition when they tried to when they tried to have this kind of debate over bush in In two thousand bush two thousand and four overrated over trump the first time so we're just doing what they did except they had no evidence. We have the kind of evidence that i find stronger than when i prosecuted cases. Us attorney very powerful evidence. Some things on television truck. We can prove georgia. We can prove he won georgia and we can put it on television and show you. We can show you them counting thirty thousand illegal ballots. Nobody was present and then turning thirty thousand one hundred thirty eight thousand because they counted them multiple times. We have to print out and the film that that should decide georgia without anything else. Yeah and the the amount and we're supposed to give up that challenge. I'm supposed to say. Oh have georgia. Even though i have on television you stole the hundred and thirty thousand votes georgia which made which means trump one hundred. Send out so mr mayor. Can you tell us why. The state legislatures have been so kind of inactive on this. they have so much power A lot of did not even call special sessions in december arizona for example where we are right now. The leader of the arizona house has been totally feckless horrible. Y y is name. Brady bowers something. Yeah yeah yeah. He may be the sole reason along with the governor who should join another political party racan. Who is a disgrace. I mean the reality is such a good and bad. The state legislatures of the only places that gave us a here with the younger members who are very strong loyal republicans and put the constitution. I so we we have the reason we got all. This evidence out is because of michigan Georgia arizona legislature has been has been terrific. Actually got the evidence that i know it because i followed arizona and georgia the most just a few votes away from decertify or maybe even certified in each case. It's the leadership that are being cowards. Including in pennsylvania they are the two leaders of the house in the senate are blocking what could be a majority to really qualify at trump. Because they have the evidence he won pennsylvania. Over four hundred thousand there was not even cokes. It's disgraceful to doing a pennsylvania. He has the votes. It just has to leaders or affray and it stands to reason. Trolley the leaders get into the establishment. They make deals making deals with democrats all the time and they can deal businesses all the time. I think you get a much purer read..

"This is so confusing rather than make your decision. I am going to just take these. I'm gonna certify these votes. He could even do it more. Generally those six states also didn't follow their own law in a in a very very dramatic way the legislature sets the law for example. You must be able to observe every singer well in pennsylvania. They didn't observe six hundred thousand signatures on purpose Same thing in georgia. The secretary of state made a deal with stacey abrams that they gonna particularly look at all. The suggests actually illegal so before you even get to. Who won who lost. He could say in these states. The election was conducted illegally in these six. Therefore i'm throwing their votes there. They're going to be not certify. That would leave. If i'm correct. That would leave trump to thirty three And it would put biden about two thirty. nobody has a majority. It immediately goes to the house presenters in that case now so representatives. We have a three four vote advantage because you've get one single vote delegation so we have twenty six twenty seven delegations they have to balance. So that's that that is a very very strong possibility. Absolutely and so Can you also walk our listeners. Through exactly what we can expect with these objections. There's a lot of uncertainty. Do they not uncertainty. There's a lot of people that are just looking for clarity Do is it with two hours of debate per objection. Then go to roll call votes. How does exactly that work. It really depends on what the vice president decides. It's the vice president who decides he's going to follow the The guidance of the statute and he would have two hours of debate. And it happens after so arizona comes up. We have a senator and a congressman who objects arizona. You have to have both the senator congressman object. Once that happens doesn't matter how good a bed the objection is they have to go into separate chambers so basically the senate goes back to the senate and they both debate for two hours and then they come back and report their vote and the vice credit. I mean obviously vote. Shame wage fine. They voting conflict. Well then the vice president can clearly decide. And and if he doesn't agree he should be able under the twelfth amendment to make his own determination But in any event the way it will work for the audiences if it works under the rules while we're going to have the to our debates should happen right away because arezzo comes up right away. Minuted comes up. A republican senator. Republican republican congressman will object that triggers a two hour debate. Then you move on the next state to comes up where. There's objected debate next debate..

"Remember. I can't remember. I can read about is in one thousand nine hundred sixty kennedy and nixon were very close in hawaii. Nixon one hawaii on election day. Nixon one hawaii on the reach on the original recap so when the electoral college vote the met. They voted for nixon. Kennedy's people held a separate session with their own electors and submitted their names on december. Twenty ninth i knew recount determined that kennedy in one by twenty votes or something so now both come before the president of the senate president of the senate was richard nixon and nixon selected kennedy whereas jefferson selected himself. But there may be a reason for that. It wasn't the deciding vote had nixon taken. Hawaii would've loss by thirty forty electoral votes. So we don't know the exact but it does show a consistent practice even after the new statue where the vice president makes those choices not as vice president but as president of the. He's the presiding officer so he generally the providing of settles disputes like this you got to contesting groups. The proper electricity to the proper electors very often. The chair will make that position. And that's spend the practice. i believe. Atoms did it shepardson. Did nixon did it. So this would not be the first time. Mike pence decides to take that course of action well and in addition in eighteen. Seventy six with president hayes versus samuel. Tilden be house in. The senate could not agree on certification of the electoral college of results. I in eighteen seventy six. The great compromise of the great bargain guys doshi aid and reconstruction unfortunately ended for republican president by one electoral vote. So i i'm of the opinion on an based on all the readings i've done and also other constitutional scholars that have written on this because the supreme court has yet to decide that the president of the senate can say look. I'm not going to necessarily put these results in the president's category. I'm just going to say. I will not certify or count Results that are such you know in hot hot contention. A what states would those be. And is this something that is still is being discussed around that kind of stress. Of course. that's a very very very active possibility or the right way to discuss it but could easily. They could make that decision without would be at least six stage where there is a dispute where the range is hundred thousands of oaks. I mean it's not a small little dispute. It's a determinative number in other words in each one of those states. If you if you credit the evidence that we have then then trump would have won the state and not by the little margins that biden. What for example in pennsylvania our calculation is that we can prove as they won by about four hundred thousand by wanna by eighty five thousand with immediately six hundred thousand of those votes being illegal because they were counted secretly. And that's illegal under anybody's law. So so what he's going to have is is going to have the biden. Vote going to have all the evidence supporting the trump vote which in each case has trump ahead of biden. Pretty much my over one hundred thousand he could easily say.

Usa he will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries destroyed lives and we are going to fight for freedom campuses across the country. That's why we are here. Welcome everybody to this episode of the charlie kirk show a flash update and with a little bit of sense of urgency with america's mayor. Mr mayor himself rudy giuliani rudy. Welcome back to charlie kirk show. Oh always a pleasure. I love listener. Jean i look talking to you even more. Thank you. so we're kind of talking before we started here. You said ron the five yard line you have a couple of constitutional professors that are going through theories of what the vice president the president of the senate can and cannot do. Give us an update. Well i mean the the the the the fact is you have a you have a constitutional provision on the electoral college. Then it got changed by the twelfth amendment because of the confusion in the election of eighteen hundred when jefferson thought he was elected president and bar was supposed to be vice president but had the same vote and burr challenged him and eventually jackson became president and the interesting thing to know is he selected himself president. He was vice president of the time. He was the mike pence of his day. There was a dispute who's about georgian. Georgia had voted in one case for burke in one case for jefferson different electors. Jackson said i make the decision as the president of the senate. Basically i picked me Which is precedent for vice president making the choices with regard or ruling on disputes. Then you have a statute was passed in seventeen eighty eight. I believe it was about that time and it changes to procedures. Quite a bit problem with the statute is it. Takes power away from the house of representatives that is exclusively supposed to choose the president if there's a problem with the electoral college and it shares that powell with the senate and it also takes power away from the state legislatures So our best legal opinion on that is that's unconstitutional. It's been debated for over one hundred years as to whether it's unconstitutional. It's never been challenged in court so it's an open question for the court so the issue is which way do we proceed. We proceed under the unconstitutional statute. What are we go back to the original twelfth amendment. It seems to me and the president hasn't made this decision it and the professors little dispute but it seems to me that better practice is to do under the constitution that the you know for sure that that's the precision when congress changed it and.

