The contract at any of them ever heard of it and now know could have seen that coming off guy knew it. I knew might be a chance at health. Little chance in hell baby phone to follow it. I always feel so feminine when i flunk the battle of the sexes. I knew more questions today than the guy questions. You're only new one question out of all that you know the strawberry isci one sii annoyed. I don't say sl right now. i'd say difficult. I can't see those letters and i can't. I can't make my mouth sables. Sound when those write letters or whatever. It's a little squiggly line under it. Which makes it an estimate. That's not in our library mobile. I'm saying the 'sound and then the i think you're saying no. I don't think you know how to say. I think that's the problem. I think you're reflecting on me again. I say what. I don't think that's i don't think that's an earthling sound whole. I didn't know that one. I knew the gossip girl question. I didn't know that one. I did not know the kate hudson question the only one i knew i didn't know the nintendo question. I didn't know the chuck. Rose question. And i did not know the other has the has trucks sold oil and gas didn't know any gas station before they trucks was pretty clueless on this one here today pretty bad. I have been a nice addition to the girls team today. Coming up next there emily. We're going to have to put the finishing touches on gross unacceptable gross republic behavior. I'm bracing i'm ready. Inspired by america's mayor rudolph giuliani for shaving at his table in a restaurant. Which initially everyone thought here was gross. But chris boy after careful consideration decided that that was acceptable behavior. After all the restaurants heat goes to he seen much worse things that little spot is your domain for the time you think so Yeah you think that's yours and you can do whatever you want there. Is there anything that would be unacceptable. I mean changing the baby will why is that. You said people pope at their table now. The shark pooping vaporous pu. I don't think you my friend. Do you know what the s. h. Part of a shark is there's no vapor in there. I don't think you understand that. One i will. I you know. It's popping your bands. Just a little bit dodd. it's not far. I don't think you understand. there's some. I don't think your staff and he's just hot footed again he can say my batch you just can't say i've got that wrong kenya. Well i know part. is there anything else. That's unacceptable at that table. See you said when you're sitting at a dining or at a table in a restaurant you can do whatever you want yours. Well i mean you probably should have your girl gives you a hand job beyond the pale so that like when forbidden but all the other like what you talked about those you add things coming out of people's body you had many things coming out of people's bodies but that's the one that subject. I'd rather see that one hundred times over the other things that are happening to your restaurant. The understanding is that the fluids i discussed were unexpectedly delivered now. Some kids don't know when they're gonna gender they just spew right. Well thanks for being part of the show here today. Emily and i are powering through our protein bars unless commercial break i was i was always a quest protein bar guy and i switched over to these knicks kito nick. Nick gets a nice nuts in their these knicks kito protein bars because all the other protein bars have ever had are either granola bar. Which just don't i don't think that's right or like the quest ones are just some kind a paste. That's been formed into a brick and there's no earthly identifiable stuff them. Make any sense to me. So i went with these things. You don't wanna think these things are. I think they're overprice. Snickers bars again. It can't be good for you know there's no way it's a snickers bar i'm convinced of it but the fancy rat rightful. Yeah i think it's just a i think it's just a snickers bar with a rick wrapped around not kidding. But if aligning enjoy doing the trick. Are you ready to decide. Which was the grossest of all unacceptable gross behavior. But a couple more here dave. I work at a construction site. They have portable toilets which are plastic spoul smelling hot boxes the other day at break time. I reluctantly went to use it. The unit said it was on occupied an unlocked so no one's in their so. I opened the door and turns out. There was a guy in there but he wasn't in there for toilet use..

Do not be frightened. Your political career is worth losing. You can save the right to vote in America. Fact, I may get you a strong statement from Mayor Rudolph Giuliani before this special session of the Arizona Legislature. Many of our frequent guests in fact, Congressman heist sitting right behind him. This is this is an important conversation that's being had in this country. And I want to go back to that statement that Rudy Giuliani just made under oath there during this hearing about not being bullied. There really is a bullying process going on right now over the story. There is intimidation. Various levels of the media, trying to keep journalist trying to keep analysts trying to teach. Keep commentators from talking about this. I feel the pressure sometimes. From peers. Not certainly anyone hear a W M A. L. But there's this idea that if you point out irregularities in this election that you point out the obvious Ah, if not outright fraud. Certainly the Ability for fraudulent behavior to happen in this horrific circumstance of this election between all the mail in ballots that came in the stopping of the counting in the middle of the night on the fact that the election observers were not allowed in the room to actually observe the process. The lack of signature verification. Not just in the very first halibut in the audit and re canvassing in Georgia and in Wisconsin in some way, you are called a crackpot. Hey, I tell you something, even if You don't believe that half of the things happen that are being conveyed by the legal team for the president, United States if you're in the business of news You can't deny that the fact that the president's lawyers are making that argument is news. Why are we in a situation now? Where we've got media outlets, cable news stations, broadcast news stations, newspapers, websites and, Yeah, radio stations. They're deciding. Well, you know what? We don't agree. It's not our job. Center jump in and listen, I have not Presented to you that.

