Bitcoin Gas Flare Mining With Matt Lohstroh
"All right, Matt, welcome to the breakdown. How are you doing, sir? Doing well. Thanks for having me. Yeah, no, I'm super excited. I was just mentioning to you. I was asking a few trusted friends who they thought would be good to come talk and about Bitcoin and mining and your name came up a bunch, so I'm really excited to have you here. For those who might not be familiar with you and your work, I would love to just get a little bit of your background and how you got into Bitcoin and how you started this particular company that you're working with now. Yeah, so I got into Bitcoin back in 2016, just looking around in the space, stumble across upon it, fell in love with the instantaneously just because it went very well with my personality. I got into the whole altcoins and throughout 2017 and then by 2018 I was a full maxi and by 2019 started the business gig energy. Amazing. And so tell us a little bit about Giga and I think I'm going to try to extract a little bit of one O one about the space that you're in, but just for people who don't know what is Giga do. Yeah, so we extinguish natural gas flares on oil and gas locations through Bitcoin mining with our modular solutions as well as our natural gas generators. For people who aren't familiar with this space, what is the one O one on gas flare mining? How did it come about? How early were you guys relative to others in the space? How mature is it now? Because this is something I feel like indexes higher in conversation in some ways, like a lot of people talk about it, but you guys are actually doing it. So for people who haven't spent much time with it, I'd love to just kind of get the background. Yeah, so we were the second guys to do this in Texas back in 2019. Why I'm referring to when I talk about a natural gas flare. The oil and gas industry is called oil and gas for a reason. When you drill a well, you don't get to decide what comes out of the ground. Both liquids come out of ground. So the gas is in a gaseous form and the oils and liquid form. The oil is extremely powered and it's going to be trucked off location. The natural gas, however, is not super portable, so it needs to go via a pipeline.
US earns respect at World Cup, but wins remain elusive
"The U.S. men's soccer team finished in a scoreless time with England and now must be to ran on Tuesday in order to advance to the knockout round. America's Christian Pulisic have the best opportunity to score, hitting the crossbar and left footed kick in the 33rd minute. The Americans had more good scoring opportunities than their higher rated English counterparts, particularly in the second half, but could not get the goal that coach Greg burr holt has team needed for the win. Overall, pleased with the performance of the group, most importantly, the belief of the group because that never wavered. American goalie Matt Turner was solid and net making three saves. The U.S. took 7 corner kicks while England had only three. I'm Tom Mary
Devils' 13-game win streak halted in 2-1 loss to Maple Leafs
"The devil's franchise record 13 game winning streak came to an end as the Maple Leafs came in and defeated New Jersey by the final score of two to one. Toronto scoring came in the first as pontius homework got the leafs on the board in three minutes later, John Tavares netted his 12th town of the year. The Devils had their first three goals of the game overturned. The fans and Prudential center upset after the third time through food and drinks on the ice, which caused a cleanup delay. Dougie Hamilton with a lone devil score late in the third, Toronto goalie Matt Murray stopped 32 shots as the leafs have now won two other last three. For the Devils, they face defeat for just the fourth time in 20 games played. Mike Moriarty, norc, New Jersey
The Left's Child-Mutilating Death Cult With Terry Schilling
"Another piece of tape here, NBC's brandy zadrozny blames Matt Walsh and libs of TikTok for the increase in violence against the gay community. So it's somehow Matt's fault and Elon's fault and libs of TikTok and shows like ours fault because we're really concerned that children are going to be medically mutilated and lied to by their teachers and these groomers. Play cut 59. Content moderation is a hard task. What we know is that Twitter and where the bulk of this information is right now because that's where the biggest accounts like Matt Walsh and lives of TikTok again where they sort of post this stuff. What's being done? Well, two days ago, we know that Elon Musk, who owns Twitter now. He just reversed the policy that Twitter did have against targeting and harassment of LGBTQ people against misgendering transgender people. So that narrative continues Terry any other thoughts. Yeah, look, I want to skip to the versions because that's what this is. They are the ones committing violence against transgender people or as I would describe them people with gender dysphoria. We need to hold them accountable for the violence and the destruction that they are inflicting on our brothers and sisters on our children. They are destroying their lives. They are creating sexually destroyed people that won't be able to have families that won't be able to have sexual gratification down the road. These are evil people and that's called projection. They are projecting their own guilt onto us because they know that they are the ones that are destroying our kids. They're the ones that are making these people unhappy. And you know why they're doing it because there's power behind it because there's money behind it. This big pharma companies, these surgeons, they're all on camera now, talking about how much money they're making. They're the evil ones. We're the good ones. Don't relent. We have to keep fighting.
