Kelly Tshibaka: Still Waiting to Find Out Alaska Senator

"What the hell's going on up there We are still waiting to determine the final outcome of the election as you know the actual election was on November 8th I think we have the least amount of votes to count in the 50 states and we will take the longest to count them And a large part of that is because they implemented this ranked choice system that George Soros funded organizations are trying to push throughout the United States There are only two states that have it statewide at this point That's main and Alaska and we know what those two U.S. senators have in common And we're dealing with it for the first time up here in Alaska One of the things that we saw as an effect is one of the lowest voter turnouts that we've seen in decades And unfortunately I think that that has had a real big impact on the results So for ten days or so I was leading substantially over Murkowski and then just here recently it is flipped She has a .7% lead over me the election is not done yet They still have to run the ranked choice algorithm where the fourth and the third place candidates will drop off and depending on who they ranked as their second place in third place preferences That's ultimately going to determine who wins this race So we're still in this fight This could go to a potential recount This could go to people filing lawsuits So I'm asking your listeners for help Please help us at Kelly for AK dot com I don't know what twists and turns will come next but I will need help So Kelly for AK dot com we've also had to pay for staff costs this whole time for doing the ballot observations for weeks now and that's been pretty pricey as well So if you can help I'd appreciate it Kelly for a K dot com

The Big Question That NO ONE Can Answer

"To dive into this Arizona attorney general's letter. I'll be honest, this letter is a lot more forceful than I would have anticipated it is from Mark berner and Jennifer Wright to Thomas liddy, the civil division chief from the Maricopa County attorney's office. And it goes into great detail one after the other asking some questions. And the biggest question that no one can answer, the question that is outstanding that no one can pinpoint is why is it that the machines were working perfectly fine on November 7th, everything was great and then on the morning of November 8th in Maricopa County. The machines just stopped working. Now for some of you that are watching online, you might not understand the significance of this. The significance of all of this is as follows. The way that Maricopa does its elections is that you show up and you check in and you can forfeit your mail in ballot because Arizona has a lot of mail in ballots. And then they print you a new ballot to actually go print to actually go vote in person. That's right. They have to vote, they have to print you a new ballot on site so you could vote in person. They printed out right there. Then they have to run the ballot through the machine after you have filled out that ballot. Now, according to the official line of Maricopa County, according to the official line of the largest county in Arizona, where 62% of all voters live in Maricopa County, according to them, it was just a toner issue. It was just a matter of getting the toner settings right. And by one or two in the afternoon they got it all figured out. Now, the machines and the printers have a network administrator that really the question is, who is this administrator then?

"Arizona governor election had to daily wire and doubt his AG demands full report on a myriad of problems in Maricopa voting. Now, see, we might say, listen, guys, we got to stop crying. We got to stop whining, let bygones be bygones. We've got to move on. Guys, we don't get to move on anymore. If we move on, we lose this country. Do you understand me? We do not get to move on. Carl, you're too intense. What are you doing? People need to take a break. Thanksgiving and Christmas. You won't have a Thanksgiving and Christmas and these United States. If we don't start to fight back against the left that are intentionally trying to destroy this country. We don't get to rest. I'm sorry I was hoping for it. We don't get to rest. That's why I'm so thankful that Mike would have me in leading up to Thanksgiving. I'll be honest with you. I'm a bit of a workaholic. I don't even care about resting. I care about fighting because I care about this country. If there's nothing else that I can do, I want to make sure that I say this country. I'm part of saving this country for my daughter and God willing for her children in the future. And I hope that you feel the same. But going back to this story with Arizona, Arizona's attorney general's office ordered Maricopa County officials to submit a report on its botched handling of the November 8th election that led to democratic gubernatorial candidate Katie Hobbs, a parent victory over Republican Carrie Lake, saying answers are needed before the elections can be certified. Okay, here's what I would have to say. And I love the fact that Republicans are getting it now. They're fighting. What took you so long? What turkey so