"I feel it coming in the great American, you know. Ah, lot of times the last several weeks and months as antifa and black lives matter, BLM trashed American cities. I've not been a supporter. The black lives matter, But now I do support BLM, which is Mine's laptop matters. BLM and the man that I was seeing that justice is being done is Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, who kept New York City straight and then Bloomberg kept it going well for 12. Years after that a felon fell into the abyss. America's mayor. Rudy Giuliani. Mayor Welcome again in the Bill Cunningham showing Mayor how are you? I'm really well, Bill. How you do you like my new definition of BLM? I like your new definition of BLM and we all support that I I support Definitely gets high on his hard drive, because otherwise we're gonna have Really, really crooked man in the White House and a really troubled Sick. Group of People lets talk about the hard drive. Let's talk about what's going on, because many have a passing knowledge of your role, if any, and making sure that justice is done with the hunter Biden and Beret SMA and Joe Biden and Hunter by Miss the bag man. He has one e mail that says, I spent 30 years my life collecting all the money, and that always gets half of whatever I collected is the most corrupt regime, but there's been reporting on the so called hard drive. And explain to the American people. What exactly that is. Well, I have it in my hands right now, and it is really his computer. He took his computer two years ago to a computer repairman toe have repaired. And he never went back to get it Now, you might think that's unusual, but he also left a computer in Boston. And and he left a computer. He's lost three computers in the last four years, two of which we've recovered, so the computer repairman repaired and he never came back after 90 days, he abandoned it legally. Became the computer repair man's property and when he heard the Bidens lying so much about Joe Biden, saying he didn't know about the foreign dealing He decided he'd better listen to it because it might have something to do with the impeachment. He listened to it. He was shocked at the criminality that unfolded or showed and he called the FBI. The FBI came and got it. And has held it for nine months and done nothing with it until last week or the week before. When I forced him to do it by bringing it to the Delaware police. And the Delaware Police then delivered to them, And then they announced they had a money laundering investigation going on. It's disgraceful that the F B I hit this During the impeachment because that would have made the impeachment exactly what it wass a complete frame job by crooked Democrats. Now, why would the question was asked You know, I've been an assistant attorney general State of Ohio have practiced law for about 40 years I'm in the thought I had is. Why would the FBI have possession of this hard drive, which clearly demonstrated the defense of the president made sense? Why do they hold it? In December when the impeachment trial was in January, and Christopher Wray, the director of the FBI, was appointed by Trump If there was exculpatory matters on the hard drive, which proving innocence. Why didn't they make it public? Because the FBI is Corrupt at the very top knot. The FBI. The FBI is a wonderful organization 99.9% terrific. Unfortunately, at the very top Only thing I can tell you is they're corrupt. I mean, Christopher Wray also has a can written memo from Brennan Toe Obama. 4.5 years ago, saying that Hillary Clinton's people were developing a false narrative. About Trump colluding with the Russians in order to take attention away from her e mails. Now, why wasn't that delivered to me when I was defending Trump? And that was in July? 2016 Correct? Yeah. I mean, they had corn a half years If we had that it never would have been $40 million spent on the phony Mueller so that if I knew the Russian collusion delusion what was a was a subterfuge by Hillary Clinton to take attention off. Her email scandal. But they played it all the way out. Because they got caught. Everyone assumed Hillary was gonna win that she was going to bury it. But once it once trump won, then they were caught and the cover up was worse than the crime. You don't write and she should have been investigated and prosecuted. Not trump. Now, why did the FBI covered up? I think Christopher Wray is more interested in protecting the FBI. Then he isn't protecting the United States, including the president of the United States. Now, if you didn't know about it is the most negligent director ever. Comey was the most corrupt ever as he did know about it, then it's unthinkable. The reality is At this point, the hard drive, which contains about 80,000 texts and e mails. And 29,000 photographs, half of which is so disgusting environment if you looked at them. And the part of Dr makes it clear that over the time he was vice president. Biden's family took in somewhere around $40 million from Ukraine, Iraq, China, Russia, Kazakhstan and remain here. The money went to middlemen like Hunter James by Sarah Biden. Half of it ended up with a job. You want to know where it is? Well, maybe this explains how Joe Biden Who has only been a senator. And vice president never made real money until very recently. Just like that. He has five palatial homes that he bought while he was in public office. According to the hard drive. Those that was being taken care of. By Hunter. As part of hiding the bribes, too. Not only that there's a very clear Set of memos. That show that Joe Biden Hunter Biden, James by Sarah Biden. We were until recently, maybe still our partners with three Chinese communists. Two of whom are intelligence operatives, one of whom is described by Hunter Biden. In a video recording that we captured As a spy master of China. Now that now we're talking to the right age button paid for one of the worst things You said in one of the shows a week or two ago is the Chinese Communists know what they have? And Biden? Joe Biden knows what they have to compromise him and his son and his family more than I have and everything I have Plus who knows how many more corrupt deals and whom who knows how many more degenerate axe and pictures of Weather's been reporting on Friday about the Chinese Communist sources have the degenerate pornographic acts committed by Hunter Biden to you? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know what they have. I know what I have. And what I have required me to report this to the Delaware police because it involved the endangerment of Children. And so when you went to the Delaware police, which is that they were shaking. And they said what they kick it to the FBI and they were really brave. They looked at it for a day, and then they gave it back to the FBI. It's like, you know, play circle. The FBI's doing nothing with the Delaware did nothing with it and gave it back to the FBI. But it did require the FBI to leak out that they're investigating for laundering. And so at the end of the day, what Bill Bar is gonna have to do in a week or two. The election he's gonna have to after the election quickly appoint a special counsel. The odds of Joe Biden completing his term, either he's frail and elderly, he said those two brain surgeries he can't put together disparity thoughts to make a coach and point Then you're going to be the special counsel..