Rudy Giuliani joins Trump campaign's sputtering legal effort in Pennsylvania
"We've got a lawsuit underway being heard right now in federal court Secretary of State wants the court to throw it out there in Pennsylvania. This lawsuit filed by the president's campaign and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani is representing the campaign in court today, Let's get more from the A. P S. Jennifer King in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. There's a hearing on the Trump campaign's federal lawsuit. They're seeking to prevent certification of state voting results that gave President elect Joe Biden Pennsylvania's 20 electoral votes. The lawsuits. Seeks to start Pennsylvania election officials and election boards in seven counties from county absentee and mail in ballots that the Republican president's campaign claims were improperly permitted to be cured. Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Book Bar has asked to have the lawsuit thrown out, calling the allegations at best garden variety irregularities. The Trump campaign's legal team has been in turmoil. Pittsburgh lawyers dropped out on Friday. Three other lawyers with true and the new attorney that stepped in on Monday was denied his request for a delay. I'm Jennifer
Trump's election legal strategy
"Race slips further away from President Trump and key battleground states, he's made it clear that he's not planning on conceding yet in a tweet, the president said Joe Biden should not wrongfully claimed the office of the president. I could make that claim. Also, legal proceedings are just now beginning. Trump team is challenging vote counts in the key states of Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Michigan. What are his justifications for doing so? And will he be successful? Jennifer Jennifer Curren's is a Republican strategist and former assistant secretary of state in California. So I asked her who has won the election in her opinion. That remains to be seen. Donald Trump had won. Florida, Ohio, Texas looked like he was winning Georgia, North Carolina and had been listed by all TV networks as leaning red in Pennsylvania. And then suddenly you wake up in the morning after and you find out that some of this had flipped over night. We have seen some anomalies here in the states. Just in the last 24 hours. You have nearly 4000 people in the critical state of Nevada described and listed on devoted roles as dead as having voted. So who won? I don't think we'll know until probably early December much in the way that we did not know who won the 2000 election until December. 12 of 2020, I think will be about that same time period. I mean, there has been a history of votes being Challenge. We already are heading to a recount in Georgia. We know that Donald Trump has launched several lawsuits. Do you feel that the Trump team is really not getting the legal do they deserve? I think it's a process that needs to be worked through. And in fact, I've been telling folks who've been calling me all day today in the last few days. That this is going to be like a game of tug of war. I don't know if you have that overseas, but one day you win a little. Then the next day, you have to give a little. Then the next day, you win again. And then next day, you have a setback. And I think we're going to go through that frustrating process as Republicans over the next several days, perhaps even the next 234 weeks, But I do think that the Trump legal team was prepared for this and I can tell you why I was with a Top member of Mayor Rudy Giuliani team on Sunday, and he said he was not returning to New York City that he was actually going straight to the White House and that they had told him he would not be going home again until December. 19th so that tells me even before the polls closed on Tuesday, the Trump campaign was expecting. That this might be an issue that the ballot security might be an issue in this country, and they're prepared for that. If there's a challenge here to be done, Mayor Rudy Giuliani is on top of it, as are the 1200 lawyers. Now that air out on behalf of the Trump team, Jennifer, do you accept that there are some allegations that have been swirling around social media that have now been debunked? For example, the idea of ballot stuffing there was a video circulating claimed to show ballot stuffing. In Michigan. It was later shown that that video was shot in Russia. You mentioned the allegations of dead residents being allowed to vote in Nevada. Can you accept that Some of the information that is circulating has now been shown to be false? Sure it's interesting. You say that I actually asked friends of mine. I said, please stop posting on my Facebook while any video that you did not take yourself or you do not know who took it because I do think that a I is a problem. You know those videos that are matched up with different audio, So I'm very skeptical myself. I've been a fact checker at Fox News for presidential debate. So my standard is probably as high as yours. Is there at the BBC, But look, I also know people that I've known for 20 years. That said that they're dead. Grandmother got ballots, and they took the ballot to the polling place because they were concerned, and they saw that their dead grandmother in Las Vegas, Nevada in Clark County had actually voted in this election, and she'd been gone since seven years ago. So there are enough stories out there that I think we need to make sure that the count is accurate, and we need to make sure that every person who cast a ballot did so legally. If Joe Biden wins is shown to be the legitimate winner, do you think that Donald Trump Step down gracefully. I D'oh D'oh! Look, Donald Trump is the businessmen. He's lived his whole life. He's had losses before in his life. He's had a couple of divorces where he didn't come out the winner and those either. I think that he will and I have confidence that he will. However, I do think that Donald Trump is going to want at fair adjudication. And make sure that every legal vote that counted is counted and that votes that may have come in after that legal deadline may be seen with the most scrutiny. But I do think ultimately in the end. If he did not win, he will take his lumps and move forward.
Trump campaign sues over ballot counting
"In Pennsylvania despite pallets ballot still being counted. Joe Biden insists that every vote must be counted the latest now on the decision of election 2020. With Brian Shock, Joe Biden is inching closer to securing the 270 electoral votes needed to win the presidency, NBC News projects He's at 253 after picking up Michigan and Wisconsin today, But President Trump isn't letting those states go. His campaign is suing over vote counting, including in Pennsylvania. Every vote must be counted those words again today from Joe Biden during an address to the nation. He's confident that, after all is said and done, he'll emerge victorious. Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi is joining the Trump campaign's attempt to stop what they call massive cheating in the vote count in Pennsylvania. Every vote as mayor, Giuliani said in every state must be counted fairly. Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani alleges massive voter fraud is underway and he is filing lawsuits in state and federal courts. This has been an NBC News radio Special report.