Rep. Matt Rosendale Doesn't Know How Kevin McCarthy Will Get the Votes
"Things going on with Kevin McCarthy and we're going to have an update of all the shenanigans right now with a new guest on the show from Montana's second congressional district, a man who served in the House of Representatives in Montana in the Senate. He has been the Senate majority leader and we are delighted to have congressman Matt rosendale with us on America first wink, welcome congressman. Doctor gorka, it's good to be with you today. All right, so tell us what was going on on Capitol Hill yesterday and today, and there's quite a few people who have the letter R after their name who do not want Kevin McCarthy to be the speaker. Is that correct? That is correct. We can not continue to put the same people in to lead this conference and use the same rules that they have been utilizing for the last several years and hope and pray that maybe we'll get a different outcome. Absolutely. Now, one of the things I heard is that for an hour and a half, Marjorie Taylor Greene was negotiating behind closed doors with Kevin McCarthy. Do you know anything about that? Because that disturbs me a little bit. That I can not speak to, what I will tell you is I think that there's probably going to be a lot of discussions that take place over the next 40 days leading up to January the third when mister McCarthy is going to have to try to accumulate 200 and 18 votes on the floor. He did not receive that yesterday. He didn't receive 200. I'm sure a lot of your listeners listen heard the quote from representative Matt Gaetz yesterday. He didn't get 200. He didn't get 190. And so if you couldn't acquire 218 votes over the last 6 years, how is it that you expect to gather the additional 30 that you need over the next 40 days?

There's Something Very Strange Going on Here...
"Is something very strange going on here. So one of our team members here checked the status of his ballot and he voted in person in Arizona. So that should be counted that night. In person, and it's said that his ballot wasn't tabulated, so he just contacted Maricopa County and Maricopa County said they found his ballot and it hasn't been tabulated yet. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, hold on a second. How is it that his ballot has not been tabulated if he voted in person on election day? That doesn't make any sense at all whatsoever. There is a chance a chance that there is a portion of ballots out there that could be, I don't know if it's enough. I have no idea, but the amount of emails I'm receiving freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com of people that voted in person that have said that they're status shows that they haven't voted. Something is very strange going on. I hope we can get some explanation here.
Jack Posobiec Reflects on the Victories From the 2022 Midterms
"Really quick. One minute remaining, we're going to have our eyes on Arizona tonight. What are some of the other victories that you think are worth talking about from this election cycle? Oh, well, certainly JD vans. I mean, you know, when you look at a guy who's had so much put up against him, but at the same time, in a year where incumbents did very well, he goes up for the open Senate seat is able to win convincingly by 6 points in that state. I think also they're really telling the story of showing how a Republican can come in when the rust belt and show that, you know, this isn't some situation where oh, by the way, you know, Republicans have, you know, they're trying to paint this narrative that maga is over, maga is going, no, JD Vance, by the way, was a guy who wasn't a big Trump fan in 2016 as people remember and they certainly used his comments against him in the primary, but he came came around, saw the power of magas, all the power of the working class, and really came to Jesus on those issues. And I think the voters of Ohio rewarded him and showed that there is a path still in the rust belt for people like that.
There Are So Many Good Stories Out of the Midterms...
"So many good stories out of the midterms. We're not talking about desantis by 20, even Brian Kemp one convincingly in Georgia, Greg Abbott, just obliterated Robert Francis o'rourke. I mean, just ran over and Greg Abbott actually won independence in Texas, which is so interesting. Lombardo won in Nevada. But it's just, you know, in Arizona in particular. I mean, I'm shocked and I'm just looking at the numbers as they are. And I'd love to have somebody walk me through them. I'd love to have somebody tell me how on earth this is conceivable how it's possible how Carrie Lake could win game day in person election day voting independence two to one and then lose them if somebody dropped off ballots. It's just, and we're going to have the final numbers tonight. So just so everyone knows, there's anywhere between 90 to a 100,000 Maricopa ballots remaining. I think they're actually might be more than that. In fact, I just got a text message here for anyone listening from Arizona, okay? Anyone from Arizona listen to this. I want to, I want to talk about this. He said, by the way, your advice to cure vote was a good one. My wife and I voted at 6 a.m. on election day. My vote was tabulated, but my wife and I, among them, was among the majority of people around whose ballot couldn't tabulate. We checked our status and currently neither of us are currently listed as having voted since the primary. So we're going to have Tyler Boyer on to kind of walk through what to do here, but there is a chance that again, it's a chance. I'm not saying that it's a good chance, but knowing Maricopa's incompetency, there's a chance that there's tens of thousands of ballots in adjudication in different buckets that haven't been tabulated. And that would end up kind of closing this turnout gap that currently is a little bit mysterious right now. So
Jack Posobiec and Charlie Talk 2022 Election Trends
"Right now is Jack posobiec Jack. Welcome to the program, Jack. I want to get your take on this on what's happening in Arizona. You were here on the ground with us all last week, and this is still ongoing. There's a lot of confusion. I mean, last night, you could have just you could have just put me over with a feather when I saw that Kerry Lake when 54.5% in some of the reddest precincts. Jack, what is your thoughts? Yeah, Charlie, one thing that I want to look at and as I go through the Pennsylvania numbers and myself is, is something that I think might actually bear out as to a larger trend that we're seeing here in the 2022 results. And it's not even necessarily so much a trend in terms of the issues per se, but we keep looking back and saying, why don't these numbers match the things that we saw in 2020, right? Why not the things why don't the and not just specifically the margin of victory, but when you go through the cross tabs, vote group by vote group that demographic by demographic, people turning out in different buckets. One thing and again, we're all kind of brainstorming here at the you were still in that fog of war moment. But internal migration, okay? So in certain states on the east coast, I'm an east coast guy. So on the east coast, you had a lot of people in Pennsylvania and New York. Pennsylvania New York were hit hard by lockdowns throughout 2020 and then vaccine mandates in 2021. In fact, where I am in the Washington D.C. area, we are still under vaccine mandates. I can't take my family certain places because of that. We actually had to cancel some plans this weekend because of that. Where did those people go? Well, of course, they all went to Florida. They filled Florida up and continued Florida on its trajectory that would set in path, obviously by Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis by turning it into just one of the reddest states that you'll find in the country, right?