"Vegas Mayor Rudolph Giuliani back to New York City, James Herson from Hollywood than Herschel Walker in Georgia. I mean to me, that's radio tater that is radio and if it lines up, I called these guest earlier in the week and I said, Look, it all goes if we can convince 10,000 voters In Michigan. To actually vote for the president. Based upon what we present tonight, Maybe 10,000 Mawr in Wisconsin, maybe 25,000 in Pennsylvania. I have so many listeners in the Midwest. That's the way to get it done by second Home is in Florida. And I see that even Scott raise meson tonight. Has Joe Biden winning Florida? And I read that I said 51 to 48. Biden wins Florida. I don't believe it. I live in Ohio. You can't find a Biden sign with a search warrant in most parts of Ohio. And about two weeks ago, maybe about 10 days ago, One person got together an idea of having a trump train on I 2 75 the Circle Freeway around Cincinnati. The damn thing's 80 miles long. Within a day and a half 10,000 vehicles showed up when I to 75 80 Miles. It was everywhere I look There's a boat. There's RVs. There's trucks. There's passion. There's canoe. Whatever it is, it's all for the president. Because we know that socialism were only one generation away from losing the country. We got close in 2016, but right now, man, it is real close. So I know.

"Happening now. Tuesday day and a half away. It starts voting around midnight in some places, of course. In America. There's going to be 100 Million votes cast before Election Day. Think Ah 100 million In the last election. Trump won with 63 million votes, and Hillary had 66 million plus four five extras for the libertarian Johnson and center. There's about 135 Million people voted in 20 1635 million. The number I'm hearing now might be 162 170 million, which will be by far the greatest turnout in American history course The Democrats would do what Democrats do, which is canvas, which is a theme, which is thievery and taking the votes and harvesting the votes all over the place. It's going to be crazy. So what needs to happen is that you and I, as normal Americans are going to have to vote early and often and make sure that we besiege the polls. Tio, make sure this country make sure the president stays exactly where he is. Because if not, Joe Biden and socialism is going to take over. It's not Democratic candidates is socialistic candidates. It's not socialism. Immorality is communism. Kamala Harris pushes for liberal, literal Marxism. That's what's at stake in this country. It's incredible. And and as far as Joe Biden, the more we can see now why he's been hit in the last several months because the guy can talk does not know where he is. Does not know what office he's running for, does not know the clothes that he's wearing. He's in the state ofthe confusion. It's incredible to watch. So tonight. Ah, to do my best as one individual American. I'm told by Julie Talbert that that syndicates my show that I have about 335 radio stations in every state. I'm told. I have a little over 1.1 million listeners every Sunday night. And so this is it. We can advocate we can control but in reality we have to act on Tuesday. We have to do it because if not, the forces of evil and darkness will descend upon the land and America will go The way of Cuba, Venezuela and will stop to exist is a constitutional Republican form of government, and it's all over when they stuff the Senate with Democratic areas like Washington, D C and make them states. And Puerto Rico. Maybe the Solomon Islands make him all states get rid of the filibuster. Jack up taxes, bringing new states change the law and they're ready to go. They're ready to go make Elizabeth Warren, the secretary of the Treasury, maybe make Bernie Sanders, the secretary of labor. Take Beta Rourke of Texas and put him in charge of the Second Amendment at F. Are you kidding me? So tonight, I think If everything lines up, things go well. We're going to have Eric Trump is on the trail. I think in Pennsylvania tonight, looking my right. His father just concluded a rally. And in North Carolina, Eric Trump is goingto give us a phone or in about 30 minutes or so. And after that we have Wayne Allyn root. What is a great Sunday night he wrote a column root for America dot com That laid out a case for a tsunami and I've said to you and I've said Wayne, and I'm going to say to Eric Trump. We don't need a red wave. Because of what they've done already. We need a red tsunami businesses are boarding up all over the country because of the possible re election of the president, always in democratic blue cities and states. You don't say a lot of riding in Tennessee or Texas or Florida, Alabama. You see it in Georgia in Atlanta, but that's about it controlled by the Democrats. Businesses are boarding up, which is sick and said after that, It was a report. I think it was in bright Bart about Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, his possession of the hard drive that he gave the Delaware police. It was so crude and rude what they saw there with Hunter Biden committing illicit sex acts that they took the hard drive that Rudy I think has possession ofthe To give it to the FBI. And I'm gonna ask Rudy the question it appears That the FBI had the hard drive with tens of thousands of e mails that prove the president was innocent in the Ukraine and approves of the Biden clan is guilty is Khun B. The FBI had in December. In the impeachment trial took place the first two weeks in January. Why didn't Christopher Wray stop the proceedings? He had proof that the Russian collusion delusion was actually started and begun by Brennan by Clapper and by Hillary Clinton as a diversion. So that the her emails would get off the front page of the paper. And later on is James Hirsen, a Newsmax. I want to get a report out of Hollywood, but I see this morning Sunday morning. One of the talk shows that thousands of Trump supporters went up and down Santa Monica Boulevard in Hollywood. Are you kidding me? Could California turn red And wrap things up tonight to convince you to vote for the president is Herschel Walker, perhaps the greatest running back of all time in college? To talk about why he has gone. The blanks. It round candy zones kind of began. She's fabulous. So tonight. I'm cleaning it all out. Eric Trump. Wait, Alan Root. If it lines up Mayor Rudolph Giuliani on whether bind game and complete his term with the special prosecutor to be appointed by Bill Bar sometime in the first part of December to investigate the criminality of Hunter Biden, Joe Biden. And then James Carson of News. Max has got a great column about why so many African Americans. They're gonna vote now for the president to wrap things up tonight. Herschel Walker. I think about that What other radio talk show in America can line up Eric Trump. Wait, Alan Root..

