"Alfredo, this is a time where we need an organization like yours. We need warriors. I mean, we just have got to push back and fight. You announced last week a lawsuit that you have filed against the Biden administration's student loan bailout. Have you noticed there hasn't been much talk about this? 22 days away from the midterm election. Isn't that crazy? Isn't that funny? Isn't that peculiar? Wonder why the Democrats aren't bragging about the student loan bailout, Alfredo. Yeah, exactly, Mike, look, I mean, I think they're calculations on this really were wrong. I think they thought the American public, you know, pretty much across the board would be supportive of this. And look, American public is not. Small business owners, for example, three quarters of them according to our poll are not supportive of this. And so, you know, this is a real issue. And it's not only because it's a fairness issue, but Mike, if you take a step back, you know, I'm actually saying that this is a problem in this country. I mean, the amount of loans that are out there with these students and families, I mean, it's like $1.8 trillion, but real issue though is not that the loans that are out there, it's how we got there, right? These colleges and universities that have really been able to just keep on jacking up their tuition and overall cost double digits every single year is really what causes. And then, you know, frankly, a lot of times I don't think some of these families and students know what they're getting themselves into when they start signing these dotted lines. And frankly, I think there needs to be further disclosure. I think we need to have Biden and Elizabeth Warren and all those guys that love doing this stuff, bring in the college professor, excuse me, the college presidents and the university heads and really sit down and figure out how they are going to take care of this because Mike, they have $700 billion. That's with a B, $700 billion in endowment funds at these colleges and universities. Let them figure out, let them be the ones that actually figured this thing out and get these poor kids out of the debt that they are. It shouldn't be on the backs of taxpayers. So we know this is the right thing to do. And besides, you know, he pretty much, again, site is sidestepping Congress by basically ignoring the rule making process that is there to protect from tyranny in our country. All right, so let's dive into this. I think Salem's town hall dot com wins the Internet this week. Here's Matt Vespa's headline, old man munching on ice cream delivers senile remarks about the economy. Now, you can not make this up. He was munching on ice cream at a Baskin Robbins over the weekend, which only adds to the senility of this entire administration as Matt Vespa points out there isn't a photo op that could make this guy look more out of touch, as Democrats in swing districts breathe size of relief that Biden avoided them on the campaign trail, they got a brutal reminder that whatever asinine remarks barrel out of Biden's mouth are just as damaging to their slim reelection chances as a White House drop in. He literally, I mean, we have the clip, again, Derek doesn't want to play it because it's hard to hear, but Biden is licking ice cream. They ask him about the economy and Alfredo Ortiz job creators network presidency. He literally says the economy is strong as hell. The economy is strong as hell. Which countries economy do you think he's talking about Alfredo? Mike, it's horrible. I mean, I have to tell you, I mean, whoever set that that photo op. I don't know what they were thinking. About the only thing that I probably would have made that worse might if it was a big lollipop that he was actually licking that probably would have been about the only thing worse. And by the way, his mother would probably be ashamed of him because you don't talk with your mouth full. First of all, right? I mean, but seriously, I mean, I don't know what planet he's on. I mean, the fiction stories that they try to spend, that they try to just really sell to the American public. Look, American public just doesn't buy it anymore. They don't, they're not buying it. That's why almost three quarters of people are basically saying that this country is on the wrong track. And it's just not doing well. His approval ratings or disapproval ratings really are dismal and probably at some of the lowest points in his presidency. And so look, people want to change. I mean, when it's easier to buy fentanyl, you know, on streets than it is to buy baby formula at your grocery store..

