Christina Bobb: Election Night Didn't Look Right
"In full disclosure, you and I talked on my program in Iowa yesterday and this topic is so important that when I learned I was going to be filling in for Todd, I wanted to make sure we could arrange to have you on. And remind us of how you first started looking crosswise at the 2020 election, you were serving in a role as a television reporter at the time, correct? Yeah, that's right. I was reporting from The White House on November 3rd, 2020, election night, and I think I kind of came to the conclusion the same way the rest of America came to the conclusion. Election night didn't look right. You know, there were a lot of weird things happening. And a lot of people trying to steamroll over it and calling Arizona so early when Fox News did that was the first time it kind of sparked me going, wait a second. Are they are they trying to do something weird here? And then of course they stopped counting and all of the weird occurrences that all that made all of us question it that I mean, I was right there with you trying to figure it all out and report on it and it just didn't smell right. The stopping of the vote count, you know, and again, I first started covering elections. I guess it was a little more than 40 years ago. As a teenager. And, you know, the concept that election night is stopped and then started again when it's convenient, that was just unheard of. In my view anyway, never mind chain of custody of votes. Of course. Of course, and never mind the obvious problems that it creates in causing people to doubt the process, because the whole point of having a result on election night is that people know that that's what came in on election night. If you give them three, four, 5, 7 days to go find more votes, we can't trust the fact that those votes were legitimate votes and that they didn't just go find them after they knew how many they needed to go find.

Yes, we do now have a YouTube channel. I'm hoping to stay under the radar on YouTube. For at least a little while before they realize I'm a conservative and banned me forever. I'm well then I guess I just go to rumble. Right? I should be on Rob. I should be posting everything on rumble, Shouldn't I? You know what I need, Dave. You know what we need? I am. Confronting my own mortality right now. No, I'm not dying. It's worse. I'm turning 40. Very nervous about that. I'm actually not. I have noticed, though, that I'll work out and I'm sore two days later. This is a new thing for me, but Realizing I'm realizing that I'm not a spring chicken anymore. I mean, in the world of politics, I'm an infant. Our president is 106 so, but in terms of you know that the seasons of life I realized I'm not up on social media. We need a social media director here on the Dan O'Donnell show. Do you think they let me pay? $100,000 to find a social media director producer James laughing hysterically. His head is, but I can see his fillings. He's laughing. His mouth is open so wide. He's laughing so hard. That's right day. We can't even get the printer fixed. So we're gonna hire AH printer repairman and a social media manager because there's Excuse me. There's so many conservative alternatives to the traditional networks, the traditional social media that I just I don't have enough time in the day to post to all of them. There's rumble. There's me, we there's a you know. Went parlor is parlor off. Can somebody please explain to me what the hell is going on with parlor? Okay, I joined parlor today. I have been asked to join parlor like 50 times. Remember me. I am signed in already. Please. I'm like a verified user on parlor. I have not been able to get this thing. They've been under construction for the last like three weeks, All right. Theme of the show is clearly what was once conspiracy is now Accepted. It was considered anti science hokum. To suggest that Hey, these little cloth masks probably aren't going to protect you from the single deadliest disease since the black death. Right? Conservatives were anti science. You hated your fellow man, if you wouldn't walk around In a mask. Guess what. Science now says masks did not spread. Stop the spread of Kobe 19. University of Louisville study released yesterday. Notes 80% of states in the United States mandated masks during the Kobe 19 pandemic and well mandates induced greater mask compliance. They did not predict lower growth rates when community spread was low. Or high. Mask mandates. In addition, ist directly from this study, mask, mandates and use are not associated with lower SARS cov to spread among US states. The U of L report continues Our findings. Do not support the hypothesis that SARS go V two. Transmission rates decrease with greater public mask use masks may promote social cohesion as rallying symbols during a pandemic, but risk compensation can also occur. Some of the risks. Prolong mask use promotes facial Alcon ization and inadvertently encourages dehydration, which in turn can enhance barrier breakdown and bacterial infection. Risk. British clinicians have reported masks to increase headaches and sweating and decreased cognitive precision Survey bias not withstanding. These are associated with medical errors by obscuring nonverbal communication masks interfere with social learning and Children. Likewise, masks can distort verbal speech and remove visual cues to the detriment of individuals. With hearing loss, clear face shields improve visual integration, but there is a corresponding loss. Of sound quality mask mandates, in other words were poor predictors of covitz spread. Therefore, if you have masked mandates, it's no more likely that Cove it would be spread than in states that don't have mass mandates. This means the mask