"Welcome back. You're listening to this fantastic track that being battle with the penguin from the game batman returns on the sds supposedly june from a hashi me wacko kazuhiko. Who a horror. I think the chat members came up with a pretty astute. Compare them concept here. That being more of a batman meets final fantasy six theme person You know you know that like okay so this is this is actually the final battle of the game. The final battles with the penguin. And what's interesting. What i would find interesting is if you're if you've got this far in the game and you're probably super tents during the final battle when that theme comes around the actual batman theme comes up in the track. It probably is amazing. It's like oh my god. They played the like now. I feel like i can take this guy out this super high. That's really cool. Tana saved that girl. He was dating in that movie. Jimmy cut you off now. You didn't. I remember the name of the woman. He was dayton in the movie. I remember a bedrock says that his second form is the emperor penguin. Pretty the thought i had like. He's some as a giant egos. No turn based batteries. Some as a giant actual giant bat bites thing was head off for triple nine damaged. I was standing to veto wide nine. Dan dan played yes. Yeah that's our that's awesome. See if you play. What if that was him in. Maimi say kind of always sunny veto made you want to go back and watch rafi. You'd like one cameo thing of it. Did the walk like it or something but like the one thing about that movie. I was interested in. Like i feel like i might be missing remembering it so if anybody in the chatted knows the movie better remembers it. I feel like they did have a moment in the film where like he will. He wanted to just be considered like a normal person and he thought a one day treat them like a normal person but then she kind screwed him over. Yeah 'cause she was only using him to get like a credit within the community. That could be complaining about the cartoon asking those a cartoon episode now. This sounds really familiar. Like i remember them making his character more relatable or at least more human and it made me sex. I'm like oh see that's what happens. That's why turn to crime now. Like the joker in the first movie. Though jack nicholson joker he was nutso. It's funny because i still. I still give him credit as being like a good joke despite the fact that he's not the definitive one anymore but like because obviously mark hamill and then he ledger between the definitive jokers. But jack nicholson mail and what other joker had that really. Cool dance seed. Oh yeah with prince song. Yes i love that. No other joker compares baby. Didn't i didn't connect with that at all but like now. I think it's amazing. How the cred. They both get credit. Chris wiser goes back there. Just having a bunch of experts in his utility he keeps. What does he keep in that film and then old person goes batman never killed anybody. But his esperance do slow. Before i forget the justice snyder's testimonial because this matt dan returns with has been ripe for dialogue. We gotta read the testimony because he wrote a nice one us so many mostly ninety s films in games. Choose from. But i think i'd go with one of the few licensed games. I used to love as a kid. That return was right on the edge of appropriate for anything. I should have been watching the child. I loved the first one and this direct follow up by tim. Burton was slightly scary at the time. More fun than anything else. He s and the game was kind of close to the story following the same overarching narrative but deviating from the movie here and there were the game need to do something different to stay fun. We were just talking about it. I remember enjoying the gameplay. The music and the graph. It's all meshed well enough to keep me coming back for years. And that's saying something as most of us. Don't hold my attention for very long. Anyway i hope you enjoy the standout track battle with the ping which has always stood out to me because it felt more like an rpg tracked in a beat him up mail pro fifty six. And it's funny. We were talking about how this doesn't seem like like what was he saying. He had to deviate from the narrative of a film. No batman for us from any es by sunsoft. That was the king of that. Oh yeah that was. They won't but you're frightened tanks and the sewers punch sewer tanks white guy at the end at one stage a bounce off a wall. I bet would have bounced off the walls right. I mean i don't mind him. Having a job was the fat was like eating like mutants claw tanks and claw tanks. It was weird was a game that fraud purposes made no sense for the material but it was still so darned fun. Didn't matter right so let's go to the other side of this back coin. We're going to listen to. Batman returns for the sega cd..