Jones, Barkley lead Giants past Texans 24-16 for 7-2 start
"You knew when the Houston Texans faced the New York Giants Sunday the running backs would be a big part of the story and they were rookie Damian pierce racking up 94 yards while saquon Barkley carried the ball a career high 35 times for a 152 The difference though when the Giants 24 16 home win was the defense forcing two turnovers and limiting the Texans to field goals in their last two possessions The giant 72 started their best since going 8 and one to start the 2008 season Matt Michael she's Rutherford
Dinesh Considers the Future of the House Leadership
"There's a very interesting and perhaps somewhat unexpected challenge to both McCarthy's leadership, Kevin McCarthy's leadership in the house. And Mitch McConnell's in the Senate. Now the house is almost certainly going to be in the hands of the GOP. There is some races still undecided, but Republicans are ahead of the Democrats substantially and should be able to get to the majority fairly easily. So McCarthy is almost certainly going to be the Speaker of the House. Or at least the Republicans will have a chance to choose a speaker. Now McCarthy has always, this guy is like a frat boy. I mean, he basically has got everyone in his pocket. They're all his buddies. They like to go, you know, eat steak with him and have a glass of wine. So he's been able to kind of glad hand his way to the leadership. And there's no doubt that he does have those personal qualities of affability and, you know, everybody likes Kevin McCarthy, but we're in a little bit of a precarious situation. And if you agree that we are in, let's call it Cold War combat mode, then we actually need a combat general. And I think Republicans are beginning to realize this. I'm not saying they're going to be able to prevent McCarthy from getting the leadership because as far as I can see, there's nobody else, perhaps Jim Jordan, who has the ability to run toe to toe with McCarthy and maybe give him a race and these positions are really important because when you come in as an elected congressman or senator, in a sense, you're almost giving up your power to your leader because your leader then controls committees controls appointments, controls the agenda, decide what bills advance and so on. So this is a very important decision. And I think that the house, the freedom caucus, by the way, Marjorie Taylor Greene is in there, Matt, Gates is in there. So these are people who might be able to exercise leverage on McCarthy and basically say, listen, no Democrats going to vote for you. You need the Republicans to kind of line up behind you. But we're not going to, unless we get certain agreements, concessions, and specific authorizations from you now in advance.
Mike Lindell Was on the Job Checking Voting Patterns
"We talk about? I mean, I want to talk obviously about the election, but you've got all kinds of insight and information that we don't have. So share it with us as you were able. Well, I'm going to give you an overall hope right out of the gate. How sad Eric okay? When I went to bed at 2 o'clock on election night, remember if praying speech, we are running the real-time crime desk and the last thing I seen was a $200,000 vote injection in Michigan into meant to pronounce sardine and Nestlé. Dana Nestlé saw they just crush Matt, right? Just right there in that moment. And Carrie Lake was down by a quarter million votes and you had like all these Blake mass masters down Mark fincham down. All these people, it looked like they were going to just steal the whole country, okay? And we watched in real time fetterman and Oz and they kept injecting 90,000 votes. This is coming, Eric. This comes right out of the Edison report, which is people don't realize what we knew this time. It codes out to all the things. We use the CNN feed. Every vote in the country goes through Edison research in New Jersey. So I want people to understand this that goes through there. So our cyber guys are reading this in real time and drawing these graphs and they showing impossibilities that can only be done by computers, right? So we're watching this happen and I go, wow, this is, you know, I'm praying I'm going, God, don't let him steal everything. You know, we have to, we really needed to have the House and the Senate to slowly destruction of our country, why we get rid of these machines. Well, I wake up in the morning, by the way, I'm gonna backtrack. The morning of the election, what miracle that happened, I get up and you hear from all over the country, 30 some states had machine problems. What? You know, it was beautiful. You know, you heard it coming out of Arizona. You heard it on Fox News, you heard it on CNN. You heard it around the world. So
Democrats Didn't Fear Trump's Failure, They Feared His Success
"Of the Republicans, you know what? I was thinking about this the other day. And I have been talking about this on my podcast in elsewhere. That the Democrats and the left did not fear Donald Trump's failure. You know, they used to say, always going to be a failure. He's going to get us into World War three and all this stuff. That was all nonsense. They did not fear his failure. They feared his success. Because they knew that if he succeeded, he'd expose all of their fraud and hypocrisy and the depth of corruption and rock in Washington, et cetera, which she has done and continues to do. But more so, they feared his success because they knew that that would give rise to hundreds, if not thousands of other America first candidates and leaders. And that is exactly what's happened. You'll notice that from Carrie Lake to Herschel Walker damn Baltic in New Hampshire across the board. These are for the most part, America first candidates. You know, it's much easier said for the left and the deep state and permanent bureaucracy to try to take down one man Donald Trump. They haven't succeeded, but it's much easier for them to target one guy and try to remove him as a political force. It's much more difficult for them to try to squash hundreds of them carry Lake Marjorie Taylor Greene. Matt Gaetz, Donald Trump, all of them, and all of us. It's much more difficult.