Pro-Trump rally in New York City leads to violent clashes
"March in motorcade in support of President Trump turned violent in the city this past weekend. Fox's Carley Shimkus has more. Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani Claims Hunter Biden's Laptop Has Photos Of Underage Girls
"Mr. Mayor. Rudy Giuliani joins me now, Mr Mary, how you doing this morning? I'm doing Well, how are you? I'm great. I'm excited. Too weak from today. I think we're going to find out. Trump won Maybe even the night before that to be nice. You have made some news, sir. All these stories coming out now about 100 biting hard drive. Email. Democrats have never job. I never denied these. Amy. These e mails were fake. Never said they're fake blah, blah, blah. But you you made the amount you'd explain it that there are now and I don't get this wrong. Photos of underage girls. Maybe naked girls underage on Hunter Biden's hard drive and now an FBI agent that signed a subpoena to take the hard drive, actually, ah focuses and investigates crimes committed against Children. So this is a big deal. Explain what you have so far. Well, there's only a certain that I can explain properly. Ah! I was given the hard drive. By my attorney who got it from the man who was repairing it, and after a long period of time, opened it up, looked at it and basically found evidence. Criminality with regard to Ukraine and China. Basically, there are Very, very clear statements on there. That the money that Hunter Biden was collecting from Ukraine, China Russia. Kazakhstan, Romania. That he was sharing a Toledo had with his father. Even during the time his father was vice president. Which would take this from a conflict of interest case. You a straight out really, really serious bribery case. And those those 100 Biden's words. In a text. You a relative. Complaining about the half that he has to give his father Is also a document there. In which tent in which the Bidens the Biden family meeting, Hunter is on his uncle. Go into business with three major Chinese communist members of Chinese organized crime. Very dangerous people, one of whom is and killed subsequently executed. Uh, and it's a deal where they get $10 million a year. 50% of the profits for making introductions. And Hunter gets a million dollars up front from the Chinese Communist. They also set up the office together. However, when you find the secret document, which is in the in the hard drive, there's a secret document that includes an additional part. It isn't in the official papers. The additional partner gets 10%. Off the overall deal. Then, according to 100 texts, actually gets 50% of what everybody else gets. Oh, he's getting a big chunk. The additional partner is described as 10% for the big guy. I'm reading from the text right now. 10% for the big guy. So now you have to figure out who is the big guy. Go. Pages later, or two Text later. Hunter. Biden is asking for teas for the new office, the first key that he asked for the job, but The second key for Jill. Bye. So he's gonna be in this office of this partnership between the Biden family. In the Chinese communist government, the name of the businesses Hudson West or something. And And finally Now I've been to anonymous Forces What's called who were involved in this deal who have identified the big guy as Joe Biden. And one of them is on the verge of becoming public. I know who they are not at liberty to give you their names, but they have been made known to the FBI and have given statements to the FBI. So basically Basically Basically what you have. Is, um Clear evidence that Biden I was involved. In massive bribery. I think I think it's described this 30 30 years 30 years of bribery, described his people. In the text messages are incredible, breathtaking crimes. In addition to it, there's a photograph section 28 to 29,000 photos that many of them harmless. Some of which Pornographic. Some of which could be described as perverted. And then there was some That, in the words of Hunter Biden's words and the way he describes his activities. Reconstitute. Um, danger to Children. So it was submitted to the Delaware police. Buy me and former Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik. Them to analyze and determine what what exactly is this? There are Pictures of young girls cannot describe exactly how they dressed. But In a way that would be a matter of concern. And there are texts. In which he admits that he's a danger to Children. And then their attacks that make allegations about him that he denies. Even though he admits he's a danger. The Children he denies having taken his clothes off in front of them. Or having face time. The nude. Psychiatrist or one of the young girls since that he did that.
Free speech and the struggle against misinformation ahead of 2020 election
"Last week, The New York Post published a potentially damaging story about Hunter Biden, son of the Democratic presidential nominee. Based on emails, The Post said, were provided by former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and originally harvested from a laptop computer left in a Delaware repair shop. There were enough questions about the authenticity of the emails that most mainstream media declined to publish the story, but it's the kind of content that Khun spread like wildfire on Social media. In a remarkable move Twitter on Wednesday Band users from sharing links to the story because it said the emails may have been hacked and contained private information. It reversed course two days later after Republicans accused Twitter of censorship. But the episode illustrates a question our guest, Emily Bazelon, has been thinking about in an age when questionable, Perhaps even fabricated content can sweep through the digital world unchecked. Does our traditional commitment to unfettered free speech still serve democracy. And the cover story for this week's New York Times Magazine, Basil on surveys the impact that lies and conspiracy theories sometimes promoted by foreign actors can have on our political discourse. And she explores how other countries think differently about free speech and its relationship to a healthy democracy. Emily Bazelon is a graduate of the Yale Law School and a journalist. She's a staff writer for the New York Times Magazine and the Truman Capote fellow for Creative Writing at Yale Law School. She's also the author of two books. She joins us from her home in New Haven, Connecticut. Emily Bazelon welcome back to fresh air. Thanks so much for having me you open your piece with a story that began making the rounds some months back, among right wing voices on the Internet that there was a plan by the forces of Joe Biden to stage a coup to take over the government in connection with the November election. First of all, what was the basis of this claim? Great. So this is ahh concocted claim and the sort of colonel at the center of it was a project called the Transition Integrity Project, a group of about 100 academics and journalists and pollsters and former government officials and former campaign the staff staffers. They started meeting over the summer to kind of game out various scenarios for the November election, and so they were basically testing American democracy in the event that President Trump wins in the event that vice President Biden winds To see in various scenario is what could happen. And in the event, there's a contestant result in a long, nasty count. Yes, exactly especially in the event if there's a contestant result in litigation and other possibilities, and so in one of their several scenarios, Biden wins the popular vote but loses the Electoral College. And so in that hypothetical case they imagined the Democrats would get desperate. And they might consider encouraging California and the Pacific Northwest to threaten to secede in exchange for pressuring Republicans to expand the size of the Senate. So Rosa Brooks, who was one of the organizers of this project, She's a law professor at Georgetown. She published an essay where she mentioned this threat to succeed in one sentence in an essay in The Washington Post. On the next day, you see someone named Michael Anton's, a former national security adviser to President Trump. He has an article called The Coming CU Question. Mark and based on Rosa Brooks is characterization of what the transition integrity project was doing. He starts saying that Democrats are laying the groundwork for a revolution and then you see that article take off in extremist online communities. There is AH podcast maker named Dan Bongino, who's a big trump supporter. He makes videos about it. One of them has the tag. They are telling you what they are going to do exclamation point his videos pull in millions of views. Then you see the story. My great toe, a right wing website called Revolver News Revolver. News starts to spin up the idea that Norm Eisen, who participated in the transition Integrity project and is a longtime Democratic lawyer in Washington. That he's at the center of this supposed coup. And from there, Tucker Carlson feature someone talking about this concocted made up story on his show. And then you see it just go viral on social media and get picked up by lots of groups, including, like a county Republican organization in Oregon, So it is Perfect kind of story because it pulls in both traditional media in the form of Fox and also social media. And then you see President Trump get involved. He tweets in praise of Revolver news, and then he tweets quote the November 3rd election result may never be accurately determined, which is what some want. And that's a kind of typical dark, slightly vague, foreboding kind of warning from President Trump that further perpetuates this coup narrative. And then Trump later retreat. Someone talking about a coup with regard to Nancy Pelosi. So you see from this hypothetical project that was really meant to be a kind of academic exercise about the election. This whole sat of conspiracy theories on the right that get a lot of play in the media on social media, and then from the president
Smoking-gun email reveals how Hunter Biden introduced Ukrainian businessman to VP dad
