"Has to do with sex and how much of it has to do with what you were talking about as a masking agent or actually being involved in performance enhancing even though these drugs by themselves aren't performance enhancing well. Here's the thing they're all part of. <hes> this wide ranging thirty plus billion dollar a year unregulated supplement industry and you just never know what you're going to get in them. Imp- pills are a problem. Do you think it's because of that shame. You're talking about that. A young guy doesn't want to go into the doctor or do you think it has anything to do with the performance performance enhancing masking stuff <hes> look these things because of what they're loaded with could theoretically be used as like workout enhancers i mean and it's it's essentially going to be speed but then again the idea of them actually performing the function that they're supposed to. I don't think anybody he wants to work out <hes> and and show off their stuff while they're working out so it doesn't seem to make sense that it would be a performance answer on. I'm feeling i think that the the likelihood is that <hes> it is for the bedroom and that they're just embarrassed to go and get regular pills. They just want to who <hes> be more virile young men than they <hes> than they already are. What's the grossest thing jeff passan his ever purchased at a gas station. We were talking about whether you would do. The pickled pickled pigs feet whether it's been sitting there for. That's been there for a month yeah. Can i be honest. I i actually i love gas station roller food i do yes we come back. Is it my my my go-to. Do there is the buffalo chicken roller and i don't know i don't know how long it's been there. I don't think it's actually made of chicken but it's delicious so i don't keira stretching down enforceable matt's jeff. You'll agree that a week on the roller just gives that little little crunchy on the outside that helps it an entire week on the power. You guys building out the a. rod bathroom of your immagination. "Ginette your next Cup. Good afternoon guys. Deals with all of this nonsense. Which is exactly what it is. Nobody should be hung before they've been proven guilty. I, you know, we do have a presumption of innocence in this country. I don't think anybody should resign. I do think there should be a couple of investigations, which is exactly what impeachment proceeding is a good point Ginette. Because remember they said, let's just take two weeks to investigate cavenaugh. Well, can't we do that with Fairfax? We'll take a little time here. My point is we need to have an investigation proceeding for the Lieutenant governor and for the governor, but not for some thirty year old yearbook pictures that obviously didn't have adequate adult supervision as far as you went when they got put together. The governor needs to be investigated because he's supporting in Vance side. Thanks, john. Appreciate that. I I don't know that you can investigate somebody's supportive abortion. Can you Jeff? I think you investigated at the polls, right? I mean, we we we're we're at a point in this country where what he's talking about sadly is legal and the manner in which he and delegate the TRAN we're looking to expand. It is what pain so many of us who are concerned with with the innocent lives. You take a look at what happened up in New York with the governor up there Cuomo who was celebrating essentially making abortion legal seconds before the baby was born, and it, and it sure seems that that's that's Ralph north you the world as well. But no, I mean, it's it's not something that would seem to fall into any sort of impeachment investigation process. Let's matter of voting people like that. You're never not electing them in the first place while we're on that subject. Just real quick. I I'm throwing this at you and feel free to to say say wait till Monday. What did you think of chief Justice Rogers A Roberts yesterday siding with the liberals on the the abortion? A ruling did you happen to read out down Louisiana? I've always been I've seen bits and pieces of it. And I I must confess I haven't read all the way through I have seen a couple of folks that I would identify as sort of big on our side of the aisle. Wait a minute before you condemn just, you know, chief Justice Roberts, take a look at the reasons that he does what he does and this. So I guess I reserve judgment until I take a look at it. But sadly wouldn't be overly surprised if I thought it the way with him. Yeah. Exactly. I I saw and I know that it's not a one for one as far as abortion goes. It's more protections and things like that. But yeah, I did see that. And it just makes your head turn a little bit. Because now it's the third time that he to come down on the wrong side. That's right. All right back to the phones. Matt and prince George your next up on NewsRadio. RV would Jeff Katz? Good afternoon. A hearing yesterday. With the the the new AG? He's only going to be there for a little bit. Anyways. I think the entire region at the house dams played that game was to take away take away the media from Fairfax. That seem tire reason why they did back. Are you talking about? Are you talking about Whittaker? Yeah. That's the reason why they had that area. Hearing was useless. Right. I mean, the fact that they subpoenaed him after he agreed to come in and testify. I mean, he gave his his answers on executive privilege. There was no different answer that Eric Holder ever gave. In fact, he was more lenient. They would Eric Holder gate when it when it came down to executive privilege they actually withheld paperwork, which we have an Obama. That thing was that was the takeaway the media off of Virginia, and you can tell by the way the house dams. They won't even talk about it. They'll say we knew we didn't read it in the paper. We don't know what's going on. They know. Well, the governor's about go ahead. Go ahead. Sorry. Matt. Jeff. I was I was gonna say and how how beautiful was it. When. Mr. Whittaker looked at congressman Nadler and said, I think you're five minutes are up, aren't they?.

