"Your view, Mr President Elect, what do you think the president is doing? What are Americans witnessing here? I think they're witnessing incredible irresponsibility. Incredibly damaging message is being sent to the rest of the world about how democracy functions. Officials in some swing states are getting threats from Trump's supporters and to the distress of many 70% of Republican voters. Don't think this election was free and fair there a lot of reasons why Trump's deception and propaganda efforts are so effective and an unchecked digital media landscape is part of the problem. Way first heard about the World Wide Web in the 19 nineties, It was sold as an information superhighway, something that could democratize the world The potential Woz and still is tremendous, but it's not the utopian ideal. I am just so glad that we do not have to with the Milwaukee Brewers TheStreet bility. And the intelligence and the acumen they have from top to bottom. In that organization. We can sit up here north of the border and Mark, and that's what I like doing. I like mocking matched the Yes. One last thing real quick. Now what did I just want to say? Hang on. Now We're getting into your show time. I just want to point this out. So anything from this point forward now eats into your show time. And I'm we're making. Who's doing news right now, is it? I'm Tony. And you know how you know what a stickler better kiss for staying on the clock. Sorry, Tony got human day said that the Mets actually interviewed LaRussa for the managerial position last year and when they had to make the change after Carlos Beltran, so this wasn't the first time in the last year so that Larus said, interviewed for a job. Really? Yeah. Hmm. How come there was a secret? It was a secret interview last year. First interview. Yeah. Huh? Get to news of Tony. And at the end of the night, he refused to pick up the tab. And so that's why they didn't hire them. Mad. Polly Brewers weekly offseason hot stove addition is next. I will talk to you again tomorrow night. Hit the roles got Don't.

"The South Shore, Howard next on night cycle Right ahead again. No, you just want to make Climate listening today. Discretion in this session about the Internet like to quote a famous scientists of about 50 plus years ago. Let me quote him. Not a little boy, you say I fear the day that technology will surpass human interaction. The world will have a generation of idiots. I'm quoting Albert Einstein. I think I think we've arrived at that point now. Well, I understand the point that Einstein was making and and I think it's a good one. However, the really the reality is in my opinion. That the Internet is it is a wonderful resource. If used properly. I mean, you can find all sorts of information, and then you have to figure out what is true and what is not. But when the people who are running the Internet have now said all this sort of information, we have to kind of hide behind a curtain who, as Ted Cruz said, Who the hell elected them to make that decision? But the problem is, as we move forward happened. I used to be in this technology world with a I A I artificial intelligence and so forth Before you into it. We'll have the technology's companies telling us what to think. How to think of where to think. That's where we're heading. And I think the The news is the hub of them about Facebook and Twitter is just the beginning of the future of initiations. How we get our information until there's new. We look at it legally and and allow these technology companies or other companies to get involved to disseminate information that we're not getting now. Period. Well, I understand that, but what What I'm trying to say is that there's a protection for these companies. There now abusing that protection, you know, back in the old days in the in the 18 seventies, when you had muck raking newspapers, the only source of information you had was a newspaper. And that was around the time that Einstein would have been born, I guess. And now we had the appearance of radio. We celebrate W B Z. Now it's in one in its 1/100 year. Thank God television cable news. All of that expanded our horizons. It gave people Maurin Formacion Mawr more channels to watch all good and then we have the Internet. We say this is great 24 7. It's available. And now the people who are running the Internet who monetize the Internet making money off the Internet on now limiting access of certain ideas, and we're somehow justifying that. There's another big issue with this. What is it differentiate between the news and propaganda? That's what was coming down to actually. Moment of truth. Yeah, well, I understand that and waken get really dystopian here and say that at some point, the government will run the newscast and we'll all