"The New York Post breaks a story about Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. And essentially, the story is this 100 Biden, who is in fact a crack, and I mean he is is a drug addict. He's an unsavory character. He has several hey, has had many affairs with various different Women. He's he's amassed. 100 100. Biden is just a mess is a mess of a human being. And not Joe's fault, per se. I mean, there were lots of good parents who have a message for Children. But it is Joe's fault that Joe has allowed Hunter Biden to run across the world, picking up sacks of cash by trading on his last name. And that is 100,000 has been doing for years. Right victim. Sacks of cash in China picked up sacks of cash in Ukraine, and for a long time conservatives have been focused in on 100 Biden's activities with regard to charisma. Now the original narrative with regard a breeze must breeze. My Satan is a natural gas and oil company in Ukraine, 100 was sitting on the board of the company and picking up checks for $50,000 a month despite the fact that he didn't know anything. About natural gas or oil, despite the fact that he himself was a personal mess. The only reason he was on that board is because he was related to Joe Biden. Joe Biden was then the vice president of the United States and largely in charge of Ukrainian policy. Well, Joe Biden and bragged on tape about getting one of the chief prosecutor's over in Ukraine fired He threatened with hold $1 billion in foreign aid to Ukraine until they fired this guy. Joe Biden always claimed that it had nothing to do with Hunter. This prosecutor claimed that he was about to investigate bereavement that was the company Hunter was working for. The chain has never quite been made. So there's a lot of controversy over the over whether Victor Shokhin, who was that prosecutor was actually going to prosecute charisma. There was indeed a lot of focus on Victor Shokhin is a possible corrupt figure inside Ukraine. Lot of people in Europe wanted. See Victor Show can go as the chief prosecutor in Ukraine, Biden has always claimed that his firing of victim Victor Shokhin was on the up and up. Soaking has always claimed that it was corrupt. That controversy has been out there for quite a while. What is unchallenged is that Joe Biden's family members ranging from his brother to his son, use his name in order to make money for themselves. And that does have an element of corruption to it. Now, The best that you can say about it is that Joe Biden turned a blind eye to it. Right. And this is sort of like show has argued Joe Biden has said, Well, I didn't know about it. Nobody ever did anything. Nobody ever did anything, man. Nobody. Come on, man. Come on. I never no, no. Come on. Okay, so Here's the bombshell. The New York Post reports that 100 Biden actually brokered a meaning between a Ukrainian oligarchs who was a breeze, MMA chief member and Joe Biden directly That's what one of these emails tended to suggest. So here's the story from the New York Post 100 Biden introduce his father, then Vice President Joe Biden, top executive in the Ukrainian energy firm less than a year before the elder Biden pressure government officials into Ukraine into in Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who is investigating the company, according to emails obtained by the post. Never before revealed meeting is mentioned in a message of appreciation that are sky and an advisor to the Board of Charisma allegedly sent Hunter Biden on April 17th 2015, about a year after Hunter joined the charisma board and reported salary of up to 50 grand a month. The email reads Deer hunter. Thank you for inviting me to D C and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spend some time together. It's really an honor and a pleasure. An earlier email from May 2014. Also shows are sky reportedly bereavement number three exact asking Hunter for advice on how you could use your influence on the company's behalf. A blockbuster correspondence is The New York Post reports flies in the face of Joe Biden's claim that he has never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings. It's containing a massive from of data recovered from a laptop computer. Computer was dropped off, apparently at a repair shop in Biden's home state of Delaware in April 2019, according to the store's owner, other material extracted from the computer, including raunchy 12 Minute video that appears to show Admitted struggling with addiction problems smoking crack. Well engaged in a sex act with an unidentified woman, as well as numerous other sexually explicit images. The customer who brought in the water damage Mac book pro for a pair never paid for the service were retrieved it or a higher drive on which its contents restored, according to the shop owner who said he tried repeatedly to contact Shop owner couldn't positively identify the customer as Hunter Biden but said that the laptop for a sticker from the Beau Biden Foundation, named after hundreds of late brother and former Delaware attorney general Photos of a devil or a federal subpoena given to the Post show that both the computer and hard drive was seized by the FBI in December after the shop's owner says he alerted the feds to their existence before turning over the gear, according to the shop owner. He made a copy of the hard drive and later gave it to former Mayor Rudy Giuliani's later Barbara Costello. Steve Bannon, the former adviser to President Trump told the post about the existence of the hard drive in late September. Giuliani provided the post with a copy of it on Sunday. Less than eight months after Bashar sky thanks Hunter Biden for the introduction to his dad, the then vice president admittedly pressure Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk into getting rid of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokhin by threatening to withhold a $1 billion US loan guarantee during a December 2015 trip to Kiev by an infamously brag to the Council on Foreign Relations. I looked at them and said I'm leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired. You're not getting money.

"America's Mayor, Rudy Giuliani is Rudy Giuliani. Live from New York City. 77 w A B C and thank you for tuning in on this Friday. I want to first counts that I spent the morning going too. In you go. Fish Hospital. Better get them all in. And tested for Covad. Because I was with the president and with hope picks for several days preparing for debates and things like that. And I tested negative and so did all of the other people who were with me so far tested. I think almost everyone has been negative. So I didn't think I had it. I got alerted about Early this morning. About the president. Of course, I was very unhappy Tio here that because I just don't like Anyone to get this because you never know, but generally outcomes now or Not not much different than a lot of other diseases. In other words, almost everybody recovers and gets well and then ends up with immunity. So Still, you never know. The president is Doing very, very well. The symptoms are non existent to very, very mild. Can Therefore, everybody around him had to be tested and so far Everyone that I was with has tested negative. Meaning we don't have the disease. So it was that God for that. And we're 32 days away from the election. Election that's getting to be enormously important has been important from the beginning. But as I look at the difference between what is a clearly socialist agenda On the part of the Democrat Party. To the point of almost destructive of American values. To an agenda that would Continue the growth that we've been making interrupted by this terrible pandemic. No doubt. No tremendous blow to our economy because of what China did to us. I wish we could all unite on that. I mean, I would say. I was saying this even when all the Democrat mayor, mayors and governors were praising the president Which actually was a month and a half to two months into the Into the into the fight back against Cove. But this is not a Republican Democrat issue. Unfortunate Democrats have made it just a political issue to them. If that's all it is. This is about America. We were attacked by China. There's no doubt about it. We need Donald Trump to get re elected. When a Donald Trump to get re elected because Up until that time this pandemic occurred. He had the courage to close down the country. When he knew absolutely in closing down the country. He was going to hurt the economy. And if there's one thing that's for sure. With the economy the way it was pre pandemic, he would have been a landslide. Every president is when the economy is like that. The man is extremely intelligent. Of course, he understands politics. He understood exactly what he was doing. He was saying, I don't care as much about my reelection as I do the safeties and the United States. And therefore he closed down the economy and we have some very, very bad months. And the Democrats were looking there. Whatever you like. They were looking their chops. I guess you'd call it right and they were saying was, there's nothing that could have beat him except the bad economy and we're going to blame the whole thing on him. That's why we're going to make believe China didn't do it. Andrew Cuomo said it was a European virus. Yeah, but the European fire system went from China to Europe. And then they started with it. It's racist to call it a China virus. Which races developed it. That's where it came from. It's like saying No. My car was made in China. I can't say it was made in China. That's racist. I mean, these are absurd Things to say. I hope the American people are smart enough to seize it. And then They're not gonna open schools. It'll. November 9. Well once November 9 a couple days after the election, That's one of them. A nine is And I bet your date to after the election. New York City opens up Who knows? I mean, you know not what we were in a special category. I mean, there's some really bad mayors in this country. They're almost all Democrats. They're almost all having riots. And the heavy shootings like you've never seen before, but there is one There's one That is the way the uh all the rest In terms of the damage done to a city. There's one who was way beyond. In terms of terms of his idiotic Adherents. To a failed ideology. Of the 19th century. There's only one Who shows up for work. A half hour an hour and I won't have late every day. There's only one Who works Marginally. Unfortunately, You voted him in citizens of New York City. I didn't vote for I thought For years. He was pretty much in the sub moron category. Probably a guy I wouldn't hire for Any kind of serious work. Certainly wouldn't hire for government work. When I found out he went to Cuba on his own. Not only is it a communist thing about Cuba on your honeymoon Why in God's name would you want to go to Cuba on your honeymoon? And then when I saw he helped the Sandinistas I know how to put him on a watch list for that one. How you voted for him. You'd better go back and examine you really do What you should examine is ifyou're reflexive, um, Voting Democrat has overwhelmed irrationality. And you better think about that when you go vote this time. Because you got on the ticket of the Democrat Party. A guy that for at least two reasons is unfit to be president of Stage number one. He's a major major crook. Not just his family. Not just his son Hunter, not just his brother, James has made millions and millions and millions selling Joe's office. A job. Joe knows what they're doing. And don't be so surprised there Joseph Crook and dishonest. A guy cheats in law school the way he did, and he did. There's no doubt about it. Good night. Plagiarize is.

