"But i think you're right. I think you can't really see what else can you semis from the end of it. Yeah why look. I applied at us yet. That that for me is that and the fact that is just if you think about everything that's happened. In previous seasons where dawn has go all peggy of inspiration from their lives that got the sides. I think we were seeing. The mama. Went on the insights. Full this ad. Yeah so that's my guess. But i guess we can. We can debate it as much as the final scene of the sopranos as well. I've never watched the sopranos that signed the paper of recommended. So look at this this dna with with matchmakers. Matt winer was involved in on the sopranos as well. So i am not absolutely not going to do a spoiler you on the last that i'll say nine but is is yeah. I can't got into that one macaroni at view. But i i strongly recommend it. And i can. I can never had a stone. Don't stop believing. Johnny in the same way anymore since saying that with your interviews now today and mice days probably podcast interviews How long do you think that you spend. Research was longer than i mean. Longer than the interview tags. That's for sure Some of them may it kind of depends a bit on who the person is how much you've been writing about them recently. A lot the very the very last into the i did for the umbrella cast was somatic zoro former boss w pay and i guess i followed his story quote. Wow an over. The years interviewed him in various different formats over the years. Various points so that the beta though but So yes i i. I would have probably sped. You know. "Just announced drive thru voting sites, so they're going to do drive thru voting like when you did did covert testing. You're going to be able to cast your votes through drive thru voting. It's there. They've just added this. They're still gonna have in person voting available but dry and they're gonna have drive through early voting to for the 2020 election. What they were looking for was a way to give people easy access but provide social distancing. And so that's what they've decided to dio. That's an interesting concept. I know I kind of don't hate it. Is there like a kiosk there? You stick your hand out the window. I wish I knew I don't But what I'm thinking is, I mean, it depends on how you're doing it. But if it's where you go and they hand you a ballot, you know, like in that little sleeve that they have, and you pulled a ballot out and then you fill it out in your car and then you stick it back in the sleeve and give it to him back. I mean, maybe that's ah, workable thing to dio Keep your mass gone. There's no, you know, there's there's no people that you're going to be close to. Yeah, I guess you's a hand of a lot bubbles. Is that well, that C I I say that because that's how I vote. And I forget that a lot of people put on machines. I haven't You know where I live in Marin County. We're still doing paper ballots We fill in the bubbles. I kind of like that. You know, it makes me feel better that there's a paper trail with it. I don't know what they'll do if they have the Elektronik voting machines. I don't know exactly how that's gonna happen. Yeah, I would think it's paper just like mail in. That would be easier. I mean, why? Yeah. Just like mail in yet would be kind of the same thing, but they'd be able to do the you know you have your cigar. Teacher the same way that you would sign in to get your ballot. If you were going, you know, walking into a polling place you're just driving through, and it's probably going to be set up exactly like the test sites are where you have like tents and people who are dressed in house mat suits who are giving you this step. I mean, it seems like that, and I don't think it's a bad idea. I think it's good that people are getting creative with this. I think it's probably a pretty good idea. Okay. I want to tell you a story. Andi. I didn't write the story. I didn't discover this story. I read this story in the Sanchez Go chronicle, but I I appreciated the story. There's a guy named Matt Winer tw up in the North Bay in Napa Valley. And he owns high demand Earthwork in Napa Valley. So he's ah bulldozer guy. He specializes in clearing land so vineyards can be planted. So he's he's at a place he's at over vineyards with his crew there in the middle of a job clearing 25 acres of rock for a new vineyard. And they look up and they see this smoke that's rising from the other end of the hill behind another winery, And so this was the Hennessy fire, so they see that they reach out to Cal fire. But there were so many fires up and down the state. That they were pretty sure that they weren't going to be responded to and that's according to the general manager. There it over Jack Bittner and Bittner said. We didn't have any expectation that the cavalry was coming. So that y nerd and a neighboring vineyard development crew got together and over the next few days, what they did was extraordinary. They use their bill Bulldozers. Cleared chaperone brush other vegetation to create a nearly five My, I'm sorry, four mile firebreak across Pritchard Hill they saved by what they did. They saved some of the most prestigious wineries in Napa Valley, Chappelle et or Chevrolet, only how they pronounce it overhead, Kogan Bryant and Continuum and they kept the fire from moving further into Napa Valley. So they're not the only ones. There were some other people that got together to in Pope Valley, which is closer to Lake Berryessa AA group of residents, including winery and vineyard owners hopped in there, bulldozers. They built a five mile long fire line, which ultimately saved a whole lot of homes out there on how a mountain vintner Randy done recruited some volunteer heavy equipment operators to clear more than 2.5. Miles of fire breakthrough. The densely forested Wilde lake preserves. Now I think this is astonishing. I think that this we should have firebreaks anyway. In various communities. We don't have enough fire breaks, and that's one of the reasons that the fire's just keep burning and burning and burning in it so hard to get this containment and it's not not all of this land that we're talking about is easy. Landis smoothie Zeeland, please. This is tough terrain for a lot of this. Now Cal Fire does not condone residents defying evacuation orders, and in some of these cases, there were evacuation orders which were defined defied. They also said there are air pollution regulations surrounding certain types of heavy machinery. And they also said that removing trees can also raise environmental concerns. But another thing I hadn't thought of it is they said that if you're using that big, heavy equipment, and it's dry, and it's not all smooth ground, that's the reason your bulldozers there. You can actually create the spark that starts another fire. But then they got fire. Cal Fire's attention and Cal fire worked with him too, and they sent firefighters. To set a controlled burn from the fire line that had been created, hoping that it would burn enough of the land of the fire wildfires path to cut it off and actually work. They described it as a five mile Hail Mary, but it did work. They did save property. They save people's houses. They saved some of these wineries, and you know it happened in other places, too. I believe that building fire lines in California is going to become more and more important. It's like we were talking with, um The forestry expert, the forestry expert guy over at Berkeley. We were talking about the, um, the fire break that had been constructed back in the FDR era, part of the new deal when the CCC Had built an 800 mile firebreak that actually transected paradise. But it hadn't been maintained. And so and they also had access roads that go along with a firebreak, access road, so equipment and stuff congested there. It could have offered another means for equipment to get in there could have offered another means for leaving when everything was evacuated. But the fire break itself might have stopped it from spreading might have stopped it from completely destroying paradise, but it wasn't maintained. So you know, it seems like it's about time that we really start focusing on some of that happening on building fire breaks and I don't know where you determine. With the best location is for a fire break to be built. But once it's done it then has to be maintained. You have to keep it there because we're having wild fires. I mean, we have a wildfire season. Now it happens all the time Cars this year is extraordinary because it'll lightning. The lightning sparks. So many fires that one of the ordinary there.