"I want to say that I believe that Republicans and conservatives in general are depressed. When you look around at what's happened recently and you look at what happened with the Trump Biden election, there's no way Biden won that. And we feel like the same thing's going to happen again because the people in power like Mitch McConnell or Mitt Romney, they're all they're not making any changes that we need to see made. And they're just going on with what they have for power. And you know, I hear that a lot and I think there's a lot of wisdom in what you're saying, that the election integrity issue that has been shut down by the mainstream media, the left doesn't let us talk about it. They'll cancel people. Look at what Mike lyndell has been put through because he has the same concerns that we have. Chris, here's the problem with that. And I want you to give me a straight, a straightforward answer. Whether you realize it or not, in sort of, I don't mean you personally, by the way. But if people have given up and checked out, you've let them beat you. You've let them win. If you're not engaged right now, you're letting them be victorious. Do you realize that or do you connect those dots that way or not? Absolutely. I sat at dinner with a bunch of conservative Friends last night, and we all talked about it. We're all still going to vote. We're all going to go do what we know we need to do. But everybody there felt like we were in a position where we were just throwing away our time. That's the part that frustrates me. And again, I'm not shutting down what you're saying. And I think it's a very real reaction. I believe the reason for this hesitancy or this depression is the election integrity issue.

"Covered by the constipated news network or MSL SSD. I'm sure the morning schmo and mister schmoe and all the other schmoes on MSL SD will be attentive to this town hall, deranged North Dakota man kills teenager over political views. Joe Biden said maga Republicans were a threat to our nation. These freedom loving patriots who only want a government that works for them. Better trade deals more jobs, fewer taxes. Our clear and present danger that must be crushed. And yet we're not the ones killing people over political disputes. That would be Democrats, rights Matt Vespa, at town hall. The left used the January 6th riot to smear Trump supporters as violent insurrectionists. Still only one person was killed inside the capitol building, Ashley babbitt, whose officer involved death continues to plague with lingering questions. Those inquiries will remain, but one act of violent political violence will probably go under the radar. Due to its location. But that doesn't make a less relevant given the war cry, bellowed. By mister Biden. In mchenry, North Dakota 41 year old man allegedly ran down an 18 year old teenager over a political dispute. Killing him. He was reportedly drunk at the time of the attack, and that to make things more bizarre. The alleged perpetrator called the police on himself and admitted to killing the North Dakota teenager. He's being held on $50,000 bail since he claimed he wasn't a flight risk as if that means anything. In a potential homicide investigation. The victim reportedly called his mother before his death, asking for help. Because he was being chased down. Can you imagine this? The Grand Forks Herald reports it this way. Prosecutors alleged moments before he was killed 18 year old ellingson, called his mom to come rescue him. Because 41 year old Chen and Brant was chasing him in the city of mchenry. With a street dance had just wrapped up. By the time she could get there, her son was dead. Grant was officially charged Monday with the vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of a deadly accident. Court papers show brand called 9-1-1 at around two 30 a.m. Sunday and told the dispatcher that he just hit Ellington, claiming the teen was part of a Republican extremist group. And was calling people to come get Brant after a political argument. Ellingson's mom told police her son called her just before the crash asking if she knew Brandt, which she does. But she doesn't believe her son knew him. We are still trying to determine what exactly transpired at the time of the crash and prior to that as well, explain nigh wind. Of the police department, police say Brant was drunk when he hit and killed Ellison with his SUV. We don't have any witnesses. We're still making attempts to interview potential witnesses from the street dance. People that were present prior to the crash happening.

"Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker somewhere under the brick and steel of a nondescript building. We have once again made contact with our leader Mike. Love then. Hello America, Mark Levin here, our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811 so much to do so little time left. Casey desantis, the great First Lady of Florida. Just as brilliant just as feisty as the governor. Casey desantis, this is the Washington examiner slams democratic lieutenant governor hopeful for disgusting joke. Florida First Lady Casey desantis did not hold back. When criticizing democratic gubernatorial candidate Charlie Crist running mate for a disgusting joke at the expense of special needs children. Carla Hernandez Matz, the democratic candidate for lieutenant governor, by the way, she is a complete union hack for the teachers union. Was caught on video two three claiming that her experience as a teacher special needs children. Who are quote emotionally handicapped on quote, puts in a good position quote to deal with the dysfunctional legislature. That's pretty nasty. In case you desantis shot back. As a mom, I'm disgusted and sickened by the callous insensitive and ignorant comments by someone who claims to be an advocate for children. Carla, saying that children with unique abilities are dysfunctional, and equating them to your political opponents is beyond a new low. As First Lady, I will make it my mission to let all parents across this state know of the hate in your heart. Shame on you, just shame on you. That's the truth. The Democrats they pretend to care about people, but they don't. Babies in the womb, your grocery bills, your gasoline bills, brownouts, they don't give a crap. They just don't. And I mentioned earlier in New York. You've got this horrific attorney general. Latisha James. Her friends call her tisha. Her enemies, I won't get into that. Our friend, Matt Vespa, is New York's anti Trump attorney general in the verge of collapse. Good lord, that would be wonderful. That would be a coup if this were to happen, come election day. No, I'm not talking about a literal coup. Just a nice upset win against an anti Trump zealot. Still a Republican winning statewide and deep blue New York for an office they usually doesn't get much attention. Certainly by the media, would be a nice scalp for the party this election cycle. Attorney general letitia James seemed poised to become a serious gubernatorial candidate in the wake of the groping fiasco

"I proudly voted for my daughter. I hope you will, too. I'm Liz Cheney, and I approved this message. You know, there's a couple of things to jump out from that 60 seconds. First of all, Biden won big. Wrong. Liz Cheney is fulfilling her oath to the constitution. What about her constitutional obligation to respect? The will of the people. Does that matter at all? Mister vice president? And as media writes, the blue check mark crowd in Twitter, people from all political backgrounds, unleashed a torrent of criticism against him. His infamous 2006 hunting accident where he shot a guy in the face was prominent in the minds of many, one blue checkmark said, fun fact, Dick Cheney is also a liar. He's a murderer who killed hundreds of thousands of people for oil and defense contracts F him F his wretched daughter and F Trump they can all rot in hell. Dan Caldwell tweeted Dick Cheney as VP was the chief advocate of the disastrous war in Iraq that killed up to a million people. He should have no standing to accuse anyone of being a threat to our republic. Dick Cheney looks ready to shoot Trump in the face with a mother load of birdshot. The thing I thought about when I saw the video was the hit TV series Yellowstone. It's like Yellowstone season 5. Starring Dick Cheney. But anyway, here's the bottom line. He confirms and this is the most important thing and I want to turn it over to you. He confirms the most important point that Liz Cheney isn't caring about her constituents is in caring about the public is in caring about the constitution. She cares only about preventing Trump from getting back into the Oval Office. Riddle me this Batman, how does he do that? Without the American people. How does he pull that off without millions and millions and millions of Americans? Of course, he doesn't because this is the United States. And so as I've said to you for years, they don't hate Trump, they hate us. They don't have disdain for one man as much as they have disdain for Americans who want an American first America first agenda. And I don't know if that ad is going to help. I kind of doubt it. Matt Vespa over a town hall writes, hey, Liz, your daddy isn't going to be able to save you. Nice try, bringing out your dad, to record what I think is a tragic spot. Matt Vespa writes. "Be back on with you. Senator cornyn has been appointed by leader McConnell as the sort of Republican who will negotiate with Democrats over what, if anything to do in the aftermath of uvalde and buffalo, will you be participating in those talks directly or indirectly and what's your initial thought on that process? I will monitor what center corn in and others are doing of course it's hard to evaluate it before the fact and you've all been in particular we are still gathering the fact exactly what happened and I think it's important that we have those facts before we try to devise solutions. To situations that may or may not have occurred, so for instance, obviously, we thought that early last week that there was a school resource officer present and that the police went in and immediately disarmed the shooter. We