sit there as little ottomans. Lotta moans and and listen, have all that information. Porter knows that's not gonna happen in the United States. I hope not. Howard. Okay, if it is, you know, get me the top of the building second jump off right now. I mean, end it quickly. I mean, come on. That's not what we're mean. I'm pushing to my 83rd year. And the election in the last 20 years. I've seen so much change the last 20 years and then that's taken place in the last 100 years. Everything changed fate. This is medical treatments now which wonderful which we never could have imagined 20 years ago, and absolutely absolutely And I'm just saying is we cannot become We cannot allow individuals to take over the Internet. It was intended as a platform for ideas, not some ideas, all ideas and that's what we gotta fight. You're absolutely correct, but unfortunately, no way we're losing. We're losing access to the truth Each day. Little by little Bill dystopian. Let's let's look at this is half full. Come on, Howard. Look fight alongside with me. Okay? I mean, you were in the locker room before a football game, Howard and I say, you know, these guys are really good. They're going to croak us today. Howard, what would you say to me? Did they take you Jersey off and get the hell out of the locker room. So all I'm trying to say is that that we need to get people upset and we need to get people fight for problem. The problem is, ah, generations coming forward, have not been educated had been indoctrinated. They have indoctrinated, but but but they could be un indoctrinated, Howard. You make me want to commit suicide? It's like what? What's there left to live for? I refused. Okay, I refuse. I refuse to say we're going to lose. How it I don't care how good that other team is in the other locker room. We're going to go out and we're going to kick their butt. Okay, let's bottom line and I've been around a little bit. And I know you. Have you told me how long it around. And don't be one of these guys who talks about the younger generation. They're horrible generation's gonna pay our social security. Howard, go ahead. I have who ready and came here then left Russia. Come to the states and they're looking at what's going on, and they're concerned about the future and 11 were thinking about going back to moving back to my I don't think so. I think I think that what they should do is pick up the telephone and yelling to yell into the telephone. Emma's mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore. How I really gotta run. Don't quit. Don't quit. We can still win this game, Howard, Okay. I don't care how good the other team is. We're going to go out and beat him. Thanks. Have a great night. Imagine being in a fox hole on Howard. Let me tell you some that other army they get better weapons than we do. We better get the hell out of here. I don't buy that..

"Now This is a three bedroom and a two bath. It's been beautifully updated, but the thing about it, it's got no association fee. Zero. Now. What's the difference? If I'm just using terms was the difference between a twin home And a duplex. Well, you duplex you That's a very difficult question. Have you know like, isn't it But I'm looking at it. I'm just similar similar but a duplex. Yeah, there's a nuance gel. You wanna help me out here right now? But when they did the duplex on both sides Oh, property, Twin home. You own your half. Gotcha. Thank you. Kind of what? The legal description Different, Yes. And so even though you have that shared wall in the middle, you only own from that wall to like the edge of your side of the yard. Yes, And so the beautiful thing besides the no association fee, and the fact that it's nicely updated is the fact that the backyard looks like it belongs to a mansion. Okay, so you have this enormous fenced backyard. That looks out into a private wetland. And it is amazing. I'm not even kidding. You amazing and talk about a great investment opportunity. This would be great for somebody who wants to upsides downsize somebody who wants to own it as a rental. Really good opportunity. Great location and to get Maurin Formacion you khun! I couldn't believe that price agree should go higher, supposedly should go. OK, I'm not going to put you on the spot right now. But if you want to calculate a quick payment for people, that would be awesome. Cause I looked at it, and I was just amazed that we were able to get this and and and and have it set up that quickly and a lot of times when we're talking about the average prices in the Twin Cities area, the fact that you're right here in Oakdale and you didn't have to go any farther than that and got that price. That just seemed amazing. I mean, if you think about the location to that, that location is so good, right?.