"It has not been has been so long since you seen a seed make a serious run. You know, but the warrior warrior Aaron Davis warriors, But I feel this this playoff and this whole tournament the way it's going to go down like embrace. This is why I think the MBA has done it right Ran and what you're getting at here. Is that the n behalf as instead of trying to pretend like it's business as usual. They've embraced the weirdness and the otherness of what we're doing right now, And they've created something new that we can all enjoy for a few months and we hope next year we're back to no, I think they'll be more parody. Right, Matt? They should be back home Court. Huge deal. You look over the history of the league. I don't remember her, but it's something like 80% for Game seven. Yeah, yeah, matter no matter at all on aside from the matchups this eating doesn't matter at all likely. Yeah, it opens up a whole bunch of possibilities. So if you're a fan of any of those teams, any team in the playoffs, you gotta look at your roster and even on the edge of the players, you're a Portland Portland Trailblazers fan. And we have a daily podcast called Celebra Country. The virus edition a lot of fun. We got some great tweets from you guys keep tweeting at us. We're at Sklar Brothers, a couple of them and then we've got Matt Winer got serious city. The scars were only one segment and I'm ready to call it the best filling Jim Rome host in 2020. So far. We'll take it, bro. Thanks. Eyes. Randy Hosting the Jim Rome Show our deejaying Swinger's night at the Jimmy Buffett Retirement community. Hey. At three for the game just stepped on a pop top Stephen NorCal. Rutgers has opted out of the Big 10 for the last six years. I think he's right. It's a good It's a great point NGO and Geo Jeff and Lincoln. What's wrong with me? Randy wearing that shirt I television It's like, you know. Go. Alright, let's we're talking n ba wi it. Lou Williams is back and making statements. The bubble is in full effect. There are no positive tests as we speak right now. And ST Louis is own. Matt Winer joins us on the line, Matt, it is so good to talk to you again. How you doing, buddy? Jason and Randy, Randy and Jason My brothers. Yes. Could I talk to you as well? How insane Lewis relevant other than the fact we all come from there. I mean, we just let's although gambling with the Cardinals and see how that turns out, we'll go in the Alton Bell and just try and gamble on Cem riverboat gambling, which is never a good idea. Well, I mean, let's talk about that. So baseball is trying to do it in the weirdest way possible. In terms of everybody place your own park. We're not going to really say where you're going to go. And, um, if you could see the dumbest with the N BA has figured it out if they could just get Dwight Howard to wear a mask lets the bubble is kind of working right? They're sealed up like Oscar envelope. Yes. Yes, I mean, I I had doubts about the thing. I was skeptical for a lot of reasons, sir, when they made the announcement of how this was all gonna work. First of all, I thought 22 teams was just too many because it seemed impractical to me. You've got travelling parties. I think 35 or 37 I forget the number. You're talking about, you know, 15 1600 people. Maybe 2000 when you consider n ba personnel and all the folks who have to work at the resorts, and it just seems really hard to manage all that right? And yet Back to back euro positives from testing. It's it's remarkable. I thought, you know, I thought eventually they'd be, you know, folks to be sneaking people in right, not just food and what not, and yet there seems to be a discipline. That has somehow worked down there, and people are calling the commissioner directly to her report. I heard the other players. That's right. So a handful of complaints went to the commissioner, all made by Jim Harbaugh is that we're that's bizarre. A handful of complaints happen. Players kind of policing themselves in a way because I think it means something to them that they get through these playoffs, right. Sure, Yeah. I mean, you want to finish the season and I, especially if you're on a contending team, Of course you're going forward, right? You don't want this thing to blow up because you know somebody on a team That's not going to make the playoffs anyway, is Has crossed a line literally or figuratively, You know, I kind of assume it's I think they're a couple of categories. You can look at players on really good teams who have a chance to win something of significance and players with families who are concerned, and maybe a little more mature and really taking this serious right and the latter being by far the more important thing, But both things are equally They're equally up there and so and then, and then you add onto the fact that we're not even talking about the fact that the Games are good. You're watching the games and the rising legal there. Surprise. I've seen so many games. I mean the work Clippers fans. We were open about that. But the book or last second shot against the Clippers was unbelievable. The Clippers Lakers Open at that Clippers Lakers fourth quarter I mean, they're reminded me the All Star game this year. It was like everyone's D and everyone up. Iran's coming off guys indeed up to guys it was It was unbelievable. I mean, I think you saw some. I think you're a little rusty the first week or so, which is completely understandable after four months off, But the level of intensity was there right away. You conceive varying levels of conditioning, but for the most part, I've been pleasantly surprised. I just haven't seen many guys who came in who were Tubbs Agu is David Letterman used to put it? Yes. You just haven't really seen that people were committed. They were apparently working out at home. You saw a few guys notably Nicola Yo Kitchen and Mark Castle who came back noticeably thinner. So you know they did the conditioning. They did the work, and they seem to be taking it seriously. And it's you know, it's real basketball, and the games have been really good. And you say to yourself, okay For a guy like LeBron James is in his 18th year. The idea 18th year 18 or 19 year heat, so the idea that he had that time off. I mean, it only made sense that that he would sit against the Rockets for load management, but No, I know he had a groin injury, but I mean, the idea that like he is get he got the break He needed to go into this playoff run. It's the best thing that could've happened for him in that sort of a sense. Yeah, absolutely could be a blessing in disguise for a lot of veteran players and for some teams that were beaten up as well. Look at the Portland Trail Blazers Trailblazers who are completely different team when they were in March. With basically 40% of their starting line up all of a sudden available because the layoff they've got a shot to make the playoffs where they probably would not have before, because use of orchids. She was fantastic last night in that Collins are now back in the lineup, and there are a few teams like that. We've had players get healthier and overcome injuries and get back in the lineup. But you know, LeBron is is remarkable in so many ways of longevity in his endurance, but what you've seen, particularly over the last I don't know. Five years or so is how closely he pays attention to his body in the off season, and this essentially was another off season. You know, I'm not surprised by this point, but it's It's remarkable what kind of shape he comes in at his age. And at this point in his career, it's amazing because he is changing sort of, maybe the way people view a 35 36 year old player, and I mean I want to try and think back to, like 38 year old Kareem Abdul Jabbar like amazing player. Incredible, but he looked like he was 48. You know what I mean?.