"Night live. Kevin McCullough, Glad to have you with us. We're speaking with Mayor Rudolph Giuliani about the topic of the week. The Biden laptop and during the break, mayor, you were saying that that big guy rumor is actually true. If you look at the distribution of the equity, there's 10%. That's going to be given to Hunter. In addition, toehold for the big guy. So now we have to figure out who is too big. So if you go a couple of emails later Thunderous ordering keys for the new office that the bodies were gonna have with Chinese Communist It is crazy. New office keys. The first key is for Joe Biden. The second key is for Jill Biden. And then the third key is for Jenkins. So you tell me who's the big guy? Just in case you need any more help? Is an anonymous source now come forward was part of that deal who has identified the big guy? Joe Biden. I believe was in the next two days will become not enough. Yeah, And again, we're speaking with the Rudy Giuliani Who knows the ins and outs of this case better than anyone else. Mayor Let me ask you this because before you were a politician, you were a prosecutor and a very good one. And with the amount of wrongdoing that appears to be associated with this, what is the reasonable expectation if the FBI knows that these crimes that there's evidence of these crimes on that laptop? What's the reasonable expectation that we take? Prosecutorial action here. I mean, there's gonna have to be probably, I don't know. I don't know if you can get it done between now and Election Day. But the's facts don't go away unless you burn him. Or you kill the people who have They did set up in I incurred Unbelievable. I incurred unprecedented in the United States. So that the New York New York Post story that reveals a good deal of this could not get out right. I'm talking about a real iron curtain. They didn't publish it in any meaningful sense of the Times, The Washington Post. They didn't cover it. Really on NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, CNN. And then, of course, Twitter and Facebook. Took it down. So that is that they set up like the Communists used tohave. They sent it, but I am curtain to block. The disclosure of free speech. Now they have covered every slimy article about Trump. And once they made up They just put out an article about Trump's tax returns. Tax returns they had stolen. They don't even have a source. I don't even have an unnamed source. Here. They have three sources. They have documents. And and and and and the Bidens are not denying. All right. That's what I'm gonna tell you. Why they don't publish it. Don't publish it because of the American people. But to really see this He would not only not be elected. They probably demanded it. Get off the chicken. Well, there's two have a criminal of this magnitude running for president. Mayor. There's still time and obviously he called the lid on Sunday night to prevent having to talk to the media until Thursday night's debate. I might. My hunch is that they're literally at their wits and in terms of knowing how to respond what to say, gotten away with it by lying, I'll tell you And the press has accepted every absurd lies ever told Mike I never do I never knew what my son did overseas. How could you believe that? We'll, of course. Now the first thing that came out I think that got through. Is the meetings that he had with the Ukrainian people. What you found out everything that is something Not only did he know what someone's doing overseas he orchestrated. The sun is a bad man. He's a criminal. Son of collateral damage and the way he handled his son's drug addiction is a sin. I mean, it could be worse in a personal sense that anything he did. You know, in terms of crimes because, as a father, I find what he did. Disgusting and I find I have no respect for this man. I expected some of the criminals. I respected some of the criminals I put in jail. They were good fathers, in some cases. This man. This man took his son's drug problems. Exponentially increased it by putting this kind of pressure on you. I know something about drug rehabilitation therapy because I used to be head of the narcotics section, right U s attorney's office and I probably prosecuted more drug cases than ever. In my job. I never put anybody with marijuana in jail. I mean his bill. Bob, Mass Incarceration of African Americans and other Meanwhile, right next to him, he had a drug addicted son, who was doing exactly the same thing but not going to jail for Well, it kind of phony hypocrite does that And evidently according to what you've seen was making it worse, Mayor Let me ask you this The idea that well, we have Andy McCarthy on the show a lot, And he says,.

