"And so that's really the date that we're looking at. Speaking of Janet Ellis, she is one of the lawyers for the Trump Campaign and Jenna tell us what what's happening in Georgia that the big Least new story about all this had to do with the the the box or the suitcase or whatever was a balance under the table, and within 24 hours I was seeing everywhere. It was, you know, the media was saying debunked and then also we've had this secretary of state for Georgia Rapids Burger, who said it's all been counted. It's been counted three times. We've done the signature match. What's going on there. Tell us what's true. What's not and where you're aware Lawsuit stand with regard to what happened in Georgia. Yeah, well, importantly, Georgia is one of the four states that Texas is doing. So that's the Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. But we also do have the Trump campaign walked it. That's going through the regular channels in Georgia that basically asserting the same thing that the Georgia election officials didn't follow their own state law and because of that, that resulted in an irredeemably compromised vote. Total and that certification. It's false. And so you know, for the secretary of state to just say, Well, we've recounted these illegal ballot multiple times that really gets you to the same folks results. So we had to go through the recount process had to go through some of that procedure. That fact finding investigation before we could bring this lawsuit. But now with what we do know Especially with the witness after David that said that they were kicked out of that state for Marina around 10 30. They knew that ballots were being counted late into the night. They signed those affidavits right after Election Day, and that video far from being debunked on, Lee confirmed exactly what the eyewitness testimony showed. I mean, this would be no different than in a criminal case, you know, someone saying that they were an eyewitness to unearned robbery, and then later, right before trial, you find the video that confirmed. That's exactly what's going on in this case. And so for me through media that wants to just push this aside. Say, you know, your legal challenges have failed. This is you know completely. You're out of time. All of these different excuses. They're just trying to ignore the fact that there has been such wide spread official misconduct and that these results cannot be permitted to stand because this is so important to election integrity, And this is not just about President Trump for the campaign wanting to overturn election results. This is about wanting to make sure that the result itself is fair. It's constitutionally found and it's free and fair because that's what our constitution requires of our elections. Can you tell us? What is the status of the signature match? Because we've you hear different things about this in Georgia? Specifically, Yeah. So the campaign I just as of last week, In fact, the day before we went into the hearing, we requested to our local counsel for 1/5 time, this signature matching so it hasn't been done. The governor camp, of course, had called for that. But for some reason, won't actually require his secretary of state to do that, so it hasn't been done in any way meaningful E On. DIT certainly hasn't been done on a level that would get to every legal vote being counted, and the illegal votes, of course, shouldn't be counted. And that's what the Democrats are never willing to acknowledge that on Lee, the legal votes better cast according to the law of the state, and ultimately, the United States Constitution. Should be counted in any election. And so that so there has not been the signature match that you because because one area here we're speaking of Jenna Ellis for anyone who's joining us here, and she is a member of the Trump legal to Trump campaign legal team. On dealing with the various lawsuits in these states. Jenna we see these things about X number of dead people voted and X number of illegal aliens are believed to have Vote people you say that now and everyone jumps That's actually the federal criminal statutory term for it right. It's actually called illegal aliens. Still, folks believe they're not in federal law. But all these people that you know, we we see these numbers. How do we get the proof? How do we get to stand up and say here are people who are dead who voted and you guys don't have an answer for this? You don't mean it feels like we're waiting for that. The allegations in the affidavits to turn into a factual data about fraudulent voters. Can you dig into that for me a little bit? Yeah, well, we actually have that, And this is what's been so frustrating about being denied an evidentiary hearing on a court levels, for example, our case in Pennsylvania that we just talked about a few minutes ago that now at the third Circuit, and they denied that really narrow issue what we appealed from with that judge that did not I'd simply an evidentiary hearing, and he did that in a way that and I won't you know, bore your audience. But he did that in a way that was actually legally incorrect because he made a finding on the merits of the case and on the evidence when no evidence have been presented in court at all, and so for all of the media and the leftist liberal thing, Where's the evidence? Where is the evidence? We haven't been granted an evidentiary hearing, and that's what's been so frustrating, But when we have been able to do is get hearing In front of the state legislatures and put on a sample and a very important sample of our witnesses that we have, you know, 50 more one that will testify to saying, you know, I saw these these ballots come in, or there were duplicative ballots or, you know, I was told by an election official to just go ahead and allow this person to vote when they didn't have an idea, or their signature didn't match or some other thing that was against the law in that state, And so, for example, Arizona. We know the data and we know the numbers. We know that 11,000 votes were an overvote in that state, meaning that 11,000 votes were cast more than there were registered voters. So how is that even possible, and that just alone would change the outcome in Arizona. We know that 30 over 36,000 people who were those illegal aliens. Who were not eligible to vote under U. S law voted in that election. We have the evidence to show that over 450,000 ballots were duplicated and did not show the actual intent of the voter based on all of the election officials who who completely ignored the law in Arizona, so we have all of these facts. We have the witnesses. We have the data. We have the evidence. It's just a matter of being able to present that in court. And to have these judges try to just deny this based on some sort of procedural issue or really just trying to pass the buck, and they don't want to hear these cases should frankly outraged every American and that's what I'm really grateful that Ken Paxton and Texas are now taking this case directly to the Supreme Court. Because this needs to be heard. If we allow election officials to simply Disregard the law in their state. Then they're overturning an election within and they're just saying we're going to completely ignore the law in our state, and we're going tol do whatever we want in the election for the outcome that we prefer, And that is not the rule of law in America, and I don't care if you supported President Trump or Joe Biden. You may like the outcome of fraud this time, but I guarantee you that is not at all what you want to have as president because America is always Hold on a rule of law, not a system of rulers. Jealous of the trump legal team. Jenna before we let you go on. I know you are very busy. I just want to know what can the folks listening? Expect from the team you know, in broad strokes in the next couple of weeks. Well, we'll definitely continue fighting. So I mean, I've been on the phone with the Mayor, Mayor Giuliani, and you know we're continuing to advance both of our parallel strategies, both in the judicial branch as well as state legislatures. Georgia has a hearing coming up this week, and we're very hopeful that they will push through that resolution. Take back their delegates. And we're also gonna be watching really eagerly to see what the Supreme Court does with this attorney general case, So I think there's still a lot of avenues. There's still a lot of fight left for Election integrity and don't listen to the mainstream media. This is definitely not over yet. We're just getting started on. Ls everybody Jenna Thank you so much for your time. And for your work, we'll talk to you soon. Thank thanks. Radio telling you went away..

"Okay. You just You. You doing exactly everything that he spoke about and wanted to say a couple of weeks ago I spoke. I spoke T o t. O, uh, Mayor Mayor Giuliani and I said to him, I go, Mr Mayor. We need our own team. To go after these people. They have their teams all over the place just surrounding us. No end. The media is the biggest part of it. How did we end up with a country that is being defined by what the media is doing to us? Well, you know, Rick, let me respond to that. And even though we had a break coming up, I want to share the start with you. Because that's something I'm really am passionate about and it's literally the reason I'm standing here right now. How did we end up in a country where the media was taken over almost entirely by leftists? And I started looking at this because I spent some time working in government. I spent some time working in higher ed. And I was a small business owner before that, and I realized you know what things When you're a small business owner. They're very different than when you work in government and things are very different. It's a different world. It's almost a fantasy land. And when you look at what happens in higher Ed and I worked for and really good school, where they didn't have a spouse, this Marxist philosophy, But you learn about this stuff and you realize Wow, they're taking over every classroom, every newsroom and literally every layer of government, local state federal So when you have people that are dedicating their lives, taking out student loans, reaching people teaching people recruiting people getting people organizing people. They're not like you and me where they get up, and they go like Reagan taught us, right, You know. Get off my back and out of my pocket. They're the exact opposite. They're like. Oh, come here. Come here. Let's get together. Constantly congregate. They constantly recruit they constantly. They have manuals for recruiting people. I've read from the Marxist dot orig website where how they recruit African Americans what they do to elevate them to positions of power within labor unions. I mean, it's really crazy stuff. They've dedicated their entire lives to this and all many conservatives and regular people who really don't even care about politics. They just say, just get out of my I just wanna live my life. I just want to work. I want to take care of my family. As long as we have that mindset, they're going to continue to win because they're looking to take over and we're looking to be left alone. We have to take on that mindset that Jimmy was talking about where he's saying, going, burn their flag. Take the offensive position instead of getting punched in the face, start punching in the face, and that's a figure it if I'm not calling for violence for anybody, but I'm just trying to use that as as ah figurative analogy. That is how we do it. Because too many people often times asked, And I mentioned this on my podcast that I did a whole segment on it. What can I do? What can I do? We have to stop thinking that we're some sort of little wallflower. That can't do anything. I realized that you know what? I have a message. I want to share that message. How can I do it? Where will they accept me? They're not gonna accept me at CNN. They're not gonna accept me at The New York Times. I went to the Washington taps from there. I moved on now I'm a WBC and that was the path I took. And it might have cost me a few bucks to do it. But I felt like it was necessary. And it was important and I encourage people to do whatever they feel is right to help America and go forward and take that offensive position. So I appreciate that call Rick, We're going to take a quick break. We're gonna come right back. I want to talk about what's going on in California with the fascism and everything else. Keep it locked right there. I am rich Valda is sitting in for Mayor Giuliani. That United Concordia Dental. We bring a personal approach to our third vic Dental plans. That's why comprehensive dental coverage starts with you with me. Are you a federal employee? Yes, then yes, you a federal retire. Reed. What about me? Yes, you too. How about me? I'm.