Other It is a packed house on the South Lawn and a big set set up, You know a stage American flags Jumbotrons, showing all of the speeches that air pre recorded And very few people are wearing masks. There's not a lot of surgical distancing. Before the program started, People were taking selfies hugs, slapping each other on the back. I mean, it's It's like a garden party atmosphere here and as best you could tell was everybody they're tested as they enter wasn't a pandemic. As best as you can tell. No people were not what I've been told. No. What? What I've been told by a White House official is that people in close proximity to the president would be tested? Uh then I was told to talk to the campaign about the rest of the people here. What the campaign did has released a statement saying that they're following strict protocols in full compliance with multiple guidelines set forth. By the CDC. They did not give details. They would not confirm whether people were being tested. And I will just say that the press corps hasn't been tested. Um all right, so that's NPR's Tamara Keith, and we're gonna listen now. Toe Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton's remarks. A lot changed in four.

Because they're morally inferior or morally superior Republican they just control places more Completely and a lot of these old political machines. I mean you know. The Daily in Chicago were stealing ballots from forever. We remember the nineteen sixty election there. The I mean there was an investigation. WanNa goes back to eighty one in Chicago and wish they found a song hundred thousand dead people voting in Chicago. I mean that's a lot. I mean in fact gives us hope of a resurrection. One hundred thousand dead people can convoke. Democrats are more skilled at it. Because not because I mean I'm sure in some places where Republicans have control band Republican to do the same thing but it's more of the history of the Democratic Party because they have this control the Republican controlled Baltimore for one Hundred Years Virtually Control Chicago for hundred years but wanted their fallen down quick story. I supported Bill Clinton and he's good friend of mine. I Love Bill Clinton and one of the guys in Ohio. Who Knew I was bill? Clinton Guy Sesame well I ran league or higher up where I took school buses full of people active to polls that we controlled and they voted. Ho School. Bus voted in this poll. A couple hours later devoted in that poll and a couple of hours later devoted different poll and they went from pole to pole John. That's exactly what happened in nineteen eighty nine. When I ran and lost by Bennie Seltzer votes. There were numerous school buses where people will pay and they voted ten times though in nineteen ninety-three I appointed Randy Levine. You know he is right. The head of the Yankees Yankees and John. Sweeney became a congressman. I invested a million dollars in voter again. And what they did was they hired corrections officers and and firefighters to stand outside the presents and turned the buses away at the end of the day reported to me. They succeeded over one hundred times turning buses. That had gone to at least three different precincts to try to get people to vote under under the name onto name kept in the in the in the in the book were dead or moved away that.

"Good Morning America. This is the catch table. Trot Cats Matiz here Sunday morning. So many things going on. And what does this morning to talk about some of them at least is America's Mayor Rudy Giuliani? Good Morning. Mr Giuliani. How you monitor John. It's good to talk to you as always There's so many things going on. What a big controversies lately is. What's going on twitter? How they selectively decide who to take down who to leave up and it seems like you know if they did it everybody. Nobody would care. But they're very selective. Take Down Certain people What say you Mr Mayor? Well I think you're absolutely right John. I've been getting complaints about this. The two years were mostly from conservatives in fact almost always some conservatives. It's happened to me about six times. They never took me down. They would send me complaints. I remember once I called Elizabeth Warren Pocahontas and somebody asked to be taken down and they investigated me and they said. I didn't violate the rules. But they keep sending of these things kind of frighten you now. I mean everybody calls the Pocahontas and they say much worse things about President Trump. And they don't take it down. I think the worst part John is setting up this fact checking procedure and they never did it for Biden they never did it for Adam shifts. They never did it for Nancy. Pelosi Adam Schiff never tells the truth. You could fact check. Every one of his tweets probably find something. I mean this bit Warren. She admitted she lied and she had no Indian blood at all. What the problem I have. It's it's one continuous lie. Whether it was about the justice of the Supreme Court was being tried in the media or etc etc. And it's just it's got out of getting if they're gonNA do it going. Take up the job of fact checking just the president and nobody else then. I mean they've just become a political operation and if they sat check everybody they become like a publisher newspaper so then they can be sued. There's no other word but the word trees it and to revelations about certain individuals Justice Department certain individuals at the FBI and possibly certain individuals to White House. Were all in on it going back. So it's twenty fourteen twenty fifteen when trump first announced that. He's been the best explanation. I've heard so far is from America's mayor and Rudy Giuliani and. He's with us this morning to to let everybody in America not true. Good morning to me. I will you this morning. I'm John and I you know you're one of the few is concentrating on what happened before twenty sixteen and the answer lies in what happened before twenty. Sixteen where this all started the person who slowly about it that it started where possibly Eric holder was involved possibly well Brennan from the CIA in. Twenty fifteen I was. He looks like was the beginning of being the orchestra leader. Explain that to the American people. This goes back really over a little bit to somebody. They may remember. General General McChrystal was fired because he he. He made some critical comments about The Obama Administration and about their failure that deal with the war properly. Flynn was one of his generals are his staff but they liked Flynn. They appointed for eventually to head the Defense Intelligence Agency so he worked for a bomb during the course of his work for Obama he noticed that the intelligence agencies run by Brennan were constantly misrepresenting. Lying and let Obama believe that Isis was being defeated and in fact Isis was growing in other countries and they weren't reporting that and he went to Obama with that basically said your guys aligned to this is getting worse and worse and the Republicans on the outside had been yelling and screaming including trump. Who wasn't even a candidate that he was ignoring Isis and then he was prosecuting the war in Syria incorrectly remember. He was drawing the red line. He said you used chemical weapons. We're going to hit you and Assad did it eight nine times and Obama did nothing. So for instance vision was Mr President giving you the wrong advice. You gotta hit back into because you. We've lost all credibility and Isis will for whatever you're deciding. Isis is bigger than ever Really quickly they bring a guy named helper who had been involved in dirty tricks. During the Carter campaign eventually gets involved with trying to frame up popadopoulos really sleazy Kinda guy and help makes up the story that Flynn has a girlfriend and they force out basically forced him out. They WANNA get rid of. They WanNa get rid of always. Trying new bomb administration was trying to get rid of Flynn because he was trying to tell the truth that Obama administration was allowing the terrorists to grow. And I wasn't telling the American people giving giving a nice picture to the president. Flynn believed when he went to the prison that they were doing it to make themselves look good. He didn't realize the president wanted it that way. It's not it's not uncommon that these agencies sometimes paint a rosy picture to the president. Most