"This is already a circus. He is the greatest showman. Why not continue it? His Eddie Alvarez, 30 made his major league debut in the first game of the doubleheader this past week. It's Baltimore Orioles playing second gave you're going to pick a team to do it again. So I guess it's Gloria. He's still searching for his first big league hit. He went Oh, for three. I don't know if he got a hit after that, but the team one he's searching easy me searching for a long time. Just ask Michael Jordan. Yeah. Through his bloodshot eyes. Can we speak of this guy in the same breath is Deon Sanders as Bo Jackson? Can we? He's a dual sport athlete. He is a dual sport athlete When you think about it, By the way, if anyone can convert Eddie Alvarez into a star, it's the Marlin said the Marlins have Dunmore with left. The models have tried to be bad. Yeah, they're like we want to be terrible. We're trying to tank and we can't stop winning. The Lions are the lines. The Marlins tomorrow line went that that was a Freudian slip. The Marlins are the Lions of baseball. The Marlins have, like gotten rid of Mohr VPs than teams have ever had, right. In 2014 Alvarez became the first Cuban American male speedskater to make a U. S Olympic team. He was a silver medalist in the men's 5000 meter Short track relay at the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi. That is so impressive is a winter Olympic athlete. People don't understand the sacrifices that Olympic athletes have to make. That's four years before you. That's your life. You're not getting paid. It's It's a terrible, spartan life that you have to live for one a couple of weeks of four years of making your life a sport not getting paid. The only people can relate to that is every college football player. I mean, is Apollo. Anton Ono gonna Are They gonna call him next? Maybe you crouch pretty. Well, Maybe you could be a catcher. We've got I can't believe we actually have sports to talk about. We're in the midst of the PGA Tournament PGA Championship. We got Philly fanned Emmick blowing air horns out in the middle right outside the stadium. We've got statements from Lou Williams, Lou Williams, finally speaking up after a 10 day quarantine in the bubble. We gotta talk bubble there, So there is a lot to talk Rock is going to buy the XFL. Dude. Just be careful. That's a black hole You don't necessarily want. I don't want the rock to, like, Be diminished. What the rock to be the pebble I don't I don't wantto I don't wantto barely be able to smell what the rock is cooking. Yeah, I don't wantto say I don't and that might be Corona related. Yeah. If you can't smell what I've lost my sense of smell for what The rock is cooking. You don't want to say that? No, you don't. We first of all, for everyone who's working from home for everyone who is socially distancing for everyone who's having to spend way too much time for your kids with your kids. We are here for a few hours. Today. We will be here again on next Wednesday. It has been a heavy heavy time in our country a heavy time in our world, and we just want to provide for you three hours of fun. We're going to talk to my call for the Big 10 network in our one good news about the big 10 is that nothing happened on the conference call this week. How so? There's another that really nothing to talk about their get into that someone calling someone else out whether or not someone posting pictures on Facebook of coaches coaching players before it's time they were getting into it. We'll get into it. We'll get into it. We got Matt Winer talks. Um n Ba Great. It's gonna be a great show. We'll talk NHL later in the show because those bubbles seemed to be working right now. Tony Love Man, You know it's interesting because it took me a long time to the NHL playoff. The whole scenario is like a magic eye painting. You look at it and you're like, I don't understand what I'm looking at. Right now. There's a round robin tournament. There's like it's the turn Wise is harder to like. Understand, then refinancing my house, which was also harder, like way harder than I should ever be able to get was like when we were in Boulder, Colorado, which is the crunchy ist city ever and Jay and I got coffee and we were out on the street back when you could walk around on the streets of towns. And we went to go throw the cup away. That was the hardest thing I've ever done. That is made too many options that was slightly slightly less confusing than the NHL playoff picture. Right now. There's ah, cycling. There's trash. There's compost. There was a goat with its mouth open. I'm like cup in there. What we panicked and I just threw it in the mailbox. I was like, I know this is against the law. I'm breaking federal law right now, and I just threw coffee into a mailbox. But This is how we do, it s o. We're going to get in and we're going to talk about the NHL playoff picture, which is exciting. It's interesting. It's timing the blues. I actually like watching hockey on TV. I can get into it because I think obviously the fans are a big part of it. And I missed guys banging on the glass, and I missed that part of it. But the way the cameras are angled and you're focused on the action, you could see Connor make David throwing and goals, which, speaking of Canada corner If you're out there getting a call Kohner corner, it's Connor Connor. I think it's kind of corny. Go ahead and work. Go, Connor, That would be content. If you want my way. Want your tank? I want your cracked voice. We want your 88. We want your paper thin takes guys. If you have takes hit us up on Twitter were at school are brothers will take him call in 806 368686 old fashion. Ozzy Gin was talking smack about Nick Swisher. And he doesn't like me like Nick Swisher. We may get to the bottom of that because we have a pipeline to as again So there is there's a lot going on. I mean, we're on the precipice of potential college football that that is starting and I don't even know what that's gonna look like. You got you got guys in the major League baseball in MLB going to casinos like how's that working out now that there isn't an MLB bubble literally.