"Walks in the room dressed ridiculous, By the way, why does he want her address? He's going to send her love letters like Donald Trump sends love letters to Kim Jeong Eun. How creepy. I think why you asked me had. I think he was setting up a sexual rendezvous at some point, But it was gonna happen. Right? Then why are you asking for her ad? That's what he was trying to do, But I do. I do believe that Rudy Giuliani thinks thought that he was going to have some type of sexual relationship. With this woman. At some point. I don't think he's going to write that in there. But that's not an issue and this idea that usually only thought this one was 15. Clearly, that's not true, either. Because the second after boron came in, and he actually called the police on the woman, All right, So we have Borat's response to that, By the way, Ah, Borat in character responded to. Ah, Rudy, defending himself last night. Have a listen to this and America's much Marsh I here to defend America's Mayor Rudolph Giuliani. What was an innocent, sexy time encounter between consenting man and my 15 year old daughter have been turned into something disgusting by fake news media. I want you Anyone else? Try this and ruled off will not hesitate to reach into his legal briefs and without his subpoena CE qui. That's funny. That's funny. Jungle you that's clever. That's funny. That's funny. I'm glad you find out. That's very fun. I've got there's something in life. But what about his subpoenas? That's funny. I'm glad there's something in life. You find funny, but he did not think this woman was 15 years old. Now do I think he wanted have sexual eventually? Based on what I just heard. Yeah, idea, right. There's nothing creepy about that has no problem with that. You don't. Why would you problem? Well, let me explain All the problems. The case Sports. Donald Trump. Are you asking? Are you gonna let me receive? Are you answering for me? Okay. I don't care what your political affiliation is, If you're a 74, year old man, Republican or Democrat, and you're having a professional interview, which what he thought was a profession which over the woman was over. Okay, so I'm finishing. I'm not done yet. I do find it at the very least creepy and inappropriate to go into the bedroom with the woman that you just met. Haven't alcoholic beverage with her and touch your Penis and at the same time moments earlier moments before asking for her phone number and her address at the very minimum, I do find it just a bit. Creepy. I don't care how much money you have. I don't care whether you're a Republican or a Democrat. I find it at minimum, just a bit creepy. And I also find the funniest part of this scene is the second that Borat Runs in the room in his underwear and says she's 15 Rudolph Giuliani moves and gets up as fast as Ives ever seen him move before ladies and gentlemen, I cannot believe how fast he moved up and he walked away. It's very, very funny. It's very, very funny. And then he calls the police. And it's just It's just an embarrassing moment as I didn't know that you had a problem with senior citizens having sex. I don't know that that's that's news to me. First of all the agents I never said I had a problem with a senior citizen having sex. That's not what I said. Once again. You're setting himself up with that. Once again. You're misinterpreting what I do have a problem making it seem like you're in the interview. He asked her for another, and he asked her for her address. So let me be in the truth is, she asked him for a drink in a separate bedroom, so and he took that as okay. This this woman wants that one is Interested in me Second. I'm trying to answer the question. I don't think you're really quite frankly. Understanding. What? What I'm saying. What I'm saying is when you're a celebrity, or you're being interviewed by somebody. Yes, I do. Find it inappropriate moments after asking for a phone number and an address, putting your hands down your pants playing with your genitalia on a bed. I do find that just a bit creepy and inappropriate. He was masturbating. Before you said you weren't sure Now was to Sara. What's your opinion? Your support Your point. Now again, there is a difference in my personal opinion between masturbation and maybe adjusting yourself or touching yourself. That's what I believe He was dealing. He was adjusting self could've been tucking his shirt in. Right. I'm not talking about adjusting your shirt. I'm talking about adjusting your genitalia. I do believe that's what Rudy Giuliani was doing. I do believe he was erect. He was certainly sexually excited, lying down on the bed asking for her phone number. In her address. He touched her bottom, briefly tapped her bottom beard briefly in the scene. There's no question that he was sexually Roger Rodas. You said It was above her bottom. Well, right in her bottom area. Don't get in the weeds, and he didn't grab her ass. So speak. I'd never said Grab her ass. I don't know why you would think that. I certainly didn't say that. But all I'm simply saying is that yes, I believe he was arrest direct. He was sexually aroused. I do believe his behavior was a little inappropriate, but that's not why we're talking about this. I'm talking about because I believe it's funny. I believe it embarrasses Rudy Giuliani. I believe he is an embarrassment by the way in his behavior and his actions showing up on sets drunk, according to people that have been around the region, Michael have a knight to come on our show and said that verbatim not just Michael, Haven't I think it's just him that not just Michael. Our there said that there have been people on CNN's set that it not wanted to be named that have said they smelled his breath, and he smelled like alcohol. The times that he has shown up on CNN and MSNBC. So Rudy Giuliani is a guy in my personal opinion that has very little class at this point and very little credibility, But we're going to take a break. And when we come back, it is none other than Ken Thompson from Sports X radio. I am five and oh, When it comes, I have to pat myself on the back. I'm five. I know when it comes to Raiders games and picking against the spread. I'm going to give you my opinion on this Raiders Buccaneers game when we come back, I know. Can't Thompson's going to break that down? Also UNLV tomorrow they're on the road against San Diego State. It is the Marcus Arroyo era. So we're going to talk a little bit about that. What does that mean for UNLV? When can we talk to Marcus Arroyo? I don't know. We'll try to get him on the line would be a great person have on the show, Right? Well, we'll try to get him on. Well, we've requested them several times. Already. He's more difficult to get them Jon Gruden..

