Rep. Lauren Boebert Gives a Stirring Defense of the 2nd Amendment
"Welcome to the program. I want to ask a very simple question. What is the purpose of the Second Amendment? Why do we have it and why should we defend it? The purpose of the Second Amendment is of course to defend life and protect us from tyranny. That is what our founders intended. They didn't want a tyrannical government that was infringing on all of our other God given rights. And they wanted us to have the ability to defend ourselves at all costs. And we don't often hear the stories of the good guy with a gun. The mainstream media that's been hijacked by progressive woke liberals only want to talk about the deranged bad guys with guns. But firearms are a great deterrent and a great protector of light, which is so sacred and something that the left seems to disregard and really just use it for political theater when it fits their narrative rather than actually protecting life when it comes to, let's say, in the womb, let's say policies that don't hurt your way of life. And cause people to go into poverty, you know, there's so many things that the left does that actually hinders life and doesn't protect it, but they're all about protecting the elites and fitting their narrative. But the Second Amendment ultimately is our self defense to protect ourselves from crazy people and a tyrannical government.

Byron wins 2nd straight Cup race, beats Larson at Phoenix
"William Byron likes victory lane so much last week at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. He went back this week at Phoenix raceway, besting Ryan Blaney and Kyle Larson in the last battle for the win. I assumed he would be more aggressive, but my counter to that was all right, I gotta win. Do whatever I can do. So it was kind of like it was a game of chicken a little bit. Larson had dominated leading 201 laps, but Byron was on his bumper for the entire race. He did a really good job of holding its outside and clear me down the back. They were in a drag race on the final lap as baron drove in deep to turn one and pulled away. I was kind of like, man, it went so good last week. I'm probably gonna end up crashing here. Blaney came out of the scrum in second with Larson in third. I'm Jerry Jordan.

No. 18 Texas A&M routs Vandy to reach 2nd straight SEC final
"Top ranked Alabama beat Missouri 72 to 61. SEC player of the year Brandon Miller came away with a double double netting 20 points and pulling down 12 rebounds, but he struggled early, held to just four points in the first half Miller says until the shots start falling, you've got to find ways to contribute. I don't really play just from shot maker. I feel like as a team, we base our whole team set on defense, so it's just not about shot making, it's how you win the game another way. In the final matchup, Texas a and M disposed of a streaking Vanderbilt team, 87 to 75. Sophomore guard wade Taylor, the fourth came to play, throwing down 25 and adding four assists. Silicon Valley Bank Becomes Largest Failure Since 2008 Crisis
"For the purposes of our conversation today, the key dynamic in silvergate that we want to think about is this idea of a duration mismatch between short term deposits and long-term loans. It is also worth noting at this point that banks having that sort of duration mismatch isn't necessarily them acting badly. It is fundamentally what fractional reserve banking does. Joe wiesenthal from Bloomberg tweeted, every time a bank gets into trouble, people are like, they took short term deposits and made long-term loans. What were they thinking? As if that's not the business model of every bank ever. All of which gets us to Silicon Valley bank. For the TLDR in this situation, I'm going to turn to a great little explainer from investor Jamie quint. Jamie writes, in 2021, SVB saw a mass influx in deposits, which jumped from 62 billion or so at the end of 2019 to around a 190 billion at the end of 2021. As deposits grew SVB could not grow their loan book fast enough to generate the yield they wanted to see on this capital. As a result, they purchased a large amount over 80 billion in mortgage backed securities with these deposits for their hold to maturity portfolio. 97% of these mortgage backed securities were ten plus year duration, with a weighted average yield of 1.56%. The issue is that as the fed raised interest rates in 2022 and continued to do so through 2023, the value of SVB mortgage backed securities plummeted. This is because investors can now purchase long duration, quote unquote, risk free bonds from the fed at a 2.5 X higher yield. This is not a liquidity issue as long as SVB maintains their deposits. Since the securities will pay out more than they cost eventually. However, yesterday afternoon, SVB announced that they had sold 21 billion of their available for sales securities at a $1.8 billion loss, and were raising another 2.25 billion in equity in debt. This came as a surprise to investors who were under the impression that SVB had enough liquidity to avoid selling their AFS portfolio. So as you can see, here we again have the same structural problem faced by the assets in silver Gates portfolio. Those assets had unrealized losses because interest rate increases in the wider environment had made them less valuable relative to government bonds, which wouldn't have been an issue unless they were forced to sell, but boom, all of a sudden they were forced to sell.

A Meditation on Luke 16:19-31 for the 2nd Thursday of Lent
"Say slowly from your heart. Jesus. I trust in you. You. Take over. Become aware that he is with you. Looking upon you with love. Wanting to be heard, deep within your heart. A reading from the holy gospel, according to Luke, chapter 16 versus 1931. Jesus said to the pharisees, there was a rich man who used to dress in purple and fine linen, and feast magnificently every day. And at his gate there lay a poor man called Lazarus, covered with sores, who longed to fill himself with the scraps that fell from the rich man's table. Dogs even came and licked his sores. Now the poor man died and was carried away by the angels to the bosom of Abraham. The rich man also died and was buried. In his torment in Hades, he looked up and saw Abraham a long way off with Lazarus in his bosom. So he cried out. Father Abraham, pity me, and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water to cool my tongue. For I am in agony in these flames. My son, Abraham replied, remember that during your life, good things came your way, just as bad things came the way of Lazarus. Now he is being comforted here while you are in agony. But that is not all. Between us and you, a great gulf has been fixed to stop anyone if he wanted to, crossing from our side to yours, and to stop any crossing from your side to ours. The rich man replied, father, I beg you then to send Lazarus to my father's house. Since I have 5 brothers, to give them warnings so that they do not come to this place of torment too. They have Moses in the prophet, said Abraham, let them listen to them. Ah, no, father Abraham said the rich man. But of some one comes to them from the dead, they will repent. The Abraham said to him, if they will not listen either to Moses or to the prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone should rise from the dead.

Meditation for the 2nd Wednesday of Lent: The Power of the Cross
"Wednesday. Of the second week of lent. The cross of Christ unites in the liberty. Ask. What continues to enslave me? Seek. Ask God to point out areas of slavery that still exist in your life. As you go through your day, catch yourself not being true to who you really are. Ask yourself, who are you serving now? Knock. Meditate on Romans chapter 7 versus 22 through 25. In my inmost self, I dearly love God's law. But I can see that my body follows a different law that battles against the law which my recent dictates. This is what makes me a prisoner of that Lawson. Which lives inside my body. What a rich man I am. Who will rescue me from this body doomed death? Thanks Peter got through Jesus Christ our lord. In short, it is I, who was my reason, served the law of God. And no less I who serve in my un spiritual self, the law of sin. Paul talks about delighting in the law of God. But finding himself at war with other parts of himself. Spend time reflecting on what delights you about God's law. As Christ to save you.

