"Title one classroom reminds subject area because that's the goal. The goal is not to have students have their best one year. It's to make sure you're creating a classroom that represents the dynamic world around us yet E N. Did they move on with the strategies of creative thinking to be problem solvers so to get back to your question to make how to make that a little bit more possible? Think I'm hoping to empower leaders with some of the book content in the book in a lot of leadership discussions. I have the events is that as leaders we have to get out of the way, the best place for our teachers to feel that they can take risks is let them get out of the way the support them and really facilitate the next steps in part of that is also been very clear what it so when we talk about the role that I have our goal is not to launch one to one. It's not for kids use computers. It's to create a classroom environment. That's rich in creativity in models the world around us. Kids have digital things flying around them every day. They go into Kohl's. And they order sneakers on a huge ipad. They are not saying essentially, right? The kiosk go pick the sneaker you want. It's not even on the floor next thing. You know, it's at your house got it. They go to school and don't have that same level of comfort in familiarity with whatever content than we very difficult for them to learn so bringing that power bus. During fact, your question bringing that collaboration is being vulnerable leaders allowing teachers to access their strengths not just the one thing they do really well and really ask questions. Can I do better? How this is a profession. Yes. Some big boy I like feedback in I've learned more from some of the feedback I've gotten than just really continuing to do things. I do well in only do those Ottosson I tell you. I I love administrators who talk about allowing teachers to to screw things up to fail because. Because you don't honestly you don't get that very often. Then I came from a culture a school culture that did not permit teachers to fail at all. Like, you not you could not make mistakes. And I'm doing a lot of talks this this coming kinda conference season. And one of the big ones. I'm doing mad is is about you know, teachers, we almost have a lot of attack tech tools now that are really safety us like we're really easy. Not you. Can't screw them up like clip graders flippered is pretty user friendly and easy to implement Google docs, Google Drive the collaboration. This stuff isn't hard were were really comfortable. Now, I think a lot of teachers are super comfortable using some of these tools, and we've I I am genuinely concerned about teachers getting into these comfort silos again. Now that now that they've we've gone through this phase of development. And now in twenty nineteen we really have some awesome tools, and we got a lot of teachers under super comfortable. I'm worried about them being fearful of what's next like when I and I'm gonna talk about things like AR VR and robotics and games base learning and not just like not just like who'd and stuff like that. But like actual video game based learning and stuff that is actually things that you know, teachers are legitimately afraid of. I guess as an administrator. How are you, overcoming your fear of teachers who mess up I guess are or when things don't go, right? And you get parents, for example that come to you and say, you know, this..

"There were two really interesting sources of anxiety in this that that I wanted to talk about one was anxiety as relates to children's future. So what they think they wanna be when they grow up. And and I think that this is one of those things that I felt like I was really good at this. And this is I think the solution to this from an educators point of view is to re frame the the the concept of what kids do when they grow up. I'll tell you. I again, I know a lot of kids who knew what they I wanna be a doctor. I want to be a lawyer. I wanna and and what I always tried to do especially with the kids who wanted to be programmers or scientists or whatever it's to reframe their learning. Yeah. So it wasn't so much focused on. On in what they're gonna do fifteen years from now. Yes. But you know, I say, you know, that's awesome. You're really interested in in in in physics in rocketry. And whatever it was let's let's talk about that stuff a lot more than and so that you become passionate about it. And and so, you know, this reframing of it. So that it wasn't something that they were doing. So that they can do something twenty years from now, which you know, seems crazy but something they would do now. So that they would enjoy now and enjoy their learning and have fun doing it. It was about reframing that that proposition of what they wanna do when they grow up to be more present in what they're doing at the moment. You know what I'm saying? Absolutely. Yep. And we've learned I mean, if you go back and listen to that Dodd wet trick interview. He has a really compelling argument, basically, stating that in the future are skids are gonna have multiple career. Ears in a variety of different things, even Mike and I had shared this experience in this is twenty nineteen imagine in twenty years from now in twenty forty how quickly you will have to adjust to the different professions that you will be doing, and what are the skills that you need in order to be able to do, you know, kind of a shift from one profession to the other. So saying I'm gonna be this is a very old school way of thinking. Instead of I want a I love the the the reframing of that to say what