"Democrats. Hellos and Democrats couldn't stand the treating. Mr. How does he not? Look at this? How do they not? Look at this evidence? How did they Because they're quoted the press is crooked. It's not just biased. It's crooked, dishonest. Yeah. They're dishonest. Yes, Disappointed, Will you How you don't publish how you don't publish an affidavit from a woman who's a Who's a lifetime employees, the city of Detroit. Presumably a Democrat. Never have to. It's a five page after David, she says from the moment she was put on election duty. The city of Detroit. Basically the lessons or how to treat They showed up five ways to cheat. Yeah. Co workers get all of them. Mr. You don't put that in the new favorite. Now we're now you weren't fighting with you. And we're with you, 12 30 today we're gonna be watching. Happy Thanksgiving. And there's a bit of a caravan going up to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, where they will, They will just present their case. To the Legislature and state of Pennsylvania. And they will try that will show the evidence that votes were not counted. And I think the endgame is, of course, a good just delete the and deplete the amount of electoral votes for Joe Biden and they'll go state to state. This is the This apparently is the planet merger, Liani and then the president will stay the president. Hey, it's Joe Piscopo for balance of nature, fruits and vegetables and capital form. "Now he's taking you behind the badge on 77. W. ABC Bad Boys. It's behind the badge with former NYC police commissioner Bernie Carrie. This is Bernie Kerik behind the bags. It's 77 w A. B. C and I tell you, I've had a crazy crazy week. We're going to get into a lot of, but it doesn't great jest, including Sidney Powell will be on a little bit later to talk about what's going on in Washington, D C. Um, you know, last week you may recall I had Frank Marino stepping in for me because I was still done it in D. C with the mayor. Mayor Giuliani starting some of the investigative stuff that Had to go into a number of these lawsuits that the president wanted the campaign on in the bear, too. Consider and file on his behalf. For what I call. Um I There's no other word for a stolen election. Going to give you some Fox real quick before our guest comes on, Um, here. Here's what I person and this is me having sort of an inside seats on Some of the evidence and I'm sick of the people out there. There is no evidence. We've got dozens and dozens of witnesses that are providing evidence of voter fraud. Um, so I can't stand people when they're saying there's no evidence, but I want to tell you something. My own thoughts first and foremost, I think Democratic Party implemented a nationwide strategic plan. For a permanent both theft and I say permit, because if they get away with this if they get away with what they've done They're gonna They're gonna do it again. It'll never go back tomorrow. They get away with what they accomplished this time. That's why I'm saying permanent. We have to make sure that this is investigative investigator about every front and make sure that it never happens again, not just for President Trump before the Republic. This was a highly coordinated, highly sophisticated and a deeply well funded campaign of corruption in our next guest will get into that. Uh, it covers fraudulent ballots. Scanning machines. The reporting of the votes. Um, witness intimidation, Voter, I mean, observers, the Ballad of Service that are supposed to go To the ballot locations and oversee the process. Republican side in many, many cities were kept out completely kept out the big city Democratic bosses. I believe they printed and filled out hundreds of thousands of million ballots. Believe they held them until they were needed to cover the gap in the gap was the victory that Donald Trump was was accomplished in the election. Um You know what? It This wasn't just a few cities. This just wasn't just a few states. This was, you know, Pennsylvania Bishop, Wisconsin that Bada Georgia. There's a number of them and when you look at the overall, you know the overall Border floor. You have to think How much of this was coordinated in my opinion. It was national quarter. You know, people didn't wake up in silly. Pittsburgh, Detroit Atlanta. Go to work that day on the poles, and everybody did the same exact thing. What did they do? What did the Democrats do that kept the Republican observers out of the facility? Once that got in. They kept him at a distance between 20 and 100 ft in various cases. There was no ability to see the loading docks. There was no way to see who brought the ballots in that there's no chain of custody. Tens of thousands of ballots just miraculously showed up to throughout the middle of the night. Ah 100,000 and one place every one of those 100,000 were for Joe Biden. This is the kind of stuff that has, you know, popped up through investigations, and I will say There's a number of investigations going on. You know, in a number of lawsuits that's gonna file you have the campaign that has to put their feet together. You have, uh, the various GOP Oren see establishments around the country each of the individual states. And then you have private organizations that are solely interested in the constitutional slaughter, if you will throughout this election. And their concerns are equal. It's not more than everybody else's because they're thinking that a thicket of this not only for this election but long term and one of the people But I've come to know throughout this process. Who I think is is really doing God's work. Somebody look was a district attorney. Um, he was attorney general. He was a state legislator out in Kansas. And that's Phill Kline. He's doing phenomenal work, and I figured I wanted to get him on the line. I talked to him about what His observations are what he has seen what he thinks has to be done and So welcome to behind the badge. I can't thank you enough for coming on. Well, you're on the line. Okay. I think we lost him. Yeah, I think we We lost a man. Bruce is going to get it back. I, You know, throughout this process of tell you something, I, uh, this this thing on the lack of evidence, and I think if we get Chloe back on the phone, I think We'll be able to explain it in a way that most people will understand, But I'm gonna tell you something. The evidence is overwhelming. We've seen things that I would have never believed in this process we have taken as I said, we have dozens and dozens of witnesses. That are provided with the statements after David's we're looking to get to the ballots were really looking to get to the machines. Um, you know, if you've listened to Mayor Giuliani, he's done a number of media hits on this topic as well as a city pal. Who both of them are working for the president. You had to hurt by now about the beating of software. And I'll.

"That's a very very live issue in michigan right so but my point is even just completely disregarding that which to the air of thousands of votes. There's still a lot of other irregularities in michigan comparable to pennsylvania which isn't really the focal point of the dominion software. You're saying all of the above of unhappy michigan. Wow i will say this go ahead. The states in which there was say sets the stage in which there is evidence that they interfered in the count. Didn't allow republicans to participate are arizona Pennsylvania also Georgia without without question. Those are all states that we we now have affidavits from people saying that there was interference and individual right. Well of course but you know nevada. I don't think that that goes without saying every every issue by the way we got nevada has every issue. We went through issues every issue. On this surprise anybody. Where legalized gambling. Real dead people. Coming in howard hughes voted in nevada. But it was just so dom- dna. I have a question. Actually hear from one of my one of my colleagues gerald gerald You have mayor giuliani keep. Keep it very short. Keep it respectful because respectful program. And he's america's mayor. Mayor giuliani so question that i had was about the signatures. And also the postmarks. I know we haven't really touched on that a whole lot but states giving guidance said hey even if signatures don't match even if you can't verify the postmark even if it comes in without a postmark are you guys looking at that. I think pennsylvania is something to deal with with that. I think michigan is well. There was some guidance. There you guys working on that as well did go through was were you able to hear at all their major. Sorry i wasn't you weren't can you hear him now hall and gerald's right now. Can you hear him now. No he can't jail come in here. I'm going bring him over to my microphone. Asked this question i apologize. He's not as adorable as i am mayor but he had a good question all right. Go ahead and ask him. Can you hear me now. A there we go all right. Perfect so i was saying that the guidance that people were given on signatures saying even if signatures don't necessarily match even if the postmark can't be verified on the envelope even if it doesn't even have a postmark to treat it as an actual legitimate ballot. Are you guys working on that in several states as well. Yes that is that that That it's also initiatives. Come up. I can't tell you the multiple that the numbers. That's an an issue that has come up. That violates the the rules of the legislature sat down the the election and any violation of the rules of the legislature reach to a disqualified ballot. After all the rules zero set by the state legislature in the state. Legislature ultimately has to certify the election right if their rules violated to such an extent that equals the margin. They're not gonna be able to certify they'll have to make a choice there all right. let me ask you. this is totally separate from. These are ballots. That obviously would have to be invalidated as someone who was born in detroit longtime michigan residents. This is just my gut feeling. And i told people everyone in this room. I said listen. I cannot substantiate this but having been there and having known people in michigan. I just don't i just don't really have the feeling that donald trump laws michigan and the red data especially knowing what we know about again the poll-watchers and then putting up bristol boards..