The any bashir told his family this week that they have decided to name the golf course there in line county for him it will be. It was called mineral mound state park. It will now be called the cullen at mineral mound state park. I think that's awesome for a kid. Who was a great golfer played at uk but also loved his community. What a nice honor for him in that area. Yeah what a great tribute to him. And he's like you said he's home area where the course he'd probably played hundreds of thousands of times so i like that's great. That's great. he did that. Say for those of you. Who's actually from the exact same county as the white boone county and it might be more eccentric wild that they are if that's possible there's also a documentary about him out there and he's actually pretty popular in europe among people who are into fifty rockabilly stuff not as much here although he got discovered later by some fans and is known as the originator genre called psycho billion going too far for me. Once we get into psycho billy. But i appreciate the bill and a half of that plan playing dogs. Thank you though. Bt i appreciate randy. Moss is also from west virginia. Yeah rand rand west virginia. Clay did that thirty for thirty documentary about it. There's nobody's voice. I like more than randy mosses. He's got that you remember when you all harass team at emc s. Well i think what was it ryan and drew a youtube and tomlin that harass team. Espn daniel daniel and taiwan. at druid. Me yeah walking down by blame. The camera guy was your all's idea daniels. Daniels want to put cameras face. So we blame daniel direction des. Who told him. You named daniel for your harassment of randy moss dan. What's up dan. Hey matt dan for rocky man. You know you're talking about reach sheppard He's going to be a four year player wherever he goes. I don't know if that's true. I don't i don't i don't think you can say anybody is definitively four year player anymore. I mean let's just let's just say he's the thirty ninth best player in america. Most of the top forty guys eventually leave early. Even if it's not as a freshman in may be a sophomore junior. I don't think you could definitively say that guys as a four year player. But i think he's going to thank. You is gonna recruiting. Though i don't. I don't think it has much choice. But i think he's going to the calls like you know because the skill you know if he's gonna recruiting no ryan. Why would you send him attacks and says. Hey what's up. Hey what's up. How you doing hard for me to see that as somebody. They're making a priority but we'll see but what's your other ball. Yeah yeah you were talking about you know but you didn't understand why people collect things I mean i collect rocks. I collect shells collect the bottles. I like one were to Geiger but you don't. "Studio on Memorial Day. We're talking a lot of food. A lot of great beverage is making a lot of people hungry. We had Justin Green up from Weber. Steven Raichlen talking about his new book, Bill Gillespie from smoking Hogs. And for those books, people are texting in pictures of what they're making today. 312981 72 100 At the end of the program, we're gonna give away one of each of those books. You can read about it, but at some point you're going to need to get the equipment to get it done. And when it comes to Chicago, and people know that from all over the place, I'm sure people make a pilgrimage for the taste buds from all over the place is backyard. Barbecue in Will. Matt Dan. Marguerite, Those guys have really what is a Taj Mahal for the taste buds? Not only do they have all the equipment from so many different great things that we've been talking about today but also classes and books and everything else is just a very cool place to be. Dan is on the line. Dan Happy Memorial Day. I think you Dane. Good to talk to you. It is good to talk to you, too, As we get to the point where things are kind of opening up. This is the kick off the summer. You know the people that come to backyard barbecue You guys were doing doing it. You know you're around all day could be a blizzard. Everybody still doing it. But for the general public, this is kind of when they mobilized, right? It is. I think it's a true sign of the started grilling season, even though I like to think it never ends. I think a lot of people's minds. This is it. A lot of people are grilling today. We had way had the folks from Webber on Bilge lest we talked about the smoky mountain we talked a little bit about. I mentioned it. You know that and for all the people out there that are trying to limit that barbecue. And grilling enthusiast in their family to just one thing, right? You know that. You know that you can't have enough and they all do different things. I've got maybe 10 different things. I'm sure you have a bunch as well. So talk about some of the different things just kind of the the range that you have it back yard. Well, The rain's like in charge. When you talk about weather, I think the Weber cattle which we shall in a number of shapes and forms, but terrible cooking. We shall the weather. Obviously three iconic piece and we sell Haiti Basically, shall he k grow? We saw the good one line of smokers. So you know, we really sell a lot of chuckle grills now, whereas in past years you know, we vice will probably more dance girls, which was still do but I think I told you to feel like the last five model that you know. It's like charcoal just keeps going up. Charcoal grilling. I should say yeah. You know, people had a lot of time at home. So there, you know, I don't know why they ever left. But it seems like they're coming back to it, You know? Yeah, well, you know what? I got to see that too for and I was many years ago before I was in the in the crowd of initiated and enlightened. I used to think well, gas girls the way and there's nothing wrong with a gas grill, and I would encourage everybody to get Get one of each or at least you know a couple different things because the gas girl has its place. It's fast. You can do certain things on it that you don't have to get the you know the other the charcoal grill all ready to go. But really, though, and Dan, you'll share