problem I am. I gonna solve with skills. Do I need to just basically be a better human, you know, those kinds of things, and those are the things that we should be focusing on at school steps stressing kids out with you know. You're going to career kind of talk, you know, in those kinds of things that is causing exile at our students, and we just spent a little bit of time talking about financial literacy in one of the pieces in this. Article was kids today live with the baggage of their parents, economic anxieties. And I thought this was super interesting. I mean. It's no secret that people in their thirties and early forties now are living quite a bit different existence in terms of financial stress in then how hard it is just to get by. I mean, my wife, and I were making like our income. Canadian is is in like it's close to two hundred thousand dollars a year, and it is still hard to just live. You know, two cars and a how Razi like that normal. What you would associated as a quote unquote, normal life is just it's just as hard. I I mean, it's it's not it's not easy. And we try to shield our kids from talking about money. But I mean, they know when we can't afford to buy Warren, WalMart or toys R us or wherever we are. Yeah. We still toys R us in Canada, by the way. Yeah. We're we're wherever we are in Isaac. Once you know that video game that just came out, and it's eighty dollars 'cause eighty dollars is how much video games cost right now. It's whatever. So I'll start it. You know, and we just can't afford it that week 'cause food and what isn't. Right. And so but kids are way more aware of those situations. I think now than they ever were and they're living through those..

"And teens to sleep is eight to ten hours. And according to the survey in one of the articles were gonna post in the show notes. Fifty seven percent of teenagers say they don't get enough sleep. Even they recognize it, right grand. Like, they're they're just exhausted. And sixty seven percent saying they're just getting about five to seven hours a night, five hours. Like, I mean, I live on it. And I'm sort of used to it. I'm not saying I feel great 'cause I don't but. Amine, these kids, you know, you need to sleep way more than five to seven hours a night and Deloittes it's really taking a physical mental emotional toll on our students. And you know, we we had a I remember hearing stories about students who weren't getting enough sleep in teachers would just let them sleep in class. You know, if it is not critical. I mean 'cause they weren't getting sleep and they were stressed out. And it was really mentally and emotionally harming them. So we need to we need to do a better job as educators. This some of this a lot of this. I'll be honest is our fault that educate its educators fault. And there is no empathy for homework. They say oh homework teaches you discipline would self control and self regulation in our mind. I'm like, all right. You know? Cable. We can probably learn this and other places to about how about teaching it in athletics and in sports in high places to build to learn it. Yes, right. I mean, so I'm not buying the the reasons for especially make work homework. It just makes me sick and to be so angry. And you know, I tell you I worked at a place that was really good at make work homework. So it's Imperia dating. And so I made it a point, you know, when when I was teaching to to say, I don't give out homework, and parents would be like, yes. And we love you for it. Because we have so much homework to do when I first started. I was giving out homework a little bit. It was still like it was like video game related homework in graphic design, homework and stuff like that. But I had kids coming back and saying Mr. Wasserman. They didn't do my homework because I was. Up till eleven o'clock doing math. Yeah. This is this is a great five. Oh my goodness. Right. And I'm like. Are you kidding? Like e got. So I I would like literally go talk to the great five teacher and say you can't have your kids up until eleven o'clock at night doing math. No, it's just it's it's bad bad, bad, reckless. Yes. So and I mean, this is why they're consumed with egg anxiety agony that that's to. But they are there completely consumed with anxiety a lot of them, and we add a young age to it's nice to yacht. Just it's not just relegated to two teenagers were seeing numbers. And I don't have them in front of me. But I know it's it's it's true. We're seeing huge amounts of of students of elementary level students being diagnosed with like, depression and anxiety and stuff like that. We're seeing it so much more than ever and being war. We are partly responsible for this. So we need to do a better job right at minimum. Just take a look at your practices in say is it is this something that I really need a sign his homework, or is it something that we as a class can actually work on together. Collaboratively as a whatever it might be. And we actually will get more out of it than a student. Having to do that at home it. We're not even accounting for parents who have to work second or third shift. So they might not actually be there during that time. So a kid is by himself or herself and having to do this work which distressing them out having the stay up late it just a combination of different things. So different people's family situations that made that time is so precious. Let's not take that away with frivolous activities that we decide our homework. We're gonna teach them something with that. This other article that will put in the show notes that was written as editorial on vox dot com..