Sidney and his staff and he is a symbolic because he's about to. Ah, engaged in a bunch of layoffs of he's gonna light lay off people. Who worked in essential services, sanitation, maybe some police. So who knows what else is there? Because we have a major budget shortfall, but put if his wife didn't squander that billion dollars for that ridiculous program, which He put a pony into that's right, Sydney that'll be working right? Not only that, if they only reopened the city in the state, we could generate some tax revenue and you wouldn't have to do that. That's that's a butt that would actually help the economy and the third quarter report, which is going to come out just before the election, would might look a little bit too rosy for the president's good. And so we have to shut that we have to keep everything shut down. Even though we've been at what 0.32% infection rate for the longest time, so either way, the city is an horrible financial shape. The state is in horrible financial shape. They cannot borrow money, so they have to lay off. They have to do the the Cuomo actually told De Blasio yesterday. He said, Listen, you can cut the fat stupid. He actually said that you cut the fat You don't have to do layoffs, but the blood you says, no, no, no. And by the way, just f Y I the city in the state by Look, we can't Oral money, like the federal government can run a deficit. They can do that states enough, and state governments and city governments cannot so they have to either cut the fat or lay people off. Cut services, which is what the Black Joe's going to dio and of course crime is. Ah, you know, surging here. As we all know, in this city, all because of black lives matter. The You know the people who incite violence against police on and enable the criminal soap with cops Pull back. The criminals go crazy Crime rises, so the city is in horrendous shape. "Now the one on is a discussion with George Papadopoulos about Obama gate and it's one of two parts it'll be fun again next week N. still there is the conversation with the anti McCarthy which you may want to go back and listen to after this interview so let's now go to Andy McCarthy Andy how are you ready I'm doing great how are you Sir great well I wanted to call you today because of the what happened yesterday I mean that kind of startling I guess we we kind of knew that sort of but when you hear it and you see that seven of them put in requests to unmask Flynn it sounds like this it must have been concerted action of some kind I think that's right and I actually think it may be this is hard to believe but I actually think it may be worse than it it appears on the surface tell us what well for all of the hullabaloo about on masking because there are there are dozens of people asking who who are who are listed instead this is just on masking for Flynn and and Rudy it's only the period from November eighth to the end of January we know that the ridiculously opened an investigation of general Flynn in mid August so that and at that same time they were trying to corroborate the Steele dossier which turned out to be garbage so they will clearly it was clearly a lot of frenetic activity and we've only seen a portion of it but the reason I say I think it may be even worse is the big call that everybody is interested in is the one on December twenty ninth because that's when Flynn talks to the the Russian ambassador but if you notice looking at that list there's no indication of a record of anyone looking to on math general Flynn as a result of that call the next thing on the list after the after the date of December right is January fifth and we already know because of the other information that came out the last two weeks that the FBI already had twins named by January third so they should have been on on masking record if this were collected in accordance with the program that would have required that which makes me believe it was probably collected under a different program that could involve parole I know the C. I. A. or a foreign intelligence service because otherwise I can't explain why they will not be an unmasking record well there's no question but when you have seven of the highest officials in government making this request they wanted it done quickly they were trying to impress everyone with how important was and it was being done not for any in pursuance of any investigation counterintelligence or otherwise there was none it was being done for the purpose of leaking which then happened to David Ignatius of than others so what one of these people leaked it which one when did they know did they did they know that they were doing it for the purpose of leaking because if they did we then have a conspiracy to violate eighteen USC section seven ninety eight yeah well what I I've always thought for what it's worth that nobody in this crowd thought the trump was going to win the election and once he did win the election they understood that he was going to have access to the government's intelligence files which means he would eventually now that they investigated them and I think from the time he got elected going forward which is when you get this torrent of leaks what they were trying to do is project Kamaraj of what they were not able to prove which is this cockamamie theory they were running to the FISA court with that there was a conspiracy of cooperation as they put it with between the trump campaign and the Kremlin so I can write the league is all about trying to project this image that there really was this what Lucien thank don't you think it was also to try to get flown out to push him out yes to make it almost almost trying to get him out before even got started because the leak was on January on January twelfth and then there were a couple more because it's really the leaks to get him out I think that they needed him out and sessions out for the same reason if what if I'm right that what they wanted to do was continue the investigation after trump was already in office I don't see how you pull that off if you have a sophisticated intelligence guy as the enterprise I was loyal to the president and if you have an Attorney General who knows what he's doing and get it right talking with anyone currently on seventy seven WABC I just wanna make sure people know who we are what what what about is it time for these people to go in front of a grand jury M. B. S. you know did you leak it do you know leakage discuss leaking it did the president what did the president know when did he know it he's in the room on January fifth right in the middle of all this they're they're frantically trying to unmask when did they talk about it be unlikely that they would have talked about yeah I I have to assume that if they're doing to do that that this is exactly what dorm is doing oh man I this is this what I would do I mean if I were a prosecutor yesterday would have made my day yeah whoa right in the yeah I would say well I you know I thought it was it was interesting that D. A. N. I. E. Gordon L. first went to the justice department and they basically said we're happy to take your information but we're not releasing this publicly yet and knowing what what you and I know what that meant is that the kind of information they're using to question witnesses which is why they want to go absolutely I mean all of them all of them are going to be put in front of grandeur is going to decide whether to take the fifth whether to testify some so I can I give back to the Christie a mystery he got eight of them so far you could put him in a room and who leaked it boys and girls and did you happen to talk about it can anybody mention this at a press the big guy yeah it sounds like you get your juices flowing there well you know we love to this smells it smells pretty bad I think this is going going a long way well and it will be in touch with you again on this of you because you you got about as good of grass as anybody and thank you very much for being with us today great to talk to you thanks Eddie we're gonna go back to the phone lines and this is my you know my favorite part of the show so I get to hear what you want to say what you have on your mind so call one eight hundred eight four eight W. A. B. C. that's one eight hundred eight four eight nine two two and my first call is Judy from Brooklyn well guess what you're my favorite mayor mayor Giuliani thank you thank you Judy thank you I can't I can't I do I do think that the Blasi although help my reputation of Bloomberg's I really do I don't know yeah I now I think they threw them all the way when they created your thank you yeah you're just open cast again I'm so glad that you're in A. B. C. because you know what I feel like you were on scene true which is the same thing if he does yes thank you thank you because everything you say I believe is the truth and I will try hard which I will try and cover the truth absolutely it's great that you're on W. ABC because we need more of you anyway my question is there's so much going on but my question is that the man hours claiming that not her signature on the unmasking is there a way of getting an expert forensic whatever they call them to verify if it's authentic yeah of course of course zero this the I do I do that in the second and then and then she got a big stash I mean let's assume it isn't who is it right we get our entire stay I mean Mandy said I I sounded like I was really enjoying myself but I mean I did this for seventeen years and I loved it when I put the worst crooks and so if it isn't hard somebody will find it is her if it is or what happens then it is our what we got she got a real problem she she added to her own problems now false exculpatory statements which means she lied that her signature and a false exculpatory statement can be used as evidence of guilty knowledge so she'll put herself should put itself right in the middle of a possible prosecution under eighteen USC seven ninety eight she's one of these people or more was the leaker like the whole purpose of unmasking flint who's not for any investigation investigation was over the whole purpose of doing it was to leak Flynn so they'd be a scandal and trump put a point they wanted to win out because he was too dangerous to what they knew they were gonna be doing which is trying to frame trump a question yep can I ask a question do you think at this point are there going to be any indictments come down your honor I do I do I I really hope I do I think this one I think this one pushes it right over the line pushes it right over the line okay wonderful great great to talk to escape this when you can't walk away from so now we're gonna go to Tony from Bayonne how you doing doing well Tony how how how would things what could be better my god I know I know they don't well let's let's hope let's keep but let's give us spirits up that's all we can do right yep what would you like to know how confident are you that one can get a our it should be recited twice ninety percent fifty you're free all political tool the November election no no I you don't you don't know bill bars you if you think that bill Barr is a lawyer's lawyer them whatever they want to say about him I know the you know the Democrats that can try to make him like he's some kind of a hack lawyer so ridiculous he's a very very high quality water he's a very high quality person a person of great integrity he is quite rightly shocked at the conduct of the scene in the just department many once ran it before like I was once there before I don't recognize it she's got a case to get indicted you could never be can't put percentages on convictions I can be more easily do that with indictments it's hard to see how the crew crew of people now that we've been talking about that at least three quarters of don't get indicted maybe this may maybe maybe possible Samantha powers name is not on there I don't know how do I know maybe somebody else's we'll find out who the somebody else is not gonna have to explain why they were involved in the unmasking and what the heck with it doing so fast for what do you have the vice president I'd states to unmasking unless it's so darn important wanna get out right away so you can screw the guy which is what they did as always this a really terrific because I love hearing from you so if you haven't already done it you can check out my podcast because we go into more detail on this stuff there at Rudy's common sense dot com and this is Rudy Giuliani and with common sense will uncover the truth and get to a solution on talk radio seventy seven W..