now know that not to be the case. So we need to get all the facts first before we make a decision about how to address this latest mass murder. I will say that I don't think any of these terrible atrocities have a single or a simple cause behind them and therefore I think any call or single or simple solution will probably fail. And it requires a careful and layered approach that addresses not just school safety, but also the willingness of teachers and coaches and parents and others to identify troubled young boys because these shooters are always young boys and they're almost always troubled young boys. Early to try to help identify who may be at risk of having this kind of mental break and getting them the help they need in advance. We also work on school safety in terms of ingress and egress points or the presence of school resource officers, but again, I don't think a single solution is going to work. I don't think there's a single cause for these mass murders. Senator at a caller earlier who I agreed with because of course it was the position I hold, which is I do not understand why they are not armed police on school grounds when schoolchildren, especially defenseless schoolchildren at the age of primary grades. Our present. And the resource officer in Texas wasn't there, resource officers and misnomer. I used armed police and in the four occasions where they have been there that Matt Vespa is written up. They effectively stop would be killers in parking lots because they were good in responded well. It's expensive though. I mean, there are a 131,000 K through 12 public and private schools, and it's expensive to put officers there. I've had officers call the show and say we don't want rookies and you don't want retirees. You want officers, about 5 years into their tenure to do two years on campuses. What do you think of that general observation that generally you stop monsters with guns by armed police who are trained? Well, I think that's generally correct. In general, the more police the less crime that's true at schools as well, as I said, we need to figure out exactly what happened at elementary school and Yuval, the police officer. And why he wasn't president and why he wasn't able to neutralize that shooter from the very beginning. But in general, any place is going to be safer if it has lease presence. And I think you're right too about the police that you wanted a school. You want it to be not someone who's on a first gig or not someone who's counting down the days until retirement when someone who's seasoned and experienced and has sound judgment. But again, we need to get to the facts about what happened and ivaldi and it's something that we can incorporate into training lessons and plans, but again, as you saw there, training is only plans and procedures only as good as the people who are implementing them and people make mistakes..

"If they had gone in immediately. I have a question, a reporter's question. The school district had its own police department. The incident commander was the chief of the 6 person police department. Someone needs to go back and find out, and maybe you know, why did they have their own police department? Because if that's not an invitation to Barney fife, I don't know what is. The idea that he was the incident commander is appalling to me and as a parent or a family member of a victim. I would be so outraged and I would go back and find out why did a school district establish a separate police force. That is crazy because it is an excellent question. And no, it's an excellent question. We should have an answer to that. But I think the fact that they did make these nods towards school security indicates that what you're saying about two person police presence at every school is what you're trying to say is this time we need to do it right. Yes. That's what I'm saying. It can be done right. Because doing it, it failed and evolving. Matt Vespa, by the way, had an article last week in town hall about the four occasions in 2018 and 2021, three 2018, one in 2021, where police officers stopped would be mass murderers in parking lots or at doors. So it has worked. Yeah. Yeah, and as far as buffalo is concerned, I do agree with you to some extent. I mean, you have a guy who's writing a manifesto, which says what he's going to do. And I don't know if you've read it. I have. It discusses in inordinate length. The relative images of this helmet versus that helmet of this vest versus that vest, and he makes several points where he's got to do this because he's hiding it from his parents. Who I don't think had we had any reason to know what was going on. But this kind of is posting this stuff in a very obscure part of the Internet. I'm not sure how we address that. The key interesting fact here at my conservatives at Mark Zuckerberg dinner, I asked Mark if there was the potential with artificial intelligence to identify Columbine killers. And he said, no, there's not. So it's not on the table. But if there was, would we even want them to use it, Byron? No, I think we feel very uncomfortable. Yes. Exactly. With that level of surveillance. On the other hand, this is not the first shooting that we've had in which we go back and we find a guy who has been posting. That say, I'm going to kill somebody. Yeah, the monsters of the Fortnite both did that. Both of them. To see that and you think, isn't there some way to pick that up? But usually it's done by what they call human intelligence. Somebody hears him, he says something to somebody, and they report it to police. That's the old fashioned way of finding