"When when I when I thought I saw this because this is kind of one of his had initiatives kinda thing is this this financial literacy piece, I think it's incredibly important. We know that people are living with insane amounts of debt. You know, even you and I mean, we we both have dad here your student loans. I mean, we've talked door right in people are living within in some of it is born out of kind of normal necessity, even though we can get into a conversation about student loans. We're pretty far. FD? So we have probably stronger opinions on it than than others. But I mean, being I didn't I tell you. I didn't learn a damn thing from school about budgeting or finance, and I didn't learn it. Unfortunately, from my parents, either made neither so and and to be honest, I you know, I would say that my parents weren't the best with their money in hindsight. Now now that I'm thinking about it either. So they wouldn't have been super good examples other than the dining, they would I did kinda thing. Right. Yes school. Yes. So when Al I'll give you a little risky when I was eighteen I went out and got a credit card because you could just give one it. I didn't have any. I didn't have any knowledge of when I was like all cool. I have a credit card. Yeah. I guess I guess what? I did I maxed that beast out. And I was in college. And I didn't even have a job. I mean a had shopping. What what do you call the what you just work service kind of ten hours a week kind of work service thing at at thing was like at that point five dollars an hour. Four twenty five an hour that was in one thousand nine hundred four. So I was earning four dollars an hour working ten hours a week. That's forty dollars might as the you're at I blew through. Maybe it was a five hundred dollar credit card. And I had no way no way. No way to pay it. So of course, right away right off the bat. Eighteen years old. I ruined my credit. And and it was of course, it's totally my fault. But I did never had the idea the concept of like, you probably don't wanna do this at. Here's why you don't have any money. You're having income. You can't just go blow money you're gonna have to pay that back in. You don't tear is the part that I didn't really understand is that that could have repercussions for years down the road. I I don't me. don't me. I tell people all the time. It takes it takes you. You know, six weeks to ruin your credit, and it takes two decades to fix it. Yeah. Tune Ben God that I actually did end up later on you know, what's ahead a career. And then I was in reestablishing, my credit, and now everything is created everything either there, but that will be a lesson that I I sure talked to my kids about, but we should be talking about this at school. Like, you just said, it's totally relevance. Hot topic that kids need to know that credit card companies will target you in you turn of age, and they will a lot of them. Give you credit even though you may not. Something smart subdue for a student because. Yeah, it's crazy. Ed, Ed, lots of lessons learned there and painful lessons learned 'cause later on you're like oh Bank. That's that. That was that good of a decision to blow through those five hundred dollars or whatever it was. You know, I am actually has a financial literacy curriculum like a full out curriculum document like in our curriculum documents are pretty extensive..