this right to the charcoal, you know, for the flavor that it gives its worth the extra time. Yeah. You know, if you've got a charcoal chimney in a certain things are not going to take that bath. You You can use lump charcoal, and it likes a lot faster than for cats just because of the own natural state and No. You gotta get your gas girl for 10 minutes anyway, What's another five minutes? I think, you know. And if you have the chimney there, too, then you don't have to use the lighter fluid. That was one of the things that I always hated. Cause I would just squirt lighter fluid all over everything my stuff. I was surprised. It tasted like lighter fluid when it comes the lump charcoal and this is where you guys really stand out as probably in the Midwest. Maybe even like a greater part of the country is like for big green egg like you guys are the go to place for that. That's where you use a lot of that. That hardwood lump charcoal and the results that you get off an egg. Is just so much different than maybe some other things. I think you could do a bunch with a different things. But talk a little bit about how special the eggs are. What I love about the egg is you know today If you're hanging out your backyard, you can smoke ribs all day. You know, Tomorrow you could find out the steak and cook it a 700 degrees and share the nicest ache You'll have anywhere and then you could use it is a wood fired pizza, too. So it as very you know, a lot of versatility out, which is nice and temperature control is very precise. So a little bit of a learning curve, but I tell people don't start with $150 tender line by a $5 pork tenderloin and try that, And there's a bunch of sizes, too, so you don't have to necessarily think because they are heavy right and it may not fit. You know everybody sing. But there's like the You know the minis and you know all the way up to something that's really, really big. You could start wherever you need to. Yeah, I took. I took my mini Max on vacation last year. My wife and I now at home, so I don't get a lot. Uh, I took. I took the mini max Toe Michigan last week or last summer for our vacation. I cook for 60% off all week long. It was great. I saw you guys. I saw those vacation photos that you posted of you and the mini max writing Space Mountain. You took it to Disney world. I'm surprised they let it in. You guys They're looking and well, before we let you go..

"Magnet rebel at the gym under his belt yeah that would be yeah yeah there you go to Matt Dan Fouts should have a Super Bowl ring and he's he's all time great too he threw the heck out of the ball when you're out one routine got me really good job thanks a lot okay between that house and Jenny I understand I remember that yeah in the in the cold weather remember was like it was it was sub degrees it was the coldest football game at the time close football game ever play yeah exactly engine adding I remember yesterday yesterday you were like in the back that will be isn't it not get into the hall of fame there was one guy that I was glad that got it and that is the value shall dealers yeah that's a good one too Donnie show they deserve to be in debt and what he was a good it was a good one all right well good job thanks very thanks a lot see Matt Dan Fouts there you go I would came up with that later I'm sure would got a division I mean there are problems with the good with Hey they involved with the I mean he had some great battles with Marino Kenny Anderson I mean that team that that same vehicle charges teen should have been in the Superbowl a number of times and they had tripled in AFC championship game never could get the whole game and then when they got the home game we got beat do you mean you don't remember that they got beat by the Houston Orleans Dan Pastorini member him the quarterback for the used in order with I don't remember that when we go I know you were I'm just who was who was the quarterback of sandy when they did make it when they lost to San Fran Stan Humphries he was my he was he was my guy okay he okay let Israeli from the Reds games to the to the there is yeah like I remember they may they did finally make it through that one year junior sale was on that team and you know they did have some studs is that in thing files was still Plano found that these days everything so but dumb but yes I know we'll see we'll see if there's any other listeners that Rudy calls all the way from San Antonio that was nice eleven if we have anymore fifty give us a call do you think do you think the Major League Baseball should win all the way got rid of the may general manager got rid of the manager got rid of the manager at the red Sox and now she day strip them of their championship they changed it they actually did she they use technology and they cheated but it that's all heck of a plane hit the trash can and think about that you got a list of chess games see what pages common that's some crazy stuff isn't the length that they went to again because also you know people you hear some people say it isn't stealing signs in baseball always been part of the game which yes when that runner is standing on second base and the runner does something but when you're using a camera to related to a TV and in the end it was great it's it's it is a crate the steps the how methodical they were to go through this process to get that because again Jamie you what some of the videos and different things they put up it's incredible but again the the link because this is something you know wasn't something they they just stumbled across in like old like all this could be something we can use to our advantage right this is a clear intent to cheat seven three four down at eight ten fifty let's go to poppy what's up poppy where you drive into Hey there I think they're just trying to ruin all the sports with this stuff and not baseball is a soft spot for me because you know I like most of us are not before we started this little league and stuff that thing we had probably ever use the trash can we buy used for but yeah I think that he's a great father port box because I think they're their leader's I don't care about the NBA what made you think that would happen