"To bring you Maurin Formacion as it pertains to your lines in the Jaguars will be doing that starting now. What else going on with the lions today? We're two hours away from kickoff at T I a bank field for a preview of today. It's Lions Today, Here's necrotic lines and jaguars were set to square off for just the seventh time in NFL history, and the all time series is dead, even three wins and three losses. And for the first time this season, Detroit will be playing in front of fans. T I, A bank field will allow 25% of capacity today. And Lions safety Tracy Walker is excited to get back to somewhat normal. I feel like it's a blessing to have fans because we have a half fans in the last four weeks, But even if those fans were not there, I'm still glad then I'm a bomb like that's what it is. You know, I can't control that the fans could be out there, not I could control what I do. I could try many plays. I'm making a control high tackle fire on that ball. So I can say is gonna be amazing. Tio Tio have a little bit of crowd noise is that instead of the speakers going but you know and in their control back control, Jaguars quarterback gardener I mean, she was in the top 10 in the league and yards and touchdowns and has some underrated skill position players around him and Lionshead coach map. Patricia is certainly impressed. He's done a great job of showing. You know that he can really be quite dynamic. You know, in the passing game, we know he's athletic. He's got a very strong arm. Hey, does a good job with the deep balls, which they have some phenomenal skill players around him that can run vertical get open, big catch radius guys. He has that element of athleticism so they can mix in some of the reduction stuff with him, too. And certainly the extended place that he gets out of the pocket. Rambles are you know they're outstanding. It's not a battle of the heavyweights with the team coming in with just one win a piece, but Lions quarterback money or are they won't underestimate their opponent. Two teams that, you know, got a lot of great players and their teams and kind of just haven't put it all together. No way at all. We're sleeping on him at all. We're going in there with the mindset of trying to just make sure we get back on track with these weeks and And get out there and just play our best ball. You know, we still haven't played our best ball throughout the first quarter sees it. The.

"Things like that. Trust Bridge also has a dedicated warehouse for emergency equipment and supplies on B can't constantly monitor that inventory to ensure that we have what we need in the event of emergency situation. Now we've all heard the stories heartbreaking stories over the past few years about senior living facility is not prepared to care for residents during a hurricane. And as you pointed out, trust bridge has to care facilities wanted West Palm Beach and the other in Boca. How are these facilities been prepared to care for your patients in the event of severe weather events? Yeah, well, that's you know, those both of those facilities there actually have been specially prepared to care for patients in the event of a severe weather Vane, Tom, both both facilities have been hardened and they've got, you know, impact windows and hurricane shutters. But in addition to that we've got full generators. Both of those facilities which allow us to continue as normal, You know, should've power outage occur. We won't fall, so got the ability to double up on patient capacity of those facilities. Bond. We also have, you know, commercial style kitchen's full kitchens of both of those facilities, so we're able to continue to provide a normal meal service to our patients as well a staff carrying for those patients during a severe event A lot of folks here in the South Florida area, Palm Beach County area have elderly loved ones in their care what preparations should they make a head of a storm to avoid dangerous and hazardous situations? Yeah, There's there's several things you know that folks should look at in cases like that and and and we always suggest that they seek assistance, you know, through local agency support groups, family and neighbors. You know, take care of the important thing is to take care of their needs will carry on for your loved ones. That's always important to remember ahead of the storm. Ask your physicians, you know, for any extra supply of regular medications that patient may need or that loved 1 may need Andi just monitor your loved ones, Anxiety and agitation. You know that I can get can get really, really out of hand in the event of a storm that's important to watch. Oh, and make sure you have all the vital papers for your loved one. "Appreciate you spending some time with me this morning. So let's take a look. The governor announced 100 50 body cameras for Arizona troopers. And so the story is written in the Arizona Republic, as if this might be a bad thing. There might be strings attached with the donation because they are getting a donation of cameras. But the cameras aren't that expensive. It's the upkeep in the storage and other things that are I would say that right now in policing the ability to show the public exactly what the police do is a bigger thing than ever. And you want transparency and I don't know a cop that's afraid of transparency. We are. I would say that in my my estimation, we are very, very blessed in Arizona. You have the leadership that we have in policing across the board and having met the police chiefs from you know, the Salt River tribal police. The chief out there is just Ah Ah, super guy. And loves the agency and loves policing and leads from the front and being courteous to people