"And then the third one that I in the reason why I like it is because of professional development at least at the school that I was at in. It sounds like in this article that they're going to do something similar here. We had once a month that they off the Friday the Monday, you actually had a full day of professional development, which is fantastic for all kinds of things, instructional, coaching technology integration. Whatever it is that you need to be able to cover to have a full day once per month is way way more than tons of other district states have throughout the country. So it's not all districts in Colorado. But there are quite a few that are moving to this four day school week. So it'd be interesting to hear their results because the biggest fear I think with the district leaders, or parents, whoever might be as that you're not going to be able to cover enough material in eighth grade. You're not going to be. To, you know, those missed out hours because usually like the way that we did it we did at eight to four pm you're not going to be able to cover enough of that content. But that's actually not the case. I think that's the way that we experienced that. We are students were refreshed every time they came back to school on Monday because they had Friday Saturday Sunday off if felt like they were ready to go ahead and go again, and it was only a four day week. So it just it felt like it was the time at school was more valuable. I that's best way to be able to put it. I mean, if this means teachers use the time that they cause I mean, it's no secret that teachers spend class time grading assignments and writing lesson plans in writing in their debacle. And and you know, all of this other stuff, I mean, certainly initiatives get put on them events planning. Whatever it is. They have to do. All of this stuff gets put on on them, if they can use the time they won't be spending doing that in the classroom because they have the extra day to to kind of do it. That's a winning in of itself. It means that teachers are going to have more time in the classroom to spend, you know, walking around the class being with the kids engaging with them and talking to them about what they're doing. It's it's gonna be it could potentially be better. And I know that it's born out of a necessity to to lower, you know, overall costs in and stuff like that. But I mean, if if you're gonna if you're gonna do it, let's figure out a way to do it and do it effectively. And I feel like some of these groups like what you did in your experience Ray able to. Put a silver lining on it and make it actually something that made a lot of sense for them. Right. Yeah. And then the other part that's interesting about the article two is for whatever reason the superintendent who was interviewed also talked about being able to recruit the best teachers out there too. So it's kind of a recruiting method to and I would say to pretty good recruiting tool to say, hey, we have a four day school week versus a normal five day school week that is actually a great recruitment tool. And you know, there's other things that go along with it where your location is at how far you would have to drive if you were the greater Denver area. How long your commute would be to be able to get to this specific school district. But I think it's a great plan, and it would be interesting to hear their experience or listen to their experience like one year after like, what have you learned? Would you continue with this? If you you know, if you could go back, would you have? Done it. And then what can we do to be able to make a better we were going to replicate this? You know, what do we do to be able to go ahead and do something like this in our local schools? Of so so speaking of news something else came across my my desk this week. And it's this Bill that South Carolina is putting forward to mandate students, take a personal finance or financial literacy classes. Yes, I think it's awesome. I this is actually I thought of Don wetter..

"Coming from Andre plot. In the first period. It's twelve minutes and twenty four seconds to go in the third period. Twenty nine shots on goal to the lightning seventeen stars lead in shots. They were over to on their last power play there. Now over four on the power play in this game in the second half of that power play the lightning penalty. Kennett penalty. Kill unit was really sharp. They made some really good place to get the puck up the ice. And unfortunate break is Ryan Callahan. Try to get the puck up to Steven stamkos coming out of the box for clear break away. And just didn't quite feed him on the go. Steven stamkos is kind of ready to take off on one way. And the puck coming the other. He couldn't quite get a handle on it. Pug alive at center ice is play continues. Alex, lightning backhands it in and cheeses spats as I in the stars near corner. Rips at around the far side and it bounces out to center had been back to his own zone. A little passive blocked by our economy directs it back in headman there right wing Girardi back for head into the late site on the stars. Don't end up calling it as headman clears to corn at center ice chips in Matthew Joseph afterward, right corner. Joseph is bottle up by hey, skinny knocked down. Hey, skinny Lanier going to be handed again. And that's one of the lightning really are going to have a hard time swallowing. That's an offensive zone penalty. It's two different offensive zone penalties at the lightning have taken so far in this game. And that one just a tough one Matthew Joseph.