"To the first call Dr Ryan had a point that she wanted to make about something it can be very confusing about a new test that has come out Dr Brian are you there I am routing and thank you very much for allowing me to call back but you've been on the forefront of letting people know about Kobe nineteen therapies in there something that just came out in the last few days that I want to make sure to caution your audience so the FDA did approve for lab core to do it after home catches a cold in nineteen number one initially they're only gonna allow healthcare workers to do it in the theory is it will decrease some exposure so nobody else is taking the task a healthcare worker will know how to do it let's see how it works and then we'll move on to the general public but there is something I'm a little concerned about is it's not the past we do it's not the way let's not let me clarify it's not the way we collected in the hospital setting in the hospital setting or niece drive up casting area it's a nasal bearing he'll want it's a very long school swab that goes up your nasal cavity all the way back to touch the back of your throat your pharynx we are the virus and so on besides getting in your cell so it's a pretty darn accurate taps in the home kit it's a small swamp it's only going to know so in France facing some false negative so I just want to caution your audience thank you very much and we'll be we'll be watching that very carefully and now we're gonna go to jail in New Jersey it's time to chat with the mayor mayor Giuliani before I say anything down hi this is a compliment I can understand why you've married several times your charming I'm not thank you Jill I will say nothing in New Jersey people in New Jersey and carefully I all of my doctors are in New York because of this situation I am presenting with covert nineteen I I tried to get a doctor to assist me I cannot I found a doctor who called me back and told me that mayor governor governor Murphy is forbidding all doctors our problem allowing patients to take the varieties of medications that you're talking about and that if you present with this virus you'll have to go to the hospital by that time it's too late because you'll need to be integrated or you will never survive and did you call the queen and all these other things that people are are questioning may or may not save your life but doctors have not been allowed to attempt to use these drugs I am I went for a saliva test the there's only one county so far that did that and I was very very concerned because four days I had been presented with a series of things chills and and no right right backache I never had a back back gate this that and then this constant dry cough so I thought okay I took the test it came back negative I am now talking up a storm what Joe is what you're gonna do I hope I hope you're going to stay on the phone after we're finished this can we do this and you leave your number and I'm gonna call you back when the show's over okay you are the best because I because I have a few suggestions and I've helped a few of the people this way maybe at some point we'll put him all on and we'll explain exactly how these politicians are are really really hurting us I mean doctor should make the decision of what kind of medicine you get not governor Murphy who believes that the constitution is above his pay grade well you know something governor sos medicine above your pay grade we'll take care of the children worry we care about people not political correctness goddess gets me so angry governor stopping a doctor from doing what he's also the governor is an idiot you stop people from going to the hospital the idea is to give them these medicines because it stops them from going in the hospital get it it stops them from going in the hospital the minute they walk in that hospital the chance that they're walking out diminishes my friend Larry from Brooklyn thirty hi can I refer to you as senator Julia it's but when I when I when you were in the Southern District that'll look perfect and it was very liberal and every time you would invite someone you again from the class and go senator Julie and the like you have aspirations yeah I was I was indicting the mafia is a good run for the Senate right yeah I I I enjoyed the fact that they wanted to kill me right yeah right but what I want to say is this maybe it took a little bit of by Ivete on your part to be able to prosecute all those people because I don't think you yeah okay in the last show Curtis Juliet they were they were citing studies being done by big pharma with hydroxy chloroquine and Deepak but they will leave a gap one critical ingredient music which opens up the cell for the reception of hydroxy clerk we should not be a big farmer is paying for the study's wealth is paid for the study could it be that the governor Cuomo is getting massive kickbacks the band used drugs well I don't know but I got it I'm gonna talk to you about that I because of the end about this but there are two reasons why there's this big effort against hydroxy core corner it's terrible one is politics because of president trump happened to have mentioned it had president trump not to mention that everybody be taken it a bit because he said he has to be wrong it turns out he's right second could be greed this whole hydroxy the therapy cost about twenty Bucks the other stuff they're talking about cost in the thousands and then if you get on a ventilator the hospital's pulling all kinds of money big money big money I'm not saying that affects anybody I'm just putting it out there hydroxy twenty Bucks they get you in the hospital now we can start talking real dollars okay my objective the objective of the good doctor is to keep you out of the hospital because to me you go in the hospital bad things can happen thank you very much Larry Billy from New York City you're on seventy seven WABC hi Richard Giuliani I don't watch TV every parties all the time and I was a kid when I met Lindsey was the man but I guess he's the only guy compared the budget too like many think is but no comparison which is much better measure really thank god in his book I read when he left the city hall thank you so that in that way he didn't have a big success like like you did if you became a he had a he had problems and issues and of but there's a look I've been a New Yorker for ever and I go back in in my memory to mail Wagner I guess so I know every mayor since Wagner including yours truly it is nothing to compare to the boss you know if anybody you compare to deposit would be an awful insult to that to that person I can't hear I never seen anything like this I've never seen I've never seen a guy actually not do his job and I can't find anybody to defend them I mean it at all he ran for president he got six people that would show up everybody would criticize him nobody would ever show up on national television to say well the Blasi this advise you that if you attack Hillary if you attack Biden protect trump if you attack me attack Cuomo somebody shows up to say that's not right he's really a better person nobody defended this guy I have my democratic friends to come up to me and tell me you're a great may we used to love you since you defended trump we hate you but you know something we take you over to blouse your sect so I don't know listen to a clip I will play you in my next segment and maybe you'll get the point okay so now we are going to talk about important meeting and we're gonna talk about the meeting between governor Cuomo and the president and how they should be the basis for how we move forward this is Rudy Giuliani on talk radio seventy seven W. "Look at it or address it to you. Know we're in probably the third or fourth week of the you know the real heavy weeks In the beginning we've had about four hundred people die As a result of this thing in in the United States in the US in that same time period we've had probably twenty three to twenty six thousand die as a result of flew in this last four weeks right so you have to keep things in in context going to put things in perspective. That being said what's going on right now in the country. They're trying to minimize the threat right in minimizing the threat. We have to have social distancing. You know we're sitting at a table where five six feet apart right. You have to do it. I know it sounds silly to some people especially to the younger generation you know. Have you had this thing down in Miami where you know kids rush the beach? You know for You know spring break right. That's cool. You know they don't get it. They don't understand. Why but at the end the ball when they get home or they go back to their school and they have a teacher that has a lower of immunity rate or a parent or a grandparent. You know somebody could really get sick where somebody could die In in the worst category so you know everybody has to play their part so there. There's a bunch of stuff you should be doing. But nobody should lose their mind before we get into what people should be. I want to go backwards. The reason I got freaked out to begin with. Is this whole thing that these tech started coming about martial law and locked down and I claustrophobic insane and I guess because I ran and bought out food. I didn't hoard anything anybody fifty dollars I was going to say. Well I had toilets with water shooting on my ass my whole life so I don't need to worry about toilet paper so that's the one thing that I won't take from anybody. But the thought of martial law and not being able to leave your apartment at all even for these walks because two weeks ago when it started happening. This is the word it's like they're gonNA martial law they're gonNA and really that hasn't happened even though the stay at home and all this. You're still allowed to go for a walk. You're not I I really the one thing. That's that's scary If you