had a great conversation yesterday with the Phoenix police Lieutenant who we're doing a feature on TV feature on And talking about the idea of policing and why he's done it for 26 years, and what's great about it is to hear them speak. They echo everything I've ever heard from the police. So they affirm things that I already believe in. No But for the public to see it and hear it matters more than anything to me right now, because anything positive about the police has been sanitized from the media for the most part and seen his controversial But the leadership in the Phoenix Police Department from Colonel Heston Silber at DPS. The sheriff's department. Paul Penzone, the sheriff there. Jerry Williams, the the police chief in Phoenix. You know the political office of the Sheriff's Department is what we're fighting over right now. There's an election coming up. We are gonna have Jerry Sheridan on the show. Who is the Republican candidate? I've had Paul Penzone on here before. But all of these people in law enforcement, the politics of who they are, doesn't necessarily matter when they're doing the job of being a police officer or a trooper or or a deputy or sheriff. The leadership in Arizona has been pretty vocal in denouncing what we saw. In in Wisconsin and with the death of George Floyd. And the topic of transparency to show that what you're seeing is such a When you see these horrible things happen is such a small percentage ofthe police. That's the sentiment that I think needs to be echoed. I said yesterday when the story broke about the body cameras. That this is going to help the public at large. It's not just about the cops themselves. It's not about people. They come in contact being victimized or proving that they weren't being victimised. This is for the public at large. This is for society to know that there is another level of checks and balances out there in policing. And you know the equipment being state of the art the ability to document interactions with the public. Is helpful for the entire public at large. I think this is such a great idea that they're going to get these cameras on officers or troopers in rural areas. So the the spokesman, Bart Graves over DPS. Said. It's a pilot program to better understand the cost. The resource is needed for successful statewide deployment. So Maurin formacion regarding the vendors and conditions in the timeline will be made available when contracts are finalized, so I can't stand when these stories were written as if there's something nefarious going on. You know, I'm not don't want to tell people to do their jobs. But the assumption that there's something nefarious is going on is just absurd. So all police officers in Mason, Tempe Chandler in Glendale use body cameras. So does the sheriff's office. And they're trying to push a law that requires body cameras on law enforcement. That's great, but you gotta pay for it. And you want to talk about defunding the police. This is one of the avenues. If they're going to be forced to use budget money that could be used in recruiting so that they can put body cameras were not gonna add funding. It's absurd. It is absolutely silly to think that we could do something like that. The city of Phoenix Police Department. It's a bigger city than Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are bigger and landmass. We are bigger and population now we've passed them to be number five in the nation. The police department in the city of Phoenix is half the size of the Philadelphia Police Department. 50%. You want to reduce that buy even more. We need more community based policing. We need more cops on the streets so that they're able to do proactive policing in neighborhoods and communities preventing crime as opposed to chasing crime. There is a difference between an officer getting in his or her patrol vehicle at the beginning of a shift, jumping in the car and chasing calls for their shift versus being able to do community based, proactive policing to stop crime. There's a big difference. Tohave investigators to have enough cops behind the scenes in the investigative detective bureaus so that they can get out. Investigate crimes take criminals off the street. We need those. There were a lot of detectives taken off the street, and they were put in uniforms again to answer calls for service because they're so understaffed in Phoenix when you're understaffed,.

"Any positive test. The NFL released a statement saying out of an abundance of caution. The organization has decided to work remotely Tuesday as they follow NFL protocols related to the cove in 19 virus, the team said in a statement. Several tests have come back positive, and we're working through the process of confirming them. We have Maurin formacion tomorrow. It wasn't very widely reported. But Falcons quarterback A. J. I hope this doesn't affect just let this be an isolated thing. And just a bump in the road and let's move on. Yeah, I don't know, you know, because one of the things the pieces of technology that I've heard, you know that everybody has his people are wearing these bracelets. And not only does it tell you when you're close to somebody else, but It's also tracking who you've been close to. For How long so it should be as easy as logging into computer on seeing. Okay, this guy that tested positive was around this other player for 15 minutes. We need to find out. Did they have a mask on and then obviously test these people and maybe test them repeatedly just to ensure that there are no positives. It's interesting to me to think about the way we thought this virus was in the beginning just to know that a guy had it that played for the Falcons and was amongst his team