"It's interesting. There. What about a point off from last year space point? We'll off it just feels like it. It does. I mean now, I don't want to say because we're in the moment. Maybe that's part of it. Right. I mean, sometimes that happens. We we have a tendency to over value or get a little bit more. National with what's happening right now. But I don't know. I mean, I feel like this is better it feels different because it's the manner in which they're winning games. Right. They're not relying on Kikuchi often. Steven stamkos to go crazy and be players of the month. They're not relying on one line. Not rely on the goal tending to save them from games. They're playing complete games on one here. They're obviously, you know, early stages. They kind of relied on basil. Eski a few times during games, but for the most part, this has been a dominant display in terms of the depth. They have you're getting contributions up and down the lineup. Matthew Joseph angles. Anthony, six goals broadcast has seven goals. You know, you're getting contributions from the back end. You're getting quality goaltending from Louis damning. Yeah. I mean, you name it. There's not much on this team right now that you can look at and say, they're not doing well. They're scoring scoring it. I mean, the thing is what sticks out for me is a parody driven league. They're really standing out. I mean, it's hard to do and that's evident by the offense of Alpers their porn on these teams game in a game on. I mean, it's not a fluke. I mean almost four goals a game in today's era. That's like six or seven back in the eighties. They have twelve or thirteen goals in Toronto. Which is second most high-scoring team league. It's it's it's absolutely incredible. The way and manner in which they're going out and winning games in. I mean, look Colorado's a really good team. Yeah. You know? And I know I get that. It's the last game of a road trip for.

One tend to go in the penalty McEvoy who pass skips behind marshy Andy's pursued by Callahan Marsh and trying to get away. He does it all turned crew at center penalty is up krueg across the high slot shot blocker down to me rebound posture. Knock right circle. Fancy stickhandling of the right circle. Matthew Joseph grabs it tied up held in Tampa, right point shot wide. Right. Here's Jernigan the far corner getting checked by debris disk, he gets the puck back slides it down the ice. It's going to be an icing. Possibly the Bruins most impressive stretch. So far in the entire game starting with the ship before the power play through the power play. And now this one after the power play ended. But it's still one one. Yeah, they continued that good opportunity had it in the beginning by the power play. Have a good power playing to make me a couple of great cheese. Shots are even twenty five Callahan. Enforce back across in on the draw. One by the Bruins DeNardo is checked by Chernick Matthew Joseph after puck Bruins, very hard on the puck tonight that might be a function of that practice. They had yesterday or coach demanded of them in this game. And they're showing and that they are playing that way. Kelly at a steel barely got it out to Matthew Joseph Joseph to center ice. No. Does it in lady? "They did. And once again, I know we sound like a broken record, but the depth scoring but just look at the depth scoring right? I mean, I know the lines were jumbled tonight, but you know, Matthew Joseph three points. Cedric Paquette continues. His resurgence this year our goal JT Miller or goal, Kellyanne, two assists. I mean, these are guys that predominantly have been on the third and fourth lines this year that that came up big and good, Freddie. Persuade getting a win. I thought he battled not much. He could do on any of the goals. But you know, they got to win two more points in in you. And I talk about a key munching points together. He made a couple of saves that were really memorable the one on Nyquist in overtime. I think was a really important one because Nyquist had beaten him on on a shot. I mean, he he beat them twice. But the last shot was taken have gotten through them, which of the the five maybe that's one. I mean, it was a good look and a good shot. But it did go through him between his pads, and those are ones that goalies usually aren't crazy about so for him to kind of hang in there on Nyquist and make that save to extend the overtime was was really impressive on the part of pests qualley. And you know, he didn't see a lot of activity after the first period. But when the lightning needed him to make know a key situational save including two in the shootout. He was able to do that. It's kind of like would looming has done at times for this team. Dave, you know, sometimes the statistics aren't great. But he's made key saves when they needed to or when they needed to hold the fort so to speak and and allow his team to get back into a game. And did he'll remember it for the rest of his life. Good for him. Again, it was a wild night in the National Hockey League mean a bunch of high scoring games. This happened to be one of them in Tampa Bay was able to to gather another point in time in in the shootout. I