"Matt Belloni. Hello, Mat there. So Peacock, NBC Universal's streaming service is coming online. People mocked Peacock Matt In the months when it was first announced. They were like, Oh, it's just like not goingto happen. If it's free, it's too late. People aren't going to care about it. And I thought this from the start, I thought free is good. People love free. You have to watch some ads if you want it for free. But guess what Lot of people have been trained to watch ads and free even if you haven't been trained to watch ads, and you've been a person who's just been watching Netflix on your laptop. Free is free is good, So I think there's a big audience out there and people who might like that comfort food programming. They'll have some originals, but they have a big library of familiar stuff. That is just easy to watch in this stressful time like this. Yeah, And you know, they've been smart about the roll out of this. They're launching it with, you know, some pretty good content from the NBC platforms, 30 rock law and order. They'll eventually have the office, which they paid a lot of money for. And they're pitching it expressly as the free alternative because they know and the Comcast people like to talk about this phrase subscription fatigue. Where there are all these services out there. Netflix, HBO. Max, Quit be Amazon Prime. All of these things cost money and to put something out there that is the free alternative. It's a pretty smart alternative, because like you said, there is this audience of casual viewers that they don't care about having the greatest latest Emmy winning thing that who is offering. They don't care about that. They want just something fun light to put on when they're home, and this could be it. Yeah. I mean, we've been bantering such a long time angle of love to complain about my cable bundle. And I don't want my cable bundle. And it was always this looming thing that okay, well, the cable bundle might go away and then you're gonna have to pay for all these services. And here we are, And already with the you know the number marching onto the field. It feels like too much from you know, it feels like doing what point is it going to match what I'm paying for cable bundle in the first place. So this? Yes, I think we agree well, and this will feel a little different from traditional cable. Television because the ad load is only going to be about five minutes per hour. Whereas if you watch an ad load on regular cable television, you're up to 2025 minutes. Sometimes on some of these networks, such a deal that's going to feel different and keep in mind that Comcast is not alone here and launching this mean free ad supported streaming is a segment of the streaming market. That's only going to grow. We saw Fox by a company called to be early this year. Where they're looking to get into the free streaming business. Viacom CBS is also developing their own version of this. I think you know, as the cable world contracts and more people cut the cord. It's on ly going to expand in streaming and you're gonna have all different tiers of options for streaming television. And this is going to be a pretty big one. I think. Yeah, I think we agree for once. We agree, Matt that we often angry. I want to turn to Peter Link off a showrunner who was just fired. CBS. This guy was a big show runner he had he had done MacGyver Magnum P I. Hawaii 50 and there have been many complaints about his conduct and this unlike some other Issues at CBS. For once. There's not a sexual harassment charge that has been advanced at all so far, and I haven't heard one even whispered or gossiped about in the industry at this point, But the behavior was abusive and their end, not harassment. But he was alleged to talk down to writers, especially women and people of color. So we're in a world now. That was not okay before and the social consciousness has shifted. And so it is super Not OK now and my my senses. You know this means something because people like Peter Linkov, who issued a statement saying he was going to listen and learn what helpfully will I think they're endangered in Hollywood? Finally, after many years, I hope it's not temporary because being you know, time's up started with sexual harassment issues, and there is plenty to continue in that regard, but there's also the general abuse issue that arose. And I think that especially if you're dismissive of women and people of color you are you're going to be an endangered species. I hope you mentioned that it was not okay before, but it was tolerated. If you were seen as a creative talent, someone who delivered on the product you could get away with a lot of bad behavior in Hollywood. And I remember having conversations with you a couple of years ago when the me to stuff was starting to happen when we were speculating, like OK, these are the harassers. The's are the easy ones to identify and purged from the industry. When is it going to transfer over to the abuse of people who are not sexually abusive but who are taking advantage of their position to demean to make people feel like they're in an intolerant work environment? And we know you know you and I could probably off. The air. We could probably say a bunch of names that we know of people who have reputations for being abusive. And when is this movement going to come for them? And it seems with the Peter link ofthe situation. It's starting to come for them. Yes, On the other hand effects just gave a deal to Matt Winer that who created mad men. And he had allegations against him that were supported by more than one person. You know, this is maybe a moment of coming back. I I have to admit that I am surprised. I I understand the mentality. John Landgraf runs FX He is, you know, always called the smartest guy in the room when he talks in. You know what the critics gatherings or whatever. Yeah, FX has had to some degree a male sensibility. You know, they had sense of anarchy. They have Louis. They had Pam Avalon, but she came in with Louie C. K. And if we know Louie C K has problems of his Zone in this regard, So you know, I don't see where met Wigner has ever issued a real apology for the behavior that was alleged. It was more like I don't remember doing any of that. Which is you know for me doesn't quite cut the mustard. I I feel like you know this is going to be an issue if they want a premiere show that he made I don't know if the press will hold him to account But if it were me, you congrats T There would be questions. Yeah, And I think that a lot of people have mixed feelings about Matt Winer. Me. I'm one of the biggest madmen fans out there. But, you know, when I started to read this stuff about him, you kind of reassess and you know there is a degree. We talked about this on the show before there is a degree of allegations and every instance needs to be evaluated on its own and not in the contest. Next of other allegations, But if there are credible allegations of an abusive work environment surrounding that whiner, I think that's something that FX really should take into consideration when determining whether to hire him. Part of this new environment that everybody says that we're trying to create in this industry is one of Maurin, Clu sive nous. And if you're going to do a deal with someone who has credible allegations of being abusive in the workplace, you gotta take that stuff seriously. I mean, I don't know what they did or didn't do, but they certainly didn't make address it and I don't say I said he might know that Matt Winer interested, and I I feel like it's out of sync with what we were just talking about. Because you as you said, there will be more people who are likely to be called out for abusive behavior. And then two sort of go. Oh, by the way, we're doing a deal with this one, and we're not going mention that there were allegations that just feels out of sync with where we are right now. Thank you, Matt..