and now hockey is not that big a problem but one of those major sports is going to have to do something like that instruct the championship or something somebody I don't care for its NC double a NFL World Series somebody's gotta lose some of these people stop cheating there's just too much cheating going on and now it just gets worse every sport every year and not until somebody does something like take a championship away from somebody it's going to keep on going that's what I think about it now you write copy I I agree I mean but here's the thing you you gotta do you look they got to take a step further I know they don't want to mess with the players don't know why they don't want to mess with the players because the players participated too I think the whole team should be punished I know five million dollars that's a drop in the bucket to baseball teams I'm sorry it's a drop in the bucket so with that being said you take that you strip them of their title eight you make the trade the best players I mean I I if you want if you want to really lower the boom so that never happens again don't you got to go to those like yeah I think maybe about make up get rid of a few stars and and then the other teams in baseball don't pick up those dollars per year to make them said Alex they cheated if they could prove that they cheated and if there was a hater I'm sure most of them at the chance to cheat if they didn't you know maybe songs don't put it the damn ball all your user Bobbi hit their head out of the trash can tell them what you know Jenny when I was sixteen years old I tried out baseball for the Milwaukee Braves well that's a long time ago and now I know I probably could have been a trash can and the letter yeah but I think I could handle let you know if I got a TV monitor and tell me what I can analyze copy you gotta be quick yeah you got I well I it pretty good reflexes you know but yeah I think I could get that drop pretty loud you help I mean you know that provision bailable dress could be either and Peter he's I don't think it's Paul Wessel or order something you know if you're too obvious Bobby if you beat the trash can you can't hear it over the face yeah they yeah he don't arbitration they went to a year I don't know but it worked because they won championships both teams want European jobs doing that so I'm just saying you strip him of the title take it from there and now they can say that we are the trash cans of major baseball just like everybody else advertise you know I can't help but he can put that out there is a advertised now you're right I'll let you guys go and get some calls in there thank you thanks for the phone call look back they cheated they got caught Jamie I whole heartedly agree with you we talked about it before Pete rose still banned for life and these guys again he didn't cheat on games again I'm not saying what he did was right but there's no evidence to say what he did actually impacted the games where this these are a clear impact on the game where it's Jamie at every level I'm seen videos of again their star players you know Jose Altuve after he had to walk off home run in game six in two thousand nine great he's telling the he's telling the players as he's running in don't rip my Jersey because there's also new evidence and photos of guys having little wire buzzers underneath you know underneath their jerseys sell this is this is the the coaching staff this is the players being involved and start again Jose Altuve a star player and you have other other members of their fame the pitching staff who have been quoted through a lot of this stuff right so this is this is everybody up and down and again Jamie if you've got a that is it gonna take like a death penalty like with as them you riding along those lines to get this to stop because again if you know people were talking so much about how great this Houston organization was then think about how much money they must have made over these past few seasons doing this I got a hard and then you got a herd of they got her all ID's I I think we're just starting to see the the tip of the spear with this one day after seven three four not eighteen fifty Bob body better late than what the bears good evening gentlemen I your mayor I'm well thank you I like the reference to the tip of the spear only a record for people who spear shining I got to ban on the thank you Sir along those lines but normal some about trash cans are assuming what are the specifications of the things that the the aluminum ones they're the plastic ones the hard plastic ones all hard plastic seat marines don't do the hard plastic because they just they just don't wake up hello like a number one does that's true even I was you're right rules for distance just to wake up the day you know now this one was those hard black does hard plastic brown ones that you find at a park or something like that and they'd be dead they beat it so loud so players can hear it but that was that was how it was so I mean real men would use an aluminum one it's just my opinion use aluminum lawn on a Louisville slugger I would I would cause a big old dance in that Z. but you had to keep it had to be quiet enough been too you know so it wasn't so obvious with the aluminum one it would have been too loud if people were to be looking around where is that coming from you know what I'm saying remember they're they're hitting a trash can every any right my platoon sergeant going to come out I could just throw it out on the field either that be too obvious exactly so I want to chime in a what I believe is driving this so Mr rose was referenced as being locked out of the whole thing although he has just a mainstay numbers especially for his era all for allegedly you'll gambling I believe there's evidence he's admitted to some of it since but nothing is Blake news any of this and he didn't want it but well championship doing it he didn't get paid thousands of dollars in anything like that and the difference I see is the biggest injustice sporting world in general bending I'm Hey do we lose it and sanctity this insanity in the SWAC old integrity in the in all the sports we think from from college EKG semi pro up to.

