I just think that they they're everything you want in your locker room in The Rain at the airport wherever you are. They're the kind of guys you want to build around. Doesn't mean that they're going to be hitting fourth in the lineup Conrad. It simply means that the more guys the character and integrity of Lance storm and William regal, the better. How can we dissect that, look at any differently? I don't think that we can. Let's talk a little bit about the next match because we got two really talented performers. It's Matt Hardy and Billy Kidman. And unfortunately, the crowd is not as with it and start to start, but they get with it with some of the hot moves, like a shooting star press, and a pescado, and they're getting into it, and they're even doing dueling chants in French. Text 9 and a half minutes for Matt Hardy to win the Cruiserweight title from Billy Kidman. He had the assist from Shannon Moore who's going to distract Kidman and the twist of fate off the ropes gets it done. Three stars, we know Matt Hardy is still rocking and rolling, but we don't spend much time talking about Billy Kidman. Really talented performer, but I don't know that he ever really hit his full stride here in WWE fair to say. Yeah, I think so. I think that's fair. Millie was a hell of an accomplished restaurant. Billy kip up with a lot of the nuanced moves that were coming into fashion, shall we say? Really athletic. As I jokingly referred to him as the world's greatest overachiever because of one time he was married at Torrey Wilson. But I couldn't really families watching today. I'm only kidding. He's Elvis guy. But he did pretty well in that first marriage department. If there was his first marriage. And if that is, his real name, I don't think it is. But anyway, all good. Let's talk a little bit about the next match. It's undertaker and big show undertaker wins with a triangle choke in 14 minutes and 8 seconds. Meltzer would say undertaker bladed after three headbutts by show early, show blew up fast and undertaker had to totally carry this. He mostly sold after a big comeback ending with the undertaker having show Tapping from a dragon sleeper. Heyman was distracting the ref. So he missed it. A train hits the ring for the save and undertaker does a running dive over the top onto both show and train and the finish would show a show a sloppy choke slam. And when he goes for the cover, undertaker uses the triangle and the crowd live really didn't understand the move. A train lays out undertaker after the match with the tree slam two stars, so listen, it's easy to be critical, maybe a train wasn't over with the crowd, maybe big shows, cardio, lacked a little bit. Maybe some of the moves were a little sloppier than we would have liked, but man, it's an undertaker match and folks are bleeding and we're trying new finishing moves, and he's doing a dive over the top rope. Undertaker's pulling out all the stops here, man. Yeah, he was working his ass off to try to pull something out of the big show. Who he knew was not in tip top game shape. So I think Mark great effort that night should be amazing leadership and patience, you know, that was a frustrating thing about big show, Paul Weiss now with us and AEW. I think the world of, you know, we have great conversations, sports, food, all kinds of stuff that we both love. And but you know, he just commitment to getting into losing all that weight. And getting the great shape at times wasn't there. Now, whose fault is that? Well, it's invariably at the end of the day. It's a talent's fault. But guys like myself and Lauren Addison and others on the team and the writers, you know, big shows that former athlete. He needs positive reinforcement. He needs to be coached up. And I don't know where he did a good job with that. I thought he was very much overexposed. I said that before on this show, and I still believe that to be true. So in any event, I fog taker's effort, I wish the match had been better if big show had been in better condition. Cardio condition obviously then it would have been even better. But it wasn't bad as it was. No doubt. Next up we got Brock Lesnar and Chris Benoit teaming up to take on Kurt Angle, Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin, so it's a two on three. They go 13 minutes and 19 seconds. Meltzer would say angle and Lesnar work too much together to keep the specialness of their first meeting at WrestleMania intact. I think he meant to say, they didn't work too much together. Ultimately it gets four stars. He really, really loved it. I was really excited to see this type of match on a WWE program because it feels more like a an old school mid south or an old school Japanese style match. I mean, just run through this again. Brock Lesnar, Chris Benoit, Kurt Angle, Charlie hall, Shelton, Benjamin, man, they're gonna, there's a lot of physical stuff that's gonna happen in this match. You just know it before the bell even