"Billy coming in the Great American Last night was a great debate in which the president, I think, by most accounts kind of won the debate. But even if he lost the debate without change anybody's opinion. Plus. Amazingly, last night, there was a news conference held just before the great debate involving a former Army ranger named Bob Alinsky, who laid out the relationships between Hunter Biden, Joe Biden. Also the buying family, how much money they've made. And a man that has quite a bit of knowledge about all things When it comes to criminal justice, etcetera is Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and Mayor Giuliani. Welcome again in the Bill Cunningham Show Mayor How are you? I'm very good Bill. How you great afternoon to be in America. Now, let's talk about what happened last night. And for those who may not know you spent many, many years is one of the top officials of Department of Justice deputy Attorney general, which is two or three from the top. And so one thing said last night that I want you to weigh in on originally here is that it appears in December of last year won 10 12 months ago, the FBI had The laptop of 100 Biden along with all of its contents, and so I would think if they had it for this long, one of the pundits on MSNBC last night said, and I II simultaneously watch all the cable shows. Said last night If there's anything there the FBI 10 months ago, and I thought, my God, I'm not. I'm not. No, I think I understand your response. But full. So why wouldn't the FBI act against the binds 10 months give you give you the fact that it was what a fool is? There's a report that the F B I Has just asked to interview Mr Bubble in right. Now, Mr Bubble in his name has been at our drive for the last 10 months. I didn't have to. You know, it took me about a day going through the hard drive to find Mr Bubble. That hard drive explains every single thing You said last night. At about 10 times more Now, why are they doing it now? Months later. Because I had to kick him in the head to do it. That's why because I had to bring it out. I had to get accused of being a Russian agent. And I had a code of the Delaware police. Give it a Delaware police because there's also indications of unsafe environment for Children on there, and they should be ashamed of themselves, Having done nothing about that. Every single agent who read that should resign. Because they're not even decent men, much less FBI agent really had I had I had to go do this. And then you know what happened. The Delaware police sent the hard drive back to the FBI. They want it. They said. Oh, my goodness. Look what it says. Did you know that leadership? You worked with the FBI? You're an attorney Attorney General Mayor, etcetera. I would like to think that if you're the top echelon and the FBI in December of last year in the middle of the impeachment inquiry, you might recall that Nancy Pelosi held it for 45 days. During that time. One of the issues is whether or not the president on the 60 minute telephone call was Zielinski. The later of the Ukraine was encouraging him to open a criminal investigation based upon the activities and the money's paid between Hunter Biden and the sick $83,000 a month etcetera, and that the FBI was in possession of a document that clearly indicated criminal misbehavior. By the binds in the Ukraine. That was awfully Germaine to the impeachment trial. Why wouldn't the FBI disclosed that at the time? Well, Bill, let me make it worse. The man turned it into the FBI precisely because it was Germaine to the upstage military because he couldn't understand why they didn't have this information. Because he could reach the man. The man is just a repairman back with having that FBI agent Sawyer, but he could read it. And he's looking at and he's saying Oh, my God, people should know this. It means Trump is innocent. That's why it was given to them. And they still didn't disclose it. Somebody's gotta figure that one out, Bill. I don't know. It seems to me you want to get the same people. That six Hillary Clinton's investigation And tried to frame Donald Trump was a phony Russian collusion when they knew from the very beginning that Hillary Clinton was making it up. The same people at the top of the FBI are still there around Director Ray Dumb or too complicity to do a damn thing about it. A mayor have you actually seen the materials on the laptop? I read every single block. I get to that. I've read 50% of it. Haven't I have in my possession? You know, we're on. I'm holding it in my hands still put it on. Put it up to the microphone. I don't let it out. I'm driving from Washington to New York, and I don't let it out of my position. Well, we're in the Midwest and we can't say before 10 p.m., which is the safe harbor. What's on, there's been media accounts that into reflects pornographic. Behavior involved 100 buying with underage Children, I can't say the last part I can say the first part, I can say it has pornographic behavior. Major Some of it I would regard as I would regard.