"Of course it does. I hope you had a blessed long weekend. There are reports confirmed reports that members of the United States terror Watch list. Are already in the Taliban administration in the new government, but it's not just over there that we have problems literally breaking news in the last two minutes from just the news com we have its founder and editor in chief, John Solomon, Welcome back to America first. Good to be with you in a busy Tuesday on a crazy busy Tuesday, so much more to discuss. We'll have David Goldman with us to discuss China. Lord Conrad Black your calls 83333 Gocha. That's 833334675 to talk to us about the latest news breaking news with regard to the refugee streams and the U. S base in Germany and Ramstein Yeah, Absolutely. So, just a few hours ago, Secretary of State Antony Blinken acknowledge that the State Department did not evac vet evacuees Afghan refugees before they brought them to US bases around the world and in some cases already to the United States. He said they were doing the vetting on them not making this up on the back end meeting after the fact. Well, the consequence of that has become clear already. Uh, today around midday German time a Afghan refugee tried to board a U. S bound flight. He was cleared by the United States to come here and in his luggage. A German military officer who was assisting with Uh, the Americans at the base found a suspicious item in the man's carry on luggage. It was five blasting caps and igniter explosive pipe. And what's known as death cord, and he was pulled from the line before he got on the plate. And he is now on a red list. Now U. S officials are telling me that this man is not suspected of being a terrorist. He was a contractor for the U. S military and had these things probably in relationship to his work and forgot they were in his bag. But the idea that he walked into Ramstein Air Base with this because he got this in Afghanistan brought it in shows you just how weak the vetting maybe in some of these places and if it weren't for an alert German military officer Assisting the Americans. He might have made it on the flight. Hopefully, he didn't have ill Will. He's still on a red flag list. Now he will not be coming to the United States until more investigation is done. So let's just applies some common sense it John, you've been investigative journalist for decades worked at all the prestigious legacy institutions. Now you've created your own media empire. Guys, you've got to bookmark Justin news dot com. Check it out every day full Oh, John and Jay Solomon reports. Have you ever whether you starting a new start up or your new amazing venture? Did you ever check out? Did you ever hire somebody and then check them out on the back end. No, that's not called due diligence That's called negligence, and this administration has shown negligence all throughout the process. First, not starting the process. Earlier. We knew we were getting out in August. This park should have been done and April and May 2nd the way we actually giving up the airbase in Bagram, leaving us in an insecure commercial airport in Kabul under the Taliban control, And now as we're getting Afghans out, getting the wrong people out or getting people who weren't yet vetted out. While many of the people we know assisted the United States are left behind, including some Americans. There is nothing about this that smacks of away a private company would have approached. This are quite frankly, any other prior administration right and the fact that this is potentially the biggest hostage situation. In American history and disastrous collapse of a nation We've invested more than $2 Trillion in 22, American 22,000 Americans killed or wounded. Nobody's resigned. Nobody has been fired One person just before the show said There are noises from inside the administration that somebody is prepared to, uh, give their resignation imminently. What are you hearing John? Any noises at just the news dot com from Keep an eye in General Milley right. He's a top military officer in the land. The military did not perform well, including allowing 13 members to be killed in an insecure way, But we don't have any confirmation yet, but this lack of accountability. We've been talking about this for five years since 2016 whether it's the FBI or other places that people gave a false story about Lafayette Square. There is no accountability in government and politics or the media when we get things wrong, and that's why these mistakes keep happening. No one's punished so no one has fear of making another bad blunder. And the figures speak for themselves plummeting ratings for Biden even amongst Democrat voters, we have a record 10 million jobs open. Right now, you have another story. Justin news dot com who's been hit the worst. What's the reality? And is there going to be concert consequences for that, as well? Yeah, listen. When the jobless numbers came out late last week, everyone was focused on the fact that it missed the job creation number by a big margin, like more than 100% off, But inside the numbers when you dig in there is a very worrisome sign. While the overall unemployment rate came down in August, black unemployment rate went up 6/10 of a point. That is a massive increase 7% increase in one month. Why is that important? Remember what Joe Biden said all through the campaign? I'm the president. That won't leave anybody behind well under Donald Trump. African Americans saw record employment they saw a record drop in poverty. They were enjoying a very good situation until the pandemic in the the pandemic recovery that Joe Biden is overseeing. African Americans are falling further behind he once again is not living up to his word. Look at the difference in just eight months under the last administration, lowest unemployment figures since record keeping began for Hispanics and from black Americans this time around just eight months in We have a shocking, shocking figure. Not only a 500,000 Delta discrepancy in expected employment figures and the actual employment figures, but also black Americans hurting the most. We talked to John Solomon, just the news dot com Following Jay Solomon reports. We're going to talk about another story in the next segment. She's an American World traveler. Analyst writer, documentary film director. She's an advocate for women's rights. Now she's very, very well studied. She studied at Pepperdine University. She's also studied at George Washington University, University of Houston Shields and Masters of Education from Louisiana State University. She went to Pakistan back in 2000 and nine First as a tourist, then as an NGO worker in 2010 and 11, and she has been in Pakistan ever since. Now, Cynthia is huge on the women's rights advocacy, and she's spoken against highly ranked members of the Pakistani in government about sexual assault charges, and Cynthia herself that she is a victim of now the story centers. Around at the time when Joe Biden was VP under Barack Obama, now Cynthia's alleging that Hillary Clinton's state Department covering up her rape in Pakistan for their own political agenda. Back in 2000 and 10 since it was invited by the P P p, which is the Pakistan People's Party when Zardari was the president, and she claims that she truly had no idea about the political battles between the P P p and the PTR, which is the opposition party, she was assisting them on her own with media strategy because that's from wheelhouse and the P P P was trying to was trying to basically draw her away from that. She claims that a former interior minister of Pakistan, a high ranking official, by the name of Rahman Malik, drugged and raped her in 2011, right under Biden and Hillary and Hillary's knows, basically. So we're talking about a member of the highest parliament raping a U. S citizen abroad who then reported this to the U. S embassy, and according to her, she was told to keep quiet now. Russia specifically reported the incident to political Secretary Thomas Fedyk in May of 2011, who worked for the U. S embassy in Islamabad at the time. And she also tried to discuss the matter with Ambassador Cameron Munter, both while in Islamabad and later when she signed with the State Department in D, C and O in 11, 4000 and 12, and he's basically said he couldn't do much for her. Now this kept going on and on. She tried discussing the matter with Ambassador Robin Raphel, which was a woman. I didn't like the Council of Events in D. C late in October of 2000 and 12, and she was also disinterested now. Cynthia claims that the rape incident occurred at the interior ministers and Came in 2011 under the time of year when Osama bin Laden at the time had been tactically taken out Now, since you thought it was a meeting about her visa when she go when she went to go visit the minister, but she was given flowers and a drug drink now suspiciously. Let's remember that carry Lugar Bill of 2000 and nine This bill authorized the release of basically 1.5 billion per year. To the government of Pakistan is non military aid from the period of 2000 and 10 to 2000 and 14, now no audit of who the actual benefit beneficiaries of those funds were ever took place and leading up to the event of May 2nd. Or should I say Osama bin Laden is capture the Pakistan's P P P