out if somebody is kind of a ticking time bomb. But it makes it very, very because he went to some links to conceal what he was doing. And it makes it very difficult. There are some of these measures. That I don't have a particular problem with based on what you read the passage you read from Heller, which is the age of 21 thing I don't have a problem with, although there has been a case in the fourth circuit, hasn't there. I'm not familiar with it. Well, I think I was kind of struck by it. It basically struck down a 21 an age of 21 requirement. So I don't know where that would go legally, but I don't have any problem with that. Certainly, red flag laws, if they include enough due process, but if they include due process, there will be slow. So there are some things that can be done, but all of this stuff is just around the edges. Yeah, the problem is the monster, right? Where do they come from? How do you find them? How do you stop them before they kill? And how do you ever know that you successfully stopped a monster from killing you can't? But Byron, New York, you'll be on the case. I'll be reading everything you write about it and your morning newsletter and on Fox. I'll be watching follow him on Twitter at Byron York come right back more on the yuhua show ahead. "Armed police at schools. And I repeat there are a 131,000 schools K through 12 public and private in the United States. You're talking about an outlay of about 45 billion annually to put two heavily armed, very well trained policemen at each school in America, which isn't a bad idea in any of it, even if you don't think your town is ever going to be targeted. I think they deter a lot of bad behavior, but they're there to primarily prevent this. We've had four major shootings that resulted in double digit death Newton, newtown, sandy hook. I should say sandy hook can move all day or the elementary school park on and Columbine in the high school, but there have been other shootings Oscar of Florida was limited to one student being injured because of the school Russo officer taking down a killer. Dixon high school in Illinois in 2018, a police officer confronted a gunman before anyone was harmed. Another would be shooter in 2018 in Maryland with stopped by a school resource officer. In 2021, a school resource officer stopped the shooting at hinckley high school in the parking lot in 2013 in arapaho high school in Centennial, Colorado. Kari pierson tried to commit a mass casualty, it lasted 80 seconds before a school resource officer confronted tragically there was one student killed there. This is a Matt Vespa article in town hall. Here's a three word policy that's been effective in stopping school shootings. And to me, this is obvious that the first thing. Now, I believe in red leprechauns. I believe they can be constitutionally drafted. They wouldn't have caught this individual. He was the night manager at Wendy's. He's a monster, but it's hard to distinguish monsters sometimes until they are actually violent. Long profile of him in The Wall Street Journal, the gunman came from a broken family unsettled classmates and coworkers with aggressive behavior and disturbing social media posts. He gave me such an odd vibe, a 17 year old junior who attended his high school. He seemed scary. Well, you can say that about a lot of high school students and you wouldn't want a red flag order out against them. But he was, it was violent he would harm himself. His TikTok videos show him punching a wall and saying he'd take out anyone who messed with him. In another video you see it in a passenger seat holding a bag with what appears to be a dead cat in it. I mean, it's all pretty obviously when you look back and he had an exchange on Facebook with a girl. It's a, it's an alarming set of circumstances. It's an alarming response. I'm not interested in all the leftists that I can play them for you. If you don't, we don't people are already lying up to call. Very predictable call and response from the left wing about we don't need more guns at school. That's the one that I just the only thing that works or guns.

"My pillow dot com promo code my G. The Mike Gallagher show. We had an incredible administration with tax cuts and regulation cuts and rebuilding the military and warp speed and I think one of the things that I would do differently is I found the media is so corrupt that I would really not focus on them almost at all I just focused on getting the job done for the American people. In the relief factor dot com studios, here's Mike. It's done. It's official and if you're not paying attention, if you're not a big Twitter person and I admit I'm not. But I love the story. As Matt Vespa at town hall put it, the libs have been literally owned. It had to happen. Had to be done, we did a Flank march, he says, talking about our side of the political aisle and outmaneuvered the left, who for years enjoyed censoring and banning conservatives with impunity. We all knew these Silicon Valley types were left wing and biased. It entered a new and disturbing phase during the 2016 and 2020 campaigns. Twitter literally censored the New York Post from reporting on the Hunter Biden laptop. Twitter literally intervened to help Joe Biden win the election. And of course, as we know, Twitter literally banned the 45th president of the United States. And perhaps that was. The crushing or that was the straw that broke the camel's back. That was perhaps the bridge too far. That was maybe the moment when Elon Musk said this guy, this is crazy. This is crazy. We can not let he's saying, let's not let this stand..