"His flip flopped on that now, in part, I'm sure because he wants to take an issue away from Donald Trump. And because his left wing is linking him to this utterly phony conceit of mass incarceration. We do not have a police problem in this country. John, We do not have an incarceration problem in this country. What we have is a crime problem. Policing and incarceration are the solution. They are not the problem. And that was one of Bill Clinton's crowning achievements to that was one of the pieces of legislation that he used to brag about. Sure, you know that the public safety drop that began in the 19 nineties started in New York City. Under Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and Police Commissioner William Bratton. And then the techniques used in New York spread nationwide. It was driven largely by local changes in policing, but the federal bill Signed in 90 for you know, the federal prison population is a small percentage of the nation's prisoners about 12%. So the big action is at the local level, and the federal bill didn't affect that. But it did allow The federal U. S attorneys for the worst drug dealers the worst gangbangers to bring the hammer down on them and get those guys off the street so that that helped The 50% drop in felonies crime that this nation experienced until the first generation of the black lives matter Movement 2015 and 2016. We lost ground there and, boy, are we losing ground this year? Whenever you see a poll of Joe Biden versus Donald Trump, you get two results based on how you ask the question. One way of asking it is do you support Donald Trump or Joe Biden? Another way of saying, Do you support Donald Trump? Joe Biden, the libertarian, the Peace and Freedom the Green Party and go down the list. And I think the conventional wisdom was that if it wass Trump versus by with the third party candidates, the Trump would do worse because there's so many Republicans who don't like the tweeting or don't like his temperament or don't like his heir or whatever they don't like the gold fixtures. With the opposite ended up being true. Whereas if you have the two of them and the third party candidates, Biden does worse. Biden does better when it's one on one. Why do you think that is Well, I guess people can't make up their mind and don't want it to be a binary choice. Ah, are not ready to commit to Biden. They see his his flaws. And yet they have the misgivings that I'm afraid we all do. I mean, they're only a few people are completely gonna whitewash Trump. And so this is one would prefer that it's not a binary choice. Unfortunately, it is. This is a a precipice that were standing over. And to avoid making the choice between Taking us further down the road of national disintegration of frankly, ah deliberately created racial hatred. Hatred of the cops that is not shared by the majority of of the black population. But But among enough, you know young young men who are growing up in a culture without fathers. That this is very, very dangerous position, the state that we're in and there's no question in my mind that if if Biden comes in That that this country is going to Reverse civilisation. In the sense this sounds very broad but meritocracy color, blind standards of achievement. They're all going to be gone. Everything the public read These Ah, it consumes in any form. From now on. It's going to be determined by the irrelevancies of race. Gender. If Biden gets in, Trump holds out the promise. Of national unity of not this incessant poison. Talk about phantom white supremacy. This is the most A country that yearns to be post racial Americans are of good heart. There is black privilege. There's not white privilege. If you want your child to get into an Ivy League school, I suggest we check off the underrepresented minority box. Ah, we are. We are a nation that is doing everything we possibly can. To eradicate racial inequalities. Biden believes that we are stained permanently by white racism. That is a lie. It's not just false. It is dangerously false. See, I don't like what Trump is doing going after Biden for voting for the crime bill, either, But I think it's a combination of that. And the black rappers coming out, saying You should be suspicious of Joe Biden. It's leading to a lot of black men, particularly young black men looking at these third party candidates, as in none of the above option and voting for the libertarian or whoever. Justus a way of saying I don't like Trump. But I'm suspicious of Biden, too, And I think having the stand by the way and many of these middle Western states Kanye West is on the ballot as a third party candidate. And I think that that if you look at who ends up voting for those third party candidates, I bet to a lot of black men are going to be doing that. That's just a theory. Well, we can hope that that Ah, section. Uh, only on Lee Ah hurts Biden and and not trump, but it is certainly going to be a complicated Complicated map, however, that the ultimate decision is very simple and I would hope that people do not waste their vote on a third party candidate. "We all know that social media present version of reality that puffins jibes with the truth. And we know that since the two thousand sixteen election, consumers politicians and others have been calling on Facebook to clean up its act and rid the site of fake news. That is one reality. The sad truth is that Facebook actually came out and said that it has no interest in removing fake news, from its platform, and folks, that just thinks I'm Jefferson Graham. "She feels like she's serving the kids in her class at the expense of her own. Jessica Gould, WNYC news. The opioid maker Purdue pharma is facing lawsuits over the way it marketed and sold the powerful you addictive Oxycontin. But more. Than a decade ago. The company faced criminal prosecution that could have cut substantially into its business. That's when I called on a prominent New Yorker to help keep the drug on the market and plentiful shortly after he finished his term as New York City. Mayor Rudolph Giuliani started his own firm, Giuliani partners, and his first client Purdue pharma of Stamford, Connecticut. Christmas grill is a writer for the guardian and author of the book American overdose. The opioid tragedy in three acts and he joins us now. Hi, Chris good morning. So take us back. This was in the mid two thousands. Remind us what Purdue was accused of exactly and what consequences at face. There have been several investigations of Perdue. But this was a a criminal investigation by a district attorney in West Virginia, and he had looked into why there was so much Oxycontin on the market in that part of the country, and essentially what he threw subpoenas and collecting material from the company itself what he essentially uncovered was that there was an illegal marketing, push the. Company was selling this drug Oxycontin as much safer and more effective than it actually was and it was pushing it out to doctors. As in the words of the company the drug to start with the stick with the Giuliani. Of course was a two term mayor of New York City who lead the city through the nine eleven attacks. And there was even talk. He could run for president is that why the company turned to him. Yes, that's kind of two step relationship between Giuliani and Perdue it begins in two thousand and two not long after it's finished being mad and the the company I comes to him in his consulting role. And essentially what they're looking for is. They know that they'll ready got running into problems, and they're looking for somebody that can make the company looked better. And in fact, at the time, how do del who was put who's general counsel said that to quote him. It's clear to us. And we hope it's clear to