presidents don't want most brothers want the truth because you make a bad but Obama. Apparently you know played so much to the press. Knew he had such protection for the press. He thought he could get away with this. Well that put whether the Doghouse they trumped up charges against him reminiscent of what they will eventually GonNa do to Popadopoulos and Carter page ultimately trump and they got rid of him and all of a sudden he reemerges Uso later two years later as the National Security Advisor for candidate trump at. I kinda going. Nowhere trump right and all of a sudden month after month. Trump's going to be the guy trump's going to be the guy and then Flynn then he brings Flynn in. They have a whole plan for trump struck announces that they're going to prevent something being president and they do a bunch of things that phony black book phony charges laid out they thought an August or September. They were going to knock him out with manafort getting leak taking bribes actually witnesses. That will say they had actually planned on going out in September. They thought he was going to go out. When the billy Bush charges came about with. I'm sure they had something to do with exaggerating as much as possible but they failed. They couldn't get him out the two. Fbi People Peter Struck Lisa page his girlfriend. There's evidence that came out that they said well we're being protected from the top that we have to make sure we shoot down trump to candidate and then if we we get him anyway that right. I mean you did. If you did a play or a movie you know they would be like in many ways like the the children's gallery or or the Greek Chorus. You know they they. They got all the teams. The first team was looking to prevent them. We got two or three things going to knock them out. Then you can go to the democratic operative one of which is I think on tape and talking about how they're gonNA knock him out but we got a plan in case he gets elected so he gets elected and the plan goes into effect and the plan is to impeach pretty simple and all of a sudden he appoints national security director and they say oh my God that's the worst guy he could possibly appoint. He knows all our dirty linen and the minute we start doing things like you know falsifying intelligence starting to do that stuff with Pearson Popadopoulos he's GonNa he's GonNa Smell it out at a minute the way I did because I had that experience but it wasn't in the administration so they had to get rid of so it had this one recorded conversation seriously out. There heard him say something about how he didn't believe the conversation to the one to sanctions. And they said it. Maybe we can get him to say that under oath that a big meeting they trap them in a meeting at the White House. They and they plan to travel as a recent page texts saying. Try to get this passed him. Try to sneak it past him. He asked for a lawyer. Kinda like Make sure it didn't get one something like that. So they talk him out of a protocol against basic ethics and I I never remember as an assistant United States earnings any FBI agent. I have a work with to me and said the man wants a lawyer. Who of course you can have record doing anything wrong? Why are we afraid of a lawyer a lawyer? They're the only I WANNA do. You WanNa do some sneaky tomorrow. And they did what they wanted to do was why. Barr says it's not a crime because it's perjury. Most which requires materiality has to be important. They already had the answer to the question. They wanted to ask them and question. They already had the answer to on tape. They asked him to talk about sanctions with kids. They ever tape-recording talking about sanctuary. Kids Leah if they were investigating the case John they would have said. Here's recording general. Listen TO IT. Tell me why you s that. What else is involved? That's an investigation. Because it goes to the next step. Here's a trap ask digital to Sicily about about sanctions. I don't remember the story. Don't show him the tape. Don't tell them go back to the office. Stick it in your file and say I got this Guy. I can jam. And that's exactly what they did. It leaked out. He had to leave and they accomplished their objective of getting rid of him. They didn't want to prosecute a particular many of the FBI's they even stupidly said. They thought he was telling the truth. They they they couldn't really couldn't remember. And Komi goes through a big explanation this under oath for Congress describing the actual observations that struck and this other day. Whatever his name is agent. They say I think we think the guy really remember almost a year later when the biggest turned over to muller they thought the case was over. Somebody wasn't asked about and struck goes to page and page good news although we thought we dismissed the case we never really did so then they put up and the Muller Democratic prosecutors particularly Andrew. Andrew Weissmann suze totally out of control unethical warrior decide. We're GONNA charge him with this. Now they're going to charge them with if they wanNA break him on trump. We're going to charge him with this. We're going to go after his son. We're GONNA break this guy and he's GonNa tell us where we wanna hear about trump and Russia. Even though about ten people had already told them it wasn't true and that's why they go ahead with the case they never break them in terms of him lying but they do break them in terms of in fighting the guy the guy goes broke and they now say we're going to get your son for not filing as a foreign agent which they never ever ever ever ever charged criminally charged fines to regular people for that they get criminal only when they're politicizing and he didn't WanNa Sunday get in trouble. It didn't have the money to fight the case and he felt complete a one count of a one thousand one. I guess would end it for his family and people do plead guilty at times to things hitting do because to practical necessity of it is so great. And that's what happened to them. It's an awful awful chapter in the history of the FBI and the Justice Department and it shows how corrupt the Obama Justice Department was now and the Orchestra leader was Brennan from the CIA and he orchestrated the FBI and orchestrated call me. Isn't that correct? Well that's my my my guess is now. This is now a an experienced prosecutors hypothesis. And you know those I'd probably this led to Both go into prison fat. Tony Salerno to Nazi criminals. I mean I guess I'm trying to say I do this pretty well. I think Brennan stamping. I particularly think Glen and Randa the adopted Carter page part. Because that's a very elaborate counterintelligence plan kinda stupid one and Brennan and smart. Because he goes overboard. He makes a lot of mistakes which is why he was in trouble. Always career so that when I'm sure is orchestrated by and who the hell would have done in the school ball like this one could have been. I mean I'm sure Brennan was knowledge. He was knowledgeable about whether this was his brainchild for with Kony's contribution to the conspiracy. I'm sure both of them were aware of it and had strategized on the real real quick. The real questions that I think are open for me. I'm not sure they offer for now. Football is I think I have colby and I think despite the fact that he got let off a couple of times and I have no inside information I believe that attorney general bar saving it for the really good case the one that comes pretty close to trees because what they did. After he was elected I don't say that it's treason but assess closer treason as you can get. They wanted to take out. The lawfully elected president of the United States. And they wanted to do it by. I am submitting false affidavits using phony witnesses. In other words. They wanted to do it by illegal. Means what is overthrowing? The government by your legal means It's a coup trees it and it's also trees. These people cannot some of the worst Mr Mayor And but I like to continue the story again. I think the American people must understand what really happened And to the morning Andy. Mccarthy knows this better than I do in a lot of what I got I got my interview with Andy on my podcast and on on wwl he was a guest. He'll be back next week. Thank you thank you for calling in and well. Let's talk again later on thank you. This is the cash roundtable you right back..