practiced with the team. Tested positive and at least a this point. Nobody else has tested positive it just like we said yesterday, and I'm sure like we'll talk about Maura five o'clock. "So if you want Maurin formacion, give us a call at +6516993438, or send an email to email at weight and wellness dot com. Okay, so it's time to talk a little bit about eating meat. Is it good or is it bad for us? I get a lot of questions about plant based diets, and this is a big topic, so we're just going to do some basic information. The animal protein is are on ly source of vitamin B 12. Which is essential for life be 12 is a specially essential for our nerves and our nervous system. So think brain and spinal cord Meet also provides the other B vitamins and contains key minerals for our immune system. Such a zinc, selenium, magnesium and potassium. It also contains iron, which is very important for menstruating women. Protein is the building blocks of our brain chemicals and supports the production of serotonin, dopamine and all of our neural transmitters. Lastly, animal protein is necessary to maintain and build our muscles and our bones. Sometimes I forget that protein a support for the bill. We're talking about kids we really need we have a lot of kids don't eat enough protein. Yeah, You know, calcium gets all the attention. Yeah, it does. And they need protein. Okay, So have you heard the expression? You are what your food eats. I want to put that into some perspective foryou so grass fed beef has 2 to 3 times more healthy fats such as C L A and a better ratio of Omega 3 to 6. These fats have been associated with reduced cancer and cardiovascular disease. So nutrient wise, high quality grass fed beef is going to beat even the organic if the beef is coming from cows fed organic grain. So the absolute best to be for your health and mother. Earth is meat from grass fed cattle raised on organic pastures, said the USDA seal is a Samp. That means the producer is being regularly checked to make sure they meet the standard grass Fed is really a term that isn't subject to any federal standard. So what art I'm suggesting to our consumers as you should look for trusted Third party verification like P c 0 100% grass fed certification seal. So this actually requires the grass fed producer to also be certified organic, So that's really good or you can look for American grass Fed seal, which verifies the cattle were raised on pasture eating on ly grass and were never given any antibiotics or hormones. While Caroline That's really good information because it is so true. I mean, it's confusing. It is very confusing. The labels are very confusing, and it's hard because some labels designations are regulated and some are not. And so it's good to know which ones To look for. Okay, So here is a recap of what we have shared with you earlier today. As a parent, I make it a practice to feed my kids really food. Riel, animal protein, really carbohydrates such as vegetables and fruits and really natural fats, such as butter, avocados, olives, olive oil. Cream and cream cheese. I avoid all refined oil, such a soybean oil, corn, oil, cotton seed oil and even canola oil. Because these oils are damaged oils, they're they're processed and revive, refined and really what That means is that in that processing and refining of those fats that damages those fats and eating damaged fats. Damages your body? Yeah, As I always tell my clients, you know, we really stress good, healthy fats. Because every single cell membrane the meme bring itself the cell wall is made from fat. Yeah, and it's made from all three fats actually more saturated fat. Than Poly unsaturated or the mono unsaturated. Exactly. So it's really important not to feed unhealthy fats. But where are those lurking? Teresa? Oh, they're everywhere. Everywhere everywhere. They're in your process foods. I mean, you look at any package cracker. Cereal, bread, granola bar all those things. If you look, you find soybean oil or canola oil there and everything and everything. It's theirs, but it's not in Vegetables. It's not in fruit. It's not means and it's not in the natural fats or tacos. That knowledge. Is that avocados, right? So right. Those are the good fans. So why do we as digester dietitians Hughes to cook really food for our families? I think, Caroline what? What? Why do you do that? Well, first of all, really food, not process food. Right now. We really need to pay attention. This is going to be what supports our immune function. So right with coverted. We have to have strong, healthy immune systems. So not only should we be wearing masks and keeping social distancing, but we should be really focusing on trying to eat. Prepare. Ah ha! Thank, you Know shop for really food shop the perimeter of the grocery store. You know, or I have, actually, some friends that have, like, started getting their meets. Flown in. I think that butcher Bach or something. I think that one and I was looking at that the other day, and the city has salmon share is, you know so you don't even have to go to the store really on and they're you know, either Wild caught the sick, a salmon and the butcher boxes, all grass fed and so It would be a really good way to get that good, healthy grass fed meets right and how convenient too, and it's you know. Potentially safer, correct Exactly. You know, one of the reasons why I cook real food for our family is because really home cooked food supports healthy brain function, which I'm thinking about right now because my kids are in school, so it supports But her focus and concentration, memory grades, moods, fewer emotional breakdowns, and for these reasons, we believe it is so worth the time..