the government that Giuliani would not take an assignment with a company that he was felt was acting in an improper way that was his role initially by the time we get round to the criminal investi. Education. He's actually moved much more to the center of the legal protests. He's been he's been taken on as the chief counsel by then four Perdue. Farmers the lead counsel in the investigation in western Virginia. And by that point, he's dealing very much hands on with the district. Attorney himself you work directly with the accusers. But he also worked his contacts in Washington, right? Yeah. You see two things going on at the same time. So John Brownlee, who's the district attorney? It's very clear that Giuliani didn't do anything untoward that they had six meetings and these meetings began with Giuliani attempting to convincing that there was no case that he didn't understand the way medicine and doctors worked, but meanwhile, behind the scenes Giuliani and other lawyers who had connections in Washington were indeed they were working on the Justice department, and they were pushing really all the time for the investigation to be reined in. So Purdue wasn't able to get the case thrown out at eventually settled. But Giuliani was able to secure. Moore two major wins from the company what he get for them two things happen. One is just before they settle Bromley the district attorney he gets a call. And the call comes from the chief of staff of the deputy attorney general at the time, and he wants Brownlee to put a halt on this immediately before Perdue has to agree to a plea deal and Brownlee things is very strange, and it's clear that this is political pressure. He rejects it, and then Perdue does agree at that point to the plea deal. But by then Giuliani has already really maneuver to key concessions out of the district. Attorney one of them is that the conviction will not be of Perdue former the actual maker of the drug it will be of a parent company. Perdue Frederick, and that was very important because if Perdue farmer had a criminal conviction, essentially wouldn't be able to do business with the federal government. And that would mean the federal funds through say, Medicaid, Medicare and Veterans Administration would. Be cut off and then the other element to it was the three executives with Purdue pharma were kept out of jail. Roundly wanted to send them to prison. Other people wanted to send them to prison, but eventually through the political pressure from Washington, they are allowed to plead to misdemeanors, and they are allowed to negotiate a very large fine thirty four million dollars between them which tells you just how much money they were making. And they are kept out of prison though. That's the key other element of that. So do you see a direct line from Giuliani's actions in this suit to the opioid situation in the United States today? "Feels like she's serving the kids in her class at the expense of her own. Jessica Gould, WNYC news. The opioid maker Purdue pharma is facing lawsuits over the way it marketed and sold a powerful you addictive Oxycontin, but more than a decade ago, the company faced criminal prosecution that could have cut substantially into its business. That's when it called on a prominent New Yorker to help keep the drug on the market and plentiful shortly after he finished his term as New York City, mayor Rudolph Giuliani started his own firm, Giuliani partners, and his first client Purdue pharma of Stamford, Connecticut. Chris mcgreal is a writer for the guardian and author of the book American overdose. The opioid tragedy in three acts and he joins us now. Hi, Chris good morning. So take us back. This was in the mid two thousands. Remind us what Purdue was accused of exactly and what consequences at face there. Have been several investigations of Perdue. But this was a criminal investigation by a district attorney in West Virginia, and he had looked into why there was so much Oxycontin on the market in that part of the country, and essentially what he threw subpoenas and collecting material from the company itself, what he essentially uncovered was that there was an illegal marketing push the company was selling this, drug Oxycontin as much safer and more effective than it actually was and it was pushing it out to doctors. As in the words of the company the drug to start with on the drug stick with the Giuliani. Of course was a two term mayor of New York City who lead the city through the nine eleven attacks. And there was even talk. He could run for president. Is that way the company turned to him? Yes, that's kind of two step relationship between Giuliani and Pirjo. It begins in two thousand and two not long after he's finished being there. And the the company I comes to him in his consulting role. And essentially what they're looking for is they? That they'll ready got running into PR problems. And they're looking for somebody that can make the company looked better. And in fact, at the time, how do del who is produced general counsel said that to quote him. It's clear to us. And we hope it's clear to the government that Giuliani would not take an assignment with a company that he was felt was acting in an improper way thought was his role initially by the time we get round to the criminal investigation. He's actually moved much more to the center of the legal process. He's been he's been taken on as the chief counsel by then for Perdue. Farmers the lead counsel in the investigation in West Virginia. And by that point, he's dealing very much hands on with the district. Attorney himself you work directly with the accusers. But he also worked his contacts in Washington, right? Yeah. You see two things going on at the same time, so Joan Brownlee who's the district attorney. It's very clear that Giuliani didn't do anything untoward that they had six meetings and these meetings began with. Giuliani attempting to convincing that there was no case that he didn't understand the way medicine and doctors worked, but meanwhile, behind the scenes Giuliani and other lawyers who had connections in Washington were indeed they were working on the Justice department, and they were pushing really all the time for the investigation to be reined in. So Purdue wasn't able to get the case thrown out at eventually settled. But Giuliani was able to secure two major winds from the company what he get for them to things happen. One is just before they settle Bromley the district attorney, he gets a cool and the call comes from the chief of staff of the deputy attorney general at the time, and he wants Brownlee to put a halt on this immediately before Perdue has to agree to a plea deal and Brownlee things is very strange, and it's clear that this is political pressure. He rejects it, and then per do does agree at that point to the plea deal. But by then Giuliani has already really maneuver to. Key concessions out of the district. Attorney one of them is that the conviction will not be of Perdue. Former the actual maker of the drug it will be a parent company. Perdue Frederick that was very important because if Perdue farmer had a criminal conviction, essentially wouldn't be able to do business with the federal government. And that would mean the federal funds through say, Medicaid, Medicare and Veterans Administration would be cut off, and then the other element to it was the three executives with Perdue farmer were kept out of jail roundly wanted to send them to prison. Other people wanted to send them to prison, but eventually through the political pressure from Washington, they are allowed to plead to misdemeanors, and they are allowed to negotiate a very large fine thirty four million dollars between them which tells you just how much money they were making.