"J. Pro Gargano triple threat about about right yeah. There was a promo at one of the show is prior to it wasn't the one that they they shot that day. There's one that was like on an episode of so many weeks prior where they agyei pro just took the whole ooh feud he starts off very calm and then he builds and then he see for starts talking about like Gargano and then he flipped it and gets on 'em dog and then basically wraps it all up basically saying saying Mike you both would be nothing without me but he doesn't more than a stereotypical wrestler would the thing that I love about J. Pro is I do not think he cuts a bad promo. He's just so good and then on the other side with 'em dog the most approachable wrestler I've ever met and one do that. You could have an easy conversation with there's many times. I've walked up to his gimmick table. Maybe just to say hi wind up having like a five minute conversation like right. That's what I love about him. So picking between them is so so hard and it's really funny that you bring up <hes> Mabaso potable because <hes> the first replicated Katie went to Q. years ago three of account number <hes> we ran into him and I was like hey we do this thing you know you WanNa do it and he was like <hes> maybe later like it was super hectic and I was like Oh yeah we'll know right now. He's like he's like maybe later <hes> try to catch me at this time and then we actually ended up staying there for a few minutes and having a conversation about something random. I think something had just happened off in the distance we both Mike had that weird moment where we saw it and just like talked about briefly and then later I think the next day <hes> we were walking from our our car to the the elevator apart garage and Lo and behold he's in the elevator. We have a quick conversation. Go separate ways and like when we first started a podcast I probably would really bombed that he didn't do the interview but I was like just stove that and I got to have like these two moments where the guy that I just really appreciated growing up and like six to him. Josh Really <hes> I. I always say <hes> whenever I'm asked like of course I grew up over at the attitude era where I have a hurry boys. You know like Matt Jeff like we're probably the the top reason I did a lot of dumb stuff that I did and then I saw matt. Josh and I was just like I can I do because I know I can do some capacity as Nick Mondo and that's where I found my knife wrestling which is probably something Nick Mondo would never WanNa hear you know after hearing all the interviews and on over the past few years but a man Josh were the ones that made me realize like I might not be the biggest and I might not be the strongest for the fastest but this is like I have a heart to do this but no pun intended but I have the passion to do this so I can do it to some so you know to some level. I can do this so without be finding that Cross Josh Prohibition. I probably don't try as hard to do any of it so I almost got you know a lot of gratitude. which part do you enjoy more from like? Basically your career. You have three parts. You have wrestler. You have podcast her and then you have you know promoter <hes> man. It's it's so hard. I guess I've never really thought about it. <hes> thinking like putting thought into it. It's really hard. I don't and I know it's super cheesy but I don't know if I could like pick one that I enjoy the most <hes> there's parts from each that I that I enjoy <hes> podcasting and promoting overlap and similarities like <hes> reaching out to people for either an episode or a booking kind the same <hes> with with wrestling <hes>. There's just if you've done it then you know the rush that you get and it's like you can't compare it to anything like the injuries. He's the like the jitters mirrors <hes> if you if you blow something in the rain if you blow a spot like just the overall feeling that you have when it's done if you have a good match why you can't compare that to anything it's it's just incomparable <hes> prime example like my match with Bret from February after that match. I knew that I was fucked up. I knew that I had a concussion and I I didn't know it was but I knew I had a concussion just based on how I felt <hes> but I didn't care because I knew that despite the poor choices that I made for myself we told the story that we needed to tell and it's still one like and this doesn't mean just like two miles because I'm not I'm really not that type of person but that's still one of our most talked-about matches granted. It's probably not for the reasons that I want but it's still one of our most talk about matches wrestling <hes> I didn't I haven't wrestled as much as I've podcast that are really promoted <hes> but I feel like if I really had to nail down one <hes> podcasting was great and it was a Lotta Fun but I really enjoy the promoting side because like I'm not I'm not really one for like team environments but it's really cool when like me and Koo everybody sit down and like really like like put together a car or a show relies lay out a storyline that we want to see progress over a certain period of time <hes> it's just it's so fulfilling to watch everything play out over shows. It was like <hes> what's a good example. Let's see okay for example like Kurt Valium. When when we decided Kurt stand stallion was going to be our guy the first show the crowd was like kind of iffy on but they got behind him because they knew that he was the guy that we were going with but we could feel them wanting to him so when we finally turned him that crowd lost their shit and that's what they wanted to do the whole time? That was really rewarding <hes> O._J.. That was what would he took the ball with it and that crowd loved him. It was incredible. CLAVELL LOVES MARCO WITH DAN. <hes> just knowing that like you can give them what they want. It's it's the best feeling in the world like I always say that we have the most trusted crowd and that's because like when Kurt was our champion and they cheered him even though they really wanted to boo him like they understood where we were going and they understood that we had to get to a certain point for them to get what they wanted and they they were fully down. I'm for that ride and I can't tell you how much that means to me <hes> that they just trust us that much to to know that they're eventually they're going to get what they want <hes> but I think if I had to pick one wrestling's in a lot of fun and