Jonathan President Ohio A few days ago you said quote has heard he's against vice president has said that he's a man of credited for helping him endure. That's personal tragedy. So what did you mean by her father's? Will you look at the manifesto that that they've come up with? And if you look at their stance on Religion and things having to do very importantly, with aspects of religion and faith. I don't right. You've been listening to the president doing a news briefing at the White House again, this news briefing started Very bizarre because he was just a couple of minutes into it when a secret service agent came out, whispered something to him and escort of the president off the stage very abruptly. We didn't really know what was going on for a couple of minutes. Now we have Maurin Formacion. It turns out there was a shooting outside of the White House. It involved a secret service agent firing at someone We do not know at this time if it's a man or a woman, and that was the reason for the president being escorted out of the news briefing. Did about 10. 15 minutes later he came back, talked a little bit about what happened and finished the news briefing. So that's what's going on with the president. "This is one in which Republicans criticized Facebook for taking it down, and Democrats criticized him for leaving it up to long platforms. Oftentimes in a really Difficult position, especially as we're letting Politics shaped how these platforms do their business. I mean, take. For example, Google is a perfect example of this. You know, Google served something like three trillion Search is a year. 15% of these searches have never been entered into the platform before. That means somebody's used a combination of words that Google has never seen something like 450 billion searches. Google served last year were new include enquiries, Right? These are brand new searches If Google was right, 99.999% of the time that still needed their long five million times. They're always going to make someone upset because content moderation and, you know, just algorithmic decision making at that scale is really difficult, messy and it's It clearly isn't But except for the crushed in a country that values free speech, the open exchange of ideas shouldn't shouldn't you say? Well, if anything, we should auger on the side of Maurin formacion right, unless some of them or information is going to bother me or somebody else, but I've never been in a position where I said no, I I I guess if there were some criminal ideas You know, ideas like child trafficking, that sort of thing you'd say, OK, I don't want to facilitate that. But there you go. You're drawing the line by saying that's illegal activity. But if you just say I don't want stuff. I'm I'm open to both sides on hydroxy Claure. Quinn and I have not drawn a conclusion. Other than that, My doctor oughta have it accessible, and the decision shouldn't be made by government Bureau cuts. So Mohr information if it's bad information Chances are it'll be washed out by good information. Eventually, I mean his sun lights the best disinfectant. If you just exposed bad ideas, people will pick them to pieces in social media, so I would go with the side that, says Mohr information rather than less. So if you're seeing conservatives saying you're taking down our messages and the Democrats saying you're not taking them down fast enough As far as I'm concerned, anybody arguing for the American people shouldn't have that idea in front of them. It's because they believe that the American people are Children, and that they that they can't make their own decisions about what is good information and what's bad Information. Chris. "Four men are deities. Their godlike. They've got Maurin formacion than anyone else in the world. I'm talking about the tech Giants. The CEOs of Facebook, The CEO of Apple, the CEO of Apple Bet at that alphabet, just which is the parent company of Google and the CEO of Amazon with Jeff Basins. These people know more about you. These people know more about your neighbors. They know more about your habits. They know more about your private life than anyone, And you think it's just the United States? It is the entire world. They know everything about everyone. So it is. It makes me giggle. They're dragged before a congressional hearing today, especially the judicial Committee in the in the House because it's run by Jerry Nadler in they're morons. Hey, it's it's embarrassing. It's embarrassment. Just like just like Bill Bar yesterday was a complete embarrassment. They embarrassed themselves. They treated him like garbage, but everyone in this is kind of way is different. Everyone in the room had a bone to pick with certain sit with e CEOs. Whether it was the Democrats site that had a bone to pick with Facebook and allowing Russia to come steal you should I can say with a straight face steal the election from Hillary Clinton. And on the Republican side, it is Google and Twitter and Facebook. Censoring conservative thought. And I did give I gave the Republicans. Some credit. I especially gaze met Gates from Florida is usually very fired up. Very animated. He was very respectful in his questioning. Much unlike the Democrats yesterday with Bill Bar But he was very respectful of his questions, especially when he was going after the CEO of Google. And asking him essentially when you allow Humans. We allow your