will. I'm more afraid of social media than than I am the virus the social media stuff that I've seen for an I'll give you a real example About a week ago I had five different people within twenty four hours. Send me the same video of a car sitting at the train station to train with things with with army. Hanks going by amunition care. They'll send me that okay. But here's the deal. I had five people. Send it to me saying my friend just sent me this. This was in Miami Right. The other guy sent to me. It's in Pennsylvania girl instagram. Putt for Lauderdale today. Exact Day exactly. Well the reality is I think it was in Louisiana or some. There was not even palm trees. It was nine months ago. I was nine months ago. Nine months ago was eight or nine months ago and the video went viral and people went nuts. Soloist military's coming. You know they're shutting down their lock. Everybody up at the end of the day was oh bullshit. It's just not true right in. I urge people learn your fax. Go online you know. Worse comes to worse. Sit in front of your television watched the press conference with the president in the CDC group whether you like the president. You're like the president. This isn't about politics. Put the president aside the people that are standing up there every day. Those doctors those scientists those of the people. You should be listening to because you know you know what goes on behind the scenes because through nine eleven and you were in meetings like this so then they come out and then the press asked is would drive me crazy. Is that like the press at the White House. Not One person want anything positive out of it. Not One thing positive doesn't sell okay sick. Here's here's the reality about those press conferences when you see those press conferences when the president walks out and people walk out with him. What you don't see what you have. No idea happened is prior to that. Probably for an hour in New York City in the aftermath of nine eleven. We had four of those a day four times. You saw the Mayor Mayor Giuliani and I in sometimes governor Pataki. Go out to podium and talk to the press and tell them where we're at at this point. What you didn't see. Is that behind the curtains. The entire city staff every executive in city government that ran the Department of Transportation Sanitation. The Police Department the Fire Department the Correction Department every city agency was back there. Giving the mayor input on what we had to do. How we're going to do it. How it's GonNa get done. Who didn't do what they should have. How are we going to rectify that? All that stuff is going on. And that's exactly what's going on in Washington. Dc that's going on with the president and in most importantly the vice president because he runs that task force right so they basically go around the table. This is where we're at. This is what we're looking for. This is how we're going to help. Get all the governors on the line. Get the senators on the line. Get members of Congress. Talk about the stimulus bill. You know what? There's an enormous amount of work. I went on nobody sees but I would urge your listeners. Learn the facts. Don't listen to the bullshit. Don't look on social media in here like people you know I mean complete lunacy. Some of the stuff I've seen you know has been what's crazy is it scares the hell out of people. It's reckless. It's dangerous. It has people doing stupid writings saying stupid. Scaring their kids scaring their parents. You know it's just not good so That's what I would recommend the people right because somehow all of a sudden everybody has a cousin at the Pentagon every cousin at the Pentagon friends with this guy that an and it starts at Stafford Axel be twenty four to forty and I was panicking and I kept running and every day. I'm like I got frozen food. I gotTA stick this in the Fridge. I gotta panic and every day. I'd be like okay. Yes they are closing down but like we could do a delivery. You could do takeout good enough for me. You're allowed to get in your car and drive with whoever your bunkered in with. That's great you're allowed to go for exercise. Your I guess in America. I don't think that they would. I mean unless it's a chemical war lock you up. His here's would I would. I would tell people to take a step back in the political world. Take a step back right now and I want you to think about this. The deprivation of freedom is profound right. We live in a free society. The fought the mere thought of being locked down the mere thought of the military taking over. This kind of makes me insane. I when I watched the political arena. Today where you have people on you know in the political world that are pushing socialism and basically communism. Okay really if you don't like this if you don't like the world we're living in right now. You better jump off that socialist kick because it's a hundred times worse that kick has done. Well I don't know I don't know zone but At the end of the day I think that's that's something you know. What freedom is. There's nothing better than freedom and And I think people have gotten to see they've gotten to get a little taste of what it's like not to have it and it's not fun But in this case you know we have options in the options are. Let's diminish the threat. Let's get the virus down to where it's addressable. Let's get the test done. We're going to see a spike in the next couple of days. Probably in the next week or so. You'll see a spike. In the number of cases you're going to see a spike. Because you get. We were testing a lot right. They're already coming up with the different situations different Different remedies. Different medicines That they're looking at These tests all this stuff takes time. You know I hear people. Why don't they do it faster? Why did he have to keep things in in context? Right in the stuff doesn't happen at the snap of finger. It doesn't happen overnight to to you know there's a lot of work that has nothing horse it's crazy to team up with the president of the everybody everything I'm like. I don't understand how they expect him to do that. Well let me let me take a look. Let me just remind people k? Municipal like New York City. The person responsible for New York City is the mayor of the city of New York. Keep in mind. Think back to nine. Eleven right Who Ran New York City? The mayor who oversaw the crisis in New York City the mayor not the governor. The governor was there going vacuous with us. If we needed source you know some resources from the state we ask Pataki and he made sure done if we need a national guard if we needed more equipment or whatever if it went beyond that and we needed help from FEMA or the feds and then we went to the president and the president had a guy by the name of Joe Alba who was overseeing fema in the HR well was a Deitch as at the time but it was fema. Joe Sat at the table and he got us what we need right well today. You have governors that have to deal with this in their states if they need resources then you put those request into the White House to the president to the vice president and they'll get you what they can get you but for municipal from mayors and governors to say. The president needs to do this in this in this in this whole slowdown. It's your job to Mariah the crisis. The Federal Government there is to augment and support you. Where in when they can and I and I have to tell you. I'm watching these things on a daily basis. The president's you know whether you like him or not easily win everything physically possible to expedite getting the money to people and if you you know I hate getting political but I'm GonNa tell you something. I'm so fucking pissed that the Democrats with the stimulus bill. This stuff should have been done on Friday at most. Should have been done on on Monday right. They have stuff for you. Know they put stuff into the stimulus. Bill that has absolutely to do with anything. New with a corona virus says. What's that do? That's holding money from people that need it. Most right you know. Think of the blue collar workers the think of the restaurants. The bartenders the the people that go out on a daily basis in and they live from week to week by paycheck. Those people need to live. They need to survive and they're not going to be able to survive this on under two things one if they don't have money if somebody's not you know getting them. Some support in two. There has to be optimism that has to be hope. They have to see a light at the end of the tunnel for somebody. I watched governor yesterday so all this may go onto August really do. If this goes on to August it will put a third of this nation in those straight up poverty. Be Homeless and they can't it can't go. August with a one percent ratio of death right now. The president basically said by Easter. We're going to open up for business in there will be some states that still have issues they have to deal with in those states can make those decisions but from a federal standpoint. I think the president wants that date to be Easter and You know I think that's the right thing because in you'll notice based on what I'm saying Based on what the president said the Dow jumped over two thousand points just just knowing that there's a chance at there's there's hope there's a light at the end of the tunnel there's optimism where I just that alone bash the market in an upward position. Then you go on to CNN and instantly. It's twenty people saying how terrible that is. How bad it's a network of doom. I used to love. Cnn can never watch it again. You know what it is. It's politics you know what in this in this arena? You have to put politics aside. You have to campus on. I know I know they can't but they're viewers have to because this is about survival. This is about the country. This isn't about the Republican Party or Democratic Party. This isn't about the right or the left..