Biden Begs Supreme Court for Loan Forgiveness

"Let's get into the news the day here because we have the president thinking he can wave a magic wand and somehow turn around the courts on this whole student loan debacle. Don't forget this was struck down. It's not constitutional. They say, well, somehow he's going back at it again. He now has a lawsuit. He now has a lawsuit that he's taken to the Supreme Court because the Biden administration wants the Supreme Court to revive. His student loan relief program that would forgive up to $20,000 in student debt for tens of millions of Americans. You know what this really is about. Unfortunately, it is about politics because if they actually cared about fixing the system and making sure that more kids didn't take on debt, they couldn't afford it. They'd actually put it back on the colleges. The colleges that are sitting on billions of dollars in endowments were in the colleges are ones with the money. Let's be very clear. And the colleges took advantage of the system that the government, very poorly set up, which then took advantage of a lot of kids, of course, I still believe Gianna know what you're doing when you sign on that dotted line. We have gotten such a massive academia complex that really rivals what we saw once with the military conflict. Remember how back in the 80s everybody was pointing to that big giant military complex they hated it so much. We have the equivalent effectively. If you would in academia, and it's not really serving our country, it's not serving these kids, and it's landing them in tons of debt because, hey, you get a blank check and nobody thinks about having to pay it back. Meanwhile, colleges are out of control in terms of what their inflation rates are because, hey, it's free money. What happens when you have free money? Have we not learned anything over the last couple of years anyway, the Justice Department said in a court filing on Thursday that it planned to ask the Supreme Court to reverse an injunction that was issued earlier in the week by the 8th circuit Court of Appeals prohibits the administration from carrying out student debt relief separately the Justice Department is asking the 5th circuit Court of Appeals to put on hold a decision by a district court judge in Texas to strike down the debt relief program as illegal because hey, why not?

Another court blocks Biden's student loan forgiveness plan

"There's been another legal setback for President Biden's plan to forgive student loan debt for millions of borrowers A three judge panel with the 8th circuit Court of Appeals has agreed to keep in place a preliminary injunction that blocks the loan forgiveness program while the appeal process continues in court This comes just days after a federal judge in Texas also blocked the program saying it couldn't be done without congressional authority One of the plaintiffs Nebraska's Republican attorney general says this latest ruling recognizes that the attempt to forgive more than $400 billion in student loan debt threatens serious harm to the economy the Biden administration appealed the Texas court ruling and is expected to appeal this new one from a St. Louis court as well Jackie Quinn

"We were talking about how not only are our kids being indoctrinated in schools as we see with younger generations turning out for Democrats this midterm elections very substantially Over 60% just turning out what was this So you've got Gen Z which is 18 to 24 they voted for Democrats 61% for Democrats So turning out and drove for Democrats being indoctrinated in our schools that we're paying for by the way It's our taxpayer dollars going towards this nonsense which is wild We're basically paying a bunch of crazy people to tell our kids a bunch of crazy things And then they're not even learning in the process because as I mentioned before you look at findings from the national session National assessment rather of education educational progress I promise maybe I need to go back to school I can't read right now But this is known as our nation's report card And what they do is they tested hundreds of thousands of forth in 8th graders across the country this year And they found that reading scores dropped to 1992 levels for nearly four and ten 8th graders failed to grasp basic math concepts Yet we spend some of the highest in the world on education for America's schools and that is what it's producing And indoctrinated to go out and vote for all these things because they're being told guns are bad They're being told that we're all going to die because the climate they're being told abortion is healthcare And that's what's being reinforced