party was in desperate need of a cash infusion. And Zardari was the president of the time Now this story is a deep, dark hole of a lot of things that are not Your average claims, and Cynthia is believing that one of the possible reasons for rape was comfort up was because her rape was tied to the same political party, the P P p party that was accepting money from State Department Uh and Obama Biden administration for ineffective NGOs of what she saw many, uh she saw so many of this going on, you know, under the rug, pretending to create women and Children friendly spaces, But all of it was in her mind Bs, but here to bring you up to speed On the case herself from Islamabad directly. We have Cynthia Richie joining the show, and she's going to tell us where her case stands today against this Interior minister Rehman Malik, where she stands with her visa being in Islamabad. And what predicament she's finding herself and welcome to the show, Cynthia Prison. Thank you for having me. So walk us through what's going what's been happening now? You know you recently took to Facebook. You went live. You share the details surrounding your rape and the and the events that transpired. Um you know, there was a hashtag trending. Cynthia is pride of Pakistan hashtag Cynthia's pride of Pakistan, and it became one of the top trends in the country. And it basically intensified your exchange between you and the P P. P party and now you are feeling very cornered. You're feeling somewhat afraid for your life even and you are feeling like there's there's really no way out. Tell me what's going on. Well, you summed it up quite nicely. I mean, as a matter of fact, our court cases of sort of stalled. This is a very common tactic, delaying tactics that the Pakistan people's party uses. I was pressured by multiple representatives of different governments to actually dropped my case. My criminal case against Roman Malik The Supreme Court actually ruled in my favor because your mom Malik was trying to prevent my constitutional right for first information report against a cognizable offense. The Supreme Court recognized that remand Malik was trying to subvert justice. Ramon Malik was also trying to claim immunity and they denied him that so for me this was really quite significant because an individual who is innocent. These various serious claims that I came forward is not going to try to claim immunity from prosecution. You know, it's very sickening to me that you are an American abroad and you have rights to every every right that we have here in America, right? But yet you're not being properly. Defended and you hear you find yourself trying to to defend yourself. Essentially, How does what's going through your mind At this point right now? Your case is kind of hit a brick wall. And then I thought, Well, you got guys that have been the top 35 times, and Ted Horn was the only guy that was in the top 35 times and never won, however, how many times did he finish in the top two, once another contemporary of Horn was the great Rex Mays, one of the superstars of the 19 forties. Mays was a picture on the front roll, but was one position away from landing on the Borg Warner Trophy. I was thinking, probably That if you were to say who were the greatest, who were the most deserving winners that didn't win? I'm not too sure that I wouldn't put Rex Mays first, Abby it up with all the respect to the other guys, and I think a lot of people would a swell And the fact that he He left so many I mean, he was He was young. Uh, on a handsome and and very outgoing, So I mean, he was a he was a unease E hero. Because he's 22 23 24 years old and running, you know, leading the thing. But he ended up he ran in 12 races. He led nine But the latest that would she ever lead was lap 99. He never let a single lap in the second half, but that was because he Had a problem. You know, either blew up or or, you know, last time getting a problem fixed. He started from there. It was on the pole four times. And I know that doesn't sound like much now. But back then that was a big deal is on the front row seven times. And then in In 40 he second behind Wilbur Shaw, and I don't know that there was any You know, we didn't have to make like a lengthy pit stop, I think sure you know clearly won the race. But with May 2nd and being so popular And then he comes back. The next year to finish second again to the four day was Mauri Rose combination, and so when you you know, when you look at that thing, well, golly Harry Hearts was second three times and didn't win. This guy was only Price. But again, I think, even to this day if you give it to the historians, um many of them would put Rex Mays right at the top still become the Tinley Park expressed pioneers the Rideshare program on the way to his best finish at the Brickyard. And the Clown Prince of Racing just misses the top spot in one of the great duels and speedway history. This is heroes of the 502nd one A 93 w i. B. C This is what's happening. "Money and that man in the position he was in in the Irani Military Intelligence Community Control Center. Um, that was a major moment for America's national security and for the security of the region, for our friends in Israel, and frankly for our friends and much of the Middle East because Israel's not the only one And Iran has continued to be for quite some time, um, propped up by the Obama administration and arguably by the Bidens as well, a real danger a real menace to the world out of that region. A new piece written by Jordan. Secular O Biden. Intel confirms Al Qaeda terror headquarters based in Iran. Jordan secular is executive director of the American Center for Law and Justice. He's an attorney in the co host of secular Jordan. Um, how concerned should we be that Al Qaeda long our nemesis in the region and a group that has shown a new ability to pull off some pretty sophisticated Terror attacks is now operating under the auspices and protection of Iran. I think it just speaks to two things that speak to the concern we should have about Iran and the Biden administration pushed to continue. As they are right now, as we speak, Michael, they're there in Vienna tried to start the indirect talks with Iran. That would, they hope will lead to direct talks to reenter what's notice the Iranian nuclear deal, which is the JCP away, which was not really a deal, not really a treaty. Doesn't really buy the Iran to do anything, but it would then allow the administration would be would take part in Lifting sanctions on Iran faces that have been very crippling to the Iraqi regime. And so just a couple days ago, Iran puts out a video right before the Supreme leader addressed the nation there. It is a video. They have C G I of the U. S. Capitol exploded. This is this is, you know, may 2nd 2021. This is the country that alone under international law. Um, it might not be an act of war. It's an act of aggression. That was kind of using that imagery about another country that you would destroy it. And so They're treating this regime which we know has been a pariah on the world stage. CIt's six is since it came to power in 1970 dive, and first on this report that we found in the Defense Intelligence Agency, which is part of It's the D O D S Intelligence department. It was one Senate. It says Overall, I've been as Lahiri remained in hiding, while a handful of Iran based Al Qaeda leaders Oversee Al Qaeda's network. So what does that show you that number one Al Queda got yet He's gotta be in hiding. He was He's been number one since been long been killed, but the rest of their leaders Overseeing Al Qaeda's network from a much better safe haven that the the caves of Afghanistan but instead in a much more sophisticated Iran that can protect them. It could provide a much more technical access to be able to communicate and to recruit and to play. It. Acts appear now with former Secretary of State Mike Pompeii was actually part of the DOJ team now. I said in January, he started talking about this as a problem. Al Queda working with Iran. He was blocked by the Biden hypes and Social in the In the State Department, world and for policy World saying No, no, no suit. She a country like Iran could never house a sooty group like Al Qaeda. And the fact is now we have a confirmed by buying Either by the administration by their Defense Intelligence agency that they are because they will partner up with anyone who is an enemy of ultimately the United States and anyone who can help them. Destabilizes. You pointed out that region of the world It is not just Israel. It is also the Gulf States, which we're making great progress with on peace deals under the Trump administration cord out freaking out. Because we could go back to Iran that has much more power toe wheeled and then cause that caused that kind of uncertainty. And, you know, basically They go out and fund groups like Hezbollah or the hooches in Yemen to start civil conflict Civil war conflict that they run through proxies. Jordan. I have a couple of questions based on this. The first is what's Iran stand to gain here? We know what Al Qaeda stands to gain. What's there? Are these the foot soldiers of these carrying out orders of Iran or they? You know Iran does he have to do this? Right. So I think is so long as they have a shared