"Seven forty every Thursday we are joined by our pally former New York governor David Paterson well thing should be running for mayor although he says he won't be but I'm governor reconsider you want to run for mayor we can't we can't let it be turned over to Cory Johnson for god's sake well that won't happen but we certainly I've I've said I think term limits is responsible for the fact that the candidates when they run for mayor or not seasoned as much as they used to be interesting so all right give me your take on the I thought it was a chaotic free for all of them Bersin debate for the Democrats on Tuesday night what did you make of it all well I eventually you know when you have six or seven people debating this late in the campaign that's what's going to happen they they all are trying to make a statement what surprised me more than anything else is that some of the candidates for some reason think being angry and screaming yeah particularly Biden hole his way out of character and that was the one thing I think you really had going for him is that he's kind of a easy going you know well liked person he can keep this gets a redness faces are screaming about things of human screen about how much time he had it it it's it's not a good look I think booty judge is the one who manages to make this point without becoming so personally a frustrated and Elizabeth Warren he scored some points last week with Bloomberg and then he must have told us three times we did what you asked but it's never enough and I think that's exactly how people view her as a candidate so they're starting to eliminate themselves I think Biden probably will win South Carolina though but I gotta say I think anger does work for one of them and that's Bernie Sanders because he appears to have been angry his entire life well it seems like he has been eight except that I can't explain it it's his anger does not seem as much internal or at least well he's angry at least he's citing statistics any use in any of making a case for himself and it it didn't it be I mean you know the president was angry at debates but not in this way with a losing it and I think is here again with with Sanders this is why there's a significant number of people right now in the Democratic Party who embraced him David I gonna ask as a traditional Democrat when you look at that stage and the candidates that are up there and it looks like Bernie's you know Gunaratne could have this thing locked up does that represent the party that you know the I the the the issues that they're running on does that represent what you think the Democratic Party should be I put it this way Joe Bernie Sanders has a lot of things that even moderates would not necessarily repudiate bud because he really does there's been very poor in establishing solutions all of this what you gonna do just continue to complain for four years when the everything that he does that that's what's nontraditional about him he doesn't really seem to have a plan that would pay for a third of what he's talking about doing this David do you see any hope for Bloomberg or is this campaign going to despise billions just fizzle out pretty quickly well I've already recovered pretty well the other night I thought that the confrontation the second one with Warren really worked for him all right well we'll see when he gets to super Tuesday he's we have a better underdeveloped in in that you know he has been in a lot of these conflicts he has he did run New York after September eleventh and that was a very difficult thing to do if you remember people wanted to give the former mayor mayor Giuliani three months just to try to get this ship you know that situated the Bloomberg was able to come in and do that he has had a record of performance I think it's just very hard for me because you know it wasn't long ago that that he was touting all the Republicans that he's now criticizing you know the thing is with this race it's all going to come down I don't think a lot of people have clicked in yet maybe in all the real aggressive RT type people have but the average Americans not paying much attention to the stuff it's going to come down to trump versus a Democrat and I don't see any Democrat they can beat trump right now all right now I I don't either although I will say the this is the debate was witnessed by more people than a watch that a primary debate up to this point so people if if nothing else we're enjoying this almost like WWE wrestling that's right that's right Hey OB governor Paterson what do you think about trump's approach to the corona virus I mean he's telling us not to panic but then you hear governor Cuomo and deblasio and Alex got to be prepared this can be a real terrible thing we see the centers for disease control of the National Institute of health any other healthcare agencies they're not playing the odds they're playing the possibility so it's just like you know when if so many times that you know people will tell you the things you should do to avoid illness the odds are you won't become very ill but you do it because you know what you do you're guarding against the possibility president trump is taking a completely different approach here he's playing the odds which is that the H. one N. one virus we had a scare about that in two thousand and ten in two thousand sixty a bowl of virus we haven't really had the major pandemics that have been predicted before and president trump figures we won't have it now if he's right and he probably is right he gets to come back and say when everybody else is panicking I told you all to take it easy and look everything worked out okay now that's the problem with that is it's almost a little inhumane because it's not about whether it is or isn't going to happen it's to take all necessary precautions to make sure that it doesn't happen if possible but the president has done this before and been successful at it so I think he's could just gonna play the hand that you've been playing that's where form for four years all right governor David Paterson joins us every Thursday this time thanks a lot governor going to time it was always take care take care Michael how you doing Joe I'm doing just fine his eyes way to retirement he's very happy all right thanks governor figure but Hey when we get back you might want to rummage through that jar of loose change because you can find a coin in there that's worth a fortune we're gonna tell you what looks like coming up next our topic of the river crossings all right around twenty to twenty five minutes and altars at the street parking rules in effect over on the inbounds either want to spy for Hamilton parkway there is an accident in your slow into a ninety second street beyond that the latest by the prospect down to the beach you eastbound over by Atlantic Avenue if somebody can we still crawling into Broadway though the accident has been cleared away.

"Everybody. Welcome back this is actually kind of good news. I'm sorry I sort sort of bleak before the break but as you know a couple years now on this show in response to trump saying over and over again he wants to be president forever wants a third term thinks it because he was impeached. She deserves another term. Or does that whole thing that he put that twitter thing that he did win them him. Eighty thousand yeah And then he also re tweeted tweeted that he re tweeted himself. Saying this is so great Of that just absolutely weird I this Jessica to me. But he would be long dead before that ear. Oh yeah maybe he's also thinking taking me kept alive. Oh God I hope he's not listening. I guess you more means the vibe of trump should last forever forever. Yeah or his kids and his kids. Oh No oh my God I do think about ads and that is probably what that mean. Yeah that's what I took it to mean gross so for there's all time he's been saying that we've been saying we don't want a president of forever we don't WanNA permanent president. We want a permanent special counsel. We want somebody who's there to continually investigate the administration Russian and future administrations an during the debates this week in New Hampshire the democratic debates Elizabeth. Warren actually floated the idea saying she had a plan to set up a task force in the Department of Justice to investigate not just trump corruption although she will do that if she's elected president but ongoing to investigate administrative executive in congressional corruption and I love this the idea. I hope the other candidates considered as well and like I said in Earlier if it's of note Andrew Yang during that debate said he thought that in the spirit of unity unity we should not investigate or go after trump and his corruption corrupt family. We should move forward as a nation and added that he thinks Americans. Don't care and that really bummed bummed me out. Yeah that was a an unforced error that he didn't need to make no. I personally think the fact that we didn't investigate Nixon and pardoned him and we didn't investigate investigate Bush. That Obama just went forward in the name of unity. I think that's has a lot to do with why we're in the position that we're in now and I think it's very important That whatever candidate Gets elected or nominated has a plan to fight and to go after this and to to hold them accountable because they shouldn't be above the law and if they do then that's just going to mean for future generations. It's just going to be easier and easier to have more corrupt people in here and I'm worried about a smart smart person coming in and trying to be a dictator right. Yeah because right now the lesson that I guess is sort of been demonstrated is you only have to get through a certain small time period it of judgment in even remotely being held accountable. And then you're pretty much just like off free. Yeah Yeah and that's sort of the with this attorney general. All and all of his sycophants that he's put in place and all of the firing of FBI agents who were holding anybody to account I it's it's just gotten gotten it's gotten to a point where he's free and clear now And I think if the next president elected Democrat doesn't hold him to account there will be other new smarter more jerky yeah like fairus nefarious. The people who will come in and try to to do what trump is too stupid to do. Yeah exactly seriously that is terrifying