probably need to go back and correct. How I started at penalty kill the lightning with about six minutes left. It was just under six minutes left. I said assuming that there are no other penalties called right? If the lady could kill it off. They'll just under four minutes left to try and tie the game. And I was wrong. I should've taken to account that. Yeah. They could score shorthanded goal and what an effort by Joseph again, kind of the straw that stirred the drink on that particular play. Where he was able to win the puck in escape race and draw some defenders to them, and that's a huge huge goal. It really was like a punch in the gut to the Redwings and the finish, you know, let's give credit to SETI. I mean, you got to finish that playoff. And he did. But Joseph speed is playing out Dave every game. It's allowing him to get scoring chances. And maybe catching some teams off guard as crazy as that may seem. But the finish is what you like. And you're right. That's that speaks Tampa Bay's depth. They're getting it all season long. And we'll be ready to go Thursday night for sure against the brooms. Well, they're going to need to be ready to go. And I think I'm sounding like a broken record. Because you know, we said that on this road trip facing some angry teams, but the Bruins are going to be pretty angry. I know you have it out of town scoreboard to give. But the leading have to be ready for a team that's going to have some snarl to its game. Because they got what pretty good by the Panthers who are angry about their game against the lightning on Saturday. And I think the Bruins. Felt that. So we'll see what happens with the lightning begin the home stand on Thursday. And we'll talk to you then. All right. Dave safe travels back. All right. That'll do it for me. Thanks to everyone involved. Tonight's broadcast Alberdi alongside me here in Detroit. Reggie Davis back in the lightning reading studios for Greg Llanelli who will be joined by Eric Rowlinson last call after our network postgame show ends and for Eric as well. This is Dave Mishkin saying so long from Detroit. Lightning win a wild one tonight. Six five shootout win the shootout two to one as the sweep their three game road trip. Goodnight everybody. "Dictate the pace of play. I think it'll be it'll be who them for the rest of the speed power. Yeah. There's teams that kinda try to make the the game a little bit more difficult or difficult to play against other teams at the lightning seemed to have a little bit of problems with the teams to clog up the neutral zone like to physical. They get in front of the net that front presence that you've talked about. I think back two games ago to the Chicago game. And that was a team that didn't wanna play physical. They just wanted to go down the ice with the lighting. And that that's playing right into the lightning. You could tell right from you know, obviously scoring four goals in the first period where it was a good sign for lady. But you could tell there was no way Chicago is going to get back in a game because they just weren't making it difficult on the lightning. This is a team that can do that. Jay we're seeing when Tampa Bay gets out early. Early lead when they're playing their speed game. There are many teams that can keep up with them. Yeah. It's pretty crazy to think that you look at guys, and I talked about this on late lamp this week. You look and say or who the top players offensively for the lightning and you'll name stamkos and coutry often. Brayden point maybe we'll see Yanni. Gordon, you go, man. Matthew Joseph speed. You don't even bring up a guy like Tyler John now who has got ten goals on the season this year. He's playing in my mind. He's finally one hundred percent healthy the two thousand fifteen dollar jobs. I don't know if we'll ever get back to that point where that line that triplets line kinda took the league by storm. But he's got a chance playing with breaking point. He's got a chance because this is almost like the trip to point -o kind of thing. And you can argue ofensive -ly, they're more talented than that triplets line. You keep that line together you keep them. And you're looking at a guy in Tyler Johnson. He just looks healthy to me, and it's good. It's a good sign for him. And when he's your what fifth sixth seventh best offensive player. How do you defend this lightning team when they're rolling on all cylinders? They're tough to stop. It's actually fun question. I think that second line. I think we can probably call it the first line with Brady centering it is that better than the triplets line of old can make a case it is because I think Brayden point is better than really at the. Yeah. I mean, I think if you wanted to dance defensively but I- offense. That that triplets line. They weren't really tasked with those. Yeah. I mean, even though Paula was good defensively. Johnson was good defensively. They weren't really tasked with that. They were just more of that offense of any kind of took the league by storm. I don't think a lot of people they kind of flew under the radar for a little bit. And then once the playoff said, everybody was talking about the triplets..