mandates did nothing. You know who predicted this way back on March 8th 2020. Dr Anthony Fauci. People should not be walking around with masks. You're sure of it? Because people are listening really closely to this right now. People should not be why there's no reason to be walking around with the mask. When you're in the middle of an outbreak, wearing a mask might make people feel a little bit better, and it might even block a droplet. But it's not providing the perfect protection that people think that it is. And often, there are unintended consequences. People keep fiddling with the mask, and they keep touching their face. You know, we probably should have been listening to that Fauci Guy on March 8th University of Louisville in summary mask, mandates and use were poor predictors of covert 19 spread in U. S States Case Growth was independent of mandates that low and high rates of community spread and mask used, did not predict case growth during the summer or fall winter wave. Yes. Mm. Strengths of our study include using to mask metrics to evaluate association with covert 19 growth rates measuring normalized case growth in mandated non mandate states at comparable times to quantify the likely effective mandates and Deke involving The effect of mask used by examining case growths. In states with variable mask. Use. In other words, the masks did not work for anything other than as this study suggests, promoting social cohesion. You know who else said that and we probably should have listened. Dr Anthony Fauci. May 3rd 2020. I wear it for the reason that I believe it is effective. It is. It's not 100% effective. I mean, it's sort of respect for another person and have that other president respect you. You wear a mask. They were a mask. You protect each other. I mean, I do it when I'm in the public for the for the reasons that a I want to protect myself and protect others, and also because I want to make it be a symbol for people to see that that's the kind of thing you should be doing. You see, the mask was always a symbol of the thing you should be doing. The science was never there. But yet we were told to follow the science. And if you didn't wear a mask, you weren't following the science will now the science says masks. Did absolutely nothing. You.

"How before Nya, where the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department is investigating a possible shooting situation. Police and firefighters are responding to reports of shots fired at the Valley Transportation Authority Light rail yard in San Jose. The sheriff is currently asking people to stay away from the area. There are unconfirmed reports At multiple people have been shot. We are also hearing that there may be at least one fatality. There is expected to be a press briefing in just a couple of minutes. We will keep you posted on this still developing story, but it looks like some sort of shooting event. What's being described as an active shooter, although based on the law enforcement activity I've seen Look, folks I've covered far too many far more of these than I'd care to Based on what I'm seeing. It does look to me at least and obviously I have no more information than what I'm seeing on news reports that the situation the shooter is either neutralized in custody or deceased that he is not still at this. Scene. But of course, we will wait for official word from law enforcement sources. The worst thing you can do is speculate on this sort of stuff. But since we're obviously nowhere near San Jose, California I'm just giving you my Consent opinion on that, Speaking of 10 Cent opinions, let's go once again to Dr Anthony Fauci, whose reputation just in the last couple of days. Has even in liberal circles suffered a severe severe blow. And do you know how I know this? Big article in CNN. Chinese state media has turned on Anthony Fauci. This is huge. This ladies and gentlemen could be the death knell of his credibility. So at a Senate subcommittee hearing yesterday Fauci in a remarkable turn, and we we have seen a huge about face from this guy over the past couple of days. Didn't just say yes. The United States was in fact funding research into bat Corona viruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. We were right to do this. This was important work. These were credible researchers. These were world renowned researchers here in a minute and 13 seconds. He doesn't just admit to funding ICO Health Alliance, which is an American company. That then turned around and gave money to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, he says. We needed to do this. We had to do this. We had to prevent another sour SARS outbreak the likes of which we saw in 2002 in 2003 in Asia, we had a big scare with Sauce Co. V one. Back in 2000 to 2000 and three Where that particular virus unquestionably went from a bath to an intermediate host to start an epidemic and a pandemic that resulted in 8000 cases and close to 800 deaths. It would have been almost dereliction of duty. If we didn't study this, and the only way you can study these things is you've got to go where the action is. So I often say, somewhat tongue in cheek. You don't want to study bats in Fairfax County, Virginia, to find out what the animal human interface is that might lead. Too and jumping of species. So we had a modest collaboration with very respectable Chinese scientists to a world experts on Corona virus. And we did that through a sub grant from a larger grant. Iko help the sub Grant was about $600,000 over a period of five years, so it was a modest amount and the purpose of it Was to study the animal human interface to do surveillance and to determine if he's bad viruses were even capable of transmitting infection to humans. Well as