interest. Which is they have shared targets. Of the shared enemies. And so what shifted is that groups like Al Qaeda now see a lot of these gold states, which are also suni but have had and may have been more friendly to honestly these Al Qaeda type movements in the past. Have now signed peace agreement with Israel and the United States. They're working much more closely with the U. S military. So they're there now that they have the same enemies in this in this Current, uh, in the current climate in the Middle East. And they have the same allies internationally. And so these countries like China will still do business with Iran. They don't care if they're working with Al Queda. Um and what does what does Iran have to gain? I think Iran is seeing how far they could push things. How far can we push it and still get to a deal with the Biden administration? They'll drop the stations. So right now, the way it Rod is is pointing is pushing these pointing after stations. They have nearly defeated the U. S sanctions now it will be the U. S. Has to remove those sanctions. The way they're spinning. It is see. We survived the four years of very tough economic station. We're right on the cusp of doing that. And if that the case that if Iran could act this way, put that kind of imagery up and still get into a deal where their economy is allowed to reopen at the world stage. That's great for them that that just shows them that this administration's got blinders on because these were the same people who did the original bad nuclear deal. They're coming back. They want to save it. They want to bring it back, and they're kind of Doing everything possible. It's like they have their horses with blinders on, You know, It's a really interesting situation because you have the threat of Iran and it's real. And as you mentioned their sophisticated and organized and willing, they have shown this in in Iraq. They've shown it in Syria. They've shown it in the Reeds region. You have their saber rattling and then you have Al Qaeda in organization that has been very effective and very sophisticated and with incredible survival, skills and communication. Skills. It's going to be interesting to see what their terror headquarters being based in Iran does in terms of is that a force multiplier? Is that a terror multiplier me? What does that allow each of them? Individually are as the hole to pull off that they couldn't separately and and I guess the next question for you is, how long can this co exist? I mean, there's also the likelihood when you put two crazies in the same room that Even though they're both your enemies they might end up becoming. Maybe they don't get along so well, yeah, I mean, this is this is a situation clearly, It's not necessarily I don't think you see predict 10 years down the road. Well, you can predict is right now. And so right now Iran sees here's another proxy we can use just like Hezbollah that Hezbollah maybe more aligned with them religiously and is basically a full on proxy controlled.

"And it's a very ugly thing to experience. Well, you know what, just like congressman from New York Adriana spell yacht, tweeted out today. The filibuster is a monument of white supremacy, tear it down and I couldn't agree more and and but yet here you go off, we go again. Joe manchin doesn't want to doesn't want to reform the filibuster, it's sickening Sarah. Yeah, and I, I mean, on my podcast and gas-lit Nation, we did a wage an episode about Joe manchin, a kind of, you know, trying to figure out why he's doing this because it's not for his self interest. I mean, if the Democrats lose, he's likely going to lose too. If people can't vote, he's likely going to lose his position. He doesn't seem to be doing it for political power. I'm not sure he's doing it for money. We found some interesting, weird voting history where he backed a number of you know, dictatorships he's off Like the lone vote supporting Assad, you know, supporting other dictators abroad, nothing to clear cut, you know, is a kind of an enigmatic figure. And, you know, this is the kind of thing where say what you will about the Republicans, they know how to keep their caucus intact. I mean, they're probably doing it by blackmail and bribes but nonetheless, they get it done. The Democrats need to get this done bought a mansion and Cinema like I kind of don't care how they do it anymore because, you know, I need to live in this country and raise my children in this country, be able to vote. And I want, you know, my neighbors, to be able to vote to and so, you know, what is an emergency and I don't know what's going on behind the scenes, but like we're all watching it. We're all kind of. We saw it happen in January. Like we know how weak our institutions are. We saw Trump trying to go through the course. That's another thing I'm worried about is, you know, all these packed cords especially the Supreme Court, we got through the beginning of this year by like, the skin of our teeth were getting out of the pandemic, the same way we've achieved, Second Chances here. You know, they cannot blow it by just letting Joe manchin call the shots like that's nuts. What, a way to go out, you know. Yeah, it's really sick. And thank you. DJ sniper for the TV box. I'm very thankful for people like Sarah and you to John. Well I I do appreciate that. So let me ask you. This is the thing that I don't get cuz I don't know about you folks. But let's say some some agent of Russia said, John will give you 5 million dollars. If you, you know, you know, becoming a lie to us if you become an asset, I would say no because I'm an American, you know, and I'm a loyal American. So the thing that I can't grasp Sarah is how people like Trump & Giuliani and Ron Johnson and Mitch McConnell, how they can sell their souls out to an enemy of ours. Yeah I I don't get it either and I'm you know I'm critical of this month. I think that is part of being a good American. Like that's a James Baldwin used to say that. I love America so much that I feel I need to criticize it relentlessly and you criticize it because you want it to improve. But to just relinquish it to abandon it for what, for money for greed. Like I I I don't understand it. Like, it really is alien to me and I don't understand how people didn't take it seriously. When it was building and building, you know throughout like especially in twenty years, starting in 2014, obviously predates. This for many individuals, you could see it coming a mile away and naturally in 2016. I was like, Trump is not a candidate. Whose foremost loyalty is to the United States. That is a profound national security threat. Like, they should do everything possible to stop this guy from getting an office. Cuz once he gets in, the damage is reparable in some sense and, you know, he will rewrite laws, so he could get away with what he wants. He will pack it with other lackeys and all of them. National Security would be compromised. And the fact that these Republicans are so chill about being treaters like I'm like when did treason like not become a big deal like that box baffling to me like that that more people are outraged and the way the media covers, it kind of reflects that they're not all like this is unbelievable like what fucking horrible people like, how could you do this store, it is weird. And I think there's some reluctance to admit that it's this bad and I think that some of that stems from the fact that, you know, it takes a village to pull off this level of a thousand is Operation. Like you have the people doing it, the actual Traders, then you have the people who look the other way, you have, the people who helped them out, you know, either a little or a lot. You have the people who are apathetic, I think everyone is and it's also just scary to people that this can happen. I mean it's very Tom Clancy, you know, very Manchurian Candidate, sounds nuts, you know, but it happened and we need to kind of we need to come home. Terms of this as a nation. Yeah. And as my mother says, and it's a good question, but what do they need? All the money for like, how much money do they need wet? Or is it just about the power of it all? I think it's power. There's also some really weird Financial interactions like Michael Flynn. For example, was paid $35,000 to sit next to Putin at the RT, Gala in Russia. Like that's not a lot of money for a guy like Michael Flynn, like, why would you do this? Why when you go and hang out with the brutal dictator for like, thirty five grand? Like, that's weird, which makes me just assume you know, a lot of the way that these guys make sure their power it's not through material wealth, in terms of saving it, passing it onto the Next Generation. You you tend to see that in a lot of American powerful families considered of families, the way that people like break own or Donald Trump operated. They like to be in debt, you know, reykon who is Trump's Mentor, his fantasy was to die showing the American government enormous sums of money. And that's exactly what time. Good. He's fulfilled his dream. I think Trump is the same way kushner's the same way. They like, to real power, they like to be above the law, they like impunity and they liked the idea they get off on being able to do whatever they want. And I think