Well they go down to the miami thirty five nothing but i think those kinds of spots or always rough that team that's on deck and i think unfortunately detroit there on that tonight. Do you give any hope to that. Lions offense to score against the packers defense that winston was able to move on. Yeah yes. I think the story if you said to me at the twenty yet. The problem is they've no weapons. Steve no receivers gossip kinda guy over the course of the years in la if he's surrounded by a good cast and things are going well he can he can play can produce the super bowl then. Quarterbacks in we'll get to tonight a little bit with the monday night football you know when you look at. What check does two rookie quarterbacks. No big surprises zach. Wilson really had a difficult time. But when you see the offensive line for the jets being shuffled around and injuries impacting. What's going to happen. How tough a year could wilson have with the jets this season. Oh a brutal year. And i i wrote about actually bach fan. Before the season started. I was really concerned about him. Everybody was talking about what a very appreciative date. But the jets infrastructure around him as a train davis thirty four year old first time offense coordinator for the first time head coach any level robert silo. I like robert solid. But he did defensive-minded head coach. They have in depth chart that has no offensive line to speak of especially mci becton earth. Hand behind wilson. They don't have anyone who started. Nfl pass on their office. So these things go poorly. They're gonna go unbelievably poorly like the jets. Basically just sit here. You go good luck. And that was shown yesterday he threw pick after pick after. Pick the tech. I think it's all the quarterbacks in the league he's by far the worst spot for young kids be interesting. So is it fair to throw them out. There are the jets making a mistake by putting him out there. Game one game two. I don't think it's a mistake to put them out there. But i don't understand how you don't have a veteran pine perfect example gotree seventh round. Pick for nick foles nuts. Nicole's can play so. You know for years to finally somebody was like. Here's a bow due date and so the last twelve years. I've been rolling with a brown belt. And and i'm out in atlanta. I'm rolling with a couple hands those One was about the house a black belt. And they're like back to new york. Mccall hanzel out here. Yeah that's a man. At least you wasn't handed to you. That's the worst of rather. I think i've done a lot with the nogi and playing. The data competed inaba dhabi. But put on again out now. I don't even want roll. Slow the game down. I'm fifty one years old brother. I'm forty seven. i'm with you do. I'll do some though gay i do. But it's a different animal. It is a different atom. I mean wouldn't be it takes away a majority of those lovelock's it really does like those guys that are killing the leg locks you buy the gallon. They just take it away. It just doesn't quite take it away. The grips the friction and they can't get the same leverage and maneuver you the same way when you can make these groups with the gay. It just is what it is. There's a reason why these guys that are killing with the legs. Don't jump into a thing with the on in canada. My shit on them because they're fucking battles not different sport because i've i think it is. I think it's like record. Freestyle differ tactics different strategies. Things don't work in greco work in freestyle. Things don't work. Freestyle will work in greco. And it's it is like you say it's not a different sport but it's a different discipline for sure with the you saying. Yeah i mean some guys. You could have the same kind of game plan. Like mimes always pretty much to improve my position. It's an from either submitter. Like if i'm not if i'm the guard i'm looking. I'm not fighting passing side control. I'm either submitting improving my position. Just like i do the on. It gives you more options as far as struggles and whatnot more ways to manipulate the balance. That's why i think it's a great training tool because you can't manipulate the balance the same way without his animals that even more solid like pasture. "Lets talk some betting betting strategies with a guy mid major matt at mid major matt on twitter to follow him here on the progressive guests line. What's up but how are you doing. Well matt how are you. I'm great great to hear your voice coming on. hey. I want to start with baseball. Then we'll get the full here in just one second. You've been all over this rocky. Prop where starting pitchers at chorus field there k. props have been coming in pretty consistently. How do you feel about it today against the giants because my goodness you know. This is a starting pitcher for the giants. Who's been really hot. I've made a decent amount of money here going ahead and saying okay. Giants against bad baseball teams have been looking great. But does it keep going today. In terms of fading strikeout prop when it comes to the game with logan web on the mound tonight for the giants so for those who are not familiar. Fifty nine of the seventy opposing pitchers have had five strikeouts or less than chorus field. So that's what we're kind of referring to and i'm not officially recommending it but the the trend is so big that i'm going to throw a little something on it every game. I mean there's only twelve home games for colorado. And if they're gonna keep offering k props for pitchers going in there especially ones who haven't been there before i'll say this logan web did have a rough game course deal earlier this season now. He's been a lot better since then. So i'm playing it. Because of the trend is not one of my favorites. I played it yesterday because the gospel guzman obviously went over. But i mean when you're thinking fifty nine and eleven to the under That means something. And so i'll play it but it's not like an official recommendation. It's just. Because i feel like i have to is there k. Prop today yeah Well i'll go opposite him if you look at a guy like chichi gonzales. I mean teaching is one of the worst pitchers in baseball. And he's a guy who's thrown fifty point one innings so far this season chorus field. Then he's had twenty strikeout overall now. Here's the key. The different books have different numbers. I got an early and got a three and a half now granted. That use wasn't great. It was like one forty five. But now i'm seeing are two and a half at the plus money to the under. I'd still take a shower and under two and a half. Just not throw as much on it but if you can find an under three and a half teaching dollars just doesn't strike anybody out and the guy who has umpired At home This guy he's had three games and course the o. Two of them have been strikeout. Totals so maybe he knows something to so. I throw a little something on chichi. Gonzalez's under hopefully you can find a three and a half but if not two and a half just do a little bit less..