employees. The sensor Kant sensor content. You're allowing them to interfere and meddle in this election, And it's not just my view. Mike Walker came out and was a whistle blower indicating that the manual blacklist targets that Google specifically goes after are those who support President Trump who hold a conservative viewpoint and he left your company in 20 out 2019 because he was speaking out against the outrage, Mob. So can you see? How would you empower individuals some of the same Individuals that project Veritas has exposed is labeling people as terrorists who say Make America great again. I support the president that that in fact be the very election interference that we're concerned about is that you're using your market dominance in search. Two accomplished out election interference. That is a fantastic question is is well formed. Take the election interference that you say you're trying Teo get rid of getting wiped from your social media platform. When you empower individual, especially the ones that are still activists or the ones that want to be activists. You empower them with this kind of thing. You in your own right are interfering in the election. And if you Kind of look behind the scenes. You don't know exactly what Google is doing. And I'm not alleging some conspiracy theory here. It's just that, like Mike said, they have a ton of power, and with that power comes The idea that if they are politically motivated, it would not be very difficult for them to alter search queries or hide things in the search results. I mean, that seems pretty obvious to me. And then you add on Facebook and you had in Twitter and you add, and you know, all of you in What we see what they have in common with with the Democrat Party is doing right now is essentially trying to cancel thought. Cancel. Father thought other than what they are like where normal you guys are all crazy by labeling us. His conspiracy theorists or Rocco's or Racists are homophobes in that Allows them to cancel the thought without having to explain it because the debate is gone because these companies can and have the power to now the challenges their private companies. And they can technically do that, because it's their platform in Google because it's owned by Google and their shareholders can essentially Do that. It's a free service. It is. It's a free service. But if you think about what We have rules federal broadcast given FCC Very communications have rules for how radio stations operate. I wonder if we're going to move in that direction. Now the Democrats never regulated because they don't have to. They want to. Democrats want to make it make the Internet a utility. They want to be able to regulate, not just social media. Forget about their they tip of the iceberg but not regulated as far as how thought ISS theywant to regulated as faras pricing in who has access to it. But you know that regulated as Faras thought once they have alliances on their side, right? Jim Jordan had a great question, especially when it came to Ah, censorship of certain thought and not another chick of these examples. Just last week, 21st July 20 1st is what Twitter did. "That is Dan Billingsley from heat Wave heating, cooling and plumbing and Dan We got a lot of great information that first segment a lot about the 58 point inspection. Will you guys come out and tune up Somebody's a C system and make sure that everything's working correctly and I think that's what a lot of people don't realize is Yeah, Maybe you're aces running. But if it's not running efficiently if it's not running correctly, it's really going to damage the longevity of that system, isn't it, Dan? Yeah, Actually, it will. Big time. Um so like we're talking about earlier with the 58.2, you know, there's a lot a lot of things that go into that. You know, our guys are trained to look at your system as a whole, you know, and most people don't realize that your system is Made up of three major components. You know, you got your outside, You know which everybody knows about. You got your air handler, which sometimes can be a closet up in the attic. You know where people it's out of sight out of mind. And then you have been afraid to go there, Dan, I'm afraid to go there. With that with attic like a lot of us. You know, we love that you guys would come do it, cause we're just afraid to get up there, right. So we get up there. You know our guys is, you know, as long as it's middle of day, and it's not like 140 degrees in your attic. Um, you know, we can reschedule if we need to like for the first of the morning or later in the evening when it cools down, But a big portion of the system is actually in your attic. And that's where you know. Your duck workers you know, around here? Most of all of our duck work is located in the attic. Um and actually the average home around here. Duck work loses about 20 or 30%. Off the air that moves through it through leaks and your ductwork in the attic thing, holes and Dan. I think a lot of us like me where I just kind of look at my doctor. Work is my dog waits there. It's just there, and I think it's doing its job and I don't realize the importance of it. But you were explaining to me. This is really an intricate part of the system, isn't it? This is much more important than I think people realise, isn't it? Yes, it is. Um you're you know you're duck work moves the air that you're paying to cool. You