a lot of Republicans kind of they like that feeling too. And I don't know, it's a combination of that. And I think quite a lot of people at this point are blackmailed and threatened, I mean, we've seen the Trump Administration, threatened a large number of, you know, anti Trump individuals. I think they're probably threatening anyone who seems like, they're going to step out of line, and that doesn't excuse anybody's Behavior. But I just, you know, it's a mafia operation. That's what the mafia does. It's just went surprised me very much if we here for details of that, you know, in the years to come, but you know, what's crazy, Zara is like, you know, the Republicans Like to call themselves The Party of Lincoln, even though really the Republican Party under Lincoln was more the Democratic party. But okay, let's just say they like to call the party of Lincoln. Now dead. Maybe I'm Wrong here sir, but I don't think Abraham Lincoln would sell his cell herself out to a a foreign enemy do, you know? I mean, actually, there's a really interesting quote from Abraham Lincoln where he warns about, you know, the ignorant, brutal and trees, and his people who he was surrounded by and who were opposing him. He was like, you know, I'm paraphrasing if I wanted to live in a country like that. I just go to Russia. Like that's what Abraham Lincoln was saying back in like, you know, eighteen sixty or something like that. So times really haven't changed so much and yeah, sure. You know, they grew up a Baptist. They're like, you know, we freed the slaves and like you also like have the slaves so that's really I mean so did everybody. This is really a collective guilt for America but you know I mean that's just life FedEx grasping at straws, I don't think there's been anything that exactly parallels the Republican party today. I mean, you obviously see its antecedents and people like Andrew Jackson and these like in Creve Racist. These Genesis Idol, white supremacist presidents that we've had in the past, but this is very much an international operation. Like their Fortunes in power are entwined with six people. Abroad people like Boris Johnson, obviously with Putin with MBS Netanyahu with Viktor Orban of Hungary. You know, Erawan of turkey and so on and so forth. It's a different world that it was, you know, fifty years ago. A hundred years ago. I think we haven't really figured out how to deal with it digital media and digital Finance. It.

"Indictment of trump. At some point, I'm not even sure. It's going to lead to an indictment of Giuliani. I mean I certainly hope it does. I hope at least an indictment of both of them. But again you know this is another incidence of deja news where what people are presenting in the media is breaking news is the impeachment hearings from late 2019, you know. And that case was something that you know my co-host under a chalupa and I. Mentioned in May 2019 like juliani committed his crimes in real time and documented them on the Internet. This is the thing they like to do. It's the exact same thing with the capital Siege. They all announced their their cradle intentions and then they carry out their crimes and then no one holds them accountable, and then they're shocked when anybody even talks about it. And again, let me remind you, it Pelosi and the house leadership had to be dragged off. Do anything about that even though you had them plotting to assassinate an ambassador, you know, Marie event of it just extremely serious. Like the fact that people have memory hold, this is a grave concern to me. So yeah, that other stuff is coming out. People are like, wow, you know, Rudy Giuliani had, you know, improper relations with individuals from Ukraine is like, literally in impeachment, hearing like go back and look at the transcripts, like, what the hell? I'm like, I'm sorry, I'm like, you know, it makes you feel like, you know, losing your mind. Like, I know we've been in trapped inside and a pandemic for a year, but it's in time has lost all meaning. But seriously like it is their choice. I know a lot of stuff is paid well, but the transcripts and the video of those of these hearings are still up there. The corruption of Rudy Giuliani goes incredibly deep. He also liked to flaunt it on Twitter. You like girls pictures of himself of individuals and Ukraine, who he was dirty doing Dirty Deeds with, you know, there's a giant money Trail to follow in that regard. There's you know, some names are popping up dog. With your past, for example, you know, that mafioso that Oleg are. But I just I lack Faith cuz I see again, this cast of recurring characters, you know, that's one of the things I brought hiding in plain sight. Is that the same people committing crimes for decades on end over and over never truly held accountable, you know, Rodger Stone Paul manafort, Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani is another person like this and he's been involved in this world for a long time. You know, as prosecutor, he cleared out the Italian mouth, he had to make the way for the quote, unquote Russian mafia, which is really more of a transnational. Nausea. He did everything he could to protect them legally. Mm, the lines, it's not clamped down on them. He changed that sort of justice system. And then, of course, after nine-eleven, you know, which Rudy Giuliani. Of course, said situated, the nine-eleven emergency center of the worst place possible to prevent that attacks, which, I've always found. Very interesting, anyway, you know, a lot of the resources of our government were then diverted to fighting Islamic terrorism, Al Qaeda, and so forth and the Russian mafia boss. We got to kind of wander away on scrutinized or just blend with white collar crime. So this is like this giant story. This isn't just about what Giuliani did in 2019. It's about what Rudy Giuliani has done and who he's been hanging out with and committing criminal acts with his whole life and that includes Donald Trump. I mean, they go way way back. You know, one of the first things Giuliani did after nine-eleven. At least within the first couple of months is borrow a private plane from Trump to fly to Israel for some sort of meeting that, I don't even completely know the contents of like, why is he flying on Donald Trump's plane? Who's be meeting with Israel after nine-eleven? That's an interesting. That's an interesting little story that hasn't been followed up on the guy. Followed that committed suicide, who funded it committed suicide, you know, shortly after. So long stuff to look into, if the media is interested don't think they are. Well, thank you for five bucks. You said if you'd like to read Greg's book dirty Robles about this or Sarah's off, I will gladly donate up to $10 each. So there you go. You want to take it and thank you, PCM calls and also thank you Sharon diamond for the five bucks. But the box right now that said this is the thing, I don't get and Greg you could always shut light on it too. Because why, why would Giuliani rather suck? Now granted, the Italian mob is there, no Saints. But why does he want to take them out and help another country's mob? Why? There is one thing here. If I may cuz I have to go anyway and then okay, he didn't take out all of the families. They took out all of them, but the gambinos so giuliani's father bought a 1938 served time in sing sing for sticking up a Milkman true. And when he was released from prison, went to work for his brother-in-law, who were all Gambino's. They were all dead. Yes, that's who Rudy Giuliani is from his born into this family. And it's interesting that he in that in that condition, all the only family of the big ones that he didn't touch it again. That's it. So I got that me. Oh, oh okay, well everybody but that so I'll leave you, I'll leave you with that to see. There's yeah there's a great idea. If you go to my Prevail page I had a guest writer read a piece that we've titled, fuk Giuliani, you know, look it up on the search engine. It's well worth reading. She was at the next. She was a stripper at the time in the nineties and talked about mob and guiliani. And what she saw based on her experiences, they're so interesting perspective. Is there anything else you want to plug Greg before you go? Just you know my son stack is called Prevail. I have a podcast now also called Prevail. Subscribe, Etc. Follow me on Twitter and everybody. I've finally figured out how to look at the comments. So thank you for the great comments. John, thanks for having me Sara. Nice to you. All right I'm out I'll see you. Greg by. All right, the great. Greg Olio. So samjha Well, posed, the same question to you, like, why would you lie Ani want to help the Russians over Americans? I don't understand money because of money, well, you want it to be the mayor mean, the thing to remember, of course, is the Soviet Union collapsed in. Nineteen ninety one and there were already was Russian mafia activity happening in Europe, happening in the United States. The head of the Russian mob gets most directly involved with Trump Semion. Mogilevich managed to get to Israel by abusing the right of return privilege in nineteen eighty-eight. He was helped in that initiative, by Robert Maxwell, who's the founder of Duane Maxwell, who is the partner of Jeffrey Epstein. So