"I do like the side of this. I think if you can get it below ten at the nine and a half. You should be pretty happy with that number. New mexico state really struggled in the spring. They didn't play this fall. They do have a quarterback controversy on their hands which. I don't love immediately. You talk about how we evaluate these teams when they listed three starters at quarterback which immediately don't like and then in their shortened season this bring the only played two games. They lost tarleton state by double digits and then they barely overcame. Dixie state by touchdown neither of those teams are powerhouses at the fcs level. And then you look to what you tap returns. They're fairly strong along the offensive line. Which is something. I like to see for you know g. five team especially taking on the fcs team and they have their top two russia's coming back the on hankins in quadrants widely who opted out after one game last year. They're returning every starter on the offensive line for one hundred one combined starts. This is another situation where i think they'll just be able to handle the run game and run the ball over new mexico state. It's so nice to be talking about games again. Matt thank you for the time really appreciate it. We'll do it again soon right. Yeah thank you so much for having me really appreciate it and had a lot of fun men. "Matt matt peralto aria. I'm doing great. How are you. I wonderful. appreciate your time. Okay so as you prepare for the upcoming year are some of the keys that you look for when it comes to teams. You're going to look to either early or throughout the entire year in college football betting. Do you have a system. Do you have looked for teams with quarterbacks running backs defense what some of the keys you look at yeah there is a system and it kinda got thrown off by the kobe year. We had last year. A lot of these players received an extra year of eligibility. So returning starters kinda got thrown out the window with so many of these teams returning nearly their whole team. So it's looking at some efficiency metric who is coming back how the players actually produced and from there looking at key positions not only the quarterback that house their offensive line whereas the production on defense. So we kinda dig a little bit deeper this year..

"Deal. And so the people around him. The pieces around him are still very talented. I just think that they're deep at all of the key positions that they need to be at. Maybe outside of tackle where the undockings is coming back from. Covert nineteen lake. Mary talked about They only have third round pick. Spencer brown's their backup tackle. So i mean injuries could certainly sneak up on them. But i think they're very very talented and very deep roster almost every single important position the way. The team approached defense last year. Being very aggressive getting after the quarterback but not surprised it didn't upgrade the secondary and bring in somebody to help the cornerback spot. yes and no Every single year. It's a running joke kind of at buffalo rumblings. Is you know. We think that they're going to upgrade at the c. v. to spot we look at all these free agents we scott over the top two rounds of the draft and then ultimately they'll pick like a seven hundred quarterback or signing undrafted. Cornerback or josh or something. That was really the most significant investments in the to position that they've made since thank was counting josh and even him obviously on the back end of his career you know he was making. I think six million dollars last year a huge investment but it was an investment nonetheless and we thought that was gonna help it still ended up being levi loss. Who's a former undrafted region. I it doesn't surprise me that they didn't upgrade the quarterback. I wanted them to go back to that. Defensive ends assoc to rollins and so maybe they're one guy that they really liked him. The second round wasn't very defensive. End that they may have gone cornerback. But you know i think they wanna win with pass rush and they think they can get by with that. You know second quarterbacks. How much running do you expect a josh. Our on this year is given the fact that quarterback who ron get hit and get hurt the running game really. I mean they have running back by committee. Josh allens legs such a huge weapon for this team when it comes to his ability to run. Where are you on one allen running and then to who's going to be the if there is going to be a workhorse. Gets the bulk of the carries for the bills this year. Well i really don't think there's going to be a workhorse zach. Moth in different single terrier both third round. Pick from recent drafts Moss maybe inching ahead of single terry but then single terry comes out and has a great preseason game. They're going to feed the hot hand. And so if your fantasy football players probably gonna drive you nuts. But brian cabell comes from that new england patriots coaching tree and so run back back by communities kind of how they operate The first ellen's running. I think you're still going to see a ton of him in the red zone running the ball. He's just so dangerous and so big and strong and powerful that it's you know a waste to not use an in the red zone I don't know if they're gonna use them all over the field like they did in years past They're gonna use that little Quarterback draw if teams. Leave the middle of the field open. And he'll make up eight yards and flied I don't think you're gonna see much zero ball from him. Like keeping over linebackers like he did in his rookie season or i mean when he gets out in the open space even last year he put his shoulder into somebody on the miami dolphins and try to take him out you know when they were having a great season and that could have derailed it. But i don't think he's gonna. There's gonna be a tone of designed runs but once you get into that red zone. I mean all bets are off. They're gonna do that. Little pass stuff and know him running towards line and then dumping it over the top or no having him do the quarterback seats because he's so good at it. Yeah he really is eight rushing touchdowns last year. Four point one yards per. Carry for josh allen just to a huge weapon running the football i mean obviously the completions were insane at sixty nine percent with this in terms of the mvp. Does that motivate josh allen. Does he want to win the mvp. I think as long as he's being compared to lamar jackson. And patrick mahomes the guy that was the year before and seniors him And they both have an mvp. I think it's certainly going to drive him. I don't know you know. It's i don't know if he's going to argue that he should be throwing the ball more or anything like that. He's still gonna play within the system. And i don't know if it's going to motivate him you