it was the ultimate goal for awhile. I never thought I'd be a podcast promoter podcast English. The Britney in Wilkes has been incredible but really just promoting something. I never saw myself doing. I never thought it was like with it. Reach <hes> so I think it had to go with promoting promoting. It hurts less. It's a super rewarding like it's really crazy. The fact that you know southern underground pro is just that special. I don't know what it is like. I think I was more. We're gravitated towards it because of volume before like we had our issues like I still like. I listened to kick out a two in all that stuff so there's like names that I heard of and then there was just like all right. We're GONNA WE'RE GONNA do this organization in Nashville and it was like okay. We'll we'll see how this goes in them. Seem like people from up here. Get opportunities down there and just getting <hes> a mixture of like all right. We're GONNA WE'RE GONNA get people from all these different places that are like not like too crazy crazy dot too far away and we're going to put on a show together and we're we're just going to do it in this bar in Nashville and if people like if they like it they don't whatever and I feel like it's just been a concept progression of just getting bigger and bigger and better and better in you know if it wasn't for southern aground pro I would know who the Fuck Marco stunt was and all the other things that have come with that aspect of it and it's just crazy that like of every promotion that is on power bomb Tom like that's my number one go to like. I love my hair. W but let's be honest. I've only missed a handful of show since I started attending shows towards the end of two thousand eleven so I've seen the shows the only things that I wanna see from W.. On those Oh shows is actually the pre show promos that I never get to see because obviously it's on the disk every chance to buy the D._V._d.. Or the digital copy so this is Megan Okay Lemme watch these promos and that means seems like I said just southern underground prog okay cool in even the fact to I've known spoilers because let's face it when the Internet takes about a week and a half two weeks for the shows to come out so I know a lot of spoilers but but I'm still tuning and going okay. Let me see what happens and I think there's a lot of friends that I've had up here where they've taken notice to southern Oregon <unk> friend of mine has a podcast called not ready for primetime wrestling in they did a commentary podcast lot to partner or they did commentary for one of the shows and it's mainly because like Migo and hey son count pro is awesome. Everybody needs to check it out in the one guy one co host was just like all right. I'M GONNA I'm GonNa give them a shot and he loves you guys do he wants to come down with me but <hes> something about his new job is going to have him working that Sunday night and he's like the one ago but I can't and I don't. I don't know how many promotions is out. There are just the level you have to be for people to really want to travel to your promotion like I think that's that speaks volumes. Obviously I know I'm not the only podcast that feels like that. <hes> you know I've got five stars. You Know Jeremy. He's his talks about. He wants to come down. I think struggles he wants to come down to. It's there's something special going on in Nashville in <hes>. I never figured I would ever say I want to go on down to Nashville for fun because growing up I never saw natural sounded that fund. I mean to be perfectly honest like even living here for most of my life not being originally from here by living here most of my life like it's really weird to me when people want to become the national for anything <hes> but it's really cool that we've given people a reason to want to come to Nashville <hes> I will say to its credit national incredibly rapidly growing the city <hes> but it's still so weird to be when people just want to come here and like I really can't you Ryan Jeremy Enough or you know everything you've done her. You know spreading the word like the author. Eating is fairly regularly and I feel like every time I talked to you. Each of you. Tell me that you've got somebody else knew turn onto southern underground pro and like the little known fact <hes> if I find out that somebody does a podcast whether like a review or commentary or an interview do something sup related. I I know about it. I'll listen to it so I'm going to have when we get done I mean have you text me that podcast. You're talking about so I can check it out. I'm I'm curious to see how other people feel about it because like it's not necessarily a vanity thing but like if we can improve that I wanNA know how you can improve you know and I. I don't know if that's something that everybody does <hes> but I find it very important and I I just never want to get stale or stagnant yeah but no like for real idea listen like if I find out that somebody <hes> does a podcast related to sub I try to listen to it <hes> just because I I do find it crazy that people actually care <hes> <hes> because we we kinda started off like a joke and then it just it very rapidly became like a real thing so when people when people do talk about what's up very interested to see if they like it or hate it because you know regardless like we're gonNA keep doing it but it's if we can improve I want to I think that's I. I don't know how you feel from like obviously promoters motorist point of view because I'm not a fucking promoter but like from podcast point of view when grant that's necessary people talk about my podcast but I always want to get that feedback like people don't have to be like Oh my God. I love it scraping best thing ever like no. Tell me what you don't like. I don't care if it's like. I think they go too long are Oh. I don't like this unless you you say well. I don't like you then. I don't care like tell me what I can work on because I think that's something from a you know a content creators point have you I wanna get better and there's a lot of people would be like well. You know you might call qualities grade in this in this tournament thank you. I love that that makes me feel good when I feel like shit but like some days I just feel like it shitty. I WANNA get better like in that. That just annoys me that I mean that makes perfect sense in like you being around wrestling as much as you are now. You may have heard this <hes> but you know when you're a wrestler..