as I said, you know, you hear the same names again and again from Israel. He went to Europe, he went to Hungary from there. He went to the United States, but it used to be a lot harder for people from the former Soviet Union to be able to set up shop in the US. But once it collapsed, you know, and became thirteen separate republics with them. More mobility and of course a lot of encouragement to become capitalists to be, you know. And you know, they kind of overlooked they would be like, oh it's just kind of unregulated over there. You know, instead of it's organized crime what was happening and so a lot of money was being poured into New York City cuz these guys had to move their money around and they needed people to do that. Donald Trump, of course, had just gone bankrupt people times, he was a great frontman for these sorts of operations. He was already in trench with the Russian mafia dating back, you know, to to at the least, the early eighties and so individuals like that were Great Wall Street, Crash was great. It was a way to launder money and kind of gloss over their stuff and Giuliani like having that kind of protection like having that money pumped into his campaigns. You know. I think there had been such a crack down on the Italian mafia that they just weren't seen as as powerful and also you know, the Russian mafia is much more ruthless. Like there's not a kind of Honor. I mean, I'm not praising, the Italian mafia game. Means. But.

"That key has no intention of actually indicting any of the big players. They're just going to go over small-time operatives like I was worrying about this in real time. I felt like this starting in about 2018, you know, after manafort and Flynn were indicted, I was like, okay, you know, that's good. We finally got something going here. But, you know, this was a very urgent crisis. This crisis was obvious in 2016, it was obvious before Trump got into office, you know, when he was giving Press Club, It says asking Russia for Hillary Clinton's emails that was a very overt signal of the severity of the crisis. In the fact that nobody intervened. Nobody did anything, you know, the this includes our intelligence agency, the FBI, the Obama Administration. And so on, I mean, probably the two more most forthright people were Hillary Clinton and Harry Reid, Harry Reid. Of course, was asking James Comey to warn the American public, that Russia and not interfere in the election and potentially falsify election results. Like those are, those are huge things. So this all should have been investigated and especially investigated in the broader context of Trumps. You know, multi-decade wage history is immersion with various mafias has emerged with the Russian mafia. I mean, this was as I said, my book hiding in plain sight. This was all in the public domain. There was a brief period of time but like I said, 2017-2018 where I feel like the media took this a bit more seriously and then once Bill Barr came in lied about the content of the Mueller. Probe molar, of course, Did not fulfill his obligation in the probe. A lot of people went around making up rumors about what the FBI was going to do. And Mueller is going to get, um, and I was going to get him and, you know, they spread all sorts of gossip that's really destructive and it lowered. The American people into a state of passivity where they were just expecting some sort of Savior from above. You know, they thought Pelosi was going to get him closely had to be dragged Kicking and Screaming, a peach, it all it completely ignored, even, you know what bowler had documented in his report which was multiple accounts of obstruction of justice. And I think for all his molars weaknesses, he at least expected the House Long Beach and obstruction of justice. They wouldn't even do that. And so yeah, it's just been an utter refusal to hold these individuals accountable and, you know they'll go after some low-level 2 and on Club showed up at the capital cuz they got all heated up by Lynn Woods. Twitter, they will go after Stone. They won't go after Flynn. They won't go after Kushner and they're not going after Trump. And that's where the problem is. It's these really dead. It's connected. Wealthy powerful, guys. Not these little, you know, low-life guys who commit acts of violence, that's obviously a serious offense, but it's not where the money in the power come from, and that's what needs to be stopped. What, why do you well then, why do you think and Greg, feel free to inject, why don't you think that they're go, like, why aren't they going after? I don't understand. Yeah, I mean, when I see the reluctance to pursue them, I see people officials who don't care about their country. You don't see, unpatriotic, actors who don't care about Americans suffering. Cuz people need to understand that Trump being an office. And then going on to purge our institutions and pack them with this criminal lackeys directly led to the deaths of half a million Americans. If he had not been in charge in this, pandemic may be people alive today. So this is not some abstract Espionage or foreign policy issue. This is not something it's divorced from the reality of everyday. American life is profoundly impacted everyday American life and so yep. What is failed Us in? This respect has blood on their hands. They helped contribute to this. I think there's a few things going on. I think they don't want to admit the weakness and the failures of their institutions. I think they shouldn't need it. We all saw them failed. They should have some humility about this. I think there's a very bad track record with certain institutions in particular, the FBI. You can look at its previous directors, you could look at Louis freeh page, him sessions. They went on to work for the Russian Mafia, the very Mafia the held spring. Trump to power. You can look at Mueller who is willing to look the other way about Paul manafort about Donald Trump about all the way. Over criminal actors, while he was running the FBI, you can look at kome who ignored, Harry Reid's mornings, who took Semion, mogilevich off the top, ten FBI Most Wanted list. I mean, I could go on and on but the fact is complicity, you know. They they really like to be euphemistic about this. They like to make up all sorts of, you know, rumors like oh he was just a confidential informant or, you know, we're just doing a little Mafia roll up, we're going to get him. Actually they've been hearing that for five years when it comes to Trump, we've been hearing that for like thirty or forty years. Like I could go back to elementary school when those rumors were going around. He became the president he did not go to prison. That's a faith-filled institution and people don't want to admit, it just awful. You know, what do you think about this Greg? Well no Bravo that was coming in hot as they say down on sports teams. Just I don't think it's quite as black and white. Is that like Mueller did indict and convict Palm Court, who was Trump's campaign chair? He did, he did indeed, get, you know, Stone and Flint. Those are three big guys, that, that he did get. So it's not, it's not completely accurate to say that. Nobody would, of course, all of that went out the window to your point because of these ridiculous pardons, I was actually reading the pardon list this morning and it was making me. Just I almost threw out my coffee wage. Just the the the number of just horrible humans that Trump pardoned just makes a mockery of the entire Justice System which is you know what, what they're trying to do, but I don't, are they going to get away with it will see, you know, I don't think Garland has been there long enough and again Sarah again to your point. Yeah, we don't want to break faith in in the institutions, but, you know, yes, we thought Mulder was going to do this. He did to a degree, he didn't go as far as we wanted to Obama completely screwed up the last year and did not disclose the thing. I I have this rated him and in my book and Comey both I think that those two were, you know, very responsible partly, at least for for us. Trump from Obama also like he was President between November of 2020 and January you know of of twenty Twenty-One. He could have done a special Cancel immediately and made it a Democrat, who was, you know, younger that would have. And, and given them a much broader mandate that, there was lots of things that could have been done. That weren't done, whether off because of inactivity or lack of imagination or lack of, you know, will I don't know what the what the reasons were. But in hindsight, we were lucky to get Muller at all. He did pull the pull, the, the wall out of the I, but it's hard to go against all this. The, the disinformation coming out of the Fox News and everything else, that's such a, at least for me. I just did not foresee how powerful all that would be. Probably, you know, being naive? But it's hard. It's hard to win it. This is a narrative battle more than anything else, and, and we lost touch lost a narrative, or throughout the last five years, for sure. And, and and thank you. Gillian. New York City to onto for $2 Sarahs, hitting the nail on the head. Sarah. You think with the raid of giuliani's house that we have that, maybe that this is going to lead to an.