we all certainly know now, they sure as heck were. This is the first time to my knowledge that Fauci has said publicly Yes, we were indeed funding this research. Now he's continuing to vehemently deny that any American dollars funded gain of function research. This was A big source of contention week or so ago that he had with Senator Rand Paul where Paul was saying, Look, the evidence is overwhelming that they were doing gain of function, research and gain of function. Research is where researchers will actually take a virus and cause it to mutate to try to. It's nothing nefarious. This isn't like doctor doom here trying to infect the world. What they're trying to do is predict how viruses will mutate naturally so we can develop treatments so we can respond to them develop vaccines, that sort of thing. It was almost certain that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was doing gain of function research. And it was almost certain that the United States was helping to fund this research because of the timing off when this brand to ICO Health alliance was given In 2014. The Obama administration put a three year moratorium on all gain of function research in the United States, effectively killing it for the rest of the Obama administration's time in office. There would be no gain of function research in the United States. Three years before that, 2011 Dr Fauci wrote an op ed in the pages of The Washington Post in which he defended vigorously gain of function research. He said, Look, yes, we know it's risky. But this is a necessary risk to prevent the next global pandemic. We need to do it now. Fauci at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, was responsible for handing out grants for research. So he clearly likes gain of function research. But by 2014, he's not able to do it. The Chinese were Fauci gives millions and grant money to ICO Health Alliance. ICO Health uses a portion of that money to study bat Corona viruses Its partner in this effort, the Wuhan Institute of Virology. What we learned over the past couple of days is that not only Did three researchers from the Wuhan Institute of Virology gets sick with covert like symptoms. And did you know I did not know this? I thought it was more recent that it was first reported that the researchers had been infected. The State Department put out a news release in January before Biden was sworn in saying, Ah, we have evidence that there were three researchers who got sick in November what the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday. Those a bombshell was that they were sick enough to go to the hospital. This is significant because they were sick with covert like symptoms. Now they just happen to be working on back Corona viruses at this lab three. Researchers have the earliest known cases of what is almost certainly Cove in 19. Do the math. But for years or for a ma year months, Fauci himself had been saying No, no, there's no evidence whatsoever. At this originated in a lab may 3rd 2020, he's asked specifically on National Geographic doctor you believe or is there evidence that Stars co V two is made in the lab in China or accidentally released from a lab in China? Well, you know, there's two issues. If you look at the evolution of the virus in bats and what's out there now. It is very, very strongly leaning towards this could not have been artificially or deliberately manipulated the way the mutations have naturally evolved. A number of very qualified evolutionary biologists have said that everything about the stepwise evolution over time strongly indicates that involved in nature and then jumped species, okay. Well, how do you explain this? Fauci was just asked over the weekend. Hey, do you still believe in the natural origin of Kobe 19? Do you still think that the science is overwhelming that it started in nature? No. I'm not convinced about that. I think that we should continue to investigate. What went on in China until we find out to the best of our ability exactly what happened? Certainly the people who've investigated saying it likely was the emergence from an animal reservoir. Have been infected individuals, but it could have been something else. Well, where was this uncertainty a year ago. Obviously, there was a political component to this as the person who was asserting that Cove in 19 likely originated.

Trump Just Went Full QAnon in a Wild Fox News Interview
"Defeat into a win by stoking violence to convince voters that only he can fix this and all the other things that have happened on his watch. He told Laura Ingraham on Fox News Monday night he's investigating a plane load of thugs. He said we're headed to Washington DC just before his convention. As usual, he was sketchy about the details which he said it explained later, but he spoke like a madman about quote people you haven't heard of in the dark shadows controlling Joe Biden. Even Ingram said it sounded like a conspiracy theory. Style she was right. It was a rumor on facebook promoted two months ago by a right wing militia group in Idaho, and now it was tumbling out of the mouth of the most irresponsible man to ever occupy the Oval Office quoting trump. We had somebody get on a plane from a certain city this weekend and in the plane, it was almost completely loaded with thugs wearing these dark uniforms, black uniforms with gear and this and that. He went on. What happened is the entire plane filled up with the looters, the anarchist, the rioters, the people that were obviously looking for trouble and quote. Trump loves the conspiracy theories always has, but his phantom of fantasy has taken its most dangerous turn recently toward Cuban on and the fringes of a fringe Bob will have more on that in his commentary later.