"Is way too left for them. Info wars. Oh, come on. That's for losers. They got their own thing going on. I know ham radio says, something whatever it is. If it's if it's deranged lunatic who hates Democrats than what will that mean? Obviously, the the the media will will go crazy trying to prove that it was someone who was inspired by Trump's rhetoric. But how do you draw a line between? I've already asked you guys. What is it the things he said at a rally? Oh, we, you know, we get the update because I had the this guy McGraw quick draw. Mcgraw the guy who did the punching. Okay. Because it was who was it. Matt Jeff who said that the the black guy got arrested, even though quick draw. Mcgraw was the guy who punched him in the end. I don't know what happened that day. He got thrown out of the the rally because he was a protester. And then on his way out they were taking him out. And the guy punched him anyway, quick drama gras did not get off easy. He was convicted. And he did not go to jail, but he had probation for assault. He. Stood in court and apologized to the man that he punched and so and they've man accepted his apology. So in any case, it was not the protester. He is called the victim. If you look up McGraw demand from the protesting punch, the punching protester from North Carolina. He did have to go to court. He was charged with assault. And he was convicted of a few counts. I don't know. Whether it was what violence, I don't know the exact charges, but he was put on probation for a year, and he stood in court, and he apologized to the man. Okay. So that's how it all came out. The the protester bore. The victim was not the one who surrendered at eight three three eight five two four eight six six. Let's take Joe and LBJ Georgia. Tom great show, Tom. I I don't think we all I think we ought to condemn violence on both sides. If Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer came to my hometown of LBJ, I would be extremely nice to him. I don't agree with anything. They stand for. I'm very conservative. They're very liberal. But that doesn't mean I can't be nice to and be civil. I went to Washington to see Purdue doing crews, and I met Manson she was real nice to me, and I was nice to her. And the foreman says that guy with the flip flops is not coming in here. And the mayor said always with me and the foreman said I don't give an f who he's with. He's not coming in here. Neither one of them got in that happened to Nancy to. Who the hell goes out? I mean, what are they going to a pool relaxing, relax, flip out to a party called flops? "For when they get near the goal line. Keep him in the lineup, and then Lindsey versus hell, look, I personally, I know it's a tough match-up against the Jaguars. But I can't take tyreek hill out of my lineup. Not for Philip Lindsey. I might be wrong, Tom. But I personally, I'm never benching Tariq hill even against the Jaguars even against Jalen Ramsey. Good luck. Tom. Tom drops off that leaves a line open for you at three one two three three two three seven seven six. That's how Matt's in Saint Louis got in. He's got a Mark Ingram question. What's up, Matt? Jeff. I mean a little help with my position. All right. I've got marking grumpy mentioned is almost a must play that. I've got a good options. I've got Chris Thompson the receiving? Redskins, and I've got alshon Jeffery. I'm a little worried about how strong Jeffries matchup against Filadelfia. So I've kind of very what do you think the eagles, of course, taking on the Vikings? And that is a tough that is well coming into the season that was thought of as a tough defense, but they've obviously had their fair share of issues without Everson Griffen. Their pass rush isn't nearly as. It's just not the same. I would say I personally, I'm playing Sean Jeffrey I like Mark Ingram. But in the PR format, I generally if he's not an elite pass catching back. I look I tend to lean towards the receivers especially a guy who is really the number one option for Carson Wentz. And Philadelphia I understand a bit of the reluctance, but I don't wanna put Mark Ingram in this first week when L Sean Jefferies there for me and available. Good luck mats are right again met Trump's off that leads the line open for you at three one two three three two three seven seven six fantasy football frenzy with you every Sunday morning. This is crawling biting and stinging sensations and the emergence of strange blue black or red fibers from the skin characterize disease that nearly fourteen thousand people suffer from according to the more gallons research foundation. So now, you know. You have all these diseases that involve discoloration of stuff, which is concerns me say. Yeah, I know. One more eight maybe one more each. Well, then we'll do a tie-break. Okay. Sounds good. All right here, we go. Jeff Pika it spelled P. I C a Pika. Disease. Okay. I'm told it's pica. This is a disease. Yes, the magpie pica will eat anything. Oh, although almost always pregnant women our children suffers