"Good Morning America. This is the cats roundtable John Katzman. Tv's here lots of things happening in our country or state or city With this morning is America's Mayor Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Tell us his update what he feels is going on. Good Morning I may Guiliani. How are you? I'm really. I'm really really good John I really am impressed. The way you stayed on top of this and really helped our city with some of the most most intelligent advice and I happen to know some of the good advice he gave to the president and I spoke to him several times. He's I tell you you know. I've been through two major crises with him now. I Dunno maybe more. You know all that bullet stupid impeachment stuff which now seems like it was years ago right. I mean most of the President's would have folded on that and this is Many ways this is more complex than nine. Eleven because nine eleven was of course the worst attack in history. I don't want to minimize but at least it had a clear focus. Then we had. We knew what we had to do about this. We don't we don't know how long it's GonNa take. We don't know remedies GonNa work because it is completely shocking and completely new. Well I certainly don't speak to the president as often as you do in the way of great right I mean I'm I'm not He's got great respect for your job and he was very very impressed with the advice. You gave him so. I think it'll probably be speaking to a more now. I thank you but I think what Americans are looking for. I don't think it's about the Fed I don't think about the Treasury I think with Americans are looking for is a solution and I think if if there are three or four or five or six different drugs that are available. I think let's try. Some of them would especially if these people that are dying I rather have him try an experimental drug than allow are Americans today. Put yourself in the same position. John you know it's hard to do this. But if I contracted it I'm seventy five and if they said to me. Your system is not able to handle this. You know you're going to be dead in a week. I say well then just give me what you got and use me please. At least my life my life. My Dad's it'll be worth something I think there are a lot of people like that. That would do that. I mean. I even know people that would that have done that with cancer. You know. They didn't want to go through three or four years of tortuous. So they try to they try to new drug in the case of my friend or you knew very well. Peter Powers not with the guy he. He live four and a half years rather than six months as a result of one of these. You know what do they call it you know sperm asshole experimental drug. Yes yes four and a half years and in some drugs especially the one that South Korea is using tested drug for malaria but seems to have a big effect on on our own. John I I. I've taken that drug from Larry. Not Not you actually take it. Not just if you have malaria or to prevent. Malaria is. If you'RE GONNA go to malaria infested place you take a week before and then you take it for four more weeks. But I'm GonNa Tell You. It is a powerful powerful drug and Meaning you have a lot of sex from it. But if you're dying of this thing I take it in a second I think. The American people need optimism That it's going to be over in thirty days sixty days. And that's that's what's that's what's needed. I noticed two things on my favorite target. I guess the Blasio after not being involved in this for weeks having Cuomo have to do both jobs of being mayor and governor He kinda drops in like a parachute you know stops his exercise in the gym and immediately announces. That he's GonNa lock down the whole city. Well that scares the daylights out of every body. He may have to lock down the whole city. He may not. We don't know that yet. You don't announce draconian things in advance. You announce them when you know you have to do them. Ready for then he follows it up by saying we're going to go to a massive recession. How does he know we're GONNA go into a massive recession this this? This is a strange Impact on our economy. It's not happening because there's anything wrong with our economy. Our economy was perfect the day before this happened. This is an external event of powerful proportions that is affecting our economy through damage. But it still means that are essential. Economy is fundamentally strong. I mean you and I know there are businesses just raring to go. I mean when we come out of this. You're going to see such activity. It's GONNA be crazy. So yes we. We're GONNA have a recession but it's going to be a very unusual recession. I don't know that it's GonNa be massive and I could easily predict a massive recovery and probably have better support from economists that he has but the point is this is bad enough. Don't make it worse. I agree with you a hundred Cuomo Cuomo and the president to me. I mean they cuomo and Pataki end. Bush handled nine eleven cuomo and the president of being the adults in the room right. Now it's the best thing we The best way we could say it and they're working together as Americans were crowd. I'm so proud of both of them. You know you and I know both of them right. And it's so nice to see two New Yorkers who have major political differences being Being Patriots I. I even see the guy in California. Newsome is cooperating with the president. This I mean this is the way it should be don emergency. I one hundred percent but I agree with you that we're gonNA have a recovery. Once people feel the solution is ninety. Nine percent via. You'll have a quick recovery back home where we were. I was in. What are your scores last night? You know I it. It isn't so bad John. I mean look. I'm a guy who likes to have fish like you Greeks and Italians. I very similar. I like that fifteen people in my house. You know the more people in my house to better so the last two days three days. I'm sitting here alone working. You know so like go out for a walk. I went to Christie's and got a lot of Nice stuff. They're pretty well pretty well. I mean people shouldn't think there's no food out there. I mean you can go. You can go to the stores and you can't eat there. Be Combined The food. I BELIEVE. Chris. Tv's in Dagestan knows which we have Eighty percent eighty five percent stocked And if something is not there will usually be there in twenty four missing toilet paper. Oh my God I had to. I had to get your side. Take Tony Special delivery on toilet paper. The one thing that I said to people is if there was world war three If an atomic bomb went off by accident it'd be less effective than what we're having right. Now there's a certain thing about this because I of course I compare it to nine. Eleven West Nile virus and and Anthrax the unknown the unknown lanes of it and the unknown impact. It's going to have is very very stressful for people because like nine eleven happened. We were in shock for about two weeks. We couldn't process losing thousands and thousands and thousands of people worst foreign attack in the history of the country but it was over with. We knew we had a very difficult cleanup job but we could organize for it and we had a goal. You'll get cleaned up. Get it fixed up and I could start saying to people within two or three days. Go back to normal. I pushed Broadway to come back. They wanted to take a week pushed out of the comeback on a like in three days. I said it was your patriotic duty to do it. And they said well they'll be nobody in the theater. I said I don't care just it'd be good practice and I almost pushed. Russell went to opening on Thursday luck because the president wanted it opened on Thursday and Grasso. Very wisely. We could open it but it might go down into Monday and it'll be perfect but this is different. You can't do that. You can't go and say Broadway you know go entertain people. You're going. Kill them if you do that. So I appreciate the fact that the governor and the president and these other governors like newsom and Abbott dealing with something unknown here. This wasn't in the playbook. You're absolutely right and I think it's going to get better and hopefully get better in the next thirty days. And and the president my regards and timeless. Find the solution faster than than later. He's you know you can't imagine the amount of pressure he's putting on them in a good way and you can't imagine how they're responding to. He's got a really great great He's got a really great program. You know we we had this. We had the smallpox program in case they release smallpox on us. And I remember it's about forty five page outline of what you do and I remember one night about a week. After September eleven walking out of gracie mansion about two in the morning after they told us about smallpox and basically the end result of what they told us was. We'd have to put the people on Randall's island we couldn't let him off and we were just GonNa have to hope not too. Many of them died that night with the prospect of putting my citizens on an island where they're gonNA go die. Wow you gotta just you just gotTa get it out of your mind and you gotta say well. That's not going to happen and make sure it doesn't happen will figure out you know so. I really do respect. What what I am not most visibly. I can see this going on with President because I talked to him a lot. I can see how darnall would andrew too. I really respect that. If it takes takes a certain kind of courage to be able to keep your mind focused at a time like this and these two guys got it. I like I said we said before Andrew Cuomo and Donald Trump They are the adults in the room and doing what he can. Make some common sense and Mayor thank you for calling in this morning and God bless John. I think you're you're giving up some of the best intonation so people should be people should think of John as you know. Look you know the city so well even from the business point of view there. Isn't anybody better thank you John? We'll see so this. Is the cats roundtable right back?.