Binance CEO CZ said FTX CEO Sam bankman fried reached out for help amid a liquidity crunch. FTX dot com has seen over $6 billion in user withdrawal requests over the last 72 hours. According to Reuters SPF approached other cryptocurrency exchanges, including oks before reaching a deal with binance, semaphore also reported the FTX was looking to raise more than a $1 billion from investors by midday on November 8th, the exchange is suspected of having a multi-billion dollar hole on its balance sheet after reportedly landing assets to Alameda research. The acquisition is currently pending due diligence from binance before a decision is made. Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong assured users that the exchange has no material exposure to FTX or FTT and no exposure to Alameda research. Coinbase also published a blog post disclosing it holds $15 million worth of operational deposits on FTX, coinbase claims it never repurposes customer assets and holds user funds one to one. "How Ron DeSantis is the star of the night. And Marco Rubio wrote in on his excellent campaign. You think Republicans have enough to say that it's going to be speaker McCarthy? Yeah, I think so. I mean, I've been looking through the election returns. I've been prowling through The New York Times as excellent presentations of results, of course. We should give the times credit for some of the good things that it does. Well, complaining, delegating about it the way the new deal is used to belly ache about the Chicago Tribune, which was the great national paper in those days. Look, yes, I think they went enough for speaker McCarthy, but they don't win a lot. And I think that Republicans threw away a lot of House seats that they could have won. You look at Florida, the delegation is going to be 20 Republicans 8 Democrats. By the way, that is Ron DeSantis too. We would not have the house if we get the house except for Ron DeSantis playing hardball on the map. And I guess the other thing is that if you look at the Senate candidates, Pennsylvania, it appears that the Democrats held on to the 7th and 8th. Those are the kind of blue collar districts that supposedly Trump was going to deliver on. But Trump and membranes were not able to deliver out of there.

The birth mother abandoned the child in the custody of the grand parents, Mr and Mrs Dallas Adams. Prior to May. 8th 1969, the mother of the child, Sandra Kay Adams has contributed nothing to the child support and maintenance that prior to said date, she abandoned her child, Karen Kay Adams, in the custody of petitioners and such abandonment and desertion. Karen's grand parents filed for adoption May 8th 1969 Sanja Kate's body was found June 2nd 1969, the coroner said she had been up there around three weeks. Okay, So here's the part where I tell you we didn't solve the murder that we can't prove who killed Sandra K. Blair Adams. We tried way followed leads around the country and have a short list of people who could have done it might have done it. But we can't rely on hearsay or an anonymous jailhouse snitch or a psychic vision to base our reporting on and so many people connected to this case you might have known something have passed away. Like parents, Grandma Mary Rutherford Adams. She died a long time ago. Whatever she knew about Sanju K. For all those years, we'll never know. Took some Doggett investigators a unique government database and the science of Edna to reveal the truth about Santa K's identity and confirm what parents types knew all along. It just kills me that think about her being down there all this time unidentified and that's why, you know, I'm happy that she's identified and hope. And I think we will be able to hope would give her the most honorable funeral every you know. I just wanna.

"Oh we have a situation where the Democrats aren't auditing anything meaningfully because they don't want to they don't want to acknowledge that are audits suck cuz that will be weaponized by the GOP. And the GOP is is in which is acting in bad. Faith is cherry-picking and auditing, only where they want and only what they want and then even good faith. Mistakes would certainly do happen. They will weaponize. Yep, and Martha. Celine says Jennifer one of the Democrat, the Democratic congressmen and Senators going to stand up to this and do something and call them out. I don't think they're going to ever. I think what happened was it wasn't working. Widened is the only one. I mean, I tried. I even spoke with some Congressional staff members in DC, I had a son that had connections. You put me in touch and they did not want to message this loud and clear. I said you need to message that. They even if you don't pass your bills, the whole country needs to know it's because the GOP. Is blocking us and they the only one who tried was widened. Nobody else tried at least, not any specific enough way that they knew stuff. Like they were, they wanted to keep the modems in the machines, the GOP. Did they wanted to? They didn't want Audits and only why the message that? And now it allowed. Now we're in a real bind, because the election was insecure in many ways, it may have been more secure in past elections. The voter registration systems were had had Albert sensors on them, which would can detect intrusion. It can't stop it, but it can detect it. And so I think most States had that that's an improvement. That's not the vote tallies. And so I think what what some Democrats think happened was because of vote-by-mail that huge turnout with vote-by-mail, it circumvented whatever the Republican had in mind for in-person voting. Whether that was voter just plain old voter suppression or whether it might have been election fraud, which we don't know if that was in the works, could be by demesy. Insiders, by the way, I don't want to ever pretend, we need a, a nation state to hack an election. So they decided to go all-in with vote-by-mail. And the problem is, that's where now off all of these voter suppression bills that you're seeing are aimed at scaling back to the vote-by-mail because apparently the Republicans think so too. They wanted they they like their in-person voting where they can create really long lines and age of machines go down and Democratic precincts and Etc.