develop an appetite for non nutritious substances. However, like paint, clay, plaster or dirt. It is. I heard her check. I'm checking now I was like is it pica Steph? Or at any age. Well, because I, you know, children do this all the time, they'll eat everything. So when Declan was younger, and he would eat like wood chips on the playground and dirt I was like, googling it. But there are this is a disorder had hike. Well, but like people will eat paint chips. They'll eat Declan would chew on the edge of my dressers bite down on them. Yeah. So that's that's the only reason. I know. That's the only reason I know it's pica we'll go Jeff. Jeff is ahead. "Wash sometimes here is people think about voting systems being hacked essentially changing tallies which is not something that doesn't necessarily happen or isn't necessarily concern but this is a whole different thing right we're talking about social hacking in a way know getting data on users and voters in the us and then at least in this case jeff i imagine using some of that data to to sway votes or to just stir up chaos right well now this is one of the things one of the messages that i've had to try to get across because i get caught just from the general public as well and i feel that lots of calls as the election season began from national media who were kind of doing their what are we doing for cyber security stories but the question that i often get is we hear that you're that the voting systems in illinois are vulnerable or the voting system was hacked by the russians and i always find myself explaining listen we had a data breach that was our voter registration database that separate from what you do when you go into your polling place on election day when we talk about cyber security we are talking mainly about the the voter registration and things there's plenty of chaos that can be caused if you if you know you breach of ota registration database and change names or remove names that would result in voter showing up the polling places and your election judges not having registered voters in their poll books and that's gonna cause longlines it's gonna make people aggravated and it's going to erode confidence in our election system so you know we are very vigilant about that and we've taken we've made that our priority since twenty sixteen cybersecurity has been our number one priority but it's important that people know that when we talk about russian hacking cybersecurity were not necessarily talking about them going to your polling place stealing votes throwing elections not that couldn't happen so yeah that makes sense and jeff you talk about this a little bit in the book as well this just this idea of essentially reducing confidence in the democratic process right jeff that's right and you know it doesn't take much in what matt when it out there this confusion at the polls the long lines people getting frustrated and and deciding not devote when awake it could be used to suppress vote and there were concerns that that was happening and i out line this in my book to on election day or in the in the days leading up to election day that they were efforts made by these russian operatives to suppress the vote in certain areas and so there were concerns about that but it only takes one little glitch in the system to cause this this uncertainty about the going to the polls or the results at the polls and that's why the the system as i examined in my book is just it's so sensitive and in fact there were people in the obama administration who were concerned once they realize what was going on that all it would take was some patriotic russian hacker on youtube claiming to have altered a vote online for that the system to be thrown into to to to some sort of chaos and so they were actually concerned about that potentially happening on election day because it doesn't take much for the system to be affected matt jeff was just talking about teeny tiny glitches and i assume that right now you are headed into twenty eighteen midterms in the in the heat of an intense tiny glitch hunt right can you can you talk about that what what is eleanor doing specifically to try to shore up systems we are in the midst of we got thirteen point one million dollars from the federal government in for election assistance funding and we we are required by our state legislature in our budget to spend at least half of that on creating what we're calling a cyber navigator program which is a program of tech workers who will go to our individual election authorities and in illinois we have one hundred eight and make sure that they are using best cyber practices were also making an effort now to get every all the one hundred eight election of thirties illinois onto a secure system secure network so that they're not on any any hackel internet connection and you know in the real challenge for this is if if if say let's we're talking about russians and we that that's what it was dha said that russians were behind the the data breach.