"Yep. Which is insane to me, it is and thank you Franklin. Smith for the five bucks off on your conversations conversation style. Going to use a very appreciated appreciated as is Greg's reaction to everything. Thank you both, that was very kind. Thank you, people love Jenny Craig. People love you. And make you feel warm and fuzzy inside it does I, I wish it was. I wish it was a happier thing that we were talking about birth. You know, you know what's so sad. Greg is like here we have the White House, we have the Senate, we have the house and because of Joe fucking Mansion. We are having all these roadblocks and and Cinema, whatever that freaking, you know, it's just, isn't it sad that we have all this now for at least two years and we have obstruction by our own party. It's yeah, it's not good. And I wonder, I wonder what's going to happen or if something could happen to, you know, to upset the balance. In our favor, we have to remember if we didn't win those two seats in Georgia, we wouldn't even be having this conversation. Everything would be at a standstill. It would be a mess, but I wonder if say, for example, oh, I don't know. I'm Ted Cruz or Josh Hawley were to be arrested and indicted for their romance direction. That would certainly change the old complexion of the senate or if Lindsey Graham were indicted for whatever the fuck it is, he did cuz it dead. Something, you know, probably something on tape and maybe messing with the election. He he also like Trump did call the Georgia Secretary of State lean on him, just not legal. So you know, you wonder why they're going to go after these people and if they do That changes things quite a bit. If Mansion if two senators get arrested, they can go vote on it. That day off that day. They'll have the, the majority, and they don't need medicine stuff. You know what I mean? Like any net, one of them. There's, there's things that can happen. Everything is that's a good point that you make because, because it looks like, yeah, it sucks. I think, the first shot has been fired with rating giuliani's house. I think, you know. And according to CNN, this, this is the indication that Trump is going down because because guiliani, I mean, it's all a chain, this is a yeah, no, this is like All the President's Men wage. I mean, Giuliani is the first casualty, he's going to go down, you know, he's going down with the crappy, didn't Ukraine well and and you know he's dead. Did Trump and there's only a matter of time. See this is where I think that Merrick Garland, and all these got, they are going to do something. He's not going to sit on his hands and Glenn Kirchner said on this program, multiple times, Merrick Garland doesn't fool around. That's not going to because he's about Justice. And I think Greg, I think that we have something to look forward to by seeing Trump going down here. I'm not going to get my hopes up. I will say this to the American but I found out something that's kind of cool Merrick. Garland, and I have the same birthday. He's twenty years old and not exactly November 13th, right? So what that means is, he's a special kind of Scorpio astrologically and Kirshner Glenn, when he was on my podcast described Merrick Garland as quote a quiet place to it, that's why we call them. Okay? And I'm like oh he's a Scorpio oh I get it now all made sense because if the most Scorpio badass character, at all of movies ever is Michael Kors. So, you watch the end of The Godfather and you imagine it, if, if that, if those were the good guys and not the bad guys, that's what we're, that's what we before. He's not going to tip his hat. He's not going to be people of bombast, he's just going to get them. That's what's going to happen. So I'm excited about it. Yeah, and thank you, Tony macaroni from Norway for the 55 Corona. The Democrats need to unite. They are one heart attack away from losing everything, and it's one of my pet peeves. Losing is not too old Stony, that's loosing. I once had a girl, I'll be lose lose my number, cuz I lost my phone and I hadn't called her. And she wrote loose my number, and I'm like, all right. Come on, it's lose. Lose from Norway wage. Probably your second language. Give her a break. Come on. Now, you don't Greg, I have to tell you, it's a funny story, although it's true. As my mom writes Scorpios and stuff. Okay. Don't this is a funny story. It's non-political But it's it's a 100% group. Now, Glen, I'm in Glen Greg. I'm I'm, you know, you know, I'm in the hospital and I think that I had a stroke and or two strokes even and I have a female doctor at Valley Presbyterian and she says, after looking at your job gains, I don't think you had any Strokes. I don't think you have anything to worry about. I go really she goes. Yeah, I don't think you do will do one MRI but you know, you know, practicality Strokes. God, cool. After the MRI, you know, she comes into the room. She goes, you had two strokes. So you were wrong then, right? She goes no, I wasn't sure. What do you mean? You are run, you said that you didn't think I had Strokes. She goes well, I didn't I I said I didn't think so, but but I didn't. I mean, I wasn't wrong. I could let me ask you a question. Are you born in November? She goes. Yeah, I go you a Scorpio. She goes, yeah, I go as your birthday November 21st, she goes. Yeah. How do you know that? I go cuz my ex-wife was a Scorpio and she never admitted when she was wrong, either. True story. Greg, true story. Wow, that's good. Now I'm a Scorpio and I admit when I'm wrong took no offense to score Bills out there. My sister's a Scorpio, you know, and even though you know, always loved my ex-wife, but one of their characteristics Greg I'm sure you've heard is that they're very stubborn. That's a scorpion characteristics. Where Libras are balanced romantic artistic creative and modest so often. But anyway, I thought you'd enjoy that, I'd enjoy that. Yeah, now it's good and you know, America's not just Scorpio shares my birthday so you know, he's going to he's going to get pretty 572. Really. Okay? This is my system Scorpio great know, we're just rarely wrong. It's like Iraq, I mean of course. Estes you on hold and thanks for the $5.