rings, and it happens. Yeah, it was an entertaining as hell match. All those talents there. How could it not be good? Right. At least that's my take on it. I saw real pretty lady rock by my front yard here. Maybe she's gonna try to rob me. Is she taking care of the squirrel? What's going on with the squirrel? Oh, she's got, but she's got a dog. She's got a dog when a leash. Is the dog after the squirrel. Not yet. I'll give you updates. We need those updates. If you're going to watch one, if you're going to watch one match on this show, I think this is the one. It's 13.2 19. Why do we need three on two? I don't understand that. Right. I think you could have had a tag match and had the third angle guy on the outside. Right. Let them get involved in an illegal way to get more heat. So you're saying maybe angle and Shelton Benjamin and then put Charlie Haas on the outside. Yeah, I could have. Yeah. There's a lot of ways you can mix it up, but that's what I would have thought would work better. If the dog going thing was two or two, two versus two, and then the heels get an advantage because they got the mounting outside. Devious and evil and effective. And then finally, they couldn't over the heels couldn't overcome. The last time Benoit, as a Dream Team, God, dang. I wish we could have booked Chris more with the Brock. Because I really think it is a long haul, it would have been great for Brock's education at that time. Because Benoit was such a no nonsense,

I don't think, I don't think Bailey needs the title right now. I think control is great as is. I think this won't be the end of their feud. This puts a cap on the few that never finished before or Bianca and Bailey. And I think there's just much better thing. "Talking to my girl You know monday nights. Going into tuesday's always sucks for me. Because particularly monday nights because she works all day i mean she's doing like abou fifteen sixteen hours. And she's getting ready to go to bed because she literally has to rents in repeat tuesday's she's got to get up but early tuesday and she was telling me right before i came on. Live one air that her Her co worker. You know who. She adores they're like best friends and everything And our best friend you know. She's part of a same sex married couple. In everything well turns out her mother had came down with kofi it a couple of weeks ago and it got so It escalated so much her. Her co vid-. You know her health and all that escalated so much that She's now in the hospital. One a ventilator on a ventilator and i said to my girl has said damn. I said well. We'll how old is moms is like not not that owed at all like you know. Probably late fifties mid sixties. I'm going say watch like yeah and it was just kind of one of those questions where you go or damn the day at least get a vaccination at that point. You're trying to understand. "True. Blood was one of the shows that I watch whenever I like had burn out at the end of my wb run. And then once I start started doing some ring of honor and eventually I ended up going back to impact. I wasn't working fulltime. I discovered television. I was a big fan of Dexter True detective later on became big. Love Mind but true. Bought also is a show on joy and following these vampires. Who lived in all these different eras and different time periods and they were like relative to the error and I was like I wish I could like have a character that that's really what I wanna do so I started thinking about it and trying to apply like a the life of vampire who's lived two thousand years to a wrestling character and then what I came up with was like what if something happened to me whereas like this big traumatic incident and ended up being jeff diving off the top of the impact zone. That broke me but like opened up parts of our mind and I use more of my mind than rail human does and like I become conscience of conscious of like where my soul has been in different bodies in different vessels. So it's like you have a soul that lives in a in a vessel a body for so long and then that vessel dies in the news onto the next one and that was my whole motivation behind creating broken matt. It was like more or less from true blood and seeing like vampires live for thousands of years in different time periods. That had different experiences that you had a girlfriend in the thirteen. Hundreds and a girlfriend in the fifteen hundreds or you know the lived at one point through the black plague you know then maybe they lived through. World War Two. You know just just different time periods like that which totally allows you to change up so many things even before left. Tna started doing some of that where I revert back back to the king and gold which was my original vessel which was from Alexandria Egypt. You know which King Tut or something. Yeah exactly I had a whole bunch of ideas of of different things to do and now that I'm here today. W actually have started again now.