"Just just high on Hanukkah Manisha of it's just we're happy to have you here welcome to the show if you dig what we're doing we have a podcast called view from the cheap seats subscribe to that it's pretty much what we do here our weekly take on the world of sports will comedy and music mixed and got the music we're playing here that's what we do whether this program J. brought to you by rocket mortgage by quicken loans rocket mortgage is with you every step of the way to provide a seamless mortgage experience Matt Winer is gonna be calling in in a short bit to recap what we talked about an hour one yeah I say Thomas two game suspension of fans got banned for a year who confronted him which I don't even know how you enforce that but I wanted a frosty he'd see that's all this all this dude wanted that sounds bizarrely sexual I don't like that just one all right with a ferocity I literally I I looked it up I was like if I do I have to now look up what a frosty is that's just the desert at Wendy's it's not a blizzard in a in a blizzard bro in in a blizzard design frosting Matt Winer is with us right now I think I'm probably is three to six frosty the day no he does not did you just want a frosty Matt Winer did come on is to a two game ban I thought I. T. handle that pretty well what do you think are you troubled by their Thomas yes I served in the middle of the conversation yes we handled it really well the the problem is the league instituted a rule while back saying if you go to the said you're going to get spent yes hello to use it as calmly as he went in there he he crossed what they consider a bright line right and so it's pretty much automatic by the way this is it's always fascinating when you join a radio show in progress because when I'm you know sort of plugged into your conversation the first words I hear are bizarrely sections right I know well that's the always the way we like to bring you into the conversation Matt Winer met the bizarrely sexual Matt Winer now I would say about it as someone just saying I just wanted a frosty or in like a cross you don't say that just feel I had to look it up before I realized no he just wanted a dessert from Wendy's frosty the beverage right right well it like it is the very meaning I don't know no I don't I looked it up in there isn't so thankfully we clear that stop stop with that music but so all right let's talk about the NBA this year because I don't know about you and you've been covering up for a long time but I feel like this year from the get go from literally the first game when the Lakers play the clippers every game feels like a playoff game are we wrong to say that's a great season note the protesting season and it goes back to the summertime when you know after all the changes I realize that for the first time in probably I don't know ten years I didn't know with like ninety five percent certainty who would win if we score one of the two copper right and that's great like that's all you really want is some you know a reason to to watch during the regular season and a reason to figure things out during the regular season and has made for some really interesting matchups and some really interesting intensity as teams try to prove things to themselves and to each other along the way it's it's been good stuff it has I feel like for me as I'm watching a lot of these games I feel like everybody's got two guys that that is my little attitude towards it like the Lakers have lebron and and and and the Davis the clippers have collide in Paul George and obviously they've got support of support of guys around that but the rock you can only which is to roll dictate you have that you have to you have to have one at the same way but two guys that take take games over and when they do that I mean I'm even talking about we're talking about a Toronto raptors game last night that they they were down a down thirty points in the fourth quarter they come back and they would like that's the kind of gave me that felt like a like a raptor to me are the play the raptor in the heat are the pleasant surprises of the east this year I did not see them sitting three and four did you no and they're they're not only pleasant surprises there also exceptions to your to guy rule because they're both sort of ensemble cast you know Miami has a would just star in Jimmy Butler a lot of my may turn out to be an all star this season but you know before now you would never guess that but they play good defense they played together bottler is strictly is he can be is a really good team mate when he's in the right mind frame and he likes this team he personally picked that organization because he likes the work ethic their Miami is famous for being top on players in terms of you know conditioning test then right having to reach my body fat quotas and that sort of thing and he's embraced that he's he's all about that you're the complaint you per from Butler in the past about teammates have been these guys don't work hard enough he he wanted that that's right that's one of the reasons the not pull it up here because I think you can barely walk at Joe well and beat and then some of them say yeah I don't know if these guys work hard enough I don't know but I love it I don't know if they really wanted to sell they are I think that's part of the reason bottlers not there anymore and he's in Miami and Toronto yeah you know one wonders who you know some people think might be the best player on the planet now you certainly among the top three he walks out the door you think well that was a great story for Toronto and for Canada they win a championship okay they're going to be a stick the either a seven need some of our guys on NBA TV thought they would even make the playoffs this year they've been unbelievable they've been incredible and like you were saying he'd sit in three Sixers sit in five now in the act as we as we speak right now I think that a lot of parallels so in the western coverage I don't know of anybody thought the Mavericks would be as good as they are this year I knew that that you think they're good they got a superstar but the emergence of Luka I mean like you know saying they they have emerged in a way and I don't think we've seen the best of poor zinc is yet no not at all well I mean I think most of us bought the Dallas could contend for a playoff spot not that they could conceivably have home court in the playoffs which is the way it looks like right now and granted were only twenty five twenty seven games of the season for most of the teams but Luka has been on leased in a way that we couldn't have imagined because they've just they're all in all will go his usage rate has shot up yep and they run everything through him and I think with poor zinc is who he was out a year right so he's still figuring it out and they're still figuring out what to do with them they don't really have to watch them play they don't really have a go to spot for him right and I'm not still not exactly sure what is his favorite spot from the glories of bees are really talented guy obviously got incredible size and mobility for that size but I think there's a lot of upside within and without move go who's been out the last four games with his ankle injury Dallas is shown that there's still an incredibly efficient offenses seem they've they've been one or two with offense of the patient the most of the season and that's basically continued without him on the floor so that they are more than just look up despite the fact if you look up and down the roster you you you probably wouldn't say this is one of the most talented teams in the league but they have a someone that they can go with you got that go to guy who can have the ball in his hands at the end of the game E. I feel like it's like having a great that having a great number one pitcher yeah you have like a gambling it was saying you can get you to the playoffs in certain theories they can get you there I think the jazz Utah in in the N. out remind me of each other in both conferences both made some great moves off season and yes they're kind of in the you have the jazz are six in Indiana I believe it yeah so I mean they're both but I think they're both police to make moves with great out roster of great this offseason yeah the thing is they're about the same spot and they are very similar because they're both defensive minded team they don't play especially fast but I think of those of us who cover the endgame look at them very differently right now because Indiana is made the over achieving a little bit as they still wait on Victor old people to come back right the potential for old people and Malcolm bogged in the play together he's pretty interesting it's about what the two of them can do rock and can play either guard spot he can guard either guard position he's a he's a shooter he doesn't have to have the ball in his hands old people's a guy who can finish games for them in terms of a playmaker and score on so they figure to get better Utah is a little bit of a disappointment I mean a lot of folks myself included thought they would probably finish the regular season at least top three in the west with the additions that they made in the offseason Mike Conley's been hurt and when he's been on the floor he just hasn't looked at all like himself he's he's not been very good for them and maybe that's just the unfamiliarity of having played his whole career in Memphis and all the sudden right a new offense maybe the injuries have taken their toll it's you know it's hard to say but between me and and bland Bogdanovich who I would say it's pretty much been what they thought he would be right or that's what he does right but the offense is not been as good as we suspected it would be yeah that's what they were trying to address and their defense hasn't been quite as good but the last few years well the end twenty it's time to go over exactly not quite where I thought they'd be they're not quite where they are but they're sitting in a spot where they could move up but there's a lot of talent ahead of them I watch the rockets clippers game the other night and I'm like these these guys are banging like it's the playoffs and you look at the rockets and you say other without the eighties other so there's that but the fact that like it was Westbrook's game through the first three quarters and then you almost kind of forgot about harden but then he just took over and you're like wait I don't know how any team can combat this because harden is a can do it all by himself and then yeah there's Westbrook there and you still have the castle's borders around yeah I.