"But the lightning needed that goal when they got it early in the second period, get them on the board tied the game up for one thing. But you can just see the competence oozing from Matthew Joseph right now he picks up gold number two. And I really do believe, and I certainly hope that the dam does break here. Now all these chances start going in as opposed to just going wide or just getting deflected. And boy it was a big goal for him and a big goal for the team tonight in the victory. It was very big goal. He scored a really nice goal critical goal in in Ottawa. It was almost a year to the to the day of his first ever professional goal because he scored I think November third last year for Syracuse. And he scored November fourth is first NHL goal in Ottawa the other night, and after countless chances that you said, so Jillian breeze blog brought up a great point. We were talking to him about the line combinations. And the one line that has never. Been changed since day. One of this season is Sarah Joseph, and caloric every other line has been changed and modified somewhere along the way. So that really tells you something about it. And Julian said, you know, one of the big reasons is they generated more scoring chances than any other line game after game and in total. So you don't mess that up. They were really good again tonight as Sara Lee line was real they got put out a key times of the game. And they sustain the attack and they made some really good defensive place. They do a lot of things in the neutral zone. Turn pucks back around and stop, you know, the New York Islanders from getting all the way into the zone, and they turn it around and get it back deep again before they get off the ice. They do the things that you're supposed to do. They're playing the game the right way. So when Joseph got a chance it was a really smart play. He was on a bad angle. Nobody with them. The the defenseman didn't I think it was Mayfield didn't really try to defend them to heart. He didn't even swipe a stick at him. He just came up and as soon as. Feet opened up a little bit Joseph just shot between his feet, which is really tough for goaltender to pick it up. And Leonard was office angle. Little Betty should have been closer to the post. But nonetheless Joseph with the beneficiary of that, and it was a very big goal. So he he continues to create chances. He learned quickly made some mistakes in his first couple of games as a pro the coaching staff. Talk to them showed them on video said don't do. This. Don't do that. Make sure you're here. Make sure you're there, and he went and he works his tail off and he's fast, and he fits in with those other two guys to a t and what's funny as you mentioned, Matthew Justice. I pro- goal November third. His first NHL goal November fourth Montek, a guests at Brayden points. First NHL goal that Kim six November fifth, actually. So again, the Matthew Joseph and Brayden point parallel universes continued to run side. You can keep copying brain point. Exactly. That'd be beneficial for everybody moving forward. All right. Let's listen into Matthew Joseph. He joined Erica. A few moments ago from lighting locker room. You know, I think I is is a good feeling, but I think in general. In fact, the details out there and play with him. Huge. Fifty seconds, forty eight seconds. I think and I think the that guy's awesome job. They're getting into lanes and blocking shots. And you know, they definitely put their volley on online there to you know, to to to win that game and to kill time on three, and I think proper these guys Fisher. Matthew the goal that you scored at what point do, you know, you you got the the defender as a screen where you can put it through his legs there point that you know, that you can put the shot there. I mean, it's it's it's it goes fast. You know? I think I just wanted to get a shot on goal. And you know, I think the defense did it pretty good screen on the golden. I think I was calling. I was coming pretty. Is there, and you know, I got some feed in the neutral zone until maybe pass and try to get it through. And you know, luckily, kinda guy winning tools and three games now after all the chances you had in the first ten or eleven games. It's nice to see, you know, get rewarded for it for sure. But you know, I think I just tried to play a good game in general. You know, be good my zone in particularly details and the structure, and you know, I think. Airline did a pretty good job. And you know, it's fun to play with these guys when they work so hard and. I think it's starting to click, and I think we could have had a couple of couple tonight. You tonight's huge shave on killer. And I I know I shift and another back door, and then, you know, I think we were we were buzzing all night, then you know, credit to the my teammates. My my linemates for for the hard work too. It's awesome. Great atmosphere tonight. Then. Scoring at home is definitely a little different than. The crowd got into it. Then I think we we needed. We we needed something. And I think we started starting the second period was good all around the all the guys kind of bought in the details out there, and, you know, vacuous greatest well, and but for sure scoring at home is this is good..