Can I learn about learning to become become a better. CEO of my health from a high school teacher Matt Dan Joining me. I'm very excited. I'm happy to be here. I'm excited to good may I. How do you introduce yourself to people in a social situation. My name is Matt Neal. I'm a teacher I teach young people primarily high school age students but I consider myself if a teacher coach and mentor and those are skills that I have cultivated but also part of a a calling but this is going to my thirteenth fourteenth year teaching that doesn't seem real. Where were you when you first realized that health was fragile my mother-in-law battled and died of cancer answer and that and that happened when my wife was in her twenties we were living eastern? Pennsylvania and her her mother got really sick and she had cancer and had treatments and different things and and recovered and then she came to visit us and stayed with us for a while and when she was staying with us she was pretty healthy still and then I just remember there is a point as my wife worked for the American Cancer Society where she she realized that our mom was really not doing well. Na- mom was dying and she took L. Leave of absence and went in and stayed with her and I had to keep working but we were apart for several months and it was just horrible the the only bright spot out of that was that my wife was able to be there with her and was able to because she knew it was coming it was hard in brutal but also ah process that she went through with her mom comparing that to my father-in-law died it would be two novembers ago and that was extremely sutton. He was in his mid Seventies. It was doing up downs Burke's. Am I living living room showing me how he could do these. We get this horrible. Call that something happened and it was just immediate. Her Dad was one of my best friends really tough. So you're a secondary school teacher right you right and talk a little bit about the setting the circumstances and methods of learning and recently you wrote something about student enrollment uh-huh and I know that Seth Godin wrote in medium in April. He wrote this statement because when you said it I looked it up up because enrollment is not a word that I would usually use and so he said enrollment is what happens when you're already engaged in the journey when it's something you seek out something you're eager for. Is that the definition that you're using when you talk about enrollment. Seth's podcast that he did it was an episode of Akimbo. What's the thing that kids always say about school. If they that they hate it's just as they have to do forced to do it. I think enrollment is getting them to become a part of their educational experience and be an active member in that so that they are joyfully or excitedly participating in their educational experience that can be a the challenge is doable right you think part of it is that they're a captive audience and it's mandatory and it's part word of being a young person with the subject or a class that you loved in school history me to why was that an amalgamation of the stories in a different time experiencing the same thing. I'm experiencing in the sense of family food food community stress tragedy inspiration nation but in like a completely different setting. I really liked it like that was exciting. May to I'm willing to bet I might be wrong but almost always I'm willing to bet you had at least one great history teacher I did. It was a Gerry Keaney Sharing Keeney. What was really cool about what he did? Was He taught American history in high school and he took. I can't remember whether it was four or six events. In American history the and the one I remember the most is the constitutional convention and he assigned everybody in the class. A person person that was there and we had to study who that person was and where they lived and what their family where they grew up and you know just get to know them and then he would stage these scenes where are we would be that character and then he would change something and say if the what if this happened instead oh my goodness it was so creative a quick break the Klug myself see the show notes or my website www dot health dash hats dot dot com and click on for more information to subscribe or contribute if you like it sharing. "Dan mandis in for Brian along with Katie green and Sherry, you, you know, we were talking earlier about how more and more men are getting essentially surgeries to get rid of their man boobs, or some sort of a filler, one other thing, that's interesting about this, and Katie and Sherry, I wondering if you've heard about this more younger women barely out of their twenties. Are choosing to have botox? We'll talk about that. And a whole lot more straight ahead. But Phil is nice to have to call in from Castro valley, Phil. How are you? I'm good. How you doing this morning? I'm okay. Go ahead. Well, you know, it was telling Katy many years ago, I had weight loss surgery ended up losing over a hundred pounds and because of my shape, I was a classic pyramid. I the weight carried on my stomach and dies. I had this, you know, a lot of echo lot of excess skin and I had because Mick, surgery, Davidge tummy, tuck and had this is taken care of, and I would say, if it's your bad subconscious about the man boobs. Surgery done. If you're if you're insurance can cover it. Excellent. If you have to pay out of pocket, I, I would recommend having done. It was relatively easy procedure. Yes. It's major surgery. But you will be of you'll enjoy the outcome. Would you say I think part of it for your situation, fill a you had lost a ton of weight, by the way, congratulations. And but yours was it sounds to me anyway. Like it wasn't necessarily medical what I worry is that this would be more of a narcissistic, move on my part. It would be