"C. give me a by teen divisional winners I should actually division by division give divisional winners the two wild card spot and who I do think will be representing the AFC in the Super Bowl and at three twenty will do the same for the NFC and then myself Brian Jack McKeon engines Christopher three forty AM eastern we'll do a little over under exercise will each make three selections one under one over and then the one wild card could be an over or under by the way McKeon let me ask your opinion on something and just a second before I do that it's just important to note U. S. C. did win there are a few moments ago against Fresno state thirty one to twenty three in the game though JT Daniels did leave the game had to get carted off return to the sidelines on crutches this is from Greg Beacham who's a reporter for the Associated Press covering all things rams Chargers Lakers angels U. S. C. and UCLA he just tweeted out that clay held to the head coach of U. S. C. for now I said she today is an X. ray that was negative he's getting Amorite tonight and USC will announce the results tomorrow so we shall see what happens with JT Daniels he talk right now and even Beecham sad or yeah beach of said right after the game one final that JT Daniels it suffered engine that does not look short term so UFC gets the victory they may lose their quarterback for an extended amount of time we shall see and if you don't have your quarterback yes you survive you be Fresno state big picture though Missy that have high expectations there's probably going to be a dip though a drop off and clay Helton was already on the hot seat this sets up actually even though you want to see details on the field it sets up very nicely for conversation in college football because you know it and I know it with this USC job if the losses keep on piling up even though they weigh in maybe they didn't win in the feet Fresno state the losses keep up piling up and this is an ugly product who's gonna be the one coach that everyone's gonna talk about replacing clay Helton urban Meyer and it's kind of funny that he does sit right next to our stand right next to on the fox no shows for college football Matt Winer and then also Reggie bush to you I see stars even though the NC double a will try to make us forget about some of the time that Reggie bush did spend that USC because some of the an eligibility and sanctions that were handed down he's no longer in possession of his Heisman which I think is silly but Hey that's just me hi Mickey let me ask you this close visiting to JYJ on the way in are you big on the show McCoy I think I heard him say that your big on the shovel could go into the weekend city chief he was released today by the bills and then quickly signed with the chiefs reuniting him with his former head coach Andy Reid one year four million dollars three guaranteed I think after the loss of hunt it's a good move I'm not she was on it no pun intended but I don't my job I don't think it's a terrific movie I I think it's a good move for the chief of the money they got him for three million dollars guaranteed there's not much that you're really at risk here and it could potentially be a high reward I mean the guy still does produce over the last few years McCoy's done really well about a buffalo so I think it's a good move for Kansas city it's not great Melissa a difference make you like this this is going to be a move that you know what makes them all one seat over the patriots this year which I mean that the full copy one anyway but this is the one that puts you over the top but it's a it's a good solid move for this this team yeah McCoy in twenty sixteen and twenty seventeen rush for over a thousand yards twenty sixteen was a really good season that he did have that was the second year of buffalo last year he did have a drop off but I'm with you he's productive for his age too he's thirty one there's a lot of mileage he knows Andy Reid he's comfortable with Andy Reid is it something that puts them over the top no any help you with some depth for a few games sure yeah I I think it's a solid move again the chiefs often isn't isn't really their necessity here that they're going to be teams I bludgeoning them this year they're going to score forty five fifty points on you and that's either gonna win games their defense is not a strength their secondary spot specifically about a strike so that's what they're going to win games sure they're gonna have to beat teams ball about bludgeoning them it's a good it's a good move it's it's a great move now always it's a difference making move but I like it if I move it doesn't it doesn't generate much great reaction from me but I'm with you I I think it's a move that it's low risk I don't even want to say hi reward but I think there is some type of reward potentially think what's interesting is the conversation we were having off air all day today is really the other teams that were linked to McCoy didn't seem to make much sense made no sense to make any sense in the eagles made no sense let me just bring up a point because I know I cut McKeon off because he's got on my nerves the last segment I get a few people tweeting may well that's how you talk to the people you work with love of what makes you know live we joke around we talk so much off the air it's actually not as yet how much we sometimes talk off the air and sometimes we also are very sad together off the air like we were watching the ending of the Auburn Oregon game and I had to sit there basically be a therapist for Mickey and at times throughout that process but yes you are right the teams that were mentioned I get why Phillies always mention because he never wanted to leave Philly and that was chip Kelly based where he ship them out of town for Chico Hans help but a personal trait what a brutal job by chip is not having that much success so far UCLA but with that being said the maybe that was more aged driven compared to eagles Jeff because the eagles they have miles Sanders they have Howard you still have Darren Sproles they have a lot of bodies there at the running back position the patriots same thank Sony Michelle the kid they distracted from Alabama Rexburg Kay James White you may be could have played in was it a necessity now the team I thought was interesting and it seemed the two teams it was down to where Kansas city and then also the Chargers if you read yesterday the Los Angeles charges have granted running back Melvin Gordon and his team permission to seek a trade according to a source now this doesn't mean a trade will definitely happen I still think Melvin Gordon should take the reported offer which is roughly ten million dollars a year I do believe it's going to be tough to try to trade Melvin Gordon because I only have to get something back which maybe not won't be high look at what JB on cloudy to go for today but also you have to meet him at a number if you're that new team and if ten million dollars would you make in the fourth highest paid running back in the league which is fair isn't good enough they're not only get to give something up then you have to pay them eleven twelve I don't even know how much is going to want well the report also did say that the the Chargers are not out of the conversation they are one of these teams so I believe that this report was leaked because the charges are saying go go far go ahead find a trade because when you when you find a trade and bring it back to us you're also going to have to give us an offer that you were given because he's good at dealing with a trade to go through with the team he's going to is going to I'll seven offer ready and the Chargers no no one else the NFL is going to give him more than the ten million dollars that he's back he's probably getting overpaid for so they know that it is saying to him go out there find your deal for than ten million dollars and when you don't find it come back to a singles on the deal I agree with you I think that's exactly how it's going to play out maybe it's a bargaining chip I think maybe at most they go up to eleven million dollars a year if they need to because I'm like team says ten and a half maybe they go live on like the cowboys the Chargers have all the leverage here they really they really do Gordon socket hold out for two more years and did he know he's a visa free agent at the end of the year anyway but he did my my point is he's not as the kilo written command a top seller in the leak he's a top five running back at best in the in the league right now so he's not going to get the sixteen million dollars a year the and he's also an injury concern as well I'm a more things that you did mention the Dallas Cowboys this from chapter here's news that the Dallas Cowboys fans wanted talks between the cowboys a running back Ezekiel Elliott are intensifying with both sides aiming to wrap up a new deal this weekend league sources tell ESPN this changes every day first the Jerry Jones yesterday we got the call from Jerry Jones it was very simple we're not expecting in their week one phrasing that was the gist of it now the talks are resuming they hope to get a deal done by the end of the week this is John with the cowboys wanted conversation all throughout the off season and just maybe they will be there week one or maybe it will change again tomorrow and it won't happen who knows I just want an answer soon sooner rather than later when we come back I'll give.