And there's a lot to talk about today but here we go, my friends and Long Island Brethren the Midas touch Brothers. The lonely off the alienated, the sand, and the angry in every country torn by Strife violence and hardship, men and women are drawn to extremist leaders boxing to take on the enemies of their people in America. Some of our lost souls respond in a similar way to the call of influential voices. But instead of militant preachers or Wrong lyrics every single night in America, they can listen to our own angry Advocates of division and conspiracy confused, angry people. Here's a call of these voices and take on the camouflage Warriors to threaten and even kill civilians. The radicalized Republican party and the Twisted people on T who speak for them. Use the very same language of a dog. Lawrence and rage to provoke those. Alienated people actively pouring kerosene on the fire of social unrest. And until we all reject these poisonous, voices, the Revolt will inevitably be escalating violence and tragedy. Here here. You guys do great work, quite as close as brothers. And now, without further Ado, let me bring in one of my favorite guests to the program Gregg Rolie are, how are you? I'm, I'm good. How's it going? It's going real good. You know what Greg? I was a little late this morning, you know, a little late on this show. I'm going to be honest with everybody, I was watching a Yankees. I'm a big Yankee fan and then I got up and then I realized I had to shave. Then I realized was starving, so I made half a turkey sandwich and I was gobbling it up while the US a singers were singing in the background. Hey, do you want from me? I was hungry people. I would never same thing. I rushed to shave. I was eating while you were playing the Midas Brothers thing. It's it's that kind of day I think I'm like, kind of day. Yeah, it is. And, you know, it's been a busy, it's been a bit, it's, you know, it's been a busy few weeks for me. I just started a new gig which by the way everybody else. Starting this Tuesday, I know this is not going to make a lot of East Coasters happy, but I'm going to be doing this show at 4:00 PST. So 7:00 on the East Coast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and then Saturday will always be at noon PST. And then on Friday, today, we do a beer in the balcony and that'll be on Saturdays after this show. And hopefully, I think I might have the house Sparks on my beer in the bulb to discuss music. I have waiting for his response, not politics, but if not, I'll do it alone. I'll do it alone. Greg good. So, you know, that that commercial of the, the bit that the Midas touch brothers, does say a lot. Yeah, cuz that's what's going on here. You know, black people in America, you know, are being a radicalized by this right-wing lunacy. Well, yeah, I it's interesting. The choice to kind of attack the Republican party in that way and present it as a radical group. They're not wrong. It absolutely. Is that way? And I wonder, you know, you brought up the Yankees which I'm also I mean I really don't watch baseball anymore but I am a Yankee fan to the to the point where I'm not going to pay attention, but I still want the Red Sox to lose, you know, that kind of thing. But what if the Yankees were taken over by this maniacal? Just, you know, fascist dictator. Well. I've read already visit but you know, but really but really an actively evil person and and they were like, okay we're only going to bring in a manager who is a white supremacist and we're not have black people on the team or people of color and, you know, and they did all this stuff that, that.

Every A lot of people have been talking after this framing Britney Spears documentary was released on the who lose about Britney Spears and how she was sort of create, like the crisis that we found her in. About seven years ago, I read the same article 12 years ago, somebody and the one those radio trade papers, So checked it out. Any time and was almost gone and they sold it and then basis bought it on basis pumps in zillions of dollars a year to keep it going. Uh, but they keep trying. You keep writing that article. 27 years. Remember when Rush started, It was 1986. And it really caught on fast you can see in 1988 89. That they were writing articles, so that's declining. It's the death of Rush Limbaugh that Zschau is dying. That's it. The show's fading thing was also if you checked back, it's really interesting. 19 92 Bill Clinton was elected. And the world. Thousands of articles New York Times Washington Post In 1992 when Clinton got elected, this is certainly the death of Rush Limbaugh's show. This is it No Rush Limbaugh anymore, and he's no way he could survive. I remember getting caught of these reporters. How do you expect talk radio to survive with Bill Clinton and then Bill Clinton lost. In 2000. George W. Bush was elected and there were hundreds of articles. This is the death of talk radio because without Clinton to oppose there's nothing for them to talk about. Without Clinton talk radio's finished so that this goes on all the time. Anyway. Let's take some calls. Let's go to let's go to Natalie in Long Island. Natalie. How you doing? Hi, Mark. How are you? I'm calling about tumor. Um, hit. Schumer is not going to do a thing about riots or anything else. I don't think the man's work today and it's like I have two kids there two years apart. They graduated from two couches on Long Island two years apart. He was the guest speaker both times and gave the same exact speech. Both times. Well, that's OK. That's all. They all do that. But I shouldn't say this. I've been with the sometimes that ma'am seeing something, and Schumer's the speaker and he looks at you. What kind of crowd is just like Republicans like business? Yeah. You better tone it down. Okay? Anything May 2nd Pro business Republicans speech on It was one speech downtown. The village and the way you know, he was telling this super liberal crowd about We must stop big business. These corporations. They're evil. We're gonna go after them. We're gonna do this. These corporations create the job. Chekalin hide in one night. Let's go Toe Richie and Connecticut. Hey, Richie. Anymore. How are you? Good. Great show again. You're more than welcome. Great show I was listening to Raskin the other day. Hey, was your fainting your results choked up and crying about what went on. And prior to that, you know that AOC and Pelosi in Congress were made aware, one week ahead of time that there's gonna be social upheaval on January 6th because Ohio seeking right out they had her on the news. Talking about that she was praying, or she felt intimidated because she knew week ahead of time about these riots out shit. That's a good point, and that's where we want an investigation. I think as long as you're doing these Thanks here. There should be a committee to investigate. Why did they not have proper security? He had a 100,000 writers front of protestors show up and in every other case You set up a perimeter usually two blocks out so that nobody could get across it. Use a thousands of cops. In this case, they had five weeks notice that this was coming, and the week before the federal government decided to mobilize 10,000 National Guard troops have them available, and that's really the best perimeter. Just put those troops You just form a line that nobody can get to remember. There was a time where they're gonna go after the Lincoln Memorial. And, uh, the liberal protesters. We're gonna go after the Lincoln Memorial. Uh, when they do it, it's not a cool without an insurrection. It's peaceful protesters. But remember that picture of the president putting like 1000 military troops in front of it? The dramatic picture problem solved. They didn't get through. So that's what you had to do here. We need to know why Pelosi. This was made available to her, and she rejected the troops. She did not want to use him. Somebody's got to investigate this and find out exactly what could have been just stupid sloppiness. What I mean That's probably most likely explanation, but you really should know why that happened. One more call. Let's go to John in Brooklyn. Hey, John. Hey, Mark. I love the show. Just wanted to say, I think many of us believe that Jim sake's done a lousy.