thinking about what this would be like if he was a smart art is like Hitler. Yeah very scary. Yeah So good plan that plan. Hope other candidates look into that also this week senator. Chris Murphy has asked the Government Accountability Office the GAO that those are the ones who came out with the. What did they say? They came the report. Saying that I forget if it was blocking document. We'll wait shit. Oh with the withholding of the eight. Yes it was illegal. It was a violation relation of Impoundment Control Act. And so he's now Chris Murphy. Democratic senator think from Connecticut he's asking The Gao whether trump and bar or improperly or over classifying documents provided to Congress Murphy is a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee. I'm sorry I said Senate Finance and the other show Semi Corrections Senate Appropriations Committee Eh Appropriations Committee or you know those are the ones who appropriate the money and that's why it's illegal and against the appointment control act to withhold it if you're the president But so now he's asking the Gao the same organization who said that the Impoundment Control Act was violated by trump when he withheld the aid. He wants to see if if bar. And the justice. Department or trump or the trump administration are improper improperly redacting over classifying things c- he said the classification of Mike Pence's September eighteenth call with presence Alinsky. He poses extraordinary misclassification practices and said that that was the last Straw. He said quote there was absolutely nothing in that document. That should have been classified. Damn we already know. Judge Reggie Walton presiding over the Buzzfeed Muller Memo Foia Case has expressed concern with main justices redaction practices Judge Reggie won't even said I'll go through them one at a time to make sure that they've been redacted properly. Don't fuck with me. And of course we know about the show. I'm paraphrasing. We know about the the placement of Akal readouts in the code word classified Nice System at the White House to reduce the scope and the you know the the the reduced the number of is on the information because it's politically embarrassing content or could be illegal it is against the law to classified documents over To cover crimes or politically embarrassing information To misuse or you know mel appropriate the classification system for your own personal political benefit or to cover up a crime and so- Murphy is asking the Gao. Also if a member of Congress. Chris can question the appropriateness of the classification of a document or documents. Quote right now. The only thing we can do is declassified ourselves which I do not think is a solution. But if this doesn't get better than I do think we need to think about the process by which a third party can weigh in and decide to classify something that's just political embarrassment I disagree with you Murphy you are a check on the executive branch I think you should be able to declassify that Shit Yourself. I don't see that there's a law against it May I send me your tell me what you think about that You everybody like Senate me hit me up Do Go to go to our website go to moisture dot com look and see like the the contact page and let us know if you know if it's illegal for Congress the Intelligence Committee for example Senate Intel or or a house Permit Select Committee on Intelligence. Is it the legal for them to just unilaterally classify something. I wonder if the sleeve it's not classified information right. I mean I imagine it would again or some out to court battle but I could see them declassifying in doj going after them habit at that point so fucking what. Yeah and also I guess just the I'm just thinking of the possible arguments against insted then also the president that that would set potentially for Republicans to do whenever maybe Democrats want to hold something as classified cool. I'm all I'm Kinda cool with it really like you're the congress. You're you're the third party. You're protected by the speech and debate caused by the way you can't be arrested for it. so fuck fuck it like. If if you can't arrest Rand Paul for throwing out the whistle blowers name on on the Senate floor is just going to say that they already started doing that. So like yeah to fucking do it. Yeah what is shitty like. This is such a complete and well established established thought experiment of what happens when her car when our constitution falls into the hands of the wrong person. Yup Very scary wrong people. It is and I'm hoping it holds. Yeah hold you to And of course this week I think last week sabotage with the Bar had replaced Jesse Lou the A USA AH TURNEY US attorney In DC with his sycophant Timothy Shay. Well there's new stuff now bar is saying that if you want to if anyone wants to to investigate a president vice presidential candidate in the two thousand twenty election you have to write and ask permission to the Department of Justice and then you must in return get express written consent from William Barr himself to open not investigation and I just learned today. Lindsey Graham at went on Sunday morning shows and says he spoke with Bill Bar Bar and bill bar has given Lindsey Graham no shit brain asshole. Mayor Mayor Giuliani a back channel. Dan All to just hand all of his Biden dirt over to bill bar directly. That's happening so if you if bill bars the one who can have give give this permission of course the Biden. There's going to be investigated they'll open investigation into anybody who's doing well in the Democratic primary while also also probably disallowing maybe already current and ongoing investigations certainly new investigations by the FBI. An Essay Y- you seven district Newark any of the US Attorney's offices in to trump and and foreign interference into this campaign to benefit trump It's already happening happening. And so now we've got this extra thermal layer of shit protecting trump from oversight and so with the Giuliani direct bar. Stuff that would be a direct transfer of that you know could have a damaging information as opposed to going through the actual channels of going in the FBI. Hi or some sort of intelligence agency in working its way through the process of vetting that potential investigation. Yeah Yeah Yeah Great Yeah Gross US really really really gross. And there's no I mean I know we would know this right now and I'm sure someone will already out about it but there's no like rules that let's say you're not allowed to do that as the attorney general you you don't just get carte blanche open up whatever investigations you ought to go. It's really hard to investigate the attorney general. Yeah the Attorney General. Yeah but it's it's just interesting to me that that this this this disinformation attention paid. For by the Kremlin paid for by for Tosh is getting a direct line. Yeah to our attorney. General through Giuliani a private citizen. Who isn't working on policy? According to Secolo and trump's own legal defense to Ukraine manner. It's just it's mind boggling that they would take anything that he has to say at all. Seriously it's gross. Yeah Guiliani really has quite the anti not hear a story arc of his life because they do a Broadway musical about him. That seems very appropriate. It's the reverse right. The the you know the things started out all right. I guess just the hero arc but in river yes. Yeah that guy's discussing it's like breaking bad but you're not even that cool no not at all not at all someone. One of the probably biggest deltas of respects or losing thing it that's ever existed in person just like Fi fell so hard we felt so hard. Oh my God I don't know maybe it's because 'cause my parents are like will not my dad but my mom is more centuries on some issues. My conceptions of Giuliani were not that bad when I was a kid no now. They weren't as bad as they should have been right. Yeah but when I found out like some of the shit he really did yes in you know during nine eleven as mayor of New York. Because you know you you're that age you only have what the media presents to you and it was different. It was a different Rudy. Yeah my parents talk about how he like cleaned up the streets and stuff stuff but like obviously that comes with an amazing amount of racism. The part they don't tell you in the news is the whole stop and Frisk. Yeah also so this week..

"A ninety plus percent chance that he would have been in remission from our treatment in two thousand nine had he come to us in two thousand twelve his PSA was eleven and also our success rate was ninety percent on the head at that time. And yet he wasn't brought to us for treatment. Now everyone's nervous and concern. But now the horse is out of the barn. The train has left the station. And why do I talk about this, man? Well, it's sad that he's now got stage for cancer. But I think many of us can learn a lesson from that is that when cancer is best traded is. When it's early detected and their studies that show that in Scandinavia, there's randomized studies were half the men get treated half, the men don't get treated, and guess who lives longer, and guess who doesn't. Well. The men who don't get treated have a twenty percent higher death rate from prostate cancer. So this is a sign and a warning to every man don't ask for whom the bell tolls. The bell, maybe tolling for you. And for this man who has a brothers had his mentally challenged. Well, maybe someone should have talked to his brothers about treatment for him biopsy and treatment in two thousand nine or two thousand twelve when his PSA was five or eleven cancers are more early. They're more successful. And they have high cure rates. Look at our mayor mayor Giuliani was treated in the year two thousand and look at them today, vibrant, healthy, man, the best way knowledge, and that could be anyone. So the road you take mix. Huge difference. Choose to have colonoscopy or not you choose to have prostate biopsy or not you choose to put sunscreen on or not as many things we can do to make a healthier life. And the whole point of this discussion is that each one of us could be that man with a PSA five and prostate cancer with a high degree of success actually ninety five percent or PSA eleven hundred metastatic disease with no chance of curious who can trade, and we can make the patient feel.