know on a day to day basis but no he. It certainly going to be something that he would like to add to his shelf. We'll say it'd be very interesting. That good stuff. Thanks appreciate you coming on. I'll spare all of you and yeah you can just check us out at two game ads on youtube or two gay matt's the podcast and yep and at map palmer music on i also am a musician Just put out an ap called the good parts of the seven song ep. It's kind of like pop. Rb stuff and that's available wherever you get your music spotify if anyone downloads. I tunes things anymore. That would be great. I don't even know if that's an option but wherever you can listen to music my Ep the good parts is available. It has The first video. I don't want it and do again. Also so both are available. Amazing the thank you both so much. This was so much fun. I think you so much for having a great oh right. We're almost there. We're almost at the end of show. Back burst our chasers chasers or the good stuff that helps the bad shit. Go down easier. Starting with do better white people were. We highlight some anti-racism resources and other actions to make our world a little bit better. This week i wanted to mention two things. One is just a simple thing. That i i don't know if we've really called out before. Which is i know. Instagram just changed their profile interface. So that you can add your pronouns on instagram. And i feel like yeah. We just haven't talked about like adding your pronouns to all of your profiles and even like your email signature Something that everybody should do. It's super easy to just slap that onto the end of your your profile Because it just affirms the fact that you you shouldn't assume anybody's gender Until they've told you it or confirmed it in some way and that is a very easy simple way to do that. Instagram made it really easy. The other thing i wanted to mention was the tech talk strike. I know very little about talk to begin with. I did just start using it. Exclusively for what. I discovered is Tolkien just about lord of the rings and then cottage core. Because while i might not participate fully. I do really enjoy watching. Other people. participate in that So i am getting more familiar. But i have a feeling. This strike is not about either of those sections. I will say. Also that the corner of tick-tock that i've seen the most is guinea pig to talk because their brand of mine we always joke about guinea pigs and they send me. There's a lot of guinea pig accounts. Anyway obviously dance crazes or beg on tech talk. Who had a sort of the stereotypical tick tock thing But so many of these. I would say most of the choreography behind these dance. Crazes is made by black creators. And what often happens. Is that the creators of this content and up getting kind of buried beneath people who copy them and then they go on attributed and oftentimes white creators will end up getting all of the followers and then all of the sponsorship money or get invited on late night shows. I mean i think the famous example was there was a crater who got invited on the tonight show. Then everybody was like right again. Those dances all the ones that she did were like made by black creators. Who aren't credited here. So the point is it's important to know where the content that you're consuming comes from so in particular using engagement tools for marginalized creators. So i mean. I know this is kind of like As someone who has spent a lot of time on the internet this it's annoying to even say but it's like things like liking commenting sharing doing all three of those things on one post is a huge help for those those creators for any create or So just being aware of when when you're liking commenting sharing saving images and videos. That boosts those craters so make sure that your diversifying your feed and then engaging with with the people particularly marginalized creators so that they are not buried in the algorithm. What tv shows. Are you watching this week. Boy oh boy did i watch a lotta tv. I i was mostly off the week before last and really watched a lot of tv. During that time. So i finished mythic quest really enjoyed that I finished what we do in. The shadows also really enjoyed that also. Because i finished the second season of. I think you should leave. Which is co created. By tim robinson ronaldson a comedian also co created. A show called detroiters with sam richardson. Who plays richard split on veep. It's about these two characters Who run pretty much just like a bad ad agency in detroit. So they're doing lows like bad local commercials and that's what they do. It's only two seasons. It's only ten episodes per seasons. Which is it's only ten episodes per season. Which is absolutely heartbreaking. Because it's a near perfect show. It is so funny. It's so ridiculous but also grounded and sweet but also so ridiculous And i'm really enjoying it. So yeah been watching a lot of tv. What about you I've been watching a lot of older stuff. That's so unlike you. I know the past couple of weeks. I've been watching like a huge smattering of a bunch of old staff up. But the two things that i keep going back to and watching more and more of is parks and rec and bob's burgers. Both of which i mean. I've seen all of. But those two shows i feel like i often. They're not necessarily in my rotation of like when i'm bored i put on this show so this has been an occasion to go back and like specifically rewatch them and i'm enjoying them both. But and then of course awfully I think you should leave. So i literally the most insane show and there were a couple of moments in this season where i genuinely like scream laughed out loud joke but yeah anyway so really enjoy that. What is your non tv chaser. I don't know if you're going to have the same way. My hairstyles announced his two. And he's doing two nights. I mean you. And i were so excited for harry styles. Halloween show in twenty twenty that then obviously got cancelled which was devastating. Also made sense but he's doing two shows one the night before halloween and went on halloween. And obviously we're going to be going to both. Obviously we're gonna be dressed in two different costumes one for each night I'm so excited. I'm so happy also phoebe. Bridges is going on tour and she announced her concert. And i have an alarm in my calendar for one to get ready to get those tickets tomorrow. And i'm so excited. So yeah so that's my chase for the weakest. I'm very very excited about that. What about you. What's your tv chaser. Dot i'm also very excited about looking forward to october. It's not bad far away. Which is tariffs not horrible. In addition to that. I'll say i was very excited by the emi announcements this week multiple. Our guests complainers Most excitingly. mj rodriguez. We just had Made history the first ever trans will be nominated..