something that I was doing just because I was worried about the way that I look which I guess that I am I just don't know any other way to get rid of them. There's nothing wrong with men being narcissistic, if that's something that's gonna make you feel comfortable in your own skin. So to speak. I recommend doing it. There's no reason why we can't men can't share the same benefits of plastic cosmic surgery to women have for many years now. What's interesting Phil, let me ask you a question. So were you sound like a weird question. Were you naturally overweight or did what happened to you? What happened to me happen to you because when I started to gain all my weight, and this is what the story says a lot of guys this happens too, is that you, you get married, and you basically lose that part of yourself, that is very active. So, for example, when I got married I was playing softball three or four times a week. I was very active in by the time. My second kid was born. I was changing diapers and I was nose to the grindstone focusing on the career, and my body just went to hell in a Handbasket finally my kids became a. I was able to lose a bunch of weight, as I mentioned up towards seventy pounds of weight loss. I just can't get rid of that, that one part of my body. But is that what happened to you? It was just he become a responsible adult in your health. Takes a backseat. Absolutely not. I I'm a firm believer in the fat, gene, and I believe that in my family, we have the gene and battled weight loss, weight gain by entire life to where it got a point that I was sixty five pounds. I was probably forty ish and other side enough was enough. I didn't do something to modify my behavior. I knew dieting wouldn't work for me because I gone through, you know, all the major diets out there, this was basically my last hurrah and if I didn't do it, then I I'm a firm believer that I wouldn't be here today. Interesting philo. Thank you very much for the call and for your support. It's means a lot. It is the Dan, Matt. Dan mandis here on talk radio five sixty. K SF. Oh, yeah. So Acadian Sherry, I don't know if you hang out with women in their twenties. But apparently now, women in their twenties are literally choosing to have Bowe talks. And I guess this is the latest trend. You know, we, we've gone through this for the last couple of years now where women were doing whatever they could to get I know that but injections have been part of the conversation. These days, we all I'm sure remember those stories of women getting some of these chemicals and so on injected into their derrieres so that they could look like Kim Kardashian. And I think this is all just something that overall is this -ociety people are becoming more. I will say if you're having talks in your twenties. It is something that is social media driven. It is something that is selfie. Drip. I know that we've done stories here on this show. I'm sure you've probably talked about it with Brian. I know that the three of us have talked about how women have been having plastic surgery, so that they look good and sell fees. And so, by the time you end up to be forty or fifty years old, at least in my opinion. If you're getting Bo talks in your twenties, you're look like something down to so's wax wax museum. That's right. You you're gonna end up looking like a like a freak when you're older, and I don't know why I guess I do know why women are doing this. They say that a new survey reveals two-thirds of women ages eighteen to thirty have had or would consider a cosmetic procedure. They say it's becoming more common to have so-called tweak mints, such as Bo talks, fillers than not to have had them. So I think what people are doing is they're having these tweak minutes over time. It's almost like this is their maintenance versus having a big job done when they're forty five or fifty they're having a lot of these, again, as they say, tweet mints from their twenties, on, so that they don't have to have the big cosmic surgery later on. But I don't know this just to me, it, it doesn't sound healthy. But I'm not necessarily one that pays attention to this kind of thing other than the tragedies where you have women that have been dying, because of these Biden injections, and so on. Yeah. But, you know where my brain goes, of course, just because this is how I operate stuff isn't cheap who's paying for it is, you know, these millennials aren't paying for it. Mom and dad. You know that's the point. You know what? Maybe how that may be or you know, one of the things we've seen is credit card companies will, you know, loan millennials a bunch of money, and they're putting it on credit cards because I think a lot of millennials they no offense to millennials. But I think some of them they don't. In fact, we talked about this earlier in the show, how millennials they don't necessarily have a good sense of, of money because they haven't necessarily made a lot of money. And so now we do have people that are looking at this, and looking at the fact that, by the way, you know, how much the average Bo talks injection is. I think it's, it's several hundred dollars maybe towards a thousand dollars for some of these various Bo. Talks injections. I think it depends on where in the body that you're having it done. But they talk about this one woman, a thirty one year old, and she's had thirty five hundred dollars worth of Bo tocks injections in her forehead to lift her brows and smooth the skin. He Biden has Alexander Biden has that look of a guy that's just had too much plastic surgery. And so when they when they smile, it doesn't look like a natural smile. It just looks a little creepy. You know. Joey the move in the joke. There you go. By the way, Anthony is on the line. Anthony, thanks for calling in to a KF. Oh. How are you? Are you? I'm good. Go ahead. It.