"Night, we're going to perform for a big event there in in the community in the medical community out there in Beverly Hills in Los Angeles. And of course, I'll be doing some Frank Sinatra tunes bringing Olivia with me be my fourteen year old we're gonna put her on stage. So we had been rehearsing that song. The the stars. Ukraine's? That's why I never saw the movie. I don't use me. Good move. Use me you go Gaga over the guy downstairs from my friend Vinnie. Viola. But not Ryan. You all you picked that guy over Ryan Gosling that when he did that movie with Steve Carell that was a good luck. That was a fun movie. And he's trying to give Steve Carell tips on how to pick up women the whole thing. You sell Ryan Gosling short because he can do a movie like that young. So dry. Drive is not terrible terrible. It's interesting. You say the movie you gotta be like Burt Reynolds. Rest is always great because guys loved them gals. Loved them today. Ryan Gosling, I think gals really mostly me who's who's a star that guys in Gaza. Harrison Ford is Harrison Ford wasn't the Amazon commercial. The Washington Post, Tom Hanks Hanks's great everybody loves on both sides. So that's great. That's a great record. Thanks also connects with the everyday person. Him and his wife not in and out burger Longo lunch for everybody guy is drunk at a bar takes pictures with you know, like he just gets it. So I go to a fort would you like Ryan Gosling more if he bought lunch now? I don't his his range goes from his Jeffrey lines likes to say from a day. I just like I just gave you three examples. Very roll their Super Bowl is. Nobody cares. But so you understand in that movie. Crazy stupid love these romantic comedy. Right. He was good in that. Musical. Then drive action. Movie action wasn't ides of March the drama. So we'll talk about Doug about it being like so impressed by people. So I get the call yesterday. And this is actually was the day before it was a father daughter dance, which when great just great. It was great. Me proud to be a daddy and everything, and it was just great to little Charlie. So then I get a call, buddy. Boko says, oh, the man and asked permission I could talk about this because I never ever want to break competent, the mayor's having a Super Bowl gathering and the Super Bowl party. So now, not the current mayor. The mayor mayor Giuliani in my mind. That's the only mayor thank you for clarifying. But when I say, the mayor, I mean, the mayor mayor Giuliani, so I go what? Hey, I miss. Thank you. You want me to go? So let me tell you. And I'm not a Super Bowl guy. I'm a World Series baseball guy respect to the elite in the NFL SuperBowl unless the giants and the jets are I really can't get interested. Just plain can't get interested at all. So I go all right. But let's go I have to go. So I go with my mom, and I go visit my mom, and then I say, okay. Let me go in and make another stop and go I'm gonna go over to the mayor's. And I'm honored to be there. Listen, I walk in. And I know the man I Goldman pay respects to the man who I just love his longtime friend, and I keep thinking about what he did for the city because don't forget. And again, just as an aside, I'm sold. I remember in the seventy when I started doing comedy in the late seventies at the improvisation on the west side. You couldn't walk the streets. You couldn't walk down forty second street. We would have to double team. I remember with David when Larry was there. And I've told you this before we wanted to get we've a place called Smiler's member smile is was they were places all around like a seventy seven, but we got used that the double team because it was so dangerous mayor Giuliani cleaned that up with Bill Bratton and Commissioner courage. They clean the city up like the and by the way, they started this whole renaissance that is now the great city of New York and what he did in nine eleven second-to-none. So sat with the mayor. We thought we did we talk about the godfather was great with with Woody. Because I had my hat on. I got this hat on. You know, that you see that I post and it's got like the the fedora kind hat, and I said Rudy don't it. Look like, they got it took out Hyman rati cracked up. Yeah. Going to see the new year, we start doing godfather quotes back and forth. You know? And then he said, he did a speaking engagement. I don't think the mere by me telling you nine minutes after seven o'clock. We'll get to the news of the day. But forgive me. It's a Monday. We just wanted to have a little little fun. This morning. So I say to. Heels. You know, I'm speaking engagement in Costa Rica, mayor told me, and he goes, and I'm looking them up. See is Frankie loves it. He goes, I call up on the balcony as I'm preparing my speech, and I'm looking awfully familiar. I know this balcony go. Well, he goes it was where they shot the Hyman Roth Alba chino cake-cutting. See it was their Costa Rica wasn't in Cuba. Or I thought it was in somewhere. I thought it was in Bahamas are in Florida. They did it Costa Rica Rudy. He goes to prepare for speech. He goes, I forgot about my speech. All I was thrilled that I was in the same location where we're at least Strasbourg it out, but Cheeto were shooting this great seat. And I go like this small piece small any new every light. He do. We had a great chat. Dan, I see over. And there's Ed Henry and said, hi, Ed over. There was great always great to see one of the truly great journalists and one of the truly great guys. Intelligent Henry, Dan, I walk over to another. All right. And I'm like, I'm just paying respects at this point. And I won't. And I look, and there's Jon Voight talk about respect and frigging me having a man crush or whatever it is. I was like starstruck. This guy if he's not one of the great American actors, Frankie five boroughs. I mean, when he did if you watch Ray Donovan, and if you're not watching I don't want to give it away the less the less seen the last episode when he walks in and they quoted was according Shakespeare, maybe said, I quoted quoted some no, we quoted a Jewish playwright. And he started doing the like you said when he was a kid. This is what I told one of the most brilliant moments on camera either receives Jon Voight doing that. Let's see because he had captured the moment when he was he was a dad to his children any any had a going. And then he started to cry camera. I was my Georgia. This guy's like an actor extraordinaire incredible second to none. So now, I see Jon Voight and no one else is in the room over Commissioner Kirk. So I worked my way I'm gonna go. I'm like out with the guy that says, I'm like how Joe Piscopo? Hi. I am a big fan. I love it you and Ray Donovan he was pretty that pretty much that champ birdy comes back on the show. I went to the Commissioner I buy. Is I on my way, you know, going Gaga czars drunk? Late as Bernie, I hug birdie. I gave birth. Be with you. Thanks. I said can I get one? I said, I I tell you what we talk we spent some time we talked about politics. We talked about Colin Powell, we talked about everything that's happening. We talked about football. And then I looked at it when he played with the Kerry, it's Mickey Donovan. And then I looked at that. And I thought we had some I it was just. To everything. But it was great. It was just so great. And then yes, I was goggled like that. And I said to him as I left as John I'm embarrassed. I said he goes what I would love to have you with this hybrid love said. But if it's okay with you with respect anonymous, you're such a legendary, and he goes, I guess L Joey stop. He goes come on. Let's take the big picture that I posted would mean the great job. What is it? No. Isn't that? Nobody anticipate like especially somebody like you for an everyday fan if he says, no, all right? You know, whatever put for somebody like you if he says, no, I don't want to be seen. What you imagine sonata? Plays. He passed away in a day. Where this wasn't happy pictures on the camera, but now with cell. Yeah. Could you imagine Mr. samatrikon? I guarantee you probably would have said no to everything except his closest easy. Hit us. Not just there. You know, the Frank Sinatra story, Frankie where there was a gal. We had a camera, and then she was waiting for the old man to walk from his car. He was at a recording studio, and he's gonna walk into a recording studio. So she has the camera. He works in heat, and he didn't like photography as much as you know. So he would he he's so this girl that camera and he stops. And he goes like this. All right. Go ahead. That she took a thousand pictures. No film in the cabin. I forget who it was a famous photographer. I'm sorry. I don't know her name forget her name. But anyway, that's at the wildest. But anyway, so then we could and it was just great at Tony carbon Nettie and all of a close friend. Friends with their so thank you an Andrews. And then you know, it was nice. It was halftime. And I'm trying to stay with the halftime to your point. Now, knowing what we say happy birthday we sang. Happy birthday to Angie Juliana. Which was great and the mayor brought out a cake, just really nice, very warm a fun party. And now I'm gonna forget who else was there. But it was it was just great. And then and then, of course, I excused myself at halftime, I turn to you don't have to get up at like, three o'clock to be on FOX and friends. Do he goes? No, no, not tomorrow. I wanna thank you because you know, television people earlier than we get up, right? Okay. You don't make me look bad. I said I'm going to get up and everybody knew it. Now, they understand now. They know Joe get it. Yeah. So I said, I gotta get up. You know? I gotta go home. So I came back part of your left in relieving nine o'clock because we're only couple blocks away. But she's like we got to leave it. Yeah. Yeah. And the game wasn't even if they hadn't even scored a touchdown yet, by the way, by the way, I have to tell you, and we appreciate Frankie always putting together still a show but this morning, really, Ken coochie. Now, he's former attorney general Ed Virginia former Republican candidate for governor of Virginia. We're going to be talking about what's going on with this governor northbound situation. I I don't know. Why this this guy's getting such heat for the the picture? First of all, what is that the way that picture a couple of things if if I can and I wanna tell you. Geraldo Rivera on the show, you don't wanna miss Geraldo in this hour, please my longtime friend, Geraldo Rivera is gonna join us in general, Colin Powell, and as I tell you before we go back to the governor of Virginia. The Colin Powell has been a longtime acquaintance, I knew. Through my friend, Mr. Raymond chambers. And I called Mr. chambers. Mr. chambers has been my mentor in helping the at risk community. Ray chambers himself was a Wall Street icon gave it all up. Why to give back to the risk community now raising a Basseterre for United Nations helping and curing by the way malaria in Africa. The great man the seat, Raymond. We call him Ray came..