Okay well i mean we have to dwell on it i will say i am a proponent of cats the film those my last movie that i saw pre quarantine i saw rowdy screening of it at alamo draft house. It was one of the best movie going experiences I on ironically love. I found cats to be lake disturbing and upsetting in a way that so visceral and like like. I couldn't get out of the theater fast. i've never. I think i've only left a movie. One time i walked out of cars like high school or whatever. This was the first time that i really wanted to leave since then. Just the animation of how the human cats were and how they were their faces. Looked jason derulo. Who was eating the roaches. "Hand. You a those little plastic tubs of ice cream with the wooden stick far song and it would just be a little of annella and when i was a little kid i was just like what the hell is. This isn't about this. Yeah those little plastic cups that was like not even ice cream. So that's hard. That's a hard thing. Do i judge manila on. Because i don't think those had any flavor. I mean ice cream in general is also something that i find a little overrated amongst people i e early turnovers mike off. I can do love ice cream. If ice cream is available i will eat it and i enjoy it but i do think people go a little hard for it and i'm like okay calm down. Sure i guess that's a topic for another day anyway. So vanilla ice cream starting off strong. Do we want witch off and do other matt. Yeah sure. I can do mine mine. I may have misunderstood the assignment just a little bit. Because i don't know that people love this. Okay we can just hate stuff. That's okay the thing that i hate is okay. I've always in life had a thing about. I'm i feel like self. Respect is big for me. And i feel like how other people live out their lives. I want them to be displaying. Self respect as well sure. And for whatever reason when i see a human being there somewhat and the thing is we all run are running late from time to time where people busy lives when i see someone running around and full day wear. Non athletic clothing like rushing to their meeting running on foot. I i truly break out in hives. Like i cannot deal. I understand that you're late. it's very important. You must get there. But i feel like once you've walked outside the door you have to make peace. It's like i'm late. It's gonna happen for me today and that's okay. It's like when you're late for something in a car. They say if you go ten miles over the speed limit your just more likely to get into an accident than you make it to your place any sooner. I feel like that should apply to being on foot as well. And has this bit me in the ass. Have i've been late so things have been going to play with my boyfriend. He has begun running any books back. Ameinias like are we going to rush to get to this place. And i just looked at him and said no no. I will not and where we late. Yes we have to wait until like fifteen minutes and for us to sit down. Yes and he wasn't thrilled about that. But i have to look at myself. In the mir later. And if i were to have been completely covered in sweat from running from point a point b. I can do when i tell you. This is infuriating to live because nothing is worse than like being late to a play or a movie. And i remember one time. I was running with map home or somewhere. This is when we first met started living together and we were going somewhere and i was. I wasn't even running. I was just like brisk walk. Which like you know. I'm pretty fast. Walker in general. "By people and the fact that there seems to be such a snobbery around the cleaver vanilla. Yeah because it's kind of like okay. It seems like if you're oh. I don't want vanilla ice cream. It's too basic from your whatever. The vanilla stands come through the woodwork. And they're just like. Oh well maybe you just don't get it see my palate is so sophisticated and i can sense the the notes of vanilla bean better than you may be. There's just such an elitism with vanilla. Vanilla has put in no work. Wow okay. I've been biting my tongue for a long time. I saw. I saw the list of what matt steele was saying for his rants. Two out of three of them including this one our personal attacks against me. It is very common knowledge in our home that i am very pro vanilla and pro. French allah whipped cream. We've argued about this several times. I feel like this is now being used as a platform to attack me. And i don't know that that's fair. Yeah i think it's funny. I had the same reaction. I think it's funny. That you've invented this villain of like stand like our bonilla's stands out there. How often malign vanilla as like a boring flavor. And now i feel like i need to assume the role of manila bill. And because i. I will go hard for me. I feel like i recently came into my love of vanilla because it is often people are like it's just boring. We need something else mixed in. We need something but it sounds like you've become an adult and so i'm excited for matt steel to join the party. I will never join this party. I i am on the opposite end of town at a different party. And that is the chocolate party because chocolate maybe as subtle as someone punching you in the face like obviously like it's the opposite of vanilla at least chocolate puts in the work like vanilla does nothing for you sure. No one needs something to compliment it. In order for me to handle it i i would agree that i am often like. I'm never like oh. I would love scoop of vanilla ice cream right now like i. You know it goes with something else. I'm usually like. I enjoy it as as an accompaniment but i do think it deserves credit on. Its own but i remember being a little agree with you. "Has stuck with me but i i do think and i don't want to lean into anything that is you know where where what is comfortable to you. Okay but i do think long socks have the effect of making your legs look less honed. Because it's like. I think in my personal opinion i enjoy a lower leg is you know the calf and then it comes in and it's there's that it's smaller out. The bottom people often call cavs the booty of the leg. Yeah and i think when you when you cover the lower leg has the effect of making the makes it look like it's just like a kind of trunk you lose anyway. I just old enough to remember when not wearing socks with shoes was all the confirmation that you needed that someone was fully gay. In fact i have a text. One of the first screen shot at a text message from my mom was when she said is not wearing is no socks agape thing because she saw nate burqas on oprah and i was like i mean yes. That's beautiful. what else do i hate