"What not like, I guess it costs them a lot of money to send messengers of scripts to my house. It wasn't like they didn't see me going anywhere. I guess it's about was like shitty and snotty. It was embarrassing. I was really embarrassed. Because your manager was like this is like this is what you're doing the agents. Will fuck you kind of. Yeah. And then you've got to of no fault of your own. You gotta be like, you know, you were dropped from your agency. Yeah. But then you you've sweet smell of revenge there. Yeah. I mean, I didn't. I had people Matt was like do you want me to write up Matt winer the creator? And he's like you want me to write him a letter. And I said the great thing about this show is no letter needs to be written. We all know someone fucked up here. Take care of itself. I don't need to write any letters but going into this role. You know, given that you know, once you got the part, you'd only read the sides. And then, you know, once he scripts started coming, and you realize that this was sort of. You know, in terms of female character kind of pivotal and unique character to to be a woman who's going to eventually kind of fight it out and be judged by this, you know, these well-suited the sexist predatory men of an era, but you know, you were going to be the woman that sort of transcends in her you and Elisabeth moss. I believe if I remember properly two different journeys to being, you know realized. Yeah, as powerful women, but I didn't know. I mean that is something that develops for the character. I mean, it wasn't something that we knew in season one in season one Matt winer said you're gonna have an affair with Roger sterling. And I was like, yes. That actor. So good. I've always loved that. Actor can't believe I get to have like scenes with him. So psyched about that. And that's the thing like in season one. I'm kind of just the sassy bitch. Like, I like I come around, and I like give people the once over, and I tell them my opinion, and and make people feel bad, and she's kind of this eavesdrop, bur. No it all busy bee which was really fun. But also like hard drap your head around. Who and why she's this way? And then as the years developed, they must have been writing to for you. It's after the season one knowing know seeing what you could do and that must have given them inspiration to take the character places that you could take it. I think so. And I end Matt always said he couldn't see he couldn't see Peggy without Joan against say Joan without Peggy because there was such different women. And it created such an interesting dynamic within that office space to see two women going about something so differently and. Almost being friends, but but bumping heads and just fundamentally different ideas of how to get ahead. So he loved showing their story lines through each other. And then I think as he got to know me, I think Jones softened up a little bit. And and she became a mother and a lover and a and a wife, and and you so much more for home life. Yeah. Must've been like at least. Throughout the run of madman that character kept evolving, and it becomes like, I imagine a joy to to sort of be involved because you know, it it's not one of those shows sort of levels off and creates a one dimensional character that you just we fill every week. Now, it was like you would learn something new about her each week. And I mean, as you know, doing a show now for you know, each season, you get more history with the other characters, and so every scene becomes richer and deeper because you're not playing that senior playing six seasons right emotions with someone every scene with Roger sterling was so loaded more writing more. So it just became like, a joy anything just you know..

"The bar is going to be rooting for Zion. The bar is going to be rooting for four Duke because they want to see more of this. And that to me is bigger than the stats sheet. Changing the culture and changing making everyone at Duke fan is bigger than what he's going to do stats. Great. We know he's the number one. He's going to be the number one pick in the NBA draft. That's not gonna go unnoticed. Everybody knows that already. He changed that narrative while he was out. It was like, oh, maybe RJ Barrett. Maybe I don't know. He's better fit for the NBA right now. I don't care Zion and then drop and then everybody else right now. But ultimately by getting everyone to pick Duke and by getting everyone to cheer for Duke. He's done more for the program and more for them than any other player because basically everybody other player that was good for them made. You hate them even more JJ Redick made me hate Duke. I hate to all those dudes at floor slap their ways Duke University. Yeah. So Duquesne if you're gang rape for the weekend. You're trying to think of like where I need to be to watch games. Do plays on Friday night at six ten central time. So I mean, you you got a little bit of time before do kids the floor in the tournament and their opponents still to be determined because of the first four games take place Tuesday and Wednesday night. But okay. So you're right up dollar. He is made Duke likable. That's why we had the question yesterday. And we talked about it on our show here on ESPN one thousand who's the best college athlete you've ever watched. I put that on Twitter yesterday at Chris black and also at Adamy Abdullah. We've got so many good responses for that. Who's the best college athlete you've ever watched? Because I think when this tournaments over we're going to look at what time Williamson did. And look back and say man, what he did at Duke in college basketball was incredible no matter what he does at the next level in the NBA, some names of people who have been given to us ID Willie Brown and Darren Williams from the old five line. I that was an. An answer yesterday. Reggie Bush from USC. Bo Jackson that love was given multiple times. Denard Robinson from Michigan shoelace MAURICE chloride. Nope. Mike vick. Yeah. Okay. Maybe it was pretty good at good. Good Vince, young Ricky Williams, berry Sanders, Derrick rose. Any of these names? Get your attention of doll. I. Because it's one year. It's hard to compare him to guys that played for three years. It's also hard to football. Because like think about this here you got one year Calum Murray, but you're gonna get multiple years of to a tongue and you'll get three years of Trevor Laura you're going to get three years of Trevor Lawrence, you might get three national championships with Trevor Lawrence. You might get. What is it? You might get two and a half with too low. Right. These are big moments that these guys create that will you go back. You've got a huge Rolodex moments that you can go through for these guys with Zion. We're only going to have like three or four big moments. Like, yeah, they're great for a year. It's great. But ultimately, I don't know if I can put him as one of the best college athletes of all time because we only get to see it for one year. It's no fault of his own. Like, of course, he's going to go to the league. Like, he should you buy if it was allowed to he might have gone straight to the league, some other names. Ron Dane, I. I said Tim tebow. I believe Adam Morrison was fantastic guns. Aga giant Menzel, Texas. Am I don't think there's been anything more fun to watch college football. Then Johnny Manziel, Texas AM. He was a complete disaster off the field and disaster in the NFL. Boy, he was great as a college athlete, Matt winer. So those are some of the names that we're kind of talking about with Zion. Williamson is he the best college athlete you've ever watch. If you want to join the conversation, you can tweet us at Adam doll and Chris black. You can also call us at three one two three three two three seven seven six coming up next atom. We get to talk some gambling. What are some tips? When you look at teams when you're trying to figure out your brackets who are some sleepers might move on in the tournament. We talked about next Chris Buckingham here on ESPN one thousand Chris black and Adam Abdullah on ESPN one thousand and the ESPN app..