"The seventh or eighth century. And this is the Democrats plan for the future. Let's put up some windmills when the wind doesn't blow. Just turn off the television, darling, please, no window today. There's no wind. Please turn off the television quickly. There's no ingest turned up the president Trump knew, you know, Steady energy is is life. Um, hospitals, transportation. All this good stuff. Here is an amazing story from the Democrats. Deadline is Afghanistan yesterday is the timestamp. Today, the United States announced nearly $64 million in additional humanitarian assistance toward the people of Afghanistan. No, it's going to the Taliban, which is a terrorist organization that played host to Al Qaeda and continues to play host to Al Qaeda and Isis and myriad other radical Islamic jihadi death cults. The funding from the U. S Agency for International Development USA I, D through the State Department and the U. S Department of State will flow through independent organizations such as U. N agencies and non governmental organizations. This is their press release right Or is it a news article? What's the difference and provide life saving support directly to Afghans facing compounding effects of insecurity conflict? I love insecurity, conflict, recurring natural disasters and the covid 19 pandemic. So wait a minute. The Taliban is in control of Afghanistan and we The American taxpayers are ponying up $64 million, thanks to the generosity and the largesse of America and the Biden administration. Now how many Americans are still and our allies are still trapped behind enemy lines. How many are being murdered? How many are being hanged? How many are being shot? How many are being tortured? I was talking about it. Yesterday, The fingernails pulled out of the Guy, the dead body. They pulled his fingernails out, and then they shot and killed him. That's old school and the now that Biden administration is giving him $64 million, But we don't have all our people out. So the good people at town Hall raised the question. Uh, U H comma. Did we just send a ransom payment to the Taliban as town Hall? The Washington Post The New York Times are not going to do that. Matt Vespa, an actual reporter writing the story Americans are still trapped in Afghanistan. Joe Biden left them there. He had to go on August 31st. We had to be out because the Taliban said so. President dementia and his clown car of diplomats opted not to make the terrorists. Uh the terrorist made and and cave to the demand say that just came to the demands of the Taliban, which is what they did. We all know not every American was going to get out by August. 31st. Everyone knew days before the end of August. Even representative Adam shiftless, Democrat, California, a Russian collusion hoax peddler. And noted for and noted liar. Uh, even admitted that this deadline was simply not going to work with regard to evacuation. And now, of course, we're sending them tens of millions of our taxpayer dollars the Taliban and we don't have our people out. All right. The Washington Post is very excited. They announced yesterday with a picture of Tony Blinken secretary of State Antony Blinken. Said Monday. A new pledge of $64 million in U. S assistance to Afghanistan would circumvent the Taliban and go directly to non governmental organizations and U. N agencies. They'll skim their piece of it, too. It's the U. N They steal almost everything and their kids by cars and, you know, fly their cars around on planes and stuff. Um, And this is their new plan that there were going to send them tens of millions of dollars. The Taliban. Oh, but it's not going to go to them. They're lying to you again. They're lying to you about everything. And it was Trump's plan. Trump's plan was to get out May 1st and by May 2nd you had blown off and blown right by Trump's plan. This was not Trump's plan. Trump's plan was not to bring the military out first, and then say now, what do we do? Morons. When's the last time you looked at your credit card statement checked out the interest rate and the little box there. It's a startling number that's like 19 seventies stuff Crazy. What are you doing? Paying that kind of interest rate?.