"This is the cats roundtable John. Kennedy's here Sunday morning. In New York we have problems bail reform and letting the perpetrators onto the streets with us. Today is America's Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Who has great experience in New York? He ran the city for eight years and now great experience in Washington and morning. Mr Mayor how are you good morning. John It's always a pleasure to talk to you Mr Mayor You. It's almost twenty years ago. You cleaned up the city where we had crime was going really bad now. A lot of people are concerned we've talked to a lot of police commissioners From your era and tell us your concerns about this new bail reform where nobody gets now. Well the the ridiculous thing about it is. I mean one of the things that we had to change. In order to make the city safe safe was turnstile. Justice Turnstile Justice was drug dealer would get arrested drug dealer be back out on the street and six hours would just be the cost of doing business. Young kids in the neighborhood would be impressed with that. I mean it was going on twenty twenty five years in New York City. They call the turnstile justice. We change that we appointed judges who set high bells but fair Wad. Of course there are always some cases where somebody abuses it and set bail. It's too a high for a person who can't afford it. That's really nonviolent. But the way De Blasio did this is Everybody gets bail. I mean who's nonviolent. Well by the way. They consider non-violent drug criminals every drug criminal I know is violent and every drug criminal I know either the ones who are selling it use violence violence to protect their business or the ones that were buying it commit crimes in order to buy the drugs. So you've got to be living in some kind of a crazy house I it's not realize what the heck is going on in the street. So yes they'll should be reformed in the sense of we should remove the few abuses that take place where people are held. Hold on to. Hi a bail when it really isn't a serious crime. That's not the real problem. The real problem that we see it. We see these people who let out on bail. They stabbed people they beat people up. They rob people. This is totally ridiculous. That's were some of the police people we've talked to. That's where they get out live police precinct. After taking in they go home before the. The policemen are still doing paperwork. Well so the reality is that changing bail help to save a lot of lives in New York one very famous case of a would be serial murderer. He killed two people when he attempted the third one lady lived and he left fingerprints. We were able to capture them because we arrested him to two months earlier to try and to you. Jump a turnstile. We arrested and fingerprinted him. Had we not had that fingerprint. That guy would have gone on and kill another eight of eight or ten people. He'd been another son of SAM. Now we stopped a lot of those like that by what's called the broken windows theory. Taking care of those small things getting them recorded. That guy fingerprints I would never have been on file had been under David Dinkins or my predecessors or now under this guy who pretends to be a mayor what I what I've website to everybody in New York. then we understand being poor and not being able to set bail. But that's gotta be up to the judge to but Having being able to get a trial getting a quick trial is our constitution and we should have people getting credit twisted files. If we need more judges whose you have more judges Akre trials. Trials should be swift. Not Delayed should happen very quickly. If we we need more judges we should have more judges that we need more prosecutors have more positive but the reality is maybe they could be more efficient. We have an awful lot of. We've got a couple of thousand prosecutors prosecutors in a I think a couple of thousand judges maybe Some some efficiencies introduces the system. Would help a lot like Like we've done in the business Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Thank you for your input. Thank you for what you do for a very much and thank you okay. This is the catch roundtable. Be Right back..

"America this is the cats roundtable chunk cat Smith ladies here Sunday morning. What's going on in Washington with us? Today is America's Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Who has great experience in New York? He ran the city for eight years and now great experience in Washington and morning. Mr May how are you good morning. John It's always a pleasure to talk to you now. Washington what the heck is going on. Tell tell the American in people what do you think is what I think is going on is The Democrats have trash the constitution of the United States. And if they are to succeed which I don't think they will We're going to end up seeing impeachment now as something that was never intended to be as a political weapon Alexander Alexander Hamilton. I think it wasn't wasn't the sixty fifth federal as people warned about this and said he feared the day when they'd be an entirely partisan impeachment. What is this an entirely a partisan impeachment? They don't have a single Republican vote. They have they have some Democrats who voted against it. They have some Democrats who are holding their nose. And when you look at the impeachment document John I wrote an an article about this in the daily caller but if you're if you read the document it fails to state and offense it fails to state an impeachable offense. It'd be you like an indictment that failed to state a crime. It should be dismissed before it ever starts. They are charging him with abuse of Congress or obstruction of Congress Chris and abuse of power. Neither one of those crimes. You can only be impeached for bribery treason high crime or misdemeanor structure. Russia congress abusive power is none of those four things. What that means is the constitution? Hasn't given the House the power to impeach their usurping it and and by by doing that they are changing our constitution. They're making the president someone that they can beat around with the threat of impeachment anytime. They don't like what he's doing and Democrats should just as worried about this as Republicans because it affects too delicate constitutional balance that the geniuses who founded our country set I senators have been sworn in even chief justice. I've never seen that before was sworn in a what's GonNa be the procedure feature. Are they going to be opening close case or is it GONNA be. I think the president wants a trial because he wants to this point point. Well I can tell you I mean it. It's complicated by the following I would. I would love to see a trial. I'd love to be a witness because I'm a potential essential witnesses. The trump and explain to everyone the corruption that I found in Ukraine that far out surpasses any. I've ever seen before involving Joe Biden and a lot of other Democrats and it wasn't just twenty sixteen. It was going on two years under. Oh Bob I have those facts. I have those witnesses. I have documents and I have recordings and I would love to get them out in public because everybody is trying to suppress them to protect Joe Biden. But I don't think the American people should be put through useless trial. You should never have trial of a non crime that's a desecration of justice. It be charged you with not remembering and bring to call me and charge you with crime and put you on trial for not remembering the call and he. He is charged with nothing that offends the constitution. The constitution sets the limit for the house. They have broad power for impeachment. But they're not dictators they don't have full power nobody does. It's not even close it. You have to state an impeachable offense. They haven't done so it should be thrown out and it should be thrown out as a deterrent deterrent for other congresses. Doing the same thing now. One of the Democratic Senators Tintin is bragging. He has the votes to call witnesses. What good does that do if I mean I guess the the president actually wants the trial? Would everybody can call witnesses. But you don't get to call witnesses if the end result is you haven't charged an impeachable offense. I mean it's a ridiculous waste of time. Have a show a four week show. I think we could win that show because everything they're going to say about the president. We've already heard erred bowling. I don't know what was going to say. That hasn't been said already. We have the conversation we have the transcript of the conversation. I know this like the back of my hand. I know exactly what the president did and didn't do anything wrong so he'll come out of it not being impeached and we could come out of it with an awful lot. The Democrats of we've come out with the American people saying how come Democrats don't get investigated the things that Republicans have put in jail for understood. Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Thank you for your input. Thank you for what you do for very much John and thank you okay. This is the roundtable be right back..

This morning Julian California there's a lot of speculation as to what the legal team is going to do or is not going to do with regard to an. Or, not only significant for that. President but, as I said on Fox News. Yesterday it's also significant for the presidency and I think. That's what we have to be cognizant of here and be be clear that, the idea that you have a situation like we're seeing unfold where there's a request for an interview And that how you respond which has been over a series of months of.