I live in England in the southwest of England in a wonderful county court deputy, it's absolutely beautiful and do tell us which of your tolerance is responsible for us. Connecting on this specific time in history. Well, I used to be a radio present. But then went onto starts release a couple of calls. So I believe we connected only teen, and that's kind of what I do for a living. These days I help people with their social media. Well, tell me about the video side of things like I mean, that's one of the things that popped up. Right. Yeah. I mean, I started to make videos on very regular basis and almost daily for about six months and absolutely blew my business up. It was the one of the best marketing was I've ever used. Yeah. I'm a real advocate for video on social media now on social media. You're that guy with that smile. Right. You about Sushil guy, and I listened to one of your pieces, and your passport guys where I guess, you know, seeing past podcasts is wrong to since the podcast is an evergreen content. I went in twenty sixty to Chicago and met Jared. Matt, Dan, all I know a lotta podcast from around the world. I was a sloop pleasure and actually arrived on July the fourth in chicag-. I mean, it was a brilliant brilliant week. And I got to meet some amazing Pocock. Who did you? Learn that skill from that ability to be able to interact and not just be social. Of the social media virtually but even offline. I guess you want my job when I first step school way back in the eighties. I was a sandwich. Learn so you you have to speak to beat will face to face. And you know, I believe you buy from people that get like, no entrust, and I had to wait people's trust to get into to bind things, but I was sending so from very early career on woods, having the ability to communicate with people. And then, of course, moving into radio you need to sell that story online. I saw on the on the radio as well. So it's always been part of my work. And a choice. So why will you continue to be there? Soon. Due to us. And it's it's it's not choice. It's it's so am on this is a genuine me. So take Aleve. I guess love it love it. Tell us one other thing that you've done consistently over the last three years, please. I guess we'd have videos in simple terms of helping promote my business. And when I say that it's not, you know, they sort of formulate straight videos that they're quite a blog star lifestyle. Stuck in there as well and basket by interests? But also makes it quite easy for the audience to watch so making videos definitely now I am sure that I've spoken to some people and one of the things they have expressed the fear of doing video. How does it make you feel when you're doing that? I was speaking to someone yesterday, and she's a business coach in extremely successful. And a hugely talented lady. And she just frees up she cannot use Instagram for videos, and I guess showing no the benefits of it. So and of course with my background radio. You know? Yes. I just talking up in an enclosed room. No one sees my face, but I run my own business. So putting my face in front the camera thinks really important. So you just have to get over that give it a go don't have to publish the first one, just I'm, but you all your rhyme worst, critics sometimes you just have to get published and see how people react now. "Blotto in the AllState sky line studio. Thank you for Mike, Paul Boulter. And that's Mark. Hey, thanks for joining us. Now, can you can you guys hear me through that? Matt Dan does that sound okay? Yeah. Okay. Why don't you come over to my talk? And while we are doing that. I don't wanna let Brooke go away. Talk about prime by body while we get over here. My favorite subjects. So primary body is a company that I had joined it is a fantastic company that is offering a high quality the highest quality hand boil we've partnered with a formulator at chemist biochemist named Dr Christopher shade. And he is really mastered. The highest at ability to absorb the ham, and one of the things that's kinda cool about cannabis is that Matt call by is call is that it has a it's a very big molecule it's hard to absorb and so Dr shade through primary body he has mastered the formulation to get very very high absorption because of his formulation. And so he does some nanotechnology and uses light delivery. It's a lot of chemistry, and it is an excellent product so primary bad is where's that? I wanted to put Paul on on Mike. How're you doing? Good. Thanks for joining. I want you hear this. I never knew this before. But you have primary has pet pet ham. Yeah. Scott released this Mark, you know, about that. Oh, yeah. The pet products hemp and CBD and even THC products for animals pet food with. Is very popular. And a lotta people swear by it. No longer have to blow smoke in the cats. I ever saw that were. But the cat business. How does how does it work? Oil. Also, you put it on their food, and it's also the same Leipus delivery. So what's the reason why I brought that up is that you know, if you're not getting it absorbed, its passing through your body and out. So if you can you are what you absorb not just what you eat it Zorg. So if you can get maximum absorption, you're getting the benefits of the of the nutrition. And so, you know, any mammal anybody with a brain or spinal cord, that's where these receptors are. So. Yeah, pets definitely benefit from. This is a great natural option for seem similar issues. You know, my dog has