know you're paying the electric company. All this money for your air condition. Run. Cool that air the dockworkers, What circulates it around the house and to all your bedrooms and rooms. You know, and unfortunately, all the ductwork goes through the attic. So, basically, just think about your mom growing up. If you're listening in your car right in your mom, you leave the front door open and we're not paying to heat the outside. We're not paying to cool the out. Just think about that. You don't want to pay. To cool your addict and you are saying 10 20 to 30% you could lose of the air You're actually pushing through or should be pushing through to your home within your ductwork in the addict. Yeah, You know, there's a lot of a lot of times a lot of leaks and holes or like even duck where we've even found on inspections where duck was completely disconnected. Just dumping cold air and your attic, You know, cool in your attic. I mean, There's no point of Ah air condition your attic and that just waste so much money on your electric bill. So if we're unsure about our duck work for onshore about any single part of Our system when it comes to our air conditioning heating. I guess The best bet is just have you guys out there for that tune up because you just gave us a great a great deal for our listeners. And if you want to reiterate that again so that they understand how great that deal is, But for that little money to be able to find out exactly how our systems working. It's it's a no brainer, isn't it? Dan? Yeah, Honestly, it is, You know, I mean, are like I said earlier are 58 point tune up takes 90 to 120 minutes, on average to inspect your whole system. And you know, Right now we're doing it for you for just $39. That's an hour and 1/2 to 2 hours. If you're bad at math out there, that's a long time to have somebody in your home for under $40 So it really is a great value and again, if if somebody has been One of those people that Hey, I know my A C needs to get maintenance work every now and then. Or I know that maybe I should have my duck work. Look, Dad, I know that maybe my A C is not as efficient but I'm just I'm just kind of putting it off. Tell people what can go wrong. What could go wrong with your air conditioning your heating system. If you're not doing that maintenance if you just kind of like AA, we'll get it next time. And because next time Dan, you know this, it becomes a week a month and then all of a sudden it's been a couple of years until someone has been at your house. And how wrong can things go when that's the case? It can go extremely wrong, You know, I mean, your system is running almost year round here, and I mean, that's that's a ton of run hours a week we rated as Um, you know, a systems get pretty dirty. It's amazing how dirty they can get, like literally just six months and we typically recommend getting your system checked out every six months. You don't before the beginning of season and kind of after the summer's over. You don't get it tuned back up and ready for Ah, you know the next six months. And we talked about the fact that if you're docked work is in Prague. You know, if it's leaking, you could be losing air that you're paying to cool. Like you said. You're losing that India erratic, But it's not just that, is it, Dan, You're going to get some of the air some of that, and nobody likes to be up in the attic of that dust. Right? That's from the addict. It's going to go into the system and end up in your home as well, isn't it? Yes. So what happens is, you know your addict error is full of insulation, fiberglass or different cellulose, And there's this a ton of dust from the insulation. And what happens when you're when you have a break in your duck work, or it's sucking air in its suck in all that dust and Particles and insulation into your system. And then it blows it around your house on DH, then circulated back through your air hander and then clogs up. Make sure your hands are all dirty and then passes it back through your house. So you're you're like you're breathing. All that. Nasty stuff from the attic. And I mean, I wouldn't want to knowingly breathe the attic in my regular or the aromatic regularly. I mean, I'd rather I'd rather not. I'd rather not. Absolutely No, I'd rather not breathe the and I'd rather not cool the attic, dear. I think it works both ways. I don't want to don't want to waste my money, and I also don't want to breathe 30 air, So it's obvious how important this is. And again it's out of sight. Out of mind. We kind of don't think about it, but It really is a lot more important than people think, really quickly dance one more time for people who want to take advantage of the 58 point tune up for $39. What's the phone number? Um, okay, it's 813 710575771057578137105757 And again it's a 58 point tune up a 58 point tune up. For $39. That's absurd. And listen, You've probably had an A C company at your house at one point saying they were doing a toot up and they're in and they're out of there, like half an hour. They're talking about 90 minutes, two hours when they come out from heat wave, so they're not messing around. Not wasting your time. And then to make sure that you're not wasting your money, so make sure you give them a call. We'll have Maurin Formacion for you, Maura from our expert Dan Billingsley. Mohr Right here on the heatwave Air experts radio show on NewsRadio W F L A.