or do you want you throw on all right so one thing that i hate that everyone else loves to do. And this is maybe. This is a little controversial. But i think we should just completely do away with saying you're welcome when i say thank you and then someone says you're welcome. I want to punch them in the goddamn facing. Fuck you okay. You think you're better than me. I already thank to you. I already did that. And now you saying you're welcome. It makes me actually resent having said thank you especially for like a small task. Yeah i think that you should say my pleasure if it truly was your pleasure or no worries if it was something that was kind of annoying but like it's not a big deal but to me you're welcome is just like okay so you're a bitch red and people love saying you're welcome because it just like it makes them feel like higher up. You know like. I did the thing. Yeah i remember reading something about how like so an older person a boomer says thank you and they expect you to say you're welcome. Yeah and it's like no. I did the thing already. I did what i was supposed to do. And you thanked me for it. Transaction over yeah or when they tax. And it's just your you are tony butters. I'm like not not enough. Little olive will get on my half and it's like okay. Well now. this entire meal is ruined just throughout the entire pizza. Ya i just. It looks like a fish. I staring back at me. It looks like a little beatles asshole okay. another one for me is I i love the end result of a manicure. I love the way it looks. I actually really hate getting manicures specifically when they push back your cuticle that to me. I don't know how people just sit there and don't make faces. They said there. And they're like la la la but that feeling to me. I hate it so much. Also when they scrape off all your calluses in a pedicure. I'm always i'm so ticklish. I always liked kick and like can't sit still and it just it's so embarrassing but specifically pushing back cuticle during manicures and like just the whole process of getting manicure. It's not relaxing to me. It's not fun. I only do it. Every so often. For the end product of pretty nails But like i hate actually getting manicures. And pedicures i am lake literally shivering and writhing describe. Just 'cause i yeah. I've gotten a like a manicure twice. I think vat cuticle. Part is enough to make it not worth it. The entire thing it lights up the top of my head. I is that a thing like out of anxiety like the top of my head gets tingling but not in a nice way and like a like a fighter flight kind of way is that normal is that probably and finally this one honestly is what what inspired. This is again. Not something that people like love. Just something i want to bitch about. Which is the rules of the garbage rooms in my building. I'm so fucking sick of people who live in apartment building. So i live in an apartment. Buildings with the every floor has a trash room that has a trash chute. Okay know there's a hole in the wall and you put your bag in the hole and it goes all the way down to the bottom. That is all you have to do. Walk down the hallway and put a bag of garbage in a hole in the wall literally the most convenient possible way of getting rid of garbage as someone who grew up in the suburbs and every week you had to drag this giant big heavy garbage can all the way to the end of a driveway. Might have raccoons in it. You never know you have no idea. What wildlife is nested in that garbage can overnight or around the garbage area. Oftentimes there are multiple cans that you have to take out because it's a it's worth of entire families garbage. All you have to do an apartment building with the garbage chute is carrier fucking bag to a hole in the wall and somehow people still fuck it up the amount of times that i open that trash chute and there's just multiple bags shoved in their stuck so i have to get everything lose or someone puts a pizza box in there or are building very specifically says on the wall. Do not leave anything on the floor of the trash room. Nobody is going to come and pick it up for you. And what do i see. Every time i walk in the fucking room. Someone has left something on the floor. And it makes me i rate because i'm like such a rule follower and like i everytime i down a cardboard box that i've gotten which everyone gets everything delivered so automatically. I have plenty of them. They bury specifically say. Don't leave your broken down. Cardboard boxes in the trash room okay. There's been in the basement that you have to carry it down to and people still fucking just leave it on broken down just the full box just put in the room. No rueda also. It's one of those things where it's like. What do you like when it's not there later on like who do you think did that. One of your neighbors. I dunno i. It's just like yeah. Someone obviously probably who works for the building did this and it's like so you feel like you've got away with it because it worked. I guess and you can continue doing it but like anyway. I hope you die. I just this is why i wish karma israel yeah and i hope that one day when you own an apartment building. Everyone and leaves their shed. And that's it for this week's deep dive nattiest. We got matt's steel and map palmer on the pod right after this commercial break..

"In the studio far away from you Do you want to tell folks what's going on while you're not today i'm in my apartment Out of what. We used to call it back in the old day. An abundance of caution remember that march of last year. Yeah basically i. I was feeling a little iffy this week. And then i went and got a test for the c word and a rapid test it was negative and then that same day i was around someone who then told me later that they had tested positive so i was like okay. Love it cool. I got out of it. I think because. I was negative on tuesday. Which was when i was around that person but now i'm like okay. I should avoid people in the event that i got it from them until i get tested. So we're going old school and by old school. I mean what we were doing two weeks ago and recording via zoom some other housekeeping staff. I know we said on our off week that we were going to do an instagram live. And that never have made certainly did not. But we're gonna reschedule that. I actually recorded thing explaining how we were gonna reschedule that and then berry just forgot to put it in our that. I was working late at night. So we're all sorry. We're very well put together this week. Everything is going great. The other thing is that. I finally figured out how to put V bonus segment on patriots as audio..