separation anxiety. You know, dogs can be sore and uncomfortable and cats too. They can have you know, they can have other health elements. You know, and so this has been a great option for them without putting them on some type of medication. This is going to work at the root cause not just something. That's putting a band-aid on a problem. I think I need to get. Prime my body to get through this show. How do people find out about it? So you can go to my website be sh- wars. And I'll spell that B S as in Sam C H W A R, Z dot prime my body dot com. And you can find me there. I also had confessed be found on Instagram at nurse. Brooke one. Will you have any at the riverside labor? I let people sample euro. Check this legal. So I'm Pam pass say, okay. So Paul did you ever think you'd be on WGN talking about we foresee that after the new year, it is the brave new world. I guess. Be able to create this opportunity. This surreal has arrived. I, you know, I I gave my cat some CBD because it seemed like it's bones are aching or something like that. And I didn't know how much to give it or anything like that. Went out ransom. Parents came back and Bob Marley was cranking through my whole. So so now people who'll chatman so talk about I've seen you guys from a distance maybe like retro on Roscoe or best from. Sure. But talk about the history of the Banos talking a little bit on the phone this week. I John my memory. But I probably saw you. This really goes way back at the cardinal club. I want to talk about the cardinal cardinal clever. Polish rock punk LA remember much. I was staying out much later back in the late eighties. Yeah. Right. The late eighteen eighty. Feels like right. It was a club. Belmont, larry. And I was I was singing in the band there, and they're all polish foods like off the boat, great musicians. And the owner of the club was phenomenal. Sax player wall Wally, and he put together a great band, and we would play from from nine thirty to five in the morning, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, there's crazy. It was a really good band rejoined pink Floyd's zeppelin, and and some euro disco crab too. But. That's where we were knocking around and they get higher player, Bob. And I were the only Americans in the band. We said after two and a half years. We gotta get outta here. So we started Mr. Vlada ninety one late ninety. Great departure. It was just that was just a straight cover. Well, we did some originals, but we wanted to like get out of that thing and try and do something bigger. So that's up lobster before we get into the bottle. How'd you how'd you stumble into the cardinal club stumbles? The correct. Yeah. Yeah. We were actually auditioning drummers are drummer was. Todd Zuckerman who's now the German sticks and he was going off to Berkeley school music. So we had to get a new drummer, and we're auditioning drummers in this polls cat comes in. And Jay Duluth ski halo Deleu. If you're out there. And he auditioned for us. And we didn't choose me said, why don't you come by this club and sit in and I'm like, okay. So what in the Sunday night saying and they hired me. And I'm like, this is great because I was just out of college living at home. And. Join that band. And then it turns out he wasn't trying to join a van he was out looking for singers, which was a great technique audition for bands, you don't want to join steel singer. So that's how I have to get in there. And then when I got there Bob was the only other American band, so I kind of gravitated towards we're all bells, but they would have Rockstars from Poland coming in. Yeah. And like doing a residency of three weeks, and then we will be the ban backing up and the people the audience were just freaked out because it was like seeing you know, Eddie Vetter to them. Yeah. Right. Just back home. These people are huge stars here at Belmont lemme. So as much as far as people are really, you know, it was a big rockstar trip for the people that were going there a lot and it was fun prescription. I what it about four hundred shows there in two and a half years Buddha Warsaw too. Big Marlboro festival out there. Regular book about that one. That was a trip went to the Berlin Wall coming down right at that time. Gotta check great time. So then we started bladder, and, you know, started gigging like crazy. Go to jam nights and lava come together. Well, we had Bob in high and Alan our drummer is from Poland. So he was over a tour, and he jumped ship classic like Olympic store, you know, jumps. Here's I'm staying here under the radar, which is awesome. So we had him in the band. And I needed a bass player, and I couldn't find a bass player to say, my soul, and my brother Mike was I was early guitar player. Armbands growing up, but he was currently just finished law school. And he was a prosecutor for state's attorney said, I said, basically. So you went bought a big purple bass mov, actually, it was the most like LA hairband you ever saw. It was hilarious, and I joined the band and just to fill in the band kinda took off right away. And we're like now what? And so then after like a year and a half it came down to be like he couldn't off because he was like, you know, coming back to going to court and lay down to rock and roll naked in any sleep. And finally, he just quit his law gig and joined the band full that we gotta we gotta take a break, and we're gonna come back and get more of the history here. So coy nocturnal on WGN. I.