"Shoot on location. I didn't need to spend hundred million bucks on every episode or whatever was you did. And it does work to some effect in this episode. But I will say there's a great podcasts called the watch from the ringer network Andy Greenwald, Chris Ryan, and they were talking about this episode today. And they they made a really astute observation that this almost feels like a season four or five move where it's like, hey, kids were going to payers like, you know, like the Brady bunch would do to Hawaii or something like that. And that's why we're at flex, but. Okay. Right. 'cause it's like we're doing already. Here's the thing about it though. And this is why I was into it. You know, it reminds me of one after I saw Ghostbusters for the first time. No, the new ghost women in it. I hated you hated the Knuth. That's you're trying to be seem young. And you're like the newsbusters will my childhood. So I saw it, and I was in Toronto sheeting people earth, and I went with Oscar Nunez and Tracy Cheam. Oh, and Tracy, and I were just like losing our minds. We hated it so much whereas like. An Oscar was like, you know, what though women should get to make shitty movies too. And I was like that's true. It's an interesting perspective. So like that sentiment comes to mind when I think like, okay big budget, like the Romanovs isn't like Matt winer shouldn't be you know, the guys shouldn't be the only people to be able to make these big stupid money moves. It does feel like we live in that world. And so for aiming to be able to do this, and I feel like it paid off. And it worked I feel like she's like we could go to Paris, and it could. And then at the end that it didn't feel hollow to me at all. Like the way that it played to the end of this the Soden in the walk. Oh, walk off and the the scene by the Thames for sure tapping into something interesting, though, in that it is so permissive we talk about I left talking about this stuff in the big picture of like what happens culturally industry, where there's an expectation of like they went twenty million over, but he's a genius. Exactly, then there's there's the bad side of that corn is like Patty jing-qian, she made it she actually came under budget ensures like a really responsible steward with wonder woman and Kathryn Bigelow did hurt locker for X amount of money. And you see that there's been some really great retrospective pieces on the twilight franchise in talking about Katherine Hardwick in how she made this movie, and she did this. And she was I think there was a low palladino vibes movie. She was eccentric, she made strange choices. But the movie did. Well, but yeah, you're right. And that there is a strange expectation. I don't think we we as an audience, and and as viewers of culture are that use to write female excess. Well, that you know what? I mean, I feel like able to name might be a good like she might be the next iteration of that. You know, what I mean and see wrinkle in time I did see wrinkle in time. And that was it was a gorgeous shicho. Right. And there was there was so many. Good things about it. In terms of like man, there was some really good performances. But like even indicated was so good in a way. I didn't think she was going to be at all. I was like oh my God. She's not at all for this. And I was like really into it. Anyway, whatever I I was I was kind of standing for that performance. But the my favorite was the branded content at the end for Lin Manuel Miranda to star in Mary Poppins because she says weird it was so strange because she's quoting all these authors that the end she's like, let's have another round tonight maranda twenty fifteen or whatever it was that. Yeah. There was so much bizarre shit goes. But Eva Vernet also is somebody who has been given a great amount of trust, you know, because there's there's a potential with her that is I think undeniable, and like that makes me so happy, and I think shonda rhimes is another character who I feel like has that female excess thing going on where it's like, Sean, I'm not necessarily definitely with budget..

"And I almost took it versus the reason. I left at first I was like I was like in this, maybe Sylvia Plath is already suicidal. And like she's like, that's how bad you are. Right now. Do you know what I mean? It's not that like, Sylvia Plath ends up killing herself. It's like, we all she. No, it's a current reference to the fact that Sylvia Plath is a notoriously suicidal weirdo. I see. Yeah. I totally read it from that. Because I felt like season one was pretty resistant pretty disappointed with. Comer his name. There's nothing this. Oh, yeah. I did like a lot of those in new over my head in this episode this no, I think those. Because again, that's what that's what's so lovely about this format in this genre in periods stuff is like that sort of thing if you can do it. Conversely of like who is Betsy Ray or whoever the actress was forgive me. I made the cut by forget who it was. It's like, I know who that is on need to know who it is. You get by you can look it up later like they are still good at that. They're not underlining emboldening italicized also. Yeah. They're also not making a satire right now. This is a story. And this is the way they're telling it. Yeah. So let's talk about overall the episode general, we read the synopsis, but it is an episode in which they go to Paris to get midges mom rose and things fall apart and the mafia as sick on by David pay Mer from season one so fees old agent a rough them up because that's that's who sent the goon Steph to I was going to ask you about that. I was confused about Vinnie draw the line that clearly those two, but yet that's the end of it. I was like, okay. Just Suzy have a secret it's truly he said after she docked, Sophie linen. He's like, oh, you're never work in this town, you're blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Sorry thoughts. Like, he's gonna shut you off the out of all the clubs. I'm gonna send people to kill you. Yeah. We're just pretty wild. This episode going to pairs shooting on location impairs. I I'm going to date us. Now, I'm going to I'm going to date this time that we're recording this podcast and the climate that we're in. But this episode is the Amy Sherman palladino definition of weird flex, but. Okay. Yeah. It is. Period stuff is so expensive shooting overseas for thing that shoots in New York with union friggin, you know, radius is to do period in Paris for like three scenes like to exteriors in like two gorgeous affect which we can talk about put that is the Thames like the scene by the rivers in the final shot Thames unless you're doing that. No. And I think it wasn't until the final show where I'm like. Okay. This was worth it for just fine. All Tableau of her walking away from the phone for me for sure. Yeah. But it. At hit me hard. Oh, well, ugly. Cried really well. We should've watched it together. We'll watch. He just wants to know. I just want to I'm with you to be sad. I've never seen where I. Sad. So you crying over the phone? Okay. Here we go. We're really getting into our deep deep issues. Yeah. But going to Paris is just like, can you imagine like the lady who when she wanted to go to before? It's like let's put a bag in the window at WB and call it a day. And now it's like, yeah, we're going to spend as far as like Amazon, spins guys, everyone who has a prime account you paid for the scene. All you. Millions of. In front of the employee's who just got Berith repellent. Very sad. But it is like I mean, did you ever watch the Romanoff's the Matt winer thing that that I don't I haven't seen it. I've a wanted to see don't care to watch those vignette -i these stories. I don't fucking care if I don't follow. Why binge something where you don't ride just seems like low movies or something? But but but with that it just Louis C K and everyone boy. Oh boy. Yeah. Someone. Kind of scorching review where it's like this is this series is reminiscent of late period. Woody Allen like curse Jade scorpion or match pointy seven. Okay. We're good. But yeah, that that show too was defined by oboe..

Sylvia Plath Vinnie Paris Woody Allen Amy Sherman palladino Betsy Ray Louis C K Suzy New York Amazon Steph Thames David Matt winer Romanoff