"The victory ride kicks off the stakes action here at Belmont Park tomorrow afternoon grade three early in the caught has just the feel of five phillies. GOING TO GO Six and a half furlongs as for the three year old's warning line favors one francs. Rock Cat Hall of Famer Bill Will Give Fellow Hall of Famer John Velazquez a leg up and this phillies done very little wrong on her career. She's three for seven. With four second-place finishes ran second in a couple of graded stakes, including the grade one spin away up at Saratoga last year last seen winning a third level allowance optional claimer. She uses stakes. Winner took the any limit kick off three year old season three starts back. and. Probably the only reason that this race isn't later in the card is that it's a five Horsfield and Franks? Rakhat is three to five on the morning line, and she may be the the loan speed in race, so she's going to be tough to beat at three to five, but that's a pretty short price, considering there some pretty good up and coming phillies near now I think number four center. I'll I'm going to give her another shot for. For Chad Brown and Joel Rosario Sheila Great Getting Her Maiden Win Gulfstream Park, when bet down to three to five at the end of March then came back in a tough allowance race at Churchill downs where she was really over bet, she was three to five that day against another very impressive maiden winner of this one for Steve Asmussen in casual casual ran a great race that day center I'll had all sorts of problems. She didn't break that well. She had trouble during the race, and she was just really never in at any point. I think it's a racy can kind of draw a line through? If she runs closer to the way she did and her debut. I think she's the one that could give Franks rock cat. The biggest problem Franks rocket will probably get the lead I would think Rosario would have center I'll sitting justin behind her and seeing if they can outgun into the line going six and a half furlongs. With you I'm going to take a shot with center. Rile planner. If? When I plan! Early took five tomorrow I will use both Franks rocket and center, but I'll tell you what I think. You can make a case also for up in smoke was undefeated and sprints. She's four five and a career. Lone blemish came when George Weaver tries to stretch her out Hollywood wildcat. Go at Gulfstream Park. She's raced exclusively of Gulfstream, in fact, steady diet once. Once a month February march April may June now. She gets a race in July. Here over Big Sandy, she wanted the game face overboard last time out for weaver Rod Ortiz Junior. Who wrote her in her debut against fellow Florida breads down at Gulfstream Park's in the climb back aboard for the first time. Since that day looks, you'll need a little help up front if Franks, rockets able to set an easy pace I. She's going to be very very tough. I think Senator I'll be the first one to come calling. Those are the two up in smoke. If you're looking to three deep, I don't think you need to center for Bobby and I race number three goes as the great three six and a half for a long victory ride go to the end of the card. Eleven race card like I said earlier, and the final four races make up an all stakes pick four, and it starts in reasoning with the greed three poker. Flat Mile on the turf for many years. This was the fourth of July staple. On the naira calendar here it is now as part of a super five stakes card. In, the poker though. On the widener, so they come out of that shoot. On the clubhouse turn we get a field of eight entered for the turf as a main track. Only it's all relevant with the way. The weather's been here. I would imagine you know there's supposed to be some rain. We're recording the show Friday afternoon supposed to be some rains rather day on Friday and into the evening. I can't imagine it enough to take this off the turf, so let's say it will be a field of eight.

This is a big night in the presidential cycle the Washington Post reports. Because Iowa is I it could influence voters in the rest of the country at least for the Democrats on the Republican side. President trump is pretty much locked in and will most likely be on the ballot valid in November there are a couple of Republicans running against him. But they're not really picking up momentum as for the Democrats it's a super tight race so the nation is watching right now there are some front runners the AP reports Joe Biden Bernie Sanders Elizabeth. Warren and Pete Buddha judge are neck and neck in recent polls but other Democrats like Amy Klobuchar Dr Andrew Yang could pick up new momentum in all of this as well and just as a reminder presidential primaries and caucuses both have the same purpose. They're held every every four years to select the top Democrat and top Republican to show up on the ballot in November. But here's how they're different. Voting in primary is a lot like voting in a general election. You you go to your polling place or get a mail in ballot and it's run by the state government but a caucus is run by the political party and feels more like a town hall where registered voters gather in person an and debate the candidates. They can have different rules but for Iowa. Democrats people may even try to persuade each other in small groups and they show their support openly of course Iowa voters odors are the first to have a say but primaries and caucuses throughout the country will run
